Energy update

what is going on in the energy field ~ a perspective

Good morning, gentle reader. I am back from the Openhand Avebury Facilitator Conference, and after five days of processing feeling ready to - at least attempt to - put what has been moving and shifting energetically into words.

Starting with a short overview of the Avebury Facilitator Conference itself. So, from July 10 to July 16, a group of Openhanders gathered in the Avebury region, and then connected through zoom with people in Europe, America, India, and Australia. Under the theme of “the unravelling flow”, we practiced one-to-one facilitation - and then took out into the field, to apply those skills there as well.

And so a lot was moved and shifted during that week. A lot. Mainly along the lines of reconciliation and healing of ancient wounds. Through the group, we were able to connect with a number of beings in higher dimensions, of the Old Annunaki, and facilitated their shift towards reconciliation and healing.

That alone was a massive bit of energy work, that to my sense is still rippling through the field.

There were other beings that the group connected with as well, monstly of what we would call “the intervention”. The important thing to remember when working with intervention energies is not to demonise them; make them the Bad Guys. They have a role to play, too, they have their own journey. We were able to facilitate some realignment there, too - or in one case, a removal.

So that’s the conference in very broad strokes.

The effects?

First, the healing of ancient wounds shifted things on the plane of emotions. If those have been challenging for you over the last two weeks, if relationships are challenging or old stuff has popped back up again - that might be the reasion.

Clearing the plane of emotions of some distortions and convolutions enables Gaia’s kundalini energy to rise into and through that layer, as well.

Yes, the torus is speeding up even further. The energy is rising even stronger. This is your chance, your invitation to work with it.

Second, facilitating a shift in the 4D intervention opened that layer up - not a lot, there is still more to be done, but it is softening. And that means that higher dimensional energies can come through a little more easily.

If you are open to them, and receptive.

Those energies of Andromeda, of Lyra, of the Arctureans and the Pleiadeans coming in is hugely beneficial to the shift and the ascension process. They can help smooth things for those that are incarnated on this planet. They can help make things a little less challenging and ease some of the suffering.

So them being able to come in a little more easily is fantastic.

Now it’s up to all the lightworkers on this planet to anchor these energies. And we do that by tuning in, connecting with these star being nations - and then embodying the energies in ourselves.

And that brings us into this week, and what my sense is of what is going on in the field right now.

To me, the changes of last week are still rippling out, and the echos have begun to come back as well. A lot has been stirred up, like sediment at the bottom of a river, and a lot is moving which, yes, makes things ... interesting right now.

Change takes time. Healing takes time. But! There is an amazing opening and softening through the heart. There is a new gentleness and strenght in the sacrum, the plane of emotions. There is a lot of activity on the plane of the third eye.

So, what does that mean on a personal level?

For one thing, it is highly likely and absolutely okay if things are feeling dense or intense. If there is a sense of confusion, maybe loss or of being lost. If relationships are suddenly pushing buttons and if there is a whole lot of turmoil on the emotional plane.

Let yourself feel. Express what you are feeling in the way that feels aligned to you. Honour yourself and your emotions. Honour yourself and the challenges you are facing.

Work with what is coming up. Find somebody who you can work with, a shaman, a life coach, an Openhand facilitator, and begin your own journey of reconciliation and healing.

On the other hand, you might be really tuning into the higher dimensional frequencies - the joy, lightness, and wisdom of the Pleiadeans, the clarity, focus, and inquiring mind of the Andromedans, the more-than-speed-of-light fastness, humour, and savvyness of the Arcturians (oh, they are laughing at me now!), or the high frequency of alchemy and transformation of the Lyrans. If you are? Feel it! Embody it! You are the bridge they need to reach our reality and help transform it.

That is why they are here. That is their sacred mission, their soul journey of evolution. Their fulfillment.

And they are all of them so very grateful for each one of us who are incarnate who reach out and connect.

That is the message that wanted to be conveyed.

And that is, just about, my sense of what is currently going on in the energy field. 

I am very well aware this is only a snapshot, a fraction of it all. That is okay. This is what I need to be aware of.

Earth Star Chakra

Location: 6 - 12 inches below your feet connected to the two chakras in your feet.

Color: Black & white and evolves into a deep gray

On the ascension pathway the normally red Root chakra turns into a rich platinum color. Archangel Gabriel is responsible for nurturing the Base chakra in the early stages of ascension. This is the anchor point for embodying our higher spiritual aspects. Where we feel strongly rooted in our lives. We no longer feel insecure and fearful and no longer turn to flawed teachers or leaders to create a feeling of safety. We feel deeply connected and secure. You know, without effort, that all your physical needs are being met. Your family and friend relationships are healthy and the challenges you experience are less disruptive. You may be in connection with your ancestors and allow them to guide you as well. You stand solidly and receive from Mother Earth allowing abundance to flow into your life without fear. The division between our Higher and Lower Self no longer exists. WE BECOME our Higher Self.

Expanded Sacral Chakra

Location: Pelvic region

5D Color: Pink

This sacral chakra holds the most challenging issues to clear and merge into. It holds the most modern challenges in regards to relationships, sexuality and finances. Those are the issues to be cleared as we move through this chakra. Our societies have been based around the lower aspects of money and relationships. There have been a great many number of souls working on their own clearing of these lower patterns to help all of us access this higher energy of transcendent love. We are drawn together with partners and family in harmony. When there are lessons to be learned from each other, it is done in a way that supports each of us on our pathways. When families connect on this higher sacral chakra, karmic bonds dissolve. Each individual in the family can be independent and free to enjoy relationships based in love and mutual respect. Expanded Navel Chakra

Location: In between the Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras

The Navel chakra works to unify our energies with those around us and other forms of life. We are completely aware of our connection to the Universe. The activation and rise in frequency of the Navel chakra assists us to come together in communities of unconditional love. People learn cooperation and see the best and highest good in those around us. We respect and honor differences in others. Our soul families and spiritual support networks are drawn together. Expanded Solar Plexus Chakra

We have ignored the psychic center of our Solar Plexus. We have traditionally relied solely on our logical minds to navigate the way forward. The Solar Plexus holds powerful psychic abilities until now largely untapped. Think about how we talk about having a "gut" feeling to a situation or person. The expansion of this chakra supports us as we integrate our *gut-level* instincts into our lives. In the 5th Dimension, we take responsibility for ourselves, our own energies. You alone are responsible for your happiness or sadness. Not another person, not one past event or situation creates your state of being. You are. It is becoming aware of the energy we put out and how it affects others. Many karmic and energetic agreements are held in the Solar Plexus and through the ascension these bonds are released and transmuted. We may find a greater sense of freedom and autonomy in our lives while still having the support of our families and soul network.

Expanded Heart Chakra

5D Color: Bright white or sparkling gold.

Location: Between the Heart and the Throat just about 6 inches away from the body.

The Heart Chakra and the human heart is at the core of the ascension process. The human heart generates an electromagnetic field 100 times more powerful than the human brain. It is typically the first higher chakra to activate. Many, many people on Earth have achieved this level of ascension. They are capable of awakening others because they carry it in their vibration. Have you ever walked into a party where everyone was kind of keeping to themselves and the energy was low and them someone walks in and suddenly everyone perks up? The party gets energized. That is an example of the vibration being shared.

Every chakra carries an imprint, a memory or blueprint you can call it. When other chakras of those not yet awakened to the 5D expansion are near one who has mastery of the Heart chakra, those memories or blueprints can be activated - awakened. Think muscle memory. The muscles once used can be reactivated by exercise. We all have the energetic memory of this higher energy stashed in our chakras. The expanded Heart chakra connects us with the Cosmic Heart of the Universe, flooding us, via the moon, with Christ Consciousness (not Christ as in Jesus Christ the person but the example of consciousness Jesus and other Masters such as Buddha, have expressed.) Instead of ego consciousness or separation from the Universe, we recognize a united consciousness with all life. This supports a massive flow of Divine feminine energy to us in order to balance the masculine energies now active. Upon activation of the expanded Heart chakra, we speak our heartfelt truth in the face of adversity. We experience gratitude and appreciation more easily and frequently.

Expanded Throat Chakra

5D Color: Electric royal blue, as the frequency rises it turns to a diamond frequency allowing a spectrum of light to be seen.

The power of the spoken word. Wow, who hasn't experienced the power of the word either in print or spoken or sung? Within the essence of every word there are layers of vibrations, codes and meaning. Recognized widely, the power of the word has been used by many, some for good and some for bad. Archangel Michael oversees the development of this 5D chakra. He works to free this powerful center of communication from disruptive energetic cords allowing this center of truth and power to anchor permanently. Allowing us through this chakra to communicate directly with higher beings (think Guides, Angels and Ascended Masters). This expanded Throat chakra brings with it the ability to speak our truth with the purity of the heart bringing unconditional love (and sometimes healing) into the lives of all who hear the words.

Expanded Third Eye Chakra

Location: Between the Third eye and the Crown chakra about 6 inches in front of the head.

The expanded Third eye chakra is a merging of the Third eye and the Crown, creating an expanded Third eye chakra. Overseen by the Archangel Raphael, he is responsible for its development. Mastering the energies in the 5th dimension will require us to be fully responsible for our lives and our soul path, and be able to stand in our own personal power. More recently, we have been learning how to create a life for ourselves that brings deep soul satisfaction. The merging of the energies of the Crown chakra gives us a huge increase in our abilities to manifest. We are able to see how quickly our thoughts turn into reality. In this higher heart energy we are urged to focus on what we really want the Universe to deliver for the highest good. Along with this merging of the Crown and Third Eye energies, more and more people are able to see into the world of spirit . Our clairs are more developed, the clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance are expanding rapidly. The merging of these energies allow us to develop the mastery of creating love and beauty in extraordinary ways. The Ascended Masters Lord Voosloo and Master Serapis Bay are helping us to learn to use these blended energies.

Expanded Crown Chakra

Location: On top of the head.

Color: Liquid gold.

This once thousand petal lotus becomes more like a radio antenna. It searches for higher frequencies to tune into. It connects with these higher frequencies and channels them into the pineal gland. A multitude of light frequencies spanning the Universe are directed through the Stellar Gateway to the Crown Chakra. Depending on your chosen mission here, those codes specific to you will be brought to you. Archangel Jophiel is charged with assisting us with the early stages of the development of our expanded Crown. He gently fills our Crown with waves of light that spreads through our spiritual fields and expands around us. We begin to receive energy directly from our soul blueprint to guide us on our way. This may be challenging but amazing. Our missions are specific. We have jobs to do and have incarnated at this time to focus on this. We are here to change the world in our own small way. We learn here to depend on our own inner knowledge and wisdom. Through the expansion of this chakra, we have access to it. We won't need to depend on channeling information from higher realms. It gives us personal access to Enlightened Wisdom.

Expanded Causal Chakra

Location: Just above and slightly behind the head.

Color: Pearly moon white

The Causal Chakra is often seen as being connected to the Moon, absorbing divine feminine light. It acts as a magnet for lunar light, raising your vibration and illuminating the deep feminine wisdom held within your soul. The vibration of wisdom and compassion is dissolving the unbalanced masculine forces, allowing the heart to rule. The Universal Angel Mary monitors and dispenses this energy. Another deeply powerful purpose of this chakra is a deep and intimate connection with the world of spirit. The level of connection depends upon the level of psychic gifts one has and their soul mission. It allows a two-way flow of energy from the angelic realms, bringing the angelic vibration to the person and anchors it. Archangel Cristiel oversees this chakra and brings even higher aspects of the Christ consciousness into the Earth field through this chakra. I was watching an energy healer practicing on a person with shoulder problems. I saw a huge beam of pearly white light stream into her Causal charka. I told her about it and she could only say that she had asked for help while working on this mans shoulder. We receive angelic support through this chakra.

Expanded Soul Star Chakra

Location: 12 inches above the head immediately above the Causal chakra

Color: Bright diamond white

The Soul Star chakra is activated in the early stages of the ascension process. It holds the energy patterns of every single gift, talent and spiritual achievement that has been gained by the us. This includes wisdom and knowledge earned during lives that have occurred in other bodies, dimensions and universes. When it first awakens it is overseen by Archangels Zadkiel and Mariel to ensure it is opened and activated to its full potential. Divided into two aspects, the higher which is the access the wisdom of your soul experiences; and the lower aspect which connects the individual with its monad bringing in light to accelerate its chosen path. That is when you start to recognize your soul journey. Each soul path is unique and we have access to what we need when we need it through the expanded soul star.

Expanded Stellar Gateway

Location: 18 inches above the head.

Color: White (often with golden threads of light)

An incredibly bright light that connects the individual soul in its physical body to the source of light from which they originate. I tend to see it glow and expand much like the Milky Way constellation. This connects us to the star or planet of our origin. When we had just the 7 body chakras operating our Crown was in charge of receiving and processing all the inflow of light and information. As we move into the 5th dimensional way of living the Stellar Gateway takes on this role. It is capable of receiving very high frequencies and stepping it down to a level that is comfortable for us to receive. The Archangel Metatron pours light into this chakra to nurture its development. Once anchored, he stands back and allows us to expand into our soul mission at our own pace. Our Stellar Gateway chakra is connected to the Earth's Stellar Gateway (located in the Arctic) When the earth's frequency rises, we do too. And when we collectively raise our vibrations, the Earth does too.

Melina is the Gloam Eyed Queen

I've come to this conclusion because I think the simplest possible answer the game provides is going to be more convincing than the 5D chess theory crafting required to explain her existence. Convoluted theories of her being the GEQ's child, or the GEQ sealed in a child, or cursed from an Empyrean rival or what not require theorizing how Melina could end up with the GEQ's powers when the simplest answer is that she simply is the GEQ.

If that's not enough for you I've listed below several reasons why I've come to believe that Melina is the GEQ.

1. The Frenzied Flame Ending shows you that Melina is the GEQ.

The Frenzied Flame ending shows her vowing to deliver destined death to you with the appearance of the Gloam Eyed Queen. I don't think it gets any simpler than the game telling you who she is.

2. The Shadow Realms may imply that there is a period of time between Marika's Ascension and the establishment of the Golden Order.

I list this as important because it slots Melina's story neatly into a timeline where it can exist and make sense.

The two biggest hints that this period exists are the Marika statues and churches scattered across the land (even in places Messmer's crusade could not reach such as the Abyssal Woods) and the hornsents' fixation on Marika's betrayal.

Some people believe the betrayal happened shortly after (or during) her ascension but that doesnt don't really sit well with me because the hornsent would have needed to trust her first for the betrayal to feel real. No evidence in game shows that the hornsent had much respect for the shamans beyond them being great concrete goo, so it doesn't really make sense that they'd feel betrayed by someone they feel below them. If they felt someone below their station had become a god they didn't accept, they would surely use the word cheated would they not? But they don't use the word cheated, they use the word betrayed. For a betrayal to feel real, the hornsent would have needed to trust and consider her to be an important part of their culture first. Perhaps they did not care all that much that Marika was a shaman, just that she was a successful result of the Divine Gateway they built. Surely after all the sacrifices they must have felt some relief that it worked out?

So after her ascension, churches and stakes are propped up through out the land before they are abruptly slaughtered and sealed away during Messmer's campaign. Sometime between those two events is where the GEQ's story fits in.

3. Dominula's Rituals show that both the GEQ and Marika share similar cultural traditions. Festive Grease ties it back to traditions in the Shadow Realms.

There are a number reddit posts that have connected the braids of Dominula's festivals to Marika and the Godskins. This reddit post points out cultural overlap of the flowers, runes and visuals seem to imply that they are honoring Marika from traditions that predate the Erdtree, yet in practice seem to be in-line with what the Godskins celebrate. I believe that the festive grease implies that the flaying traditions were done by the Numen shamans themselves which was then picked up by worshipers in Dominula. Perhaps, Melina herself incorporates the cultural flaying in her faction as a twisted and bittersweet way to remember the shamans that came before her. With all this laid out, it's easy to conclude that the Erdtree allows the Dominula tradition to continue despite it's connection with the 'heretical' Godskins, because it has always been a part of Marika's heritage as well.

4. Ranni and Melina's sealed eye implies that they are both Empyreans. (more info for Miquella & Malenia to follow.)

I also like the theory that all of the Empyreans are one eyed which would neatly explain what similarities Melina and Ranni may have. There isn't much visual evidence that Miquella and Malenia were one eyed, but people on reddit speculated that Miquella could have literally meant that he had one eye when when said, “I abandon here my eye”. For Malenia, it could have been that the rot had already claimed one of her eyes in youth as we could see with Millicent's sisters, with differing variances of their sight being afflicted by the Scarlet Rot. Hers is admittedly the shakiest conjecture, but it's a theory I like that visually links Ranni and Melina and gives unity to all the Empyreans born under the Golden Order.

This reddit post is the one that put me on board with the one eyed empyrean theory which lists a lot of evidence for this pattern. There are some points that make me pause though, because I could not verify some of these claims, such as the One Eyed Marika statue supposedly located in the Round Table. If they are talking about the Colosseum Marika, I think the statue is simply too damaged for that to be verifiable.

That said, I think this is an interesting observation, and it'd be interesting to see fanart of Miquella with one eye.

4. Melina is one of three other people who are familiar with Torrent, two of which are Empyrean Demigods.

This one is simple. Torrent seems to have a nose for power. Ranni seems to be familiar with him and we see promo material of Miquella riding him in the Shadow Realms.

5. The Drama

The drama of a Marika having Maliketh kill her child who rebelled against her sounds so messy and inline with the rest of the family's mess that I can't help but enjoy it. This is not proof of anything, this is me admitting that accepting Melina as the GEQ aligns with my flavor of Rule of Cool. Not to mention it would be in character for both Fromsoft and GRRM to have a daughter rebel against her mother and be crushed and erased from history for it.

So if we assume Melina is the GEQ, the timeline would imply that:

Melina, first daughter of Marika is born as an Empyrean.

Gains control over the Rune of Death and the Godskin Apostles.

Implements characteristics of the Crucible in her Godskins (with their animal/snake like features) and adopts the practice of ritual flaying.

Comes into conflict with her mother, Marika and is defeated by Maliketh.

Marika creates The Golden Order.

Various wars to consolidate the Golden Order's power are launched.

The Messmer's crusades are launched and sealed away with the Shadow Realms and are forgotten.

The Shattering happens.

Melina is left as a somewhat amnesiac spectral version of herself until the Tarnished guides her on their journey back to the Erdtree.

The rest is up to us.

As usual, all this theory crafting is just for fun and can be right or wrong. I know I already disagree with some of my Messmer/Melina theories I myself wrote(lol) but I've settled on this one pretty strongly lately and wanted to share.

Ascension is the raising of personal vibration to a higher, more refined level so that we can reach closer proximity to the Creator/Source. This is a time of great awakening when we realize that we are infinite spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. Ascension is the process of accelerating your energy upward toward the light.

It is going beyond the mind and into the heart where you will find your soul connection and spiritual guidance to lead you forward on your path. This is where you will find your purpose and see things from a higher perspective. It's about letting go of old ways of thinking and being, no longer fitting into the old paradigm of the "3D world" in which we have lived for eons.

The ascension process is a shift from the 3rd dimension of intelligence, or consciousness, to the higher 5th dimension of consciousness. The two main stages are:

• The shift into the 4th dimension, which is occurring now, is moving us beyond the mind and into pure awareness and feeling.

• The shift into the 5th dimension, which will occur shortly, will move us beyond physicality and into pure spirit and energy.

5D is where there is no judgment, no duality, no separation—just love for all of humanity and all life forms. There won't be any more control by those who have been in dominion for so long as we are moving into Unity Consciousness and Oneness with all beings. We are waking up from our slumber and realizing that we have been asleep.

The Ascension process means that humanity is moving beyond the mind and into awareness, feelings, spirit, and energy. We are becoming conscious beings.

There is no doubt that the planet is going through a massive shift. And while it can be easy to get caught up in the drama, there are many of us who are consciously transcending the emotional rollercoaster and choosing to go beyond what we have been programmed to experience.

Those who are aware are becoming increasingly aware that our society was designed to keep us asleep and distracted from what is really going on. But even though this programming has affected many generations, it is only affecting a portion of us today. More and more people all over the world are waking up and choosing not to live their lives in fear anymore.

The ascension process itself has been happening for quite some time now, but it seems as though things are accelerating faster than ever before. We are all being asked to stand up for our truth and remember who we really are. To become the consciousness that we have always been.

Ascension requires you to transcend your mind's awareness and move into a space of awareness that is deeper than your thoughts. Ascension requires you to see past the lies and realize your true potential as an infinitely creative being.

There is a huge difference between understanding and embodiment. Understanding does not give you the ability to embody it. All the understanding in the world is useless if you don't embody it. If you do not fully embody it, then you are still in mind. You still have to go through your mind to get to what you understand intellectually.

Many people intellectually understand that they are sources of energy. That they are part of God. that they are infinite beings of love and light. However, when something triggers them, which leads them into anger, hurt, frustration, or some other strong emotion, they forget who they really are, and they forget their connection with Source. They forget that they are an extension of God's energy because they are in mind instead of in their heart, being, and consciousness.

The only way to be free from your mind is to start moving beyond it. To start connecting with your consciousness and to start living from there.

You are not your mind. You are the watcher. You are what watches the mind and its thoughts, emotions, desires, hopes, and fears. The watcher is the root of your consciousness. It is pure awareness by which you become aware of whatever is going on in your mind, in your body, and all around you. Your consciousness is the medium through which you experience everything that goes on here in this world, including yourself.

To be a witness simply means that you are not the mind – you are consciousness itself. The mind is there; it is a mechanism—an old, ancient mechanism. When you become a witness, you look at the mind: thoughts come and go, but you don't get identified with those thoughts.

This is the point where you have become aware of your own self. You start feeling the presence of your own soul. Your past is no longer a part of you, and your future is not yet here – there is only now. And the present is you; it has become your presence.
