i talk about yandere seto sometimes but in season 0 it is pretty much canon, like he is actively stalking yugi throughout the show and i think its really funny so heres a bunch of evidence of that:

the first time we see it is when he sends that first game master out, he's not only hiding to listen to the duel in the nurses office but its heavily implied that he's been stalking yugi for a little bit before that too

like at the end of the day anzu tells yugi not to go to the arcade and yugi kind of rushes off despite knowing he doesnt have the money, meaning this is a frequent thing he does, but whats more is that he's going specifically that day because someones told him theres a new game being unveiled. when he gets there he cant find it and has to ask about it, which is when we see a disguised kaiba lead him to the back alley to kidnap him (this killed me to watch btw, yugi has no self preservation, but it was cute that kaiba seemed to stutter when talking to him)

but this all means that he was watching yugi long enough to know he always goes to the arcade after school and that yugi wouldnt be able to resist coming, even if he didnt have the money, as long as there was something new to play. it also means he had someone plant the information that thered be a new game OR that kaiba just disguised himself and told yugi this which is what im choosing to believe

of course, then we get to see him actually stalking him in the triplets episode, literally driving by and watching him (which is so funny to think about cuz his driver must be so tired of him lol)

at first i honestly thought he was stalking the triplets but at the end of the episode there is no reveal that he wanted them out of the dueling scene or that he was even worried about them getting the card they wanted at all, he beat them extremely easily. his only reason for doing the duel is because he couldnt stand the thought of someone (that he hadnt sent himself) beating yugi before he could, so i think he was watching yugi, recognized the triplet, and got bothered by them trying to encroach in on his rival

he also apparently records yugi? this recording is just the first game master playing him that he shows to aileen, but who knows how many other times he's recorded him just in case he 'needed' the footage

this moment of him lamenting about being connected by fate is ooc for him and not really stalking but it is very yandere of him so im throwing it in here anyways

and of course i have to add the death t invitation because you know he was watching yugi and his friends that whole day just waiting for the perfect moment to hack into something and invite him as dramatically as possible (however i wont add any of the death t stuff cuz like. we know what happens and how obsessive he is there)

since having this in my drafts, the season 0 movie has been restored and posted to youtube and in it kaiba is technically looking out for rare cards but even then he's managing to get in some time to stalk yugi (also the way his employee says "i know sir" i just know they're so tired of his obsessive ass)

He talked to the animatronics all the fuckin time. like he just. chatted with them. especially the fnaf 2 ones. charlie had to sit there and watch him talk to actual robots thinking they were kids. they werent and she told him that in fnaf 6 because she found it so fucking funny

this is a gross one but. he dealt with bugs a lot post scoop (especially. flies. and what comes with them. iykyk). he'd come into work on mondays smelling like a can of bug repellant. you wont believe what he showers with instead of water.

He was williams least favorite but they had a weird relationship between him moving out and elizabeths death. like some days william despised him and michael just wanted to blow them both up with his mind and some days he comes home like "Hey mike whats up want some pizza for dinner tonight?" and michaels like "fuck yeah why not."

he's henrys favorite afton as a teen and he knows it. and he uses it. Henry fuckin loved that kid he had the man wrapped around his finger. William also notices it and he gets mad at henry over it.

in relation to that, henry was really gentle with michael which was. not helpful im sorry 😭

mike sleeps pretty casually. hes not a light sleeper but not a deep sleeper. unless hes tired. if he hasnt been getting enough sleep youll know because he sleeps like a ROCK.

he loves dogs and once brought evan to see one because his friends were busy and he hates being alone and the dog bit the shit out of evan. foreshadowing.

Reading your tags about how people miss the very obvious "there's some fucked up shit boiling underneath" regarding Otto, just gave me a sudden realization. Otto is the only character I know in fiction where they act all innocent and drive up the "clumsy", "just in the side-lines" and "straight-man (heh)" persona. When. Like no one's in the EMT camp is buying it. They know he's way more capable than he let's on. Meanwhile, the tomfoolery is completely brought on by the Western audience.

Like Otto is failing miserably to make other characters believe that he's not up to mischief, Roswaal even thinks it can bring his downfall. But the audience, who even sometimes *sees* his fucked up thought process, is buying it.

no u bring up so many good points bc ive been really thinking about this for a while T^T its such an interesting phenomenon in the difference in perception otto has between the japanese speaking half of the fandom vs the english speaking half which can be explained by—yeah. media illiteracy mainly. im also putting my head in my hands anon T^T

because—okay sorry wkdndn im gonna get into meta again but hear me out bc this pattern of the fandom underestimating otto is interesting bc i kind of sort of i cracked the code maybe??? o.o i think the nature of otto is a character is that youre SUPPOSED to underestimate him at first, just like what happens sometimes in universe. i mean wayyy back then i definitely wasnt expecting him to get more depth added to him in arc 4–which was a pleasant surprise—which is also the reaction the vast majority of people have to reading/watching arc 4, along with the other vast majority reaction which is being a bit endeared to ottosubas friendship and respecting otto for being a good friend. and then its easy to underestimate otto bc of 1. all the chaos going on in rezero at any given moment and 2. hes almost always overshadowed by other characters doing worse shit or being more insane than he is and 3. otto of course damn well knows hes easy to underestimate and counts on that. thats what he did against roswaal in arc 4. plus—i mean even aesthetics-wise hes 100% DESIGNED to be easy to underestimate. his outfit and physical features make him look either friendly or frazzled or soft. so i think that the point is that we were supposed to be kind of fooled—at first.

because yeah, we’re endeared to otto. we respect him for helping subaru the way he did. we think that hes a nice person and we now support his actions especially after feeling sympathetic towards him after learning his backstory. (or at least the average audience member will think this wjdndn.) but like—you dont even NEED to look at any side content at all for it to dawn on you that theres something Wrong. with him. like all you need is main route arcs 3-8 aka ottos entire screentime thus far, because at arc 4 its so easy to overlook otto unless youre thinking a bit deeper (for example—he gets violent with subaru. like yeah its entertaining, its played for laughs a bit, yeah subaru needed to be snapped out of his own head, but was it 100% necessary??? why did otto have this response??? bc if you just look at the main timeline otto really decided to beat up subaru first. and bc this tendency is now Less Funny in arc 8).

but even if youre just looking at rezero face value, when you get to arc 5 its starting to get even more clear that ottos weird in the head. like we already saw him being very good at scheming and planning in arc 4–in arc 5, we find out about otto hiding the tome for a year. we find out WHY hes been hiding the tome for a year. the tome then leads the witch cult into priestella, so like—in the sense, otto is RESPONSIBLE for arc 5. but theres STILL a tendency sometimes for the audience to continue underestimating him even though by this point we’re getting more clues and many characters around otto, like you said anon, KNOW hes very capable. i keep wondering why this is, but arc 5 is, again, FULL of chaos and different storylines happening at once, so its so easy to almost kind of forget otto there in the background until he occasionally pops up again. plus otto serves an additional role as comedic relief sometimes—he spends all of arc 5 being bitchy and whiny (i say this affectionately HAH) about his camp being full of disasters, for example, so i think the natural response from the audience tends to be “aw otto!! what a silly guy!!” sometimes. you know? so its like. i think at this point some people tend to be like “yeah fair that otto was wary of roswaal and thats why he saved the tome…. anyway ooooh whats going on with these other plot points” wobsbss. its so fascinating bc—ok this might be my own personal experience but anyone reading this pls tell me if you agree or not—i dont think ive seen a lot of people actually even MENTION otto bringing the tome into priestella attracting witch cultists. and the english speaking fandom LOVES to go into certain characters’ wrongdoings so why gloss over otto????

the only explanation i have for this is that from arcs 3-4 underestimating otto is. kind of the point of his character UNTIL you get to arc 5 and the clues in the main story start seeping in even more. and also the western audience DOES have media illiteracy a lot. theres that too. just look at rezero content on youtube or reddit or fanfic sites or other things of that sort T^T but no yeah i think ottos nature as a character exacerbates it. youre supposed to start asking questions about him. youre supposed to start connecting the dots and then SUDDENLY its now EXTREMELY obvious in arc 7-8 and even while theres so much chaos going on its basically shoved in your face. arc 7-8 is just delivering on all the leadup that was arcs 3-5.

and i think that youve gotta be media illiterate for sure to NOT get that otto is not squeaky clean and innocent BY ARC 8. i think that ottos the deconstruction of the loyal best friend trope, and also a mirror into what subaru couldve been like if he decided to be more ruthless instead of jumping right to forgiveness and saving everyone, except sometimes that flies right over the audience’s head wkdndnd. it confuses me bc ive seen some people completely miss the point or completely agree with otto and overlook the Bad Parts of it or, you know, STILL think ottos perfectly sane—like T^T please.

and yeah so back to what you said about otto Not being underestimated In Universe—its such an interesting detail bc hes ALWAYS been simultaneously pathetic and Very Competent wjdndnd. but yeah no all of his friends have seen various hints and clues and evidence of what hes capable of. like even though he hid the tome from them successfully and even though hes hiding info now its INEVITABLE that its gonna blow up in his face one day. like you got characters like garfiel who literally saw otto punch the wall and break his hand in an unhinged fit of rage, julius who got snapped at by otto and while julius is a Bit naive definitely knows somethings off there, anastasia whos smart as hell and definitely knows not to underestimate otto, and roswaal who, like you said anon, literally went out of his way to stop otto from breaking his hand in another unhinged fit of rage and warned otto that he will literally be destroying himself if he keeps going on like this. its this fascinating dichotomy bc otto is NOT fooling anyone around him but at the same time his current schemes are mostly unnoticed—for now—which yeah i havent seen that in a lot of media!!! its an interesting balancing act bc people around him realistically know hes competent after seeing the Proof of that for the past couple arcs, but otto is still finding ways to try and Win…

which—again, the anger and violence is an extension of arc 4 otto!! this is the same guy!! hes always been like this!! ottos kind of stayed the same, deep down, this whole time and as an audience its ONLY shoved in our face with a big gigantic spotlight on it FOUR ARCS LATER, but it was hinted to all this time. and like you said anon—we LITERALLY see ottos fucked up thought processes. literally what sane person thinks any of that shit. its spelled right out for the reader HAH T^T which—yeah. media illiteracy…. and also this whole ask was a longer way of just saying that otto is VERY easy to see at surface level if youre media illiterate. but at the same time it should be very easy to figure out otto is A Bit Fucked Up bc tappei underlines it in bright red print!!! i think people sometimes just hang onto soft awkward silly otto and forget about the rest T^T either that or they dont think he cares about subaru at all. which. that phenomenon of thinking characters that do care about subaru Dont Care is also interesting to me bc why????? we’re at arc 8 and you STILL dont get it??? o.ooooo

but yeah apart from that….. i said this earlier but yeah sometimes some people agree with ottos realism in arc 8 which is. understandable, but the whole point is that he is EXTREME. with it. hes Not in the right here, but the same crowd that wants wanton revenge in rezero is gonna agree with that kind of stuff T^T ottos been lurking in the background so much so that tappei made it meta by doing the whole “walking in darkness” part of his character, so i guess people just. dont see ottos ACTUAL worst traits and instead think he would ditch subaru at the first opportunity or something. but at the point we are now, arc 8 ottos problem isnt that hed ditch subaru. his problem is that he would sacrifice the world for subaru. his problem is that he gets extremely angry at subaru for trying to do good. his problem is that hes trying to micromanage everything around him and is willing to sacrifice anything necessary to get what he wants. but sometimes people dont get that bc otto doesnt look sound or seem like a character thatd do that. the Underestimation part of his character is doing too well on. certain audiences. please T^T the soft and awkward and silly parts ARE part of his character just like all the Darker parts are!!!

additionally im also wondering if western audience perception of otto is also clouded by the fact that otto looks and sounds more feminine / androgynous and he doesnt have the appeal of Overt Power either……. he cant Really be waifu-ified… and he cant be used as a weird self insert like subaru…. and you Have to look at him closer to understand him…. and for some reason people dont tend to hate on him so aggressively, if anything people cant even see his actual canonical flaws half the time wkdndn so if youre not paying attention otto CANT be aggressively hated on bc theres nothing there if ur not looking at it….. and if youre not paying attention otto seems more “boring” compared to the others…… (not that people arent allowed to not have otto as a favorite character bc thats totally fair but im talking about the tendency to think hes Saner than he actually is.) but yeah these are just my guesses. i have no clue the western fandom is a little T^T some people unfortunately cannot read.

anyway. big thank you to the japanese fanbase for understanding ottos character more and making so much wonderful fancontent for him T^T also i think that we as a collective fanbase should stop underestimating otto in general bc its exactly what he wouldnt want and i think itd be really hilarious. <3333 make him explode with rage please

I re-read my post about chapters 22-30 and I realized that theres so much I just fully forgot to mention, mostly relating to the inner circle so heres a quick summary of my thoughts about each ic member now that Im about halfway through the book and have spent some time with them. To briefly recap my previous thoughts, I think their group dynamic is insanely uncomfortable because of how apparent their hierarchy is and also none of them seem to actually like each other all that much

Amren

I dont dislike her in the sense that I dont dislike her personality or the basic concept of her character, but I do hate that shes in the inner circle at all. Like, whats this eldritch creature trapped in a body thats not her own doing hanging out with all these boring people ass people FOR 500 YEARS dude, if I had to spend 500 years with Rhysand I would destroy the entire night court regardless of whether or not I had Amren-levels of power. Like, why on earth would she be satisfied playing second fiddle to Rhysand and living in an APARTMENT in his stupid °•~City of Starlight~•° when shes supposed to be like a billion years old and a thousand times more powerful than him. I feel like itd be interesting to explore that but I know that we really dont from watching cari can read's summaries, so she just ends up being a character thats supposed to be interesting because shes so mysterious but is actually so shrouded in intrigue that it turns around and she just becomes boring again

When I first met her I said that something about her bothered me but I couldnt put my finger on what it was, but that I still kinda liked her because she atleast annoyed Rhysand. She really hasnt annoyed Rhys in any way since her and Feyres first meeting so I like her less because of that and also because shes mostly just boring to me at the moment. I think another reason why I dont particularly like her is that she feels so intrinsically tied to the misogyny of this world that just suddenly materialized in this book and its really annoying, I would like to avoid that subplot as much as possible. She basically just exists to give Feyre a female friend at the Night Court and to show her that you can totally girlboss your way out of a misogynistic system! But you cant dismantle the system because uhhhhhhhh. change is like a glacier because its slow

Also, shes obviously meant to parallel Ianthe, like shes supposed to be the better version of her, but I cant even imagine her and Feyre making out sloppy style toxic yuri edition so I cant really see her as any kind of improvement. sorry

One of my least favourite character types is Fratbro But You Put Him In A Fantasy Setting so Im not the biggest fan of this guy ngl. The one redeeming quality he has is that hes very obviously crushing on all of his friends bisexual style, especially Rhys and Azriel. Its almost a little sad but mostly its just very funny. Like whyd you wanna take their clothes at the illyrian camps so badly huh? You like seeing pretty boys squirm around naked?

Unfortunately, I know that hes gonna end up with Nesta and that hes not even gonna treat her well, my guy is gonna go from being gay because he likes men to being gay because he hates women and I am not looking forward to it

Speaking of Nessian, a lot of sjm critical anti nessian people say that Nesta and Cassian used to be so good and so genuinely romantic in ACOWAR and that their relationship got completely ruined in ACOSF and. I mean, granted they dont ever talk about Cassian behaviour towards Nesta during the meeting at her house in ACOMAF but I hated the way he was just so angry at her on Feyre's behalf when she wasnt even that mad herself, she just felt weird and bad. Of course, I havent read ACOWAR yet and I might change my mind in the future but right now, I'll just say it doesnt surprise me that Cassian would laugh at Nesta falling down the stairs

My favourite guy!!! Out of this bunch I mean. My favourite guy in the entire ACOTAR series is probably Lucien, but if we're just talking about the jokers from the Night Court, then this guy is my favorite

I really wasnt expecting much from him, I thought he would have absolutely no personality from what Ive heard other people say about him, but hes basically exactly what I want in an edgy traumatized shadow boi. Ive talked about this before but I really dislike Rhysand and part of that is that I normally really like the archetype of the tortured edgy love interest with shadow powers but he makes it so goddamn annoying by being so flirty and cocky I just want to see him dead. But Azriel is quiet so he doesnt bothr me and also theres some intrigue about his backstory and the extend of his powes but he feels like a solid enough character that he doesnt become boring to me like Amren

I will say though, theres something particularly uncomfortable about watching anyone from the inner circle interact with him and vice versa, I think its because he seems like he doesnt actually like them more than anything else. Ive said this in a previous post, I think Cassian wants to be in a relationship good friends with him and he seems to think they have some good sunshine guy/grumpy guy banter going on but to me it just seems like Azriel genuinely dislikes him. And then he obviously doesnt trust Amren and I feel like hes in love with Mor and has been for a really long time but doesnt actually like her, I honestly feel like hes just sticking by Rhysand because he feels like he owes him and because it gives him an excuse to be close to his crush

Yknow, that I think about it maybe thats why I like him so much. I dont like the Inner Circle, he doesnt like the Inner Circle, thats a relatable king right there

My rant thoughts on the Our Skyy 2 trailer as someone who has watched all the shows and the original Our Skyy and wants to write down all my thoughts so I can come back to them later and laugh about how stupid I was or be amazed by my own genius..

Warning: I wrote a lot!

I was SO excited when Sia Dai started playing in the very first second! For those who don’t know Sia Dai is the ost of the original Our Skyy and it’s an acapella song by 5 U which slaps. I thought they might use a different song but its nice to have the same one. Plus I’m sure we are going to get more songs overall. With so many singers in the cast I’m going to be surprised if GMMTV doesn’t capitalise on it. And with so many characters who play guitar 🙄 I’m sure there’s going to be plenty of musical scenes. It wouldn’t be a GMMTV show if somebody didn’t pull out a guitar.

The Eclipse I am beyond excited to see Akk and Ayan again. They have taken over my every thought for over half a year now and I’m sure I’ll love whatever I get from Our Skyy. But what the hell is going on. They’re in cowboy hats? masks? The leading theory which I agree with is that Wat is making a film and they are acting for him. While I would have been very happy with AkkAyan being cute with each other for 2 episodes straight, these boys deserve to have a bit of fun. We barely got to see them as just boyfriends, without the pressures from the school. I lowkey don’t give a fuck about Kan and Thua but for the sake of my own enjoyment I will pretend like Thua never did what he did. I wish it was all AkkAyan though, they’re the only ones I care about. It would be cool if we got a discussion between Thua and Akk or Ayan about it since it got rushed over in the show but I don’t think its likely. I want Akk and Ayan to be deliriously happy and in love even if its in the form of cowboy shenanigans. I still hope the earring theory is true although it does look like Ayan is wearing two earrings in the trailer. Thua does get punched in the trailer which made me very happy. Akk’s face at 1:16 is the only thing I’ve been able to think about since I saw it. It is now my pfp. I can’t wait to give GMMTV all my money to buy one of those solstice hats. Luckily my sister was with me for emotional support when the trailer released, I might have cried. They mean so much to me and I’m not sure what I’m going to do when they’re gone.

Bad Buddy I’m so excited to see Pat and Pran again! I don’t actually mind Pat’s hair although I’ve seen a lot of people hating it. I think its hilarious that he stole Korn’s hair and it would be funny af if that was something the characters actually did because they’re bffs not just because of how the actors look. It’s sad theres no InkPa but it would be a disservice to them to just squeeze them in on the side. MilkLove deserve more which is why I hope 23.5 is coming soon. I’ve seen PatPran in the trailer described as sluts and I have to agree. What’s with the finger thing Pat? It was a hell of a jumpscare to see that right after Akk and Ayan’s cute cowboy moment. BUT! I didn’t notice at first but I think Pran is wearing a Nong Nao sleeping mask which is super cute and also definitely a chance for GMMTV to sell more stuff. I look forward to seeing Architecture and Engineering gang shenanigans and I am praying for WaiKorn in whatever form they are willing to give me. That scene of patpran lying on top of each other really reminds me of the ‘do you want to be friends” “do you?” moment from the first Bad Buddy trailer, the poster for which has been my header image from the moment I first knew what Bad Buddy was.

Vice Versa PUEN AND TALAY 😭 FRIEND CREDITS 😭😭😭 I miss friend credits so much but don’t think we are going to get them again. Maybe some version of it with Tup and Tou but it won’t be the same. I hope we get a glimpse of how the characters in the other universe are doing but I also don’t think it’s likely. Puen and Talay were very cute in the trailer. They’re sitting with a kid, could it be their son? a random kid they abducted? They are engaged it would make sense for them to be the couple to get married (if a couple is going to get married). It does look like they’re living together and are still dorks in love. Puen wearing the friend credits shirt and Talay wearing the helmet makes me miss them. I really hope the episodes have colour names like the original show and hopefully the same level of amazing detail as well. It’s what Vice Versa deserves for being GMMTV’s most detailed and underrated show.

My School President When I watched the Our Skyy trailer from GMMTV2023 I was not expecting to care so much about msp. Back then I couldn’t give a fuck about whatever stupid high school show these kids were going to be in. I was a cynic back then, I wasn’t expecting msp to be such a sweet and wonderful breath of fresh air and for Gemini and Fourth to put their all into Tinn and Gun. I’ve been listening to Saliva non-stop recently and all the songs are so good. There were already theories floating around that msp would have a body swap episode but the truth is even cooler. It looks like they’re doing a soul swap, Tinn and Gun, Sound and Win, Tiw and Por and Pat and Yo have swapped actors. The question is how much is going to change, how much of the show are they going to recreate like this? It’s a fun idea, I can understand why msp fans are disappointed though, they don’t really get new content and a lot of people wanted to see them in university. UNLESS! it’s all a misdirect and Tiw is filming something where Tinn plays as Gun ect.. but remembering the OffGun Our Skyy episode when they swapped bodies it would be on brand for GMMTV to some kind of swap in one of the episodes. Also why are they at the NLMG school? I saw a theory say it’s a crossover with Vice Versa and they’re in an alternate universe but I doubt its that intricate. It was probably just easier to film there. Fourth as Tinn in Gun’s dessert shop wearing the glasses is SO cute. I can’t wait to see Fourth do his best at playing our head over heels simp Tinn. And for those thinking the scene at the end of the trailer is going to be a kiss, there is no way that isn’t one of Tinn’s many delusions. I hope we get a bit of TiwPor, they deserved more time in the actual show and I still think if would have been great if they were secretly dating the entire time.

Never Let Me Go These episodes look like they’re going to be very interesting!! It looks like Palm and Neung might travel to the past? They are wearing a lot of interesting clothing and are in interesting locations. You would hope they get a chance to chill out and be regular teens but that’s unlikely. If it is a time travel plot I’m sure it will be a lot of fun. They’ve got brain and brawn and a lot of dedication to each other. Their forehead leaning moment at the end of the trailer is beautiful, I can’t wait to see that scene.

a Boss and a Babe Even if it hasn’t finished yet I already adore Cher and Boss and I’m sure the Our Skyy episode will be as fun and enjoyable as the show. I saw some people theorising that they might get a body swap because there’s a scene of Cher wearing a suit but I think its more likely to be him goofing around. It’s nice to know that even when the show ends there will be some more of them.

Star in My Mind I’m not particularly fond of Star in My Mind, it was cute but kind of boring but seeing adorable established couple Khabkluen and Daonuea in Sky in your Heart was one of my favourite parts of that half of the show so it will be nice to see some more of that. I wonder what will happen with their friends and the vague side couple stuff that seemed to be going on, especially considering that Winny and Satang are quite popular now. I wonder what the situation is with all of their friends yelling at them to kiss, maybe a proposal but they’re still in university so I doubt it. I’m sure it will be cute.

Tale of a Thousand Stars This is the one I’m least excited for, I didn’t really love atots it wasn’t particularly interesting to me. I was disappointed we didn’t get to see Tian’s proper return to the village, using his teaching skills with the kids and seeing how having no/little contact for so long affected their relationship. So hopefully these episodes will provide some of that.

just couldnt sleep so i wrote some silly little things going around my brain. theres some s4 spoilers and probably some spelling mistakes cause its 3am and im sleepy

The demobats finally got Eddie. There are bites and blood all over him, he is agonizing in so much pain. The last thing he can do is say I love you to his best friend.

"Eddie, you're dead." Will pronounced.

"No fucking shit! You're kidding me, right, kid?" Eddie pointed at him, getting up from his chair. Not fucking fair. He looked around the room wanting to see everyone's reaction.

Dustin weakly sighs, trying to stop the tears from falling through his cheeks. He really got into that character. "Shit, that was tough."

Eddie was walking around his seat, fingers passing through his hair while he tried to calm himself down. That was his biggest character, that was his moment. Everyone in the table was holding their breaths —everyone in pain. The most loved persona in that campaign just died in front of their eyes. Eddie just died laying in his best friend's arms. Dustin's arms. And that shit did hurt. He just gave up, sitting back on his chair and watching everyone trying to get back to the game —he could see Steve hiding some tears. Cute.

"While on the other side, Max, you're levitating in the air. Vecna's got you. You can feel all your bones almost breaking inside your body, although, you can't see anything anymore." Will narrates, pronouncing every word slowly, "You know that's how your story ends. What's going on through your mind?" he asks, looking right into Max's eyes.

She sobs quietly, "Fuck, I'm-, I can still hear Lucas yelling my name. I can feel his pain and that makes my heart hurt almost as much as my bones breaking through my skin. I try to remember those good memories from the past years. Hanging around with our group, shopping with El, the snow ball with Lucas and our first kiss. Now I just feel like crying, not just cause my bones are breaking in pieces, but mostly cause I am not ready to go." Max finishes. A single tear falling from her eyes.

"You're right. You're not ready to go." Will says in a low tone, pausing for a second. "Everything stops. You're falling to the ground."

The campaign ends and Vecna is gone.

Well, that's what they all wish. Their story ends on a big cliffhanger and everyone loses their minds.

Will announces he is currently writing their last adventure for this campaign and, even though some of them are still crying, they all congratulate him for the story they've been playing for two years.

Eddie can see little Wheeler going into Byers’ direction, hugging him and kissing his cheeks after congratulating him. He can't help but find it adorable —he would never admit it.

Not too far from him there's Steve and Robin talking about something he can't really hear; until he starts walking to them.

"Oh, he's coming." Robin tries to whisper; a smirk crosses her face. "Yeah, yeah! Almost forgot about that- uh, that thing I need to do now! Bye, Steve!" she hurries herself out of the room, a few little giggles left behind. Oh, that's kinda funny, Eddie thought. Just the way Robin leaves, so do the rest of the group —and Eddie loves the idea of being alone with Steve Harrington.

"So, Harrington," he approached "never thought I'd see you crying over my death." a little smirk lingering his lips.

"No, no, no. That's not what happened, Munson" Steve crossed his arms, leaning against the wall. "I just got emotional because of Dustin, don't get too much into your head." He tried to hide a little smile.

Adorable.

"Sure, pretty boy. But see," he got closer to the boy who had big beautiful eyes —as Eddie would think. "you won't have the chance to flirt with my character anymore."

"Oh, yeah?" Steve moved his hands to Eddie's waist, pulling him closer. "But I don't need a character to do that, do I?" There it is, the prettiest smile.

"Mmhm, you're right." so he just leaned for a kiss; it always feels like the first time and he absolutely loves it. He could feel Steve squeezing his waist while deepening the kiss. "I'm not going anywhere, you know?" Eddie says between some pecks. "Or are you just hungry?" he'd smirk while Harrington's got that pretty pink tone spreading along his cheeks. Eddie loves making him flustered —and that's so easy to him.

"You know what? I actually am." he picked his backpack that was laying on the ground beside him. "Let's get dinner, hm? My place."

"Sure, big boy." he left one last kiss on his lips. They walked to the parking lot; it was already empty. "Also," he sat on the passenger seat. "don't you think it's time to tell Robin we're dating?"

Steve laughs, starting the car. "No, it's fun to watch her trying to get us together."

UMMM WELL- I'll put my thoughts on Romance Doll under a break at the end because the movie is pretty nsfw and weird and yeah...

Quartet is on my list! I'm definitely going to watch it at some point, but I also really wanna watch Miracles! Honestly that one has been the most interesting to me from the beginning but my adhd is just causing me to watch whatever's convenient first, not the ONE IVE REALLY WANTED TO WATCH THIS WHOLE TIME. I still have to finish Koisenu Futari too... I stopped that one cuz I was watching it with someone and we had a long period of time where we couldn't watch it. And then also it's just VERY HEAVY as a person who happens to be demi who has gone through periods of feeling like I could be aroace in the past. It's so realistic and deals with the painful things as well as the funny things and I am scared to finish it bc I KNOW THERES MORE HEAVY SHIT TO COME but it's an amazing show AND I DO WANT TO FINISH THAT ONE TOO.

And on a completely polar opposite note: ROMANCE DOLL, LMAO

Ok so, this movie is very much one of those WEIRDLY REALISTIC stories where all the characters are so real and flawed and HUGE MISTAKES ARE MADE by characters and it's just such a wild ride. You probably haven't heard about it because its FUCKING WACK.

Without giving too much away in case you wanna watch it (netflix dropped it last monday, which is actually why I ended up watching it over the weekend at all, but it's still available to rent on amazon 🙄) Issey plays Tetsuo, an unemployed art college grad who is desperate for a job. His friend gave him a tip about this sketchy job opening but told him literally nothing else about it. He shows up and this old woman greets him and shows him around and he's a bit shocked to find out it's a shop that makes SILICONE SEX DOLLS. The woman is like "your friend didn't tell you that???" And Tetsuo was like "he literally just said there was a job here-" and she laughs and says "Some friend he is then!" Honestly I loved the old lady she's great, I wish I could remember her name I'm too lazy to go look it up rn.

Anyway so yeah, he takes the job even though the interview was super awkward and there's this gross pervy old guy who works there and he doesn't really care about the subject matter he just needs money (mood)

One thing and another happens (and a lot of me wanting to slap the old man into next tuesday, seriously he's the worst) and a little bit later Tetsuo meets the love of his life through some bullshit connection to his job, and they end up getting married some time after, but she doesn't know what he does for a living and ITS ALL VERY HARD TO EXPLAIN WHY HE KEEPS THAT FROM HER without spoiling things but just- the movie is wack, I really didn't like it in the beginning but it pulls a complete 180 and ends up being this weirdly emotional and AT TIMES, a holesome wholesome slice of life movie??

Don't get me wrong it doesn't sugarcoat things like objectification of women and there's some degree of realistic portrayal of that bc of the whole Tetsuo working at a sex doll shop thing, it is very true to life- how men can be gross even if they aren't going so far as assaulting anyone. It doesn't excuse it either it just presents it as it is, which is good I think. But then there are OTHER moments where the movie is very sex positive- so its a wild fucking trip tbh. Definitely don't watch it if you have sensitivities to the things I mentioned above bc bro omg the first half almost had me like "yeah I can't watch this" a couple times jfc.

BASICALLY by the end of the movie the message is that communication and being open with people you love (and not getting bogged down with anxiety and guilt) is important, because on top of not being fair to the people who are important to you, hiding things from them can eat you up inside and make you act irrationally and hurt them even more whether you realize it or not. And also, you never know how someone will feel about the things you don't want to tell them. Something that could be huge to you could be no big deal to another.

Its just a very interesting movie. I don't know if I'd recommend it, theres some NUCLEAR SECOND HAND EMBARRASSMENT CRINGE MOMENTS like oh my god i wanted to die- and like I said above, there's lots of intense subject matter and some not so pretty moments that a lot of people may want to avoid. Id for sure check one of those sites that gives content warnings before watching bc hoo boy...

But all that aside, once again Issey is an incredible actor and his range is apparent in this movie. I saw some like- borderline SLAPSTICK physical comedy moments that had me so surprised bc he did them so well but its so new and different from anything else ive watched him star in. Dude is just unstoppable tbh. He HAS 👏 THE 👏 RANGE!! 👏

Also you get to see him naked a lot. So there's that!

Just watch The Broken Hearts Gallery on netflix and it was a fun movie! Like the dynamic between the two leads was cute, liked both characters, and the cast was pretty cool. My favourite scene is the birthdayh/karaoke scene. It was super dooper light hearted and fun! Amd i feel like all the characters were at their strongest there, they dis a good job of playing off of each other and the comedh felt the crispest. So did the chemistry with the leads. The main dude's heart eyes face is crazy in that scene. The comedy was also pretty good, loved the running joke that the lawyers boyfriend never spoke.

That being said it did fall into some of the comon tropes of modern romcoms, theres a group of 3 friends who share an apartment together. Two of them are POC (one of them is a lesbian with intimacy issues who can't stay in one relationship long enough) and the third friend is white. Which is fine i dont really mind it, just a pettern i keep noticing.

But i did have a problem with the editing. It felt kind of awkward and blotchy in places, like after they meet the second time and a stranger attacks the male lead, the it cuts to thme walking down a alley, then it cuts to them entering a hotel. Tjat entire sequence felt very staccato. The editong is one reason but i also think it was the camera use, like it looks lile they only had one camera for the scene when they needed ilat least 2-3. It made the dialogue feel weird and choppy cause it looks like they did one line from an actor, cut moved the camera to get the line from the other actor, cut and kept going like that till their convo was finished. And this would have been fine if the editing was just a tinge better. And then the stranger came in out of nowhere and dirsupts the scene after veing very jarring. And i know that this was done for comedic purposes, but i dont think the delivery worked because the camera work and the editing did not allow it to be.

What i think shouldve happened is that they shoild use two cameras to record both the actors. So they can cut between each easily and the flow of the convo would be natural. As for the stranger barging into frame, i think it wouldve been funnier if they amped up the argument that they were having and got a shot of the stranger noticing it from accross the street or something and racing towards them and when we get close enougj it swithes to the hand held camera as she beats the guy with her bag. Thats funny! To me anyways.

But my main issues with this movir is that it doesnt have the strongest script. Some of yhe dialogue felt really awkward 1. Because it felt out of place (like in the same scene i mentioned above, their conversation didnt feel appropriate to what happened previously, and some of it doesnt seem in character for Lucy, like i feel like she wouldve tried harder to get back in and talk to her ex but she didn't) 2. It felt too corny (in the same scene abkve the lead guy, Nick, says "i just saved u in there, normally what would happen now is that id get a thank u and you'd fet a you're welcome" or something like that. Too corny is not bad, but its not good when the audience cant believe/ move past how corny the line is.

3. The script doesnt follow character grosth that well. For example, at the beginning of the movie, Lucy, the gallery assistant makes a complete ass of herself as shes doing an introfuction infront of a huge crowd at the openining of an exhibition. She wasnt able to finish her speech and impress her boss because she drunkenly fell off the stage and was promptly fired afterward. Now it would make sense for her to take that moment back at the end of the movie, making a speech about all the things in her life that brought her to this moment where she has curated her own gallery and was able to get rehired by her boss so she finally has a second chance to impress her. BUT THEN Nick comes barreling in a ruins her big speech moment! She didnt finish her speech, there was no big redeemable moment, instead there was a public declaration of love and everyone forced her to come down and kiss him. Thats not cute! Its coercion!!! And that kiss was undeserved!

What i think shouldve happened is that Lucy shouldve had her big speech! Then in the process of the speech realised that she kept nothing from her daliance with Nick because she was in love with him. And then after her speech she would notice Nick in the corner somewhere and he's holding something. Then they go off somewhere private and he compliments her on her speech, and tells her how amazing she was etc etc. Then she notices the thing in his hands and guess what! Its the sign from the hotel that he initially named after the ex-girlfriend that broke his heart! And he explains everything and apologizes for the confusion andsays i love u and Lucy is falling deeper, and then she asks him what he is going to rename the hotel and he brings up the neon sign that says "Broken hearts hotel" and the music swells and they kiss! Then they go out and find their friends listening in! And theres the comedy, then it ends with a dance party.

Like that feels way more desrved then whatever the hell i just watched. YOU DONT FUCK WITH SONEONES JOB AND CAREER LIKE THAT, U JUST DON'T.

(whispering quietly so the creator doesnt hear me) i dont think 8:11  is a very good horror game, i think it would improve if the game was marketed as being a horror-comedy actually. there are some moments that got me when i was watching geno play dont get me wrong, its just like, well aside from various “this is the creators first game” moments that were funny to us, theres some moments that, in my hoenst opinion, ruin the vibe? if its meant to be a horror. like, i dont understand that one ourple bitch (or his little pink friend) at all really. and i dont understand why ryker is interested in this guy. like, the ourple was drunk driving and hit ryker, and then didnt even take them to a hospital, and then rykers like ///.w.// uhm..  like this is absolutely insanely funny compared to everything else in the game to the point where not awknowledging it as being weird or strange actually makes it worse cuz its like??? am i supposed to take that seriously??? you are wanting me to take this seriously and root for this guy? can we go back to whatever ferret vittorino had going on . if this was a horror game with wacky comedy then i would accept it but for now its some outrageous thing being played straight with no??? no drive??liek why should i care? why should i even care

Wakatoshi Ushijima

You’re hanging out in your boyfriends room while he finishes studying for an upcoming exam

You’re scrolling on Tik Tok when you stumble on a video of a girl trying her best to get her distracted boyfriend’s attention

As you watch you slightly laugh, thinking this is the cutest thing you’ve ever seen

your attention is caught when you hear your boyfriend sneeze,

Looking over you smile to yourself and think you want to try what you just saw on the video, but with your own boyfriend who was indeed distracted right now

At first you’re reluctant to try, because you don’t want to bother him while he studies

But then you remember that Toshi is a big softie for you, so the worst that could happen is he just asks you to leave him alone lol

Putting your phone down you make it over to your boyfriends desk

You shyly stand beside him for a moment before he notices you

Turning around to look towards you, Ushijima gives you a soft smile, “hi love, is everything okay?”

You nod your head as Ushijima pulls you closer to him so you’re now standing in between his legs.

“Yes, Im just bored.” You reply

“Im almost done babe, give me like an hour. ”

As he turns around to start working again you begin to adjust yourself on his lap

A bit confused he lets out a small chuckle

You still say no words as you continue to wrap your body against his, nuzzling your face into his neck

Ushijima doesn’t say anything, instead he takes in your embrace and lightly begins to caress the top of your head

He lets you remain on his lap for a moment, but you're happy enough with his reaction and decide not to bother him any further

You try getting off his lap but as you do Ushijima’s hold on you tightens, preventing you from moving

“where are you going?” He asks you with the most loving expression

Your eyes soften at his gaze, “i don't want to distract you, so i'll just wait until you're done.”

With no warning Ushijima stands up, still holding you, he’s now carrying you towards his bed

“i can take a break.” He says as he gently begins to adjust your bodies on the bed

Now laying down you snuggle further into your boyfriends arms, whom happily reciprocates with a warm embrace

theres a brief silence while you two cuddle for a moment, until you break it

“im sorry I distracted you Toshi.”

“dont be. I missed you too.” He responds, kissing you softly on the forehead

You smile brightly at his response leaning forward to leave a small kiss on his lips

He gladly reciprocates, smiling into the kiss.

You guys spend the next two hours wrapped in each others warmth.

Rintaro Suna

You spent the whole day with your boyfriend Suna, running errands

Upon arriving home, Suna made his way over to his Playstation, quickly turning on the game

You subtly roll your eyes, not truly bothered because honestly at this point you were used to Suna playing his video games

You make your way over to the living room and start watching Tik Toks on your phone

You watch a video where the girlfriend sat on her boyfriends lap while he was gaming , and the reaction was very funny to you

After watching the video, you wondered how your boyfriend would react if you did the same thing

So you decided to try it out yourself

Walking back in the room you can hear your boyfriend talking to his friends through the mic,

You quickly make your way over to your boyfriend and begin to crawl into his lap

Suna is caught very off guard and begins to freak out because your body was in the way of the screen and he couldn’t see

“woah woah babe, hold up I cant see.”

You ignore him and chuckle to yourself continuing to wrap your body around his

Once you’re seated on his lap he doesn’t mind your presence at all.

He actually liked having you on him while he played

Every time he ended a match he looked towards you and kissed you softly on the lips

Although you were enjoying being in the arms of your boyfriend you were starting to get bored, and wanted to get off

So once again you shift to begin to stand up,

“wait. Stay.” Suna says, his gaze still on the tv

You let out a small laugh, “baby I’m bored, I’m gonna go watch a movie or something.”

Suna removes his gaze from the tv for a split second, only to look at you with soft eyes, “im almost done, this is the last match, I promise.”

You totally give in in his request and give him a small kiss on the cheek, as a form of saying you agree

After the game is over, Suna says his goodbyes and turns off the console

Looking over to you, still sitting in his lap, he can help but stare in awe

“im surprised you wanted to be with me while I gamed. You never do.”

“i love being with you Rin.” You chuckle out

Quickly his grip around you tightens and he leans in to give you a long kiss, you reciprocate right away

Pulling away he speaks again “”okay so lets go watch that movie you want to watch.”

Your face brightens with a smile and you quickly get up to get everything ready

Now you’re happily cuddled in your boyfriends arms, watching your favorite movie

Although you know he’s not paying much attention (you can tell by the fact he’s kissing you every 5 minutes lol) this is your favorite position to be in

Your legs tangled with eahother and your face briefly on the nape of his neck, you wouldn’t want it any other way

Hajime Iwaizumi

Iwaizumi was busy looking over some notes that were important for his next game

Any time he’d be occupied you never distracted him, you weren’t really a clingy girlfriend

So when you saw that there was a trend going around where the girlfriend clings on their boyfriend while he was busy

You thought it’d be amusing to see how your boyfriend would react

You look over to where your boyfriend is sitting and notice he’s peacefully flipping through pages

Walking over to his desk Iwaizumi immediately notices your presence

He looks back at you and begins to speak “hey angel do you ne-“

Before he can even finish his sentence he’s cut off by you crawling into his lap

He’s caught off guard at first, but instantly he wraps his arms around you to tighten your hold on him

You begin laughing as he begins prepping your face with small kisses

Pulling away he looks at you with soft eyes “what’s the matter angel, you missed me already?”

“yes” you say as you begin to nuzzle your face further into his neck.

“okay.” He says as he lightly takes you off “lets go hang out.”

“but what about your notes?”

“i could take a break.”

You smile at your boyfriend as he holds his hand out for you to take.

As soon as you do he instantly brings your body towards his to wrap you in a giant hug

You laugh at his sudden movements, but its evident in your face you’re really happy

Laying down on the bed he pulls your body to be on top of his and kisses you once again

Pulling away he talks “ you’re the prettiest girl I know.”

You blush at his words “oh shut up.” You jokingly say

“im serious,” he chuckles out “you are.”

You drop your body on his and continue to hold him while he tightens the embrace

You can hear the sound of his heart beat, and you can’t help but feel calm

“Iwa.” You whisper

“yeah?”

“im sorry I distracted you from your work, but can we stay like this for a while?”

He lovingly looks down at you. “don’t be sorry, I love being here, with you.”

You look up at him and gently kiss him on the lips as you wrap your body further into his

Wrapped in his arms you forgot this was a challenge altogether

But you were very grateful you tried it out,

I enjoy reading character analysis to understand them more and I've also noticed that some insert fics are like too exagerated and their personalities are far from the canon twst. I think some writers are just basing their fics to others and and makes conclusion about it and ignore important details or text on their cards?* And as a reader, I do sometimes think that "this" character are like that. Like Vil, being portrayed as narcisstic and beauty obssessed charac, I think he isnt like that and theres more to him than we think. Sorry for the long ask✌️

You're totally valid anon and I see your point, you know while I agree that each idea and interpretation on characters is worthy on its own and no one is bound to having a specific opinion or belief, getting too wild with personal fantasies and ignoring the originals can totally ruin the writing. Characters are often mischaracterized especially in reader insert fics and the most annoying part is that almost everyone is making the same mistakes about him-! Like some of the noticable mistakes would be:

(1) Femininely has nothing to do with Vil's terms of beauty

Oh lord what can I say- It's even against what Vil himself directly said through chapter five and how he cleared his point on male and female equal, and you can tell he is pretty strict about it.

Like did you just forget what he told Epel when he complained that he doesn't want to act like a girl: “a boy getting embarrassed about ‘acting like a girl,’ -- what year is your head stuck in??? did you take a time machine from 100 years ago??”

He doesn't seem to be one to appreciate the concept of labeling beauty as a female-only thing and on the other hand, he doesn't really seem to like the way women can be looked down on while being compared to men either. He seeks equality, and beauty wasn't ever defined as a feminine act in his dictionary; while there are tons of requests asking for: Vil forcing their trans s/o to wear more feminine clothes/ Vil asking their fem! s/o to wear more feminine stuff an look cuter/Vil complimenting s/o's appearance for not being feminine enough/... And literally TONS of requests like this. Please, you're forgetting one the most important parts of his personality, he considers male and female to be equal and it's so hecking important to show that he holds respect for all genders nonetheless.

(2) Vil's maturity is often ignored

Honestly, within all twst characters Vil's maturity on its own really impresses me. From the way he speaks to how serious and sincere he is all I gotta say is this man is waaay different from the way he's charactetized in most of the fics. Idk why but, he's sometimes charactetized as a guy who's ready to boil you alive if you dare touch any of his expensive make up pallettes or eyeshadows. Oh please, Vil isn't an angry child.

Also he often decides to keep his anger in, though you can tell when he's mad by just looking at his face. Clinching fists, trying not to talk and most likely, walking off or asking people to leave him alone until he calms down a bit is most likely his usual way of expressing his anger, but I've seen him being described as a loud, feral figure like Riddle is! Oh god no- Are you just ignoring how calm and collected Vil often tends to be?

(3) What's with the potato fetish?

While it's canon that Vil can sometimes call people around him potato. You may like to know that in some languages, potato is translated as "Apple of the ground", which can be an interesting reason of him using this nickname for people.

Watching Vil call students potatoes can be as entertaining as watching Malleus play with his tamagotchi, but again, it's important to realize that you don't have to only use potato when you're thinking of what Vil might say in a reader insert/situation!

Come on there are hundreds of different statements and sentences you can use other than just 'potatoes' and it'll get boring to read him saying the same nick name over and over in a fic. Good lord of course this isn't the only word he uses in communication so please try to avoid using it too much. This, is NOT the only word that he knows to use! (Seriously though I've seen being used like 6 times in a 500-word drabble)

(4) Please avoid spreading false information about him and his personality

Funny how I'm saying it here, but don't forget that you do not own him! Vil Schoenheit is a property of Disney/ Aniplex and all, which means that no one can certainly decide on his sexuality/ background/ unexplained character details unless it's officially announced.

Why am I saying this? Because some people are seriously going to far! I've seen people attacking others saying that Vil's pronouns are She/Her and not He/ Him like: EXCUSE ME...???

I don't want to get into details explaining how this drama is going but I've got to say something anyway, YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE ON HIS PRONOUNS! None of us do!

It's totally okay to have your personal preferences on his pronouns or anything else, but you must avoid spreading such information and forcing them on others as long as they aren't confirmed! Please keep your headcanons for yourself and don't confuse the fandom with them. Everyone's free to have their own headcanons but it's never okay to force them on others!

(5) Vil has a LOT to talk about other than just beauty!

Man... sometimes I feel like the fandom is just doing him dirty. Most of the reader inserts, fics , and even Vil memes have something to do with beauty while it's important to try and look through his personality as well instead of just sticking with the beauty aspect.

For example, through the Halloween event, I couldn't be any more surprised when Vil found the crying child who had lost their parents through the crowd and instead of just leaving them to headmaster or asking someone to take care of them he actually started to play with the child and entertrain and confront them on his own! That was probably one of his sweetest moments through the whole game and it really changed my mind about him! It was great to know that Vil as well can have a softer side when it comes to children, just imagine how good this can be used while writing a father AU for him!

His talents on the other hand need to be recognized, for example: his acting skills back in the ghost marriage proved how much of a great actor he can be and this can also give us lots of ideas to use in writings. On the other hand he's much of a celebrity on his own ( Woop- he's also got 2m followers on magicam) which gives us another great plot to write for him.

The way he is around close friends, how he compliments them and gets complimented by them in return, the way he manages Pomefiore and tries to put the students into doing their best in using their skills and lots of more interesting details that can be found through his stories are there to tell you that he's a lot more than just a beautiful Queen. A considerable part of his background as well is going to be released at he end of chapter 5 (Yes baby after the overblot Vil) and I hope that gives us all the opportunity to come up with stronger personalities and plots next time that we're describing or even, characterizing Vil!

Lmao I kind of rushed to finish this so I didn't get to talk about him as much as I wanted to, but hope that this is useful anyway.

9. jasmine is one of the best characters in pahkitew island hands down. she's capable, level headed, and her friendship with sammy was so sweet. also love her voice

8. scarlett's ending was horribly written but i love the premise of quiet nerdy kid actually being super evil. some of my favorite small moments from pahkitew is when her facade would drop for a second and she'd make a face or deadpan something

7. even though she got such little screen time, eva will always have a special place in my heart. strong with weird friends who wears purple and has a hard time interacting with people? girl mood

6. sanders is so, so good. as fun of a character as macarthur is she's also a lot to deal with and sanders was being patient and civil almost all the time, even when macarthur didn't show her the same respect. she literally fucked up her own BROKEN ARM so they could keep going with the race?? biggest badass in td hands down. major respect.

5. leshawna. do i even have to explain this. i want her to be my friend but i would probably be so in awe of her that id be too anxious to talk to her. shes so strong so supportive so sweet and absolutely iconic. she deserves more love and should've won a season

4. i know emma gets a lot of hate but i love her. bossy older sister with trust issues around romance? big fucking mood. she has some funny moments and her relationship with kitty is fantastic, super entertaining. maybe i, a fellow control freak, relate to her a little too much but shhhhh

3. i dont think these last three are gonna be a surprise to anyone. but anyways alejandro is a manipulative icon which i love. hes so smart in how he plays the game its very refreshing to watch, and he also has his random drama queen moments which are funny. his character design is also very aesthetically pleasing

2. hes probably overrated for the amount of screen time he gets but noah. dude had a lot of funny lines and SO MUCH wasted potential. easily my favorite character in the ridonculous race. he’s just very entertaining and is really fun to write for

1. ive never kinned anybody and never will but if i did it would be courtney. girl has been my comfort character since i was like twelve. i relate to her a LOT and no matter how badly they screw up her writing (and they have FUCKED it up) she will always be the character i root for. she’s got an inexplicable and embarrassingly special place in my heart. im serious i dont think ever ive liked any character in any form of media more than courtney. theres something wrong with me but its ok <3
