Briella's Pantry Baking: #13 Vanilla Pudding

Sul Sul, Gerbits! With everyone being sick, I had to figure out what I could make. They were all telling me that their throats hurt and it was hard to swallow anything. And the first thing that came to mind to make for breakfast was pudding. 

I know that pudding is a little unconventional for breakfast, but it was the only thing that I could think of. So here is an easy recipe for vanilla pudding.

Today you may see floating foods around me today, do not worry. I am okay, I was just cursed  by another relic that we got from Selvadorada. 

You will need:

milk

white sugar

cornstarch

salt

vanilla extract

butter

Make sure to look at the recipe in the description down below. 

The first thing you are going to do is heat the milk in a medium saucepan, over medium heat. You are going to heat it until it forms bubbles at the edges. 

In a bowl you are going to combine the sugar, cornstarch and the salt.

Pour it into the hot milk, stirring it constantly, so that it doesn’t burn. Add this mixture a little at a time, making sure to stir it to dissolve it.

Continue to cook and stir until the mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon.

Make sure you do not bring the pudding to a boil.

Remove the pudding from heat.

You are going to add the vanilla and the butter.

Pour it into the serving dishes.

The recipe says to chill it before serving, but it tastes just as good if it is a little bit warm.

This recipe was really easy to make, however, next time that I do it, I have to remember to keep stirring it when I add the dry ingredients. That way is more of a pudding consistency without any burn marks. 

But everyone said that it tasted really good, on their throats. And that they would eat this again, 100%. So, I am most likely going to make this again. I hope you guys like the recipe, make sure to like and subscribe for more recipes like this one. See you in the next video. Vadish, Dag Dag.
