I love this scene so much, ruby really did NOT hesitate in immediately taking that missile down. she really said oh you can TRY to hurt my partner just watch this.
like i love her expression in this, the way this goes from being just annoyed or upset; this girl is genuinely pissed with cordovin, because for one, she's being completely unreasonable about this matter, and secondly, i mean, she tried to shoot at weiss and maria.
(also ruby appreciation here; this girl sniped a moving missile out of the air like????)
and because i am whiterose trash, here is bonus ruby and weiss after weiss safely gets off the ship and is on ground with ruby.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
look at this dork i love her sm. the second she's reunited with weiss and knows that weiss is safe; look at that smile.
(also pls don't mind weiss's expression)

The Value of Cross Country Shippers and Cross State Car Shipping to The Car World
In today's interconnected world, the need for efficient and reliable transportation services is more needed than ever. This is especially true in the automotive industry, where vehicles often need to be moved across far distances. Whether it’s for individual car owners, dealerships, or manufacturers, the services provided by cross country shippers and cross state car shipping companies are indispensable. These services make sure that vehicles reach their destinations safely and timely, contributing to the broader car market.
The Role of Cross Country Shippers in the Automotive Industry
Cross country shippers play a crucial role in the automotive industry by facilitating the movement of vehicles from one end of the country to the other. This is important in a nation as large and geographically diverse as the United States. For car manufacturers, these services are essential for distributing new vehicles to dealerships across the country. Without cross country shippers, it would be logistically challenging and costly to ensure that every dealership has a sufficient stock of vehicles to meet consumer demand.
For individual car owners, cross country shippers provide a valuable service when relocating or purchasing a vehicle from a distant seller. The convenience of having a professional shipping company handle the logistics of moving a vehicle cannot be overstated. It saves time, reduces stress, and often proves to be more cost-effective than driving the vehicle across the country oneself. Moreover, these shipping companies offer insurance coverage, providing peace of mind that the vehicle will be protected against potential damage during transit.
Tumblr media
Efficiency and Reliability of Cross State Car Shipping
Cross state car shipping services are equally important, though they operate on a smaller scale compared to cross country shippers. These services are ideal for shorter-distance moves, whether it’s within a state or to a neighboring state. The reliability and efficiency of cross state car shipping companies ensure that vehicles are transported quickly and safely, which is crucial for time-sensitive situations.
For dealerships, cross state car shipping is vital for managing inventory. When a particular model is in high demand in one area but not in another, dealerships can transfer stock efficiently. This flexibility helps in maintaining a balanced inventory and meeting customer needs without long waiting periods. Additionally, for car auctions, these services enable the rapid transportation of vehicles to various locations, ensuring that auction schedules are met without delay.
Economic Benefits of Vehicle Shipping Services
The economic impact of cross country shippers and cross state car shipping extends beyond the automotive industry. These services contribute significantly to the logistics and transportation sectors, creating jobs and driving economic growth. The demand for vehicle shipping services supports a wide range of related industries, including insurance, maintenance, and technology providers that develop tracking and logistics software.
For consumers, the availability of these services promotes competitive pricing in the car market. Buyers can shop nationwide or regionally for the best deals without worrying about the complexities of transporting a vehicle over long distances. This expanded market access ensures that consumers can find the exact make and model they desire at a competitive price, fostering a more dynamic and customer-friendly car market.
Enhancing Customer Experience and Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is paramount in the automotive industry, and cross country shippers and cross state car shipping companies significantly enhance the customer experience. By providing reliable and timely delivery services, these companies ensure that customers receive their vehicles in excellent condition and as scheduled. This reliability builds trust and confidence among customers, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Moreover, many shipping companies offer additional services such as door-to-door delivery, real-time tracking, and customized shipping options. These features add convenience and transparency, allowing customers to stay informed about their vehicle's location and expected delivery time. Such high levels of service contribute to an overall positive experience, reinforcing the value of these shipping services in the automotive ecosystem.
Environmental Considerations and Innovations
The environmental impact of vehicle shipping is a growing concern, and cross country shippers and cross state car shipping companies are increasingly adopting eco-friendly practices. Innovations in logistics and the use of fuel-efficient or alternative fuel vehicles for transportation are helping to reduce the carbon footprint associated with vehicle shipping. Companies are also exploring the use of rail transport for long-distance shipping, which is more environmentally friendly compared to road transport.
Incorporating these sustainable practices not only helps protect the environment but also meets the growing consumer demand for eco-conscious services. By investing in greener technologies and practices, shipping companies are positioning themselves as responsible and forward-thinking players in the automotive industry, further enhancing their value and reputation.
The Future of Vehicle Shipping Services
Looking ahead, the future of cross country shippers and cross state car shipping appears promising, with continued growth and innovation on the horizon. Advancements in technology, such as autonomous vehicles and drones, have the potential to revolutionize the logistics and transportation sectors. While these technologies are still in their infancy, they hold the promise of making vehicle shipping even more efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly.
Additionally, the rise of online car sales and the increasing popularity of car subscription services are likely to drive further demand for reliable shipping solutions. As consumers continue to embrace digital platforms for purchasing vehicles, the need for professional shipping services will only grow. Companies that can adapt to these changing market dynamics and leverage new technologies will be well-positioned to thrive in the evolving automotive landscape.
Cross country shippers and cross state car shipping services are integral to the automotive industry, providing essential support for manufacturers, dealerships, and consumers alike. These services ensure the efficient and safe transportation of vehicles across vast distances, contributing to the smooth functioning of the car market. By offering convenience, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, vehicle shipping companies enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
As the industry evolves, the adoption of sustainable practices and innovative technologies will further enhance the value of these services. Whether for economic benefits, customer satisfaction, or environmental considerations, the importance of cross country shippers and cross state car shipping to the car world cannot be overstated. They are a vital link in the automotive supply chain, ensuring that vehicles reach their destinations efficiently and safely, driving growth and innovation in the industry.

Excited for your thoughts on the bnha ending
Also I’ll be honest I dropped this like 200 chs ago and I’ve just kept up through your metas because I was so disillusioned with the manga 🥲 I even sold my copies
it's a bit bittersweet to see bnha handled this way. sometimes i think we'll get a promising continuation from the author which is major cope for me T.T
fix its are otw but damn it doesn't mend that it ended this way rn
Diff asks, answering together.
Not saying too much because there's not much to be said besides that a friend who wrote a meta who won't post it (to all our detriment!) said it best last week: this story is cowardly. It's afraid to say or do anything because it wants to make everyone happy and realized it can't, so now it just wants to make no one upset, but everyone's upset.
I feel sad for Horikoshi. His recent interviews are quite depressing, and he seems burned out and done with his own manga in a way that makes Gege look enthusiastic about JJK.
Like, he doesn't confirm Touya dead or alive--which frankly I will take--but leaves it up to the reader to decide. Is the doctor's word final, or is Touya crying a symbol of healing since he previously couldn't? I know which one I choose to believe, but this way people can choose to fit the manga into their personal beliefs. He's trying to say nothing to avoid rocking the boat. And that's just sad, especially when we consider what likely contributed to that.
Which is to say, on a purely story level, the story has no power. There's being open to other perspectives and then there's not having a message. This is sadly the latter. It's a mess. Deku "heroes save" doesn't save, but he's still heroic, but that line isn't demolished or destroyed. AFO may be dead, but he won in the end because what he used to taunt Deku came true. Deku's character is nothing more than a vehicle--no struggle, no emotional climax, no principles. The ships are not even confirmed because the story can't even commit to the obvious Ochaco/Deku (which I dislike even!) for fear of angering other loud shippers. Society is the problem, but also the answer. The hero system is the problem, but also the answer. It's not a paradox because it doesn't explain the layers at play here. It's just noodles that have cooked far too long and turned into a congealed mess.
The only message I can take from it is "yay authoritarianism" which I'm going to hope Horikoshi is saying accidentally (and most likely is). It's as meaningless as GoT season 8, and TROS, and that's not good company to be in.

i had a question and i hope that it doesn’t sound rude. do you feel ashamed being in the fandom and being a shipper at 32? i ask because i am 27, and have been in the fandom since 2012, off and on. i haven’t rly been in it actively for the last two years or so, but when i want to come back, i feel embarrassed. i also don’t think i could handle the stress of it tbh! lol. i hope you are well <3
I was going to answer this yesterday but then remembered I had a 7 hour drive today and didn’t want to stay up later than I already was. Because I’m an adult, with (now one) previous multiple jobs, a pet, rent, vehicle, three post high school diplomas, and student loans, and there are many things in my life I get ashamed of, like when I answer “you too” when a cashier tells me thanks for shopping or when I let a whole bag of celery go bad in my fridge without ever cleaning or eating it. Shame? At my tax dollars funding death weapons and family members voting for strong men? Sure. Latent homophobic internalized shame from my upbringing? Yeah, sometimes.
But life is too fucking short to be embarrassed or hold shame about a FANDOM. Listen, I “ship” Johnlock, or Merthur, but Larry wasn’t a ship for me it was a discovery of queer joy. Like I’m so sorry but baby Larry was real. 100%, actually, seriously legit, like how else do you fucking explain any or all of that. We watched two boys fall in love with each other and okay we don’t know the devil or the details but we have how many albums and interviews, jokes made by media personalities etc, plus the fact that now, this many years later, their solo stuff is still haunted by a nauseating back and forth, these odd lyrical choices that are echoed in the other?
Yeah it’s not a ship. It’s a thing that happened, that we witnessed, and by virtue of it happening and us witnessing it something about gay love became dreamable, reachable, attainable, soft and puppy and exciting and wild. Their secret sign language and mimed blow jobs and jealous looks and touches when they thought there were no cameras, all those things made queerness not just something you saw on Glee. Not just something your parents talked about while wrinkling their nose up about ‘those people.’ It’s a generational thing, the world has moved on, we don’t NEED Larry anymore. And that’s okay. But we don’t need it because it happened. Not to be a brat but you exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you.
And yeah, we wrote fics about highly characterized and publicized versions of Larry, often inserting our own traumas or fantasies, creating a kind of gay mythos around this witnessed event from the periphery, from the lens of the consumer, the only lens we have. But I’m not ashamed of that. You think stories are only ever written about people that don’t exist? At some point you have to acknowledge that in our world, celebrities are the deities of our popular imagination. I could write a thesis, but before I get into the weeds, suffice to say Harry and Louis have created a world of what can be, unburdened by what has been.
Yk? Anyways. Hope this made you feel better. And hope you come back to visit from time to time. I’ll be here.

Thoughts on remadora?
Tumblr media
thank you very much for the asks, anons!
while they are by no means my otp, i really enjoy remadora as pairing - and i think they’re fully up there among the canon couples in terms of being an amazing vehicle through which to explore all sorts of questions about life and love - which i am aware is a sufficiently controversial statement that it involves an immediate engagement with some discourse…
because remadora girlies [gender neutral] get an enormous amount of shit within the fandom, particularly from fans who consider wolfstar to be a more plausible pairing for lupin than tonks. i have seen remadora shippers called homophobes for simply enjoying the couple, justified with the bizarre idea that it disrespects remus' relationship with sirius [so... the non-canon one?] to put them together. i have seen tonks turned into a pathetic shrew who is trying to keep remus from the real love of his life by trapping him with an unwanted baby. i have seen remadora shippers get a lot of the usual stuff that people who prefer the canon-endgame couples do [that to ship a canon pair is boring, that it is indicative of a lack of talent, that it indicates an uncritical support for jkr] magnified to eleven because tonks has the temerity to be a barrier to remus’ relationship with the fandom’s favourite hot and brooding man.
obviously, this is bullshit - primarily because its unreasonable and cruel to invest so much time and energy being mean to people because of their harry potter shipping preferences [fandom should never be that deep].
but it’s also a disappointment to me personally because it means that it can be very hard to find the sort of remadora i like without looking like i’m coming to contribute to the pile-on. because where many remadora fans and i don’t see eye-to-eye is that i have absolutely no interest in thinking about them as a relationship which is actually functional. and, all too often, i find myself sifting through fics which do prefer to interpret them like this - as romantic and passionate and stable - largely, i think it’s fair to say, as a defensive move against the tide of “urgh, imagine shipping that” nonsense - even though all the evidence of canon is that they are… very much not.
i am aware of the pottermore article which smoothes the edges of lupin’s canonical reaction to tonks’ feelings for him in half-blood prince - but, while i read this as something of a retcon to make the relationship more palatable, i also don’t think that assuming that both tonks and lupin’s attraction to each other was sincere precludes them being as dysfunctional as they canonically are. i don’t go in for the common anti-remadora argument that tonks “forces” him into a relationship with her - it’s clear in half-blood prince that it’s not only her who has discussed her feelings with molly and arthur weasley, lupin is definitely flirting with her when they pick harry up in order of the phoenix, lupin is an adult man [no matter other power imbalances between him and tonks - such as the fact that she is an agent of the state which oppresses him] who possesses the capacity to refuse her advances, and - since teddy’s conception is not immaculate - he has no issue with enjoying a sexual relationship with her even if he then wants to run away from the product of that.
instead, what i like with remadora is that they reveal something which goes against the grain of the rest of the series: that love is not always enough. throughout the seven-book canon, we see time and time again the idea that love - and, crucially, love-as-noble-suffering and love-as-sacrifice - is enough to overcome any problem. entire civil service collaborating with a terrorist regime? don’t trouble yourself, love has won. your mother dying in childbirth leaving you to be neglected in a state institution? your own fault you’re not interested in love.
i understand the genre reasons for this, but i also love the way in which lupin especially exists on the margins of these genre conventions [just as he exists on the margins of wizarding society!]. i’m always struck in deathly hallows that he’s the only person who’s actually realistic about the demands of war - particularly when he tells harry that it is breathtakingly naive for him to think he can get through the fighting without having to shoot to kill - and that part of him having to be shuffled out of the way when harry tells him to return to the pregnant tonks is because, were the story focused on realism, the idea of a wanted man who is considered an unhuman by the state fleeing in order to guarantee the safety of his wife and unborn child becomes eminently reasonable and harry's defense of the nuclear family embarrassingly unradical.
and so i like the idea of lupin seeing tonks - and tonks seeing lupin - initially as just a bit of fun, as the two of them being just two chill single people who think the other is hot and interesting and want to bang because of it.
[which is something fandoms in general really struggle with as a concept. we like epic love stories - and you won't find me objecting to that! - but we're less good at thinking about casual sexual attraction or transient friendships, and how these can be transformative and meaningful without having to end up going any sort of distance.]
and i then like the idea of the relationship being forced into a profundity it doesn’t really have the juice to sustain by the sheer avalanche of grief which besets the two of them - sirius, dumbledore, mad-eye, ted - and by the pressure of the war and the fact that the order is scrambling and the hangover of remus' self-destruction in half-blood prince which makes each cling to the other as a life-raft. i like remadora as something codependent and messy and strange and sad, and i don’t think this prevents it being sincere and fun and based in mutual attraction, but instead that these positive qualities can exist in conjunction with the fact that, without the war, it would have been a summer of fucking and that was probably it.
on tonks herself, i don’t think i can say it better than @evesaintyves in this meta on her character. i’ve been really uncomfortable with quite a lot of stuff i’ve seen recently which has taken against the idea that tonks can be meaningfully read as queer on the basis of what we find in the text, above all because it so often comes with the implication that one cannot imagine her in her canon endgame pairing and presume that she’s something other than straight or cisgender. eve sets out an excellent case for tonks as bolshy and liberated and in tune with herself and fun and confused and in flux and still figuring stuff out about who she is and where she’s going - and this translates, may i say, to an astonishingly beautiful way of writing her, lupin, and the dysfunction inherent between them which i highly recommend you read.

if i see one more ford hate post on my tl im genuinely going to go insane
YES hes a dick but a) hes a fictional character b) he CHANGES and DEVELOPS and REDEEMS HIMSELF BY THE END OF THE SERIES and c) ITS COOL THAT HE HAS AN EGO. ITS COOL
and also im starting to lose interest in fiddlestan because at this point its becoming clear that people only ship it because they dont like ford and they think that fidds doesnt deserve him AS IF THE CONFLICT ISNT THE APPEAL OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP??? AS IF IT ISNT THE POINT??? AND AS IF THEIR RECONCILIATION BY THE END OF THE STORY ISNT A PERFECT ENDING TO FORDS ARC im gonna bite someone i swear.
look someone on twitter said that “some fiddlestan shippers are just fiddauthor shippers in disguise” and its PISSING ME THE FUCK OFF because IM SORRY DO YOU GUYS NOT SHIP CHARACTERS BECAUSE YOU’RE INTERESTED IN DIFFERENT RELATED CHARACTER DYNAMICS?? WHAT ARE YOU JUST HERE FOR THE LOVEY DOVEY SHIT??? the REASON why fiddlestan is INTERESTING TO ME in the FIRST PLACE is because it elaborates on both of these characters with respect to their relationships to ford!!! there’s nothing wrong with the fact that theyre connected to him!!! these arent real people, these are characters that act as vehicles to explores messages in stories!!! of COURSE i only ship fiddlestan in relation to fiddauthor, why would i cut ford out here completely when it’s SO MUCH MORE INTERESTING TO RECOGNISE THEIR COMPLEX DYNAMICS IN RELATION TO HIM???
and i hear people going like “oh well i just wanna see fiddleford happy!!” and im like. but without the conflict. like who is he. some twink you can just mold however you want?? without his Flaws and his Complex Relationships with his family and ford and his eventual descent into madness What are you Seeing in him?? not to mention the fact that i dont think stan would treat him better anyways lol
and also im getting the vibe that the reason a lot of people ship fiddlestan nowadays is because people like. dislike ford?? and i said this just now but like hes genuinely such an interesting character as well and it makes me sad to see that the only people who appreciate his character idolise him without seeing his flaws and literally everyone else just hates him like YALL TALK SHIT ABT LIKING MORALLY GREY CHARACTERS BUT WHEN A CHARACTER ACTUALLY IS MORALLY GREY YOU TURN AROUND AND GO LIKE “ehhhhh” like COME ON PLEASE YOU HAVE TO SEE THE VISION FORD IS STILL COOL AND IM GONNA DEFEND HIM WITH MY LIFE
its actually kinda pissing me off the amount of fluffy characterisation fiddlestan gets within the fandom, at the expense of ford, bc oh my fucking godddd PLEASEEE CAN WE HAVE THE ERA WHEN I FIRST DISCOVERED FIDDLESTAN BACKKK BECAUSE THE CONTENT THEN WAS SO FUCKING GOOD

Hehe ya’ll won’t believe what I did! My family and I just got back from our holiday to Canada and America! We are from Australia for reference. While in America we went to Branson, Missouri to the Celebrity Car museum. It was so amazing. There we had the opportunity to take a photo in (almost) any car in the museum and you just know I had to take my photos in the Impala and the Lincoln from Supernatural! I almost cried I swear. They even had the giant Supernatural Funkos! But yeah here are some of my favourite photos from that experience (and my beautiful face lol). I would 100% recommend to go to the museum. The people there are lovely and are very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on their showroom floor. *whispers* someone there is a destiel shipper too. In Castiel’s Lincoln was Deans amulet hanging from the rear vision mirror. 😉

i truly don’t understand the die hard bucktommy shippers like it has been said multiple times now that eddie x tommy was the original plan that didn’t work out for a number of reasons and they have given tommy literally no time or development as an actual character
like this man is so clearly a plot device and vehicle for future buddie

Obligatory "not all shippers, and not everyone who likes these fics, ship and let ship, etc.," but ever since I started looking at steddyhands as a ship as being, often, a vehicle to punish Ed in some way so Izzy can be vindicated, I cannot stop seeing it.
Like, genuinely, I don't care if you like this ship. It's fine, it doesn't reflect on you as a person, whatever. But there is undeniably an overlap between steddyhands shippers and the portion of the fandom where Ed is seen as being a violent, abusive monster who needs to be punished, and once you start looking for it, it's hard to miss.
I've read a few steddyhands fics a while back (back not long after s1 aired, mostly), and pretty often the ones I enjoy the most are modern AUs where Izzy's basically an original character. I can't enjoy any fics where Izzy is shipped with Ed and Stede now, but even back then I remember being a bit put off because, invariably, there would be a major component of Ed having to learn that he "wronged" Izzy in some way. Usually, it would be related to Izzy having to "manage" Ed, clean up after him, etc.
And I don't read these fics anymore, but I hear about them, and I see the summaries on ao3. And especially after season 2, there's such a heavy component of Stede needing to "teach" Ed that he "mistreated" Izzy, that Ed needs to punished and learn his lesson and apologize.
You can ship whatever you want and write whatever you want; if I don't like it, I just won't read it. But I'll say that I really don't like how heavy this theme is, and I think it definitely contributes to how some circles of this fandom can feel so hostile to fans of color. If you're reading or writing about two white men needing to manage a brown man, teach him the error of his ways, and scold him for being mean to the poor innocent white guy, just maybe be a bit critical of that.
