a lot of goofy ideas never ended up happening for the danganronpa roleplay i hosted pretty much from losing nterest... my fave has to be where my oc nanda was going to be more of a cryptic henchman for minori. originally the bell tower was going to have very strange architecture where under every trial room would be a crawl space. nanda would literally just have to sit under here the whole time or rather lay . LOL. then minori would make everyone vote thru pen & paper & slip it into their podiums where it would fall into the crawlspace. nanda would have to scoot around to collect them all & count the votes & then report to the bodyguard.......t was verysilly. & stupid. thats kinda why i love it tho. i think it wouldnt have worked well in like a roleplay scenario though if that makes sense...more if i was writing the hwole thing myself

Vacation-Staycation Eternal Blu-ray Catch-up! So my vacation time technically ended on Monday, but I didn't actually get around to my final posts, so I'm going to do so now. 🎞️ Chapter 28: Crazy Samurai 400 vs 1 🎬 I wanted to watch some samurai or swordfighting films I hadn't seen yet, and had 3 I was considering, two of which I ended up watching. By entertaining coincidence, when I put on the first, there were immediately 2 movie trailers--and they were for other two movies I was considering. In any case, Crazy Samurai 400 vs 1 (or Crazy Samurai Musashi) is what it says on the tin, but it is also barely a movie. It's more of a novelty fight choreography piece. You don't really get to know or care about characters or story, but you Do get a one of a kind 77 minute single take sword fight. With about 7 or 8 minutes preceding & following it. Also, you figure out the trick to the one take battle within the first several minutes. Basically a bunches of people keep coming up a little at time, get hit by a randomly ordered mix of about a dozen different attacks, CGI blood flies, and they stumble out of frame. Also, like it were a marathon, somehow he keeps having moments to break, and always finds another identical looking wooden container with water in it...it's broken up slightly also by the occasional "more important" attacker. It is certainly a novelty achievement, but not very exciting, and extremely repetitive. The best part of the fighting is the little separate fight at the end, where normal editing has resumed. And while the main character (Musashi) is based on an actual person, this movie has no relation to reality. 240+ drawings in 10 days

SOOOOOO

I was making this huge pour-my-heart-out-on-the-internet type post and then my computer dies and lo and behold, goodbye post.

The gist of it is, in ten days I’m headed back to ye olde community college and in that time I am planning to fill a 240-page Exceed notebook with drawings to try to convince others and myself that I am determined to have an arts education even if my anxiety has made many people tell me “maybe art isn’t for you”.

Well it is and nothing, hell or high water, is going to stop me.

It is now 12:30 am on august 10th.

9 days left.

Started about 9 pm and so far have 5 drawings under my belt.

Hopefully time spent per drawing will decrease, because so far the average is 36 minutes per drawing. Yikes.

Will be posting daily updates with photos of my progress.

(next post will be photos of the first five completed on 8/9)

Here we go.

(Edit: At the moment of writing this edit, I  have three hours of hindsight (and nine drawings total). I should not make unmanageable, impossible plans at midnight running on coffee fumes and personal insecurities. Maybe someone out there can manage more than 240 drawings in ten days. I cannot. More specifically, I cannot manage 240 drawings in ten days and then start college classes on the day of finishing such a feat. I am very silly, but I am not completely insane. I revoke this challenge from my self out of respect for my limited energy and sanity. If anyone has been expecting me to complete this feat in the three hours of this post’s existence, I apologize. I leave this post intact as a monument to badly thought out plans and ambitions being bigger than my energy levels (although I’m not sure many people could complete 240 drawings in ten days, mentally ill or not. If someone out there has that ability, good for you! Use it wisely.)
