Who are these guys? These are the Inverse Turtles of course!

Why are they inverse? Well, these four mutant turtle ninja teens were actually raised and trained by the leader of the Foot Clan, Splinter.

In order, you see: Donnie (the brains), Mikey (the class clown), Raph (the heart) and Leo (the leader).

TMNT: Inverse is a fully animated 2D project that is currently in the works!

Hi! I’m part of a tmnt fan project now, here’s a sneak peak of something I did

Inverse Leosagi, I commissioned the official artists of TMNT Inverse (a 2012 footclan AU) to draw art of Mizu with their Leo, and I thought it was so adorable that before they finished the artwork I ended up making this lol. (This would be before Mizu meets Shuji, and gets teleported to another dimension in classic Usagi style)

Inverse Leo uses she/her pronouns and is lesbian, so they would be very cute girlfriends! Mizu would still be very bold and straightforward, which challenges Leo’s competitive nature. Mizu is often caught off guard when Leo does take the challenges seriously, leading the rabbit to be the one brightly embarrassed and blushing.

Leosagi in every universe is so perfect (๑>◡<๑)

hiiiiii so i had the thought that the voice similarities between the shows is probably going to be inverse, right? like, when mikey gets back to his dimension, he'll get stressed around his dad because he'll hear tiger claw in him, and when they meet their shredder he'll feel confusion hearing master splinter in him, yeah? also a question, are there going to be instances of other characters' POVs, like how we got snippets of 2012 donnie's and raph's POV ?

Yeah that’ll be about right, ESPECIALLY with the Tiger Claw tidbit. He’ll still get unreasonably anxious whenever his dad sounds upset/angry/cold when he gets back, and it’ll get better but won’t ever completely go away.

He’ll also get taken back by the Shredder situation but he has a better reaction to that. There’ll still be hesitation to attack that his brothers do not have but it’s much easier to push through. Might eventually get angry that another familiar voice is going to be tainted for him and fight HARDER against him.

There probably won’t be other POV snippets (at least I don’t have any planned) but we’ll see, this story I don’t have planned out as much as Mystic Malfunction so we simply have a VERY base premise in my mind and I’m rolling with it and adding things along the way that work. Like the thing with the rainbows? Yeah that just kinda happened naturally but it fit so well with the arc Mikey’s going through in this I made it a reoccuring theme and named the story after it lol

The 2012 cartoon was the version that I watched a lot as a kid as well as it being the first tmnt show I got to complete and so imagine my shock when I ventured into other turtle media only to find out that Splinters death ... was NOT a cannon event to all the storylines . I was so flabbergasted. Absolutely Gutted that was so mean

On the inverse the older shows I never watched back then cause idk probably they didn't air anywhere available to me , but I had always seen bits and stuff so I had an idea of how the characters were supposed to look. So imagine when i went to nickelodeon one day and splinter was a giant pretty looking rat and not a scraggly sewer creature , little me was SHOOK lmao I was genuinely like that is NOT the rat I've seen who is this😭

Hello UV! This blog will be inactive a little bit longer until I get used to school & work schedules! Once everything is normalized, I’ll know when I can slot UV updates and posts, but until then, still no updates (sorry)! Everything has been written, it’s just a matter of drawing pages and making chapter art! I learned a lot from the first chapter and hope to do things much differently this time, so bear with me as the style of UV changes yet again through this process. This could also mean updates take longer. For chapter one, it was updated weekly, but chapter two may take longer than a week (both because of school/work and the type of comic pages I want to upload for it). Again, please don’t rush or ask for updates, but feel free to ask for anything else! There may be some refs getting shipped out before UV picks up again, so look for those!

If you’re curious about what I’m doing in general, I’ve been doing some self indulgent & personal art stuff on main! No schedules, no quality restrictions, and slightly more frequent uploads of course :)

do any of you have any favorite TMNT fan-iterations ? I’d like to draw one of em, my fan-iteration knowledge is pretty limited (I only know Eazy’s, inverse AU I think, and Indie) , so if any of y’all have a nice Tmnt fan iteration, I’d like to see ! ^_^
