Wrote something based on the idea Cray and I thought of:

Desperation wasn't new to Killer. It was what drove him into madness in the first place, filled his soul with so much Hate that he scarecely recognized himself as a Monster. Sometimes, he'd find himself lost in the hallways of the castle while his soul melted like those DT-riddled amalgams.

And he knew Nightmare wasn't far behind, hands and claws grasping at his shoulders and throat, whispering all of his sins like a Judge. It wasn't rare to see Killer hunched against a wall and sob so hard he choked on his own breath.

He'd remember Cross try making his way to him - or was that Horror? - and say something muddled but stop. Maybe they realized he was a lost cause and gave up trying. Or Nightmare simply selt them away. He can't quite tell with how his sockets flood with liquid Hate.

Sometimes, he seeks Nightmare out before an episode, when he can feel it in the back of his mind and thrumming in his soul. Staggering into Nightmare's office and collapsing at his feet as his legs gave out.

If there was one thing he did remember, it was the way Nightmare smiled at him. Like someone sick with pleasure at seeing another in pain. It was a mean smile, one he'd made all the time before the episodes came more frequently. It was a wonder Nightmare still sent him on missions. Maybe he liked watching Killer try to take lives before seizing up.

"Killer."

His head tilts up from his spot on the dark carpet, knees rubbed raw from kneeling.

"Who allowed your thoughts to wander. Pay attention."

With that, punishment came swift and agonizing - a tentacle had shot itself right through his ribs and forced his body to tilt back as he was pinned in place.

"AAAAGH!!! Uhhhnn...! Hah... hah.....hah... sorry...." He grunts out, pain shocking through his bones with every faux breath.

Every moan of pain was met with a slow twist of the tendril, never once giving Killer a moment of reprieve.

"Mm. You came to my office to hurt. Don't waste my generosity."

Killer slowly grins, he cant help it. Yeah... He deserved this. He needed it. Someone to keep hurting him. Because after all that fucked up stuff he did, maybe it was about time he paid for it.

Another tentacle shot through him, and his head was thrown back as he screamed. He screamed and eailed until his throat was hoarse and no sound could escape. Nightmare's laughter quickly filled the silence instead, his twisted glee replacing his bloodcurdling screeching.

Any would have thought this was torture beyond measure, a fate anyone would do anything to avoid meeting again.

But they knew. They both knew.

He would come back for more.

Jojo directing an action romcom about assassin brothers (Khao & Joong) meet a tattoo artist ex-booster (First) and a mechanic (Dunk). I'm highly amused that Joong plays the older brother to Khao, and that we have a at take on Taming of the Shrew for that pair. I like that everyone is morally gray. This has all GMMTV's best chemistry in one BL and some fresh concepts that I've only really seen tackled in m/m romance (check out Amy Lane's Racing for the Sun, thank me later). I'm excited my only quibble is Jojo, I like his style but his characters can get unreliably messy so...

I genuinely dithered over whether this one should be first. Still it was the only trailer I grinned the whole way through, and had to watch 2x, so it takes top spot for me, but closely followed by a surprise silver medal...

However, after watching the trailer I'm 100% in on this show. I've been waiting for a Blinding Lights style idol romance and this looks like it might be it (Korea, Japan, and Thailand have systemically disappointed me over the past 2 years). Bring it, boys.

This one involves a coven (hello, who called it way back in 2019? Me. I DID.) Anygay, coven includes Santa (no lies spotter with that one).

WHY MUST THIS BE?!! I really don't like this IP but I still HAVE OPINIONS (of course I do) Look, I doubt even legendary EarthMix can save Ossan for me.

Shall I explain? Too much, let me sum up:

It's a terrible script based entirely on an unsympathetic love triangle, the viability of the whole show actually hinges on the boss character so he MUST be likable, because the lead is an unsympathetic looser (and user of people), and the roommate/love interest has no personality. Looks like this version is doing the same. ALSO Earth is grossly miss-cast. (On the other hand, maybe I'll like it more because of that, I would rather my H were toned down a bit.) Finally... where tf are my ladies? The female characters were the best thing about the original.

Of course I'll still watch it. I'm trash.

How about a scenario with Danny wherein he picks Reader as his next victim, but later finds out they happen to be a serial killer as well? Specifically, one that actually has been around even before Ghostface and is someone he actually looked to for inspiration! -☎️

The Ghost Face/Danny Johnson

Danny was out getting information for an article on the Ghost Face’s latest kill when he saw you. You were lurking nearby the crime scene, observing what was unfolding right in front of you. 

Danny could tell you were different from any of his past victims: your aura; your stature; your demeanor. All of it! Especially your eyes: he could see how cold, dark, and unsympathetic they were. To Danny, you gave off ‘don’t come near me or else’ vibes and it excited him. It made him want to do just the opposite: get as close as he possibly can to you. He was obsessed with finding out everything about you. 

He follows you everywhere, staying in the shadows. You're at your favorite coffee shop? Danny is sitting in the back corner, drinking his latte while watching you drink your coffee. At work? Danny is observing you from across the street behind a bush. 

He takes notes on your behavior, habits, hobbies, strengths, and weaknesses. He has noticed that you always carry around a knife in your left back pocket. Additionally, he has taken note that you’re reserved. You like to keep to yourself. Hold on… that’s all in his notes?! What? He’s so confused. It’s been a week. He should know everything about you by now. Danny even realized he doesn’t even know where you live. 

One time while Danny was doing his usual coffee and stalk at your favorite cafe, he looked up from his newspaper to take a peek at you. What he saw sent shivers down his spine and not the good kind. Your soulless, black eyes were piercing deep into him. Do you know that he’s been watching you? Have you been making sure he doesn’t learn anything about you? What is going on? For once in his life, Danny felt frightened. 

Danny didn’t feel any joy in stalking you anymore. He felt like he was becoming the prey instead of being the predator and he didn’t like the feeling of being the prey. He was the predator always and forever. He decided he was to end all of this. It was time for his last stalking session with you. 

He followed you until you turned into an alley. Smiling wickedly, he turned into the alley. He has you… now??? Where did you go? He had you exactly where he wanted you, but how can this be… 

Danny’s confusion then turned to dread when, all of a sudden, someone trapped his arms from behind, keeping him from grabbing his knife from his holster, and put a knife to his throat. Shit… 

So you did know he was following you huh? Oh… You know he’s the Ghost Face, but how? You’re a slasher too?! OMG! You’re (S/N)?! The one and only! Yeah, Danny is fangirling now. You are the one who inspired his Ghost Face persona after all.

Long story short, Danny didn’t get his throat slit open. You and him even became friends and partners in crime. You guys combined your killing antics and now the police can’t identify who killed who. 😂 Geniuses!

Katyyyyy where are you, new way to hate gehrman just dropped. Basically now he disrespected maria because doll is a levelup maiden that helps hunters during the hunt despite the fact she hated the hunt.

He is even at fault for not doing enough to prevent it in case it was moon presence doing. Its that absurd

fdsjhfh Hrrrrg sorry anon, I've been taking a break from the internet for health reasons (and still need more of it). But, damn, this sounds so... forced? Honestly, I do not understand such a strong hate-boner for a sad man in a wheelchair some people in this fandom have. I can't really think of any benefit of the doubt to spare here, it just feels like some people are unable to enjoy any piece of media without pulling real life problems, grudges and extremely unsympathetic judgement into it, especially towards characters and stories where they do not apply.

ANYWAYS, TWO-PARTER!

1) "Maria hated the hunt"

I think an important point to make here is that Maria's disdain for the hunt was, first and foremost, rooted in personal reasons! She was that strong, capable hunter of beasts (and undead Pthumerians of the Chalice Dungeons, for all we know!) but slaughtering the fish "monsters" that could still speak and think and pray was what broke her and made her unable to kill any longer. The way I see it, it was a trauma, and damaged self-image. She could not stand herself as that horrible killer, SHE was the real monster and it was plain to see!

If the point here is that making the Doll, a creation to immortalise Maria('s softer side), help Dreaming Hunters to become stronger and carry on the night, I don't.... understand it? Maria was no longer willing to hunt herself, and in the end, it was very likely that guilt that driven her to su1cide. We don't know that, though. It could've been losing Adeline, it could've been that Cainhurst massacre happened while she was still alive and she hated feeling like a traitor of the sinking ship, it could've been madness and misery of patients rubbing onto her, or all at once, or something else.

But let's say, dreading her past as the hunter was the core thing. I believe this as well, because in the Nightmare part focused on tormenting her, we can see a Chalice and a picture from Abandoned Old Workshop. This is very telling about what she does not want to remember the most:

The problem with the hunt and the beasts though? Beasts attack and eat people. Maria maybe never wanted to draw a blade again, but we can't say she would be opposed to helping the hunters. If nobody hunts the beasts, while they are growing in numbers, they will just... eat people? It actually reminds me of a misconception about Djura hating the hunters in general! He specifically asks to not attack the beasts of Old Yharnam, for the reason of them not being able to harm anyone unprovoked! Meanwhile, he encourages the Paleblood Hunter to go and hunt beasts out there, that can and will just attack humans! I think that Maria must be similarly rational: she can't fight anymore, but she can't deny that if no one else fights as well, beasts will just overcome people, and there will be no one.

If anything, Maria spent the rest of her life, after having revoked her hunter status, to help in the walls of the Research Hall. Research Hall was laboratory of the Healing Church, who were having and governing the hunters by proxy, even if their own type (the Holy Blades) and not Gehrman's type (the Old Hunters)! I would not say that her helping to sustain the hunt past death is so alien to her! The Hunter's Dream was Laurence's plan, and very likely the purpose of it is so that the Dreaming Hunters are able to sustain the full-moon nights with their power and immortality - all so Healing Church has more time and resources for research on ascension. In conclusion, Maria resorted to the role of passive helper, the support, rather than fighting force, even in life. Doll, in a twisted way, continues that quest.

P.S. Just because Maria hating all hunt and hunters as concept would be irrational, it doesn't mean that it can't be! It is still possible that she went 'may Chaos take the world' and spiralled into thinking that maybe humans of Yharnam had to pay the price for messing with things beyond their comprehension by simply perishing. Just.. not only I think this doesn't work so well for the character, but also in this case, Gehrman's "disrespect" would only be charitable! As in, 'Maria lost all sympathy and hope for humanity in life, but she might be her real caring self once more, in this new form', you feel? Not disrespect, but feeling like he must carry on the image of her true self when she no longer could.

For the next part though, let's assume that Maria would not want to ever help the hunters with no other ways around it, and that Gehrman was aware of it, to cut to the main points!

2) "Gehrman did not do enough"

Moon Presence is a literal God that owns the Hunter's Dream, I strongly doubt that Gehrman would be able to have much of a say in this...? If it was Flora's intent to animate the Doll, she might just do what she sees fit regardless of his wish. Or, more twisted yet: even if Gehrman asked her to please leave the Doll out of the hunt to honor Maria's wishes, Flora could read in his heart that he was miserable and lonely so still chose to give him a company. Great Ones might not understand the complexities of humans, such as the conflict between "selfish" needs and their integrity! Whereas for us it is a known thing to understand we must not want what we want, and we must do what we should, for her it was just that the host of the Dream was sad and missed a dear friend that looked just like that doll thing over there!

+ Moon Presence is only able to be defied with a large amount of insight and ascension-potential gained from consuming Umbilical Cords that Gehrman most likely didn't consume. I think it's worth pointing out as one of the reasons why he couldn't even "fight it" if he wanted!

This also made me think of another possibility I discarded long ago, I guess time to blow the dust from it!

Doll's face notably has these cracks on it, and at first I wondered if maybe, it was Gehrman himself who was trying to either beat the influence of Moon Presence from her, or simply destroy her. And yet, every time, she rose back to life, as eery and unfeeling as ever, until he gave up trying over and over... What if he did not want Moon Presence and the Hunters to tarnish precious memory of Maria, to the point of trying to break the Doll to stop mocking him. To stop mocking Maria. And although Doll always assembled back, something was still always off, as the evidence of his attempts - these cracks!

...in the end, I've personally decided it worked better as manufacturing mistake because his hands were shaking at Maria's face part. But like, imagine: Moon Presence cannot be reasoned with, and the next option, to attack the Doll itself, as much as it hurts to hit something Maria-shaped, doesn't work either. It is possible that he did not quite have a choice here, and Doll was animated regardless of his will. Could be for the sake of the Hunter's Dream, could be Flora's twisted "gift" for him that she would not take back... could be a coincidence, too.

Not only it is strongly implied that Maria was buried near the Old Hunters Workshop, since Old Hunter's Bone is found at the same grave Doll prays to and that leads to Hunter's Nightmare, but Doll also has two-to-three confirmed belongings of Maria herself in her design! It could be not Moon Presence's choice and not Gehrman's, but Maria's soul simply dwelled in this body on instinct because of all the odds that attracted her! Maria's soul could be split between Nightmare and Dream, since the two have spiritual connection (Doll remarks that she felt at ease after we kill Maria), Doll sometimes sleeps and we find Maria sleeping too, they have the same voice although Doll's body has no vocal cords (she is a doll, not a robot!) and we know Maria cared about Gehrman at least at some point.

It could be the odds not even a God would have the power over, let alone a man!

+ The cut lines of dialogue offer to her NOT hating the hunt entirely too. She literally tells you that "you will not find your enemies here", and since she seems to know you are a hunter under Gehrman, it makes sense to think she is referring to actual beasts to hunt that would slaughter people in the waking world... So, yeah, her "hating the hunt" isn't outright stated nor supported by both canon and cut content, but can still be a headcanon.

But what if Gehrman did it himself?

I will admit though, there is a potential for an idea! After all.. I love this take a lot. That maybe, initially, Doll was not animated, and Gehrman was the host of the Hunter's Dream all alone by himself. But his sanity was giving up from carrying the Dream by himself and being completely devoid of company. He was losing it, he could no longer trust his own restraint, he needed to keep his distance from the Dreaming Hunters for their own safety. After all, as we can see from one of the endings, if he allows a Dreaming Hunter to kill him, he will be free and the Dreaming Hunter will take his place. The freedom from endless solitude, nightmares and torment of the wait, always so close....

It might have been a sad necessity. To perform some sort of ritual to bring the Doll to life, so someone could take the duties off his shoulders while he is not stable. Because he could not trust the power of his will any longer. Why not direct this to someone that could not feel the loneliness and the pain? Even at the cost of tarnishing his precious memory of a special person?

In this case, sure, he is "guilty". "Guilty" for burying her near this place when she did not want to be a hunter, sure. Again, we don't know the extent of Maria's disdain for the concept, only that she personally did not wish to draw a blade again! And "guilty" for being a human being with human limitations. I think that if someone still wishes to hate him despite it, over their own misuse of the "explanation does not equal excuse" sentiment, this is just the same overly judgemental attitude I actively oppose and I can't approve of this even as much as I want to give a chance to every interpretation. I just recently made a post digging into how the way people treat certain "problematic" characters can reflect their morality towards real people ( x ), and this brings my point again. So, person had every single reason to do the thing, and basically no other choice in the situation, but they are "still guilty"? Context matters a lot, and still willing to hate someone when they had no choice but to do the thing is inhumane, I think. It reeks of pure desperation of excluding and exiling a person "touched by sin" even if it was not their fault, and this very specific sort of superfluous judgement had rotted the society, let alone media analysis!

Alright, I've gotten quite emotional in the last part for someone simply disagreeing with a take on a fictional character, but every other time no matter what reason to hate this guy is touched upon I can't find any explanation but general lack of sympathy and understanding. Heck.. I guess Gehrman was written SO, so brilliantly, that the way people treat him is a great vibe-check? Any character can be disliked, including him, but people's reasoning for why the character is disliked can give away ignorance at least, cruelty and judgemental attitude at worst!

I just hope that I've made my stance on the take clear! Admittedly, it is a more interesting discussion than "misogynist creep" discourse that has been debunked 5000 times now! I think in this case, it is harder to find a final word, and I just offered mine. A lot of this depends on how one perceives Maria and Gehrman, there is no The One True interpretation and I've just suggested my thought process and what I think is more reasonable to assume. Taking away Gehrman's complexity and potential for sympathy for the sake of 'just another man that disrespected a woman' is a pet peeve for me but I am open for surprises. You just said that people "hate" on him yet again, and it just gets old.

THE MOMENT THAT ATE MY BRAIN FOR A MONTH

This is no Abbey Grange, where the killer is a hero in his own right, or Study in Scarlet, where you loathe the victim enough to want to overlook the crime. The man behind the theft is cowardly and selfish and unsympathetic. But that’s what makes this choice more significant, because it shift it to being a criticism of the criminal justice system, vs weighing the worthiness of an individual.

Ryder is not a good person, but Holmes knows that jail will make him a worse person. On top of that, Horner is in the picture as an example of how society makes it MORE difficult to live an honest life after conviction than it is to return to crime. Both of these elements have to be at the heart of any meaningful challenge of the criminal justice system—it can’t work if you just insist that well the Bad People should be thrown away because they’re Bad and deserve it. You have to be willing to reform the system INCLUDING what’s done with selfish and unsympathetic people.

So there you have it! A happy ending for all, with Horner going free, the commissionaire getting a thousand pound reward, the lady getting her gem back, and no one going to prison—a charming little wintertime story with a rather radical statement at the very center. Oh, and this banger of a line:

He is not retained by the police to supply their deficiencies!!

The thing about Dadbastian is that (ignoring the weird fanservice bits ☠️) it's one of the most toxic bonds from both the ends. But. It's the only one that Ciel being in the state that he was in was going to accept and trust (as screwed up as that is).

Ciel had his entire world stolen from him and he was painfully aware of his limits. He knew he needed someone who would be unflinchingly loyal to him. Someone who would be strong enough to protect him and not die while doing so. Someone who he wouldn't risk getting attached to/ have to care for.

Someone whose motivations for protecting him Ciel wouldn't have to question or doubt at every turn. And well.... Ciel understands greed very well. Especially after that horrible month. Doesn't matter if it comes from a human or a demon- their greed is one thing that can be taken advantage of.

Like canon Sebastian makes me want to rip out his innards. The only time I enjoy his character is when he is being properly protective of/ protecting Ciel and not extending/ worsening his pain. His presence is a grim reminder that Ciel will never be getting the healing he deserves. That he would never get to be truly happy and live his life and move on. Because Sebastian would never allow that-and the damn demon goes on and reminds it to us all the time. So like I have no sympathy for him.

And this is where the inherent beauty of Dadbastian comes in. A character as static, unsympathetic and enraging as Sebastian, a predator in the truest sense of the word, a Monster and future killer- yet the only one Ciel could ever tolerate entrusting his safety to, who already occupies a role that requires him to charade as a caretaker figure for the child he plans to EAT, going through a metamorphosis so deep and consuming as developing the kind of care for Ciel that we feel for him that it makes him question his own existence and purpose, makes him experience things that are foreign to his kind and struggle with the gravity of not only caring for a human child that he plans to eat, but also the actions that he took in the past is just chefs kiss.

Yes, Dadbastian is about Ciel getting the love and protection he deserves. But... It's also about torturing Sebastian for the crap he puts Ciel through in canon and putting him through the metaphorical meat grinder + microscope.

It's the best of both the worlds.

Think of Feanor, if you will. Prideful, Villainous, who burns and rages and consumes and destroys and is as fleeting and lasting as his namesake, lingering like a warmth in the bones of the story after a campfire is dozed.

But just as fire is destructive, its also beneficial, needed in many cases to allow new growth to sprout forth from the ashes of those the Flames had consumed, and in turn sacrificed itself for these new sprouts.

Picture Feanor. Feanor who, in the halls, watches all the events of the First Age and seethes. He sees the so called Gods, the Valar, those who promised his father and that generation peace and prosperity and everlasting life in paradise then did nothing to uphold those promises once they came under question, he watches those very beings do NOTHING for his children, his little sprouts. He sees his eldest tortured for 30 years, only saved by the prayers and blessings of his half-nephew. 30 years Maedhros spent begging, pleading, every moment he spent away from the attentions of Melkor or Sauron in supplication to the Valar in hopes that he may be gifted death. Ignored, tossed aside like trash if it were for Nolofinwe's spawn.

His Second Son, tortured by the weight of the Music, the Song of Creation, in his heart and ears and forced to lament his crimes forevermore. Forever separated from his family, forever an ocean away, forever reminded of his guilt and crimes.

His Third, Fourth, and Fifth sons, deemed nothing more than villains, criminals and boogeymen, tales to be told to scare mortal children into staying in their beds at night. Cold blooded killers, snakes in the grass, greedy and unsympathetic.

His Sixth and Seventh sons? Discarded, forgotten and unremarkable, not memorable to the Valar and those that record their histories. Even though they were loved so dearly by those that knew them. How their loved ones fought and begged and cried and screamed to have them on their side when everything was now dark.

Picture this Feanor, who has seen how his Sons were spurred and left and discarded in favour of his Half Siblings children and descendents, to new shiny playthings in Beleriand. Picture how he would seethe at the injustice, how his kin alone are branded while the others remain sin free to the Valar, to History

Picture then, his response when the Valar offer him a redemption. For Feanor was beloved, once. He was brilliant and shiny and the Valar used to marvel and coo at his inventions and creations. How they coveted the work he put his whole soul and being into.

Imagine then, from behind the bars of his cage in Mandos Halls, how he would spit at these "Gods" and their forgiveness towards the "troubles" he caused. He would burn and loathe and hiss at these creatures that offer him a redemption, after he watched them stand by and watch as his Sons were beaten, killed, and left to rot while they tended to others.

But, we have pictured this Feanor, we know him and what he will do, and what he has seen. We know this Feanor, a narration that has survived long past the End of Middle Earth. His name and his influence reach for and wide, even of they don't know his deeds, or his story. The Feanor we picture, is alive in our minds and hearts, flickering like a little candle flame that just burns hotter with each breath we take as we keep his memory alive

Picture Feanor, immortal, and powerful, and known far better than these "Gods", these Valar. Feanor, with one loyal son still roaming the world, singing of his horrible and wondrous deeds. He would sneer up at these unfathomable beings offering him forgiveness and redemption and snarl:

"To reach a hand down to somebody, they need to be Beneath You!"

The flashes of the cameras were incessant and the crowd in front of the Oxwell Penthouse was just as curious. The police were having trouble controlling all the excitement, after all who didn't have this morbid curiosity to see this crime scene and especially the victim. Ian Oxwell, a millionaire living in Gotham's upmarket districts, a businessman with close links to the Gothamite mafia, was found murdered with two bullets. One in the throat, the other in the middle of his skull, the macabre tableau discovered by his wife Selia Oxwell.

-So it was his wife who discovered the crime scene? It was Jim Gordon's voice ringing out, his gaze settling on Selia Oxwell in tears, her body trembling, you could almost believe she was having a fit from crying so much.

-Please take her further away to calm down.

Jim seemed exasperated by her colleagues' lack of sensitivity; letting a woman see her husband's corpse for so long was, in a way, very unsympathetic.

Jim's attention turned back to the body, how the killer had got into the room, killed Ian Oxwell and got away without a trace. It was definitely the work of a professional.

Jim was ready to speak to Officer Ramirez, who had been at his side all along, when the heavy, metallic noises were heard. Jim knew that noise by heart; it was the noise that had animated his life as commissioner for almost a year.

His secret collaborator, who showed up for every investigation.

Vengeance had arrived, and the atmosphere became more stifling with each of his appearances. He had a certain aura of fear and confidence when he arrived, in his enormous bat suit, his mask that made his appearance darker and his boots that accentuated his already imposing size.

Jim let his gaze trail over the masked vigilante before clearing his throat and advancing towards him. His other colleagues were much more restrained in the face of the vigilante, and the commissioner couldn't blame them. The idea of not knowing who was in front of them was frightening, but on the other hand, without Vengeance, the GCPD wouldn't have been able to find out so much about the killer.

-The most plausible lead would be a serial killer.

It was even the most logical, as the killer had the same modus operandi for his two previous crimes, so Vengeance was not lost, he was just thinking, putting together the various elements of the crime scene, plus those of the other crime scenes from the previous days. Finally the vigilante answered Jim, after a few seconds that felt like long minutes.

- Meet me at the top of the police station as soon as possible.

Without even waiting for his reply, the masked vigilante left under the heavy gazes of the policemen present. Officer Ramirez, who had returned in the meantime, approached Jim, curious to know more about their exchange. This earned him a simple black look from Commissioner Gordon, who quickly turned his attention back to his work.

On the other side of Gotham, Ghost was striding through the alleyways, the few homeless people or drunks passing by didn't seem to notice the killer, probably another homeless person or one of Gotham's low-class criminals, they thought. Finally, after a few minutes of stealth walking, Ghost found himself in a narrow, dark alleyway, where there was a strong smell of blood, urine and rot. The perfect spot for the worst scum in existence. Ghost paid no attention to the various nauseating smells, having arrived at his destination, in front of the killer was a highly chained garage door. Ghost opened the garage door, shutting it discreetly, and it was lucky that there were no prying souls curious to see what was hiding behind this abandoned garage.

With the mini TV on, the first news item to come on was the murder of Ian Oxwell, his mask now removed. Ghost simply smiled.

She was so proud of herself.
