Basically most of the days you would be hanging out w ur bff beomgyu after sch, just hanging out in each other’s presence is enough. You guys wont force a conversation if its not needed n sitting in silence gives you both a peace of mind.(thise type of fs)

But one day u told him that u were going to an event with ur girl bff , where she could see her fav artist , and you being a supportive bestie decided to go with her!

Somehow thru the night things changed and you ended up with beomgyu saying these words: “ It’s always been you y/n, my eyes are only for you”

(Not rlly sure if this is how a prompt should be(if im giving too much cos this is my first prompt) but i hope it sparks interest >_<)

BFF!BEOMGYU who never stops annoying you every day, be it by sending you tons of texts or by dropping by your place when he's done with his schedule. well, you always claim that he's annoying but he knows that it isn't the truth and that you're always happy to see him.

"by the way, i will not be there for our movie night tomorrow, i'm sorry." beomgyu turned to you with a judgemental look on his face. "you're letting me down !?" you rolled your eyes as you threw one of the cushions of your sofa at him. "don't be so dramatic. i'm just going to a fanmeeting with one of my friend because she didn't want to be alone."

and even if your reasons were very valid, beomgyu couldn't help but be bothered. you always spend your free time with him, and it didn't even matter if the two of you just laid in your bed in silence, watching a serie while playing stupid games on your phones. it didn't matter because what he seeked was your presence, feeling you by his side. he loved to know that he could lay his head on your lap anytime and that you would drop your phone to thread your fingers through his hair until he fell asleep.

but sometimes, just sometimes, he wished he could be even closer to you. the type of closeness that would allow him to feel jealous about you going to a fanmeeting of another idol. the type of closeness that would allow him to kiss you, and love you like you deserved to be loved.

a pout was visible on his face, but what was even more striking was the slighlty hurt look in his eyes. and even if your best friend was always a little drama queen whenever you cancelled plans with him or hung out with somebody else, you never took him too seriously, knowing that he just liked to yap. but today, it seemed different.

beomgyu didn't want to separate from your warm body, but he still sat up, already missing the feeling of your hands in his hair, but his heart was hurting too much to keep pretending this time. it was nothing, he was aware, and he didn't have any right being jealous or feeling like he was. but he did, and he wished you would feel the same even if it was impossible because he was him and you were yourself, and there was simply no way that you would love him like that.

"why are you taking it like that gyu ? i know it's a little late to let you know, i should've told you before but it's no big deal, yeah ? i'm free this weekend if you wanna come by after practice, i'll even cook for you if you want."

beomgyu could feel a knot forming in his throat the more you talked, realizing how wrong he was for making you feel guilty about something you weren't responsible for. but the question he was dying to ask still got out of his mouth, the words coming out almost against his will : "do you like him more than me ? do you think that he sings better ? is that why you're letting me down ?"

his shaking voice made your heart clench, and you paused the movie that was now serving as a background noise, focusing entirely on your best friend and the way he was fidgeting, not daring to look you in the eyes but he seemed more than anxious, more than sad.

"where is that coming from gyu ? i've never said that. or did i make you feel this way ?" but beomgyu shook his head no. "you didn't. it's just…" he stopped for a moment, seemingly thinking about something before he curled up on himself on your couch, gaze fixed on the frozen tv screen. "forget it, i'm just being selfish."

the entire mood had changed, but you couldn't care less - you were only very worried about your best friend. "you know you can be selfish sometimes, i don't mind. tell me what's going on, please ?" and beomgyu finally looked at you in the eyes, biting his lips as if he was still unsure about what he was going to say : "i'm making a big deal out of this because i want to be the only one you're fangirling over, okay ? i want to be the only one you find handsome, and the only one you gush to your friends about. i wanna be the only one for you because for me it has always been you y/n, my eyes are only on you."

you looked at him dumbfounded, as you clearly didn't expect a confession, especially from your best friend. but quickly, a little smile spread on your lips as you reached for beomgyu's hand. he let you do that, and he let you pull him closer to you too, your face only inches away from the other.

"you've always been the only one for me too gyu, i simply didn't think that you would feel the same because you're always surrounded by the most beautiful girls of the country, so why would you choose me ?" - "because i'm in love with you, so in love with you it hurts sometimes." your smile was matching his, and you could see his brown eyes sparkling with joy again. "i'm in love with you too, have been for so long." - "does that mean i can kiss you now ?" you chuckled but still nodded : "yes, you can."

so beomgyu kissed you, and the way his heart exploded in his ribcage was only another proof of how down bad for you he was. and he didn't want this feeling to ever stop if that meant he could wake up by your side every morning.

there’s two different types of exhaustion. there’s just normal exhausted, where keeping your eyes open feels like a herculean task and you can’t stop counting down the minutes until you’re finally home, and then there’s exhausted exhausted, where it seeps into your bones and burrows down, down, deep into your core. where your head is filled with cotton and all you can do is stare blankly ahead of you, unable to register anything. saeyoung is intimately familiar with the latter one, with spending long days and longer nights working for the agency, and then the hacker that had threatened the rfa.

it was late when you finally came home. you didn’t say a word to saeyoung when he’d asked about your day, didn’t spare a second glance to saeran when he’s walked into the kitchen, and instead just trudged up the stairs. “they seem worn out.” saeran commented with a frown, and saeyoung nodded in agreement. if there was one thing that could make saeran drop his tough act, it was you. (and oh, that was such a lovely thing for saeyoung to witness. truly, there is not one person he can think of who is immune to his charms. seeing his future spouse and brother get along was everything to saeyoung.) without a second thought, saeyoung picked up a bowl of whatever he had been attempting to cook and followed you up the stairs.

you didn't even look up when he came into the room. you were laying on the bed with your eyes shut, still in your work clothes. "long day?" saeyoung asked, sympathy in his voice. you didn't say anything, only nodded your head. he made his way over to the bed and sat down next to you; the pressure made you finally open your eyes. "here," he quietly said, "i brought you dinner." saeyoung held the bowl out to you, but you shook your head. "too tired." you mumbled, your eyes slipping back shut. "nope. you've still gotta eat." he said, gently nudging you. at his insistence, you slowly sat up and stifled a yawn as you did so. when you reached for the bowl, however, saeyoung shook his head and lifted the fork to your lips. "i'll feed you." he said, giving you a soft smile. "saeyoung, i can feed myself." the thought of him feeding you-- like you were an infant, or incapable, was enough to bring an embarrassed flush to your cheeks. "i know." was all saeyoung said, and he lifted an eyebrow as he waited for you to eat. how many times had you taken care of saeyoung when he felt too exhausted to even breathe? when he was simply incapable of doing anything for himself? the answer was: too many times for saeyoung to keep count. it was his turn to take care of you.

once the food was gone and saeyoung was satisfied with how much you ate, he took your hands in his and gently tugged you off the bed. "come on. let's get you washed up and take off the makeup and then we can go to bed." he softly said, leading you to the bathroom. saeyoung helped you out of your work clothes and into the bathtub that was filled with hot water. saeyoung's hands were gentle as he washed over your body, as he massaged the shampoo and then the conditioner into your hair, as he kept running his fingers through the strands and gently combing them. it was the type of softness that had tears springing to your eyes-- being treated so gently, like you're something precious and breakable, was something you weren't really used to.

it felt like hours, (in reality it was only minutes), until you were finally out of the bath. saeyoung had been the one to dry you off, to dress you in his shirt and a pair of his sweatpants because you had always found comfort in his clothes, in him. he gave a low chuckle as you were literally swaying on your feet, and he reached out to steady you. "i know, i know. but we're almost done." saeyoung murmured, grabbing your makeup wipes. he slowly began to wipe your makeup off- all the eyeshadow, the smudged eyeliner, the mascara that had ended up under your eyes, the foundation that had been mostly sweat off, the concealer, the contour. he used a few more wipes to ensure that he got everything, and then grabbed your facial cleanser and used that. you had a whole routine to clean your face that saeyoung wasn't about to go through, but he knew you'd kill him if he didn't at least use the cleanser.

once your face was cleaned and clear of any makeup, and the two of you had brushed your teeth, you were finally in bed and curled around saeyoung. "thank you." you quietly murmured, turning your head to press a kiss to the bottom part of his jaw. "you don't have to thank me. you've done the exact same thing for me many, many times before. besides, i like caring for you." saeyoung whispered back, and he kissed the side of your head as you fell into a deep, deep sleep.

so idk if u know the context for the story, but bryce is basically blackmailing nate already. nate is being mercilessly bullied and exploited by him in private, while in public nate basically "joined bryce's friend group". bryce has some compromising photos of nate that hes holding over nate's head and basically forcing him to do all of his schoolwork instead of his own to ensure 1. he doesnt have to work much 2. nate cant keep up his own first place on the college leaderboard academically. bc bryce used to be outperformed by him in just this one aspect, and he thought hm... two birds, one stone

so yeah theres already an insane power dynamic going on when nate shrinks. and bryce is like holy fucking shit this is amazing. yes i'll have to go back to doing my own schoolwork but u know what i came to love even more than not working? bullying nate. and then another aspect of it is that..... how do i say this. turns out bryce has a kink for this sort of thing and now hes just horny. theres rly no better way to phrase this. hes not even gay but hes looking at tiny nate and hes suddenly very horny abt the prospect of this helpless little creature who also happens to be his ex academic rival who was already helpless- u get the picture. i wont go into detail but that has consequences. anyway bryce is obsessed w tiny nate. he also has immense cute aggression! hes restraining himself from crushing nate's tiny bones 24/7.

moving on, this also means bryce is incredibly possessive. he's not gonna show it off to anyone, because honestly he already reported nate missing and he doesnt need anyone trying to steal nate or whatever. what he does is he keeps nate in his pencilcase for a while until he can go out and get a little custom glass box with a detachable lid. its very nice <3 it has some padding at the bottom, tissues and cotton and cloth, whatever bryce could find. tiny food and water bowls are separate and never placed in the box, because controlling when and how nate eats and drinks is another aspect he enjoys a lot. the box is shoved in the closet whenever someone comes to visit.

that being said bryce looooooves to mess w nate, looooooves to mess with immobilising him completely w clear tape for example. very fun stuff. loves how exposed and vulnerable nate is. im sure he also makes little DIY harnesses and collars and stuff, basically just imagine him tying some thread or cloth around nate and yanking him around by it. dangling nate from high places it also fun bc he has a fear of heights. the closet is also fun in itself bc nate Also has a fear of the dark! and bugs. which leads bryce to pick up earthworms and shit and lock them in the glass box w nate. hes a menace and he loves tormenting nate so so much.

but at the end of the day bryce doesnt want to kill or seriously harm nate physically. if he threatens a knife or smth, he never rly goes thru w it. maybe the lightest little scrapes. but he mostly stays away from that. hes also afraid nate will one day turn back to normal and he doesnt want a full sized nate running around without an arm or smth. (he does eventually turn back btw but by that point hes so afraid and so conditioned and bryce has told him so much abt how everyone has moved on that hes just like...... ok. i guess i only have u bryce. sure i'll stay in the closet all the time hidden away until you graduate and can take me with you to your cool new house. its ok i'll stay soulless and very obedient as always.)

bryce treats nate like a toy, and nate never gets over it. nate already felt quite dehumanised and humiliated and small and powerless when he was normal sized. going thru that ordeal being tiny and violated and hurt in so many ways just cements it in. he feels like property, he feels like a toy, he feels like he doesnt have a life outside of being bryce's thing. and he rly doesnt. whenever bryce isnt playing w him, hes locked away in a dark place that makes him feel afraid and claustrophobic and honestly as horrible as bryce is, he doesnt have any other sort of life than the hours bryce spends actively teasing and bullying him.

Episode fourtennnnnn les go

Obviously Aphmau is not kidnapping people to live at her village in this, the reason for the population boost is just people coming to live there from other places (Brightport maybe??) or travelers just passin through or smth, so spirits are relatively high this episode

She talks to Dale and their dialogue is pretty much the same, except that line from Aphmau ("Uh... They thought I was pretty?") is a kinda cheeky joke instead of a lie. Also, maybe Dale could mention that someone else is expecting a child soon or smth

She goes to look for Molly bc she really wants to check on her baby and finds her taking a walk with little Ryan. She shows Aph the baby and we get a scene of her thinking hes really cute and cooing at him all that, before she has a bit of a chat w/ Molly. She asks her how she's doing, if she needs anything, etc a d Molly says she's doing fine, but taking care of a child takes a lot out of you yknow so shes kinda exhausted

They keep talking and arrive at the plaza, where Molly sits down on the stairs and Aph notices A New Person, Aphmau tells Molly that she wants to go meet some of these newcomers now and approaches that person (Zoey)

Her dialogue w/ Zoey starts differently since, again, shes not kidnapping people here. She could say smth along the lines of "All of these people are from my home village nearby, [insert village name], and seem to like it, I came here to take a look around as well", Aphmaus response could be more like "oh, sorry for 'stealing' all your villagers away then hehe 😅", the rest of the convo continues as it does in the OG and she says she'll vome back w/ the diamonds to pay for her stuff

She still talks to Kiki n Logan, but Im changing their dialogue since its hamster-related and Im cutting that. Kiki has her stand where you can just hang out w/ hamsters again, maybe she says something about having neglected them a little bc she was worrying so much about Brendan, Logan still has the line where he wonders what people would pay for exotic (hamster) meat, but here it triggers and argument between him and Kiki (Kiki gets the "YOU BETTER NOT EAT MY HAMSTER" line, basically)

Im cutting Aphmaus little exchange w/ Donna I think

She decides to go check on Brendan, maybe she has some smaller interactions w/ some of the newcomers on the way there, her exchange w/ Brendan stays the same

Shes obviously kinda sketched out about him saying that Zenix basically used him as a shield and while she thinks she probably misheard bc Brendan was mumbly and sleepy, she decides to confront him when he and Garroth are back

Gets home to get the diamonds for Zoey, maybe has some smaller ineteractions with the new villagers again

I keep forgetting about Meowki, so Im putting in a scene where hes just kinda annoying Aph while shes rummaging through her chest (probably add more small scenes like that to some of the previous eps)

She buys the fairylights and decorates the plaza w/ them right away, Zoey helps her put them up and explains how they work n shit

After that maybe we can have a scene of her checking on the farmers and the animals and just how the food situation is doing in general, its pretty alright, maybe one of the farmers is worried that they cant sustain all the newcomers or smth and Aphmau is like "oh okay, I'll see what I can do to expand n get more animals n stuff" and walks off, walking through the village while trying to plan like, a new farm for crops or new houses or smth

While shes doing that, she notices not!Zenix and the scene plays out pretty much the same way as it does in the OG, except w/o the golden lasso, he just drags Garroths body over and drops it on the group before dipping

I was thinking the other day and I remembered an idea of mine I requested some time ago to another blog and I wanted to see your point of view as well, if you're comfortable with it ofc! I'll change it a bit because I have more ideas about it than before.

What if, hear me out, Obey me!MC was Sukuna's vessel??

I was thinking about a Female!MC but if you want you can keep them gender neutral (I don't mind!). So let's get into it, shall we?

Some facts about MC before the Devildom:

- They've already eaten all Sukuna's fingers

-But they are able to keep him calm inside themselves because over the year they've been together, MC decided to approach him more (Ya know if you have to die with/for someone, at least know them better)

-Sukuna took a liking to the MC, even though he would never admit it. (I mean- They always visit him in his domain to talk to him, read together, play cards (yes. You heard me. The king of curses loves Poker and UNO) or chess, they always ask him where would he like to go eat something, offer him some of their food to let him try new things, ect. Sometimes, but only SOMETIMES, they let him take control (not fully but they both can talk from the same mouth and he has control over one side, while MC has control over the other one))

- Having said that, Sukuna's still a stinky sassy bastard King. He's still rude, acts like he doesn't care about them and always finds a way to let them down when they're too happy. If they're sad though, he doesn't hurt them more. Sometimes MC even asks him advice whenever they're in doubt and after his bulling he actually gives pretty good advice (if you consider extreme violence a good advice that is)

Anyway, MC was going to get executed when suddenly they fell into Devildom. Their file didn't mention Sukuna at all and MC noticed that because when they arrived covered in talismans and chains the demons were confused about it. So, they kept the King a secret until lesson 16.

After Belphegor's crushing hug, while MC (the one from the original timeline) is in Mammon's arm, before Barbatos Thanoses the other timeline, Sukuna heals them and takes fully control of their body (the tattoos, the fangs, the long black claws, the other pairs of eyes and arms appear).

Now, HOW would the brothers, Diavolo and Barbatos react?

- but now the injured MC gets healed and comes back to life ? but has another set of arms and eyes and is covered in strange tattoos ?

- then the other MC disappears ?

- when the demon MC starts talking, their voice is different and what-

"What the fuck did you to do MC?" Sukuna hastily spits out, checking the body for any other injuries. MC's voice is back and talking out of the same mouth.

"Sukuna, stand down," MC says.

"But he almost killed you ! Without me we wouldn't be standing here right now !" Sukuna argues back.

"I'm aware of that, but we have to be civil about this and talk to them," MC responds sternly.

"Then I want to be present for it. I'm not letting anything happen to you- I mean me. Yes me because I die if you die and I'm too godly to die," Sukuna rambles out before retracting the other set of arms but leaving the tattoos. He opens one of the eyes and forms a mouth on MC's right cheek to watch and participate in the conversation.

All the brothers and Divolo looked stunned at the scene that just happened.

"Questions ?" MC jokingly asks.

Lucifer's confusion turns to anger because that's the only way he knows how to cope/react to this.

Sukuna starts talking.

"Show a little more respect. I'm a king after all."

"Don't be an ass," MC shoots back. MC looks at Lucifer a little embarrassed.

"Uh, so this is Sukuna. He's the king of curses ? We kind of share a body because... uhh... it's a very long story but i mean the gist of it is I ate his thousand year old fingers ? There was 20 of them because he had two sets of arms like you saw before- it was very gross- but i had to because of the energy they posses ? When you brought me here and I was covered in seals and chains, was when I was about to be executed because I have all of Sukuna in me. So,, he can do stuff like heal my body and give me cool powers ? I don't really know what else to say." MC rambles using awkward hand motions and finishes by scratching the back of their head.

"Way to make me sound like a total fucking loser," Sukuna glares at MC.

"For the love of god stop talking-" MC shoots back.

I get those when he takes over mostly, but I can kee him restrained. But the eye thing is why I've always had slits under my eyes because the eyes are the most common thing to show up. The arms don't really. But it's entirely painless so don't worry," MC somewhat calmly explains.

we all know that affirming is the best "method" to manifest. it's literally all u need in order to manifest smth. but some ppl don't rlly know how or when to affirm. if ur one of them, keep reading.

little side note - if u don't know what affs are, even though i've already explained it in my other post, i'll repeat it once again for u - they're basically statements, facts, sentences that you "believe" are true.

✧ WHICH IS BETTER, SAYING THEM OUT LOUD OR IN UR HEAD?

doesn't matter - it's completely up to you.

✧ WHEN & HOW MANY TIMES TO AFFIRM?

whenever you feel like it. don't force urself to affirm. u don't need to affirm 24/7. plus, affirm as many times as u want to. once again, don't force urself and remember that saying an affirmation just once is enough if u believe it is enough. if u assume that u need to say an affirmation many times, then, unfortunately, that's what becomes true. but dw, switch those assumptions w positive ones! assume that saying an affirmation just once is enough for any desire of yours to come true.

✧ HOW TO SAY AFFIRMATIONS?

this question might be a lil confusing but u'll understand what i mean. u can say affs either robotically or actually put some feeling in them. u can choose a couple of affs and repeat them or say any affs that come to ur mind at a specific time (when u feel like affirming). i feel like it's better not to say affs like a robot. you should say them kinda naturally yk. they should feel as natural as possible so i prefer to say any affs that come to mind. i don't just choose and remember a couple of affs but i say ones that come to my mind at that specific moment and i say them in "rage" (i can't think of the right word lol) kinda. for example, if i'm manifesting money, i would be like - "i am so rich! money flows to me, i am literally a money magnet. my bank account is always full, that's crazy, like, i can afford whatever i want and even more. wow, i have unlimited money!".

i might forget some of these affirmations the next day and say different ones but that doesn't matter. the point is to say affs that come to mind in that moment and put some feeling in them (this doesn't mean u gotta force urself to feel happy/excited or smth tho) so that it feels more natural yk. i hope this made sense!

What bother me about Diavolo's "birthday event"

i need to get this salt out of my system before Diavolo's birthday actually arrived so- here's a thread of what bothers me and why it's the exact opposite of special treatment

(dont come here if you're just gonna defend solmare i just wanna rant lol)

so are we just gonna witness Diavolo's birthday getting sacrificed every year? seeing him not getting a proper birthday event every year?? just to keep OM! revenue because their poor events planning and/or poor decisions at the start about choosing characters' birth dates without thinking far to the future???

I'm not even exaggerating that I've been feeling down this whole month ever since the rumour came out (even cried to sleep on some nights lol). It's supposed to be a good month for Dia stan and I really want to feel happy bc I love him so much but i still feel like this lol. (it's a bit better than when i originally wrote this a few days ago, but still).

I thought after the Halloween event out of the way the rumour could be untrue and we can just chill with a proper Dia birthday event but apparently not lol. And even then I've been thinking and there's so much way to squish events in which Dia gets a proper birthday event. And don't you dare tell me they don't want players to feel burn out and/or bored, because that's exactly what they've always been doing anyway (squishing events).

at this point I'd even prefer if the devs have the celebration in mid Nov if it means we could have a proper birthday event for my man.

idk how to deal w ppl not liking me lol. there's these two coworkers I have that I'm in charge of and I try my best to be nice when I'm correcting and not like. place blame. and I'll usually try and add in smth similar that I've made a mistake on and emphasize that I understand but moving forward please do xyz. I'll admit w one of them last time I had to speak w her abt smth I got a lil irritated bc it's smth I've talked to her about multiple multiple times. but she disliked me long before that. and like. on one hand I feel like. I should just let them dislike me and that in some cases they're just plain being disrespectful assholes but like. what if I am simply the asshole 😭

like what if my autistic ass is being meaner and harsher than I realize? I've worked w kids for ages so I know how to be nice and give correction nicely to kids but I'm very new at managing adults and finding that balance between being respectful, not infantilizing, and not being harsh.

but like I've heard feedback from my bosses and other trainees that I'm doing good at giving corrections and training and being nice about it so I'm like. is it Truly just that these two people suck? and it's not like they suck at their jobs, they're both good baristas, they're just not good at taking corrections or criticism bc they have a kind of like. idea that what they're doing is Always correct. and idk how to approach that bc like it's My Job to correct them on shit that needs correcting but I also hate the idea of people I'm in charge of disliking me and not thinking I'm a good leader

but this one girl for example will constantly question and undermine everything I do bc she's worked at a different coffee shop before and thus thinks she knows everything about coffee. and she only backs down when the owner comes over and I clarify with him that I'm doing what our procedure is. and any time I try and correct Her on things, she argues with me and doesn't fix it until the owner talks to her about it. like I truly think she just thinks I'm stupid lmfao. and that bothers me a lot. bc I'm not, I'm very good at my job. and ofc I'm willing to take corrections, she corrected me on smth abt milksteaming that she wasn't right about either but it did lead me to talk to my manager and figure out what Was the correct way to go about it but like...... I really just wish she had enough respect for me to at least be willing to listen to what I have to say and not wait for our owner to say smth.

and the other coworker I don't work with often but him and 2 other girls were doing a really bad job on closes and I was told basically to figure out what was going on. and it boiled down to they'd been trained when we were short staffed so they hadn't gotten to fully close on their own so they didn't know all their duties. and when I closed w him I like nicely let him know hey so I know there were some gaps in your training and I know I definitely missed some stuff too when I got trained but jsyk here's what you need to do and soon we're going to be writing up a new and better checklist to help everyone else out. but I think he took that correction Personally bc he's barely talked to me since and is incredibly annoyed w me every time we work together.

and ik I've struggled in the past w my autism making me nitpicky and bossy and I just worry that I'm doing that without realizing :/

maybe this is a tip you already know but if not i think this might be worth a try! i used to struggle with falling asleep a lot (nowadays less thankfully) and one method that has helped me very often is kind of meditative i guess? idk if it has a name but i’ll just describe it

i basically start with my toes and work my way up to my head in small steps, (mentally) telling each body part that it’s getting heavy and tired. i try to keep a slow pace and to emphasise the sleepy adjectives and it helps me calm down and to keep my thoughts in order and not think about 1000 things at once. some days it works better than others but even if i’m still awake by the time i reach my head (which i usually don’t) i just repeat the whole thing again.

plus just laying down with your eyes closed helps your body rest too, even if you are not sleeping. that thought helps me not get too frustrated if i have a bad day/ night and can’t seem to fall asleep.

yeah i know this one well :) damn i forget what its called too. smth body. body centred meditation? or just body meditation? body awareness? idk i did it a lot for a bunch of stuff. idk. yknow what tho? i think it mightve been the amount of tea i drank. thats likely it.

but on the flip side my to do list is coming along nicely! i cleaned the whole apartment and did laundry and ironed clothes and changed bedsheets and towels! i passed the exam so thats cool. worked out. im gonna like, take a shower and do that drawing thing thats been in my head, then im gonna pack for the trip, make lunchies... then when thats all done i'll come back to the sleeping thing maybe but honestly its like noon maybe i should just go along w it for today and go to sleep at a normal time

long story long:

after martin puts him on jail elias reveals his secret weapon card thats that he has a 9 year old daughter that HAS to stay w/ martin bc taking care of her its the least he can do, cue the tug and pull of childhood trauma and seeing this kid who has a TERRIBLE person of a father (although, surprisingly, does seem to care about her) and wanting to take care of her yknow? he's not great with kids and the kid is kinda difficult sometimes but he can listen to little amelia infodump about whatever she's been reading, and he takes a lot of pride whenever she says he's better than elias at something lmfao

eventually though elias is released and amelia goes back to living with him but she misses martin :(((( and elias father of the year goes sure i'll buy you a pony and basically tells martin to go live w/ them, to which hes obviously like what the actual fuck, but! he does care about her, he doesnt trust elias to not turn her into a monster, and, well, keep your friends close and your enemies closer, right?

now here's where the story becomes three different things:

1. martin and elias living together, martin being ascended (again) to head of the institute's assistant after jon manages to free himself from the archives (smth smth eyes smth smth tim being alive and them running away together at the end of s4, w/e, details) and just... trying (to varying degrees) to balance living under the same roof for his (w/ an increasing their) daughter while tormenting each other, that results sometimes in giving her contradicting advice for life and for people n stuff or martin being at his throat whenever she's not around, that gets... manageable with time... elias might have babytrapped him for his own amusement for a bit but the reality is that martin is much better dealing w/ the kid than him, and the prospect of kicking him off would make amelia much less malleable to him.

Anyway these kinda powerplays between the two, the weird sexual (and maybe... romantic?) tension that i always write martin and elias with, plus their mostly genuine mutual care for the kid and the fact that they both see different sides of the other slowly puts them on the weirdest middle ground u_u

2. martin and amelia!!! as i mentioned before, the trauma of having a terrible childhood and wishing this kid to have a better one than him, the grapples, fears, (and joys!) of parenthood, being able to take care of someone not because you have to but because you want to :) i think martin deserves something nice!! but also:

3. the scene of lil amelia asking martin to look under her bed bc she's scared of monsters and martin realizing that, well, there ARE monsters, not under her bed but in general, her father is a monster and the world they both live in is full of people and entities that wish to harm. And so he tells her that nothing will happen to her and that he'll keep her safe :) which kicks martin's descent into the web bc he WILL do anything for love, let him become a monster so his daughter doesnt have to, let him try really hard so she becomes a good person instead...

STAN AMELIA BOUCHARD-BLACKWOOD / BLACKWOOD-BOUCHARD, she's besties with a weird girl marked by the hunt, but thats part of the tma ocs extended universe jdkfghjdfg

real talk the last point is heavily hinted at many places but never outright stated, until at the very end where something happens in the Institute and elias gets blinded (shoot-fucking-out to there will come soft rains the best martelias fic) and the very last scene is martin checking on elias whos laying on their bed and he says to him that he might be blind but he feels the strings in the house and running up his skin and martin smiles bc yeah, yeah, he meant it when he said he'll keep amelia safe from the likes of elias, him very much included, and then they have a convo reminiscent to an earlier conversation bc i love ironic echoes lmfao (and also kiss, probably, bc at this point they're both fucked up, and elias is arrogant enough to believe he can get back to him)

lucifer’s like “yes i did” but he’s unsure and mc knows he’s lying bc they literally saw it like five mins ago JDHSJSB so they tell him to look again — after he looks, he comes back and he’s like…”sorry” LMAO mc points to mammon and indicates that he should be apologizing to mammon ,, AND HE DOES, i mean he does hesitantly but, HE STILL APOLOGIZES LOL

AND AND. this all happened in front of the other brothers so they’re shocked or whatever idk and mc is like , “I’m very proud of u lucifer, for owning up to ur actions..despite your very large ego” and the brothers go wild bc they just want that kind of validation from mc , so the next day they’re all trying to impress mc: satan attempts to be nice to lucifer, belphie tries to avoid sleeping so much, beel tries not to eat everyone’s food , etc .

basically they all start being weird and mc is like “what the hell is up w you guys 🤨”

Startin the day right by writing down my notes for Episode 13 of Minecraft Diaries babeyyyyyy

Aphmau wakes up, maybe she wakes up earlier than usual bc her sleep schedule is kinda fucked and immediately goes to check on Brendan. Hes still asleep but looks a lil better than yesterday

Since Im cutting the hamster subplot, Im making it so that Kiki also comes in to check on Brendan and then they have a scene talking together with them comforting eachother. Basically, what I wanna do for now is, I want to keep the mood low and kinda melancholic to signal a tonal shift like "oh no, someone got shot, the plots really beggining to start now" until we get to that little wedding arc, where everyones in a wonderful mood before Zane shows up, so we can have that contrast, yknow what I mean? Bc I feel like the other thing that makes this kinda tiring to watch is that the tone of every episode is pretty exactly the same and pretty upbeat (save for those cutscenes) which again, makes sense as a minecraft RP but still

At some point during their convo Kiki asks to be left alone so Aphmau goes out to see how everyone else is doin and runs into Dale. The beginning of their exchange is the same, although I'd like to tweak that lost paragraph a bit; after he tells her "but I have a son to think about now" he also says "especially with those bandits around", instead of "he wants to be a guard just like me" he says smth like "I cant wait till he gets a bit older and can teach him all about being a guard!"

I cut the part where Aphmau plays matchmaker for him and Molly, so I'll just include Aphmau being like "Oh sorry, I didnt know you had child, congrats!" in response to that, maybe asking who his lucky woman is or smth idk. I'll also probably insert some more (small) scenes w/ Molly into the previous few episodes/chapters to establish her being There and Pregnant, maybe as part of those montage scenes of Aphmau chillin and helping out in the village

After that, she goes to the plaza where Logan n Donna (and some other extras probably) are. I'll cut Donnas dialogue and replace it w/ her just whistfully staring at Logan while hes shooting some arrows. I'll also probably cut Logans dialogue and maybe replace it with him also looking at her/making sure she sees him while doing his cool archery stuff

I think I'll add a montage scene-thingy at this point, but I'll make sure to keep it a bit low energy yknow, maybe Aph doesnt physically help that much and gives more encouraging words instead bc shes exhausted idk

Okay, I'll save her Meowki dying for an even lower point later on, right now we already have Brendan being injured n stuff, the mood doesnt need to dip any more at this point

Aphmau then decides to take a break and sit at the beach, maybe fish a little idk, and sortof think about all this stuff w/ the Lord of Brightport being gone and her basically being the Lord of her own village now

I mentioned in one of my earlier notes posts that I want her backstory to be that shes Irenes child who was sent away for her own safety and whose memory was lost somehow, but I honestly dont want to mention it too much, especially at this point and in the first season. Like, I dont really see the point of Aph ruminating on her past before she randomly woke up in the woods w/ no memories bc I feel like she has amleady found community and friends and stuff like that in this village and ahe doesnt care for much aside from making the people that live there happy, so it wouldnt matter at this point. That being said, I do think this would be a good moment for her to reflect a little on the fact that she doesnt know her past at all

That little scene where Zenix looks to be aiming at Garroth(?!?!) is fine, that can stay exactly the way it is. Maybe we can have a sort of transition here, where Aph is at the beach, looking up at the sunset and then we get to Zenix a bit later, looking up at the night sky before taking lut his bow

we live in societies that r built on systems that r made to serve rich white ppl n there's no unbiased way to sentence ppl to a prison when we live in a world like that. i don't even just mean outright discrimination & prejudice in court or smth like that but a lot of crimes that r deemed prison worthy r based on how much they do (or historically have done) harm for a v specific group of ppl

i'm fortunate enough to live in a country where prisons r more humane than in a lot of places n i think we're top 3 of least corrupt countries n that can be seen when it comes to low crime rates. it's basically shown that a lot of countries w looser prison systems have lower crime rates (especially when it comes to re-offenders) than those w stricter systems. that leads me to a personal conclusion that if we then had no prisons at all that would eventually also mean almost non existent crime rates 🤷‍♀️

so i guess personal reason why i'm against prisons/think they're bad

1. it's wrong for ppl to have so much power over other ppl that they have the "right" to lock a living being inside a four wall cell

2. prisons r incredibly expensive n they don't actually prevent crime. they don't ensure public safety they just punish those who have already disrupted it. since the crime rates p much show that the tougher the punishment the more like is the inmate to commit another crime when they get out it makes much more sense to put the prison funds into prevention. for example providing housing, better healthcare, personal allowances & benefits for poor ppl etc etc we would prevent a whole lot of "crime" bc the lack of all of the above is a huge reason for crimes.

the ppl who still do end up hurting other ppl or smth very serious would rather be put in rehab (? not sure if that's the correct word in english but u get the idea) that not only helps them but also should help the society as that is a more effective way to prevent future crime than a punishment is

3. due to the fact that a punishment w inhumane treatment for several years if not decades in a locked up room is only going to make the inmate bitter at the system & most likely cause various health problems both mentally n physically, it certainly does not motivate anyone to change their ways bc they genuinely want to. therefore the only way a prison could make sure no one Actually re-offends is to keep them there till they literally die. a literal life in prison is no more right than a death sentence is, n i don't think i need to explain why the death sentence is bad. thankfully at least some human rights councils can agree that a literal life in prison is a human rights violation so even organisations that still uphold prisons see that doing smth like that is Wrong

4. personally my idea of what even should be considered a serious crime is very.. limited. basically even if we only ever put the Real Bad Criminals™️ in prison (which i still don't think is much more morally ok than putting smaller criminals in there) there would be very few ppl left to inhabit this buildings.

5. i'm anti-police so i feel like it doesn't fit my politics to first be against policing n then suddenly be like oh but we should still get some Other ppl to go after the criminals n do the cop things anyway

6. one of my future career options is a defense attorney so my job would literally be making sure ppl don't go to prison lol better start that mindset now if i end up studying that

to conclude the rant i'll say that anyone interested in prison abolition should go read some actual essays & literature by experienced abolitionists this is my stance on it rn but the more i study it the more perspective i get i'm just a 19 y/o sjw bitch i'm not the most knowledgeable source for it
