Tattoos in BLs

Dean [Until We Meet Again & Between Us] - I do not remember seeing this, but I have the picture, so it must've happened. It’s a compass on his hip because he was lost without Phram and always looking for direction.

Win [Until We Meet Again & Between Us] – We will hopefully find out something next month when the series begins, but even if we don’t, we can still appreciate that these are henna including those angel wings.

Jang JaeYoung [Semantic Error] - Does it have meaning? As he stated in the series, “Not really. I just liked it” but I'm seeing an eclipse thanks to Ayan's hoodie.

Chu SangWoo [Semantic Error] – Hand drawn by JaeYoung, and it is the first image JaeYoung ever drew for him when they first met in the episode one.  

Black/White [Not Me] – White had to get it because Black had it, and Black had it because..no idea, but it could symbolize death or strength.

Yok [Not Me] – Mandarin on the flank means mom, but the birds and the forearm one, no idea.

Tonhon [Tonhon Chonlatee] – “An anchor is what a navigator or sailor uses to hold his vessel to the ocean. Tonhon means a navigator. That’s why I had this anchor tattooed on my left chest to remind me that my heart will not drift away. It will be with the ocean and that is your name, Chonlatee, forever. Every time I look at it, it reminds me that I have you in my heart all the time.”

Kamol [Unforgotten Night] – I didn’t watch this, so I’m guessing that it was because he had pet tigers, and I'm fine believing that.

Mangkorn [Big Dragon] – Mangkorn means dragon, and he is the dragon (Yang) to Yai’s tiger (Yin).

Porsche [KinnPorsche] – A phoenix because that was his underground fighting alias, fire is his friend (he gets the fire started in the woods, he starts a fire in his first week on the job, he smokes), his mom used to tell him stories about the phoenix rising from the ashes, his color in the series is yellow, and he is the phoenix/fire (Yang) to Kinn’s tortoise/water personality (Yin - he's like his mom).

Pete [KinnPorsche] – “No legacy is so rich as honesty” is from Shakespeare’s comedy All’s Well That Ends Well, which is about a woman of lower rank trying to marry the man she loves who is of a higher rank. The quote shows not only to live an honest life (in a play full of dishonesty), but to be honest with oneself, something that Pete does in the end when…you know.

Ram [My Engineer] – Has a dream catcher on his neck to chase away bad dreams, a wolf on his arm, a tribal turtle on his shoulder, and a few others.

He was beautiful from the very first moment of existence. Possessing the inhumane grace of the undead while holding onto the light of humanity.

You watched him from the hidden windows and nooks of your theatre. The alluring ballerino, who never in any practice was left alone by a throng of giggle women.

But he, was yours. Unknown to all, the diamond of Opera belonged to you. It was your voice he craved not of others.

Late at night, after tiring shows, your hands were the ones he sought, even with the curtain of his blindfold.

You, who, he called his angel, in a reverent whisper. Adrian Tepes was yours.

His voice sang to you, his phantom, the ghost he clung to. Denied were his eyes, but your darling held on strong.

Denying any suitors with a firm rejection, unknown to the Theatre, their ballerino had already gambled his heart away.

And soon the day would come, he would be yours. When the world would no longer keep your apart from him. Soon enough you would wrap him in your arms, whisk him away to your world. Where you could both sing together. Where he saw you without the shackles of a blindfold.

Adrian loves his ghost. He all but melts under the solid touch of their fingers. His feet thrum with their presence under the stage. His ghost who is a part of a thousand whispers.

He had come to know the ghost as any other stary-eyed dancer of the company. The owner of the box, that remained empty no matter what show.

He had followed the rules of the theatre, left the box and it's owner alone. Until one night. When in the drunk stupor of an after party, Adrian Tepes stumbled into the changing rooms. All but snatching on to the trill of a fading song.

Smitten by the first notes, his feet leaped to the source, falling into the arms of a blurry stranger. His inebriated mind slipping away as the voice of his dreams filled his ears.

And so it came to be, the signs of his ghost invaded his life. A presence that extended beyond the box. The ghost, who now became his ghost.

From a backstage dancer to the main, his ghost led him to new heights. Holding in at nights, while showing him off in the evening of company's shows.

And came he, the Belmont. He, who leapt at the sight of Adrian. A long-lost friend of the past. His eyes filled with a past that burned the theater.

Jumping backstage, the Belmont embraced his friend. Holding him with the intimacy of an unforgotten past.

He stared at Adrian with the pang of a story waiting to be finished. And Adrian, in return, stayed in his arms, staring into his eyes.

Finally, the fates had reunited them. After all that had passed, there were no Dukes or Counts separating them.

upon entering the lafayette cemetery, visitors were greeted by wrought iron gates, leading to a paved path that meanders among graves adorned with angelic stone statues, intricately carved headstones, and the solemn presence of mausoleums and crypts. the afternoon had a melancholic feel, as if the world was holding its breath. the hallow ground served as a gathering place for those who came to honor the city's missing souls. the soft, dappled sunlight filters through the leaves of the trees, casting a serene mosaic of light and shadow upon the ground. at the heart of the cemetery stood a poignant monument, crafted specifically for this moment, etched with the names of the missing, a loving tribute to those are lost yet unforgotten. this memorial event is a solemn tribute to the missing, a space for reembrace and reflection.

Happy Birthday Scottish actor Alec Newman, born November 27th 1974 in Glasgow.

He may not be a household name, nor has he been in any real blockbuster films, but Alec Newman has quietly made a name for himself with roles in some very good dramas on both sides of the Atlantic.

Alec’s dad was in the Sandy, was in The Chris McClure Section, and since 1973 has been the lead singer and guitarist in Marmalade, Alec’s brother, John James Newman competed in the 2012 season of The Voice UK. Newman considered a life as a football player before breaking his leg playing for Wokingham Town as a youth.

He started out acting with National Youth Theatre aged 16, before enrolling in The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Straight out of there he began cropping up in stage shows and impressing in guest appearances in TV shows like good old Taggart, of course, Heartbeat, Peak Practice and Dangerfield.

In the year 2000 he landed a leading part in Frank Herbert's Dune a three-part based on the novel of the same name, this got him noticed in the US and guest roles in shows there included, Angel, Star Trek Enterprise and Tru Calling, Flitting between stay at home and in the states he has continued to appear in some of the top shows, at home and abroad. Outlander fans might remember him as Joseph Wemyss in Down the Rabbit hole two years ago.

Alec is probably best known at home for playing Headmaster Michael Byrne in Waterloo Road when the series decanted to Scotland. Judge, John Deed, Spooks, Call the Midwife and Casualty at home, 24 Live Another Day, Victor Frankenstein, Shetland Rogue and The Bastard Executioner among many others, as well as stage roles has kept Newman busy in a career spanning around 25 years. Add to that he has voiced numerous commercials, audio books documentaries and Video games.

More recently Alec starred in four episodes of the ITV crime drama Unforgotten, and in the Scottish detective series Karen Pirie, based on the books by Val McDermid. Alec is next on the big screen in The Boys in the Boat directed by Hollywood A lister George Clooney.

Alec Newman married production co-ordinator Heather Stewart after meeting on the set of Waterloo Road. They married in Ayrshire in 2014 and have a daughter together. Newman is a huge football fan and has indulged a love for the outdoors, twice trekking in the Everest region of Nepal.

the chaos emeralds react to what's in your heart—if you're filled with hate and fury, you'll bring nothing but ruination to the world around you.

as the seven emeralds swirl around sonic's illuminated form, fissures cleaved the ground below and something vaguely evil rose from the depths. his red eyes glowed—with droplets of impurities dotting the shine—and the warmth he emanated felt almost overwhelming.

"angel, i'm afraid i won't be able to solve everything peacefully," sonic drawled as you laid pliant in his arms, mind dizzy with a deluge of thoughts and questions. the clamor of robotnik's machinery overloaded your eardrums, yet the resounding potency of sonic's voice cutting through it all made you eerily sick to your stomach.

as if he was speaking on the same odious frequency as them.

shutting his eyes, sonic added, "the energy surging through my body has my heart stalling... if i don't bury all the threats here right now, i'll never be your hero. i'll never return. you understand, right?"

no, you didn't—you wanted to tell him that, but the bile seeping into your throat had you choking on air. the deplorable nature etched deeply on sonic's heart by robotnik himself hadn't been overwritten entirely, those unforgotten memories excavating his lingering wickedness and bringing it forth to feed the chaos emeralds.

scrutinizing the execrable state of your body wrecked by robotnik's weapons made flashbacks coruscate rapidly through sonic's muddled mind, the clarity he always envisioned having obtained all the emeralds distant and ill-defined.

sonic wanted nothing more than to snap each one of robotnik's bones, one by one. listen to that revolting crack as he dismantled that 'genius' brain from its roots inside his head and leave his skull as it was intended—cold and empty.

he believed he was being kind to his teammates—to you.

sonic thought you'd all express your gratitude when he burrowed through the enemy's defences with a cruelty befitting that of his father; and he trusted, with that amped up, frenzied tunnel-vision of his, that you'd all forgive him for the collateral damage about to be bestowed upon the world you loved so much.

after all, you'd just save them when this is all done, right?
