At age eleven you learned the harsh reality that not all marriages work out. On one warm June afternoon you walked into the kitchen in the home you grew up in to find your parents in the middle of an argument. Your mother tearfully informed you that your mother and father were getting divorced. Your father left that day and you didn’t see him for about two months. When he finally came back around, you got to meet his new girlfriend that he had an affair with. At age eleven you built up walls around your heart without even trying. You learned a harsh lesson that love might not actually exist.
Sitting in Mingyu’s apartment you sat at the kitchen table working on your presentation for your. Your phone vibrated and you looked down to see a text from your father. As you read over the text, you couldn’t help but roll your eyes. It’s rare your father actually texts you, and honestly when he does you tend to be left being annoyed.
Mingyu watched as you groaned while reading something. “What are you annoyed about?” he asked before taking a drink from the bottle of beer that was sitting on the table. He tended to be able to read you like an open book.
“Well my father is getting married in two weeks and just decided to let me know,” you sighed. You weren’t exactly surprised that he was getting married. You had met his girlfriend who you assumed was his new fiancé a few times. You weren’t exactly the biggest fan of hers. She was quite a bit younger than your father and pretty stuck up.
To say that your relationship with her father was stranded would be an understatement. When you were thirteen, he attempted to see you one weekend every month. He soon learned that he didn’t have much in common with you, and he went back to occasionally having dinner with you like once a month. In the last year he had only seen you maybe three times max. You didn’t even know that he was engaged to his new girlfriend—you barely even really knew her.
“Are you going to go?” Mingyu asked, knowing that you don’t have a great relationship with your father. There had been a handful of drunken nights, where you had breakdowns over the feeling that your father was never going to truly love you. You always felt as if you were never good enough for your father. No one saw you truly upset over your relationship with your father other than Mingyu and Wonwoo.
“I don’t think I have a choice, if I don’t go, my grandma, and dad won’t let me live it down.” You sighed. You’ve contemplated going no contact but you knew it would be hard. There is this part of you that thinks if you try hard enough maybe one day your relationship could be fixed. “Oh my god I don’t want to go to this alone.” You knew that this wedding was going to be a lot of people asking you why you’re single, and if you’re going to have kids. All your cousins were married and had kids, and you’re the only single one. Every Christmas— one of the few times you would see that side of the family—everyone would always harp on you, asking a million questions about your life.
“You should have someone go with you,” Mingyu said, pulling his phone out of his pocket.
“Do you want to go with me?” you asked, praying maybe Mingyu could save you from going to this alone. You knew that Mingyu could play the part as the perfect boyfriend. Your mother already loved him and constantly told you that you should date someone like Mingyu. You knew your father would love him too. He’s a parent’s dream partner for their daughter.
“I can’t because it’s my mom’s birthday that weekend so I’m going to be at a family event out of town,” he said. You could hear the guilt in his voice, could tell that he didn't want to send you alone but wasn't able to help.
“Literally everyone is going to be in my business about not having a boyfriend. I need to get a date within the next two weeks,” you said with a sarcastic laugh knowing damn well that was going to be nearly impossible.
“What are you talking about?” Wonwoo asked, walking into the kitchen. He sat down next to Mingyu and looked over at you, pushing up his glasses. You had completely forgotten Wonwoo was home. He’d been locked away in his room playing video games.
You explained your situation to him, leaning forward to rest your face in your hands with a sigh.
“So, you want someone to be your fake date?” Wonwoo asked, leaning back in his chair.
“Bingo,” Mingyu replied before taking another drink of his beer., having given up on doing his own work long ago.
Wonwoo shrugged “I mean I can go with you if you want. I think I would make a pretty good fake boyfriend.”
You looked up at Wonwoo and knit your eyebrows together and stared at him wondering if he was serious.“Really? You’d do that?” You couldn’t handle it if he's just messing with you.
He shrugged his shoulders again, oh so casual. “Yeah, why not? Weddings are great; free food, free drinks, what’s not to love?”
Shutting your laptop, you looked over at Wonwoo who was smiling. “Jeon Wonwoo, you’re a lifesaver.”
“So, what’s the plan?” he asked, giving you a calming smile.
“Well, the venue is two hours away so my dad’s booking me a room for the weekend, I’ll let him know I’m bringing my boyfriend.”
*:・゚✧*:・゚✧
The weekend of the wedding rolled around, the two hour drive filled with your anxieties. You couldn’t lie, you were pretty nervous about bringing Wonwoo as your fake boyfriend. You hated bringing dates to your family events, especially your dad’s side of the family. Especially your dad’s side of the family, who was prone to asking inappropriate questions and stick their noses into your business.
“So how long have we been dating?” Wonwoo asked as he kept driving. Snapping you out of your spiraling thoughts.
You looked over at him and realized that you needed to come up with a story on your relationship; how, when, where you met. , having planned on just winging it— not your best idea. Luckily Wonwoo knew you needed to have a game plan.
“I guess we can say six months that way I can say we started dating after Christmas.” You replied, not needing them grilling you for not mentioning him back then.
“Okay, sounds good, are we saying that we were friends before we started dating?” he asked.
“Yeah I think that sounds good? Maybe we can say Mingyu pointed out we would make a good pair.”
“Your father has met Mingyu before, right?”
“Yeah he’s met him before. He loves Mingyu.”
“All parents love Mingyu.” He let out a soft laugh.
“Alright, Mingyu thought we’d be good together so I decided to pursue you,” you began, “we started dating six months ago, a bit after Christmas. Sounds like a plan.”
You liked that Wonwoo was putting effort into your half-assed plan, thinking of things you hadn’t. You could tell he was taking the trip seriously, putting you at ease.
You arrived at the fancy hotel that your father was getting married at. Wonwoo got out of the car and walked over to help you get out of the car. He popped the trunk open and walked over to get both of your suitcases. You feel as if you’re in autopilot mode. You were a one track mind on just getting through this weekend. You went to walk inside, but before you could walk away Wonwoo reached down and grabbed your hand. You stopped immediately and looked down at yours and Wonwoo’s hand. Holding his hand feels safe and warm. He gave you a small smile and nodded. Having Wonwoo here with you felt like a sense of protection.
You walked into the hotel lobby and were greeted instantly by your dad and his new young wife. The nerves suddenly kicked in as they started walking your way. How are you supposed to lie to them all weekend and pretend Wonwoo has been your boyfriend for six months.
“Sweetie, I’m so glad you’re here,” your future stepmom said as she wrapped her arms around you. She pulled you into a tight hug. You dropped Wonwoo’s hand and looked over at him with startled eyes. You weren't exactly a fan of Dea. You thought she was shallow and you weren’t exactly a fan of the fact that she was barely ten years older than you. Dea let go of you and walked over and wrapped her arms around an unexpected Wonwoo. “You must be her boyfriend, Wonwoo.”
“Yep,” Wonwoo said awkwardly.
Dea let go of Wonwoo and walked over and stood next to her dad. “I’m glad you came sweetie” he said knowing that there was a chance you wouldn’t come to this wedding. Anyone with eyes can tell you and your father’s relationship is extremely strained. Your father might try and sugar coat what happened, but it’s is very much common knowledge he had an affair and cheated on your mother.
“Which room are we in?” You desperately need to escape this conversation. You need to get away from your dad and Dea. Peace and quiet while unwinding with Wonwoo sounds like an absolute dream.
“You guys are on floor three in room 389,” he said, reaching into his pocket to pull out yours and Wonwoo’s room keys.
“Thanks,” you snagged the room key.
You reached down and took Wonwoo’s hand, leading him over to the elevator. The moment you were in the elevator and the doors shut you let out a sigh of relief. Suddenly all the tension in your body dissipates. Leaning against the wall you looked up at Wonwoo wondering if he regretted coming along on this trip. He probably had no idea how awkward things are between you and your father.
“Dea is very young?” he said, breaking the silence between you. He sounds like he’s trying not to laugh.
“Yeah my dad likes them younger than him,” you let out a soft laugh. The elevator dinged and the doors opened, and you walked down the hall towards their room. Opening the door, you’re greeted to the sight of a single queen size bed in the middle of the room. You looked over at Wonwoo as he sat his suitcase down. Of course there is only one bed. For some reason you didn’t think about the fact you were going to have to share a bed.
You must look like an idiot just standing there staring at the bed. “I can sleep on the couch if you want,” he says, breaking you out of your thoughts. Walking over and sitting down on the edge of the bed.
“Wonwoo were both adults. We can share the bed.”
You’ve definitely had sleep overs at his and Mingyu’s place after long nights. The idea of sharing a bed with a male friend shouldn’t be weird. The only issue with that is you couldn’t lie, you've always had somewhat of a crush on Wonwoo since you met him freshman year. He was a handsome guy and was super charming, but Wonwoo had always been somewhat of a heartbreaker. There are stories on campus about girls falling hard for the boy you’re sharing a bed with. There is also the minor detail, you don’t think that Wonwoo would ever have feelings for you. As soon as you realize you developed feelings for him you push them away. This little voice inside of you told you, if you didn’t have feelings for him, you couldn’t get hurt.
“Okay, I don’t mind sharing the bed at all.”
You walked over and sat down next to him on the bed. He reached over and laced his fingers with your and gently squeezed your hand three times. Mingyu does this when he knows you need to calm down. It’s sweet that Wonwoo does the same thing.
“You’re going to get through this weekend. I’ll be here the whole time with you. I’ll be there to hold your hand whenever things get rough.” Since your dad left things haven’t been the easiest. You’re definitely quite guarded and all your romantic relationships haven't worked out. Mingyu has been the only constant in your life since you were sixteen. He’s not a romantic interest for you, but he’s the best friend you could ask for. He understands why you’re so guarded and has never judged or said anything about it. Before he introduced you to his college roommate turned other best friend Wonwoo, he told you Wonwoo would look out for you just like he does. He wasn’t wrong, Wonwoo became another stable fixture in your life.
Looking over at Wonwoo, he’s giving you a soft smile, letting you know that this is going to be okay. That he was here to support you through all this. With Mingyu and Wonwoo in your life you’re never alone.
“This is going to be an interesting weekend.”
You spent time in your room for a few hours. Wonwoo took a nap while you sat at the small table that was placed in front of the window with your laptop in front of you. You took this time to work on a few projects you had for summer school classes.
As the sun started to set, you knew that Wonwoo and you were going to have to get ready to go to the rehearsal dinner. This was going to be the moment when the rest of your family saw you with Wonwoo. You stood in the bathroom putting on makeup as Wonwoo was getting dressed. You did your hair nicely and got dressed in a pale pink dress you bought just for the rehearsal dinner. Walking into the bedroom you found Wonwoo sitting on the bed looking at his phone. He was dressed in a pair of grey dress pants, and white dress shirt without a tie. God he’s so handsome.
As he looked up he pushed his glasses on the bridge of his nose. His bright eyes locked onto yours, he couldn’t help but smile. “You look beautiful.” He stood up and walked over to you.
Hand in hand you walked to the rehearsal dinner, it’s being held in the lavish ballroom that was connected to the hotel. The whole time you were attending the dinner, Wonwoo rarely left your side. He was either holding your hand or his hand was resting on the small of your back. Letting you know that he was always with you. He braved all of your family as every single one of them came up to badger the happy “couple” with a million questions. As your grandmother came up for her round of nosy questions, you have never been happier in your life to have Wonwoo by your side.
Your grandmother seemed to instantly love Wonwoo. Honestly though, who could blame her? Wonwoo was extremely charming and seemed to know the correct answer to every question your grandmother seemed to throw at him. The night couldn’t have gone better. A weight felt as if it had been lifted off your shoulders.
As the dinner ended the two of you made your way back to your room. The moment the door was shut Wonwoo untucked his shirt and started unbuttoning it. You walked over and sat on the edge of the bed taking a moment to relax before you started getting ready for bed. The slight of Wonwoo’s bare torso was hard to look away from. He looks absolutely breathtaking. Looking up you find Wonwoo staring back at you with a smile plastered across his face. A flash of red hot embarrassment hits you like a tidal wave. The fact that he blatantly caught you oagling half naked body makes you want to curl up under the covers and hide.
He didn’t bother saying anything, he knew that you seemed quite embarrassed by how bright your cheeks were burning, after he caught your wandering eyes. Biting his lip, he held back a soft laugh.
The room suddenly felt so small. Jumping up you rushed off to the bathroom with the excuse you need to remove your makeup and brush your teeth.
Standing in the bathroom you take this time alone to try and ground yourself. This whole weekend feels like one big mind game. Removing your makeup, you splashed water on your face. Looking into the mirror you whispered to yourself, “you don’t like him. This whole thing isn’t real, he’s flirting and acting nice because he’s your fake boyfriend.” You need to put these feelings to a halt immediately. You aren't allowed to let your little crush on him develop into something more. That’s going to do nothing but break your heart.
Getting dressed in your pajamas, you walked back into the bedroom. Wonwoo is already comfortably under the covers lying down scrolling through his phone. Maybe you should just sleep on the couch for the night. Sharing a bed with Wonwoo could make things awkward. Being so close to him while he slept only in pajama pants might just be too much for you.
Before you could even say anything, Wonwoo spoke up. “Are you okay if I sleep on this side of the bed?”
“Yes.” You walk over to the other side of the bed and slowly crawl under the covers.
You should try to go to sleep but instead you can’t stop thinking about the boy lying in bed next to you. Laying on your side you stare at him silently. He’s lying on his back just staring at the ceiling. What could he possibly be thinking about? Let’s be real, he probably thought this side of your family was crazy. You can’t really blame him for thinking that either. Personally you weren’t even a big fan of this side of the family either. You have basically been an outcast for as long as you can remember.
He reached over and turned off the light that was on the bed side table. “Why do I feel like right now you’re over thinking everything?” His voice is gentle as he speaks to you.
You and Wonwoo had been friends for a while, and he knew you pretty well. You weren’t going to get away with saying that everything was fine. Because honestly at the moment everything was very far from fine. Everything around you felt as if it was spiraling out of control and Wonwoo was the only thing keeping you grounded. This whole trip had you completely on edge and filled with anxiety.
“This whole weekend is just extremely stressful. I also feel bad that I dragged you into it.”
He moved so he was laying on his side staring at you. He gently reached over and pushed a piece of your hair away from your face. He softly said, “I’m fine, you don’t have to worry about me this weekend. I’m here to hold your hand and make it through this weekend.”
You gave him a soft smile. There was something about knowing that Wonwoo is there by your side, and that he wants to make sure you don’t feel alone this weekend.
“Tomorrow at that wedding we are going to make such a hot couple that everyone is going to be jealous.” A cute smile plays cross his lips.
You couldn’t help but smile back at him. It was almost contagious. “Well my family already thinks you’re an amazing boyfriend.”
“I can’t help it, I’m known to be pretty charming.” He reached over and laced his fingers with yours. Your stomach feels as if it’s in a twist with the feeling of butterflies. “Also, for some reason grandparents always seem to like me.”
“Well I think you’re the first boyfriend I have ever brought to a family event that my grandmother actually likes. She’s pretty savage when it comes to asking personal questions.”
He squeezed your hand gently and said, “well I didn’t think she wasn’t too bad.”
Silently you stared at each other for a moment just enjoying each other’s company. There is a long moment of silence before you finally speak. “I don’t think I could have done this without you.”
“I’m glad you asked me to come to this wedding with you. I don’t feel like we ever hang out without Mingyu, and it’s nice to finally have some one-on-one time.” He’s not wrong, your whole entire friendship with Wonwoo consisted of your mutual best friend being there as well. You’ve probably hung out with Wonwoon maybe once without Mingyu, before this weekend.
“I feel like we’re actually getting to know each other.”
“Yeah, and I like that a lot.” He put emphasis on a lot, and you couldn’t help but wonder if maybe Wonwoo had feelings for you as well. Maybe your crush isn’t as one sided as you always thought it was. What little time you have spent together one on one already has you questioning your feelings for him. What if this was more than just a little crush? What if you have actually fallen for your cute gamer friend. You knew putting on a show tomorrow at the wedding wasn’t going to help you confusion at all.
*:・゚✧*:・゚✧
As the morning light shined through the curtains, you were woken up to Wonwoo’s strong body curled up behind you. Your eyes popped open when you realized how close you were. Wonwoo started to stir and his arm that swung across your soft stomach pulled your body closer to his tone body. He nuzzled his face against the back of your neck. Your eyes stayed wide open, as you attempted to pretend you’re still sleeping. She wondered if he was aware of what he was doing. He mumbled something you couldn't make out, sounding as if he’s still asleep.
He stayed close pressed up against you. His arm still wrapped tightly around you, for about five minutes before you gently lifted his arm and moved away from him. As you started to get out of bed Wonwoo’s warm eyes slowly opened.
“Good morning,” he yawned.
“Morning.”
“What time is the wedding?” he asked.
“The ceremony starts at three,” you said as you got out of bed.
He nodded his head and yawned as he rolled onto his back, and slowly stretched. You couldn’t help but stare at his practically naked body as he put himself on display as he stretched. Looking away you needed to get away before you said or did something you would regret when this was all over. Quickly you walked off to your suitcase.
“Did you need to use the bathroom before I take a shower?”
“Yeah, let me go really quick.” He got out of bed and walked off to the bathroom.
You looked through your suitcase to pull out the dress she had bought to wear to the wedding. Turning around you found Wonwoo walking out of the bathroom. How is he so hot without even trying? He still looks half asleep and he is wearing a pair of sweatpants that show off his mouth watering v lines.
“Did we want to go grab brunch or something before the wedding?” He asked as he scratched the back of his neck.
You nodded, “yeah that would be nice.”
“Should we get ready in normal clothes and get dressed for the wedding after brunch?” He sat down on the edge of bed.
“Yeah, that sounds perfect.”
You pulled out the light blue dress you had bought for the wedding. You hung the dress up in the closet and then walked back to the suitcase to grab a sundress you had picked out to wear to brunch.
Walking into the bathroom you turned on the shower and let the water warm up, as you stripped away your clothes. Stepping into the shower you tried not to think about the stress of the day that was ahead of you. As the warm washed over your mind keeps wandering to Wonwoo. Without even trying he’s somehow taking over all your waking thoughts. You keep thinking about how it felt to wake up in his arms. The whole thing just felt so natural.
Turning off the water you take your time drying off before getting dressed. You put on some natural looking base makeup, so all you would have to put on when they got back from lunch would be your eye makeup.
Walking into the room you find Wonwoo lying on the bed staring at his phone. Glancing up he sat his phone on the bed and gave you a smile. His smile had always given you butterflies, from the first moment they had met. Even as time passed nothing had changed.
He sits up and grabs his glasses off the nightstand. “Ready to grab some food?” he asked.
You nod as you put on some black flats and walk over to grab your purse. Wonwoo jumped up and grabbed his wallet and the room key. Walking out into the hallway and without thinking Wonwoo reached down and laced his fingers with yours. You couldn’t help the warm feeling in your stomach as he held your hand tightly leading you down the hallway. As you stepped into the elevator, he continued to hold your hand, never letting go. The doors opened on the main floor and you stepped out, immediately ran into your grandmother and Aunt Rita.
They waved you both down. Wonwoo leaned down and whispered into your ear, “we can make it quick and I’ll whisk you away.”
You couldn’t help the smile that spread across your face.
“Look at the adorable couple,” aunt Rita said, stopping right in front of you.
“Wonwoo, where are you and my granddaughter off to?”
“We’re grabbing some brunch before we get ready for the wedding,” he smiled before leaning down and pressing his lips to your cheek. This was the first time you've ever shared any type of kiss. Even if it was just a peck on the cheek. You can’t push away the feeling that you like being able to be close to him like this.
“Oh, how romantic,” Aunt Rita says.
“Well we will leave you two love birds alone then,” your grandmother said before walking away.
He leaned down once again with his lips brushing your ear and whispered, “I told you I was going to save you.”
“I don’t know how I can ever repay you for this weekend.” Your tone was completely serious as you looked into his warm eyes. You didn’t understand how he could be such an amazing friend and so emotionally supportive for you this weekend.
He gave you his signature charming smile, “getting to spend a weekend with you is enough.”
Your heart started racing as you stared at him wondering if you had just heard him correctly. What little bit of alone time you've had spent together was reminding you of your crush. You can’t help but wonder if maybe it was more than a crush based on the way he was making you feel. You were also wondering if maybe he returned your feelings, based on what he had been saying. If he only saw you as a friend he wouldn’t be holding your hand any chance he gets either.
You sat in the café that was connected to the hotel. You were both enjoying your waffles and making small talk. You and Wonwoo had been friends for a while, but you weren’t as close with him as you were with Mingyu. This time you’re getting to spend together you felt like you had grown a lot closer. Just him spending time with him made you feel a lot more comfortable about everything.
You stop eating and stare at Wonwoo, smiling while listening to him tell a story about him and Mingyu when they were freshman in college during a drunken night out. You always loved hearing funny stories about Mingyu and Wonwoo adventures.
You finished eating and walked back to your room hand in hand. Wonwoo didn’t think twice about lacing his fingers with your. He does it as if it’s the most natural thing in the world. You kept telling yourself that he keeps holding your hand because he knew he had to play the role of your loving boyfriend. If you don’t keep telling yourself that you might start falling for him even harder. There is no way you could handle it if he didn’t feel the same way. The one goal of this wedding was for you to keep your feelings under control.
Walking into the room you walked over to the closet and grabbed her your light blue dress. Excusing yourself to the bathroom, you take your time styling your hair just the way you like it. After you put on the rest of her makeup.
Grabbing your dress off the back of the door, and slipping it on. After quite a bit of struggling to get the zipper up, you finally give up. Holding the dress up to your chest, walking back into the room to find an extremely handsome looking Wonwoo dressed in a suit and tie.
His eyes went wide and a huge smile formed on his face. “You look so beautiful.”
“Thank you,” you whispered, not even sure if you could properly speak at that moment. “Can you help with the zipper?” You turned around.
Silently he stepped forward and slowly dragged the zipper the rest of the way. His hand lingered on the exposed skin above your dress. He gently dragged his finger across the delicate above your dress.
Turning around he stares at you silently. Your stomach was doing flips at the way that he was looking at you. You weren’t sure anyone had ever looked at you the way Wonwoo was looking at you at that moment. His eyes were gentle and filled with what you could describe as love.
Looking over at the clock that was on the wall and saw you only had about twenty minutes until the wedding started. He reached down and took your hand in his. “I think maybe we should head off to the wedding.”
“Okay.”
Walking through the hotel out to the garden where the ceremony was being held. You sat in the middle away from all your family. It didn’t feel right sitting in the first two rows for close immediate family. Wonwoo had his arm over your shoulder. Holding your soft body close to his. He kept leaning over and whispering random things into your ear. Wonwoo deserves an Oscar for the performance he’s putting on. He was beaming knowing you were truly putting on one hell of a show. The issue is, you don't know how much of it was a show on your part.
As the ceremony started, you couldn’t lie, you absolutely hated every single moment of it. That hollow feeling in your chest feels deeper watching your father happily move on with his lip. How could you like watching your father get remarried. It just meant you were going to see him even less, and most likely your relationship was going to grow even more strand. This is a sign that maybe you can finally stop trying. He clearly hasn’t tried to fix your relationship. So why should you keep trying? As they exchanged vows many people were crying happy tears in the crowd, and your eyes started to brim with tears but they weren’t happy tears. They’re anything but tears of joy. Wonwoo noticed right away and leaned over and pressed his lips to your cheek kissing away the tears that slowly started to fall. He reached over with his free hands and laced his fingers with yours. Squeezing your hand three times.
There is no point in trying to hide your sadness from him. Looking over at him trying your hardest to stop crying. He leaned over and whispered, “if you want to leave now, we can. Or we can walk off to get some air. I just want you to know you aren’t alone.”
“I’m going to be okay,” you whispered as you squeezed his hand.
The ceremony came to a close and the bride and groom exit, and everyone slowly started heading off to the large ballroom that was set up. You sat completely still, not really moving. You were trying to gather yourself as much as possible. Wonwoo didn’t move or say anything, he just held your hand knowing that all this was extremely tough for you.
Wonwoo had heard you talk about your relationship with your father before. Many nights alone Mingyu has told him quite a bit about it. Mingyu hasn’t ever been a fan of your father. According to him, all your father does is break your heart. Wonwoo knew going into this weekend you needed someone to let you know you weren't alone. You needed support and someone who could be a shoulder to cry on. He would be whatever you needed him to be.
You both left alone in the garden. After what felt like an hour you finally slowly stood up. Nervously you start smoothing out your dress. Wonwoo stood up and watched you closely. Reaching up you brushed the tears away from one side of your face. Before you could reach the other cheek he reached over and gently rested his hand on your tear stained cheek. Gently brushing away your tears with his thumb. His warm eyes were locked on your sad eyes as he stared at you for a long moment. A long moment passed before he leaned forward and pressed his lips to your forehead gently. Closing your eyes, taking in his closeness as his lips lingered on your forehead. You reached for his hand and squeezed it just needing to be close to him for a moment.
“Are you ready for this?” You asked not even sure if you were truly ready.
“I’m ready whenever you are.”
This all feels like too much. Standing up, still holding his hand, you lead him towards the ballroom. Stopping right outside the doors of the room that was filled with over a hundred people. He reached up and placed hand on your cheek once again. There is a look of confusion on your face. Why did he suddenly decide to stop? You don’t ask why, you just stared at him.
“I want you to know that you’re a very special girl, and I wouldn’t be just anyone’s fake boyfriend. I did this because you mean a lot to me. You are so incredibly strong. I know this sucks, having to watch your father get married again. Hell I know I’m rambling a lot right now, but I need you to know that you don’t need your father’s approval on anything in life. If he doesn’t see how special you are and how talented and amazing you are. He’s a fucking idiot, and he doesn’t deserve your love.”
That definitely wasn’t what you expected him to say. Sure Mingyu has said similar stuff, but it feels very different hearing him say it. Completely caught off guard you just just stand there blinking, taking in everything he had just said. His sweet words had you once again on the brink of tears.
“When all this is over and we go home-“ He pauses and stares for a moment. “I want you to know that I’m still going to be there to hold your hand if you need me to.”
All you can do is smile. “Jeon Wonwoo you are something else.”
“Is that a good thing?” he asked, pushing his glasses up.
You nodded.
“Are you ready to put on a show?” It’s now or never. It’s time to go in there and show everyone how great Wonwoo is.
A smile tugs at his lips before he leans in to kiss your cheek. With his lips still ghosting your skin he whispered, “This doesn’t have to be a show, this can all be as real as you want it to.”
Suddenly the world feels as if it’s stopped spinning. This wasn’t just some one sided crush? He actually likes you back? Your heart raced and butterflies filled your stomach. Your eyes instantly go wide. You can’t help but wonder if that meant that he might feel something real for her the whole time.
“Let’s go honey.” He moved away from you, and led her into the ballroom that was already packed.
Walking over hand in hand you found your seats. You were relieved that you were at least sitting with some of your cousins that you were at least a little close with. Wonwoo leaned over and let you know he was going to find you something to drink. You stayed to talk to your cousin Irene who was your age and newly married.
“So where did you find that hot one?” Irene asked, smiling.
The feeling of pride that you experience that people are impressed with your date. “He’s a friend from college that I stayed close with.”
Irene brought a glass of wine up to her lips and took a sip and smiled at you. “Well you should keep him around and bring him to more family events, because he’s a babe.”
Before you could even respond, Wonwoo walked over and sat a drink down in front of you. Wonwoo pressed his lips to your cheek for a quick kiss. He sits down next to you.
“Did I miss anything?” he asked.
Irene shook her head, “nope.”
“Are you two not a big fan of PDA?” Irene asked, realizing that Wonwoo only ever kissed your cheek.
Knitting your eyebrows together, you realize you and Wonwoo hadn’t actually shared a kiss on the lips. He’s just been leaving sweet kisses on your cheek or forehead.
“I was just trying to be respectful of her family,” Wonwoo chimed in knowing that you were probably at a loss for words.
“Believe me sweetie nobody is going to be offended if you kiss for real,” Irene said before taking another sip of her wine.
Wonwoo turned to look at you. This was not how you expected your conversation with Irene to go. You must look pretty caught off guard by everything.
He reached over and rested his hand on your cheek and stared at you wondering if you were okay with them sharing a real kiss.
You could basically read his mind by the way he was staring at your lips. Without saying a word you nod your head.
Wonwoo took that as his cue and leaned forward to connect his lips to yours for a searing kiss. The moment your lips touch, electricity courses through your veins. There was a spark between you and Wonwoo that up until that moment you didn’t think existed. Your lips moved together, and Wonwoo gently slid his tongue across your bottom lips asking to deepen the kiss. You reached forward and gripped his blazer as your lips danced.
The sound of someone clearing their throat, catches your attention. Pulling away from Wonwoo. You looked up to see your father standing there.
“I see you two are having fun,” your father awkwardly said.
“Sorry about that sir,” Wonwoo said, not really being sorry at all.
“Sweetheart I was wondering if we could have a father daughter dance?”
You weren’t even able to fully process what had just happened between you and Wonwoo. Now you’re being put on the spot to share a dance with your father. This is far from something you want to do.
“Sure.”
Following you father through the crowd the dj starts playing a slow version of “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles. Your father reached out for you. Slowly you dance together in front of the whole ballroom. You’re both completely silent. You don’t even know what you should even talk about.
“So that Wonwoo guy seems good for you.” He finally says, speaking up.
For some reason his statement annoyed you. “What does that mean?”
“I think he could give you a good life, and you wouldn’t have to worry about working. He could really take care of you.” Your father smiled, completely unaware of how annoying his comments were.
“Am I ever going to be good enough for you?” You’ve finally had enough.
“(YN) why would you even ask me that?” he didn’t seem to understand why you‘re so upset. The problem with him is, he’s never going to understand how much he’s hurt you over the years. For some reason he’s convinced himself that leaving you and your mother didn’t hurt you.
“I could be a god damn rocket scientist who is a millionaire, and somehow or another you would still be disappointed in me.”
He shook his head. “That’s not true. I just have such high hopes for you,” he whispered, attempting to not cause a scene. This was supposed to be a touching father and daughter dance. All this moment is going instead is breaking your heart.
“I had high hopes for you when I was a kid, but that didn’t matter, you still cheated.” You pulled away from your father as the song came to close.
He stared at you looking completely shocked. There was no point in holding back anymore how much he’s broken your heart. “(YN) that had nothing to do with you. That was, and still is, between your mother and I.”
“Well you left us, so I think it had something to do with me.” He silently stared at you wide eyed, clearly unsure what to say to you. “I shouldn’t have even come to this,” you sighed, stepping away from him.
“(YN) I want you to know that I love you,” your father says.
Silently you nodded and walked towards Wonwoo. Everything suddenly feels like it’s falling apart and you can’t sit here and pretend to be happy anymore. You didn’t say anything as you sat down, you reached for your drink and started to chug it. Wonwoo watched knowing that something was said by your father to upset you. As you reached for his drink, he placed his hand lightly on your wrist, instantly stopping you. He couldn’t have you getting wasted at this wedding, you would regret it in the morning if you did.
How can your father make you feel so small with such little effort? No matter how hard you try, you truly just want his approval. The problem is no matter what you do, you unfortunately never get it.
“I’m never going to be enough.”
“That is not true, you are more than enough. You’ve always been enough to me.”
His statement suddenly made your world feel like it was spinning. The aching feeling in your chest doesn’t hurt as badly suddenly.
As music started playing loudly across the ballroom everyone that had been sitting at your table got up to go dance. The two of you stayed at the table. You're trying to process what Wonwoo said.
Your eyes were locked on his dark ones through his glasses. In that moment, you were completely lost in his warm eyes. After the interaction with your father you felt completely and utterly heartbroken. Somehow right in that exact moment you felt like everything was going to be okay. You had Wonwoo sitting right next to you letting you know that your father didn’t matter. If he didn’t think you were enough, he was an idiot.
Your heart was racing a million miles an hour as your eyes started to brim with tears once again. Biting your bottom lip, you weren’t even sure what you should say.
“Are you okay,” Wonwoo asked, growing concerned.
“Am I really enough?”
“I don’t think you are aware how much you mean to me.” He reached over and squeezed your hand. “I came here this weekend because I knew you needed a friend, and because I wanted a chance to see if you would maybe want more…” he hesitated. “I like you, a lot. I totally understand if you just want a friend. I want you to know how I feel.”
This was unexpected. Wonwoo has never even given you the slightest hint that he was interested in you romantically. Silently you stared at him. Not even sure what to say to him.
“You don’t have to say anything, but I want you to know how I feel. I also want to let you know that I don’t think you should give a single fuck what any of your family thinks about you. Especially your father.”
“Wonwoo, I like you too.” A weight feels like it’s been lifted off your chest.
He smiled and reached over and rested his hand on your cheek. “Did you maybe want to share a dance?”
The music had switched to a slow song. There is something about the idea of getting to slow dance with Wonwoo that gives you butterflies.
Standing up you hold your hand out. He laced his fingers with yours. Leading him towards the dance floor you feel your father staring at you. You moved through the crowded dance floor that was filled with couples dancing. He pulls you close to him. Wrapping your arms around his neck he holds your hips, holding you close to him. He bit his bottom lip as he stared at you, it made him happy to see you smiling a little. Looking down at his shirt you feel nervous making eye contact with him. Why do you suddenly feel nervous being this close to him? You had already confessed your feelings to each other. Why did this slow dance feel so intimate?
“You know you are by far the most beautiful girl in this room,” his sweet words caused you to blush.
Glancing up at him through your eyelashes you couldn’t believe this moment was real between you. Suddenly everything seemed like a dream as you swayed to the beat of the song.
“You are quite the charmer Wonwoo.”
“I only want to be charming when it comes to you, honey.”
“I couldn’t have made it through this without you.” The thought of you doing this alone makes your chest hurt.
-
“I’m going to be here for you even after we go home, and I will be your fake boyfriend forever if you need me to be.” He didn’t want to be just your fake boyfriend. “I could also be more if you would want that.” He was putting his heart and the ego on the line right then, but he needed you to know that he would take more if you would give him more.
“I want more,” you whispered as you stopped moving and just stared at each other.
Without a single word he leaned forward and pressed his lips to yours. Your lips moved together as he deepened the kiss. Reaching up and placing his hand on your cheek holding you close. There is no way you weren’t causing a scene, making out on the dance floor. It’s not like you care now. The room could have been on fire and you wouldn’t have even noticed. At that moment nothing seemed to matter other than you and Wonwoo.
Pulling away you whispered, “please take me to our room.” You need to escape and you know Wonwoo will take you anywhere you want to go.
“Are you sure?” He messed with his glasses almost nervously.
You nodded and reached down, taking his hand. Leading him through the ballroom and out the large white doors you had entered through. You silently made your way through the hotel and up the elevator. Nothing was said between you. Wonwoo stared at you as if the two of you were the only people in the entire world. Your stomach was doing flips at the thought of what was about to happen. There was a line that was about to be crossed. You don’t ever want to look back. You want to hold his hand as you both fall together.
-
Entering the room you make quick work of removing your shoes. You turn to look at Wonwoo who was removing his suit jacket. He stared at you wondering if you should just watch a movie and not do anything in the heat of the moment. He was worried you were just acting on your emotions.
You reached behind you to start trying to remove your dress. You turned so your back was to Wonwoo. There was no way you could remove this dress without Wonwoo’s help. He stepped forward and placed a sweet kiss on the back of your neck. A shiver went down your spine at the feeling of his electric touch. Slowly he dragged the zipped down your light blue dress and kissed his way down your spine ever so delicately. Holding your eyes closed tight taking in the feeling of his touch.
A sea of light blue fabric pools at your feet. Left standing in front of him in just your bra and panties.
The room feels different. It’s clear you both know everything is about to change. Honestly things probably changed the moment Wonwoo offered to come to this wedding with you. All your cards have been put on the table. You both have confessed your feelings. Wonwoo had made you feel like you were the most important person in the world. How do you possibly process that?
“Wonwoo what is going on here?” You asked, needing to know if he wanted this to happen. Because right then and there you felt as if you needed him with every part of your body and soul. Your soul aches for him to love you.
He was staring at you with lust blown pupils. He had just laid his heart out on the line, and told you that he wanted more. He wanted to give her everything, but this all had to be on your terms.
“I don’t know what’s happening,” he said softly.
“Wonwoo, I want this but we’re not just caught up in the illusion of a fake relationship, right?” Reaching up and resting your hand on his cheek. Being able to touch him like this is a wonderful reminder this is all real.
“Everything I feel for you has nothing to do with us faking a relationship. I know you think we’re caught up in the moment, but it’s real.”
“I know, I know. It’s just… damnit, I want you.” This all just doesn’t feel real. “This has just been such a crazy weekend. I just need to know that this is all real.”
“I know this has been a crazy weekend, but I want you to know that I want you too,” he reassured you. He had a lot of thoughts going through his own mind. “I want you so badly. I have for a while, but if you don’t want to do this, we don’t have to. I want you to know that everything I feel for you is real.”
“Promise me that even after we do this, you’ll still want me.” You needed to know that this was all real to him. That this wasn’t part of the illusion.
He leaned forward to give you a quick kiss, and slowly said, “I’ve wanted you for a while, and if you want this to be real. I’ll want you five seconds from now, and even five decades from here on.”
“Okay,” you whispered, stepping away from him.
He stared at you as you reached behind you to remove your strapless bra. As it fell to the floor Wonwoo stared at you in awe for a moment before he started to remove his tie. He untucked his shirt. Stepping forward to help him unbutton his shirt.
Leaning forward he placed a sweet kiss on you forehead, “I’ll never get over how beautiful you are.” Butterflies fluttered in your stomach as you finished unbuttoning his shirt. He quickly took off his shoes and removed his socks, and got his pants off. “Can I touch you?” he asked, staring at your soft body.
Most of your life you have struggled with feeling comfortable in your own skin. The idea of being naked in front of someone wasn’t your favorite thought. The way he was looking at you made you feel comfortable. He made you feel truly wanted.
Silently you nodded. He reached out and gently palmed your breast. Leaning forward he starts kissing your bare shoulder. Working his way up your neck placing gentle bites and wet kisses. Soft moans pass your lips. His hand moved to the top of your panties, ever so slowly playing with the seam before his hand slid in. His fingers parted your folds and he gently stroked your sensitive nub.
You gasped at his touch. Everything feels warm and fuzzy. Reaching out to palm him through his boxers. He grew harder in your hand as you continued to palm him. He picks up his paces toying with your clit.
“I need you,” you murmured.
“Okay honey,” he whispered, removing his hand from your panties.
He reached into his pants pocket and pulled out his wallet to remove his incase of emergency condom. He had always carried it with him. Stripping away your panties, you crawled onto the bed. Watching as he kicked off his boxers and tore the foil packet open with his teeth. His eyes stayed locked on yours as he rolled the rubber down his length.
Crawling onto the bed he slowly parted your knees and stared down at you for a long moment before finally speaking, “(YN) are you sure you want this right now? We can always wait and do this another time.”
There is nothing more on this planet that you want than Wonwoo. You desperately want to know what it’s like to be with him in every physical way possible. “Yeah, I want this. I want you.”
“Okay,” he slowly lined up with your entrance. “At any time, if this is too much for you, just tell me and we can stop right then. Don’t worry about upsetting me, I won’t be upset.”
“Wonwoo I just want this,” you reached for his strong hand that was resting on her soft hip.
“Okay,” he whispered as he slowly pushed in.
He leaned forward placing all his weight on his hands as he hovered over you. His hips started to slowly roll as he connected his lips to yours for a passionate kiss.
Your body is warm and all your brain can process is the feeling of Wonwoo filling you completely. The stars have aligned and your finally with the man you desperately want to fall in love with.
You moan as he kisses you, whispering sweet words against your lips. With each thrust he picked up his speed.
Throughout your life you’ve slept with a few people. Sex with Wonwoo was something completely different. You were overwhelmed completely in the best way possible by his touch. He continues to whispered words of praise into your ear causing you to become speechless. Nobody ever in her life had ever said the sweet words he was whispering. It was almost as if he knew all the right things to say. He made you feel as if you were the only person in the world that existed.
He kissed his way down your neck as you moaned his name.
Reaching down to where you’re connected, you started to slowly touch yourself. The moment Wonwoo realized what you were doing he stared at you in awe. He had seen nothing in his entire life as beautiful as you looked right then.
He moaned your name like a prayer. He continued to stare at you in awe. Moaning his name back, as you reached up with your hand that wasn’t touching yourself. Resting it on Wonwoo’s cheek. Your eyes stayed locked on each other as white hot wave washes over you. Wonwoo only got about two more thrust in when he hit his own high. He stilled in you and leaned forward and pressed his lips to yours for a sloppy kiss.
Rolling off of you he laid on his back and looked over at you and smiled, “how about we watch a movie?”
Everything feels perfect and you can’t help but smile.
Wonwoo reached down and pulled the covers up. Reaching over you grab the remote. Curling up next to him as you flipped through the list of movies.
-&-
The urge to pee wakes you up in the middle of the night. You’re still completely naked. Neither you or Wonwoo even bothered putting clothes on. You hadn’t even left the bed other than getting up to use the restroom. Wonwoo had thrown a robe on once so he could grab the room service that was delivered. You put a robe on so you weren't naked while eating. The moment you crawled back into bed you both were fully naked.
The trip to the bathroom was short. Crawling back into bed you moved closer to Wonwoo who had woken up. He let out a yawn and smiled at you.
“What time is it?” he asked.
“It’s like four am,” You said softly, rolling on your side next to him.
“Okay,” he yawned, laying right behind you so you were spooning. He leaned forward and pressed his lips to your shoulder, “I want you to be my girlfriend.”
That wasn’t a statement you were expecting to hear. Your eyes are probably as wide as saucers. “Wonwoo, are you sure about that?”
He leaned up and with his lips brushing your ear whispered, “I have never been more sure of anything in my life.”
You couldn’t help the smile that was plastered across your face. “Okay, let’s talk about it more in the morning when we’re both not half asleep.”
“Is that your way of rejecting me?” he asked with a soft laugh.
“No, I would never reject you Wonwoo. I just don’t want to have this conversation at four in the morning when we’re both half asleep and naked.”
“Okay honey,” he gently pressed his lips to your shoulder.
-&-
Around nine the both of you woke up. There was some tension between the two of you. Neither of you dare to bring up your conversation you shared in the middle of the night. Wonwoo wasn’t going to be the one to bring up first. He knows you well enough to know you’re definitely overthinking this. If he had to, he planned on just bringing it up a couple days after you returned home.
Around ten-thirty you checked out of the hotel and you were on your way back home. About thirty minutes into the drive home you looked over at Wonwoo who was focused on the road.
“Were you serious about what you said?” You needed to know if he regretted anything that had happened between you.
He glanced over at you for a quick second before looking back at the road, “I was one-hundred percent serious about every single thing I said this weekend.”
“Even the part about wanting to be my real boyfriend?” You asked, staring at him.
He wanted nothing more than to be your actual boyfriend.
“I was very serious about that,” he reached over and rested his hand on your soft thigh and gave it a gentle squeeze.
“Wonwoo please pull over.”
“Why?” he asked as he pulled over on the highway. He put the hazards on and looked over at you confused on why he was pulling over. Part of him was worried you were going to get out of the car and run away.
You reached over the center console and took his face in your hands. Crashing your lips into his for a sloppy kiss. Pulling away and smiling at him as he looked at you completely dumbstruck.
“What was that for?”
“I want you to be my real boyfriend, Wonwoo.”
“I would love to be your real boyfriend,” he had a huge smile on his face.
“Okay you can start driving again,” you leaned back in your seat and buckled up again.
Wonwoo had a huge smile plastered on his face as he turned back onto the highway. He reached over and laced his fingers with yours and squeezed your hand three times.
Who knew agreeing to be your fake boyfriend would lead to finally being able to call you his?
If you have asked to be tagged I request that you please reblog. If you could leave comments and or tags that would be greatly appreciated.

Tw- 18+, free use
Wonwoo LOVES free use, but not in the way that you think. He absolutely adores when you manhandle him and take what you want from him. He loves to indulge you. Want to rub your pussy over his bulge while he's on his PC? No problem! Pull his headgear down so he can hear your pretty noises and hump until you're gushing all over his new expensive pants. Want to be eaten out but he's on his switch? No problem! Put the switch aside, push him down and put your pussy in his face. Want to ride him but he's reading? Sure! Throw away his book, pull his cock out and milk him dry.
He's such a giving lover too. If you get too tired while you're riding him, tap him twice on his shoulder and he'll flip you over and fuck you so good that you're drooling in a matter of minutes. You've been at it for hours but you're still horny? It's fine! He'll fuck you dumb once again even if his dick is red and sensitive and he can't cum anymore.
Anything for his princess <3.

SVT's S/O Comes Home Drunk! 🤭
SFW / Nothing explicit, just SVT being (mostly) sweet!
OT13!Seventeen x GN!Reader
OT13 reacts to their partner coming home drunk after a party/drinks with friends or coworkers! Partner is... horny! And silly! Teehee.
Warnings/Content: SFW, fluff (I guess?), mentions of alcohol/alcohol consumption ofc, some members are more protective/possessive than others ... sorry!
Author's note: I just love imagining these boys in little situations, you know? Is it obvious who my biases are? Perhaps. Does that matter? Not to me! 😈 Enjoy! 🤗
S.Coups
Honestly, he's kind of pissed off? He’s feeling protective of you. As you drape yourself all over him in your cute, drunken state, his mind can’t help but imagine you behaving like this and being all touchy-feely with whoever you were drinking with. He gets low key jealous! You can tell he’s upset, which makes you pout, but he gets over it once you start spouting silly drunken nonsense. After he collects himself, he focuses on taking care of you. His jealousy is something he has to work to manage for the sake of your guys’ relationship!
Jeonghan
Sooo amused, lol. He would take videos of you being so drunk and silly to show you/tease you about in the morning. You would sloppily kiss him and in your charged state, you'd even attempt to take things further, but he knows that you’re too drunk to really focus. Plus, he doesn’t feel right about doing that kind of stuff with you when you’re this drunk. He is so sweet about it though, allowing some kissing, and subtly inching you toward the bedroom (to tuck you in! lol).
Joshua
Also finds you soooo cute in this state! He would def take videos and send them to your guys’ closest friends, earning some laugh-crying emojis and commands to put you to bed lol. He would be so sweet tucking you in, and he'd make sure there were hangover cures ready to go in the morning. He finds you being horny when you’re drunk adorable, but he restrains himself. (Gentleman!)
Jun
Bewildered. Help him, someone, please. He was already asleep when you came crashing in so he’s kind of like, “Oh boy here we go...” but once you pounce on him, locking lips in a passionate kiss, he feels... differently. He would not mind having some quick drunken sex with you late at night. If he's being completely honest, he's actually kind of turned on by how uninhibited you’re being.
Hoshi
Over the moon. Ecstatic. Elated. Giddy. No word can really capture the feeling he gets when you’re this drunk and cute! And horny, too!? What more could he ask for? You two are insane when you’re both drunk, to the point where your friends actively try to avoid that situation—trying to covertly cut one of you off when you're all out together before you both get unmanagable. So, it’s something of a relief for him that it’s not him who’s being all drunk and silly for once. He definitely teases you and starts getting really clingy, seeing if you’ll pounce on him (which you do!).
Wonwoo
He doesn't want to, and he probably wouldn't say anything about it, but he feels protective and worried! As soon as you stumble through the door, he’s wondering how you got so drunk, who you were with, how you got home... so many questions start spinning through his mind. But his mind goes blank when you wrap your arms around his neck and look up at him so red-faced and cute. He can’t help but smile at you being so clingy. You try to initiate some making out but he’s not quite in the mood for that. He's too sweet to outright reject you, so he indulges a little bit. But he doesn’t love to get it on with you when you’re drunk because he’s afraid you’ll get hurt somehow, or not remember it which makes him feel bad. Both “w”s in Wonwoo stand for ‘worrier!”
Woozi
Taken aback! At a loss! A bit overwhelmed! He’s not very crazy when he’s drunk, he’s a much more subdued drunk. So, seeing you with so much energy makes him unsure how to handle things, haha. And then you start kissing him, which is... great. Haha. It’s great! He loves kissing you! And you’re not being shy about it at all, which is cute. He would probably stop things before they got too far, but he would make out with you and feel you up a little in this state.
The8
He's finds your drunken habit of being cute and saucy so endearing, haha. He would be very sweet, making sure that you drink plenty of water before bed, indulging your kisses but not going further, tucking you in... he just loves you and is genuinely happy that you had such a fun night.
Mingyu
Haha, he finds your drunken state sooo cute he can hardly contain himself, but he pretends to be sulky about this behavior to tease you! Also, let's be real, he gets really bad FOMO when you come home like this! He didn’t get to drink and have fun with his baby! But you’re so funny to him when you’ve lost your composure like this. Usually he’s the big baby in your relationship so it’s fun for him to see you so whiney and clingy as he teases you for having fun without him. You drunkenly suggest that you make it up to him in the bedroom, and he says he is very tempted, but just softly brushes your hair out of your face and promises to let you do whatever you want to him when you’re more sober.
DK
He thinks you’re beyond funny and adorable when you’re drunk! He honestly doesn’t see you very drunk that often, so he really savors the times that you let down your guard like this! He asks you all kinds of silly questions and laughs so hard at your cute answers, his smile never leaving his face. He can’t stop petting/touching you, and you get carried away snuggling into him. You start to kiss his neck aggressively, which turns him on like crazy, but he stops you before you go any further, saying that his princess needs some water and some sleep first. (He will absolutely destroy your pussy in the morning tho...)
Seungkwan
Reluctantly charmed by you being like this, but also low key worried about how you may have acted towards whoever you were out drinking with. He wants to have your touchy-feely side all to himself! He would put a gentle stop to any kissing/physical intimacy you may try to initiate. Even in your drunken state you can tell something is bothering him, but you’re too far gone to try to deal with it so you start masturbating out of spite instead, which makes him scoff at how much of a brat you can be. But before long he caves and helps you finish by eating you out. He will be kind of passive aggressive toward you in the morning tho... Takes a brat to recognize another brat. ;)
Vernon
He goes into caretaking mode immediately. He'd smile at how cute and ridiculous you're being, for sure, but as soon as you wrap your arms around him, he's picking you up and carrying you to bed. You giggle about this, pulling him down on top of you and trying to get him to stay with you and help you vent some of the sexual frustration you're feeling with the help of all that liquid courage, but he just kisses you sweetly, and then gives you a look of utmost seriousness as tells you that you need to drink water and sleep more than anything else. But he would absolutely stay with you until you fell asleep!
Dino
Why he is not drunk with you is anyone's guess but he goes all-in on teasing you! He thinks you’re such a funny drunk. He would def be taking videos to show you in the morning that would make you cringe. He thinks its so cute though!! He would also not hesitate if you wanted to fuck, he feels like you two trust each other enough to do it even when one of you is kind of wasted. Plus you will not stop crawling on top of him, what is he supposed to do!?

hiiii are you taking requests? 🥹 i was wondering if you could write a fluffy second chance romance trope with mingyu x reader? 🫶🏻
I am so sorry this took a million years longer than I wanted! But it's all done and I hope you enjoy!! <3

Synopsis: Mingyu's job as an idol is very demanding, but you guys want to make it work.
Tags: Idol!Mingyu, Canon, Second Chances, Fluff, A bit of angst, Flashbacks
Length: approx. 3.2k words
Mingyu x Reader - The Good Easily Outweights the Bad
You were sitting on the couch, a book in your hand and a coffee on the end table. Your TV has been playing a shuffled mix of different songs, the ambiance changing from power ballads to Western indie pop, to whatever was the top-charting idol song in the past few weeks. You didn’t mind, though. It was a type of chaos you never minded, a type of chaos you preferred.
One that at times, you even missed.
A familiar rumbling of thunder came up on the television screen and you didn’t even need to look up from your book to feel your lips quirk up into a sad smile. When you did, however, it was just in time for the familiar piano sounds to click into view. A familiar chant was called into the screen, and the song began.
You set your book down, eyes focused solely on the song. MAESTRO by Seventeen was playing, their most recent comeback and it was one that frequently kept coming up in your song rotation. Mostly because you put it there.
Well, you and Kim Mingyu himself, that is.
“Have you seen it? Have you seen it?!” Mingyu was practically bouncing on the balls of his feet as he stood in front of your TV. You smiled up at him from the couch, lounged in your sweats and a large tee shirt - it was his - as he typed in the name of their newest video to the search bar.
“You told me to wait for you to come over, Gyu,” you said behind a giggle. Mingyu turned to you, laughing shyly as he remembered the request. Once the video was up, he walked to the couch, immediately plopping at your side and tugging you under his arm, resting his hand around your waist. Your eyes flickered up to him as the video began, amusement and fondness in your features as you turned back to the video.
Mingyu always liked playing his music when the two of you were together. Not because he was vain or expected praise, if anything it was the opposite. You would compliment his scenes and he’d blush; lopsided smile and all as he told you to ‘knock it off’. However, you never did, and he never protests under real stress. So, you assumed he played the videos because he liked being teased. And you liked to tease. It was good like that.
Mingyu hasn’t been to your apartment in a little over two weeks.
Not because you didn’t want him to be. You always wanted him to be. But it wasn’t possible, not the way it used to be. Mingyu’s job as an idol was demanding, especially with all of his success these past few years. From a brand ambassador who traveled the world, to a variety show participant, to a pop idol, Mingyu’s time was spread thin in his career. That meant little, if any, of that time was for you. And that killed you.
As the song came to an end, another was right on the horizon. It stayed like that for a good three or four songs, and you did not have the heart to change it. You made it louder. Maybe it was because it brought back good memories, of times when the two of you were still able to cuddle on the couch and watch music videos or TV until he had to go for the night. Or even better, until the two of you fell asleep on the couch and woke up in the middle of the night still cuddled up the way you had been.
You got up as the song changed once again, making your way into the kitchen. End tables and shelves were still littered with photos of the two of you, of you two with both his members and your friends. You knew after a month of not being involved with MIngyu anymore, you really should put them away. Not throw them out, but store them somewhere. But looking at them made you feel a bit of comfort, and you didn’t have enough time or money to go out knick-knack shopping for replacements. So there, the memories sat.
You opened the fridge, pulling out a tupperware of leftovers from the previous night. You popped open the plastic, the smell of leftover fried rice making your belly rumble and your mind race.
“Gyu, I’m starving, babe.” You whined, laying your head on the table. Mingyu chuckled from the counter, turning to look at the pan he was currently frying up rice in.
“I said we should order something in because it’s so late.” he reminded.
“But I haven’t seen you, and I missed your cooking.”
“And that is why I am currently in your kitchen, cooking.” He nodded. You sighed. “Ahh, don’t worry.” You heard footsteps crossing the little kitchen, and when you looked up from the table, Mingyu leaned down to plant a kiss on the top of your head. “It’ll be done in five minutes.”
“Alright, then I’ll set the table.” you said, getting up and heading over to your cabinets and grabbing two plates. You poked your head over at Mingyu as he returned to the cooking, smiling. “It smells good.”
Mingyu chuckled, almost shy at the compliment. “Thank you~.” he said.
Your fried rice wasn’t anything like his, but it was still good, and you popped it in the microwave to reheat. As you rested your hips on the counter, you scanned the empty apartment. It was usually empty, since you were the only one who lived there. But with Mingyu, it felt less empty. Not just because he was a towering gym rat who looked a bit beefier every time you saw him, but because his laugh echoed from the living room to the bedroom when he watched TV while you tried to sleep, or his shriek at the sight of a spider echoed from the balcony and most likely all the way back to HYBE.
Ready to Love started playing on the TV, and your eyes cast up to see the beginnings of the music video.
The beep of the microwave reclaimed your attention momentarily as you took out the food, grabbing a utensil and returning to the couch, nestling beside the book you left bent right down the middle as to not lose your place in it. The meal was quiet, minus the music playing on the TV. Most of them have been this past month when it was just you home for dinner. You popped the leftovers into your mouth, pursing your lips together.
“I have our first music show performance for maestro tomorrow.” Mingyu said, sliding his shoes on. “Why am I nervous?”
“You’re always nervous.” you chuckled, resting on the wall. “But you’ll do fine. I’ll be sure to vote, okay?” Mingyu turned to you and smiled.
“I’ll do my best if I know you’re watching.” He said. You nodded. “I’ll try to come by again soon, okay?”
“Don’t push yourself…” you said softly, and Mingyu’s smile dropped. Maybe it was because yours did as well, you could feel it in your face. He stepped closer, brushing some hair out of your face.
“I’ll try to come by again soon, okay?” he asked. “Our schedules are really packed but I will.”
“I know.” you said. Mingyu smiled, leaning down to offer a quick kiss. “I”ll text you when I get back home, and then go right back to sleep!” he pouted. “I don’t want to hear any of this nonsense that you were up all night gaming!”
“I won’t!”
“Wonwoo lives in my apartment, I will hear him.” he said. You laughed behind a hand, and Mingyu’s grin widened.
“Okay, okay. Goodnight, Gyu.” you said, watching as he grabbed the last of his things and headed out the door, offering one more glance and smile as he headed out the door.
His schedule really did pack up after that, from music shows to runways to modeling shoots. Everyone wanted a piece of Kim Mingyu, it seemed. Everyone including you. But you told yourself never to be selfish when it came to his career, it was in his life long before you. But that didn’t make it hurt any less.
Closing the tupperware, you returned to the kitchen and discarded it. Washing it would be a tomorrow you problem. You felt tired all of a sudden. You pressed your back onto the couch, finally clicking off the TV and really dropping the apartment into silence. Your book fell to the floor, but you left it, eyes cast up to the ceiling. Your felt your chest tighten, knowing tomorrow would be another day that Mingyu would be anywhere except here with you. You tried not to let it hurt, but God you just couldn’t help it.
“Think of something positive, something good.” You mumbled to yourself in the dim lighting of your apartment. You closed your eyes, rolling through the endless cavern of positive memories.
“It’s nice out tonight.” you said, leaning over the railing of your balcony and admiring the view. Mingyu had a few consecutive days off, and immediately rushed to spend them with you. You turned to him as he sipped a beer, resting comfortably on one of your outdoor chairs. He looked up at you and smiled.
“It is.” he said. After a second, he pulled out his phone, reaching up to angle it towards the sky. You stepped out of the way, allowing him uninterrupted access to the sky and stars above.
“Is this for Instagram?” you asked curiously. Mingyu laughed, his shoulder shaking a bit.
“Maybe.” he said. A few more taps on his phone, and without looking up, he moved his hand in your direction. You watched him motion for you to take a few steps towards him. “I want one of you.”
“What?” you asked. “You can’t post that.” Despite your protest, you were already shifting yourself.
“I won’t.” he assured. You tilted your head, but Mingyu only grinned. “Smile.”
“Gyu-.”
“I’ll be in Europe for a while…I want something to look at when I miss you.”
You felt your heart swell, a smile forming on your face as Mingyu snapped the picture. He turned it around to examine the results, nodding. “Perfect..”
When you took your next breath, it was shaky. Not the best memory to recall it seemed. They had just gone on their Europe trip, making appearances in both Paris for UNESCO and London for Glastonbury. Both of which were big opportunities, wonderful opportunities that Mingyu talked about endlessly with you when he and the other members found out. However, with rehearsals and travel preparations, your limited time with Mingyu decreased even more.
And then you had to do it.
“A break?” Mingyu asked. “Wh-why?”
“I just think it’s best.” you said softly. “You have a lot going on and I don’t want to tie you down.” You leaned back in your chair, sighing. “Just while your schedule is full. I want you to focus on that, and when-.” you paused. “If things calm down, then-.”
“When has that ever happened successfully?” Mingyu asked. There was no malice in his words, not even all that much hurt. He just genuinely sounded like he wanted to know when ‘a break’ has worked, as if knowing it has worked will make a difference in if it will this time.
“Gyu…” you sighed. “I just want you to do your job without anything tying you down…”
Mingyu didn’t put up much of a fight after that, finally agreeing that, for now, his focus should be on his upcoming intense schedules. He slipped on his shoes, turned to you with a smile and kiss goodbye as usual, and left the apartment. Neither of you have spoken since.
You felt your throat close up, wiping your eyes. Mingyu would be home from that schedule, if he wasn’t already. Usually, he’d fly directly to your apartment and cling to you for hours, maybe even all night.
“I missed you so much!”
“I missed you too, Gyu! Tell me everything!!”
That wouldn’t happen this time.
Just as you regained yourself, closing your eyes to try and get some sleep, there was a knock at your door. Your head snapped over, breath stilling. A second passed, and there was another knock, followed by a deep familiar voice calling out your name.
“M-mingyu?!” You called, sitting up. You swung your legs over the side of the couch, getting up and padding over to the door. In one swift motion the door was unlocked and flung open, Mingyu standing there out of breath. “What are you doing? Did…did you run here?”
“I had to.” he said. “I… we got back yesterday, I would have come then if I didn’t crash on the couch as soon as I got home and-.”
“Gyu, wait.” You said, reaching out to take his hand. “C-come in…come in…” Mingyu sighed, walking in and closing the door behind him. “You look so out of breath. Do you want water?”
“Ah, yes. Please…” he said. You spun to head into the kitchen, motioning him into the living room as he trudged in, plopping himself down. “Yeesh! I forgot how far your apartment is from me.” A chuckle escaped your lips as you grabbed a water bottle, walking over to the couch and passing it to him. “Thanks…” he cracked it open and took a long sip.
“What are you doing here?” you asked, not intending for it to come out as harsh at it did. Mingyu looked up at you, and that was when you saw a plastic bag at his side. Your features softened almost immediately at the familiar convenient store logo. His lips quirked up into a smile.
“It’s only been a few weeks. You know I bring our favorite convenient store meal every time I come back from a long trip.” He leaned over, opening the bag and pulling out chips, ice creams, rice balls, and ramen. You opened your mouth to speak, but Mingyu was already a step ahead. “I know what you said before I left…” he said. “I tried to stay away, or at least call and ask if I could come by. But…it just didn’t feel right to not come here right away.” he looked at you.
“Oh…”
He motioned the ramen cups to you. “I won’t stay long. But at least humor me and eat some, hm?”
With only a bit of leftover fried rice in your system, you were weak to refuse. Taking the cups, you returned to the kitchen one final time, Mingyu following behind the store the ice cream for later.
The kitchen was quiet as the two of you sat at the table, waiting for your ramen cups to cook. Mingyu drummed his finger along the table.
“I saw the photos.” you said quickly. “And the performances. You guys were amazing.”
MIngyu looked almost shocked. “You actually watched them?”
“Of course,” you chuckled. “I told you I would.”
“Yeah, but that was before…” Mingyu trailed off. You sighed, looking down at your hands.
“I know.” you said. “But I still promised.” Mingyu chuckled a bit. Another long silence, and you sighed.
“Mingyu, I’m sorry.” you said. His eyes shot up as the words tumbled out of your mouth a bit faster than you had intended, if you had intended at all. But they were out now. “I…was so stupid.”
“Stupid? No, come on now.” he said. “Don’t say that.”
“No, I was.” you said. “You make every effort to keep me in your life, even when you’re busy and I toss it all away for no reason.” you sighed. “The minute I said that we needed a break I wanted to take it back but I didn’t know if I could at that point.”
Mingyu was silent for a second, opening his ramen cup. The steam rose and hit his cheeks, and he smiled. Grabbing his chopsticks, he stirred, leaning back in his chair to talk. “I talked to Jeonghan and Shua about it while we were away.” he said. “And I had time to think about it myself, too.”
“Oh?” You frowned. Jeonghan and Joshua were his best friends, not yours. You knew if it was appropriate, they’d side with him in a heartbeat. And it was definitely appropriate. “What did they say?”
“Well.” he took a bite of his food and chewed, processing his thoughts before he said. “They told me that it made sense why you felt that way. And that neither of us are in the wrong, but both of us were stressed with my schedules.” He shrugged. “So, I told myself I’d give you space when I came back.” he smiled. “Wait until my schedules calmed a bit and then go from there.”
“So-.” you motioned to the ramen and snacks in the fridge. “Why didn’t you?”
He chuckled, a bit of pink on his cheeks as he replied: “I just missed you too much.”
You felt yoru breath catch in your throat at hose words, inhaling a deep breath. “I missed you too. Even though it’s only been a few weeks.” Mingyu chuckled.
“I know.” he said. “We’ve been apart longer, but for some reason these few weeks felt unbearable.” he set his chopsticks down, licking his lips. “Maybe because I’m usually so used to knowing that you’d be here when I got back.” You chuckled. “I was worried you’d slam the door in my face.”
“Oh, come on, what do you take me for?” you pouted, and Mingyu threw his head back to laugh.
“I know.” he assured. A deep breath. “I’d…like to try again, though.” he said. “I don’t want to be on a break.” he said. “If you really feel strongly about it…I won’t dare push you.” he shook his head. “But, regardless, I hope that until we figure everything out, I can still come by from time to time.”
“Ah, Gyu…” you sighed, finally reaching out to mix your own ramen. “I want to try again too.” His eyes sparkled a bit from across the table as he took another bite into his mouth. “Like I said, the minute I suggested it…I wanted to take it back. I’m sorry…”
Mingyu got up, ramen up and all, pulling him chair to your side and sitting beside you. When you looked up, he leaned forward and kissed your forehead.
“Just don’t let your ramen get cold, and I’ll forgive you.” he teased. “Or at the very least, give it to me.” You chuckled, resting against his shoulder.
“...So, tell me everything that happened in Europe.” you said, putting a bite of food in your mouth. “I heard your pants ripped.” He groaned.
“Do we have to start with that?” he asked, and you covered your mouth to laugh.
“I got these for you!!” Mingyu outstretched a convenient store bag in your direction. When you looked down, you saw ramen, chips, and ice cream inside. He had just gotten home from the Be the Sun tour the day before, and since you couldn’t meet him at the dorms or the airport, he promised to come to you once he was fully unpacked. “I thought we could snack and I’ll tell you all about the tour!”
You smiled, reaching out and taking the bag, setting it aside before pulling Mingyu into a tight hug. He immediately returned it, hands squeezing around your waist as he nestled into your hair. “I missed you so much.” he said.
“I missed you too, Gyu.” you said. Pulling back, you looked up at him. “Tell me everything!”

SEVENTEEN MTL to show PDA
This is my personal opinion and perspective. It may not accurately reflect their real-life personalities or behaviors.
Most Likely
1. Seungcheol – We all know he's confident so I don't think he would mind subtle PDA to show care and that you're happily his.
2. Hoshi
3. Joshua
4. Mingyu
5. Jeonghan
6. Dokyeom
7. Jun
8. Minghao
9. Dino
10. Vernon – Low-key and chill, wouldn’t mind minimal PDA but not too overt.
11. Woozi – Will show through music instead.
12. Wonwoo – comfortable with PDA only if it’s subtle and not noticeable unless squint.
13. Seungkwan – I think he's a very expressive person but might find public affection a bit embarrassing; would save it for private moments.
Least Likely

••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
You wanted to surprise your sweet husband. Wonwoo was on his way home and you were making his favorite meal. It had been a long week for him. Prepping for the upcoming tour and rearranging choreography to accommodate two absent members. He needed a treat. So you decided to give him just that. It’s an old family recipe. You could mostly make it from memory but you always got stuck towards the end. You kept your grandmothers cook book on the top shelf, away from the wear and tear of daily life. The only problem was Wonwoo was the one who usually got it down for you. At 5 months pregnant you weren’t necessarily as nimble as you used to be but climbing on the counter couldn’t be that difficult. So you made sure the counter was clear before climbing on to it.
The scene the welcomes Wonwoo as he enters this house is certainly unexpected and absolutely unwelcome. Upon entering the house he gets a clear view of you. His gorgeous loving wife, on the counter. He doesn't think his body just moves. He rushes into the kitchen and sweeps you off the counter and sets you on your feet. You’re taken by surprise. You hadn’t heard him come in, and didn’t expect him for another half hour. "Hi Baby" you greet him with a smile, getting on your tippy toes to press a soft kiss to his lips. Wonwoo doesn’t return your affection. He is staring down at you completely stunned. "Are you okay?" you are both puzzled and concerned by hid reaction. He takes a deep breath while running a hand through his hair. “Gorgeous, what on earth were you doing on the counter” He asks after he’s finally collected his thoughts. “Oh, I was trying to get the recipe book down” You don’t think much of it and turn back to the stove to stir your pot. “I can never remember how much gochujang it requires.”
Wonwoo can’t help but smile at you. He knows you mean well, but your tendency to disregard your own safety troubles him. “Baby, I appreciate you cooking my favorite meal so much. I love you. You take such amazing care of me. Could you spare some of that care for yourself?” He pulls you into his embrace and rests his chin and your head. That’s when it clicks. That look in his eyes when he first walked in. Fear. He was scared. “Woo, I promise. I was being careful. Don’t worry.” You try reassuring him even though you know he’s right. “It’s not just you I’m worried about. It’s the baby. You know you’re clumsy. You almost gave me a heart attack.” You pull back to smile at your husband and adjust the glasses on his face. “I promise to wait next time.” You tell him as he moves his hands to your growing belly. He kneels to have a whispered conversation with your unborn child before returning to his full height. “What was that about?” You ask unable to hide your smile. “I just told him that I hope he inherits my coordination.” He laughs at the expression on your face before turning to the stove. “Sweet and Spicy Chicken? I’ve been craving it all week.” He places a swift kiss on your cheek. “Thank you so much, but no more counters deal?” “Deal.” You agree as he reaches up with ease and grabs the recipe book.

king of my heart

𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭: jeon wonwoo x f.reader
↳ I'm perfectly fine, I live on my own. I made up my mind, I'm better off being alone. We met a few weeks ago. Now you try on callin' me "baby" like tryin' on clothes
𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐞: soulmates au?, non idol au
𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭: 3.2k
𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: so much fluff, they’re both so incredibly down bad for each other, wonwoo rides a motorcycle (I don’t know if that’s a warning), smut warning below the cut
𝐚𝐧: my next story for SVT inspired by reputation songs by taylor swift. This is part of a loosely connecting series called “all for you” you can absolutely just read this as one shot. Vernon’s story is coming soon about him and his girl that’s mentions.
part two
if you would like to be tagged please fill out this form.
𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐬!

𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: unprotected sex, big dick wonwoo, breeding kink, cum play, cum eating, body worship, breast play (wonwoo is boob obsessed), praise kink, glasses kink?(mc gets really turned on by wonwoo glasses), nicknames: baby (both)

It all felt like a whirlwind meeting him. You had lived your life mostly alone. You had moved to the city after college away from your family. You were heavily focused on your career. You had lived alone for the last two years and never even tried dating.
You met Wonwoo on a Friday night when a couple of coworkers convinced you to go out with them. You couldn’t say no to Mingyu when he practically begged you to join him and his friends. You and Mingyu worked for a publishing house.
Something tells you Mingyu wanted to set you up with Wonwoo all along. The moment you were introduced you were drawn to him. He’s so handsome and charming. You shared an instant connection with him you had never shared with anyone before.
Since that first night you met you couldn’t stop thinking about the boy with glasses. You went on your first date after only knowing each other for two days. He took you on a sunset picnic by the river. You instantly realized you had a lot in common but you were also quite different, but in a good way. That night was the first night you rode on his motorcycle. You never knew you could be so attracted to a man who rode a motorcycle before him. He took you home walking you up to your apartment. You had no issues with sleeping together on your first date, but Wonwoo said he wanted to wait a little. He said the anticipation of what’s to come will make it worth it. So that night with you pressed up against your front door you shared a heated kiss goodbye.
It’s only been two months and you can’t get enough of him. He still gives you butterflies and his touch feels electric. You spend almost every day with him one way or another.
His body is plastered behind yours as you lay on your side. His hand grips your soft stomach as he slowly thrust into you. This has been a normal way you’ve been waking up with him. You found out very early on that Wonwoo is quite fond of morning sex. Waking up with Wonwoo erection poking your stomach gave you an idea of how your morning was going to go. It didn’t take him long for him to slip off your underwear and push your oversized shirt up. You can’t help but question why you even try to sleep wearing clothes when Wonwoo is in your bed.
Pushing your hips back you can’t help but gasp at how deep he’s hitting. This is one of your favorite positions with him. He’s so big that when he’s behind you he feels like he’s going extra deep.
“Baby,” he moans your latest nickname he’s started calling you.
Everything about Wonwoo is perfect. Even his body is perfect. His wide shoulders and slim waist, and his dick is the biggest you’ve ever had. You don’t know how you’ll repay Mingyu for basically setting you up.
Wonwoo falls apart filling you to the brim. You learned early on that Wonwoo loves fucking you raw and has a fascination with coming inside you. Sometimes you wonder if he's trying to get you pregnant.
Sitting on his knees between your legs he watches intently as his cum drips out of you. His finger slowly scoops some up before pushing it back inside of you.
“You know you're the first man I have been with who seems obsessed with coming inside me,” you tease.
“Does it make me territorial!?” He smiles.
“Possibly, but you don’t try to dom me while you do it.” Your hand glides down your stomach and slowly dips through your fold smearing around his release.
“Do you want me dom you?” He asked, arching his eyebrow.
“Not really. I like the way things are with us.”
“That’s good because this is about as kinky as I get,” he laughs crawling off the bed. He disappears into your bathroom that’s connected to your room. He comes back holding a warm washcloth. Gently he wipes away the mess that you’ve both made.
“I think you’re kinkier than you give yourself credit for. You definitely like to overstimulate me. You also are definitely obsessed with my boobs.”
He walks over to the nightstand putting on his glasses. Shaking his head, “and you’re obsessed with me fucking you while I have my glasses on.”
“Who can blame a girl?” You slowly sit up. He presses his lips to yours for a soft kiss. “Oh we can’t forget the time you thought it would be fun to edge me.”
-
“Has Wonwoo convinced you to go to Seungcheol's birthday tonight yet?” Mingyu says sitting a cup of coffee down in front of you.
Going to events with Wonwoo’s friend group still felt odd to you. You weren’t used to a man proudly wanting to take you to things.
Before you started dating the man who has been stealing your heart, you didn’t realize you have a few mutual friends. Before your first meeting you had Mingyu mention Wonwoo’s name a few times. It turns out you and Wonwoo had a few mutual friends. One of them is your coworker Mingyu and the other two are friends from college Vernon and Sweetie. The latter who is now dating another friend from the boys’ friend group Soonyoung.
“Has my boyfriend recruited you to help convince me?” You take a sip of your iced coffee. Seungcheol birthday party has been a conversation with your boyfriend for over a week.
“He mentioned a couple times that you felt awkward going,” he sits down in the chair in front of your desk.
“I’m awkward in social settings. Hell I never went out with anyone from work until that night a couple months ago when you convinced me.” You we’re quite the homebody before you started working with Mingyu. Back in college you really only had two friends: your roommate at the time, sweetie and her best friend Vernon.
“And look what happened you went out and I got you a boyfriend,” he smiles. Mingyu is never going to stop bragging about the fact that he successfully set up you and Wonwoo.
“I guess I don’t need to go out again since I got myself a boyfriend. I only need one. I don't need to go try to find a second one.”
The eye roll he gives you makes you feel like you’re winning this conversation. “Very funny. (YN) just go to the party. It’s just a get together on the rooftop of Seungcheol and Shau’s place. We’re not going clubbing or anything.”
“Why do you and Wonwoo want me to go so badly?”
“Because your boyfriend wants to be able to show you off. Wonwoo wasn’t really a relationship guy before you. Let him be the doting boyfriend he loves to be with you.” It seems like both you and Wonwoo we’re fine on your own before you met.
“Are you going to bring any one?” You attempt to change the subject.
Leaning back in his chair he suddenly seems shy. “I have a friend who might come with me.”
“Is this certain friend a girl who works at your favorite coffee place.”
“Yes.”
“Okay,” you smile before taking a drink of your coffee. “Has she ridden on your motorcycle yet?”
A smile pulls at his lips, “maybe.”
-
You’ve been home from work for about an hour before Wonwoo lets himself into your apartment. He finds you sitting on your couch with your laptop looking at a book manuscript.
He looks extremely hot with little effort. He’s wearing jeans, a tight fitting white shirt and a leather jacket. It’s clear by the helmet in hand he rode his motorcycle over.
“Hi,” you close your laptop.
He doesn’t say anything, he walks over and presses his lips to yours for a heated kiss.
“I thought I would stop by before heading to Cheol’s birthday.”
“Did you miss me already,” you tease.
“I always miss you.” He pulls away sitting his helmet on the coffee table.
“You just saw me this morning.”
“Maybe that’s too long ago for me,” he sits down next to you.
“How can I get you to go to Cheol’s party with me?” With the amount of times he’s brought up this party it’s clear it's important to him. You’re starting to feel selfish for giving him such a hard time about it. When it comes to being in a relationship with him you know you both need to compromise sometimes.
“You really want me to go, huh?”
“It would be the first time most of the group is together and I would like to introduce you to more people.” He pushes his fingers through his hair. “Also a few of the guys Soonyoung, Jihoon, and Shau’s girlfriends will all be there.”
“I'm already friends with Soonyoung and his girlfriend. Are we forgetting she was my college roommate?”
“Just humor me and come. Please.”
“Do you have a second helmet or are we taking a cab to Cheol’s?”
“Let’s take cab so you can wear one of your cute little dresses.”
-
Parties and get together we’re never your favorite situation to be in. Things don’t feel as overwhelming when Wonwoo is holding your hand through it all.
All of Wonwoo’s friends are nice and they all seem very excited to get to know you.
Jeonghan went on a rant telling you how Wonwoo talks about you all the time at work. You feel your cheeks burn as you hear about all the kind things your boyfriend says about you.
Mingyu arrives at the party with a pretty girl. You assume it’s the girl you’ve heard him talk about. Anytime he’s ever mentioned her he sounds absolutely smitten.
“I think that girl with Mingyu might actually make him change his ways,” Wonwoo whispers in your ear. You’ve through working with Mingyu, and from dating his best friend/roommate that Mingyu isn’t normally the dating type. He likes to love and leave them. Most of his relationships seem to be only sexual.
“He looks happy,” you say.
“He is. Maybe he’ll find what we have,” he kisses your temple. “I’m going to get a drink. Why don’t you talk Vernon?”
Your boyfriend heads off to the table that is set up as a makeshift bar. Walking over to the edge that looks out onto the city. Vernon is standing there with a red cup in his hand. He seems lost in thought.
“What are you thinking about?” Vernon looks up at you before taking a sip of his drink.
“Do you ever think that you’re destined to be with someone?”
You’ve been thinking about this a lot recently. Your opinions on it now are drastically different then they would have been at the beginning of the year. “You know if you would have asked me this three months ago I would have said no. But since meeting Wonwoo I feel like a part of me has always been missing before him. He makes me feel whole in a way I didn’t even know was possible.”
He leans back against the rail, “sounds like you’re in love.”
“I’ve been in love before, but nothing has ever felt like this.”
Vernon gives you a smile before taking another drink. “Sounds to me like maybe Wonwoo is your soulmate.”
That word has been floating around in your head for over a month. At the rate you fell in love with Wonwoo it didn’t feel real. Before him you were perfectly fine being alone. But somehow he changed everything.”
“Maybe he is,” looking over at the bar area you find him smiling while he’s listening to Joshua and Jun tell him something. You love when he smiles and makes your heart flutter. “I think I need to tell him I love him.”
“Have you guys not said the big L word?”
“Not yet. I think I will tonight.”
Vernon has always been someone special to you. He always seemed to understand more than any of your friends. “Why did you ask about being destined to be with someone?”
“It’s nothing,” he looks down at his feet.
“Vernon, just tell me.”
He lets out a heavy sigh, “I used to think I was destined to be with Sweetie back in college. But like clearly that didn’t work out and it’s a good thing it didn’t because her and Soonyoung are so happy,” he looks off into the corner where Soonyoung and his girlfriend are clearly having an intimate conversation. “I always cared about her and I definitely loved her back then, but there is someone else now.”
“The neighbor girl?” You’ve heard him mention the girl who lived across from him, Chan, and Seokmin. He just nods. “Is she still with that guy?”
“I’m pretty sure he’s cheating on her,” he sighs. “I found her crying outside her apartment again yesterday.”
“Have you guys gotten closer?”
“Yeah. I can’t really keep my feelings out of it either.”
“Have you thought about telling her? Maybe it would give her a reason to leave him.”
“It’s crossed my mind.”
Wonwoo walks up behind pressing his lips to the top of your head. “Hey Vernon.” He reaches over patting Vernon on the shoulder.
“Hey Wonwoo. I’m gonna give you guys a minute.” Vernon instantly excuses himself.
“Is he okay?” Wonwoo asked.
“I think he will be.” You can’t help but be sad for Vernon. He hasn’t exactly been the luckiest when it comes to the dating department.
Wonwoo hands you a red cup with what looks like beer in it. Staring at him watching as he takes a sip you feel like a college girl drinking beer out of plastic cups with the boy she’s fascinated with.
“Wonwoo?”
“Yeah baby?” He gives you that same smile that melts you every time.
“I love you.” Normally you would be terrified to say those words first, but with Wonwoo you’re anything but scared.
“That’s good, because I’m head over heels for you,” he steps closer to you. Leaning down presses his lips to yours for a heated kiss.
“Does that mean you love me?” You want to hear him say those three little words.
“I absolutely love you.”
You lean forward and kiss him again. You won’t ever get enough of the feeling of his lips on yours. Wrapping his arms around you he holds you close. There is something so warm and safe about being in his arms.
He releases you from his hold and leans down pressing his lips to your again.
“I need to use the restroom,” you want to get Wonwoo alone away from all his friends for a few moments.
“It’s downstairs in Cheol’s place.”
“I really need you to go with me,” you lace your fingers with his.
“Oh, I’m assuming you don’t need to pee?”
“Not at all.”
-
Bent over the sink he slowly thrust into you. Glancing up into the mirror, your eyes focus on Wonwoo reflection. The site of his hair a little messy and his glasses on as he fucks you turns you on even more. Strong hands grip your hip as he thrust into you quickly.
“We don’t have a lot of time,” he groans. Reaching around he takes one of your boobs in his hands. You learned very early on that Wonwoo has an obsession with your boobs. He loves playing with them while you fuck.
“You’re doing so good for me,” his praises do nothing but spur you on. “You take me so well.”
“Fuck- you feel so good,” you quitely whine.
His hips snap into yours at a quick pace. He’s normally not this quick or rough, but doing this in Seungcheol’s apartment bathroom while everyone is up on the rooftop means he can’t take his time with you.
“I love you,” you moan.
“Say it again,” he continues thrusting into you.
“I love you Wonwoo.”
Putting your hand over your mouth you desperately try to muffle your moans. Everyone might be up on the roof top but you don’t want to risk someone coming into the apartment and hearing what you and your boyfriend are doing. They don’t need to hear you screaming because he’s absolutely railing you in the bathroom.
“I love you,” he moans.
“Harder,” you moan.
He snaps his hips even harder than before. If you weren’t bent over the counter he might knock you over with how hard he’s thrusting into you. Grabbing your bicep he lifts you up so you’re flush against him as his hips thrust into you. His hand slides push the straps of your dress down to access your breast. He squeezes tightly playing with your taunt nipple.
“Baby,” you whimper.
“Fuck-“
You normally like to look at him during sex but he’s hitting inside you so incredibly deep you’re practically seeing stars.
Fall apart together moaning each other's name. He rolls his hips slowly helping you ride out your high while he paints your inside walls white.
“Maybe coming inside me wasn’t a good idea at a party.”
Slowly he pulls out leaving you feeling empty. Your hand reaches down to your core where his cum is already leaking out. He stands there blissed out staring at you. He dips his finger through your slit picking up some of his release. He holds it up to your mouth and without even thinking you lick it off his fingers.
“Fuck, you’re hot.”
“Maybe we should clean me up, so everyone doesn’t know fucked in the birthday boy’s bathroom.” You say earning a laugh from your boyfriend.
Going back up to the rooftop you try to act like nothing happened downstairs with you and Wonwoo. You let him hold your hand taking you around the party talking to all of his friends. Even though you don’t like parties or anything like that you realize you’ll go to any of them with Wonwoo because you know that makes him happy. You honestly will do anything for him if it will make him happy.
Laying in bed you look over at Wonwoo. He’s adjusting his glasses as he reads something on his phone.
“Wonwoo?”
“Baby?”
“I might sound crazy, but I think you’re my soulmate. I haven’t ever loved anyone like I love you.”
He sets his phone down and gives you a smile, “I thought I was crazy too. I definitely love you more then anyone I have ever loved before.”
“I feel like you have my heart, body, and soul,” you say.
“You have stolen every part of my existence,” he leans over, pressing his lips to yours for a heated kiss. The longer you’re with him the more you realize he is truly the king of your heart, body, and soul.

SVT Reacts to Watching Their S/O Please Themself 😈
18+ / NSFW / MDNI!
OT13!Seventeen x Fem!Reader
OT13 react to you asking them to watch you m*sturb*te. 🤭
Warnings/Content: smut, masturbation obvi, reader has a vagina, voyeurism, good ol' fashioned mutual coming.
Author's Note: Teehee, hot and bothered watching SVT watch reader watch them watching me watching them... anyway these wrote themselves! Lol.
S.Coups
This man is seated! He can’t wait to watch you writhe and play with yourself. He’s so enamored with your body. He can't help but slowly move closer and closer to you, wanting to see the way you touch yourself up close. “Faster, baby,” he would instruct you, talking you through your orgasm, unable to stop himself from getting more involved before too long.
Jeonghan
“Mmm, and what’s in it for me, exactly?” he’d tease you, but you know he's excited by the idea of watching you. He’d sprawl out, laying far back from you, creating quite a bit of distance to raise the tension. He likes when you perform like this, making him feel like the lone spectator of his very own private show. He’d start touching himself with you before long, and you two would cum without ever laying a finger on each other.
Joshua
Horny just at the thought of this! He’d request that you really go for it, holding nothing back. He likes when you're dirty like this. You'd come home to find that he'd bought you an expensive dress and expensive lingerie to wear so that you can slowly undress for him, too. Leave it to Joshua to make the experience even more colorful and exciting.
Jun
He would feel awkward about it at first, but then he’d get into it, slowly working himself along with you and watching your body move so easily and languidly. He loves the sounds of your soft moans while you touch yourself. He can't help but wonder if you think about him often when you do this. But he feels too shy to ask.
Hoshi
This man will watch you do anything! Haha it would be a challenge for him to keep his hands to himself, which you would have fun with commanding him to do—scolding him any time he slips up and touches you. Eventually he would just take charge, unable to stop himself. You were too sexy, and he wanted nothing more than to fuck your wet pussy with his fingers, feeling the tight way that you clench around him, every muscle in your abdomen flexing as you get closer and closer to coming.
Wonwoo
You thought you could cum just thinking of Wonwoo's eyes on you as you touched yourself. You didn't realize you'd be so nervous as he gazes at you unwaveringly, one hand up to his mouth, biting down on the nail of his thumb. “If you’re going to do it, then really do it,” he’d say to you in a low, but commanding voice, “show me how you make yourself feel good.” You go completely flush as you fuck yourself with your hand, your back arching up deliciously. You suddenly feel fingertips tracing a line on your skin, up your stomach then between your breasts, until Wonwoo captures your chin in his hand and guides your face up to his—giving you a slow, sensual kiss. You break apart eventually, but he's in your ear whispering, “Keep going.”
Woozi
This activity is a regular feature in your sex life with Jihoon. He loves when he can just sit back and lazily watch you put on a show for him! You feel so turned on when he’s paying such close attention to you, like there’s nothing more important than your pleasure. He gives a lot of verbal praise as he watches you, which is a little out of the ordinary for him. “Listen to you,” he’d say. You can't help but giggle at the way he's getting lost in the lewd sounds you make when you’re this wet for him.
The8
He’d love to watch you get started on yourself as he lays next to you, tracing his fingers all over your face and body. You two make serious eye contact as you shift on the bed, your back starting to arch as you rub your clit. He’d gently cup your cheek with his hand, “My beautiful girl,” he’d whisper, “being so naughty...” He’d tease you, helping you get even closer to your release by tracing your lower lip with his thumb, even asking you to suck on it.
Mingyu
He's too impatient for this, really, but he also loves to watch you get worked up! You’d tease him extra hard by repeatedly moaning out his name as you glide your fingers in and out of yourself, occasionally throwing him a torturous fucked-out expression, bringing your wet fingers up to your mouth and licking your own arousal off of them. He’d go insane and dive headfirst between your legs, not letting you rest for the rest of the night for being so mean.
DK
Haha, our shy prince! He would be so turned on by you, your skin glistening as you glide your fingertips along your drenched pussy, bared so openly for him. Everything you do is sexy to him, but seeing you touch yourself just for him takes it to almost unbearable heights. He can't stop himself from helping you out with his tongue—lapping at your clit before long, sucking on you and kissing your cunt as you continued to finger yourself. You swear you can feel him murmur the words "thank you" as you come all over his face...
Seungkwan
Seungkwan both loves and hates a challenge. And the tone that you asked—more like demanded—that you start your time in the bedroom that evening having him watch you... He couldn't help feeling like you were testing him. So he decides to tease you right back, staring a hole through your skull as you work yourself into a tizzy right in front of him. He doesn't dare react and give you the satisfaction of making him fall apart... But his stubborn glare gets you even hornier.
Vernon
Vernon is pleasantly surprised when he comes out of the bathroom, fresh from a shower. A towel wrapped around his waist, he sees you already stretched out naked on the bed, one arm resting above your head while the other glides softly between your legs. A smirk spreads across his face, hair still dripping from the shower, as he watches you. You shift under his gaze, his direct look making you squirm even more. "Don't stop," he says, not taking his eyes off you until you cum.
Dino
He is stunned speechless when you suggest that you masturbate for him! He loves your body, and the idea of watching you sounds like heaven. But the idea of just watching you, and nothing else? Like, not being able to touch you? He wasn't sure if he could handle that. You see the gears turning, and smile to yourself. You slide your arms around his shoulders, nuzzling your nose into his worried expression. "You wouldn't have to keep your hands totally to yourself, you know..." you whisper in his ear, and he immediately perks up.

Heya!
I just read your imagine about Wonwoo and became an emotional wreck 😭
Could you please write something angsty about Mingyu? Like maybe a failed arranged marriage...
Would love it if you could cook something up with the suggestion.
Thank you 💜
OMG so sorry it took so long! I hope you like what I have! It was fun to write! <3

Synopsis: It's your wedding day, and you remember the memories of how you were arranged to marry and fall in love with Kim Mingyu

Mingyu x Reader - Down the Aisle
“What do you think our wedding will be like, Mingyu?”
“Hm….something extravagant…something beautiful. Just like you.”
“You look so beautiful.” The female voice behind you made you open your eyes, staring into the lush vanity before you—the plush of the robe you had on pressed against your body, tickling your skin. In your hair, a brush offers a similar sensation through your scalp.
“Thanks, Jihyo,” you said softly. A moment of silence before you said. “I cannot believe that today’s the day….” your voice was soft.
“I know! It feels like yesterday you were going to meet him for dinner and now you’re getting married!” Jihyo’s grin made your heart thump in your chest.
“I know.” You watched Jihyo tug your hair into a tight updo, grabbing bobby pins to keep the hair in place. You licked your lips, watching as some strands of hair fell from your face. A quick brush of your fingers and the hair was tucked behind your ear.
“You have a hair falling from your ponytail. May I?” You watched with shaky eyes as a large hand reached across the table, tucking your hair behind your ear. You looked up at a humored lopsided grin, and a hand ran through his hair as he leaned back in his chair. “There. Perfect.”
You watched Jihyo take the piece of hair and tangle it into your updo, a bobby pin added to keep it in place. When she smiled you realized then your expression had been pretty neutral. Your lips quirked up in a smile.
“Nervous?”
“No,” you said, almost too quickly. Jihyo’s hands stopped in your hair. “...No.”
“Good, don’t be! What’s he gonna do, get cold feet? Arranged marriage or not he’s totally in love with you.” That comment made the smile on your lips soften just a bit, and you watched Jihyo head over to the side of the vanity, pulling out makeup. You turned in your chair, a fond smile on your face. Jihyo was giddy about this morning’s festivities. Being a part of something so wonderful, so memorable. It made any worries you did have quell.
Two hours left until you walked down the aisle.
—----------------------
“This is Kim Mingyu. His father owns L&S Entertainment in Seoul! We’ve been talking for a few months and we were hoping the two of you hit it off today!”
You thought your mother was crazy at the time, staring across the table at the broad-shouldered man in the navy blue suit with slicked-back hair. Apart from polite greetings, you’d yet to say two words to the man across the table - Kim Mingyu, you made a note to remember that - yet your parents were talking as if the wedding were mere days away. It was sudden, but not surprising. You were 17 then, and you knew this was coming almost as soon as the end of your academic career was. Your hands kept themselves busy by pushing food around your plate with a fork.
As you put a forkful to your lips, Mingyu leaned over in his chair, catching your attention with a hum and a quick call of your name. When you looked over, he smiled grinning, lopsided and nervous.
“I didn’t know about this until this morning,” he admitted. You blinked a few times, swallowing your bite before breaking into an amused grin.
“I didn’t know until my mother opened her mouth.” And Mingyu threw his head back to laugh, loud but warm in the way it hit your ears. He chuckled, sticking his hand out.
“This might not be so bad.” he stuck his hand out. “Let’s make the best of it for now, yeah?” You nodded, sticking your hand out as the both of you shook on it.
For now. Those two words never felt like they meant so little.
You felt your thoughts slip through your body as Jihyo tugged the corset of the back of your dress, gasping as you pressed your hands against the side of the bed. “Ah, Jesus.” you groaned. “I hate this. Why did I pick this dress?!”
“Because you look beautiful!” She laughed. “Besides, I’m almost done!” A few more tugs, a few more grunts, and Jihyo let out a hum of approval. “Nice job if I do say so myself. You look stunning.”
Turning your gaze to the full-length mirror on the side of the bed, you looked yourself over. Your dress was stunning, your breath would be taken from you if the corset was not already at work squishing your insides. Hands pressed against the corsetted bodice, running them along your sides as if to convince yourself that what you were seeing right now was real. It was happening.
“Your parents are already suggesting wedding dresses?” Mingyu’s eyes widened as he looked up from his textbook. You sighed, flipping lazily through your own, exhaustion on your features.
“They’re very excited.” You smiled.
“Are you not?” Mingyu pouted, and you covered your mouth to laugh.
“We’ve known about this for what? A month.”
“A month and three days,” Mingyu added, and you snorted. Mingyu giggled in amusement. “But no, that’s crazy. Is there anything I can do to make it a bit easier?” You shook your head.
“Nah. It’s bound to arrive sooner or later.” You lifted your pencil from the table one more time, eyes flicking down to look at your assignment once again. Mingyu seemed to stare at you from across the table, and you brought your eyes to his gaze one more time. “You okay?”
“Sorry,” he said.
Confusion came in the form of a furrowed brow and a tilt of your head. “Sorry? Sorry for what?”
“I’m sure this isn’t what you imagine when you think of your wedding and dress shopping and planning.”
“No, but I knew it would be something similar.” you smiled. “Besides, at least I’m marrying someone nice, like you.” Mingyu smiled, cheeks tinting pink. “Someone I tolerate, y’know?”
“Oh, thanks.” He snorted, covering his mouth with his hands.
Your name was called to the door, seeing it open and your mother stepped in. Within seconds she was tearing up. “Oh my God, you look beautiful. Just as I knew you would!” You smiled, watching as your mother pulled you into a gentle hug, careful not to wrinkle your dress or mess up your hair. She pulled away, scanning your silhouette as she wiped her eyes.
“Mom, please don’t cry,” you begged behind a small chuckle, fondness thumping in your chest.
“I know.” she sniffled. “I just…after everything we’ve gone through to get to this day it’s amazing it’s finally here. I’m just so happy for you.”
Another small chuckle, fondness morphing into something much harder to read. A small smile played on your lips as you held your mother's hands. She immediately pulled them up and kissed them. You turned to yourself in the mirror again, your mother slipping behind you. You felt your fingers curl into the fabric of your dress as hard as you could without ripping the expensive material. Your mother looked you over through the mirror as well, her own hands coming up to brush some stray hairs off your face and make sure nothing was lingering on your dress from its packaging. “I’m so proud of you, honey….”
“I didn’t do anything,” you whispered.
“You did enough. You’ve done a lot for this family, you’ve been a trooper….” You inhaled a shaky breath, offering a small smile as your mother ran a hand along your arms. “The guests are starting to arrive. I’ll go see if the photographer is ready.” With a gentle kiss on your cheek, your mother waved off Jihyo before exiting the room and closing the door behind her. You heard Jihyo messing around with some of the cleanup in the room, leaving you to your thoughts for a few minutes as you stared at yourself. Hair up, dress corseted, make-up done. Something sparkled, and when you looked down, you admired the rock sitting prettily on your ring finger. The wedding band encircling the actual ring sparkled almost as bright as the main diamond, decorated with beautiful stones and silver plating. It was a dream to have a ring like that sitting on your finger. A small smile formed on your lips.
“I wasn’t sure what kind of ring you’d like,” Mingyu said, turning his attention to you on the couch. You glance up at him, chopsticks stopping in midair with noodles hanging from them, dangling over your take-out box. The sight made Mingyu snort. “My father told me I could use an old family ring but I thought that was cheesy.”
Quickly, you slurped up your noodles and set the chopsticks down, turning your attention to him fully. “I think that’s kind of romantic, actually…”
“You do?” His eyes went wide. “Shit, I need to call my dad.” You watched, humor in your eyes as Mingyu scrambled for his phone.
“Mingyu,” you said. When he turned his head, you lifted your hand, wiggling your fingers in his direction. “You get me whatever you think will look best. I have to wear it forever, after all.” Mingyu took your hand, pulling it closer to place a gentle kiss on the knuckles. Fondness filled your eyes as Mingyu set your hand back down, rubbing his thumb over the temporarily empty ring finger.
“Then I’ll make sure it’s perfect for you and only you. Promise.”
“You ready?” Jihyo asked, pulling your attention back to your friend. She was fixing her earrings in the mirror, hair blown out and settling nicely around her shoulders. She looked beautiful, smiling in excitement for the event waiting just downstairs.
You felt your lips tug into a smile; what felt like two pins pressing into your cheeks to attempt to keep it there for the evening. “Yes,” you said. “I’m ready.”
—------------------------
“Mingyu, how do I look?” you asked, turning to him. Mingyu peeked up from his phone, smiling as he saw you walk over to the ornate, plush couch sitting in the middle of the large room. A photographer was standing across the room, setting up his camera. The taller male smiled warmly as you took your seat beside him, draping his arm over your shoulder.
“Beautiful.” He said. “Do you have lots of make-up on?” When he saw you nod, he nodded, offering you a kiss through the air to not smear it. You covered your mouth to hide your laugh.
“Oh God, you’re such a dork!” you said, slapping his knee. The sound of your mother stepping into view beside the cameraman made you both look up.
“Ready? We need to have these wedding invitations ready by the end of the week to send out.” she smiled, but you saw her eyes dart over her shoulder when Mingyu’s parents approached, pulling her attention. The photographer set himself up with his camera. With a nod of confirmation from both of you, he immediately got to work.
“Scoot together.” *Click* “Mingyu, sit up straighter.” *Click click*. “Stand up behind her with your hand on her shoulder.” *Click*
For thirty minutes you and Mingyu moved around the chair and its surrounding area like dolls, giggling and laughing as the photographer put you both in various poses.
“This is a bit ridiculous,” you said. “All this for one photo?”
“It’s kind of fun,” Mingyu responded. “I feel like a celebrity.”
“You’re the son of an entertainment company owner. You already are a celebrity.” Mingyu laughed a bit, leaning back in the chair and draping his arm over the back of it. You scooted closer, resting back as well and taking a deep breath. “I can’t believe it’s happening in less than four months.”
“I know,” he said. “It’s going to be amazing.”
“You think so?” You glanced up at him. Mingyu nodded. As the two of you took some time to relax while the photographer prepared the next round of photos, your eyes looked up in the direction of your parents. Your mother's back was to you, but it didn’t take a genius to notice she was tense. Something was on her mind as she spoke to Mingyu’s parents, her arms darting every which way as she continued to speak.
You just barely registered her piercing glance back to the scene before the photographer snapped another picture.
*Click*
The photographer was already snapping pictures as you headed down the steps from your room. Your family was already at the bottom, watching with tears in their eyes. You gripped your bouquet in your hands, each step a bit more hesitant than the last as you got closer to the bottom. Your eyes immediately fell to the closed double doors on your left when you had a second. The chatter of guests muffled the door making them sound more like buzzing bees than party guests.
“Alright, everything is ready.” your mother grinned. “Are you excited? Oh, I’m gonna cry…” she wiped her eyes with a napkin she pulled perfectly out of her sleeve. “We’ll see you in there, alright?” You nodded, waving your mother and Jihyo off as they went into the room with the photographer. You inhaled, feeling your father come to your side and offer his arm. As you stared ahead at the door, you saw a black suit being fixed, a hand running through black hair, and a familiar smile. You inhaled deeply.
“Everything is ready,” you said. The sound of music was heard through the doors, and they opened once again, allowing you and your father to head down the aisle. Immediately, the guests turned towards you, smiling at the beautiful bride as she floated down the aisle. Your eyes darted through the friends and family, smiling warmly and nodding your head as they gasped and waved you off. When you turned your head, you saw him, smiling his familiar lopsided grin in your direction.
“I’m so lucky I get to be the person marrying you. I never thought an arranged marriage would work out for me this way.”
“I love you so much!”
Kim Mingyu.
Standing at the end of the farthest pew in the building.
“Your engagement to Kim Mingyu is off!”
When the both of you locked eyes, even for a brief second, you saw his breath hitch, his eyes taking in your entire form. Time felt like it stopped in that moment, the both of you locked in on one another.
“Mom!”
“He and his entire family are nothing more than backstabbing narcissists! I was wrong about them the entire time. I should have known entertainment moguls would try to pull a fast one on us!”
“Mom, you’re not making any sense.”
“I already told them. The engagement’s off..”
“It’s in three months!”
“I don’t care!” She said. “No child of mine will be married to a son who will grow up to be exactly like their selfish parents!”
When your father tugged at your arm gently, you turned your head back to him. You could see the gentle, almost sympathetic look in his eyes. He leaned to the side, placing a gentle kiss on your forehead in hopes of easing your mind.
You had tried desperately to change your mother's mind at first. Then, you tried to see Mingyu despite your mother’s refusal. Despite his parent's attempts to keep the two of you apart. The two of them said it was over between you.
You were halfway down the aisle when you finally allowed yourself to look forward. A sharp sting was felt behind your eyes, but you managed to blink it away because you heard the photographer snapping pictures and you knew damn well you’d never allow him to catch you with runny mascara. With one deep breath, you gripped your bouquet and finally took a good look at the groom waiting for you at the end of the aisle.
“Honey, I’d like you to meet Lee Jihoon.” Your mother said over a similar dining table, motioning to the well-dressed and handsome male across from you. He ran a hand through his hair, offering you a polite smile. You could see the nerves in his eyes.
You were 21 now. Halfway through college, preparing to work for your mother, and still with no husband. Until now.
“His father runs the Lee Tech Company. We’ve been in contact for a few months and we’re hoping the two of you hit it off.”
You offered Jihoon a smile, eyes flicking down to your plate as you moved the food around with your fork. Your mother talked family with the Lee family, and you felt a disgustingly intense sense of deja vu. Especially when Jihoon leaned over and smiled, a gentleness in his eyes that worked to ease your nerves.
“I heard about what happened…” he said softly. “I’m sorry. My parents told me I had to at least come and meet you.” You offered a polite chuckle. “If you’re uncomfortable I can tell them-.”
“No.” You said softly. “No, it’s okay,” you said softly. “It’s…it is what it is.” Jihoon frowned a bit as he watched you take a forkful of food into your lips. You looked at him. “Even if I wanted to try and get back with him….He’s been put in another marriage….I think of an actress from his father’s company.”
Jihoon hissed, which made you cover your mouth to laugh. “Ah, I’m sorry!”
“No. It’s okay…” you said again. As your parents directed your attention back to them, you offered one more look at Jihoon before wondering if this one would end similarly to Mingyu’s. Loved and lost in six months.
That didn’t happen, and you found yourself standing in front of Jihoon, who fixed his suit and offered you a kind smile. When you looked at the man to your right, he offered you a smile, squeezing your hand in reassurance. It worked for a few seconds before the priest started talking and you zoned out the entire wedding.
—--------------
The party was just as lavish as the wedding, in the same building, decorated to the nines. You and Jihoon were put in the center, at a long table overlooking the dance floor and the guests surrounding you. Your eyes must have been darting left and right because Jihoon gently put a hand on your shoulder.
“Looking for someone?” he asked, a small smile on his face. You looked over at him, not needing to respond for him to know the answer. “I saw him go outside after we left the other room.”
“I see,” you said. Your eyes fluttered back to the tables where guests were mingling and drinking, happy in the union they got to witness. Jihoon leaned back in his chair.
“I’m-.”
“Don’t,” you said, finally offering a gentle smile. “It’s okay. You know that.” Jihoon’s eyes flickered in uncertainty, but you leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. “We should be celebrating. Let me get some fresh air, then let’s dance or something.”
Jihoon laughed a bit, sipping his drink and nodding. “I’ll be looking forward to watching you make a complete fool of yourself.” he teased. You scoffed, standing up and smoothing out your dress.
“I’ll have you know I bought my dress specifically to dance in,” you said. Jihoon laughed.
“Aren’t you corseted?” he asked, an eyebrow raised as he scanned your dress. You waved him off as you headed out the back doors, towards the balcony.
You rested against the balcony of the back patio, staring up at the sky. You could hear the muffled party through the glass doors, and you sighed, resting your chin in your hand. It wasn’t supposed to be this way….it just wasn’t.
It took a few seconds of being lost in thought for you to hear your name being called, and when you turned, you saw Mingyu resting against the door, even glowing in the moonlight. He smiled sweetly. “You look really beautiful.”
“Thank you…” you said softly. You watched him approach you, hands in your pockets. He stopped just beside one of the patio tables, keeping a comfortable distance between you. “I can’t stay too long but…I wanted to make sure I saw you.”
You looked up at the other and felt a genuine smile form on your lips. “Thank you. I’m glad you came. I didn’t think you would.”
“Jihoon-hyung told me I should,” he said. “At first I thought he was trying to rub it in my face but he doesn’t seem like that kind of guy. I think he knew it’d mean a lot to you.”
“It does.” You said gently. A moment of silence fell between you and you shifted in your spot, rubbing your hands together. Mingyu put his hands in his pockets, rocking back and forth on his feet.
“I’m sorry,” you said softly. Mingyu looked at you, smiling a bit. “I’m sorry for my mother and…everything that happened….I could have done more.”
“I could have too,” he said gently. “But we were young…we were only 18..”
“I know,” you said softly. “And Jihoon is great but….you should be there with me.” Mingyu smiled a hint of sadness in the way his lips turned up.
“Don’t say that,” he whispered.
“It’s true.” You said quickly. Mingyu sighed, running a hand through his hair. The silence returned, thicker this time. “I’m sorry…” you said again. Mingyu only nodded this time. “I hope…that down the line…we can work together without any arguments. Whatever happened to our parents has nothing to do with us.”
“I agree,” he assured. “I look forward to working with you.” he stuck his hand out. You hesitated, but took his hand and shook it. Mingyu hesitated, lifting your hand and placing a gentle kiss on the knuckles. You saw his eyes flash towards the ring on your finger and smiled. “That’s beautiful. Jihoon-hyung did a great job picking it out.”
You nodded, your hand dropping from his hold though the touch still lingered. “Thank you.” You said softly. “...I love you.” You said. “I always will. And I wish things could be different.”
“...I love you too,” he assured. Mingyu smiled, waving you off before heading off the patio, down the steps, and seemingly out to the front of the venue. You watched him for a few seconds, craning your neck to see if you could see him again.
The door to the party flung open, and your mother smiled in your direction. “Come on honey! You can’t miss your wedding! We’re about to do the cake!” A pause and her smile dropped a bit. “Are you okay?”
You hesitated. “Yeah Mom, I’m coming,” you said, before following her inside and closing the door. As you were led to the cake, you saw Jihoon fixing his tie while he waited. He smiled as you came to his side, offering you the cutting knife. As the party turned their attention to the both of you, you looked back out towards the balcony, now empty. You gripped the cutting knife, the knuckles Mingyu kissed turning white.
“What kind of wedding do you think we’ll have, Mingyu?”
“Did you see him?” Jihoon asked, making you look over. He glanced in your direction as you nodded.
“I did,” you said gently.

There were plenty of things to adore about Jeon Wonwoo. He was a good friend, a kind soul through and through. He was loyal, both in your relationship, to his family, and to those closest to him. He was smart, witty, charming, and not to mention handsome. All in all, he was a picture perfect boyfriend and you were grateful that you'd managed to build a life with him.
Your favorite thing about Wonwoo, however, was the fact that he always smelled amazing. He had a way with cologne, and he always picked the most perfect bath products, but it was more than that. He just had a scent that you couldn't find bottled anywhere, something so himself that it could ease your stress. Every time that you came home to him after a hard day, you'd sink into his arms, hide in his neck and let him hold you and tell you how proud he was of how hard you'd worked. The scent of his skin, warm and almost sweet, brought out by his spicy, earthy cologne and the musk of his body wash never failed to wash away your tension.
You would curl up in his bed when he was away, house sitting if he had schedules that would keep him away from home for longer than usual. When you missed him, and when he was on the other side of the world, when just a facetime call wouldn't cut the ache in your chest, you'd wrap up in whatever hoodie you'd taken from his rotation, hiding your face in the sleeves and breathing him in.
It was one of those nights again, one where nothing can seem to cut the heavy fog of missing your boyfriend. He'd only been home a few days from promotions for the group's newest Japanese comeback before he was swept out of the country again for some high end event that you would never even think of being invited to. So you'd headed straight to his place after work, the long week making you drag your feet as you trudged through the door.
You didn't bother turning the lights on, just toeing your shoes off and replacing them with your slippers, and heading straight for the bedroom. You knew his closet like the back of your hand, finding one of his hoodies and changing into it as fast as you could with the sleepiness weighing down your limbs. Once you were dressed in his clothes, you shuffled back to the kitchen, finding yourself something to eat before curling back up in his room.
It felt almost ridiculous, swimming in reminders of your boyfriend and being comforted just by his scent, by the little flicker in your imagination of having him by your side. But you closed your eyes, nuzzling into his pillow anyway and trying to relax. He'd be home soon, you told yourself, and you could stay with him when he came home, make up for lost time, bask in the delight of being together again.
That's how you fell asleep, cocooned in Wonwoo even with him an entire timezone away. When you woke, it was still dark, and your eyes weren't keen on adjusting, but after a few blinks and a disgruntled moment of rubbing at your face, you managed to make out the clock on the stand.
5:13am
You had never wanted to be awake less, you'd swear it, but your body seemed to have other plans. As you came back to consciousness, you stretched, feeling the tension in your legs, the warmth pooling low in your stomach. You were horny. You huffed, flopping back against the sheets and stared at the ceiling for a moment. It wasn't necessarily unusual for you to wake up horny, though not typically in the middle of the night, but you supposed it had been a while since you and Wonwoo had shared any intimate time together.
You squirmed, kicking off the blankets and shivering when the cool air of the room brushed against your skin. You wiggled around, pushing your pillow between your thighs and rutting slowly against it. The drag was hardly anything, barely enough stimuli to register in your mind, but it eased the tension a little. You carried on like that, slowly dragging your most sensitive parts against the pillow and sighing out with relief.
It was slow, almost sensual as you chased the sweet relief. You weren't even trying to get off just yet, instead relishing in the tiny ripples of pleasure that you found. You flipped over carefully, hiking yourself up on your knees and lowering your weight onto your arms, folding them and nuzzling your face sleepily into your forearms.
The new position had the fabric of the pillow case dragging just a little harsher, eliciting a small gasp from your lips as you tried out the new feeling, finding your pleasure thrumming harder, louder, more desperately as you moved. You closed your eyes, imagining it was Wonwoo you were grinding against, dragging your hips against his, riding his thigh like he always enjoys watching you do. You mewled, inhaling the deep, earthy scent of him from his clothes and letting yourself grind harder.
You felt pathetic, sweat beading along your spine under his hoodie and arousal beginning to stain the pair of boxers you'd borrowed, but you couldn't even begin to find it in you to stop. Instead you chased it harder, his name tumbling off your lips in high, sleepy whines. If he were home he'd take care of you, you thought. He'd wake up out of a dead sleep to make sure his pretty baby felt good.
You replayed the sound of his voice in your head, the sweet praise and teasing insults that he'd usually throw your way when you got too desperate to sleep. Look so pretty using my thigh. Always such a good pet for me. Filthy little thing can't even keep it together enough for us to get a good night's sleep.
"Miss me so bad you have to ride my pillow to go to sleep?"
The deep, smirk laced sound of Wonwoo's voice pulled you out of your head, your orgasm sneaking up on you as your hips stuttered and you let out a tiny whimper, burying your face even deeper in his sleeves as you soiled the pillow underneath you.
"Wonu," You mumbled, pushing yourself up to turn over your shoulder and look at him. He looked tired where he leaned against the doorway, his bags discarded behind him as he watched you. But even through the jet lag, and the exhaustion of schedules being back to back, something else was darkening his gaze. "Thought you weren't coming home for a couple days."
"Wasn't." He said, long legs carrying him towards the bed where he sat down on the edge, grabbing your chin gently and pressing a tender kiss to your lips. "But an event got cancelled. The others wanted to stay and hang out, but I missed my kitty. Looks like they missed me too, hm? Couldn't sleep?"
You looked at him with wide, needy eyes, nuzzling into his neck and shaking your head a little.
"Was sleeping, but I needed you." You said. He smiled, reaching up to stroke your cheek.
"Feel better now?" He asked. You sat back, shaking your head again. "That's okay, pet. I'm home now. Gonna take such good care of you. Wanna see how bad your body missed me."
He smirked, and you felt your own adoring smile grow on his face as you breathed him in, the warmth of his presence, the comfort of his scent, the care in his touch. Your boyfriend was home, and nothing could compare to home sweet home.
