i am so so sorry for the sheer amount of headcanons i'm making you crank out, HOWEVER... i am so curious as to if you have any headcanons for nina and natalie as a duo. i love the way you perceive them and write them it genuinely makes me so happy

i had to doodle them . ok. lets go..

nat was one of the first people nina met from jeff, since she and jeff lived in the barn together.

nina thought nat was a lesbian when they first met . that is literally the only reason why she wasnt mad jeff was living with a woman.

although nina was like, one of the ONLY people to notice toby/nat tension and was sooo heartbroken when she realized they were never getting together..... but then was relieved they didnt get together when she got over jeff because 'well i can't be the only single one!'

again, natalie grew up with 0 girl friends, only hung out with her brother and boys. even after meeting the creeps, theyre still mostly guys. so she's just kinda really awkward and weird around girls. not in a like, 'oh girls r so annoying' way but like... she just doesnt know how to fit in. she just feels so different in the worst possible way and always has.

and nina is very girly, outgoing, touchy, friendly, cute, etc. so it was very like UMMM?!? idk. natalie kept snapping at her, assuming she was fake and weird and just trying to get something from nat, but nina was so persistent and just. friendly. it started making natalie feel warm.

nina's presence started to heal natalies inner little girl. she had it stolen from her time and time again, from her dad, her brother, her peers - the operator, too.

so the two are eventually actual friends. they'll text and play mobile phone games together. sometimes they'll just sit on call and nina will be talking her head off while nat does her own thing at home. one time nat was at tobys cabin and nina was talking about toby on speaker and toby walked in and was like 'hey nina' .... nina almost threw up she was so embarrassed.

nina loves visiting nats bar because everyone is always talking to nina and giving her attention and buying her drinks, and at first nat was irritated but it kinda got nat some better tips since the customers started realizing ninas her friend. so nat was pleased. LOL

nat was never the type to go shopping, but she'll follow nina around and sit while nina tries on clothes and carry around all her bags that she buys LOL... ninas made jokes about nat being boyfriend material and nat just flatout says smth about how nina should get over jeff cuz he would never.

nat is friends with jeff but she's oddly comfortable just telling nina that he's a piece of shit. and ninas always like NOOO U DONT GET IT U DONT SEE WHAT I DO and nats always just .. not... impressed..

nina's always inviting nat out to try new foods. nat grew up just eating bread and noodles with butter half the time so it's fun. nina always tries to pay bc 'well i invited you!!!'. sometimes toby tags along but he feels a way abt going in public places..

nina rarely visits jack cuz she has no reason to, but nat is friends with him so sometimes nina pops in and she's always like ^_^ HELLO TALL MYSTERIOUS SLIGHTLY MONSTEROUS MAN... <3... nat smacks the back of her head cuz she's being dumb and drooling over a bunch of rando freaks. ... . ok i love nina and she owes jeff nothing but she is def not loyal LOLLLL AND SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO FAWN OVER EVERYONE she's a fangirl at heart.

they watch a ton of shows together. nina got nat into horror kdrama stuff, but they have to watch in dub cuz nat cant read the subtitles fast enough . . . at first nina cringed but now she doesnt care.

nat's painted/drawn nina several times, and nina almost cries everytime. she's put the drawings up on her wall before but anytime nat's at her apartment, she takes it down bc 'i dont want my art on ur wall stop it' LOL... kinda rude but whatevs.

Okay so I'm gonna start with the basic idea I got it from; that being Nerd. Nerd already foreshadowed the THDPH & the WWPH [Even down to the last song for each of them] Not only that, but he references the stuff hes done in the past as well with a break/pause inbetween.

[This is what I mean]

The first three being all stuff he already did. BDG with Pocket, Tally Hall with Vol.1 & then Cage by Tim Minchin being the start the power hours.

The next two being the power hours he would do after this song [Memento Mori & Charlie's Inferno-Will Wood & That Handsome Devil]. But those are the only songs he would reference in Nerd, leaving no more clues as to what the last one would be. The only thing left in it is the video game references & Stairway to Heaven in the ending. [Which oddly enough also fit the pattern in a way. StH being about dying and the afterlife like Memento Mori & Chonny's Inferno and the video game references being all covers he made on his old channel]

While the VG refs could be a hint at a Videogame or Toby Fox Power Hour, I think at most, if its a clue at all, hinting at the next thing he does is recovering old songs.

Next, a couple of his songs reference his past stuff. Fine, I'm Fine has a good amount of lines that vaguely refer back to songs from the before [heres a post that goes more into it that's pretty cool!!]. And more importantly Dear Machine references Pocket, Dream (Outro from Calamity) & wings of wax. Pocket being later used in Nerd & the mention of Icarus coming back in Art. Not only that, but the voice in the very end Thermodynamic Lawyer is the exact same [if not very close to] voice filter/effect he uses in Dear Machine. Even down to the British accent he does in it. [Tho it is fairly normal for a music artist to reference their older songs in their music so it could be nothing]

Speaking of Dear Machine tho, quick thing to add about it is that it shows he not against covering his own songs. While yea technically its just a different version of Ode of the Cog, DM,HtC in a way counts as a cover of OotC. Same goes for bargaining/compromise & The Ballad of Dr. Jekyll.

Another idea with a CJPH is that in the CJFS discord theres a "Question of the Day" Channel. Where, as the name says, a Mod or Helper will ask a CJ related question & everyone can give their idea/imput on it. For Day 100, as a special fun lil thing, they asked Chonny if he wanted to give a question for that day. His question being:

And yes he does say that he doesnt plan on doing anything like that in future [if he even were to do it]. I fully believe he wasn't lying there & honestly I never saw him redoing any song ever until I had the idea of a CJPH [aside from stuff like Spring and a Storm & Storm and a Spring obviously]. But this is the best idea I could ever see him doing that. Also that question was from early August so a fair amount of time has passed. Whether thats enough time to equal "at least in the near future at all" I have no clue, but it is a thought.

One of my last points [that I remember atm lol] is on how he would end the power hours. Cos like, while yea he does whatever he wants & doesn't rlly follow what anyone says or asks [which I 100% agree with & is completely valid btw], I'd imagine he'd still want to end the PHs with a bang. Which is why I originally didnt think the recent one would be Will Wood.

He's stated a couple of time that hes one of his favorite artist & he definitely knows that a huge chunk of his fan base listen to WW as well. So why not end with that? Why not end with one of the most requested artist people wanted him to cover? Why wouldn't he end with a power hour of the artist that was his #1 on his Spotify Wrapped? What else could he do after that? Well maybe he'd go with his #2 artist? WHICH IS JUST HIMSELF BBYYYY

So it's very likely he's had himself play multiple times in a row & had a "Chonny Jash Power Hour".

Of course theories are just theories so there's always the chance I'm wrong & just insane. And again he does whatever he wants whenever he wants so who knows what it'll be. I just think id be an interesting idea for him to do.

As for how a Chonny Jash Power Hour would look? Maybe each song being a cover of a song from a past album or single? I'd imagine one from the before. & Covered in Discontent [maybe Gothic Whore?]. Like remake Pocket since its been referenced so much, tho that's still just a BDG cover so who knows. the before. would be interesting just to see how his perspective has changed since he originally wrote those songs. Gothic Whore he already has 2 songs that have a story version & a him version so I can see him doing another.

I HIGHLY doubt he'd do anything related to Vol.1 as its his completely separate thing & he doesn't rlly wanna touch any song that's TH/HMS related until whenever he feels like starting Vol.2 [which is valid lol]. If anything I could maybe see like TWWAY, Special or maybe Greener? Or go a different route with the og I'm Gonna Win or like a more outta the box one with like Just a Friend [only cos be did a 20 second "cover" of it in Mucka Blucka]. Again, I do not see him touching anything Vol.1 related but still something to entertain ig? [4th TME cover; The Chonny Electric when/j]

Tho maybe he'd just remake songs that he he fully made [like the before. or Gothic Whore], since those are more of actual Chonny Jash songs rather than the others just being covers. Would be very cool to maybe see a remake of some of his Majora's Mask song tho [no this isn't me coping over HEAL not being on spotify shush]. Or maybe he'd do songs from his old stuff like Don't Take it Personally? [also not me coping over wanting that song on Spotify too]

Idk these are just my thoughts on the idea of a CJPH [or even a Can of Soup Power Hour/j]. Either way I am gonna say idc what he'd do, BDG or Streetlight Manifesto are my other guesses, but anything he makes is always rll good & fun so I'll be interested to see whatever it is.

Its mainly divided into a bunch of cults;

- The Slenderman Cult: Toby, Tim, and Brian, (as well as Kate but shes not very active right now) are in this cult. Toby is currently in Russia and has been caught by Tim and Brian and is now being taught a lesson by them to not disobey slendies orders. Toby doesnt like to follow rules because he finds them boring, thats why he often goes rogue. Tim has split personalities, his main (real) personality is Tim Wright, and his second is Masky. Masky is a cult fanatic, he worships Slenderman and is very loyal to him, he’d beat someone up for saying anything negative about him. Hoodie is more of a middle ground type of guy, he only follows orders because of the benefits he gets in the end, such as being able to explore his hobbies (which is mainly guns and hiking), as well as not get killed lol. Kate is rlly just a merchandiser for the cult, she supplies her own faction in America, but has recently gone missing. The boys are currently in Russia, and are gonna return in a month.

As for the creepypasta’s like EJ, Jeff and others of the sort, they fall under the “miscellaneous” category. Sure, EJ is in a cult of his own, but he is the only guy in it. He’s 34, but died at 23 and he still looks the same age as he did back then — implying that he is immortal. Jeff is currently 22, he’s very young and has been on the run from authorise since he was 17. He recently got out of his psychosis episode, and is being hunted down by Liu. Jeff assumes Liu just wants to kill him, so he runs away the closer he gets… when really Liu just wants his brother to get help before he falls into another psychotic episode.

Liu isn’t a creepypasta, he’s just a normal human that’s been privately investigating his brother for 4 years in hopes of one day catching him and bringing him back home.

Helen, Jane, Clocky and Seedeater are a part of Zalgo’s cult. Zalgo is basically SCP-001 (The Scarlet King) but, like more edgy. Zalgo is currently in a deep slumber, and is prophesied to wake on Judgement Day. They are sworn enemies of SlenderMan’s cult, because while Slenderman is a physical embodiment of hatred and human carnal desire, he is also selfish in the way that he consumes all souls and flesh for himself. Zalgo, does it for a bigger cause, but that is not yet revealed why. Chernobog is somewhat the same, but since his cult is very small, he is undetected.

Laughing Jack, Candy Pop and his sister, and Jason the Toymaker, are all from a different world; the Clown world, where they are born and sent to earth as “angels”, and return if their mission succeeds. However, these guys had failed their mission, and gone rogue. For that reason, they are permanently banished from their home. Clowns from this world are able to make their own pocket dimensions and can’t die in the human realm.

The Rake, he’s just a creature that no one knows the origin of, nor do they know its purpose. He haunts Toby, and has often teared Toby to shreds for no reason, that is why Toby fears him so much. The Rake is a creature that all cults remain wary of… except for EJ. For some reason, the Rake isnt hostile with EJ. There’s no reason why, or at least, its not known why.

People who hate on Soriel will never make sense to us. They dont have to like the ship, but why hate on those who do?? Just leave them alone. Plus their points just...don’t make sense.

If you don’t like Soriel, just mute/block the tags relating to it so you see it less. Its not the fault of the artists if you accidentally stumble on Soriel content. 

“Toriel is cheating on Asgore” no, Asgore and Toriel split a long time ago. Asgore even asks “do you think we could at least be friends” which makes it pretty damn clear they arent together anymore. Plus, some Soriel shippers also ship Asgoriel (or they ship Sansgoriel like we do) so...

“Sans doesn’t have the energy for a relationship” okay, yeah, but...do you not think he would get more energy once he doesn’t have to deal with resets and faking happiness anymore? Like, post-pacifist Sans, after getting some much needed rest and probably being dragged to therapy, could totally be up for a relationship. (And before ya’ll say Toby confirmed Sans is too lazy for one, remember Toby also said not to take his tweets as canon.)

“Toriel is probably way older than Sans!” ...she also is a Boss Monster, who lives longer than most monsters anyways. Have ya’ll never seen vampire-human love stories or something similar? So long as both parties are consenting adults, it doesn’t really matter. Its only weird if an adult starts dating someone the second they turn 18, when they knew them as a teen/kid (example: a 30 year old waiting for a 15 year old to get older so they can ask them out.) But Toriel and Sans were both adults when they met.

“Toriel is unfair to Asgore!” okay, but how does that have anything to do with Soriel? Toriel can work out stuff with Asgore and forgive him, while still having a loving relationship with someone else. Hell, Sans could even be of help to her, by offering an outside perspective! Lots of people have grudges against their exes, that doesnt mean they should stop dating until they forgive them (unless their grudge is actively harming the people they are currently dating.) Give her space and time, and she’ll come around, regardless of if she is dating Sans or not.

“Theyre just friends!” if thats how you see them, cool. But not everyone has to see them that way.

Headcanons of Krel living on earth because he’s my favorite and I love him and I haven’t seen anyone do this yet so I feel like I have to

^^^^^because of this very moment I love the idea of Mary and Darci befriending Krel.

Since Aja,Vex and Eli went back to Akaridion-5, Mother was destroyed, and Claire was busy with Trollhunting stuff, earth gets pretty lonely. So Mary and Darci adopt him into their friend group. 

At first Krel was a little apprehensive to joining their friend group, but he quickly warmed up to it because, he, being Krel, loves the attention.

like I can totally see Mary and Darci taking Krel to like a mall or something and doing those like teen romcom movie shopping montages where he goes into a changing room and the girls judge the outfit until they find the perfect one.

I personally believe Krel would adopt a soft boy look, with like oversized button ups and t shirts tucked into jeans, but thats just me.

anyway, because he’s friends with Mary and Darci, Krel has a new found social popularity in Arcadia.

because of this, Krel would prolly get nominated for Spring Fling king and shit

I would say Krel wouldn’t really care about being nominated, but seeing how he cared so much about the science fair and the Battle of the Bands, he would definitely care

Steve is conflicted because he wants to be Spring Fling King, but he can’t mess with Krel like he did with Jim and Eli cause Krel is his girlfriend’s brother 

Krel notices this and takes advantage of it to mess with Steve and actually tries to win.

like Krel would just dominate the contests, and his theme presentation would be the flashiest and most appealing and people would just generally like him, and that would really worry Steve

like Krel, with four arms would be really good at the Touch-a-Truck-athon or whatever its called.

Krel would prolly let Steve win anyway because watching Steve squirm and freak out over prolly losing the crown and not being able to do anything about it cause he's Aja's brother is much better than any highschool dance crown

also the school 100% asks Krel to DJ future dances and events to save money, and Krel absolutely loves it

He would also definitely do the school play. Seeing how much he enjoyed being in Toby and Eli's short film, and again, he loves the attention, he would totally be down 

Also it would just be another chance to mess with Steve to be the lead. 

Because of this, Ms. Janeth would do another Shakespearean play, but do one of those modern renditions. Like it's the same play just in a modern setting, to take advantage of Krel's Akaridion form like they did with Jim's armor. 

If not in the play he would do stage crew/tech.

Like he would create elaborate settings for them using A5 tech and Ms. Janeth would adore it 

moving on, because home life is pretty lonely with just the Lucy and Ricky for company, Krel loves to host his friends for parties and sleepovers and whatever

and since Krel lives in the coolest house on the block, they love coming over

He hosts girl’s night every other week with Mary, Darci, and Clarie (becauuse she deserves a fucking break) 

since we’ve all agreed that Krel is 100% a gaylien, I love the idea that he casually comes out during a girls night

like Mary would be like “So Krel, are there any girls you like?” and Krel’s just like, “*snort* Girls? Who ever said I like girls?” and the others are like “….....?“ and Krel just rolls his eyes and says "I like boys, ladies” and they’re like “ooooohhhh, okay. Cool.”

So now they spend girls night talking about boys. Claire and Darci about their mans and Mary and Krel about cute boys.

One day the girls give Krel a little rainbow pin and Krel’s just like “what’s this?” And the girls tell him that it’s an earth symbol for the gays and he’s like “theres a symbol for that here? I didnt think it was that big of a deal. On A5 it’s pretty normal” and the girls explain why theres a symbol and he’s like “oh shoot wow, thanks" and he put it on his backpack.

He’s pretty confused the first time someone is homophobic towards him cause like that kind if behavior doesnt happen on A5 and hes just like, “why does this bother you? I hardly know you” and just brushes it off. Its doesnt really bother him, mainly cause he doesnt know the earth insults towards gay people so he doesn’t even realize, but if the girls (or Toby, or even Steve, too) catch anyone being homophobic towards their friend they will attack that asshole on sight. Especially Mary and Steve

Also whilst on the subject, Krel can not drive or cook for 2 reasons: 1. Hes gay and 2. He’s a prince so he’s never had to do either before

Like he can obviously do math but that’s it.

Proof? That one scene in Wizards when Douxie had him drive the airship. You know the one.

Coach Lawrence refuses to get in a car with him at Drivers Ed after the 3rd day Krel shows up.

Krel gets addicted to sugary coffee shop-esc drinks thanks to Darci. Not coffee cause we saw in 3Below Part 1 that he doesnt like coffee, but refreshers, coolattas, frappuccinos etc…? Definitely.

As for warm drinks, he’s more of a tea person.

Moving on

He face calls Aja everyday because he really misses her

He tells her all about school and his friends and whatever and Aja tells him about the changes she’s making to the A5 government

Thanks to the wormhole they visit each other often. Sometimes Steve tags along cause he misses his ninja kicking space queen angel girlfriend. (And Eli, but that's also for another post)

They take turns housing Luug.

Krel genuinely loves it on earth, but he hates the primitive technology so he begs Aja to send him supplies and materials for his projects. 

He would 10000% apply to HexTech for an after school job. Seeing his reaction to HT in Wizards and the fact that “Akaridion tech and magic are so compatible”, he would be the perfect addition to the HT staff. 

The Wizards wouldn’t be sure at first but after he shows them A5 tech and Douxie’s email of recommendation about the time loop thing they made together, the wizards are like “oh yeah we definitely keeping this kid. This is going to be so much fun.”

Their inventions become more and more extravagant because Krel can and he's just extra and the wizards love it.

He would definitely find a way to use magic using A5 tech. But he would have to study magic in order to figure out how, so the wizards help him learn all about magic. And since he's learned everything there is to learn about science and technology and whatever, he's super excited to learn about something completely different and interesting. The wizards are happy to teach him. He would be the first Akaridion to learn and use magic

Like he would make his own staff with his serrator and everything. He's like "earn a staff? Nah fuck that going to make my own"

Speaking of which he really likes human swear words. But he doesnt know when it is and isn't inappropriate to say these swear words so he's gotten in trouble a few times for swearing at the wrong time

Anyway, back to Krel at HT, thanks to Toby, he would definitely have a bowl of candy in his little lab. More like multiple jars of different candy just scattered around the room. Small candy like fun sized chocolate and skittles and jelly beans and whatever

Going back to school life, I feel like Krel would take an interest in Spanish class. I mean, his human form is latino and in Trollhunters (I'm pretty sure the lightning in a bottle episode) he said "Si" in response to a question someone asked him, so I feel like he would like to learn another human language. 

I also feel like he would just like to learn about Latin American culture in general since Mother gave him that form. He'd like to get in touch with his human self. 

Claire (when she isnt busy Trollhunting with Jim and the gang) is happy help him learn about Latin American culture and help him with his Spanish. 

Krel, being a fast learner, becomes fluent quickly with a perfect accent. 

Señor Uhl, who already liked the Tarrons to begin with, would really appreciate this. 

Claire's dad would also appreciate this.

Since he has such a fascination with human music, Krel would especially love Latin American music. Specifically reggaeton, since its kind of like techno music in a way and he already likes techno music.

And naturally, he learns to dance. All the styles of latin american dances. And he becomes quite the favorite on the dance floor.

He and Claire become great dance partners cause they both have the natural Latino rhythm and because Jim respects and trusts his girlfriend he doesnt mind them dancing together at parties and stuff

Although, Jim does ask for dance help at some point cause it looks like fun and he wants to dance with his beautiful talented incredible amazing gf and Krel is happy to teach him and anyone else who wants dance help. 

GUITAR LESSONS with Douxie cause in 3Below Krel said he really wanted to learn how to play guitar, steals Shannon’s guitar from the bonfire and is seen multiple times strumming it throughout the series. So of course this is included.

Toby introduces Krel to YouTube and Krel instantly makes his own channel.

of course his channel is called DJ Kleb and he posts his tracks and remixes. and maybe even some vlogs

its a little slow at first, only Arcadia Oaks students are subscribed to it but Mary blows it up by posting one of Krel’s tracks on her own social media and now he has thousands of subscribers

he also gained other forms of social media like Instagram and Tiktok, platforms to post his music

At this point every girl in school wants to be friends with Krel but not in the toxic GBF (gay best friend) way, girls just genuinely think he's 10x more interesting than every other boy in Arcadia Oaks

im gonna talk so much oh my god. basically, i just tried to make a singular, coherent storyline for the characters.

i have a website here and my tag here . . some stuff is outdated. maybe ill make another sideblog for it too if that can make it easier to navigate...

So. There was this thousand old creature living in the mines of a (fictionalized) Tuscaloosa forest. it was dormant for centuries, until year 2000 and it woke up and broke into two halves - The Operator and Slenderman

the operator wants to get out of the forest. escape the mines, roam free, exist wherever. slenderman wants to go back into hibernation and rest in the forest.

the operator cannot go too far without slenderman, since he has the physical part of the entities being - which is why the operator infects people with O/S syndrome. it's basically slender sickness, with dizziness, nausea, blacking out, losing track of days/weeks/months, aggression, etc. he uses this to disrupt the world around him and lash out against slenderman

in turn, slenderman force feeds O/S 'patients' with his physical body. this forces the victim to eventually 'recover' from the illness. it can take weeks/months, and is similar to withdrawal symptoms with additional layers of aggression, bloodlust, etc.

once they are 'healed', he starts using them as proxies. not all of them, but once he has Kate, Tim, Brian, and Toby, he sends them out to 'save' other Operator victims. some people succumb to the illness and die/are arrested, and some people are 'healed' but tossed away cuz slendy doesnt want them.

additionally, the proxies are treated like herd dogs who keep cryptid beings/ghosts/etc out of the public eye and in the forest. literally will round up and chase creatures like the rake back in

as a result, i changed a lot of peoples origin stories OR i gave them a hyperspecific story that isnt canon AT ALL...

OVERALL, the main point of my AU is the Operator and Slenderman using people as pawns in their 'war' AND trying to focus on the characters growing past their backstories and with one another. most of the cast arent killers because theyre sadists, theyre either completely sick and not in control of their body, or are forced to as their 'job'. but there are some people who are still the traditional creepypasta killer, like Jeff and Ann... LOL

It's their first Valentine's Day together. Steve doesn't know what to do since he never dated anyone before. He is all bark no bite, everyone knows that. But now he's dating Eli, his best friend and the person he cares about the most, so it has to be special.

He takes notes of everything Eli mentions on the week before, gift ideas, favorite food, favorite places,... But Eli is a simple guy. He agrees on doing anything, on going anywhere.

"It doesnt matter, as long as I'm with you" he says. It's cute, but it doesn't help.

Steve thinks and thinks again and now he's getting desperate. He turns to Jim, Toby, Shannon and Krel for help, since they understand all this dating thing better.

"I don't know, last year I gave Claire some chocolate and we cooked dinner together. Nothing too fancy, just for us."

"That's crazy, don't do that. I surprised Darci with flowers and a romantic dinner on her favorite restaurant."

"I took my girlfriend to her favorite place: the mall. It was very boring but she enjoyed it."

"On my planet- COUNTRY! On my country we give Amare-18 to the people we love so they can upgrade their ship sistems... But here I would serenade them! Music is lively!"

Okay. So that didn't help much since all of them said different things. Still, Steve was panicking so he took all their advices.

He went by the stores downtown to buy the fanciest chocolate and the prettiest bouquet of flowers. Are Amare-18... books? Steve doesn't know but he buys a few comics he knew Eli would enjoy anyway.

Eli's favorite place was this spot by the creek in the forest, where they always went camping. This was perfect, since Steve couldn't cook to save his life and trying to book a table on their favorite restaurant was impossible this time of year. He bought all their favorite snacks and hoped it was enough.

"It's the thought that counts." he murmured to himself, even though he didn't really think that. Eli deserved a lot more that he could ever dream of giving. But he tried.

Steve went home and packed everything, analising. What else did he need? Oh, music! Steve didn't touch his guitar in ages now, but he knew the perfect song, he just needed to practice a little.

Tomorrow had to be the perfect day.

The next afternoon, Steve went to their spot in the forest and set everything up with the help of Seamus, who was his only single (and available) friend.

"Okay, I'll stay here so no one messes with your stuff while you go shower and pick him up."

"Thanks man. I really appreciate it."

"No prob, dude. I still think he's a nerd but I'm happy to see that you're happy."

Steve smiled to his friend and went home. He showered and put on fancy but comfortable clothes.

He drives to Eli's house, ringing the bell when he gets there.

"Mom, I'm going out with Steve. I'll be back tomorrow!" he heard Eli shouting from the inside. The door swung open a few seconds later.

"Hey babe! Are you ready?" Steve asks, opening the car door for Eli.

"Yes! Wait, where are we going again?"

"Uhh, camping?"

"Then why are you dressed like this? Should I change into something more fancy?" Eli looked down at his clothes. Just his normal everyday clothes. Steve feels bad not telling him, but it's supposed to be a surprise.

"Don't worry about it, you're perfect." Steve gives him a quick peck.

They get in the car and Steve drives in silence, nervous as to what Eli is going to think.

"I need you to close your eyes." Steve asks his boyfriend as they get to the spot and out of the car. Steve gives Seamus a thumbs up and his friend does the same, already leaving.

"Why? What's happening, Steve?" Eli looks around trying to understand.

"Just trust me. Please."

Eli doesn't even think. He trusts him. He holds Steve's hands and closes his eyes. They walk a bit further, Eli can't hear anything other than the sound of crackling fire and the crunch of the leaves as they step on it.

"Okay, you can open now!"

Eli opens his eyes and gets shocked at everything he sees.

A big picnic towel spread on the ground, pillows, snacks and gifts perfectly placed on it. A cozy campfire. A guitar? He didn't know Steve played the guitar.

They sit down next to each other on the picnic towel, Eli placing his backpack next to him.

Steve grabs the gifts and hands it to Eli.

"Happy Valentine's day! I hope you like it" Steve says softly.

Eli smells the bouquet admiring all the pretty flowers. He opens the second gift, his favorite chocolate and comic books.

"You didn't have to..."

"Yes, I did. You deserve everything. Also I panicked and couldn't choose just one thing"

Eli laughed.

"It's okay, this is perfect. But now I feel a little stupid" Eli gets a wrinkled gift from his backpack, handing it to Steve.

"I didn't know what to do too, so I just made you this... Happy Valentine's day."

Steve opens the gift carefully, examining it. It's a tag necklace and two matching bracelets. Both read their initials and 'Creepslayerz' followed by a heart shape.

It touches Steve deep inside. Who would've thought that something so simple could be so meaningful?

"I know you're not really a jewelry person but..."

"No, I'm gonna wear it forever! I love it!" Steve puts it on immediately, even holding Eli's hand and placing the matching bracelet on him too.

"By the way, I have one more surprise"

"Steve, stop, what is it?" Eli asks a little mad. There was really no need for all of this, he would've been fine with just hanging out.

"Calm down, it's just a song that makes me think of you."

Steve gets the guitar, closes his eyes and starts playing and singing.

"Middle of nowhere, lights burning low. Under the moon, sings the radio" He opens his eyes to look at Eli's eyes, smiling.

"Runaways out here, like we were kids. Don't know what we want, but we know we want this"

Eli recognizes it now. It's the song that was playing on the radio the first time they went camping, when they were just friends. Steve told him before, that was the day he realized he had feelings for him.

"I'll go to the ends of the earth, ends of the earth with you. I'll be home here, if I end up, if I end up with you" they sing together, looking at each other.

It feels warm, soft, cozy... It feels like home.

"What do you want to do now?" Steve asks when they finish the song.

"This." Eli holds him close and they share a passionate kiss. Steve holds his face, Eli's arms on his neck.

"And now S'mores!!" Eli breaks the kiss and grabs the marshmallow on the snack pile.

They laugh, eat, sing, and just enjoy the rest of their camping date.

Steve spent all this time worrying about expensive gifts, perfect places and, after all, Eli was right.

It didn't matter, as long as they were together.

Nep’s Downloading Homestuck Walk through!!!

im on desktop and i dont know how to make colored text on desktop so just pretend thats a rainbow!

also going to at @ @ghostdragoncookie  because they needed help but feel free to use this whoever u are!

(also dropping the typing quirk for clarity cause maybe people want to download homestuck but dont have nepeta puns dictionary bookmarked for easy access)

OKAY SO WITHOUT FURTHER ADO: the ramblings of a teenage boy who just woke up from a three hour nap and also knows like 4 things about computers but just used brute force to get his way through it

Step one:

go here https://bambosh.github.io/unofficial-homestuck-collection/

Step two:

press Download and then download the file that corresponds to your operating system, i have windows so screenshots that will be included will be for windows. but i will learn how to use linux or mac if needed i am a servant to the people! and the people must read homestuck!

also make sure to put it in a place you can find easy that will be important later

Step three:

Downlaod the asset pack. Now this is the hard part, imo, because they say all asset packs are the same but not all work with all the computers. “but nep, that doesnt make any sense! why dont they just tell you what asset packs work for what computers?” and to that i say: thats the joy of homestuck! nothing works, about three things make sense, and we all just guess until it works out. so if your asking what asset pack to download, just start at the top and work your way down ig i dunno man thats what i did.

Step four:

Assuming you magically picked the right asset pack (and if you didnt dw there will be a trouble shooting thing at the bottom of this) you will go into your files and find homestuck!

Step five:

Unzip your files. How I understand for macs if you click on a file it automatically unzips itself. (why does it do that apple? whats the fuckin purpose?) I dont know for linux but once again if asked i will learn. and for windows theres a nifty button to press pictured below.

Step six:

OPENING HOMESTUCK!!!!!

so now you will go into actual homestuck and open it! process pictured below!!

first you want to make sure ur asset pack and hs are in the same place, that is just for ease of finding things later

when i was young i used to go into a room that was as empty i could find and then i would spin around in circles for up to 45 minutes.

i think that carpet would be too damp and it would smell too bad for me to be able to do that.

I'm a college student who's spent all her money on buying a new laptop since the previous one was a cheapskate one that busted after not even 2 years of use. I have lots of reseats in August since my finals period in June was a wreck due to the condition of my mental health and thus I will be unable to get a summer job. I find the "don't trust Ralsei!!" theory quite entertaining, but in a differeny way than intended I guess.

There's this Deltarune theory that's doing the rounds, namely that Ralsei seems to be aware of the game. Directly addressing things on the screen like the hit bar or your ability to [save] the game, him knowing what the lightner's world looks like when he asks Kris to go to the abandoned classroom on the left of the hallway and most notably imo how he tells Kris to focus on what Susie is doing so that the player, *you*, leaves. Ralsei said things to Kris while we focused on Susie which is apparent from the dialogue.

Now with those things considered, a lot of people are saying that Ralsei is self-aware, that he is manipulating everything and that he knows far more than he lets on. This to conclude that he must be the true villain.

But I've also seen theories (theories so believable and well-grounded I would say they are indeed Toby Fox's intentions) that state the player is the real evil. Manipulating Kris, giving them no free will of their own except at most how they speak the words they are forced to say.

Ralsei is most likely aware of Kris and the player being two separate entities. He knows when to speak to the player, and he has figured out to speak to Kris separately too, by steering the player away. This makes me feel like Ralsei would be the one to have a solution or at least a good explanation for why Kris separates their SOUL from his body. He might as well be trying to help both. The player may be a key part in sealing the fountains which could be why Ralsei isn't getting in the way of the player, but might also be someone Ralsei will need to get rid of at some point if he values Kris as a friend. Does that make him a villain? An antagonist for sure, but his motives may be good in the end for the lives of the characters. Because you, the player, are the one who doesn't belong, and depending on how you play the game you can make their lives so, so much worse.

Huey, louie and dewey........ those are their names in English??? You mean they have actual names that are pretty reasonable??? In dutch theyre called Kwik, Kwek & Kwak as like "quack" cause they're ducks. What the hecc, so the Dutch dub is too cowardly to give them real names, is what I'm getting from this. Insane. Anyway happy father's day to Donald Duck, maybe you weren't that bad at names after all.
