Aazoth Ocktur, Bronze Blood, the Knight of Heart

Aazoth Ocktur

Aazoth is a forest-dwelling troll, raised by a snake-like lusus. He is light on his feet, agile, and strikes as swiftly as his lusus. He is confident and cocksure, always certain he knows the best way to handle a situation, and naturally gravitates towards being the head of any group he's in.

His moirail is Cyceri Amphas.

Everything important to him was given by others, with his shoes being given by Cyceri, his cloak given by Sashin, the dog tags a gift from Silvas (One is just his name and blood color, the other says "True power comes naturally to those who would not use it"), and his sword being left to him by his Ancestor, a note addressing "My second best self" left with it in it's original hiding place, the core of the great tree Aazoth chose to live in, found while he was having it hollowed out.

He is, like most of the Sgrub and Sburb players, 13 earth years old at the time of launching the game...

He is the first to hear of the game and, after talking to the others to convince them to get it as well, the first to boot it up. His Server Player is Cyceri, and his Client Player is Sashin.

what if, bruce's postcard didn't survive unscathed, and they had to go off of john dory's foggy memory of the thing.

so like. they're stumbling their way through a bunch of could-be-heres before they hit on the correct one.

and what if, the Vacay Resort section was legit hard to find.

like, the entire island chain is still at Vacaytioner scale, right? so even if the search party's idea to eventually look there was right, it could still take a long time to navigate thru the tropical jungle on any individual island, let alone many of them.

I hope fifteen or twenty years after redemption ends we get another reboot of leverage in which Breanna leads a completely new crew who only ever heard of the original leverage team as heros of legends.

And they tell stories of them like they are mythical figures.

They tell stories of Nate Ford and Sophie Devereaux, how they chased each other across the world before joining sides in the middle to bring together the first leverage team. (They have the Old Nate painting in the current headquarters. Everyone in the new team knows without a doubt that is Leverage Founder Nathan Ford.)

They tell stories of Alec Hardison, Eliot Spencer and THE Parker, the trio who can make anything happen, who made this organisation into what it is now, the patron saints of every leverage team. If a job goes really sideways, they will come to save you, you don't even have to call them. They know.

(The stories range from mildly simplified to wildly inaccurate. Breanna finds this whole mystification fascinating to see, she even kinda gets it on some level, but it's also really weeeiiird. that's just his brother and his insane partners. She just gifted them matching plushies the other day. (She does know where they live and how to reach out to them but she never ever in no way would ever call them for a job. She can do this without them dammit) (but of course they'd still come out once or twice in every season sorry breanna i need my cameos dammit))
