Hi!! This is about your recent post about bsd. So glad you liked it and are looking for more content!!

Beast is the alternate universe of bsd. It was released as a light novel and has since been adapted into a four volume manga and live action movie (though sadly the movie was just recently released, and I don’t believe there are any english translations for it so far).

I’m not sure on the exact number, but there are also 9+ other light novels for the series. 2 of them have already been adapted in the anime (Osamu Dazai and the Dark Era arc from season 2, and Dazai and Chuuya; Age Fifteen, from season 3). And Dead Apple was another adapted light novel!! (I believe all of the translated light novels and manga are on Amazon, though there are 1 or 2 that don't have official translations yet)

BSD Wan! Is another bsd anime that has a bunch of little short comedy sketches of the characters interacting and being super cute. There’s ten episodes of that anime I believe, and over 100 chapters in the Wan! manga.

Season 3 of the anime leaves off at chapter 53 of the manga. And the manga currently has 101 chapters (102 is actually coming out in a day or so- which is exciting). The next arc that starts with chapter 54 is my personal favourite arc so far, so if you are interested in reading manga, I’d definitely recommend it. There’s even a blog here on Tumblr (bsd-bibliophile) that has a catalog of free english fan translations for all manga chapters, light novels, wan!, Gaiden (which is another spin off story), the Dead Apple manga, and the Beast manga (bsd honestly has so much content it’s insane lmao).

Also, if you are interested in mobile phone games, there is a bsd game called Bungo Stray Dogs: TotL (tales of the lost). It’s one of those games where you complete levels and collect bsd characters to use as members of your team. The developers are extremely active and there are always special events going on where you can get characters in different outfits with different power ups to help you beat the levels! It’s super fun, I’ve been playing for over a year and it still keeps my interest.

I hope this helps!! And season 4 has also been announced recently!! It most likely will not be released for another year, but at least we know it's in the works, which is nice!

keep seeing undergrads on social media saying “oh if a prof has a strict no-AI academic integrity policy that’s a red flag for me because that means they don’t know how to design assignments” like sorry girl but that just sounds like you’ve got a case of sour grapes about not being allowed to cheat with the plagiarism machine that doesn’t know how to evaluate sources and kills the environment! I have a strict no-AI policy because if you use AI to write your essays for a writing course it’s literally plagiarism because you didn’t write it and you’re not learning any of the things the course teaches if you just plug a prompt into the plagiarism generator that kills the environment, hope this helps!

My father was martyred by Israel on 10 October 2023 after sacrificing his care in hospital so the injured children could take priority. Today would have been his 60th birthday. He was always selfless, kind, and giving for others. My father gave up everything for me to be able to have a better life, because that is what he always dreamed for me and my sister. The world suffered a great loss when he died, and my heart is always with him and every Palestinian who has lost someone.

In his honour and memory, I would love for anyone who is able to do so to consider donating to The Palestine Children’s Relief Fund.

The PCRF is an amazing organisation that does so much for those in Gaza right now, including helping provide food, water and medicine. You can donate any amount you are able to- there is no minimum! My father would have given his very last cent if he saw the way Palestine was continuing to suffer after over 100 days with this limited aid, so I know celebrating him by helping others is the least he would have wanted.

I saw @parrot-parent do a very successful donation match and I thought it was such a good idea so I will also match all donations up to $500! If you feel comfortable sending me proof of the amount of your donation, I will match it as a donation at the end of February. I was at a Palestinian solidarity gig last night & the one Palestinian artist who was going to perform had COVID so the organisers asked around to see if there were any Palestinians who'd like to say a few words instead.

A local guy who was born & raised in Gaza offered to speak. He started with "I'm an engineer. i'm not a poet or a politician. I don't... do public speaking… I had no idea what to say when I came up here. So i'm just going to tell you about the street I grew up on."

And then he did! He went down the street building by building. He told us about the ice cream shop on the corner, the grocery shop, the charity that supports people with intellectual disabilities. He told us about the people who he knew growing up, the families who still live in the different houses. He told us about the university buildings and about his friends who quit being accountants to start a band together. All on that street.

All of which is gone now, by the way. Bombed to dust.

i love it when characters are codependent. i love it when losing someone feels like losing a limb. i love it when two people "complete" each other so wholly and terribly that one can barely function without the other. i love it when the fear of losing the only person who understands them is so all-consuming they'll destroy anything to stay together, including themselves.
