Green Rock Tortoise was this week’s project. Different from my normal miniatures, but applying many of the same skills. Used a glue gun for the first time as well. Hope my wife appreciates it on the 25th!

I made a little Donatello!
Thought it’d be fun to pick up sculpting again for a bit, since I’d always start up projects and then forget to finish them. To be honest, he was sitting without a face or details for awhile, but he’s done now!
I’ll probably paint him eventually, but for now he’ll just hang out on my shelf :)
He’s holding his staff like that for balance as he doesn’t have a base, and the d20 is for scale. He’s only 3.5 inches tall!

Had this idea for a while of making sea turts with little beach shells for a while and finally got around to it. Might try adding some pearl luster?
