Jet Car Ride in Dubai – A New Favourite Of Watersport Lovers
Tumblr media
There’s no better way to explore the water bodies of Dubai than flying around on a jetcar.
Dubai may be the city of dreams, but it’s also home to some pretty incredible water sports that can only be experienced here. Jet car riding is one such sport, and it’s definitely my new favorite!
I found out about jet car riding from one of my friend, who had been here before me and told me all about how much fun it was. So, when I arrived in Dubai and decided to take some time off from my regular job as a travel blogger, I decided to book myself a jet car rental in Dubai with Sea Life Dubai. And boy am I glad that I did!
Tumblr media
First off, let me start by saying that this isn't your average jet ski. No, no—this is much more than that. This is a jet car! It's equipped with two powerful engines and can reach speeds of up to 60mph. The machine is also fully enclosed, so you don't have to worry about getting wet or having sand get in your eyes as you zip around on the water.
The best part about riding one of these machines is that there are no limits to where you can go—you can take off from the shore and soar over to any other body of water nearby! It's like being able to fly without having to worry about any pesky airports getting in your way (or having to go through security).
The ride lasted for about one hour and it was such an amazing experience! We could see all kinds of beautiful places from up above, as well as some birds flying around in the sky. The weather was perfect too, which made everything even better!
Tumblr media
The best part of this ride was when we flew over the Palm Islands and saw them from above—they looked like giant pieces of art floating on water. The serene beauty of these manmade islands will stay with me forever and ever.
I flew over all kinds of Dubai landmarks: The Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab (the world’s only 7-star hotel), The Atlantis Hotel & Resorts and even the Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world). We saw so many incredible sights and enjoyed being able to take in all that Dubai has to offer from a new angle. It really was an amazing experience!
Tumblr media
Last but not least I would like to thank Sea Life Dubai for offering such an affordable Jet car rental price in Dubai. They made the whole experience of driving a jet car so much more enjoyable and relaxing. I hope you enjoyed this blog post and that it helped you find some good information on how to get around Dubai on a jet car and of course finding the best water car price in Dubai. Cheers!

When Is the Best Time to Visit Fort Dubai Marina Beach?
The capital of the United Arab Emirates is Dubai. It is home to several well-known tourist attractions, including the world-famous Fort Dubai Marina Beach. Many people are curious about the best time to visit Fort Dubai Marina Beach. The answer to that question is dependent on what you want from your vacation.
The best time to visit Fort Dubai Marina Beach is during the winter months.
The best time to visit Fort Dubai Marina Beach is during the winter months. The temperature is more relaxed and the crowds are smaller. The beach is also less crowded and the waves are bigger. The summer is also a good time to visit, but it can be very hot and crowded. The best way to reach Fort Dubai Marina Beach is by car. There is limited street parking and it can be difficult to find a spot. A paid parking lot is located adjacent to the beach. There are several restaurants and cafes in the area as well.
The beach is usually very crowded during the summer months.
The beach and the water activities in Dubai Marina are usually very crowded during the summer months. The beach is a great place to cool down and have fun. There are usually many people swimming, sunbathing, and playing in the sand. The beach is usually best visited early in the morning or late in the afternoon. This is because the sun isn't as hot and the crowds are usually smaller. The beach can be a wonderful place to relax, but being aware of your surroundings is critical. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect yourself from the sun. Bringing a towel and water to stay hydrated is also a good idea. The beach is a great place to have fun if you want somewhere to go. You can also find restaurants and shops nearby if you need to buy something. Just be aware of your surroundings and be careful when swimming.
The beach offers excellent views of the Dubai skyline.
The beach is a great spot to take in the view of Dubai's skyline. The beach's location on the Arabian Gulf makes it easy to see why it's a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. The contrast between the blue water and the city's towering skyscrapers is a sight. Visitors can also unwind on the beach, go swimming, or go for a walk. The beach is excellent for catching a sunset or viewing the city's nightlife. The Dubai Marina is also a popular spot in the city's skyline. The Marina is a man-made canal system built in the early 2000s. It's home to some of the city's most iconic skyscrapers, including the Burj Khalifa. The Marina is also a great spot to go for a walk or take a boat ride. The best time to take the Dubai skyline is late afternoon or early evening. The sun will be setting and the city's buildings will be illuminated.
There are several restaurants and cafes located near the beach.
There are several restaurants and cafes located near the beach. One of my favorites is the coffee shop located on the corner. The coffee is always fresh, and the staff is friendly. They have various pastries and sandwiches, and the prices are reasonable. Another favorite of mine is the Italian restaurant. The food is delectable, and the setting is romantic. The restaurant is housed in a small building on the beach, with a stunning view. Near the beach, there are a few fast food restaurants. The hamburger joint is my personal favorite. They make the best burgers I've ever eaten. The prices are also very low. Near the beach, there are numerous restaurants and cafes to choose from. So whether you want a quick bite or a romantic dinner, you can find something to suit your needs.
The beach is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun and the sand.
The beach is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and sand. Seagulls can be heard in the distance as the waves crash against the shoreline. The sun is shining and the sand is warm. It is a great place to spend a day. The beach is also great for swimming, surfing, and sunbathing, jet ski rental dubai. Many people come to the beach to enjoy the available activities. The sand is sometimes a little bit dirty, but relaxing and enjoying the ocean is worth it. Many people come to the beach to party, and there can be a lot of noise. But, overall, the beach is a great place to spend a day.
Dubai Marina is a haven for water enthusiasts, offering many exhilarating water activities. There's something for everyone, From jet skiing to wakeboarding to paddleboarding and banana boat rides. Sunsets and footballers (Part 79)
Alexia Putellas x Character (35) - Ridley Part One
Masterlist (other parts here)
((**4.5k**))
This is PART ONE of TWO for Ridley. You DO NOT have to read this! This is simply me getting out what's been in my head for a while about Ridley and her darker side and military ties. Although this one isn't bad at all, part two will be a lot more graphic and morally grey.
Any Australian military mentions such as squadron types and specialties are 100% real and researched.
Feel free to skip these two Ridley parts as you won't be missing anything in the main story. :)
RIDLEY POV PART ONE
Ridley’s body was thrown into the straps of her five-point harness relentlessly. She was sitting in the jump seat of a C17 – a last minute military aircraft she’d caught from London to Dubai. She just needed to escape. To get far away from her in the hopes that it would stop her from hurting Alexia. She wasn’t too concerned with hurting herself.
“The CAT is easing, Commander,” came the voice of the pilot through her head set. “We’re almost through it.”
CAT – Clear Air Turbulence. Ridley was tired, but she couldn’t sleep. She was seated in the cargo hold which was devoid of any other human except herself. “Copy.”
The flight was 7 hours long, and most of it she’d spent staring a thousand-yard stare into that void of the cargo hold just thinking about her. Alexia. The way she’d whispered, moaned, begged for her. The way she felt, the way she tasted and fucking moved with her. Her sounds when she whimpered, when she’d was pushed to her limits… when she came. It had broken Ridley, like she knew it would. How could she ever want anything less than all of her after that? No, she deserved more. She deserved the whole fucking world, and not the monster she was. Alexia had no idea what she was getting herself into with her, and she needed to protect her from herself.
They landed at 2pm local time and she caught a lift into town with one of the senior ranked officers on base. Ridley was known in the military world, and she’d been around. Met a lot of people. Worked hard and climbed the ranks. She was respected for her accomplishments, and now could come and go as she pleased, as she held such a high security clearance.
“Are you sure, Commander?” The officer asked.
Ridley nodded. “Here is perfect. Thanks for the lift.”
“Give us a call if you need anything. Anything at all.”
He left and she waited for him to do so. Only when he was gone did she jump on public transport to get to where she was actually going. She was used to frequenting Dubai for a few reasons, one of which being that it was central and in her line of work, that was essential.
She exited the train and moved over to the bus line, making sure she wasn’t followed as she went. Always aware. Always watching. Avoiding cameras and drawing attention. The bus moved through six stops and she stepped off just before the doors closed. From there she walked to her destination, stopping at a café on the way to pick up some sweets. A popular local sweet dish in Dubai that she loved was knafeh, which she bought along with filled donuts which were a must.
She paid for her items, adding a bottle of water to the list and was off down the street. She arrived at her destination at around 2:45pm and stopped outside, looking up at it. It was a mechanic shop. And not just any mechanics, the best in town. Anyone who knew Dubai knew that expensive cars were a given. Almost everyone had one. And this was the place they all fought for bookings at.
She walked into the open floor planned warehouse which was lined down the outer edges with cars on different levels, each getting work done, and each more expensive than the last. Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Bugatti, Maserati, Rolls Royce. She walked through and acknowledged each nod she received from the people who worked there. She came upon the office of the owner and knocked twice, opening before he answered.
“Ridley!” The voice boomed. Ali was a rich man, though not the egotistical type. In fact, he was rather the opposite. Most of the money he made went straight back into humanitarian efforts and other philanthropic endeavours.
She greeted him with a kiss on the cheek as she placed the knafeh on his desk in front of him.
“For you.”
He hummed as he looked her up and down. “You seem different…” he said in a strong Arabic accent.
Of course she did. She was fucking heartbroken. Grieving. In love with Alexia and forcing herself to break her heart. Plus, she hadn’t slept in 46 hours and had been wearing the same clothes she’d thrown on hastily as she’d left her in bed 9 hours ago.
“I haven’t slept in a few days.”
“No, no. There’s something else…” he murmured, still wondering. Eventually he gave up like people usually did. Ridley was a closed book. “But alas, I think Im tired myself. I’m guessing you’re here for that?” He asked, gesturing to the wall.
She nodded.
“I was told you weren’t coming. Are you staying for long?”
“Unsure.”
“You’re welcome as long as you’d like. Anything you need.”
Anything you need. She heard that during almost every conversation when she was in Dubai. Another reason she enjoyed the place so much.
He smiled as he opened the box and she forced herself to give one in return. It’s not that she didn’t want to – just that it was difficult to fake any sort of positive emotion at this point.
Ridley turned and moved through the second door in his office. The one that was barely used. It led to the part of the warehouse that no one was allowed to enter except Ali and a select few individuals. The individuals she was there to meet.
She entered to the darkened part of the warehouse and was greeted by four heads turning towards her with the majority of their expressions showing they were caught off guard. All except the one person standing. The big guy.
He stood in front of the trio with a projector behind him, and his hands held behind his back with discipline. Beckett. That's what everybody else called him. That or Lieutenant. To her, he was Becks.
The trio sat casually in front of him, their chairs met with desks either side for their notes and food. Their faces spread into grins as she approached, placing the donuts on the table.
“Oh no, she’s here! Fucking knew this was another BOHICA,” said the little guy known as Fuzzy. His real name was Kaupa and he was SASR for Australian Army. They all were. Together, the group was made up the Fourth Squadron of the Special Air Service Regiment, though the government had never acknowledged their existence, nor ever would.
To the public, there were four official Squadrons. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd were sabre Squadrons, made up of 20 troopers with differing expertise, and they rotated through counter terrorism/special recovery and warfighting/reconnassaince. Then there was the 152nd Squadron designed for electronic warfare and to support the sabre squadrons. There were more, of course, though these four were the basis of the SASR for Australia and were always closely supported by the Australian Secret Intelligent Service for any of their missions and activities.
Their fourth squadron was not the usual. Instead of five of each in their special fields, there was one of each. And they were the best.
First, there was the little guy, Fuzzy. He was called Fuzzy because he was born in Papua New Guinea and during WW2, the Australian soldiers in PNG named the locals the ‘Fuzzy Wuzzy Angels’ as they helped them, cared for them, gave them medical attention in support. Kaupa fit that description. He was a little loose cannon, though the best when it came to his specialty. Mountaineering and jungle warfare. You’d never even know he was there until you were dead.
The next was a typical Australian guy named Williams, though they called him Wombat. Short for eats, shits and leaves. Crass, but true. He never settled down and never slept with the same woman twice. The typical womaniser, though Ridley loved him. He was unapologetically himself and he was well aware of his shortcomings. You had to be a bit of a nutcase to be in their profession. His specialty was Airborne. He could pilot anything like Ridley, and she’d met him when they were in the Air Force together, prior to their being poached by the SASR.
The last of the trio was a woman named Morgan. Her nickname though, was Duce, short for Medusa. Why? Because she could level a man with a gaze and wasn’t there to fuck around. She was the toughest of the trio. Her specialty was Mobility. That was ground movements, land movements, logistics, terrain and sniping.
She grinned at Ridley who returned it without a second thought. These were her family away from family. The people she trusted with her life. Though she trusted no one beyond the big guy. Becks. His specialty was Water. Scuba diving, water raids, submarines, etc. They ran the Squadron together for some time and although she held a higher rank in the Air Force, they both held the same in the Army and refused to be made higher. They didn’t want a desk job or to be put in command of more platoons and squadrons. No, their job was perfect and to be quite honest, she doubted that anyone could replace any single one of them. That’s why they were so successful. That’s why everybody in that dark side of the world knew them, and yet the public never would. They did the terrible things so that people could live their lives in peace and a blind happiness.
“You always think it’s a BOHICA,” Ridley murmured as she stood next to Duce. The woman wrapped an arm around her waist and smirked up at her.
“We both know Fuzzy loves a bit of bending over and taking it.”
BOHICA: Army slang for ‘Bend over here it comes again’ i.e. we’re being fucked.
“Now, now, there’s no problem with swinging both ways,” Wombat teased with a wink. He wasn’t just a womaniser for women, that one. Wombat loved everybody.
“I didn’t think you were coming for this one, Wings.” Becks said from the front. The others went quiet. He was very well respected. They both were. And he was the only one who called her that.
She shrugged. “I was bored. Besides, I figured you’d all need the help.”
“Oh no she didn’t.” Wombat challenged and stood.
“Bad idea bad idea, Romeo will smack you down,” Fuzzy said – wanting to see the result.
“Need help huh?” He fake challenged again.
Ridley stepped forwards and got close to him. Real close. The one thing he couldn’t control with her was his dick, and she had never, nor would she ever have done anything past a friendly touch with him. So now with her so close, he froze and as her lips closed in on his, she swept his leg and shoved him hard in the chest, forcing him to fall hard on his ass on the chair.
“Keep dreaming, Wombat.”
He grinned and stuck his hands up in surrender.
Ridley took her seat near Duce and put her attention back on Becks. “The floor is yours.”
Becks started presenting their mission again, throwing her a pack to read through.
“Here’s the finer details, the basis of it is that we’ve had a task we need to complete tonight. The son of one of the biggest political figures in Dubai needs recovering. His father is of vital importance to the current political stability in the middle east. He keeps the peace between Dubai and the western countries, including Australia.”
“Where is the son?”
“Taken hostage by Somali pirates. They’re using him as a bargaining chip to have his father cut the relationship between the middle east and western countries, and also money. Lots of money.”
He wasn’t saying the full story and she knew it. “Spit it out, Becks.”
He studied her face with a neutral expression before he spoke. “Cumar has him.”
Fuck.
Cumar was one of the largest crime lords in Somalia. Up until this point, they hadn’t managed to capture or kill him. Though he had killed one of their own. One of the pilots she and Wombat had trained with. He’d killed him right in front of her as she hung from the fucking ceiling, beaten and bloody. She was lucky the group had found her in time. She had more than a few scars from that incident. That was the last time she’d disappeared from Alexia.
Cumar, however, had escaped. He was currently the most wanted man on the globe.
She turned and looked at Wombat whose jaw was locking and unlocking. James was his friend too. It was difficult to not involve emotions.
“This is not revenge,” Becks said, reading their minds. “This is an overdue extraction. He’s been with him for two weeks now.”
“Two weeks? Where the fuck are the SAS? Why didn’t they handle this?” Wombat growled. He had a point; they had a lot more riding on it.
“They’re stuck in the Ukrainian conflict, and the uprising in the middle east at the moment between Palestine and Israel.”
“Seals?”
“They tried. They lost contact with them before they even reached his base and the yanks received some… prizes in return.”
Body parts.
Cumar.
“They believe this to be impossible. They want the best.”
Silence again. They were an interesting group of personalities, though they all had that intellectual and professional persona when it was serious.
“You wouldn’t look so confident without a plan..” Ridley murmured.
“This is mainly mobility so Duce has made a plan and we need to expand on it and see if it’s viable.” They nodded. “Duce?”
They switched places, Duce taking the front and Becks sitting in the seat near Ridley. He put a hand on her shoulder briefly. That’s the most physical affection he tended to show, though it meant everything.
“I’ve been liaising closely with ASIS and we believe his location to be here,” she said, pointing to an area on the map. She spoke of the location, identified the hazards and from the intelligence they were given, where their security were posted. They all listened carefully, adding their expertise here and there to overcome each of the potential issues that were already onsite or that may arise at some point as they made their detailed extraction plan. As they were talking – Ridley knew that coming here had been the right choice. Sure, she hadn’t slept in two days, but this… this was distracting. It was the only thing that could have distracted her from the thought of Alexia.. the softness of her skin… the feel of her hands tangled with her own as she fucked her from-
“Romes?”
Ridley looked up and Duce smiled. “You weren’t kidding when you said you were tired.”
“Mmnhmn.”
“We were talking about this. This is where we believe the Seals had an issue. They chuted in but their carrier was spotted and fired upon. From there, they were already dead, it was just a matter of picking them off when they touched ground. There’s this strip here that we’ve noted which may potentially be large enough to land at…”
“If their carrier was spotted then engine noise is our other issue,” Wombat said before turning to Ridley. “Can we glide in?”
Wombat was a fucking good pilot. But he knew what he was asking was dangerous and beyond anything he’d done before. Ridley had much more experience testing the limitations of aircraft and maximising the efficiency of an aircraft within the relative airflow.
She stood and Duce automatically stepped aside. Ridley pulled up the live map of the landing strip, she checked the wind, the cloud levels, the distance to the first potential group of people who may hear them. She’d need to shut down engines early… though from the look of the air pressure and wind…
“It’s dangerous. It has the potential to go very, very wrong. But it’s not impossible. With the weight of everybody here… we can use a plane small enough for the strip. It’s a full moon with direct contact to the strip so we will have okay visibility without lights when we go engines out. We can pull lighting just as we come down to flare, the trees will cover it by then. The biggest issue is getting an aircraft with an incredibly high aspect ratio. Think gliders… with an engine.”
“What’s the range needed?” Wombat asked.
“If we get approval to base and depart from Mandy Bay… the round trip will be around 1000 nautical miles.”
“So… bladder tank.”
She nodded. “Definitely. We’ll calculate the fuel needed for the return before we land and dump the excess fuel for weight as we glide in.”
“Do we have contacts in Kenya?” Becks asked.
“I do,” Wombat nodded. “I have a guy who’ll have the aircraft we need. I’ll make a call.”
Becks nodded and turned back to Ridley. “We can do this?”
“I’ll need to monitor every and all weather changes, but for now, it will work. The strip is north east facing, directly into the forecasted wind. It’s also almost the perfect amount of headwind for the direction we hit it, and it’ll give us a bit of leeway too. Cumar’s location is north. It’ll be hard to hear us as we’ll be downwind of where they are. I’m thinking we can switch off the engine a little later than anticipated because of it. It may end up being a bit of a crash landing, though, depending.”
Duce chuckled and Fuzzy scoffed. “It’s all been crash landings with Wombat since you’ve changed to coming and going as you please. How’s life as a civvy?”
Civvy – a civilian. She rolled her eyes and ignored the attempt to get a reaction from her.
“Happy with the risk?” She asked.
Becks nodded and stood, offering a hand. He wasn’t big on physical affection, though this was a treat. She clapped hands with his large, rough one.
“I’m glad you’re here, Wings.” He was the only one to call her Wings, and she the only one to call him Becks. Their own little way of showing their respect.
“Me too,” she smiled. She was glad she’d come, knowing that she was the only one who could land this.
“But you’re sleeping on the cargo plane before we arrive.”
To anyone else, they would have taken that as an order. Although she’d moved to part time, coming and going when she wanted, it still didn’t take away her rank or the respect they had for her. Beckett always treated her like an equal, although he was technically the sole squadron leader now. She listened to him talk about sleep though, and she knew it was coming from a caring place. He wanted her safe. And the group. Fatigue was a liability.
“Wilco.”
An hour later, they were on another military aircraft to Kenya. Ridley had found a medevac stretcher and had settled there with her jacket over her eyes. She slept through the flight and only woke as they touched down. The landing gear hit the runway and she jolted upright automatically awake. Fuzzy looked at her and gave a somewhat sad smile. They all tended to have those reactions, after what they’d seen. And although the PTSD was mild and well managed with therapy – they all knew they were stuck with it for the rest of their lives.
They stepped outside to a bright moonlit night at the US military base of Mandy Bay, Kenya. Flying backwards, they’d gained an hour, as it was only 8pm. They were greeted by officers and taken straight to their prep room. Ridley and Wombat detoured on their way to scout the plane they were to use and made sure it was satisfactory for the job.
“Happy?” He asked as he inspected a prop.
She nodded from her place under the wing. “This will work.”
“How much fuel, Commander?” The US officer asked from his ladder. He was filling the bladder tank in the back of the aircraft.
“Hold five. And move it more central for our weight and balance. We can’t have an aft centre of gravity with the structure of this.”
“Yes, Commander.”
As he and another soldier moved the bladder tank more central under Wombat’s supervision, Ridley took out her tablet and double and triple checked her flight plans with the updated forecast of winds and weather.
“I need full wing tanks and that bladder with an extra 280 litres. I’m going in to prep. Standby in case the winds change before we leave.”
“Affirm - full wing tanks and 280 litres in the bladder.”
Their prep took hours – as it should. They were very, very thorough. It was rare they were ever caught out by surprises or unplanned events. They collected their packs, their weapons, and ran through their strategies with updated intelligence. Whatever happened – they didn’t exist. She wondered what Alexia and Blue would be told if she weren’t to come back. If she were to be killed. To be fair, she just wanted them both safe and happy. And then her will would provide the extra cushion of financial support for them.
Their off-blocks time was 10pm. They flew straight north, following the coast as the moon reflected the waves below. They flew high enough to not be heard, yet low enough to not be seen. There was a single road that ran across the border of Kenya, into Somalia and towards their target. It looked empty from above, yet they all knew better. There were definitely more of Cumar’s people checkpointing the road. Duce had intelligence on a few areas to expect them should they have to escape via road, though not all of them.
Being stuck in a situation where they couldn’t be seen or heard to approach, it meant they needed to conduct a non-conventional approach to the landing strip over water. This was to avoid the noise over the land. Ridley dropped them low over the ocean and joined an extended base for the strip. In the moonlight, they spotted it, but barely.
“Engines out is final.” She reminded. “We won’t be attempting to restart and we will be landing, regardless.”
“Affirm,” Wombat agreed from the right seat.
As they approached the height of engine out, he started to read her airspeed and altitude. This was the most difficult part by far.
“On spec… on spec… plus 4 on slope… plus 7 on slope… plus 10 on slope…”
Ridley had purposely increased her approach speed to compensate for the upcoming lack of power.
“Plus 15, plus 50…. 200 above engine out… plus 20, plus 80… 100 above engine out… 50 above engine out.”
“Established. Engines out.” She directed.
“Copy – engines out. Engine 1…”
Wombat shut down the first engine and Ridley compensated for the yaw with her foot pressed hard into the rudder.
“Feather engine 1.”
“Feathering engine 1…” The pressure needed from her leg eased as it feathered. “Engine 1 feathered. Engine 2 out…” He said with his hand on the second throttle.
“Affirm, engine 2 out.”
Wombat shut down the second engine, cutting the mixture and all went silent. They were gliding.
She compensated for the tiniest bit of yaw before, “Feather engine 2.”
“Feathering engine 2…” The need for rudder was eliminated until it was just to account for the wind. “Engine 2 feathered.”
“Gliding, lights out.”
“On speed, 50 below.”
He read her speeds and altitudes all the way down the approach, as was usual for a multi-crew environment. She checked her fuel and was satisfied with the remaining amount.
“Dump the bladder.”
Becks, Fuzzy and Duce dumped the bladder tank from the aircraft which made it lighter and put her back on slope.
“On spec.”
She’d adjusted perfectly for the engine outs and the weight loss from the bladder, and she could hear it in Wombat’s voice.
“Wind 030 at 15.”
She’d noticed the wind had shifted to a slight crosswind, though it was manageable. It was more difficult with a high aspect ratio of course. Longer wings means more area for the crosswind to push, though she worked the rudder and ailerons to crab into the landing strip.
“300 above. On spec…. minimums…”
“Continue.”
“200 above on spec. Lights on?”
“No until the flare,” she murmured. The trees were lower than she’d expected, and didn’t want to risk the lights being seen. “Lights at 70.”
“Affirm.”
“100 above.”
They were only 100 feet above the ground and descending at a rate that would result in disaster. But that’s exactly where she wanted to be.
“70 feet, lights.” Wombat said – powering the lights.
Ridley had a split second of vision to flare relative to the ground. She did so and held pressure back on the yoke, not having to compensate for the wind that was now blocked by the tree line. She held back pressure until the mains touched, and slowed with brakes until she could let the nose wheel down.
“Lights off.”
“Lights off.”
They went back to darkness, moonlight only, though that was enough. Ridley made the most out of the momentum of the aircraft to roll it to the far end of the strip and pumped the right brake in stages to turn them back around near the tree line. Ready for a quick getaway.
They stopped and parked there, pulling the park brakes on. She felt a hand on her shoulder.
“That was fucking extraordinary.” Duce said, speaking for the others. She leapt out first, with her pack and rifles.
Fuzzy tapped her shoulder in thanks on his way out also. “Missed you.”
Wombat gave her a grin. “You’ll always upstage me, huh?”
“Someone needs to keep you on your toes.” She shrugged as she took her headset off.
He leapt out and she went to follow suit when Becks murmured from behind her. “There will never be another you, Wings.”
The highest of Becks compliments. She didn’t have time to respond before he was out on the ground.
Ridley slipped out last, hitting the floor harder than usual with the weight of her pack. Now they were in Cumar’s territory. Any step could be their last.
All of the group were hyper focused on their surroundings and automatically took up positions where their backs were to each other, protecting each other. Regardless - Ridley hadn’t even had a chance to join when she felt a body against her back, and a knife pressed so hard into her stomach that it pierced through flesh.

please don’t be - ch. 1
Tumblr media
for context! this takes place after season 3, and in my head Jamie plays one season with Richmond under Roy, then goes back to City to play for Pep bc let’s be real, he’s a Manchester boy at heart. so that’s what’s happening, that’s the timeline, this is def the most non-canonical thing I’ve written. it might be out of character. it might be self-indulgent. I don’t know, I would say I don’t care, except I do. enjoy.
table of contents be good to me
It’s Julia who reminds you, he’s the one who asked for your number. Because she has to remind you. Otherwise you’ll tear yourself to pieces thinking about how it’s all your fault.
Oh, it was easy in the beginning. You meet Jamie Tartt of all people in a chicken shop of all places. Things like that don’t just happen. Except it did, and he smiled at you first, and you had a stupid, stupid thought that became a stupid, stupid reality.
And Julia was there from the beginning, what with her raised eyebrows and frosty opinions.
“Be so careful,” she warns. “He doesn’t understand that he doesn’t deserve you.”
You laugh and squeeze her arm as you slip out the door and into Jamie’s car.
Because it’s fun and silly and he has exactly the right words all the time. Words about your eyes, your voice, your humor; words you know not to take seriously, but he says them with such sincerity that you allow yourself to believe them for a second.
He says strange things too, things about meeting his mum and holidays in the far future where you’re on a beach with him or maybe in the stands or in a room that costs more than you make in a month.
He says the word marriage on the third date and it’s not even in reference to the both of you, just to him. He wants it, someday, sooner than people think. You study the wall behind him and sip your water. It’s ice-cold, with just the right amount of lemon. You keep your thoughts on the matter to yourself. No sense in filling the air with meaningless words. Marriage is a conversation for another girl. Not you.
No, you do your best to take it for what it is, although you’re slipping.
It’s a fling, albeit long-term. You have incompatible schedules, never mind the way you bend your time to the breaking point just to see him for ten minutes. You have a career, bills to pay, people to fix; he has football, a team, and history to make.
It’s a whirlwind of parties, matches, flights to Dubai, photographers, dresses, jewels. You know it’s a dream. You do.
Still, it’s hard to think of it as such when he tucks a strand of hair behind your ear and tells you, “My mum really liked meeting you the other day.”
It doesn’t matter how many times he tells you you’re just going out, he’s not your boyfriend (as if you aren’t painfully aware). He’s acting as if it’s more.
“It doesn’t mean anything,” Julia says when you come home, confused and conflicted. “I don’t fault you for staying, but don’t forget you can leave whenever you’re ready.”
But you’re not ready.
You’ll bend over backwards, put everything on the shelf if it means loving Jamie for half a minute. He’d never ask, no one ever does, because they always assume they know how you’ll respond.
But they don’t.
There’s a horrifying moment when you’re at some posh coffee shop, and you’re standing up to grab extra sweetener from the counter. Jamie grabs your wrist so gently to ask for a cup of water, but all you can see is the sweet expression on his face and an eyelash resting on his cheek. He’s smiling up at you and you brush away the eyelash with your free thumb, palm cupping his face. The air changes for a split second and you know.
You’re not making it out of this unscathed.
One of you will leave. It’s inevitable. It will not be you.
It’s inevitable.
So you hold his face for a beat too long before heading inside to compose yourself. You pretend not to notice the family with their cameras out. It’s a common occurrence, as common as footballers being seen with a girl who comes from another life and means nothing in the grand scheme of the Premier League.
There are so many times you want to scream that there are bigger things than the Premier League.
“I can fix him,” you tell Julia. “I get it. I understand his whole brain, how it works, what he thinks. I understand all of it. I can fix it.”
Julia sighs. “You’re not his therapist. It’s not your job, love.”
Still.
You do what you do best: love.
It shows itself in the way you smooth out the knots in his forehead, his chest, his back. The way you smile that special, soft, just-for-Jamie smile. The way you listen extra carefully and joke and laugh when things are especially difficult.
“I won’t change for you,” he says one day, early on, when you explain the panic you feel when he doesn’t speak to you for a week.
“I’m not asking you to,” you say, voice steady despite the fact that your hands shake so hard you almost drop your tea. “I’m just explaining to you why I’m a bit strange today.”
Except he does change. His words- they don’t match his actions.
I won’t change for you.
Except you hear from him every day.
I won’t change for you.
Except he makes time to see you.
I won’t change for you.
Except he’s inviting himself for tea with your family.
I won’t change for you.
You never asked him to.
So why is it your fault?
“You knew I was moving back to Manchester at the end of the season,” he says accusingly, because you did know. You’re not asking him to stay, even now.
You nod silently, letting as few tears streak down your face as possible.
“What did you think was going to happen?” he asks.
Nothing. You didn’t think anything was going to happen.
You reply, “I didn’t expect anything to happen. I never pressured you. I never- I didn’t ask for any of this. Am I not allowed to be sad?”
There’s no point in telling him you’d move with him if he asked. Seven months together… it’s a long time. But it’s not forever, and it’s not long enough, apparently.
Julia’s in the flat that night. She always seems to know which nights to be home and not out with her sickeningly perfect boyfriend.
She doesn’t say anything, just hands you the box of takeout as you whisper, “I’m so tired of begging to be loved.”
It’s a cheap shot, you know that, but still. There’s plenty of love in your life. But the begging…
It’s silent, never leaving your lips. But it’s always screaming inside your head.
Love me, love me, love me. I am making myself lovable for you. Love me.
He knows not to text, not to call. You hear he’s in town and are relieved that you don’t hear from him. At least he knows enough to leave you alone.
You’ll love someone for eternity, until they decide they don’t want it anymore. Once they decide, they’re not allowed back. They can’t come back. It wouldn’t be healthy.
And fuck if you weren’t going to be healthy.

[ 📹 Footage from the Al-Nuseirat Refugee Camp, in the central Gaza Strip, where the Israeli occupation army targeted and destroyed two residential buildings in the Camp earlier this morning, killing and wounding several Palestinian civilians.]
🇮🇱⚔️🇵🇸 🚀🏘️💥🚑 🚨
ISRAELI SETTLERS LAUNCH POGROMS ON WEST BANK VILLAGES, IRAN SEIZES ISRAELI VESSEL, DESTRUCTION OF AL-ZAHRAA IN GAZA COMPLETE AS CONFLICTS SPIRAL OUT OF CONTROL
On the 190th day of "Israel's" special genocide operation in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation forces committed a total of 5 new massacres of Palestinian families, resulting in the deaths of no less than 52 Palestinians, the majority being women and children, while another 95 others were wounded over the previous 24-hours.
In response to constant Israeli aggression, and the recent Zionist attack on the Consulate section of the Iranian embassy in Damascus, Syria, the Iranian military, known as the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), hijacked an Israeli commercial vessel from the Straight of Hormuz on Saturday, which was covered in a news piece published by Iran's Tasnim news agency.
According to Tasnim, the IRGC seized the MSC Aries, which flies the Portuguese flag, a container ship linked with the London-based Zodiac Maritime, a subsidiary of the Israeli billionaire Eyal Ofer's Zodiac Group.
Tasnim says the vessel was in the waters off the coast of Dubai, heading through the Straight of Hormuz with its transponder turned off at the time it was seized, apparently a common tactic of Israeli-owned or operated ships.
Meanwhile, hundreds of Israeli colonial settlers and their organized militias launched a pogrom against several Palestinian towns and villages across the occupied West Bank of Palestine.
According to reports, armed Zionist colonial settlers, backed by the Israeli occupation forces, launched several large-scale assaults on Palestinians and their property, including the firing of live bullets towards Palestinians civilians and their vehicles, as well as burning Palestinian homes and cars.
The raid began on Friday with attacks on the town of Al-Mughayir and Abu Falah, northeast of Ramallah, which saw violent assaults on Palestinian families, including gunfire directed at Palestinian homes and vehicles, as well as the burning of several homes and cars, and was soon followed by attacks on the village of Duma, southeast of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank, with similar results.
At least one Palestinian, by the name of Jihad Afif Abu Alia, was killed in the assault, while at least 25 others were wounded by the colonists, who were actively being protected by IOF soldiers.
Attacks also occured on the villages and towns of Turmus Ayya, Abu Falah, Silwad, and several villages east of Ramallah, while attacks also occured on multiple villages north of Nablus, specifically the towns of Bitlo, Kafr Ni'ma, as well as several other areas west of Nablus.
In response the pogroms, the largest of their kind since the October 7th attacks by Hamas, the National and Islamic Forces of Ramallah and al-Bireh called for confronting the settler militias and activating the Popular Guard committees.
Calling the attacks "terrorism and brutality," the defensive organization said Israeli settlers were attempting to force Palestinian citizens to leave their homes in the hope of seizing their lands.
In a statement issued by the defense forces, the group urged Palestinian residents to maintain a state of alertness, calling for "constant and continuous vigilance" to "thwart malicious plans aimed at uprooting our people from their land, and to work with all channels of cooperation, coordination, and epic internal solidarity of our people."
The group emphasized the need to activate the popular guard and protection committees, calling on the defensive militias to burn tires at the entrances to villages adjacent to colonies, bypass streets, and to use mosque loudspeakers to to call on neighboring villages, for any area being attacked, and for everyone to come together in one field unit to prevent the implementation of massacres against the Palestinian people.
The group also emphasized the need for taking measures to provide towns and villages with the necessary means of survival and resilience, to support farmers and marginalized groups, work on campaigns at the international level, and to take immediate action to stop Israeli crimes and aggressive actions against Palestinians.
Meanwhile, as Israeli colonial settlers stormed Palestinian towns in the occupied West Bank, the Israeli occupation army continued its constant destruction of what remains of the Gaza Strip after six months of Zionist aggression.
Israeli occupation warplanes focused intensive bombings and missile strikes targeting the outskirts of Beit Hanoun, in the northern Gaza Strip, while also bombarding the neighborhoods of Al-Zaytoun and Al-Daraj in Gaza City, and also bombing and shelling the Al-Fukhari neighborhood, southeast of Khan Yunis.
Occupation forces also completed their destruction of Al-Zahra and Al-Assra in the central Gaza Strip, destroying the remaining dozens of buildings and hundreds of units of residential apartments.
At the same time, occupation forces renewed its airstrikes on the Al-Nuseirat Refugee Camp, in the central Gaza Strip, targeting anyone or anything that moves in the camp, resulting in a number of casualties.
In one example, occupation warplanes bombed the Thabet family home in the Nuseirat Camp, martyring two civilians, while two other Palestinian civilians were killed after IOF fighter jets bombed the Kahil building in the Al-Samer area in central Gaza City.
Similarly, Zionist warplanes bombed a residential neighborhood in the al-Zarqa area of central Gaza City, targeting the home of the Al-Issa family, resulting in the deaths of at least five civilians and wounding more than 30 others, while at the same time, occupation aircraft bombed and completely destroyed the nearby Al-Asi Mosque.
In another atrocity, Zionist forces bombarded the Tabatabi family home on Friday night, located in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City, resulting in at least 28 civilian casualties, while IOF raids were also launched against the Al-Shati Refugee Camp, as well as the Al-Zaytoun and Al-Shujaiya neighborhoods of the city.
Elsewhere, the Israeli occupation army bombed in the vicinity of Sheikh Zayed City, killing two Palestinians from Beit Hanoun.
Local civil defense crews from the Khan Yunis governate also said they recovered the decomposing corpses of 10 Palestinians from under the rubble of the Al-Amal neighborhood of Khan Yunis, in the south of Gaza.
Later, the Israeli occupation air forces bombarded the Al-Fokhari area, southeast of Khan Yunis, while an Israeli reconnaissance drone fired a missile at a Palestinian pedestrian as he walked in the street, severely wounding the man, who eventually died from his injuries after being transported to Al-Najjar Hospital in the southern city of Rafah.
At least two Palestinian citizens were also killed, and several others wounded, after Zionist artillery forces shelled the Nuseirat Camp, in the central Gaza Strip, while the IOF also heavily shelled the Jabalia Refugee Camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
As a result of "Israel's" ongoing special genocide operation in the Gaza Strip, the death toll among the Palestinian population has again risen, now exceeding 33'686 citizens killed, including over 14'500 children and 9'500 women, while another 76'309 others have been wounded since the start of the current round of Zionist aggression, beginning with the events of October 7th, 2023.

Hi again! So my idea was for a yan Agent 47 having to take reader with him on missions. The place 47 kept them in was recently infiltrated by another rival organization. Now he doesn't trust anyone other than himself to protect his darling (let's just say he can't leave her with Diana because she's constantly on the move). So whenever he takes them with him, he has them blending in with other civilians... the only problem is that reader attracts danger. Literally. No matter where they are, the targets are somehow within the same vicinity, chatting them up and becoming infatuated with them like our fave agent, who is slowly losing his stoic composure. I imagined this for his missions in like Paris, Bangkok, and even Dubai since the crowd of npcs are huge and the targets are usually just walking around. (Sorry if this is too long 😅)
"Thrill of the kill"
agent 47 x nb! reader

Tumblr media
Notes: uhhhh omg this is like my favorite request ever??? god i hope i did it justice. but it also took like 5 months for me to get to :((
Summary: 47 has to bring reader with him on the Bangkok mission. and they have an certain encounter with Jordan Cross that motivates 47 to bring a...satisfying end to this mission
Warnings: violence, some swears, unhealthy love obsessions, may not be 100% accurate, takes place a day before the actual mission
[the dotted lines are little timeskips]

The atmosphere was so tense, almost suffocatingly so.
Rain pelts fall down onto the windshield, creating a steady loud drumming sound that fills the car. The darkness outside is impenetrable, making it difficult to anything more than a few feet away, and the windows being covered in water certainly doesn't help.
Occasionally, a flash of lightning illuminates the outside world for a brief moment before plunging it right back into darkness.
Still, 47 drives with ease, weaving through the rain-slicked roads with impressive precision, not that you expected anything less. There's a sense of exhilaration that comes with the speed of the car and the current circumstances.
You've been lost in thought for a while now, the events of the last few hours melt together into one big blur. How the hell they managed to find you remains a mystery, but considering the countless measures that'd been in place to prevent situations exactly like these, it couldn't have been easy.
You hear 47 exhale shakily, an involuntary little thing that brings your attention back to him. 47 was normally so calm and collected, yet now he's visibly troubled. You could see it in the stiffness of his posture, the way his eyes move rather erratically between the road, the rear-view mirror and you, and in the way his fingers flex and fidget around the steering wheel.
You could sense the palpable paranoia emanating from him. See that he's struggling with his decision to bring you along on this mission. He knows your presence might complicate the job, or worse, put you in harm's way, but he loves you too much to leave you unprotected at a time like this. The thought of leaving you with someone else, or just letting you out of his sight at all, made him anxious. No, he himself is the only person 47 could trust to properly protect you now.
For you, the night had been both terrifying and surreal. You'd been held captive by this man for so long that you'd forgotten what freedom feels like. Hell, you'd forgotten what car rides felt like. Watching the rain slide down the windows was a sight for sore eyes.
47 continues to drive forward, and as you hurtle towards your unknown destination, you feel liberated in a way, even if you are by all means not free.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The journey to Bangkok had been long, but not unpleasant. Between the private and exclusive transport and 47s determination to make you as comfortable as possible, you weren’t really given the opportunity to be uncomfortable.
Even while out in the water, you can make out a set of yellow buildings surrounded by green leafage. Once docked, 47 courteously helps you off the boat and leads you down the dock towards the Himmapan.
As you approach the luxurious hotel, you're immediately engulfed by the lively and vibrant atmosphere, the sound of the waves, and the smell of exotic flowers hanging in the air. The tropical setting is adorned with towering palm trees and lush greenery, which provide a certain tranquility even amidst all the hustle and bustle.
On your way here, 47 had told you about the place you were going, but nothing had prepared you for a sight like this.
Naturally, 47 wasn't as affected by all the grandeur, having become accustomed to luxury after his many missions of executing the obscenely wealthy and powerful.
Instead, he marveled your awestruck expression. Taking a moment to look at you with a mix of amusement and affection, although his stoic expression doesn't falter much. 47 can't help but feel a sense of protectiveness over you seeing you delight in the simple pleasure of being out in the world again.
His hand came to rest on your lower back, making sure you stayed at his side while he guided you towards the buildings entrance. Already hating how the sight of you made a few heads turn.
Stepping into the spacious atrium, your eyes widen a bit in awe at the opulence of it all.
The plush carpet under your feet, the eager-to-please staff greeting you as you walk by, towering exotic plants and the golden light bathing everything in a warm glow. The serene ambiance was a sharp contrast to the modern safe house in the woods, where you'd been holed up in for months, although both had the massive windows in common.
"Wow, this place is gorgeous," you whispered to the assassin. "I've never been anywhere like this before."
47 nodded stoically, his eyes scanning over the room. "Stay close," he murmured to you as you two made your way to the front desk.
"Welcome to The Himmapan Hotel," the receptionist said, straightening up at 47s commanding aura, "Hello there, how may I assist you?"
"Checking in, name's Tobias Rieper," of course, 47 had prepared a reservation under his usual alias.
All while a certain Jordan Cross had been close by, preoccupied bitching to the staff about the preparations for his party tomorrow. But once he grew bored of dealing with others' incompetence, his gaze drifted away from the apologetic staff to you, and his eyes found you. All of a sudden, the staffs responses were falling on deaf ears, his attention now fully fixated on your figure as you stand a short distance behind 47.
The receptionist nodded and quickly found the reservation along with the keycard to room 205. "Thank you, sir. Welcome to the Himmapan Hotel"
As you were being given the keycard, the singer sauntered up to you, a smirk plastered his face. "Well, well, who might you be?" he said, eyeing you up and down.
"Hey there, beautiful," he purred, looking down at you with a smug expression. "What's someone like you doing here all alone?"
The look on his face made your skin crawl. You didn't need to look at 47 to sense how incredibly tense he'd become. 47 was glaring at the man from where he was standing behind you, yet he didn't say a word, even though he knew who the man was, and what he had done.
You shook your head, voice a bit shaky, it'd been a while since you spoke to someone except 47. Sad how your first non-47 interaction in months was with this asshole.
"I'm with him," you said, gesturing towards the stone faced assassin, who was using all his restraint to not pull out his gun right now in front of dozens of witnesses and cameras.
The singer continued, undeterred. "Him? Seriously? Come on, do you not know who I am? How 'bout you let me take you out tonight, I'll show you a better time than he could."
All you did in response was take a step closer to 47, fully at his side now. You had to admit, being so stupidly smug with 47 glaring at him is ballzy, or just moronic.
The whole interaction was making 47s patience run thin, his composure cracking, thinking of nothing but all the different ways he could kill him right now. Though he did feel a twinge of pride when you moved closer to him, allowing him to wrap an arm around you.
Jordan sneered, his confidence wavering when being met with your silence and 47s piercing glare.
"Suit yourself," he said, backing away. "But when you come to your senses, come up to my emperor suite, my guards'll let you in."
He turned to walk away but couldn't resist taking one last glance back at you. That look in his eyes told you this wouldn't be the last of him, and 47 saw that too. Sending you a wink was just the final nail in the coffin. The assassin involuntarily tightened his protective hold on you, glaring at his target as he walked away.
But 47s grip on your waist softened when he turned to face you, and his focus was brought back to the present moment. "Stay close," he murmured, trying to seem as unbothered as possible.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Experience utmost relaxation and lavishness amidst beautiful surroundings," the line that'd been printed on the brochures left in your room. Tell you what, one thing the Himmapan doesn't do is false advertise.
The room was exquisite, tastefully designed, with quality furniture and an incredible view. There's even a 5-star restaurant that 47 ordered you dinner from.
But not as you were settling in, 47 finally felt a sense of calm wash over him, knowing that you were in a place of relative safety now.
Though you could have sworn you'd seen that same man from earlier lingering in the hallway close to your room, he wasn't looking for you, was he..?
First, people find a way to infiltrate the safehouse. Now he has to bring you with him on a mission, potentially putting you in danger, and then the target has the gall to come on to you like that. 47 wasn't sure he could take another incident like this.
His mind couldn't help but drift to his mission, and the fact his primary target had been trying to flirt with you earlier in the lobby. After all, the only reason you and him were here in the first place was because he had a job to do, a job that he was, weirdly, looking forward to carrying out.
Despite his focused thoughts, 47 couldn't help but steal glances at you, perched on the edge of the bed, staring out at the stunning view of the city skyline from their balcony.
A couple hours, and you were finally asleep, meaning it was time for 47 to go to work. His eyes never left your peacefully resting figure as he prepared.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Happy hunting 47,"
Diana's words rang in his ears, though 47 acknowledged none of them, too busy making haste towards the man who'd now become his own personal, primary target.
The hotel was eerily quiet at night. Yes, some people could still be heard out and about in the distance, but the only sign of life in the hallway was that of 47s footsteps.
The darkness in Cross' bedroom was broken only by the moonlight and street lamps outside. 47 crept towards the bed, where his target lay asleep. He could clearly hear the man's shallow breathing and see the rise and fall of his chest, not that he would continue breathing much longer.
47 preemptively turned off his communication with Diana. She didn't need to know about what was about to go down. He could later blame it on a bad connection. After all, no one would think of 47 as anything but professional.
The assassin never had any reason for excessive violence, but this target had brought out that strange desire in him. For the first time, 47 wanted him to feel pain. So, he moved to the bedside table and took out a length of thin wire, which was then swiftly wrapped around the Jordan's neck.
The man woke suddenly, gasping for air as the wire around his neck only grew tighter. Jordan struggled for a few moments, weakly and fruitlessly struggling against 47, until the killer decided that strangulation simply wouldn't be satisfactory enough.
The singer gasped and sputtered for air, his hands flailing as he tried to fight back. But 47 was too strong, too skilled. He threw him out of bed and to the ground, pinning him down and beginning to viciously punch the singer until he went limp.
47 couldn't stop there, though. He wanted to do more. He continued to beat the lifeless body with a ferocity he had never shown before, overtaken by an irrational instinctive desire. Slowing down only once, the singer was completely beyond recognition.
Talking to you like that, disrespecting you like that, as if looking at you wasn't bad enough in the first place.
He wanted to keep punching until there was nothing left of the rock star. Blood stained 47s face and hands as he continued the assault, breaking the singers face in, long after the man had taken his final breath.
Catching his breath, he begun cleaning up the crime scene, after all, this kill looked like the exact opposite of an accident. 47 left the room as silently as he had entered, knowing that his work was done and his revenge was taken.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"All targets down, good work fou--" 47 cuts Diana's farewell is short.
A job well done, the artist is dead, along with his lawyer, even if 47 lost his cool there for a minute. It doesn't matter. He'd seen to it that no one would find Jordans body.
47 crossed the threshold of your shared hotel room as quietly as possible, carefully closing the door behind him.
He changed out of his bloodstained clothes and threw them away. Still, you don't exactly beat a man to death and bejond expecting to come out completely unscathed, even if your opponent couldn't get a single hit in.
He cleaned up his bruised knuckles as best as he could. You'd probably still ask about it, though. The thought of your questioning expression and smooth hands grazing over his calloused injured ones made him happier than he cared to admit.
47 stood beside the bed for a moment, watching you peacefully rest while he put away the last of his gear. The anger and bloodlust he'd been consumed by before were replaced by a deep sense of relief. He couldn't afford to lose you. Never, not for anything or anyone in the world. And he wouldn't.
Slowly, he eased into the bed beside you, pulling you closer carefully so as not to wake you. Though his hold on you gradually tightened, and he basked in the smell of your hair and the feel of you securely back in his embrace, right where you belong and where your safety is guaranteed.
Finally, he felt he could breathe again.
Your departure from Bangkok had been scheduled for tomorrow since the mission was completed and all. But perhaps you two could stay one more day, you do seem to like it here after all.

I was rewatching the grid photo videos again and my ship goggles went on. It looked a lot like Lando walked to the chairs set up with Carlos and never saw Oscar waiting there for him. He even had his back directly to him. The video after the photo Oscar jumps up immediately, grabs his water bottle and walks off before everyone else. Lando looks kind of confused and walks after him but can't catch up. Tell me I'm crazy because I assume I am.
I will not call someone crazy asfgksagf but you're definitely torturing yourself for no reason!! I wanted to look up the moments you mentioned to point out that Fernando and George get in the way of Lando seeing Oscar when he reaches the seating area and that when they all stand up Lando says something funny that makes George and Oscar laugh!
I saw a comment a little while ago saying they could tell from the hand gestures alone that most of what Lando and Carlos are catching up on is other sports alfsgaflsg I know we all like to view things with subtext but with most guy friendships it is never that deep
((don't let the "car|ando is real" group do this to you babe Carlos literally is on video going back to Rebecca after this and she's still there in Dubai with him while Lando is streaming from Monaco having a blast with his katsu and kinder chocolate))

Hussein's Zodiac Sign : Cancer ♋
Rajwa's Zodiac Sign : Taurus ♉
Taurus and Cancer are so compatible that they feel like soulmates.
These two are affectionate and nurturing and share many of the same values and interests.
As a water sign, Cancer flows naturally into the earth sign Taurus, to make one of the "strongest matches" in the zodiac.
6/My opinion on Rajwa:
I don't give myself the right to talk about her since I don't know her in person but I think 'judging by the pictures I've seen of her' that:
She is an extrovert and a chill person.
She is very sociable and well liked by her friends.
She is friendly and enthusiastic.
She is a free spirit ✨ and open to try new things.
She is carefree
I like her style, her shiny sneakers at her graduation, her messy half up bun hairstyle at work , her accessories , her dark nail colors and specially the way she wears her caps "backwards" 😂
Say what you want about Rajwa, but one thing 's for sure she is not your usual Princess....xD
