Petition to bring back the archaic word "fere" as a gender neutral* term for a companion/mate/spouse. It has roots from the Old English word "gefera" roughly meaning "one who goes with another" and is pronounced "feer" which sounds like "Dear" which is already a term of endearment and is homophonous with "fear" so you can sound like an oxymoronic gay vampire or smth ("Hello my Fere >:)")

*the word "fere" was gender-neutral in English but has evolved into male-gendered words like "fuhrer" and "frere" in German and French respectively

🔍👀 Interesting idea! I do want to add stuff to Aloysha's hair and braids in particular as a design element, so I could probably find a way to literally tie in some more of her wilderness themes with that, now you mention it! Though, in general, she is indeed the type of gal who loves to go rooting through the woods and swamps and caves, so she inevitably often does come back from her adventures somewhat dishevelled and covered in mud and dust and leaves 😂 She's all wolf sometimes and it certainly shows. The Forbidden Woods is one of her favourite stomping grounds (to Ruza's absolute chagrin, as she hates all places that are rife with poison 🤭)

Though regular leaves and twigs might eventually drop out on their own and can't always be a permanent feature, I might build off that idea and add a couple hand-carved leaf/twig inspired jewellery to Aloysha's braids, like hair rings or clasps, to give that same vibe! She's quite handy with a carving knife and knows how to make a lot of things from wood or bone or shed deer antlers! ✨️

my shit ass gamer chair has developed a quirky lil issue where the seat won't stay up and is constantly sinking down and there's nothing i can do about it. it'll last for like 2 hours and then i just can't use it anymore. and i don't feel good asking my parents for a replacement we do not have that money rn. and i apparently don't know how to tell if a chair is going to be good before it gets here (i chose this chair. it's lasted less than a year) so i would have to ask my parents to figure it out for me and they don't have that time. so. i'm kinda just. not able to use my computer for very long. so that's awesome.
