Imagine Harvey's enemies thinking that kidnapping soft fragile, soft papa towards his kids Bruce Wayne would be easy and that it would get Harvey to drop them immediately

Bruce is already out of binding and beating the shit out of everyone in the background.

This Civilian Bruce has so much anger welled up inside him hidden behind sweet smiles and all sugary talk.

You would think twoface is scary but his husband is much worse. he has judo flipped lex Luthor, been in so many fights with so many parents and even villians, this man is pure anger fuel.

Compared to bruce Harvey is the sweet and collected one who has to carry his husband away from beating the shit out of the Riddler for "Making fuck eyes at his man"

He's also run over the joker multiple times.

I also imagine TJ being the resident vigilnate instead and that bruce loves to get lovey dovey with Harvey infront of his brother to piss TJ off.

Jim Henson AU feedback

So I’m looking to possibly write a big fic on Jim Henson multiverse kinda with an emphasis on dark crystal. Basically a few gelfling would be transported to earth which is shared between fraggle rock, muppets, and Sesame Street all in their irl locations (fraggle rock in Canada, seasame street New York, muppets in Los Angeles).

But idk where everyone would go necessarily? I feel like Rian would definitely end up in fraggle rock, possibly with Brea and Deet maybe? Maybe Hup? Trying to also determine who would go to the muppets and who would go to Sesame Street.

Basically the premise is it’s an AU where tdc characters (mostly gelf) get sucked into an earth where the muppets, fraggles, and Sesame Street is all real. Their mission is to find each other and get home. I may also place a few characters from each in Thra but again focus would mainly be gelfling on earth.

The characters I see going to Thra are probably uncle traveling Matt, Kermit, Cookie Monster, Fozzie, and Boober, with their respective friends scrambling for leadership replacements/trying to find them. But if anyone could find better fits to go to Thra lmk. I was preparing to have Honeydew and Beaker stay on earth with Doc to come up with a way to get the gelfling home when they eventually team up. Other than that lmk who you guys think should go to Thra/be interesting plot points. The only one I know for sure is staying is Gobo so he can interact with Rian.

I’d go in depth on Matt/Gobo’s relationship and how much it actually hurts Gobo that he’s always gone/he longs for something more and for Matt to be close more often and see him as more of a son than nephew. I think for Kermit I’d explore him not having to take a leadership role and realizing he’s happier getting to be part of a group and not have to lead it.

For the gelfling, it’d be finding out how the world works on earth and them slowly realizing the Skeksis were actually oppressing them. For Mayrin/Ordon, they’d learn how much they put work over their kids and ended up hurting them and strive to have better and stronger relationships with them. For Rian, Gurjin, Brea, Deet, and a few others, it’d be hardening them to an unfamiliar world and making them a bit more serious/respect the lives they had rather than try throwing it away by putting themselves in dangerous situations. For characters like Tolyn/Seladon, it’d be that they can have fun sometimes and not to only focus on work but on those around them they love.

I also point out characters like Gobo and Kermit as being the leaders of their respective shows they’d also be semi main focuses. I’m thinking possibly a team up in the end to defeat the Skeksis with the Skeksis teaming up with others as well? (Though other JH villians are kinda hard to find…maybe the hecklers form muppets? I don’t think Doc would help them though…but maybe unwillingly or they lie to him that they’re the good guys?).

To give more clarity on the timeline it happens right before AoR and on earth would be the original muppet show, fraggle rock, and semi original Sesame Street (perhaps a few years after Kermit started the muppets and switched jobs from Sesame Street to the muppets). Not planning on Walter or anything like that. Main human with be Doc or ocs/side characters without a big role.

But anyway any help is greatly appreciated might make this more of a summer project but I’d enjoy any feedback I got thanks!

Bular’s Day Out

I had this idea for a fic, I would propably never write, shame, I love it, so I can at least share the concept...I mean, why waste it, good AU concept is fun to read too

Because I am a sucker for redemtion arcs (well writen not just thrown on us like we were stupid) I was thinking of HOW I would do red.arc. for Bullar? I came up with what comes:

It is post ROTT timeline where Jim is a trollhunter. He is trying to make things right but the timeline goes WILD very qickly. Mainly because Stricler noticed that his enemies, seem to know things they shouldn't and gets far more caucious. I feel like Stricler would be far more dangerous villian if he just took Jim more seriously.

Somehow, Bular gets affected by that "human potion" from Gattos trasure. For the purpose of the story I am assuming it was not an accidental mix of potions, but really just one of them that will work the same no matter if it is thrown into the lava or just spilled on someone.

So Bular the Bucher is a temporarily human and super unhappy about that. He also don't know what is happenineg but he knows that Stricler will take that opportunity to ruin his possition, maybe even convince Gunmar, that his son is a lost case.

Bular is driven by one motivation, gaining and keeping his father's affection forever. And he well knows that Gunmar is loving him only as long as Bular is his perfect subject.

Oh, yeah, Gunmar is a bad father in this version. He is a true psychopat and is rally not capable of loving anyone but himself, and he views Bular as an extension of him, his smaller copy. Every time Bular does something Gunmar wouln't do, he is pissed. o B just learned to copy whatever he thing his father would do, incorporating anything he says as his own, never really developing own ideas.

He is okay, as long as he is strong as he is winning, and now he is not only weak, but a crature most despised by Gumm-Gumms. So, basically he has a problem.

Bular is not accustomed to being a fleshbag and heunderstans them far less than Blinky, so he is not doing very good. He runs from the changeling, untrusting of them (understandably after he terrorised and killed them for so long). And he is captured by Trollhunter,and the don't really know what to do with him.

Akiridions come to earth ealier that in Oryginal Timeline. Maybe because Morando's close encounter with godgood gave him ability to partially remember previous timelines, so he acts differenly? Not shure.

Bular beigns to form relationships with the good guys especially with Varvados, ARRGGHH!!, Krel and Toby in that order. He learns a lot about being a human, but also about being a troll and that life can be more than just fighting, killing and eating. That there is more to honor than wnning, and that for parental love you don't need to deserve.

The concept really extended above my expectations and thats why I don't think I could write it.

There was a whole intrigue around Bular's second parent, and Varvados were supposed to turn from "worthy enemy" to the real "fraher figure" for Bular.

Oh I have so many questions for Nahlaverse!!!! Okay first, Mooney? Does she play a bigger crime mom role in Ozzies life? Is she alive? Then Butch and Tabitha did they decide to get together in this world? If they did or didn't how about Barbra and Tabby? What about the children villians are they all adopted by different people/older villians? What makes Martin want to be a villian when he's older if that drawings cannon? Hello! Thank you and it’s ok!! Nahlaverse is disconnected from Gotham but draws inspo from it and other comic books so a lot would be mainly different. It’s less of a gotham rewrite and more of a … DC AU?

Fish Mooney is def staying not-dead, and even getting her own chance to rule over Gotham. Loving her as a sort of crime mom for the sirens ( I have an old drawing I’ll be reposting later ) she’s a close friend < *wink wink* > of Gertrude here but kept her crime life hidden. When Oswald got into the whole gang thing, she became a sort of caretaker and they silently agreed to keep this life a secret from Gertrude. After Gertrude died, she and Oswald worked together to take over Falcone and before they could fully take over, Oswald screws her over. They both know they can’t co-rule gotham together, and both knew they’d have to fight for the throne.

when it comes to Butch-Tabitha-Barbara. Tabitha’s arc is more focused on her being a big sister to Silver and becoming a mentor to her. Starting a new life clean so Silver will be safe from it all.

Barbara tbh haven’t decided yet but may be with Lee or a poly with Lee and Jim. Butch isn’t here but Solomon Grundy is ( he’s so precious to me )

the children villains are older here ? As in Bruce and co and the rogues are all of similar ages. Martin sort of grew into the life and learned from Oswald the essentials. He mostly stays disconnected from it all, neither hero nor villain, but if Oswald needs his help he’s there. *note that none of this is set in stone since I can be pretty indecisive or change stuff but more just playing around

I think Bular is the character I've seen people want a redemption arc for the most out of all the ToA villains which makes sense. Good character, easy potential for a side switch since Gunmar is his main motivation and there are plenty of ways to work with that, around just long enough to make a strong impression but not too long that it's hard to work around his story and personality. I constantly forget he's only around for the first half of the first season then only like 5 total minutes of Wizards.

This is a fun take on how he can get reformed. The best and only logical way for someone as bullheaded as Bular to even consider switching sides is to have their power stripped away. And nothing is more humiliating than turning into a pathetic, squishy fleshbag, especially when Strickler absolutely would pounce on any opportunity to rise above his own station like you said.

I would love any interaction between Bular and Varvatos if only to see who could come up with the most creative ways to threaten a person.

I can relate to getting an idea that goes way beyond what you can/feel confident writing. I have so many ideas and projects I just never finished because I manage to overwhelm myself.

Villain Jim au sounds great. I want to hear more cause it gives me Attack on Titan vibes

So the only thing I know about Attack of Titan is from Jacksepticeye's play through of the video game way back when and the first like 4 episodes, I'm assuming you're talking about the final season tho.

This runs with the idea that Jim kept the Excalibur amulet when he traveled through time and by extension the Kronoshphere, so now he has the ability to time travel or hop realities/time lines depending on how you look at it.

So Jim is now repeating history until he can get it correct, meaning no one dies, or as few people as possible, this will of course drive him kind of crazy when people die even when he did everything correct. He goes back to the beginning one final time, and works to recreate the first run through (this could also be viewed as we went back to the original reality/timeline)

He takes the trollhunter amulet and works to make everything happen as it did the first time, Draal losing an arm, Enrique getting swapped with Not Enrique, Argh dying, Vendel dying, Angor dying, Draal dying, even showing Aja and Krel around Arcadia while collecting ingredients for Merlin, and even keeping knowledge from everyone on how to prevent deaths, and incidents.

Then they finally arrive at beginning of RotT, but this time something goes wrong and Toby dies on the train (i haven’t figured out how yet go crazy with your ideas tho) all the guardians go back to rebuilt Camelot, and the adults give the teens some space to mourn their friend leaving Jim, Douxie, Krel, Aja, Claire, Steve and Eli alone (Krel told Aja and Eli that Toby had died and they both came back immediately so they were waiting for everyone to get back from the train mission [Nari and Douxie don’t switch places, and Nari doesn’t get taken]).

Jim finally tells everyone what he’s been doing, how he’s orchestrated everything, everyone’s death, every attack he knew would happen and kept a secret, everything. He told them how some things never change like Eternal Night, Morando’ attack, Aja, Steve and Eli always falling in love, even Claire and Jim didn’t always end up together, and the Arcane Order always finding them.

The other guardians of course are confused and angry, but Jim is also now a “live wire” and is about to reset the timeline again so they have to stop him, they all manage to pin him down, but when they try to take the amulet from him he goes back.

i more for after this but I'm saving it for the fic i will hopefully write while im house sitting this week.

"Call his quirk a villian's quirk one more time... I dare you" hissed Aster, standing over the terrified students. The sports festival had came and went and with it quirks revealed.

They'd never say it to Jaden's face, they were terrified to do so. But behind his back they would talk of the kid with the darkness quirk.

That such a person didn't belong in the hero course.

They couldn't speak, not that they would anyway. Chazz was glaring at them down into silence and Karen was close by if they tried anything with Jim. "Listen closely, you say nothing of what happened here" said Axel with a cold look.

Jaden meant so much to them.

He gave them hope. He inspired them to even try out for UA, he was always in their corner supporting them when few ever had.

"And if we catch you running your mouth again...we won't be so kind." Said Jesse, letting them go. They nodded frantically and fled. Zane glared as they left before they all began cleaning up. Covering what had occurred.

No one would believe a couple quirkless kids had caused such damage.

VILLIAN! DOUXIE AU

Rise of the titans is not a disaster. Is a perfect, and I repeat: PERFECT VILLIAN ORIGIN STORY.

So, leasen. I have been thinking for a while that Douxie have all the characteristics to become a great antagonists.

I mean, he have the back story, he lost everyone that he loved. During the whole movie of rott, he lost all his family.

Merlín is dead.

Archie is gone.

And Nari literally died in front of his eyes.

He tried to go and interrupt the titans batle, to help her, but Jim was like: "WAIT. NO" Bitch, have you see how power full he is? HE DOES NOT NEED AN ARMOR LIKE YOU TROLLHUNTER.

But Douxie trusted in him, helped him, and the rest of the team. He trusted that they could take care of Nari, of Archie, but no.

He lost every thing.

And its not until Toby dies that Jim says "oh, lets go to the past!"

Douxie told him that it was a bad idea. He is a Master Wizard. He created the New amulet. He is the sucesor of Merlin. He had lived 900 years fuzz Buckets! And you are telling me that a teenager ignored the advice of the Master Wizard?

I mean, Douxie would be pissed off.

Just imagine, Hisirdoux, becoming the villan. The New antagonist.

Destroying the amulet, removing the Magic from Jim, because without Merlin, he is the most powerfull Character left.

There is no more Arcane Order.

There is no more Trollhunter.

There is no more peace.

Just a poor soul, that search vengance, and a way to open a bridge between the Troll World and the human one to reunite himself with Archie.

No matter what problems it could cause.

He only needs his familiar. His friend.

He does not see clearly. He is under pain and depression control.

He needs help.

And he could become a worst antagonist that Bellroc. Because he could DESTROY piece by piece the heroes of Arcadia.

Claire finds the Shadow staff outside of Trollhunter stuff (by means that I have yet to figure out, no Trollhunter Jim) and uses it to start moonlighting as a superhero first for small around town tasks. Douxie sees that some random human has the Skathe- Hrün, and starts dressing up as a fake villian to draw them out and attempt to get the staff away from them. Claire keeps thwarting him, but also keeps pushing herself further and further until she ends up possessed by Morgana.

Heartstone Forge Academy

My Trollhunter Academia AU

Due to the fact this AU is taking place in the US rather than Japan, the structure of the hero school is different from UA.

Heartstone Forge Academy (HFA) functions like a college/trade school. There are mostly older students attending, however there is a Running Start style program put into place so high-schoolers can also attend (They still have to complete their regular general education requirements though, so they will attend the high school part time) This program is partially to prevent high-schoolers from getting into vigilantism.

Staff Profiles and Quirks Part 1

Name: Vendal Rundelsen

Status: Principal

Quirk: Stone Sight

By touching a rock he can see what has happened around it for a given period of time.

The quality, size and type of stone affects how much he can see.

Example: If he were to pry up some random pebble from the concrete he could probably only see an inch around it really weakly, but if he were to use a nice crystal he might be able to see a few feet around it and for days or even weeks back.

Other info

Vendal has the students carry a few gems around with them in case something ever happens (like getting kidnapped or a fight).

He's legally blind, so he's constantly carrying a large staff that's made out of some sort of artificially created gem (maybe citrine) that allows him to "see" his surroundings.

Vendal is very done. He wants to retire but is about 90% sure the school will explode if he leaves it alone for more than a week.

Name: Bartholomew “Blinky” Galadrigal

Status: Applied Heroics Instructor

Quirk: Divisive Duplication

Has multiple eyes/arms

he can form duplicates of himself and when he does they get the extra parts

He can produce up to 6 duplicates (They each have one eye at that point)

Damage on his duplicates will carry back over to Blinky when they rejoin.

He does not know what happens if someone kills one of the duplicates.

Other info:

“Divisive Duplication” is not the official name of Blinky’s quirk. The official name is a super long scientific one Blinky gave it “to make it as accurate as possible”. 

No one uses it. 

This annoys Blinky to no end.

Blinky was friends with Kanjigar and knows about Daylight.

He, as well as Aaarrrgghh and Vendal, are Jim’s initial sources of information for the quirk

He gets a little too into making simulations “realistic” and keeps scaring his students.

Vendal gets complaints about him.

Name: Walter Strickler / Gargoyle (hero name) / GameChanger (Villian name)

Status: History of Heroics Teacher / Pro-hero / Supervillain (spy)

Quirk: Bat wings (official), Troll-form (Actual)

Officially he has a pair of bat-like wings and can fly with them

Actually he can shapeshift into a winged troll (his cannon troll form)

He is capable of doing partial shifts.

Other info:

Strickler always has his wings out except for when he’s doing villain things, this makes people less likely to draw the connection between his two identities.

His positions in the academy and the pro-hero community give him access to all sorts of useful information.

Affiliations aside, he does genuinely enjoy teaching.

Periodically students will call him Batman (as if he hasn’t heard that joke a million times)

He recognizes Jim’s quirk immediately.

Between teaching, working as a pro-hero, and supervilliany he doesn’t really have a social life or any free time in general.

Name: Arthur (Aaarrrgghh) / Meltdown

Status: Grounds-keeper / ex-supervillian

Quirk: Energy Drain

Can suck the energy out of surrounding life to strengthen himself

Now that he’s not a supervillian he tends to use plants for energy if he’s forced to use his quirk.

When he drains energy from something his eyes change color and his veins glow green for as long as his quirk is active.

Other info:

Working at UA for required community service/rehabilitation

Vendal hiring him was a very controversial move.

He was kidnapped as a child and raised into villainy to get back at his mother who was a pro-hero.

Worked under Gunmar as an enforcer.

He was physically enhanced, so he’s still stronger than the average human even when he’s not using his quirk.

He turned himself in willingly, the information he brought played a big role in taking Gunmar down.

This was getting too long so I’m putting the rest of the teachers in another post.

Yay we are in a new he’ll of same fandom! I love trollhunters and binged it all just a week before your post. Have you seen it All all? I am dying until the next parts come out, oh and you are probs gonna want to check the mini-books for the start of each series; I love them! (Who’s your favourite villian? Favourite scene? Tell us all!)

i watched literally all of it in four days (motivated by depression AND anxiety, what a cocktail of feelings) and now i’m speeding through commissions so i can write for my new favorites.

i’m sincerely torn about the villain choices- or more specifically, reformed villains, because i love that sort of character. Strickler and Nomura are my favorite villains for sure, mostly because of how much development they’ve steadily gotten. also because i fucking love the changelings and want more about them. (Not-Enrique gets special mention here for that, since the little shit is a great character now and i love him too.)

and favorite scene? oh man……… probably all the touchy-feely family ones for the trollhunters as a collective, and then all the ones where Aaarrgh does his glowy thing. i have deep needs for very specific tropes, and those two types of scenes here meet all my needs.

i already have a bunch of au ideas, for both tmnt mixed in and trollhunters exclusively, and soon, oh very soon, i’m hoping to share all that. Aaarrgh hasn’t gotten nearly enough attention from canon regarding his backstory, and i saw a post talking about the amulet making Jim trollish while he wields it, and baby, that’s right up my alley.
