Adelaide hadn't stopped thinking about Cricket after the festival. She knew they had a lot of injuries and Adelaide wished she could have helped more with healing. But it was hard to show how much she cared when Cricket didn't actually know very much about who she was, so Adelaide waited some time before she couldn't handle it anymore. Grabbing some assorted pastries from the bakery and a bouquet of flowers she made her way to visit Cricket. As soon as the door was opened she smiled genuinely. "Hey! I don't know if you remember me but I wanted to see how you were feeling. Brought you some normal get well soon gifts, figured you can't have enough of those."

This was from months ago, but while Solitude stuff was more new and before I learned of the possibility of Xavier's mask literally being smoldered onto his face, I have considered the idea of what he'd look like underneath it! Basically: scars and a nasty eye injury that resulted in him not only losing said eye, but overall doesn't have the best job seeing like he use to. I will say it's wild how my boyfriend predicted the green association with Xavier months before seeing the other stuff come out too! (he had a hand in the palette I use here)

Even though it's not canon, I'm still curious what IS actually under the mask... What happened to him? Who specifically was responsible? Was it REALLY just the influencers or did his father have something to do with it too?

I’m actually relieved that Bones cut out most of the gore from the Mogami fight scene because if I had to see even half of the shit that happened in the manga happen to anime mob in full color, I would have thrown up all over my computer in pure despair
