It's tzatziki sauce and. Potato pancakes. Latkes? i dont know what you would call them. The royal kitchen prepared this meal with love and devotion.

Little Meals on the Aerie, Week of 6/23

I love meal prepping, so I'm going to share what's on our table this week! I pack breakfast and lunch for us to take to work. For dinner, I make ahead nearly all of this to reheat the day of. I don't often get home until 6pm, so I want dinner on the table in fifteen minutes flat!

Considerations this week: I might as well just call this section "101 ways to eat chicken forever".

Breakfast: Sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt.

Lunch meal prep for the Spouse: Korean chicken rice bowls with mixed veggies

Lunch meal prep for me: Tzaziki chicken salad, beef and cabbage stir fry with some scallion pancakes (I am not getting enough time to eat. This is a problem)

Sunday (vegetarian night): ravioli with spinach, artichokes, and sun-dried tomatoes

Monday: Fried chicken sandwiches, fruit

Tuesday: Bang bang chicken skewers, salad

Wednesday: Tuna sandwiches and salad

Thursday: Pizza night - Barbecue chicken tavern pizza.

Friday: Dinner out after food shopping

Saturday: Grilled chicken, miso butter sweet potatoes, fruit (these were very good)

I've been calling it a gyro bowl but it's couscous, chickpeas, lamb, roasted onion and zucchini, a cucumber and tomato quick pickle,feta, and homemade tzaziki. everything's got lots of lemon, dill, and Tuscan herb mix and taco seasoning (I don't have my usual supply of spices being in an unfamiliar kitchen) but either way this is so killer
