Work Later Drink Now 2 Review (Spoiler Free)

My girls are back and with even more fun than they had in the first season!

The drama continues with the story of three best friends Ahn So Hee, Han Ji Yeon, and Kang Ji Gu.

They get into more ridiculous situations while at the same time, it will make you sob for a long time.

If you haven’t seen the first season go and watch it or read my review: Work Later, Drink Now 

I was surprised that the story didn’t start at the same location where the first one ended but as the story developed I think everything was explained... In a Work Later Drink Now kind of way.

Just like the first one it has serious topics, obviously different ones. It touched on trauma when a parent passes away when the kid is young, and how sometimes the family we love hurts us the most.

I think I could learn a lot of valuable lessons throughout the season.

Again our three girls came with their quirks but it was also interesting to see how much they grew by the end of the season.

I think this season more than the last I found a lot of places where I could relate to the characters. 

I know the girls are very different from each other but some situations really hit my heart. 

One of those is jealousy in friendship which is rarely talked about felt like I could connect with the characters more. 

This season romance played a bigger part in the story, which was fine as it was for their growth and I also liked the couples. It was very entertaining to see PD ask to maybe not be “sex partners”... Friends with benefits it is.

Overall, the second season was as amazing as the first one. I laughed a lot, I cried sometimes, and just felt a lot of love for the girls. 

I think I would even love to see the third season though I don’t think there’s a need. Just my selfish desires.
