Warlin Door having access to different worlds is already so good and compelling as a character, but it’s even more perfect that he’s presented as a TV host every time we see him, both with Night Springs and the talk show. He’s across different channels at all times, able to narrate and interact within the medium, but as far as we know, unable to change and mold the world around him like Alan and other artists in the dark place. It’s the perfect persona for him to have (and he better have a big role in that Night Springs DLC!)

found this in my drafts since i cant write very much rn, take it:
try as i may i can't deny it; i love a good sickfic.
but, especially, i love when a whumpee is sick and that's not even the half of it.
maybe they're sick and in captivity, forced to rely on their captor to help them (or harm them)? maybe being sick almost makes it easier, at least they're delirious instead of conscious.
maybe they're sick but they can't rest, for whatever reason, they're overworked and miserable and they simply cannot stop. maybe someone else is counting on them.
or sick and injured and utterly alone. no one is there to help them as they struggle through trying to care for themself, trying to close a wound with blurry, feverish vision. bonus if the sickness is an infected wound.
god forbid, maybe it's really really serious. maybe no one will tell them what's wrong and they're kept in the dark from what's happening to them. maybe because no one else knows either.

I wonder if Aimeric had some jealousy of Laurent and how much did he know of Laurent's abuse they shared. Since the regent’s abuse of both Aimeric and Laurent had to overlap somewhat. The reason I think Aimeric had deluded himself with the regent’s lies and jealously is how he talks to Laurent near his end in PG. There was a weight of “he loves me, unlike you.” to what he said, before the shattering of delusion.

SEVENTY YEARS OF CAPTIVITY -- KJV (King James Version) Bible Verse List Visit https://www.billkochman.com/VerseLists/ to see more. "Therefore he brought upon them the king of the Chaldees, who slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and had no compassion upon young man or maiden, old man, or him that stooped for age: he gave them all into his hand. And all the vessels of the house of God, great and small, and the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king, and of his princes; all these he brought to Babylon. And they burnt the house of God, and brake down the wall of Jerusalem, and burnt all the palaces thereof with fire, and destroyed all the goodly vessels thereof. And them that had escaped from the sword carried he away to Babylon; where they were servants to him and his sons until the reign of the kingdom of Persia: To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years." 2 Chronicles 36:17-21, KJV "And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations." Jeremiah 25:11-12, KJV "For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place." Jeremiah 29:10, KJV "In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, which was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans; In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem." Daniel 9:1-2, KJV "Speak unto all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, When ye fasted and mourned in the fifth and seventh month, even those seventy years, did ye at all fast unto me, even to me?" Debating is so fun when it’s over text because my tone of voice won’t alter the purpose of my words.
it’s amazing. I love it. Debating really allows you to see inside the person you are talking to. Their thoughts and feelings, the inner workings of how they perceive things. Then you get to debate about it and talk about and learn new perspectives!
my voice gets all dismissive and argumentative sounding when I’m debating. I don’t mean to do it but I do and it changes the way my input is perceived.
I love debating over text. It’s so fun
