Kettlebell Chronicles: Mastering the Art of Swing and Strength in 2024
Greetings, fitness comrades and kettlebell crusaders! As we transition from the vibrant year of 2023 into the pioneering horizons of 2024, the facts of kettlebell fitness unfurls a flow of cutting-edge exercises and groundbreaking gear. Whether you're stepping into the arena for the first time or you wield your kettlebell with the prowess of a seasoned gladiator, the latest innovations and accoutrements in kettlebell training promise to invigorate your regimen with a zest hitherto undiscovered.
Our time-honored champion, the Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up, continues its reign, challenging every fiber of our being with its rigorous demand for core and shoulder stability. The Kettlebell Swing, a foundational pillar of kettlebell doctrine, remains an unrivaled method for engaging the posterior chain whilst forcing cardiovascular prowess into our trends of training.
For aficionados of the squat, the kettlebell community has unveiled a plethora of variations to test your mettle. The Kettlebell Goblet Squat now stands in the limelight, offering a harmonious blend of strength and stability. The quest for balance and core fortitude is furthered by the Kettlebell Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift and the Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift, each adding a novel twist to the deadlift saga.
The year 2023 was marked by the debut of audacious maneuvers such as the Clockwork Clean and the Kneeling Swing Snatch. These innovations confirm the kettlebell's unmatched versatility for orchestrating full-body symphonies of fitness.
The equipment stage of 2024 saw the ascendancy of several key players. The Eleiko Kettlebell became the heartthrob of cardio enthusiasts, while the Bells of Steel Powder Coated Kettlebell Custom Set became the cornerstone for those dedicated to constructing a home gym sanctuary. The Rogue Rubber Coated Kettlebells earned acclaim for their durability and superior grip, ensuring a steadfast companion through every swing.
For the budget-conscious warrior, the Fringe Sport Kettlebell emerged as a mask of value. Meanwhile, the Kettlebell Kings Powder Coat Kettlebell ascended as the crown jewel for the connoisseurs of the kettlebell domain. For neophytes embarking on this exploration, the welcoming arms of Onnit Kettlebells and REP Kettlebells offered a calm notion with their broad spectrum of weights and approachable design.
The intertwining of revolutionary kettlebell exercises and the avant-garde gear from the past year into 2024 highlights the wild evolution of kettlebell fitness. From the core-strengthening odyssey of the Turkish Get-Up to the posterior chain-enhancing saga of the swing, capped with the acquisition of top-tier equipment, the kettlebell remains an indomitable force in our want for physical prowess.
As we navigate through this new era of exercises and gear, let us anchor our efforts in the joy of the moment, the precision of technique, and the embrace of the multifaceted benefits that these compact iron titans of fitness bestow. Here's to transforming our workouts into a scheme of limitless potential and vibrancy, one kettlebell swing at a time.

it is imp to remember that this is not about religion and the ethnic cleansing of artsakh proves this. all oppressive regimes are connected regardless of religion and that is why azerbaijan and israel have good relations. another example is saudi arabia having good relations with america and israel while also killing other muslims in yemen.
interestingly, like israel, saudi also uses religion to gain credibility (recently got holy mosque imam to give statement condemning boycotts and encouraging muslims to not be involved in the situation in palestine) and recruit muslim supporters from all over the world, while simultaneously killing/imprisoning muslim critics of the kingdom.
similarly, israel sells itself as a safe haven for jews and convinces jews around the world to migrate to israel while also simultaneously criminalizing antizionist jews all over the world, even suggesting that theyre not 'real jews' (reminiscent of takfirism which is a core part of saudi wahabi ideology) [ fun fact: the house of saud came into power in arabia with help from the british, just like the zionists in palestine! ]
oppressive regimes are directly connected and mirror each other in several ways. this is why liberation and resistance movements need to unite and work together across the world

the way that diff languages sound r so fascinating they're all different and all so vivid
#russian is like the surface of a feather like it's light but not exactly “soft” but still very delicate#german is . cute ? i think it's adorable . it has a lot of momentum it makes u wanna talk fast and talk a lot#like it's squishy . sleek surface w a soft inside#thai is like song . it's like interprative dance or maybe a trust-fall . everything follows from the previous thing#it feels like a little fairy flying up and letting itself fall and flying up again and so on (for fun). its so beautiful but also playful#mandarin chinese is like . idk why but it gives me the same vibe the concept of Observation does . like to read and to see and absorb#and then to translate that into smth else . like . imagine a poet people watching or an artist preparing a canvas w practiced hands. thats#the vibe. soft and elegant and musical but like...in a way that feels lived-in. arabic feels wise ? like music or poetry u read#and feel nothing about then years later u stumble on and it applies to everything in ur life. that kind of vibe. like it knows more than u#and itll make sure ur heart and soul grows as big as its lexicon . polish is like snowflakes falling . it has the feeling of complexity and#elegance but it's also so so light and slippery and...maybe not elusive but the feeling of losing a dance partner in a waltz ? like fun and#light but also an underlying elegance and somberness still . turkish is like the feeling when u get a text from ur crush#and your heart tightens and you cant tell if it's really painful or really amazing . it feels like unrequited love . or a caress#or making out with someone when you know its the last time you'll see them. its beautiful in a yearning longing way#korean is like joking around w ur friends and you've stayed up until like almost 5 AM and youre so delirious that everything is funny#and ur speaking kind of lightly and openly and everything you say holds a lot of weight and doesnt matter at all. you laugh at everything#and youre practically talking in inside jokes and watching the sunrise together . one of them hits u on the shoulder lovingly. ur by a fire#yoruba feels like the metatheory of the matatheory . abstraction until it circles back to intuition or maybe#it feels like plotting the route of a comet or maybe like the soft warm whirr of statistics. trying to verbalise beauty somehow#when you know the best thing you can show it is by telling everyone just look!! look at the sky just look!#anyway yh i think i could do this for every language ever tbh

if you're still not boycotting israeli products, protesting against the genocide, sharing the news, asking for a ceasefire, I am judging you. I know my followers, I know my mutuals. I know the ones who selectively interact with my anime shitposts and ignore the ones about palestine. I am seeing you and I am judging you. I won't call you out on your bullshit personally, because if you can still ignore this humanitarian crisis while being active online and seeing all those posts, you're just not worth trying to reason with. But know that if you still choose to be silent, if you still think this issue is too political or complicated you're an ignorant, pathetic little bitch. you can't live without your starbucks? grow the fuck up. you think celebrities don't owe anyone their support and it is okay for them to stay quiet when it's the brown, the muslim who suffers? you're fucking delusional and you're pathetic. you think you get to turn a blind eye because it's not effecting you? you're a self-centered whiney little toddler. stay in your bubble and keep quiet all you want, i know you will lie to your kids one day and tell them you stood with palestine.
none of us are free until all of us are. free palestine 🇵🇸

i still do feel like hoyo fumbled a bit with sumeru... even if yes, they DO their research on cultures to some extent i dont know how smart was it to combine so many middle eastern influences into one nation when the others had a set image to all of them. i was soo excited that we were gonna get some turkish representation too since that barely happens -in a media i like no less- and all we got were some npc names. and a few dishes lmao
yeah i think it came out messy in the end. fontaine is in a bit of a weird place also in my opinion since it doesn't just represent france either, i have noticed a lot of general european influences, some irish/scottish/english especially and so on. but the sumeru case is still upsetting to me too, ever since it came out. it was coincidentally around the time i took my break. i would have loved to see it more refined and more thought put into different parts of the region maybe focusing on representing specific cultures (yknow kinda like a real life region!) rather than mix it all up. i think the same for fontaine as well although it would work just as well if it was only france

i never realized sahota was indian up till the last few anon asks (hope im not wrong) what gave you the inspo for his ethnicity?
honestly it just sorta happened as his original story was written. I didn't have a clear picture of Ander in my head through the first few chapters, and picked up details along the way that narrowed him down from "undescribed scared college student" to "south/southeast asian" to "Indian"
