But, let's forget about the shattered past, and focus on the thriving present, you and Hoon crying in each other's embrace, saying words filled with the upmost affection and actions that displayed their yearning for each other.

'Mhmm, m'sorry...' He chokes out, clearly affected by Jake's mental abuse.

It was finally back to normal, back to a loving family. You guys could finally sleep in peace, Hoon's toned body moving so elegantly. It was so fast, making up. You even questioned if it was a silly dream. Either way, you wouldn't want to go back. And you weren't EVER going to see Jake enter your life.

'Shh,' whispers Sunghoon cutely, 'let's wake up momma.'

The two loved doing that, waking you up with kisses and cuddles, before playing with each other for a short bit of time. The weather was bright and hopeful, which gave you the impression that, after a hard-fought battle, with determination, you can succeed. What a perfect day to wake up in, you could even cry.

Jin Ae crawls to you, giggling quietly and looking at her father with such amusment. She was like a piece of him, their smooth-riding relationship so wholesome. They both lean in, count themselves to three before launching their weapons of tender kisses.

'Hehe, hello my baby!!' You sleepily smiled, before welcoming the morning with your husband,

'Hello, daddy...' You smirked, knowing damn well how it gives him a dopamine and ego boost.

'Hello my pretty, beautiful, stunning baby wife...' He complimented, laying down and hugging you and Jin Ae, each on both sides of his chest.

He said the last word like a hungry beast, but immdiately became a cute penguin, baby baekgyu. Jin Ae couldn't contol her laughter at this point, soothing sounds echoing in this haven.

'Baby,' Sunghoon started, pecking the two of you now and then, 'should we go to the park?'

Your jokes were as cringey as his, which is probably why many people were astonished by your humor.

'Which Park, your Mum, your Dad? Jay? Yeji?'

He chuckles whilst dies at your jokes,

'Haha, but yeah, we should go to the park, and let's bring Jay and Yeji!'

'Mhmm, they deserve it, AND HEESEUNG. SHOOT, I FORGOT ABOUT HIM! He was like my lifesaver.. We should probably make them gifts...' He agrees.

'I know just the thing...' You said confidently, making Sunghoon look at you, wanting for you to continue,

'We'll be heading to the library, see you.'

OH MY GOD?! My bharani friend would say the same shit verbatim when we were still close and me or my magha friend wanted to talk about our feelings! Girl this is scary I just got flashbacks! I have to state the contrary in regards to Venus men however, because they can be and are as insane as the women. Venus men are extremely image conscious, they do a lot of charity, are polite, charming, but most of the time it's with the goal of getting something out of you. I personally feel like the experiences you've shared of Venus men being kind to you and then being overly sexual, giving you the ick, is their true colors showing.

Venus men, just like the women, are prone to be captivating, and we definitely shouldn't romanticize or idealize them, or any other placements. All the ones I've observed are serial cheaters, have had multiple failed marriages, and love bomb their partners until they get bored and move on to the next pretty thing almost immediately. hiii im not sure if you remember me, i would sometimes send in my silly thoughts after reading each chapter of your YSIK Kokushibo fic!! I’ve been super busy with exams/assignements recently so wasn’t able to read your previous 2 chapters. BUT O M G

When FN reached for Kokushibo’s hand when she was pretending to be asleep and yelled ‘stay’ I LITERALLY SHOT OUT OF MY BED LMAO like that caught me sooo off guard and i was literally screaming in my head like!!!!! That entire interaction i was dying because i rrly love FN’s interaction with Kokushibo, (even though she currently hates his guts LMAO) I was also surprised by his slight annoyance of having to talk to er, but i think maybe that’s because he’s just not accustomed to these things of like spending time with someone?? Yeah! Idk I wasn’t event trying to necessarily  make reader irredeemable but I do like making characters with flaws. Not that I don’t enjoy a good fairytale type perfect damsel reader fic (because those give the warm and fuzzies) but I also love the idea that no matter how big a bitch/meanie/etc you are that whatever person you are really supposed to be with will end up seeing past that and inspiring you to bring out the best in you. Like reader in plug choso a people pleaser and dating choso even on the dl was probably the first thing she’s done for herself that wasn’t part of a “plan” to live up to others expectations. Jaemin stifles a yawn as he gingerly locks the front door behind him, stepping out of his shiny black Oxfords.

The only thing that welcomes his return is the soft chatter of dialogue from the television in the softly lit living room.

Weird.

Jaemin checks the time on his watch; it was already past one in the morning.

With you usually in bed with your newborn daughter by this time, worry and confusion floods the busy surgeon as he tiptoes into the living room to investigate.

There, Jaemin is met with a sight that touches his heart in both the best and the worst ways ever.

Sleeping soundly in your arms is your daughter, her small head resting safely on your shoulder while her tiny body stays warm in an adorable pink onesie, complete with a soft blanket draped over her. There's a slight smile on her lips as she occasionally shifts, still adjusting to living life as a human out of the womb.

You were sleeping soundly too, but guilt weighs down on Jaemin when he sees how worn out you are. Dark eyebags hanging below your shut eyes, head tiredly lolled back on the sofa, and your arms most likely sore from all the carrying you've done today.

"Hey." he whispers, pressing a soft kiss to your head as he crouches down by the sofa. "I'll put her into the bassinet. Wait here for me, okay?"

Too tired to properly greet your husband nor reply him, you merely nod in sleepiness.

Gently, Jaemin lifts your daughter out of your arms into his, staying still to make sure she doesn't get startled by the sudden movement.

The overwhelming rush of love and emotions Jaemin felt as a new dad washes all over him again as he looks down at your daughter, and he can't help but grin from ear to ear in pure pride and joy as he walks towards the bedroom.

"Goodnight, my little princess. I love you so much." Jaemin whispers as he slowly lays your daughter down, a small kiss pressed to her tiny hand.

The moment she's settled down, he's already running back to the living room to you.

"You're doing such a good job as a mom." he gushes once he got back to you, hugging you tightly in his arms.

"I'm so sorry I can't be here to help out more, I'm still waiting for the hospital to find someone to replace me so I can stay here with you. I love you so much, you're doing so good, I'm so proud of you. The best mom and the best wife in the world, I love you, I love you." Jaemin repeats hurriedly as he kisses you on your cheeks.

Still half-asleep, you chuckle at his affectionate ramble. "Someone's cheesy today." you joke, sitting up to kiss him back. "I love you too."

Jaemin's heart warms at your words, and he slips his hands into yours. "Do you want to go to bed now?"

You nod, letting Jaemin help you up and leaning on him as you made your way to the bedroom together.

"Remember when we walked down that beach on our eighth date? You leaned on me like this too." he recalls randomly, a small smile on his lips from the special memory.

That date remains as clear as day in your mind, the gorgeous colors Mother Nature used to paint the sunset that day softly illuminating Jaemin as he told you a random story, the way the sea breeze blew through his hair making your heart skip a beat faster and hold on to him just a bit tighter.

Fast forward two years, and here you were, hand in hand and shoulder against shoulder again, walking down a place perhaps not as beautiful as the beach but just as meaningful as that day.

"We did." you murmured. "And look at us now! Living our dream life, married in our own home and with our own daughter." you say in awe.

Jaemin smiles at this, squeezing your hand lightly.

"I'm glad it's you I'm living my dream life with."
