Fun Fact about her and Arven:

Starting somewhere around the second or third Titan, Senpai will often call Arven "big guy" when addressing him while speaking to him; they will also jokingly call him "big buddy" in response to being called "little buddy".

In the hypothetical Japanese version, also starting somewhere around the second or third Titan, she will ALMOST ALWAYS refer to him as 「ペパーちゃん」 (Peper-chan), even, for example, when talking to...

Classmates who only vaguely know him or know of him (such as Nemona before The Way Home or any of the other students who have classes with Arven--if Senpai happens to know they have classes with him--or students who are in classes that Arven and Senpai have together),

Geeta (when it is confirmed that she probably at least knows of Arven upon Senpai's completion of the initial Academy Ace tournament, since she attended the tournament, likely watched Senpai's battle with Arven, is closely associated with the Academy, and is implied to have some sort of connection to Professor Sada)(NO SPOILERS FOR THAT LAST PART IF IT'S BEEN CONFIRMED),

Uhh I guess some hypothetical Japanese honorific stuff for Penny and Nemona:

Nemona:

She would probably want Senpai to start using just her name (ネモ Nemo) without honorifics upon his completion of Victory Road. He would say ネモさん (Nemo-san) up until that point. He would just call her "Nemona" in English.

Penny:

Senpai would say Penny's name with -san (ボタンさん Botan-san) at first, but would start saying ボタンちゃん (Botan-chan) after The Way Home. He would also use -san for Cassiopeia. He would just call her "Penny"/"Cassiopeia" in English.
