MAJOR spoilers for doc’s vod under the cut

as you know, doc’s skyblock banishment stipulates that his feet cannot touch the ground, or one week will be added to his sentence.

this is relevant

in his latest vod, pearl shows up to doc’s skyblock base and explains that she wants to do a hermit tour for her flower shop.

doc is understandably confused since he can’t touch the ground

pearl points out a llama she brought and says that doc wouldn’t be touching the ground if he was riding it.

doc is VERY suspicious about her motives, and so is chat

pearl demands to know what warrants his distrust

“it’s always the innocent-looking ones” doc says wisely

but anyway

pearl bribes doc with golden carrots and he eventually water pillars to the ground and onto the llama.

pearl reassures him the whole way while doc makes incoherent panicked noises.

pearl reminds doc to NOT press shift

doc is too busy panicking to listen to pearl when they’re touring the shop.

except for one bit she did with fireworks which he is moderately impressed by

anyway, he spots an ender chest, and pearl agrees to give him two seconds to grab anything.

doc takes the “that’s amazing!” horn, and is pulled away by pearl before he can take more.

and here’s the punchline:

eventually pearl brings doc back after he freaks out a bit more, and as she leads the llama out the entrance, doc desperately reaches for the ender chest to try and grab more useful stuff

in doing so he accidentally presses shift

…and GETS OFF the llama

his feet are definitively planted on the shop steps

pearl stares at him in horror

he starts swearing and jumping around and calling everything stupid

once he’s done he grumpily gets back on the llama and a very apologetic pearl leads him back

then:

just as they’re leaving the shop

like not ten seconds after the shift incident

a creeper comes out of nowhere and kills him.

it’s literally the middle of the day. this man cannot stop losing

false says “gg” in chat, and pearl a “D:”

this time doc explodes a bit more, much like the creeper

he respawns in his base and drops an f-bomb. he is absolutely beside himself

the aftermath:

pearl comes back with his gear. she is very sorry about the whole thing

doc plays the “that’s amazing!” horn with a sardonic chuckle

“that’s not amazing” pearl responds miserably. probably the first time she’s said no to gem even if indirectly

pearl offers to give him anything he wants, and doc requests a moss block

she leaves to get it and doc sulks a bit more before someone in chat points out to him that he didn’t touch the ground: he touched the steps of pearl’s shop

which is what i was thinking too

anyway doc is jubilant at this realisation and yells “LOOPHOLE” a few times

pearl returns with the moss

she still feels bad but threatens doc not to sue her

doc tells her it’s cool

he’s confident that the loophole means he doesn’t get an extra week

pearl spews a few more apologies before leaving

the moment she leaves doc rubs his hands together like a cartoon villain and says “the whining strat works”

doc i don’t think that was a strat

and for reading all this way:

not very funny but i can’t beat the comedy of doc coping for five solid minutes and the entire premise of pearl risking the wrath of hermitcraft’s judicial system and doc’s sanity to show off her interior design.

By the time you arrived, you saw it was a carnival, another thing you noticed was how crowded it was..what are the chances you'll get lost?...and Sukuna just happened to read your mind

"You're not gonna get lost, just stay close to me"

"Are you sure?"

"yes I'm sure, hold my hand or something"

"Ew I'm not doing that"

"you had no problem holding my hand when we watched that movie, if you're fine with getting lost be my guest"

In the end, you ended up holding hands anyway, to be fair he's the one who suggested it and grabbed your hand seeing how overwhelmed you looked around the crowd

But the one moment he looked away suddenly you were gone, he frantically looked around only to see you in front of some carnival game

"you wanna play?"

"obviously, I wanna win that stuff toy over there"

"move"

"what?"

"I said move, I'll win it for you"

Before you could protest, the carny would speak up

"looks like your boyfriend's gonna win it for you yeah?"

"he's not my boyfriend"

"Oh? You two looked like some cute couple, just friends then huh?"

"I guess you could say that,"

The whole time that conversation played off, Sukuna would wonder if you two would actually make a cute couple,

He would quickly snap out of his thoughts as the carny would hand over Sukuna some ping pong balls to throw

In the end, of course, he won that stupid stuffed animal you wanted, he'd hand it over to you before you two started to roam around to look at some things to do

"your not scared of rollercoasters are you?"

"uhm...I guess...?"

You felt like rethinking your answer the moment you two sat down on the rollercoaster

Sukuna could see how panicked you looked,

"can you stop panicking? You'll be fine"

"WHAT IF I FALL OFF"

"You wont, relax"

As the ride started he could see how you hadn't relaxed one bit, how could he enjoy the ride when you weren't enjoying it like He was?

He would sigh before grabbing your hand, which surprisingly helped calm you down,

He should've chosen something else, you somehow ended up vomiting the moment you got off, was it that bad of a first-time experience?

"let's just go to another ride..."

"How about a ferries wheel?"

Okay at least you were enjoying this one, he could see how your eyes lit up as you admired the view from above, maybe he'll try toning down the intense rides,

But this one was entirely your fault, how are you getting scared of people wearing costumes? Seriously this is the 8th time you've clung to his arm, but it's not like he minds

SHARE YOUR HEADCANNONS ABOUT CHRISTINAAAAA 🫶🫶

First, I'm so sorry for the late answer months later 😭😭🙏 Please forgive me and second!! Actually I hadn't thought of many headcanons for her... yet... but she's one of my favorite characters so ofc I thought of some!! I might say silly ones or ones more about her personal life (and definitely not projecting some parts!) I love Christina Posabule 🙏♥️

Music wise I think Christina would like 60s music, rock, and/or synth-pop or idk genres are hard to actually get right nowadays. If it's specfic, "The Daughters of Eve" and Mitski would be part of her favorites fjjdbrbnd (then I think she'd like The Killers especially "When You Were Young" when she was in her teens :)) Speaking of Christina in her teens, she'd want to learn piano or some sort of instrument but her parents probably got annoyed by how much she played so she wouldn't have as many chances. She's definitely a bookworm or just loves reading and also writes in her freetime like little stories or poems. And when Block ended up staying with Orel's family, she was kind of the only one who missed him as her parents didn't really mind/express their emotions about it.

Andddd talking about her parents, they're both VERY controlling and kept watch on what she'd do, the polar opposite with Orel, which his parents didn't gaf where he was 💔💔 Especially Poppit, and I think with Christina's story it'd be a toxic mother-daughter relationship (mommy issues!) rather than her and her dad, and that Poppit rather likes taking charge but to be in "a woman's place" y'know sexism and even tells Art what to do but makes sure that he does what a "man has to." And she'd be veryyy persistent on Christina with how she presents herself and make sure that she was a nice church girl at all times. And Poppit would very much have breakdowns in front of her and vent to her about her own issues... yeah... And whenever Christina was getting yelled at or being told what to do the only thing she could do is not say anything back to not upset them. She was also grabbed a lot like by her wrists or something similar how they showed in the show. When she moved to Moralton, she was bummed out bc yeah she just moved to a new place where she knows no one. Then when she met Orel something about him intrigued her and she's like Oooh y'know what I like this place already... then BOOM! Having to move again :( Also I don't know if it's just me but she's probably homeschooled or she's just attending another school jfjfnntnf and about her past town she'd be doing so many shenanigans during the same time as Orel probably. Another silly thing she might be more confident than him like I think he'd be more shy when he got older fjjdjnfbfn

Also yes Christina was sadistic I had to say it bc... we remember Orel's masochist era... And same thing with her being emo/goth when Orel was and at least for a while when they were teens👍👍 It's canon bc I said so

About when she's an adult, once Orel and her got married and had their kids, she'd be really worried about repeating anything her own mother used to do to her (along with Orel who'd try to be the best dad to his kids and would ask Christina if he was doing a good job if he was too worried about becoming anything similar to Clay or just anything otherwise) and I'm not quite sure about if whether she kept contact with her parents but she probably would but obviously has a strained relationship with them along with Orel's parents... But she would give her own family all her love :D also she's definitely working in a type of job I forgot which one but something that helps people bc she's sweet like that <3 so yeah girlboss !!

I might've forgotten some things to mention or other things I had in mind for her but yeah!! Or it was badly/worded weird perdón. Thanks for reading 💕
