Day 19 of extinct birds - the broad-billed parrot (note that we don't actually know what colour they are, this depiction is only my guess!)

This was another bird from the Mascarene islands. With only short accounts, a few bones and a single sketch to go by, we know almost nothing about them. They were called 'indian crows', which could imply dark colours and/or harsh calls. The only notes on their colour are that they were red with blue heads - one sailor noted they were 'beautifully coloured' but we might never get to know them.

Can I just say? I love the way The Librarians shows that Eve is extremely competent.

That she not only sends Ezekiel back to return the necklace he stole, she also notices and returns the other one he was trying to keep in the second episode

In fact, she pretty much always notices when Ezekiel is stealing without (her) permission

And I’m pretty sure he only steals from her once and considering how not surprised she is by this I’d venture to say she was aware of his actions even then

The way her steps are absolutely silent in the haunted house

The fact that she’s the one to figure out how to handle a torpedo launch and run away sub in And the Rise in Chaos when that’s clearly not even her department

as a neurodivergent person myself, i really love the autistic rise!donnie headcannons SO just wanted to say that maybe the reason he was so into the purple dragon satin jacket was because the fabric was a lot less agitating on his skin/soft shell.....? obv the movie sort of (???) covered his sensory issues with the (SPOILERS) krang ship controls but i thought this was another decent example of it.

so i graduated or whatever and i was given a copy of Jaws as a graduation gift because i am insufferable and that movie as all I'm known for.

but, plot twist, my friend already bought me the movie a while ago because they're nice.

so i just have two copies of Jaws. Which, to most people, might be enough.

but i am. fucking insane. i want more. i want every gift of mine to be a copy of Jaws. my birthdays coming up, everyone should buy me a copy of Jaws. When you open the movie cabinet at my apartment it should be 40 different copies of jaws. Maybe one copy of Jaws 2, for variety.
