I lost the trust issue mindmap. (Who has issues trusting who, why they have issues, how that interacts with each other's issues)

I could also?? Probably figure out where to bounce off from where I ended? But. Well.

It's not even remotely near a quarter done and hasn't been touched in. 1.5 years. Most of what's written is just. Introductions.

Temporarily labeled "how not to hide villany", though it's more "5 times the Dekusquad almost gave away the game and the 1 time they fully intended to" (2k written, mostly in the +1 scene)

I was not the Vigilante (N+1 Times) Dekusquad writer for no reason.

It's mostly because of many failed attempts at writing Villain Dekusquad that just. Failed because. You know. They're like that.

Heroic, that is.

This one was completely self-indulgent and not at all in character. Also, I lost the plan for it.

But it was definitely a "Traitors Dekusquad" fic to go with my "Suspected Traitors Dekusquad" fic. So.

Last but not least... Something to keep true to my roots as The Vigilante Dekusquad writer...

"Asui Tsuyu's Guide To Keeping Secrets"!! The fifth installation to the Vigilante Dekusquad series that never was, with 1.8k written.

Another Vigisquad 5+1. Kinda. They're vigilantes sure, but that's background. What's more front and center is the Stain Incident and how bad they all are at keeping secrets. Poor Asui.

Or maybe not "Poor Asui", since it ends up that she's the one who messes up and reveals it. But. Well.

Of the 7 sections (Intro + 5 + 1), it's about... 3.5 sections done. Huh. So about exactly half! Better than I expected.

Why am I putting this out there? Well. Nostalgia mostly. It's been 2 years. I don't think I'm ever finishing any of these. Writing has been hard for the past year too, so.

And something else I'm not sure I should say because. Well. Commitment issues.

Something strange...

The first time it happened, everyone noticed. It was second period at Aldera Junior High, exactly 10:22:31 AM, April 14th 2XX8. Out of nowhere, while Akashi-sensei was in the middle of explaining English sentence structure, Midoriya Izuku jolted and attempted to leap to his feet, banging his knees on the underside of the desk.

Then, exactly twenty months after Midoriya's odd reaction to nothing, at exactly 10:22:31 AM, December 14th, 2XX9, something strange happened.

And, suddenly, it was second period at Aldera Junior High, exactly 10:22:31 AM, April 14th, 2XX8 again. - Or: The Dekusquad get time looped. This is a very vague fic because I had an idea for one single thing and nothing else and simply couldn't be bothered to go into any more detail. This is more of a plot bunny than a fic, honestly.

You know, Mimi pointed out the weird differences between the Bakusquad and Dekusquad - like, one seems to be full of feral dumbasses, and the other seems to be the kind of people who think homework is fun, but canonically, the Bakus organize study groups together, while at least three members of the Deku Crew were involved with vigilante justice, and the only reason the others weren’t was because they didn’t know it was happening.

I remember real early to when I got into the fandom I came across a meme showing Katsuki and Iida and the caption was 'one of these kids attempted vigilante revenge murder, the other has a strict bedtime routine at 8:30 pm. Guess which one?'.

Runaways: I can't say for certain that this is the Worst dunking Nighteye has gotten in one of your AUs, but it certainly is up there.

Also, the Dekusquad will 100% go vigilante to find Eri.

It is very much up there.

Would they? Right after he died? Wouldn't it make more sense for them to double down on training to make sure this never happens again?

After getting his dream crushed by his father AKA All Might izuku gives up on being a hero and decides he doesn't belong in this system, so he decides to work outside of the system, outside of law.

Going by many aliases, Izuku Midoriya lived his true life in the shadows. Hiding away and dealing with his trauma 'peacefully,' trying to recover from the hardships he's had to face in his life... there is a UA traitor. Curious and wanting to know how they slipped away from his hands, he goes to investigate. He stops the UA traitor. However, in the process, he manages to make his class no longer trust one another, while the League of Villains starts to suspect something is up, and the Pro Heroes begin to corner the slippery vigilante; Trouble. Pissing everyone off, Izuku Midoriya does what he usually does, and changes the world, one step at a time, illegally saying 'fuck-you' to anyone important.

Follow Izuku Midoriya as he... annoys everyone and surprises them at the same time.

(Summary: Izuku Midoriya has multiple identities, and they unfold as the story progresses, building up to the moment where everything seems perfect to finally let go. He has heavy trauma and is only a kid trying to heal, but like the Manga, doesn't know when to quit. An anti-hero at its finest with all the things he's had to go through. This is that fic.)
