I am always again amazed how much creativity people get out of that good old Steamed Hams meme.

This here looks exactly like old soviet experimental animation. Like animations by Soyuzmultfilm or Kyivnaukfilm. I´t mostly a parody of the Glass Harmonica. It really is perfect, they even sneaked in "Worker and Parasite" for a panel.
