me when miles talks abt his endless love for performing and not caring whether it is a big festival stage or little pub down the road and always opening up to helping young musicians and artists because they are all in the same struggle and they gotta look out for each other

when i picture carpenter silt verses i am picturing a woman in her late 40s with the same physique as jason voorhees and hair that she's been washing with motel bar soap since she was 18 btw. this woman looks like if a long haul trucker occasionally had to perform ritual self-flagellation. like if a man with a single bottle of dawn dishsoap in his shower was a middle-aged woman who feared neither pain nor death. we're talking dry skin, resting bitch face, and something of the classic slasher villain in her sheer size and resilience. someone who could break an ankle and still not stop trying to kill you with an ax, genuinely frightening.
i believe in scary, gruff, aging women's rights.

I'm not including a situation where someone might be injured because in that case I'm thinking the bed goes to them by default or they are nominated for it. anyone who wants to be chatty goes to join the living room floor gang.
What are your thoughts and headcanons? Do you have thoughts on how the boys tend to approach assigning beds in inns? Who do the chain choose to sleep near when camping and why? What are their dynamics like when settling down for the night and getting ready for the day?
In "Mirror Vs Open Closet Door: Fight!" by Gintrinsic (here) Four refers to the chain's decision on how to split up between inn rooms as the "Link-per-room ratio" which I find very funny. He, Sky, and Time also talk about their thought process behind why they do or don't want to sleep in a room with some of the others which I find fun and interesting.
So! If you have thoughts and want to share them! *gestures to the post!*

Okay but like... the way in Night Club when Hinata starts opening up to Rinne and Rinne sees who he used to be so so clearly in Hinata. Feeling like the world believes your entire existence is wrong, nothing is going right, you just want to give up but you can't. Hinata comments that it's easy to open up to Rinne and I think part of that is just that Rinne intimately understands what Hinata is going through, trying to find himself in a world that he feels like an alien in. And while Rinne obviously doesn't like to be so upfront about his feelings, you can tell he's watching out for Hinata and encouraging him to act up and act out, to be loud because someone is proud of him and is glad that he's there (and now Rinne is in Hinata's corner and he's less alone than he was before).

"Oh shut your fucking mouth. This isn't about Tzila. This isn't about Sherman. This is about YOU. You're just trying to play the hero to make yourself feel better for what YOU did."
"What do you want? Applause? Valor? You can't undo what you've done. EVER. This is part of who you are now for the rest of your life. It doesn't MATTER how many good things you do from here. This doesn't get erased."
While I don't think Lark is technically wrong, Phineas is trying but should definitely examine how he's thinking about/approaching all this, I do feel like this response is very personal, Lark is dredging up some of her own trauma here.

Moments that will be living rent-free in my head forever and ever.
Hey. Listen to Inn Between. It's good and also this happens and it's dramatic and cool and devastating (and just a little bit ridiculous. Acid flavored...).
(Image description: Three pictures of the same drawing in various stages of progress. The first image is the finished and colored drawing in black ink and colored pencil, and it pictures Meltyre, a young man with pale skin, dark brown hair, and currently green eyes. He is wearing dark grey robes with greenish-blue flames patterned around the wrists and hems, and a wizard hat with purple trim and the same greenish fire hanging as a pendant from the tip. His expression is angry and determined. In between his hands, he holds a ball of bright green liquid. Typed text around the drawing says in one font, "Stop calling me a coward." In a second font, it says, "...Meltyre, what is that?" In the first font again, it says, "Chromatic orb. Acid flavored. Are you listening to me now?" The word "now" is larger and spaced out for emphasis. The second and third images are the pencil sketch and the uncolored ink drawing with the words handwritten. End of image description.)
