I'm obsessed with Tashi's refusal to pretend she's changed her mind about wanting both Art and Patrick. At different times, Art and Patrick both come to her all insecure and passive-aggressive to demand she say they've got her forever and their bff is out of the running and she's really like lol nope every time. "My preference is both of you, but I'll trade you back and forth as needed if you two can't get along" is her final answer. I love that for her.

wes grows a depression beard and gets really into building birdhouses. sometimes lilah, still liaison for w&h, shows up and together they're the most sexually tense couple at the farmer's market. (lilah makes him shave the beard)

obviously lilah decides that she needs to insert herself into this non-throuple in order to make wesley jealous and admit that he cares about... something. other than birdhouses.

anyways every visit inevitably ends with lilah being called back to work by the senior partners. she only gets to snag brief moments of freedom before she goes back to work, and every time wes has to say goodbye to her all over again he gets all morose and guilty about it.

and i think it's ultimately about hanging onto guilt and loss past the point where it's helpful for you because it's your last connection to someone, even though it's keeping you from living your life in the present, because on some level the idea of being happy feels like a betrayal. and trying to figure out what moving on even looks like

You know what would oddly fit really well? Aromantic Eliot

Oddly because it's not my first thought based on his backstory, but it fits so well.

Eliot who is happy with family and friendship bonds between the two couples in the team. Eliot who tried so hard to do right by Aimee, and who dreams of the picket fence life, but what if it's not because it's actually what he wants, but because to him, it represents the wholesome peaceful ideal, sort of like the shire in the minds of the fellowship hobbits, that he's wondering if he's worthy of. It doesn't feel much different than when he dreams of running a hardware store, of being a baseball star or of becoming a country musician.

And it's clear how close he and Parker and Hardison are, but (barring homophobia from the writing/corporate department) he isn't very affectionate with them the way they are, which is for Parker and Hardison specifically due to their romantic relationship aspect.

And to preempt the discussion: flirting, sleeping with people, and even having romantic relationships with people (Aimee, the marshal in redemption) doesn't exclude someone from being aromantic. You can want to have a romantic relationship for any number of reasons, romantic attraction being the most common one, and wanting to try out settling down and if he is worthy of that kind of life by giving it one last shot is a just as valid one.
