“ In todays Culture, instead of building we are destroying ourselves, others and our planet by allowing the darkness ( our lower selves ) to supercede the light ( our higher selves). The view is that, doing so is strength but it is in fact a show of weakness. Weakness, is believing that disrespecting ourselves, one another and our world is a show of strength. It is hurting the people we love by not telling them the truth and cowering in fear from what is real, rather than speaking the truth to them, whether they like it or not, with love. It is staying mad, absorbing anger like a sponge and either holding it tightly ( blocking out others, communication, dialogue ) or spewing it on them like vomit, everywhere we go. The Bible says ‘ We must be like children in order to enter the Kingdom of Heaven’ yet some of us continue to be attitudinal, hold grudges and not allow ourselves to heal. Observe a child…they fall…they get hurt…they get angry…then they move on….they don’t allow the darkness of life to overtake them but they stamp out the dark with the light. We use the term ‘Grow up’ often but some of us need to do the opposite “-Wanda Jefferson We are Kings and Queens….Princes and Princesses…Observationalists, Learners, Respecters. We can build or destroy. We can allow satan to be us by giving him our power or we can be our higher selves as God. We can give birth or be barren.
