I feel a bit annoyed by people saying Firefly is the star rail version of Kallen. As a fan of both characters I feel they got next to nothing in common whatsoever. They dont look similar, they arnt similar people, they dont have similar backgrounds or motives... there is just nothing really. It feels like reducing them to Stelle/Caelus girlfriend (this one is supported by the story but I feel like much of what makes Firefly and this ship interesting gets overlooked, admittedly some of it assumes the theory about Firefly being SAM is true and some lore knowledge about SAM but even without taking that into account Firefly is a great character in her own right) and Otto´s girlfriend (which, as a huge Otto fan, I will say, of course has its own issues and I do not like the romantic interpretation with them, the previous era versions of them are different people and dont count for this imo and there is no evidence at all Kallen of the current era was into Otto and also Kolosten heavily suggests it wasnt even a romance thing for Otto either) I highly recommend people read the prequel comic focused on Kallen, its when Kallen is younger then when we see her in flashbacks, set before meeting Sakura (i highly recommend also checking out that whole story at some point even if it can be a bit awkwardly time gated in game and slightly confusing) in HI3 so her personality/demeanor is a bit different from how she was by then (she is a lot more naive for one) but I think its still a good introduction to see why Kallen is a good character and a good showcase of how she isnt like Firefly at all and doesnt require sitting trough all of Kolosten and several side stuff in game to get to, so its a convenient starting place to see if you want to see more about Kallen. Which I hope anyone reading this ends up wanting to but even if not thats fine and is why I recommend starting here since its an easy read with very nice art and a fairly self contained story. Also if you dont play HI3 and am just curious on Kallen because of what other people are saying. Firefly I dont wanna go too deep into character analysis here cause some of it relies heavily on an unproven theory, ill probably write about her more later though. But either way I feel like she is a very well written character, her desire to indulge in some escapism to get a break from her harsh reality with her terminal illness, her determination to find the watchmaker´s legacy despite the risk, her clearly having gotten a lot of experience dealing with dangerous situations despite seemingly wanting to just live a normal happy life, she hasnt been in the game very long (yet, the boss that "killed" her whole gimmick is that you can free the souls it claims so im not so sure she is actually gone, also you can see a Firefly leave her body before she dissolves shortly before Sam shows up...) but she is already very strongly characterized even with her limited screentime. If the theory that she is Sam is also true then it would add an extra layer to her closeness with Stelle in that some lore about Sam suggests Sam was artifically created for the purpose of fighting against the swarm, so she likely would relate to Stelle on account of the whole... being made to fullfill a purpose thing. As a stellaron hunter in this case she would also know about that quite likely so I like the theory. Idunno I just feel frustrated how characters often feel like they get boiled down to just their archetype or role (and sometimes not even any of those but just completely unrecognizable) when they are actually very interesting and well written characters. I want people to appreciate the writing that went into these amazing characters, not just these two but also many other examples but I wont ramble on here. So I strongly recommend people read more about them if at all curious, altough be careful since there are tons of leaks and spoilers in general going around regarding anything Penacony related, so with Firefly it might be best to wait a bit if spoilers are a concern.

Well, as its Ghosts season 5 eve, I think its about time I give my final theories to how The captain and Kitty die.

Idk if promo pics count as spoilers, but they are below the cut

Starting with Kitty. Honestly, I think its going to be either food poisoning or an allergic reaction from the pineapple, but it will be spurred on by Eleanor.

I mean, look how much fun Kitty is having, she's laughing with everyone, and Eleanor looks so damn salty and jealous.

I mean, we know she isn't above trying to make Kitty sick (the warm oysters), plus we have seen kitty throw up as a ghost. I imagine the party would eat the pineapple, it begins to make Kitty ill and Eleanor would notice and would make a game of it. Something along the lines of "oh its horrid, lets see who can eat the most", expecting her to throw up and embarrass herself, not die.

Im leaning more towards food poisoning because chances are that pineapple would be rotten as hell by the time it reaches the Uk in the georgian era via boat.

Above all, I want to see kitty realise that Eleanor was a bitch and start unpacking that trauma. Bonus points for genuine kitmas bonding over the fact their familes are terrible.

Second of all, The Captain. Whoo boy I have feelings about this one, its a much less solid theory but it makes sense.

We all know the beloved cracked mirror in the intro but it got me thinking, what if its a metaphor for a broken image?

We all know Cap is big on appearances, but in the promo pics we see him looking like hes getting grilled by the general (wiki told me the red bits mean general, dont quote me though, also, stick my beloved).

Ever since Redinng weddy, I have wondered if Cap was ordered to bury the bomb. I doubt it considering its active explosives in someones back garden so I came to the conclusion that the "letter/operation william plans" were actually letters and Cap buried them with the bomb to keep them safe. But then, a suposedly important Government secret operation goes walkies? Thats a situation right there.

What if, after getting his medals, the general complains that he isnt worthy of them/is a spy or german ect (some Havers is a spy theory here, I dont love it but it would make some sense in this context) and it kind of adds up too much, so the other soldiers try and get rid of him. If a fight was to break out it would explain why he has the stick, he grabbed it out the general's hand trying to defend himself. Similarly, the draw opening in the intro could be someone grabbing a stashed away gun, causing panic (maybe cap finally got his service revolver). We also know a man was murdered in the library (said by Robin in the little promo film), I can only imagine it was teased because it was relevant.

Obviously this is a less solid theory but it would explain the weird expressions in the promo pics and tbh Im biased towards the Cap was murdered theory. Hypothetically, it could also be why he only wants to be known as The Captain, if the General tried to revoke his title after he got his medals.

Ok ok hang on cause ive been thinking about something in tristamp and i havent seen anyone else talk about it so i wanna ramble about my source of brainrot-

Tristamp rant w/ spoilers under the cut w/ some minor trimax/98 tidbits

And i cant believe no ones talked about it yet? Or maybe i just havent seen it, but in trigun stampede when Vash is fighting Livio on the sandsteamer and Livio kicks Vash away before Wolfwood gets to him and ya know how vash doesnt immediately get back up?

Well I thought that was kinda weird, considering youve got a guy whos clearly not there mentally with two automatic guns willing to shoot anyone who gets close to him, theres no way vash wouldnt get right back up to continue trying to stop him, but maybe hes trying to give wolfwood his chance, right? But then why does he stay down when Livio aims the gun at himself? For someone who can react fast enough to shoot a bullet out of the air with perfect aim, and wants to save everyone, why didnt he get up to stop him?

So in each rewatch of the show, i would keep looking, and i realized. Its another one of those small details that isnt ever acknowledged or talked about, but if you watch, Livio kicks Vash in the left side of his chest, and when Vash sits back up, he has his hand up over that side of his chest

We still havent clearly seen whats going on on the left side of Vash's chest in tristamp, but since theres clearly at least a scar there, and in trimax/98 he has a metal grate, its easy to come to the conclusion that whatever happened to the left side of his chest was(is) bad, if livio kicking him kept vash down long enough to be unable to save him from killing himself

I know its one of those things you can easily look over, as that would seem like a normal human reaction to having your chest kicked hard enough to send you flying back several feet, but taking into account that Vash is a plant with supernatural healing, and in episode 10 he just basically walks off a gunshot to the gut AND in ep 12 when hes shot down with MULTIPLE bullet wounds he still gets back up fairly quickly (considering a human would most likely be down and out for the count with 4(?) bullets in em) so im wondering if maybe in tristamp theyre even paying attention to the old injuries vash got that were bad enough to Scar a Plant that can Heal himself, and/or maybe how the metal implants in his body could affect him??

Cause i did also notice that tristamp vash had less visible physical scarring, but more metal implants, and im thinkin maybe theyre leanin into the "healing powers" plants have, meaning that maybe plants dont scar as easily as humans, like when wolfwood drinks his vials and ends up 100% fine after being turned into swiss cheese with no scarring (a separate post about conrad being a plant scientist) which ALSO means that any scars Plants DO get, means that it was REALLY. REALLY BAD. Also a separate post about trimax vash possibly going through a litteral blender to end up with those scars as a plant.

idk if this is a hot take, lmao i think the presidential elections arc were kinda mid in retrospect (this one is kinda hard to discuss because of yknow) but like, at the time it was ok it was enjoyable and there were some good additions to the server because of the end result, but like idk the election debates themselves weren't really fun for me to watch because theres a lot of yelling and ofc irl political theories and influences got roped in because thats just kinda what happens, and thus people there also fought abt it, also like half the candidates say outright they hate the federation and are running for president to WORK with teh federation so like that's not going to go great so idk what was going on, its weird because dsmp elections i liked but ig at the time theyre weren't taken as much seriously, and the stakes in the elections were not focused on politcal bureaucratic gains and more of personal stakes for a nation itself. idk when i look back at the elections and try to watch back then in 2023, even from gegg perspective i only could stand to rewatch the dinner and everyone hanging out, the actual presidential debates i couldnt BEAR at all. also elq wtf were you going to do with charlie please explain

AND ALSO I WILL SAY THIS, QSLIME WAS AT LEAST A GOOD ENOUGH FATHER TO FLIPPA, MAYBE NOT A GREAT INFLUENCE, he wasn't the best at first is the thing, like yes he did instigate fights and cause a bit of an unstable household because of his very temperamental attitude but when nearing the later parts, he learned the swing of things of being a good enough parent, like he paid attention to flippa's needs, the difficult part of it was communication because at the time they couldnt communicate without the preset signs, instead of the free use of jsut text, it was only later she started using sign for slime, she did with mariana but not yet charlie as much at that point, plus i think there were some issues of flippa understanding charlie just generally (which is fair even i dont understand him), ITS THE THING OF LIKE, he kinda was fumbling at first but flippa genuinely was happy and taken care of by both parents. its was unfortunate that was cut short because of the thing. most part is jsut a bad influence in terms of being selfish and possibly spreading that to flippa but honestly i wish she stuck aroudn logner so i could see that happen GOD;;;; it frustrates me because qslime's path to being a good parent IS RIGHT THERE but when trying to try again he's scared of fuckign up liek everyone tells him and liek that reminder of his mistakes isnt helping him in the slightest to actually trying again, GOD GOD:;;;;

ok i like the theory that the federation made the codes in teh first place and then tried to cover up but they came back to get the islanders out any which way they can, then leading to my theory that codeflippa was a real egg at one point because of how the resistance describe her in that one report, not a faulty vode but a faulty egg , so i have reason to beieve she was an egg merged with a code in order to have a stable form the way she is. also that theory that at some point the eye guy started to corrupt codes themselves which is why some codes went rogue against orders from the resistance.

Character's inner monologues and scene transitions, I think. I find inner monologues interesting, but I don't think I excel at making them interesting for the reader. I tend to give too much away. As for scene transitions, I find that when I write them they come out very short and rushed.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I usually don't do this because I'm just not a fan. in my world everyone in Hyrule speaks perfect American English lol. jk but kinda not. it's just not something I'm really thinking about when I write? and if I do include other languages, the main character(s) are usually oblivious to it and I don't include actual syntax. I'll just say "they muttered something in a different language" or something similar.

Best thing i read huh? Well rn only thing i can think of is Trash of the counts family, its pretty long, complex and somehow has all the tropes i hate but its so good omg i love it so much since those tropes are done right.

Plot is basically a guy wakes up as this minor villain in a novel he was reading and he is like damn i gotta assure i dont get in the fight with the main protagonist and have a nice and peaceful slacker life not doing ANYTHING spoiler alert:he fails so miserably

Nothing compares to it and nothinh will ever compare to it, that anime has genuenly been modeled for me and i doubt ill ever enjoy a piece of media as much as ive enjoyed gintama.

That shit is so perfect and i cant even give a summary because like, there isnt really a plot for the most part? Its just guys living and trying to survive. Genre is comedy so again might not be everyones cup of tea but if you need something to make you laugh then this is the shit.

been thinking about this guy a lot. dont read under the cut if you dont want persona 4 spoilers or dont want to hear me talk about how i used to wish this guy would do nasty things to me because of my trauma

first of all this is not a character analysis this is my very personal relationship with the character. second of all this is normally the kind of thing i would put on my private instagram but my roommate is currently playing p4 & i dont want him to get spoiled. so sorry that youre subjected to this i guess. anyways.

recently something ive realized about myself is that i am a HOPELESS romantic. i require something to pour my affections into. & if that isnt a person WELL its gonna be a fictional character. for me the adachi blorboism started right after i ended my first real “relationship”. i say “relationship” because it was less of that and more of me being groomed by a guy 5 years my senior. unfortunately, this guy was what got me into persona. he asked me to watch the p4 anime with him and that was it for me lmfao.

so wtf does that have to do with adachi. well i didnt think it had ANYTHING to do with him until recently. being in therapy has allowed me to really dissect the way my environment has manifested in my behaviors and atp im confident in saying that getting groomed is pretty much the reason i love adachi so much. groomer man was the literal definition of a nice guy, like i made a nice guys finish last joke to him once & his actual response was “but it’s true though…” and he was SO bummed when adachi was revealed to be the mastermind. he was all “ooouuhhhh it sucks because he was such a good character before that”

so i got out of that relationship, had clarity over the fact that he had been manipulating me the entire time, got my hands on my own copy of p4 (i had still only seen the anime & played arena atp) and when i got to adachi’s monologue i was like. THIS GUY IS AWESOME!!!! HOW IS HE A WORSE CHARACTER FOR THIS!!!! im realizing now that travis (groomer) probably felt very attacked by adachi’s motives. & not only that but that i felt very comforted by how blatantly evil he is. that sounds really weird so let me explain.

i saw (& honestly still see) adachi as someone who’s a product of his environment. he felt trapped & suffocated by inaba, felt mistreated by his superiors at work, and with being given access the tv world found something that he felt he could control, which was fun for him in a world of boredom, of which he felt like the victim. i related a lot to that feeling of being trapped somewhere you can’t escape from (both because of my relationship & at the time living with my parents) and really appreciated his fucked outlook on life. not like. the misogyny part. just the whole “life only favors the lucky ones” sentiment. i also saw him as a much more honest & self-aware version of travis. he knew he was doing bad things to people who didn’t deserve it, and his justifications were just “i was bored”. unlike my ex who probably still sees himself as a victim

idk! i guess the takeaway here is that there’s still so much more to me than i know. im learning new things about myself every day. im very glad to finally be on this journey of self-discovery. ive always been a really introspective person but i dont think i ever asked myself WHY? why am i like this. like actually. so im doing that now. & the answers are actually pretty fucked up! ive always played down my trauma because its what my parents and a lot of my peers did. my “best friend” as a kid (she was honestly just a bully) didn’t believe me when i told her that my parents fought. like it was so much worse than i allowed myself to believe. i played down getting groomed because I wasn’t like r*ped or anything (he touched me with my permission but no insertion happened idk if that counts as r*pe) but whenever i tell people that my parents were not only okay with it but allowed him to come visit me from Canada and STAY AT MY HOUSE….they are always shocked. because thats so fucked up! like… what!

Amiguchi. Wow he had to deal with kurabe being so weird didnt he. Yeah ida has control issues, took away kisaragibot's free will because she wasnt happy to see him and is now torturing robot izumi for answers. This dude is like a case study for bad ethics technology. 13 sentinels goes hard. Was not expecting to spent my afternoon torturing someone for information. Like as the player i actually have to go and in gameplay inflict pain on this incapacitated person. You didnt lock the door before your torture session? Izumi's right ida's like incredibly self centered its all about him. Oh so 426 as been running around in kisaragibot for a loong time. ... Then the kisaragibot sekigahara met was also probably 426.

Takamiya: nurse morimura calls tamao(bot) tamao but by this point they should be taken over by 426, does morimura know or not? Probably goven she gave yuki the note. Yuki... You are confronting the very dangerous mass murderer conspiracy plotter bomber alone? Without a gun? At least get ei or something to back you up. Ah good it was a trap, because some of the characters here would be stupid enough to do this alone. Another hard to parse conversation. Izumi accuses morimura of derailing the interstellar project to save her own ass, sacrificing 15 lives. Morimura claims the 15 will live happier lives thus way, that "we" can make it out alive. Izumi: denied their future without every knowing why. Oh yeah if the city just ends where the hell in grandma tamao who is suppose to be out of town visiting family?

Kurabe: hold up are you saying the entirety of kurabe's story happens after yuki confronts 426/erika aiba/tamaobot/izumi juro. That really recontextualizes the story becuase that pushes natsuno's story way back and amiguchi's forward. So nurse morimura + yuki + siu trap 426 and shoot him a bunch, he jumps into the river but crawls to the shrine, ei shoots him some more and leaves him for dead when kurabe finds tamaobot with 5 min left and 426 infects kurabs's nanomachines creating shiba.

Shinonone: i dont like ryoko on a personal level as a person but i do think she's a more interesting character than yakushiji who is also primarily romantically motivated (fuyusaka and hijiyama avoid this by being interesting in their own rights). Wow its been years since I've seen a yandere character. Ryoko while pointing a loaded gun: i don't mind you using me but i draw the line at you liking another girl. There are so many things wrong with you the lesbians on tumblr would love you ryoko. Oh the 15... its tamao and okino. I forgot to count tamao last time. Ai hijiyama was in the 2064 fight too? Miura and kisaragi i wonder who else i should make a list some time. Read her mystery file and hey is this the first confirmed kill wow she really did shoot ida dead good for her.

Area 2-5 finally died on intense because i didnt know they had armor so half my team couldn't damage and the ones that did were like single target so i got swamped. I did it... Everyone's half dead but im through

Baby professor chihiro: d-code attaches to the part of the brain where memories are stored and must be physically severed to be removed. Hey isnt that what the dd-426 virus thing does so 426 izumi was trying to remove d-code. I wonder if the magic gun was giving d code back... i need to recheck the mystery files... Ok yeah 426 gave natsuno the d code but also infected the sentinels withe the thing that severs d-cods(and usually kills the pilot) was that all just to control who the pilot was?

Miura: oh 72% stuck in sentinel 17. Natsuno ends up piloting 17 in the final battle though. I'm still not clear what the sectors are physically like are they different parts of a giant spaceship, on different planets, etc. 2188 miura says they have orbital positions but what are they orbiting and are the 3km diameter disks attached to anything?? Nanomachines somehow ended the world? Welp mystery files confirms that the sectors are virtual and i am malding. And there's also space colonies thats the confusing part. There are 5 physical space colonies called sectors and also the virtual reality the game takes places with 5 eras called sectors. If sectors are "virtual residential districts" why would there even be the matrix that amiguchi and takemiya sneaked into. I guess because its recreating the space colony satellite. It's just a weirdly physical constraint to put on something that doesn't have the constraint. Like the virtual spaces/3d models of the sectors are connected but they dont have to be. But then also why are the kaiju there well i guess since project ark is carrying just dna they do have deimos on board or the capacity to build them so the data in there...

Hijiyama: bro... 2188 hijiyama in thicc, but not as thicc as nurse moriyama. 2188 okino literally put humanity in a kaiju survival videogame. Wow that was the most overtly romantic scene yet good for you vanillaware. Hmm i remember from the 2188 miura prof takemiya log earth is lost but the final 2188 hijiyama log something happened to the space colony, a fight broke out? Whether energy should be allocated to project arc or to life support (of the orbital space colony?). He's so stupid, did not have any plan about how to distract nurse morimura (though tbf not sure i could have done better). Scratch that i could have done better. Actually now that i think about it why did the 1940 deimos stop attacking the mainframe (or any of the other destroyed sector's kaiju). There should be a ufo in each sector underneath the school (unless I'm misunderstanding something). Or maybe they stopped because they captured the ufo? Okino says once the deimos contact the mainframe it triggers the shifter which teleports civilians... Somewhere. ...he just eats like 5 yakisoba pan and downs 3 sugary drinks ah youth... I was misunderstanding, deimos successfully reaching the mainframe causes all the people to disappear in the sector. The d-code key being in 1985 means its the last sector to be attacked. The deimos are being manufactured in sector 1 (2105?), So it is a closed system i wondered if the deimos were coming from outside the pentagon but instead they're being shifted around. Whats up with the satellite tomi saw. Mystery file time: yeah kts sooo confusing that the space colony sectors are 1-5 too like 2188 hijiyama died in sector 4 but he didnt die in the 1984 sector 4 of the game. Okino is also a brain surgeon because of course they are , implanted a linking component into hijiyama and miura, wonder what that is.

Finishing off quite a few more stories. With Miura's so they're breaking into a government facility to steal the sentinel wonder how they pull it off. Ogata and takamiya clear.

Natsuno. Wait wait a new pilot will reset a sentinel's stored memory. They need sentinel 17 to retrieve the data logs. But to retrieve the data logs and sentinel 17, it needs a pilot. I can think of 2 solutions that dont involve deleting bj. First find another scout unit or like a usb or a laptop or whatever okino was using or capture one of the droids. Second transfer sentinel 17 to 1944 miura thus keeping the id the same. ... ... And that's how the writers killed my boy.

Sekigahara: siu wanted to show him which log? I dont remember. Oh at the very begining? Didn't that have a recording of himself? Oooohhhh ei was the assassin 2188 gouto hired. 2188 morimura chihiro was a leader in nanotechnology and former executive of the company shikishima absorbed. Morimura's interstellar project was used as part of the justification for buying newman. And this was a cover to move money somewhere else (where?). Morimura continued to work on the interstellar project and this threatens to draw attention to 2188 gouto's illegal finances so he called a hit on her. So morimura alone led the battle of 2024, ida was busy pretending to be dead. Now tht i think of it i havent seen the ida of 2188 yet. Ooooh thats how morimura and ida "went back" 16 years when all shifts are 40 year intervals, the worlds were destroyed in year 16 and recreated setting back to year 1 (or 0 depending on how we are counting). Good use of dramatic irony since the audience knows from the start that ei does eventually agree to operation aegis and gives up on resetting. So ida was probably the one of the other end of sekigahara's communication device. One thing that isn't adding up is ida's role in 1984. He's playing dead for morimura but head of siu and in contact with shinonome and takamiya. If he's ordering sekigahara around why is he sending the black suits after him, like could have eased off a little or sent them on false trails. Wow im so happy ryoko kills ida.

More mystery files. There it is! Nanomachone infection! Thats what caused the end of the world! Somehow... wait not just an infection there was a whole ass nanomachine war. The loops/eras/sectors are specifically the years when the compatible are born, they are created the year they are born and are destroyed when they are 16. When did the izumi murder spree happen then? Oh i see several loops ago morimura and izumi skipped being reset izumi killed the compatible, morimura killed izumi but he escaped death somehow, morimura died getting ida to safety. Ida went to sector 0 and and waiting out the reset and found the younger morimura who had also skipped a reset and now i think these are the ida and morimura that show up in the game... I think

Was just about to say of idas dead i wouldnt put it past him to make an ai of himself he is the android engineer. So before losing his memories ei switched sides and decided to back operation aegis. Aaaahhhh sealing the terminals cuts the city off from universal control, there's the key info. And universal control controls everyone except the compatible so sealing the terminals leaves only the 14 (idk whats up with tamao she got dropped out of the plot) and everyone else disappears. What is up with that satellite! If it's orbiting the real world how have... Kisaragi .... Amiguchi(?) Interacted with it! Damn all the info bombs are dropping in ei's route. 2188's prof morimura sold nanomachines on the black market to fund project arc that is what kickstarted the nanomachine infections that doomed humanity and Earth. 2188 sekigahara bombed the power generators and took out life support for orbital sector 4, is this what led to the fight with ogata, izumi, hijiyama, and okino? Yeah it was the nanomachine infection that wiped out humans. And baby chihiro was the one that killed nurse morimura! Wait if sectors restart the year the compatibles are born why is baby chihiro a different age or is she a newly made clone she probably is i dont remember. My question is how did ei remember morimura in the alley? He should only remember up to the backup not anything after it or am i thinking about this wrong. What is up with that satellite!! Anyways the whole system has become so unstable that there wouldn't be another loop after the current one anyways because sector 0 would be gone or something.

Back to the mystery files. the real world satellite is orbiting around a planet which means the "facility" (sus) that "houses the entire world" (sus) must be nearby to be able to receive data from it. If sector 4 gets taken over all data will be wiped including sector 0. "The lives that everyone has experiences through time would cease to exist for good" what is with that phrasing?? What does that mean?? Oh right sentinel 17 was on a satellite was it the real world satellite morimura is sekigahara's story was talking about?

“we don’t know too much but we have the names of two targets right now, bakugou and y/n, if you’re either of those people don’t fight come back to the camp.” after hearing the announcement from one of the pussy cats, mandalay you look at bakugou and todoroki, bakugou looked happy since it meant he had villains to fight but he heard your name and worry took over his face, you weren’t dating but god did you want to, you looked over at moonfish disgusted by him, his mouth was held open with small metal bars a straitjacket over the rest of his body.

you couldn’t unleash all your power on moonfish since you get extremely tired and you probably have a lot more fighting to do so you simply gathered 10% of your power to your finger tips, bakugou and todoroki were about to attack but stopped when they looked at you, they know how powerful you can be after seeing you fight and train, it’s what bakugou loves about you, you are badass and didn’t hesitate to put yourself in danger for others, he would never tell you this though.

with a simple flick of your wrist you attempted to break his neck, a little bit of blood coming out of your nose you wiped it away before looking back at the villain, he screamed out in pain before dropping to the ground. ‘it didn’t even look like you tried’ todoroki complimented making bakugou stare at him, ‘yeah yeah icyhot we get it’, you giggle at their antics before you feel a sharp pain in your shoulder, crying out you fall over looking up to see moonfishes knives coming at you, todoroki made a wall of ice blocking moonfish from you all, which irritated bakugou ‘I COULDVE ATTACKED HIM HALF AND HALF BASTARD’, ‘you tried before besides we need to stop the bleeding and quickly’ todoroki replied calmly making bakugou scoff, ‘i can do it move over’ his sudden calm behaviour startling you. he takes some cloth that ripped from the bottom of his t shirt earlier and wrapped it around your shoulder and armpit making you wince, ‘shit sorry’ his eyes oddly softening at your pain your eyes widen as you hear the ice wall todoroki created being scratched and broken down, but you can also hear something else.

‘Y/N, BAKUGOU, TODOROKI!!’ you look over to where moonfish was and running past him was midoriya and shoji behind them was dark shadow at his strongest form, he’s strongest in the dark which is probably why they came to where todoroki is, before todoroki unleashed his fire bakugou told him not to for a second so dark shadow could entrap moonfish. after dark shadow was contained everyone took a second to catch their breaths before they all looked at you and bakugou.

‘WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU EXTRAS LOOKING AT’ bakugou yelled. ‘we have to protect y/n and bakugou since they’re the ones the league want’, everyone was agreeing while you and bakugou stood there like meerkats. ‘tokoyami stand behind y/n and bakugou we’ll stay in front’ after midoriya told everyone the plan you just followed along unable to say anything.

you winced out a sudden pain in your shoulder from the attack earlier ‘shit do you need me to look at that’ bakugou said his usual angry expression now a soft worried one. ‘no no i’m okay’ you smile. you all jumped up at a sound, it sounded like uraraka, without thinking you ran through the trees everyone screaming after you, after getting through the clearing you see toga draining uraraka of her blood before you could attack her she ran into the forest disappearing saying how theres too many people, everyone caught a glimpse of her as they caught up to you. ‘Y/N YOU FUCKING IDIOT DONT DO THAT AGAIN FUCKS SAKE’ bakugou yelled making you hug him in return ‘i’m fine shut up’ he leaned into your hug making you smile at his warmth towards you, you quickly jumped realising the situation you’re in ‘hey uraraka are you okay’, midoriya already talked to her asking what happened but you wanted to check since you’re friends, ‘i’m okay thank you for asking, are you, does that hurt’ she asks taking a look at your gash, you really admire this girl she’s so caring which is why she’s one of your closest friends along with the rest of the girls in class 1a, ‘i’m okay i’m okay don’t worry about me’ you smile convincing her.

after midoriya told tsu and uraraka the plan you all attempted to head back to the camp again, before walking further you look behind you to see tokoyami isn’t there bakugou isnt either, before you can even say anything to the others you felt a hand over your mouth you do the only thing you can in that moment, you bite the persons hand and scream as loud as you can, before you can move again you feel yourself getting trapped.

you’re stuck in a ball or whatever this is, you can’t move very well but you can see, not very well but you can, you feel trapped, and helpless, you don’t cry in front of others but you can’t help it, since no one can see you, you let out a couple tears ‘bakugou’ was all you could say fearing what happened to him, ‘Y/N?? Y/N FUCK’ you look up to see him in another ball next to you, but tokoyami isn’t next to you has he been saved?, you go up to the screen of the ball your hands aligned before you looked around you, are you in a mouth..

before you could think further you saw the mouth open, falling out of it you heard the compress yell out in frustration before bakugou could grab you dabi had his hands on your shoulder making you wince out in pain his grip on you too strong for you to do anything, compress also holding onto you so you couldn’t move, you looked at bakugou and midoriya they ran at you unable to reach you in time, as the portal closed you say

‘bakugou don’t come’.

you didn’t see this part, but bakugou was distraught, he was made to go the hospital with the others but he didn’t talk or scream he sat there throughout the night of your absence in pain, not the usual screaming angry bakugou. he could only think about how he couldn’t save you, that’s when midoriya came to him along with kirishima about rescuing you, he was all for it of course, kirishima could see his pain even though you’re both friends he can see he wants you as more and he loves you as more.

‘do you know why you’re here’ shigaraki smiles which you could barely see with his hand covering his face, you couldn’t move, you were strapped to a stone chair melded into the wall, you felt helpless, ‘let me guess, you want me to join your little league’ you sneer, ‘we can give you everything you want and more, you power could be useful to us’ at this you just laughed. ‘you can give me everything huh? i don’t think you can help me become a pro hero which is all i want’ what are they thinking? did they really think they could convince me with this,, unless there’s something to threaten me with. before you could think further dabi grabbed your face ‘look here princess, becoming a pro hero is easy but we can protect you, they can’t when you realise how much we can give you you’ll be begging for more’ he smirks looked down. ‘you’re fucking disgusting get off me’ you spit.

he does as you wish stepping away from you smirking, you felt sick not only were you trapped but there was no way you were getting out of this by yourself.

after a lot of screaming from bakugou and kirishima they went to the dorms, bakugou went in this room slamming the door as soon as they got back. thoughts running through his head so fast it hurt, for what was the first time in a while, he cried, thinking about the first time he saw you, how you were nervous but tried not to show it, he saw right through it, you understood eachother well and not only did you put up with his anger but you screamed back when you needed to. from the first time he saw you he stared at you, in class and when you all moved into the dorms he couldn’t help but feel happy when he realised you were on the same floor.

still with tears running down his face he picked himself up and walked to the room across the hall, your room, the last time he was here you were gaming together, he remembered how you leaned into his shoulder and groaned when you failed a level, or how you pout when concentrating, or how your face turned red when anyone asked if you were dating. that night he slept in your bed fearing the worst.

it felt like it had been hours of the pain, again you didn’t cry around people you tried so hard not to but it hurt, toga didn’t go easy on you, you were nothing but that of a ragdoll a dummy to play with, they went one by one interrogating you for information about ua and your classmates quirks, since you wouldn’t join the league and there was no sign of you changing your decision, toga was still interrogating you, after denying the first few questions she cut your cheek, and then your shoulder, getting angry and losing patience she stabbed your thigh making you cry out in pain, your once tear stained cheeks was now blood stained.

it had been hours, you were barely breathing, it was late probably 4 or 5am, you were covered in blood, your whole body covered in cuts and bruises, some of your fingers broken, they were going to release moonfish on you but they needed you alive for whatever reason, togas blood machine was in your body sucking the blood out, you felt weak, you were in pain and the salty tears dropping from your eyes made it worse stinging you as they dropped, you were on deaths door.

‘shigaraki i think we should give her back now, she’s going to die they should watch her die, if we give her back dead they can’t watch her die’ you couldn’t distinguish who said it, you were in too much pain to even lift your head ‘hmm i guess you’re right, toga just to be sure stab her near her stomach’ you couldn’t bare more pain, the cuts on your body the stabbed thigh was enough you were losing so much blood you felt like you were about to faint, you screamed, your scream pierced everyone in the room, the power you haven’t been able to use went into your scream making everyone’s ears literally bleed, with their hands over their ears shigaraki gave kurogiri the signal to open his warp gate, you felt a piercing pain in your waist, you screamed yet again but louder, you looked to your waist to see togas knife still in your flesh, she had stepped back because of your scream, shigaraki told everyone to undo your restraints, even though you’re powerful you were so weak, the villains in the room could kill you in an instant, you were going to die if you didn’t get help. they finished taking off the restraints, you couldn’t stand, you fell as soon as they lifted you off of the chair,

‘it’s been a pleasure working with you y/n, hope to see you again soon!’ you hear shigaraki giggle before the floor beneath you turned to a warp gate, you fell through and hit a wooden floor, crying out in pain you try moving your head around to see where you were only to realise you’re in the dorms, you turn over so you’re on your back where you experienced the least amount of pain since your back was against the chair, thinking this is some sick joke, you scream again but not to hurt anyone, only to make your presence known, you can’t move your losing so much blood you’re basically bathing in your blood. togas knife is still in your waist, you scream again, all the pain you’re feeling going into your scream. a few seconds later you heard footsteps loud ones, you felt yourself going numb, you looked towards the stairs to hear bakugou, midoriya and todoroki, everyone else were behind them not knowing what was happening, ‘what the fuck, what the fuck i know that’s y/n, i swear i heard her’ you heard bakugou say, he got down the stairs and looked around to see you, he ran so fast to you, to be by your side,

‘Y/N no fuck fuck i’m sorry’ his eyes were watery you smiled seeing the boy, ‘it’s not your fault’ you use the rest of your strength to lift your arm to hold his cheek, which made you cry out from the stab in your arm. mina yelled out ‘someone come with me now to get someone!’. todoroki sat besides you and gently put his fingers to your wrist making sure not to touch your broken fingers he checked your heartbeat, your breathing becoming irregular and forced. ‘y/n fuck what did they do to you’ kirishima whispered. you only smiled trying to comfort them, and then bakugou started crying his tears dropping next to you, making your eyes tear up as well ‘suki please dont cry, i’m here’ you tried comforting him, ‘theres something i should’ve told you before but i was too fucking weak’ he said trying to stop the tears, ‘you’re so strong’ you whisper the breath in your lungs running out, ‘y/n l/n i fucking love you, so much i wish i told you earlier but god i’m sorry i’m saying it so late i wish i wasn’t so fucking stupid’ you looked at him tears flowing making you wince ‘katsuki bakugou i love you too’ you breath, feeling yourself slipping away, ‘y/n keep breathing, shit’ midoriya said your holding your hand. ‘you’re so strong y/n stay with us’ todoroki smiled sadly.

then it all went black

when you woke up, you were on the sofa in the dorms, it had only been 30 minutes, recovery girl was next to you she healed your stab wounds and cuts first, but the wound next to your waist was hard to heal, bakugou was next to you, everyone else around you as well including all might, aizawa and the chief of police, ‘you’re awake’ bakugou smiled sadly, you smiled back, you looked down to see your broken fingers back to normal and bandages around your arms, thighs and stomach. ‘y/n i’ll ask you these questions here since these are trusted people’ the chief of police smiled, you nodded, ‘okay so first of all where were you and who were there’, you explained the dusty attic looking room and everyone who was there, after a couple minutes he asked ‘okay final question what did they say to you ask you, what did you say to them and why did they give you these wounds’, ‘they asked me to join their league they told me there’s benefits i told them something about how they can’t help me become a pro hero and after realising i wouldn’t join they tried interrogating me about ua and the quirks of everyone in this class, i refused so they hurt me and they took my blood, since the girl uses blood to change into people she’s probably going to use it, she has a lot of it now so check if it’s me before talking to me’ you felt a tear slip from your eye, quickly wiping it away you sit up wincing, ‘hey not so fast take it easy’ bakugou said comforting you by holding your hand. ‘y/n i’m so sorry we couldn’t protect you, you did amazing, ua did well accepting you’ the officer smiled.

after recovery girl told you about cleaning and looking after your wounds and aizawa and all might talked to about the encounter, they left, it was morning now around 8am and everytime you closed your eyes you see the blood and them. you sat up on the sofa the painkillers you took were working so you weren’t in much pain at all.

‘lay on me’ bakugous sudden words making you jump a little you smile, you layed on the chest of the boy you’re in love with, he stroked your head, for the next months and years to come he comforted you and through all the nightmares and all the crying he was with you, he was with you for all the fights and the injuries, he loved you through the times you didn’t feel loved, he cried with you when you needed it. katsuki bakugou loves you no matter what
