Seroflo Rotacap 500mcg
Tumblr media
Seroflo 500 Rotacaps is a respiratory medication used to treat and prevent respiratory disorders like asthma attacks and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Asthma is a breathing problem in which airways narrow, swell, and produce extra mucus, leading to difficulty breathing. COPD is a group of lung diseases with emphysema (shortness of breath) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation of the lining of your bronchial tubes).
Seroflo 500 Rotacaps is a combination of two medicines: Salmeterol (bronchodilator) and Fluticasone. Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways and increases airflow to the lungs.
It makes breathing easier by widening the airways. Fluticasone belongs to the class of corticosteroids. It acts by blocking prostaglandins' production (chemical messengers) that cause inflammation (swelling) of the airways.
Depending on your health, your doctor will advise you on how often to take Seroflo 500 Rotacaps. Seroflo 500 Rotacaps frequently cause the following adverse effects: cold, black or tarry stools, elevated heart rate, nausea, vomiting, respiratory tract infection, headache, sore throat, cough, bone, muscle, or joint discomfort.
The majority of these Seroflo 500 Rotacaps adverse effects go away with time and don't need to be treated medically. However, get in touch with your physician if the negative effects don't go away.
Try not to quit taking your own medication. Before taking Seroflo 500 Rotacaps, tell the doctor about any conditions you have, such as diabetes, osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones), cataract and glaucoma disorders, hypokalaemia (low potassium levels in the blood), hyperadrenocorticism (high levels of cortisol), and seizures.
Patients with tuberculosis and a fungal, bacterial, parasitic, or viral infection should use nasal or inhaled corticosteroids, such as fluticasone, with caution as there is a possibility of secondary infection. If you are expecting, nursing a baby, or using any other prescribed or over-the-counter medications, please let your doctor know.
Uses of Seroflo 500 Rotacaps
Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Bronchitis, Asthma, and Emphysema.
Medicinal Benefits
For the treatment and prevention of respiratory conditions such as asthma attacks and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD), Seroflo 500 Rotacaps are utilized. Seroflo 500 Rotacaps efficiently cure and prevent the aggravation of chronic bronchitis, an inflammation of the lining of your bronchial tubes, and emphysema, a shortness of breath.
They also improve pulmonary function. Combining salmeterol (a bronchodilator) and fluticasone (a corticosteroid) results in Seroflo 500 Rotacaps. Salmeterol improves lung airflow by relaxing the muscles of the airways. It opens up the airways, which facilitates breathing.
By preventing the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are chemical messengers that produce airway inflammation (swelling), fluticasone works. Strong anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictive properties are possessed by fluticasone.
Directions for Use
Inhaler: Hold the inhaler such that the mouthpiece is pointing down. Encircle the mouthpiece with your lips to create a tight seal. After pushing down the inhaler once, begin breathing slowly through your lips.
Breathe properly after removing the inhaler.Rotacap/Transcap: A capsule containing powdered medication, Rotacap/Transcap is inserted into a Rotahaler. It is only meant to be inhaled. The capsule should not be swallowed.
A plastic inhalation tool called a rotahaler or transhaler releases medication when you breathe in. After inserting the capsule into the rotahaler/transhaler's base, fully twist the mouthpiece until a click sound is produced.
After that, take a deep breath via the mouthpiece and hold it for ten seconds. Take off the gadget and exhale naturally.Respircap/Instacaps: Please use according to your doctor's recommended dosage and duration.
Before using, please read the instruction sheet.Autohaler: When you inhale, the breath-activated gadget releases the medication. Before using the autohaler, give it a good shake. While holding it straight, raise the lever.
Put the mouthpiece in your mouth and enclose it with your lips. In order to discharge the drug from the gadget, take a slow, deep breath. After holding your breath for ten seconds, release it normally.
Replace the cap after depressing the lever.Inhalation Capsule: Do not ingest the capsule; it is solely intended for inhalation. Before using, read the instructions pamphlet.
After positioning it at the inhaler's base, twist the mouthpiece until a click is audible. Using the mouthpiece, take a deep inhale and hold it for ten seconds.
Oral inhalation (Powder): For usage instructions, see the label. Using an inhaler, take a mouthful of the powder. The Rotadisk is a silver-colored aluminum foil disk with four blisters on it where you can put your medication. Welcoming Heed Audio Back To Our Portfolio Of Brands!
Tumblr media
Hi All,
Have to say that I am delighted to now be able to add Heed Audio back to our range of brands we can offer as I have always been a big fan, not sure if anyone can remember but Heed where one of our first brands at HFL and we sold a fair bit of it with everyone loving it's very natural and unforced presentation, very valve like to be honest thanks to the output stage that Heed use for their amplifiers, but distribution changed hands and Heed kind of disappeared from UK shores for a few years but I am really pleased to say that they now have a new UK distributor so once I found this out I didn't hesitate in bringing them back into the fold.
So for now on demo we have the £1650 Heed Abacus DAC, which you can add a streaming card to for £450 to make it a fantastic streaming/dac solution for £2100, we also have the matching half size Elixir Integrated amplifier at £1500 and its brand new bigger brother, the Lagrange which has just been upgraded to the Lagrange S priced at £5000 and finally the awesome little Canamp II headphone amp which at £475 is unbeatable if you want a brilliant and small great sounding analogue only headphone amp.
Transcap Amplifier Design Explained
Heed use a very different design for their amplifiers which really does makes them sound very natural and lifelike, please find more info below stolen from their website -
'When you own a Heed amplifier you meet technology that you most probably have never seen in action before. Like the almost forgotten (and then reincarnated) valve technology, the output capacitor transistor amplifiers can normally only be found in the deepest recesses of engineers drawers. The technical difficulties of RC-Coupling means almost 100% of todays manufacturers opt for the easier direct-coupled solutions instead. With great effort and countless development hours there is a way to employ an up to date and sonically better sounding RC-Coupled amplifier. We have chosen this way.
This power transforming system needs to be perfectly balanced. The heart of our Transcap technology lies in the precise adjustment of all the charge transmitting and current delivery channels. This propels all the common amplifier components; mains transformer, power supply, voltage and power amplifier stages, into something radically different. You may see now, this is no ordinary amp and it cannot be measured by common standards. Using our methods the sound becomes thick, warm, yet clear and life-like, as it properly translates the electronic signal into the acoustic world.'
Please find a link to the Heed products we have on demo below and if you would like a listen anytime please feel free to get in touch to book an appointment -
Cheers,
Paul.

At #TransCape, it truly is the people who make the event South Africa's most memorable, small-field boutique #mtb experience 💙 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Mountains. Gravel roads. Loads of jersey cows and rural pastures. Magical panoramas unfolding onto the Langeberg foothills. And, of course, Indigenous forests and fynbos galore. The #Stage4 pedal at the annual TransCape MTB Encounter definitely puts its hand up as one of this seven-day Stage Race's favourite journeys, so no wonder it is known as the 'Milk & Honey' Stage. Great views and stunning #singletrack awaited these #mountainbike heroes from around the world as they took on the challenging ascent from #Riversdale to #swellendam, with a solid dose of stoke to be had along the exhilarating trails scaped by Aileen Anderson in the breathtaking #Grootvadersbosch Conservancy. With more than halfway of #Transcape in the bag, there is still around 300km of rollicking trails and #gravel roads lurking with intent over the coming three days. Getting to the #winelands promises to be a cracker segment of this '#MTB Journey across the Cape'.
