Hiiii! Sorry for being late - yesterday was so hard to me, I practically couldn't draw. But now I'm back and who knows maybe I will be able to catch up! Tagging @viralay and continuing with a story.

For so long Nightmare was surrounded by negativity, both in goop magic form and literal, like destroyed universe and dark walls of a castle, and everyone around him wasn't particularly happy, and for so long he himself never truly felt happy, so when he finally does, nor he, nor his body doesn't know how to deal with it. At first, he was able to just get rid of it and sometimes that worked. Sometimes getting a "bath" in negativity destroying another au was enough to overpower it worked, but Nightmare was getting weaker.

Until one day his goop disappeared. It did not disappear entirely, it just "gathered" in his core to preserve Nightmare's soul better, but it did left him vulnerable. He didn't loose any memory because of that, nor any trauma, that brought him here or the one that he made himself go through on the way of becoming one of the strongest in the Multiverse, nor it took any of the scars away. It actually did the opposite - revealed all the terrible marks on his weak pale bones.

When this happened for the first time, Nightmare was terrified, good that Ccino was there to calm him down and helped to adjust. Now he got a hang of that, falling into a semiregular cycle of loosing his powers for a couple of days.

(also THIS, This is one of the reasons Killer gave Nightmare second chance. And he is still furious at people who left the scars. BUT! Also not all of the scars are from people of the village, but most are. The oldest one is on his pelvic bone)

I love this idea. Especially if Aemond gets a little crush on Daemon's daughter <3 it doesn't help that I'm a huge Vhagar stan. Balerion and Vhagar used to be besties, and I like the idea of Aemond falling for Daemon's daughter like the hypocrite that he is.

The fact of the matter is, I can definitely see Viserys probably being very close with his niece, despite her being a bastard. He has that same kind of blindness he does with Rhaenyra's sons, or he just doesn't care, lol.

Bonding with him is no easy task, either. Balerion is a very old and large dragon, and we're assuming that (Name) is still very much a child. She's emotionally vulnerable after the loss of her mother and being taken into the care of her father - who she doesn't know all that well in the first place.

However, I mentioned that bastard! (Name) is a lot like her father personality-wise. She has the soul of a dragon, and Balerion is her soulmate. They blend together well, considering that Balerion is like a grumpy old cat, and she's a mad little kitten.

Since he's so old, Balerion doesn't have the best temper. Since his new rider is so young and small, Balerion becomes very protective of her.

If anyone tries to mess with (Name), grumpy granddad Balerion is going to dracarys without his rider even saying to. He's a very intimidating dragon due to his reputation, but I imagine his bond with Daemon's daughter would be very strong, as in he's incredibly loyal to her.

I enjoy making him suffer because I wholeheartedly believe that he Can and he Will get better. No idea if or if not this is unpopular in the Makoto Naegi Community. I don’t see the point in making him confront his issues and go through a lot of mental pain and suffering if you aren’t going to allow him to heal. Yeah it takes time and yeah it’s hard but.
