You mentioned before that the people who would have access to Machete's bedchamber would likely already know about Vasco. How did that come up in your mind? Did they get caught in the act or was the subject broached with enough trust? How did those people handle it? Sorry if this is a bit vague but I thought about it today and I'm very interested. :)
I think it just has to be the case, I can't imagine how they could manage to hide the fact Vasco is bunking with him from everyone, for years and years. Machete doesn't live alone, he has staff and servants who do his housekeeping and run his errands. Even if Vasco didn't stay there for any extended periods of time and snuck out the back door to avoid attention, I'm assuming at least the people who do his laundry and change his sheets would eventually detect that some sort of funny business had happened. But the number of people who are in on it is still very very small and tightly controlled. His assistant Vittorio definitely knows and helps to manage this situation, so does his personal doctor, and on top of that maybe a handful of most trusted high-ranking emplyees, which he has vetted extremely carefully and pays handsomely for their discreetness and prudence.

So my betrothed has been Suffering with backlash from Wyvern and allergy testing. They’re having trouble working out and their chest is consistently tight even with nasal sprays and antihistamines so we’ve been looking to get a beefier air purifier for their room.
Today I went on a secret journey to go pick one up off OfferUp. It’s a city that has taiyaki which isn’t near us and so I’m also getting delicious treats while I’m in the area. I’m excited to have it set up and surprise them when they get home.

I know I haven't said much about it, but legitimately, "running away" was one of the most pivotal life decisions I've ever made. Probably THE first major life decision I've made, and also the best. If you have an opportunity to go, leave. Get out of there. If you are not safe at home, emotionally, physically, whatever, and you're able to leave, do it. It's going to suck such major ass for a while because you're going to have to deal with the scars they've left on you, but I wholeheartedly, full-throatedly, with-my-chest promise you that it is going to be better. You're going to be better. If you have the privilege of being able to escape, no matter how difficult it feels, then RUN.

Still watching the credits roll, but: She fought for them. She saw it all beforehand, saw her part through, but refused to let theirs end as foretold. Because she loved them. Her memory - physical and not - lead them all the way to the discovery of their own fate. And she committed her boys' story to stone and wood.
And after that, she left her love his own story. How it started and how it will go on. She painted him in her colour. He is worshipped. He is loved. He will know what that kind of love feels like. He has a role - one he never imagined, but one he will take. He has a reason to live.
To grieve deeply is to have loved fully. Open your heart to the world as you have opened it to me and you will find every reason to keep living in it.
He has a path. Both of her boys do.

it's such a small thing in two massive episodes i didn't expect anyone to point it out but like. thank god that whenever Orym says they should go right back to the Malleus Keys the rest of the hells either stay silent or actively push back on the idea. [I LOVE ORYM ORYM IS MY FRIEND] [THIS IS A POST MADE BY SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT ORYM A BUNCH] i was very worried that once they reunited they'd all keep acting under the belief that reasonable, strategic Orym had not left the building some time within the 24 hours that he watched his leader get slashed to ribbons and he helped kill an angel (the angel started it but still, that's like, a lot, morally speaking), and would continue to follow his lead all the way to their quick and brutal deaths on the moon. so it's good to know they can, to one extent or another, pretty quickly clock that as a terrible idea. even FCG! they're growing up so fast i'm proud of them
