was brainrotting about SAGAU again and had a thought- what if the Creator aged?

because technically, you're just a normal human, at least in your world, so there's no saying that it doesn't carry over to Teyvat. of course your followers don't know- they see you as the one true god of all the land, the one who created the world with your tears and breath. you don't care for it much, the whole worshipping part, which is why you spend your time with Ajax and by extension, Foul Legacy, instead- they treat you like a person instead of an object to be admired in a museum. of course they both worship you in their own way, but Foul Legacy does it by lavishing you with snuggles and affection; Ajax preferring to drag you along for fun outings and adventures, both of them seeking your praise and love which you're more than happy to give.

sometimes, you think the suffering and pain you went through to get here is worth it, whenever you see Ajax's usually lifeless eyes light up when you kiss his cheek, or when Legacy trills so happily upon seeing you that his vocal chords give out and he can only smush his face against your cheek

they keep you safe, allowing you to live peacefully in Teyvat. their favorite thing is to steal their shared body from the other, Legacy hijacking Ajax's movements and Ajax yanking them back a few hours later, just to make you laugh- it's such a lovely sound, like music and bubbled glass. you go on adventures together, exploring the highest mountains and the darkest depths of the world, for there's not any monster, Abyssal or Celestial, who would dare to harm you with Foul Legacy by your side. slowly, but too quickly, your hair turns gray over the years, smile lines on your face and creases on your hands becoming more and more prominent. for their part, Ajax and Legacy try valiantly not to mention it, despite how you trip and stumble so much more nowadays, your hands always cold and your voice soft, as speaking too loudly makes your throat hurt- they must be imagining it, you're the Creator! you can't age!

I've been thinking about how you've made Talas' physique even MORE powerful lately. And now I'm just imagining him, one-armed, chucking Graves like the world's angriest javelin at their common enemies.

That's genuinely so in character that I had to draw it. Average hunting tactic... and Graves would be all too excited for it, honestly

#in all seriousness honestly im really glad !! Have just been informed that most people do not consistently worry about having unknowingly deeply offended a friend or if a friend secretly hates them. They just go about their business, socializing, worry-free.

people really need to get a grip. The pale blue eye is a book set in 1830s, why are you surprised that there’s misogyny in the film?

#y’all would go wild if you knew the book was written by a gay man #I mean I understand the problems with the content and the way it’s handled #but Maddie’s situation… and the way 1830s society would’ve handled it would be to ignore it or consider her ruined.#it’s disgusting and it shouldn’t be a thing but that’s the reality #the movie struggled in playing out a lot of the character depth you get in the book #needed more Lea… needed more of her being a bad bitch #they put Mrs marquis in more than Lea tbh LOL and she’s not very significant in the book #I love the book and I’ll go to the grave defending it #the pale blue eye #still have the male savior complex I know but can we appreciate what landor did. kill r*pists.#women were silenced in those days.. maddie would not have been able to talk to anyone about it bc in the book she’s isolated in a cabin with #her dad. she rarely leaves.. and she’s so excited for that ball.. she wanted to go so bad #she prepped for days and that happens and it just shatters her being which in turn shatters the household #she didn’t have any girl friends.. she didn’t have friends.. she just lived with her dad!!!#suicide hits close to home and the movie hit close in its own way

I uh can’t believe a Majima game cleared the depression brain fog in a way that Genshin patches or even Dragon Age cannot. What the fuck. What the actual fuck. It’s almost like games need to be sustainably fun to play or smtg

#I can say this as a 1.0 Gen*hin player I have that right #and even though I want DA sadly uh I can see why others feel a certain way about what’s been coming out from those who played it early #not to mention the industry in general is shit for some studios #some pivoted and some didn’t and sadly you can tell #we excuse Gen*hin because it’s a gacha game that’s live service like my expectations are as low as the grave there #I have a reason to look forward to the winter other than the prospect of traveling
