For the Ace Combat fans that follow me who are not aware, Calamitous has released the cut content mod for Ace Combat 7. It restores various dialogue of all missions that were removed from the game. It also corrects cutscenes, adds identifying HUD tags and fixes missing radio portraits. If used in combination with other mods such as True Canon Skins, Proportional Guided Missiles and Stable Handling and Guns, it truly feels like the game is a new experience and what we should have gotten on release.

Just started reading Uplink Squadron. Books good but the cover art fighter doesn’t match the in book description of it. Discription makes it similar to the ADF-01 FALKEN from Ace Combat but with extra wings

Sunday is here and I’m up early. Went for a run and worked out. Haven’t had breakfast. Today I have to get started on scoring and folding the STT pieces. Last night Mom made a feast for dinner, Sis’ last day in Covid quarantine. It rained and Dad couldn’t find a new light fixture for the living room. Our TV is still busted.

Been browsing MR-Gs on Shopping Japan and they are sweet. 46mm wide, just right. But at over 12kRM / $2.5k, far too expensive. I wonder what 2024’s final piece may turn out to be. Or whether I will go ascetic for the rest of the end times. Will have to wait another 5 weeks to see if I win the eco wastewater challenge and its $100k prize or at least a consolation spot.

My YouTube song ‘Pieces of Me’ also here on Tumblr audio got some hits and a like. The audio version sounds better tho, I think because I didn’t use my USB condenser with iMovie on my iPad. Also Cakewalk, which is free, has some sweet mixing presets that make anything sound professional.

6:45am is peaceful. Light traffic outside across, below my window and faint buzzing of insects in the still dark morning. Was thinking of getting a futon Japanese bed roll for my room in our new house instead of a regular bed. I think being frugal is more respectful while many others can barely feed their families. I should find peace in the simpler things in life.

Half Life Uplink gave us probably the coolest scientist ever seen in Half Life history. Somebody has to add him to the game.

They also blessed us with this HECU marine.

And well we don't talk about Black Ops.

In case you didn't know, Half Life Uplink (the movie, not the demo) is a short promotional video for Half Life about a journalist who managed to enter the Black Mesa facility to record the incident. It's the only live action material we have of this franchise and I think it's really cool! Although nowadays the video is rather poor in quality, I think it adds to the charm.
