Ooo well I have my Venus in a guy I had dated first house.

Since the house person is on the receiving end they find the planet person so beautiful! Also quick note that if your Venus sign is the same sign as someone’s ascendant then they will find you extremely attractive! Vice versa as well. The guy is an Aquarius rising and I’m a Venus in Aquarius.

It’s like a love at first sight but also can be superficial. But the house person just adores and admires you because you embody everything they find beautiful. Your appearance, mannerisms, the way you talk and act. They also have a soft spot for you as well even if you do something that upsets them lol. Also this placement the attraction never goes away! No matter how long it’s been. I think it’s nice to have. It can be the other way around with the Venus loving the way the house looks. In my case he was gorgeous to me but in an unconventional way cause he was different in compared to other men I’ve liked (the only similar thing he had like the other guys was a fit body but my other men are usually tall and look macho lol)

He definitely was mesmerized by me and after we had distanced from each other and he saw me again he was like 🥰🥰😍 the only bad part is feeling like the other just likes you for your looks! Me personally my chart ruler is the sun and I have a Leo moon & rising and a Taurus MC so I love to look good and I want someone to compliment me on it! But if you’re not comfortable with receiving those compliments or with your beauty you might feel like they don’t like you for who you really are. Also you’d feel like you have to keep an appearance (that’s not an issue for me though lol) it depends on your other placements!

As for Venus in 8th, it’s like a strong pull to each other. It can also be a healing type of placement but it won’t be easy. The Venus would bring harmony to how you love and your intimacy. But you’re gonna have to deal with the wounds that you have inside. The house person will probably feel things they’ve never felt or wanted to feel with the Venus. Whatever discomfort and dark you have within you, the Venus helps to soothe. They’re also accepting of those dark parts of you and they let you know it’s okay. I dated a guy with my Venus in his 8th and he told me some dark stuff about how he thinks with his previous relationships and I didn’t judge at all, I was fascinated but we didn’t date long enough to fully experience this.
