Shockwave is obsessed with Soundwave due to him seeing them as another bot outside of society. Though Sound thought of Shock fondly… his true love was Megatron. It was very much a straight line romance.

After see your RiD Soundblaster being with bee team (possibly idk forgo) I know for a fact the moment Soundwave gets released from his undeserved punishment via other realm, and find tat kid, Soundblaster def gon get Soundwave not arrested, and possibly Shockwave immediately going to earth the moment he gets Soundwave’s signal, And Soundwave def gonna make up father son moments

Well first off, Soundblaster isn’t on Bee’s team. He’s very much a decepticon here, sent to earth (By Shockwave) to help organize with other decepticons to help rebuild their numbers. He’s also working with Starscream on the downlow simply because he’s friends with his stolen pedicon son “Nightflyer” (found in the lab that he hid in from the other predicons)

So he’s definitely not a good guy, however due to the rule of “the more men in a room the lower the number of brain cells” he’s not very good at being bad. However I do feel like Soundwave was watching over him from the shadow zone, so the moment he gets out of that portal, he doesn’t stop to beat up anyone, he just flys out the door.

He dose immediately go to see Soundblaster as well as signal Shockwave to come to earth to see him. However this dose get Soundblaster busted on his shenanigans with both Nightflyer and Sparkplug.
