this one’s a quick one since it’s just a one off chrystler chapter.
hopefully it’ll hold u guys for just a LIITTLEEE longer while i work on other things too. by the way when i rewatched the eggnog match, it was so fast it actually made me mad LMAO, well not much you can do there anyway so i tried improvising..?
Tumblr media
‘TWAS THE RAW before Christmas and you’re sure there’s a lot of holiday cheer. You’re excited. What’s the night got in store?
Tumblr media
You received a blue and red envelope in your locker today.
It’s painfully obvious they were invited to Smackdown and Raw’s Christmas parties, but you think it’s only because they want you to see what each brand had in store. They hadn’t started the draft yet, but you’re sure both General Managers had their eyes on a few picks…including you.
All you can hope is that the fans don’t get tired of you. It’s probably the only way you’d be allowed to be a free agent.
Before you can leave, your phone rings. You’re a little concerned, given that you’re at work and have never ever gotten a call. You’re about to enter the room, but you take a step back to quickly answer. “Hello?”
‘Hello, sweetie! How are you? Are you working?’
It’s your mother, and when hearing her voice, you sigh. “Hey, yes. I’m working. Is something wrong?”
‘No, no at all.’ It makes you sigh again, but this time in relief. ‘I watched one of your shows. That Jeff boy seems very nice. I’d like if you bring him home for Christmas!’
Oh, that’s not…
It takes you a moment to respond. “What? Why?”
‘He just seems sweet! That is a pure-hearted boy, and you seem to care for him enough. I’ll be expecting you two love birds.’ She says. ‘That is if you’re able to come home.’
“I’m not sure. I think I might, but only for a day. The next Raw doesn’t get taped until…well, next year. In January. I forgot when Smackdown was.”
‘I hope you do. We miss you very much. Give what I said some thought! I won’t bother you anymore. I love you!’
“Love you too. Bye bye.” And you hang up. You don’t think you’ll ever tell anyone what she said. You probably wouldn’t hear the end of it!
You take a deep breath and shake it off. As you walk through the door, you’re greeted by a camera and…Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco in elf outfits.
Wow, what a party Mr. McMahon has hosted…
Speaking of him, he was already at the door once he opened it. “I totally wasn’t listening to your conversation,” He clarified. You roll your eyes. But your boss is thrilled to see you, outstretching his arms.
“You’re the star of the night! I assure you, you’ve chosen the right party. You’re going to love it here.”
He tries going in for a hug, but you don’t react. Instead, he awkwardly reaches his hand out, and you shake it hesitantly. This is still your boss, after all.
“Everybody give a warm welcome to [Name]!” Vince announced. Great, now everyone’s staring.
You give a small wave as everyone in the room soundly greets you. Some of these people look familiar. Billy and Chuck, Terri, Christian, The Dudley Boyz….
And then there’s Stacy. Your eyes brighten once you see her in the room. She’s the only one you know well. She’s also excited to see you, hopping off of (who you can assume is) Bubba’s lap.
“[Name]! You came!”
“Hi.” You wave. “You look nice.”
Your voice is dry, which makes Stacy pout in return. However, your compliment puts her at ease. “Thanks!”
She then takes her hand and pulls on your shirt. “What’s with this? I thought you’d be all dressed up! It’s about to be Christmas! You dressed up when we were in WCW, remember?”
You do. It’s not because you wanted to, either. You didn’t really have a choice. Management wanted all the girls to come out in their little cute Santa’s helper costumes, and the moment you complained about it, you were told that you could just go for the day…and not be on TV.
You shake your head. “I’d rather just wear my regular clothes. Now, you may ask why again. The answer…is because I can. “To you, that reason was as good as any.
“Ugh, come on.” She whines. “I wanted to see you in something nice. I think the crowd would love it, too!”
There lies the problem. You scoff. “As if I’m showing any kind of skin in this landfill of a place called Miami. Of all the states we have to be in, it’s Florida?! Gross..” Your words incite booing from the crowd, but it’s not like you can hear them anyway. “This place sucks. I saw a man wrestling an alligator outside.”
“You’re silly. You should take a load off.” Stacy grins. Little did she know, you were dead serious. And the man was WINNING! Incredible.
You figured there was no convincing Stacy. She must’ve thought you were crazy.....if she doesn’t already.
She takes her hand and pats your shoulder. “It’s okay, [Name]. Maybe you’re just a little hazy from excitement. You should have some fun with us!”
“I don’t think I can.” You decline. “I’ve got a segment soon. So, not for long. Whatever’s going on here, I’m happy to see we’re all getting along.”
“I’m taking that you like it here?” Vince cuts in, then motions towards the other wrestlers. “See all the star power in here. That could be you. You can be involved. You sign with SmackDown, I promise you you’ll see that and more.”
You will consider. You’re not entirely sure whether or not you want to be with either brand because they have pros and cons. The problem is, which one would you rather deal with?
“Right, um..” You hesitate for a second, and Vince immediately jumps on his chance.
“Well, why don’t you come over and drink some punch? If that’s not your thing, we’ve got a lot of options.” He holds up a bottle of sparkling cider.
Man, he’s really trying hard, huh?
The arrival of Booker T grabs his attention, and you slink away to Christian instead. “Hey! Been a while.”
Christian looks around before looking at you with a grin. (Something you know he did on purpose) “If it isn’t my favorite fan! How’s it going, tiny?”
It’s been a while since he’s even called you that nickname, and it still does NOT hold true. You swear to god it’s not true. “I have definitely been fine! Just hanging in there.”
“I dunno, what you did at Vengeance was completely nuts. Are you sure you’re just hanging in there? Not gonna do the same to me, are you?” He asks.
“No. I just want to relax today! I really do.” You admit. You’re tired, and you want some time to think. This party does nothing for your racing thoughts, but the least you could do was try and enjoy it before leaving.
Which was probably soon.
“I don’t mean to butt in at all,” Terri comes over to you and rubs your shoulder. “But are you doing alright? The last time I saw you was when you mistook me for Torrie. And you had a bit of a meltdown during Vengeance.”
Wow, you really did leave a mark. Everyone must know about your little stunt. You fight a smile. “I’m just fine. I got my anger out and everything. I’m totally not mad.”
That was a lie. You are still mad and are unsure how long it’ll last, but you are still upset at Torrie. You’re still upset at Jeff and Raven as well, but the difference is that you don’t think you’ll ever forgive her for what she’s done so far.
Terri was going to speak again, but Vince loudly called everyone to attention. “You guys! Listen up, I got a surprise.” The door opens, and you don’t believe your eyes. “Courtesy of Santa himself, Santa’s little helpers!”
….Wait a second, these aren’t elves. They’re women! Did he seriously invite strippers?
They’re fully clothed, but their dresses were so short you might as well consider it next to nothing. It’s not like you’re complaining per se, but jeez. Wasn’t this supposed to be a kid-friendly show?
Haha, as if. You chuckle to yourself a bit.
Vince is introducing them as Santa’s helpers indeed. He takes “Vixen’s” hand to lead her onto a table.
“Alright,” You don’t want to stay around for this. “You guys have a good night, okay? I think I’m cutting it close. I need to get out in the ring.”
“But I’ve got a lot to show you, [Name]. You can’t just leave yet!” Vince tried to convince you, but you shook your head.
“Really can’t. But I promise I’ll consider Smackdown.”
You have to quickly exit before he can say anymore, but you can’t deny that you’re excited to talk in the ring.
Did you expect anything less from Vince McMahon? No. Hopefully, Raw would fare better.
Well, you’ll see soon enough.
Tumblr media
It’s your turn to go out there, and you were pretty amped up about it. Sure, it’s another show of Raw, but it’s Christmas Eve, and Santa should be out and about now!
You want to show the crowd and everyone at home how excited you are for Christmas. Today’s another episode of Time Out with [Name]!
Once your entrance music plays, you push back the curtains and head down the ramp. Thanks to your stunt at Vengeance, you got a lot of mixed reactions from the crowd.
Jerry is the first to point it out. ‘Well, she seems to be in a good mood, JR!’
‘She sure is. I’m not sure if we should be on guard or not. That woman is a ticking time bomb just waiting to explode.’
Thankfully, they had given you a mic before going out there. The moment you slid into the ring and were faced to face with thousands of people, you couldn’t help but fall into a laugh.
“Okay, I know what you guys are thinking,” You begin. “Vengeance may have gotten a little out of hand! I get it. But if you were in my shoes, you’d understand! Anyway, that’s not why I came here tonight.”
JR can only shake his head. ‘Well, I’m sure we’d all like to hear what’s going on in that mind of hers.’
“I have an extraordinary guest today..” You trail off. “In fact, you all know him very well! He sees you when you’re sleeping, he knows when you’re awake! It’s Santa—“
The Rock’s music plays instead. He quickly storms down to the ring, and you’re actually shocked that he interrupted you like that. The crowd cheers so loudly that you can’t even hear your thoughts. You figured it was a given. You’re in Miami, after all.
You start to talk as soon as he starts climbing into the ring. “Um, excuse me? Rocky?” The little pet name you call him makes him raise that iconic eyebrow toward you. “I-I didn’t call for you. I was waiting for Santa. But you’re more than welcome to wait for him with me.”
He stares at you momentarily, then reaches over the ring for a mic. There’s still more silence, and as you await your response, you look at him expectantly.
“..No.” He finally says. “The Rock came here to share a very important message with the MILLIONS—and MILLIONS—of Rock’s fans.”
“I get that.” You say. “I’m all for it, but this is my show. Like, jeez, if you’re gonna interrupt Santa, at least let me ask you some questions.”
“You think Santa’s coming here?! Miami is hot as hell, the guy’s gonna melt!” He’s got a fair point. But it’s Christmas! Santa would make a way to get here one way or another. “[Name], The Rock came out here because he has a few questions for you. You’re going to want to hear this, sweetheart.”
You’d be almost flattered at the pet name if it wasn’t for the slight derisive tone behind it. You can’t deny your curiosity, though. “Oh, pray tell!”
“You and The Rock both hate Chris Jericho. You and The Rock also hate….Stephanie McMahon.” He says. It’s true. Very true! You hate both of them. “And because we share the same hatred, The Rock has gotten you a gift. Consider it a peace offering.”
How sweet! Can’t refuse presents. Maybe Santa could wait for a minute. Hopefully, Austin won’t get too angry that you’ve accepted this.
He reaches over the ropes to one of the stagehands, and he’s handed a neatly wrapped gift. It is handed off to you, and you’re already excited, ripping it open as fast as possible.
The camera zooms in on your gift, and it’s…
…a book with a red bull on the cover. You look at him in confusion before repeating the title for the crowd. “The Rock’s night before Christmas? Did you really just give me a book??”
The Rock ignores your comment, and the crowd laughs as he takes the book away from you.
“You sure are. Here, let The Rock help you,” He flips open the book to one of the pages. “Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even….a mouse.” He pauses for a moment. “The weather was warm, not a trace of snow, just as The Rock got ready to whoop Chris Jericho.”
You nod your head. The only reason why you’re playing along is because of the Jericho line.
But he teases you anyway. “…See, there you go. That’s how you read a book. Go on, try it.” He hands it back to you.
You clear your throat. Guess that’ll be a way to pass the time waiting for Santa. “Jericho claims to be the best. The Rock has found this quite brutal. Clearly, Chris Jericho is a man who has no strudel.”
Whatever that means. The crowd goes crazy, though.
You look over to The Rock, and he nods in approval. He makes a motion with his hands for you to keep going. “I am a living legend! Y2J would sing, trembling with fear as he heads into the peoples ring…and faster, faster than Scrooge, saw the ghost of Christmas past—“
The Rock cuts you off, finishing the rhyme once and for all. “The Rock hit the people’s ring and WHOOPED Y2J’S ASS!”
Wow! What a wonderful Christmas gift. Not.
You thought it was something useful. For all you care, he could’ve gifted you a chair. A brand new kendo stick. Maybe even a steel pole. Hell, you’d even take a pair of socks over this book.
“Not to sound ungrateful, but this is my gift? No joke?”
The Rock nodded. “Well?? Do you like it?”
Your silence told a million words. The moment you’re about to speak, you can’t help but laugh once more. It takes you a minute to pull it together.
“As much as I would love to rag on Jericho, and believe me, I would LOVE to rag on him, that’s not what I expected. It’s Santa. And in the spirit of Christmas, it just so happens I have a gift for the crowd, too.”
The crowd cheers, but you already know what they’re thinking. You point a finger upward. “No, it has nothing to do with me taking my clothes off!”
And just like that, the crowd begins to boo. Aw.
Just as you’re about to spill the deets about your Christmas gift, the familiar tune of Kurt Angle’s music plays. For the love of god, you just want Santa Claus!!
“Sorry, guys..” Kurt insincerely apologizes from the top of the ramp. “All this talk about Christmas makes me think about something. What is it that you said about Santa Claus? He sees you when you’re sleeping..he knows when you’re awake?”
You scoff at the mimicking of what you said earlier, but he continues. “Well, if you ask me, Saint Nick is a pervert! I’ll tell ya what, I hope Santa isn’t watching tonight because I plan on being very naughty.”
How dare he drag Santa’s name through the dirt like that? “You can’t say those things about Santa. Most importantly, you can’t just say you’ll be naughty! You’re the pervert!” You accuse.
“You’re the only one thinking that way, [Name]!” Kurt accused back. “And boy, I am glad you’re not stripping out here tonight. Now that’s a relief. This is supposed to be a kid-friendly show!” Yeah right.
“Are you sure about that?” You question. “Earlier, there was—“
He quickly cuts you off. “As a matter of fact, you or anyone else shouldn’t be idolizing Santa. There is someone far more powerful than he is, and it’s Vince McMahon. In fact, he got your Olympic hero a very special Christmas present.”
“Vince makes little kids cry at that sight of him!” You accuse. “You think they’d idolize him??”
You’re unsure if it is true, but he’s scary. You remember when he ran towards you and Trish during that one match. A literal nightmare. “What did you get? I bet it’s not better than mine!”
“Don’t you know?” As Kurt is speaking, you can hear the crowd chanting ‘asshole’ around you. It makes you giggle. “It’s—“
“Woah, woah, woah!” The Rock interrupts. “Please let them finish calling you an asshole!”
You seem exasperated that your show has been hijacked yet again, on Christmas Eve nonetheless. “Guys, there’s gotta be a way we can settle this. You know, somewhere else?”
“No, no, you’re gonna wanna hear this,” Kurt says. Both of them have said that, so that means that you won’t like it as much..
“That present is a shot at the undisputed title. That’s right, tonight is going to be a triple-threat match. The Rock versus Chris Jericho versus Kurt Angle. Ho, ho, ho, it’s true!”
You had brushed it off when she said it in passing, but Trish really had a point when she said that the men ruin everything. This was already cutting into your time.
Kurt seems to be confident, though. “And I tell you what, Rock, your chances at winning the title in front of these sleazy hometown losers just went slim to none!”
“Let me just say,” You decide to add. “That Stone Cold Steve Austin would wipe you two off the map! Uh, no offense, Rocky.” You say, gently setting a hand onto his bicep. “If Vince McMahon had any good in him, which I doubt, he would let Austin into that triple threat and make it a fatal four-way!”
The jeering quickly turns into cheers, and you bow to your fantastic suggestion.
“Oh, absolutely not!” Kurt yells. He decides to make his way down the ramp, and you start to feel like this isn’t ending well. “I got this fair and square. Stone Cold doesn’t deserve this as much as I do. There’s a reason why Vince put the Olympic Gold Medalist into action and not some trailer park trash.”
Ouch. You wince.
“Seeing as you came out here and interrupted [Name] ’s little show..” Finally, the recognition you deserve. “Just let The Rock finish his Christmas message and he’ll tell you exactly how he feels about this whole thing—“
The sound of holiday bells fills the arena, and you immediately shush The Rock, albeit ruder than you intended to be. “SHUT UP, SHUT UP!” You yell. “IT’S SANTA!”
Lo and behold, it’s Jolly Old Saint Nick himself. Santa’s holding a red sack, which is likely full of presents.
More than likely, it was merchandise, and Santa reached in and began tossing things into the crowd. You’re giving him a standing ovation.
The Rock looks at you as if you’re insane. Even Kurt, who had just begun climbing the ropes into the ring, shoots you a look as well.
“Look! It’s Santa!” You exclaim, pointing right at him. “He’s right there! I told you guys he was coming!”
After a minute of throwing things out into the crowd, Santa chucks his bag into the ring and clambers in. You immediately hold out your mic for him to take. You’ll grab another one, you don’t even care.
“Ho, ho, ho!” Santa bellowed. This is really happening in real time. You skip over to the ropes and reach for a new mic as he continues talking. “Have you wrestlers been good this year?!”
You make haste to grab a new microphone. “I have!” There’s a giggle in your voice. “I don’t know about them, but I’ve been the nicest!”
Kurt shakes his head. “I don’t think so! You beat up poor Stephanie McMahon just a few weeks ago!” He calls back to your handicap match, but in your defense, she started it.
“That wasn’t my fault. Stephanie was trying to interfere! She even interrupted my show!” You shoot back. “You know, like you two interrupted mine?!”
He’s still not swayed. “She’s a potential business partner! You can’t just do that to a potential business partner!” Kurt then gives you a sardonic grin. “Personally, I’m just making it better.”
“A potential business partner? HA! Maybe on the street!” You laugh. “I swear to god, I will—“
Santa immediately puts a stop to your petty bickering. “Friends! There’s no need to argue. I can see how good you are in your hearts!”
That was so real. You smile, but The Rock is shaking his head. He points a finger toward him. “So, Santa, you came to The Rock’s hometown of Miami…..all the way from the North Pole? The Rock isn’t sure if he believes that.”
“What do you mean you don’t believe it?! He’s Santa!” You motion towards him.
Kurt doesn’t believe it either. “Yeah, right. I hate to agree with him, but look at him!”
All three of you turn to look at Santa at the same time. You personally see nothing wrong with him. “What’s the deal? This is definitely Santa.”
“…Well, [Name], whatd’ya want for Christmas?” Santa asks.
“See! How else would he know my name if he wasn’t Santa?” You question. You take a second to think about what you want, then bring the mic up so you can talk.
As soon as you’re about to speak, Santa Claus stands up and cuts you off. “Aht, aht, aht!” He waves a finger. “That was a test. Never tell your wish! Fret not, Santa knows all. Perhaps you’ll get what you want this year!”
You’re convinced and happy. That’s all that matters.
“Listen, ‘SANTA,’ Kurt sarcastically begins. “If you’re the real deal, I want to win the Undisputed Championship tonight. Can ya’ do that for me?!”
“I apologize, Kurt, but…. you’ve told me your wish; I don’t believe I can grant it.”
“HA!” You laugh. He’s not getting the Undisputed title for sure now. That’s one less thing for you to worry about.
“You can’t grant my wish...” Kurt repeats, nodding his head a bit. “Okay.” He shrugs it off momentarily, giving the impression that he’s about to leave, but he swoops Santa off his feet and into an Olympic Slam. As soon as Poor Santa hits the ground, Kurt angrily yells at him. “YOU’RE GONNA GIVE ME MY WISH, SANTA!”
“Wait!!” You yell. But it’s too late. “NOO! What’re you doing?! I can’t believe you!!!” You’re so distraught that your words are coming out way too fast. Kurt Angle just gave Santa an Olympic Slam!
To make things worse, Kurt pulls him right into the Ankle Lock. You’re yelling, but The Rock just stands there. That is until he decides to yank Kurt back and exchange blows with him instead.
As of right now, pain is all you feel. You kneel down to the fallen Santa, trying your best to help him up.
There’s one thing for sure. This Raw would be memorable…for all the wrong reasons.
Tumblr media
Today’s matches are as follows…
RIKISHI VS. TEST
APA VS. BILLY AND CHUCK
TORRIE WILSON VS. STACY KEIBLER VS. [NAME] (EGGNOG MATCH)
RVD VS. LANCE STORM
CHRISTIAN VS. THE HURRICANE (EUROPEAN TITLE)
BOOKER T VS. MAVEN
BUBBA CLAUS VS. TAJIRI CLAUS
CHRIS JERICHO VS. KURT ANGLE VS. THE ROCK
You double take once you see your name alongside Stacy and Torrie.
Who put you in the eggnog match? You’re going to kill someone. This is probably one of the first gimmick matches you’ve had here, and it makes you reconsider shunning a bra and panties match…
….Nah, nothing would ever make you reconsider that. By some stroke of luck, you haven’t been signed up for one. However, you’d much rather have an actual match tonight!
Now you’ve got a bone to pick with Raw’s new owner. More than likely, he had something to do with this, so you can’t blame Vince THIS TIME. You may just start blaming him for shits and giggles, though.
“[Name]!”
You look behind you to see RVD storming down the hall. He doesn’t seem in the greatest of moods, but you still try and be friendly. “Hey there! What’s up?”
It’s a bit off-putting to see him so irritated. He seems so laid back. The moment he grabs your shoulders is when you realize that it may be serious. “Have you seen Chris Jericho? This is important.”
Seems like everyone’s looking for him. He is always causing trouble. You think it’ll only get worse now that he’s the Undisputed champion, but you can only hope someone else can beat him.
If that doesn’t happen, perhaps you’ll have to intervene.
He rubs his temple. “He attacked me on Heat before Vengeance. I know he’s performing tonight, but I don’t care. Lance Storm had a lot to say about it, so now I’ve gotta kick his ass.”
“I’m sure you’ll get it. My advice is to try the locker room. He’s vain enough to stay in there for days if he could. I’m sure he loves checking himself out.” You recommend.
RVD seems to relax a bit. He doesn’t think he can be mad around you, at least not for long. He lets go of your shoulders. “Alright, Miss Nitro. I’ll try.”
That’s like the second nickname someone’s given you. Can’t complain about it, though. It’s kinda cute!
Though you feel bad that you can only catch him in the halls, you smile anyway. “I’ll catch up with you later. I’ve gotta hit up the party. We’ve gotta hang out sometime. I really enjoyed it when we were a team.”
“Ditto.” He agrees. “Well, when you need a partner, come find me.”
You wave at him, he returns it, and you two go your separate ways. The main objective was to get to Raw’s party. Talking to Ric Flair was really important.
You could hear a distant “woo!!” from down the hallway. Yeah, he’s definitely in there.
You pick up the pace a bit to reach the door, and you quickly open it. Upon entry, you can see more people that you know. Trish, Jacqueline, Big Show, Hurricane, Tajiri, Torrie…
Seeing her sitting in Santa Tajiri’s lap, you can’t help but stare in awe. She seems surprised, too, not expecting you to be at the party. There’s a camera here, so it follows you to where you stand. You cross your arms.
They did an awful job of telling you these things.
You glance around again and notice that Edge is here, too. God damn it.
Once you and Torrie locked eyes, the room fell silent. Some of your coworkers are starting to get an idea of how unstable you are.
They just hoped you wouldn’t go ballistic on her right now. It’s a party! You’re supposed to be having fun! You get the gist, so you decide to clear the air. “I just want to talk to Ric Flair. I'm not here to fight or anything.”
Nevermind the fact you got an invitation..
Everyone seems to let out a sigh of relief, continuing their miscellaneous conversations. Were they really that concerned..?
The Nature Boy makes his way over to you. “You called for me?!” You flinch at his tone of voice. He’s so loud.
“Yeah, why’d you schedule me in that eggnog match?” You question. “I don’t want to be in it. In fact, there’s no reason for me to be in it.”
He grabs a drink from the table and raises it up toward you in offering. “I thought it would be a good opportunity, I wanna see you wrestle!”
You wave your hand at him. “You did! Remember that one match with The Rock? You fixed the match!”
“Not good enough! I wanna see some hair pullin’, eye scratchin’, clothes rippin’! Woo!” Ric chants. “You’re the only person that can deliver it! I've seen you go at it when you were in WCW!”
You can’t even get a word out before he’s yelling even more. “MERRY CHRISTMAS, FROM THE NATURE BOY!! WE ARE PARTYING DOWN TONIGHT, WE ARE LOOKIN’ GOOD!”
You really fight the urge to say: “Take your pills, old man,” but you instead decide to zip it for now. Guess you’ll have to participate.
Meanwhile, Edge makes his way over to you. He’s got garland wrapped around his neck like a scarf, and you know he’s still goofy as ever.
“Hey there, you.” He greets.
You wave. “Hi.” This is too awkward for you, so you cut to the chase. “We’re fine now, right? I saw you catch my kiss. I blew you.”
“Hah, blew me.” Edge chuckled. Ha, ha. You almost laughed, he’s sooo hilarious. “I don’t know why you came out there, but I kind of liked it.”
You’re happy. At least he didn’t seem to be mad at you anymore. He totally took things out of context. You wanted to map out a few things to say to him in your head, but it’s tough when Torrie talks so loudly in her squeaky voice.
It’s like she was doing it on purpose. Like she’s raising her voice so that you could hear. If that’s what she wants, so be it. You turn around to look.
“Wooow!!” She chirps, unwrapping a lingerie set from the box. “You want me to be naughty, don’t you?! It’s beautiful, I love it!”
God, you hate her. You swiftly turn around to leave but are stopped by Debra coming in with a tray of neatly placed cookies.
“Hey, sweetie!” She greets you with a big smile. “I’m glad you could make it! It’s not a party without my famous cookies!”
You’re gonna be honest. Those look like the sugar cookies from the store, but you’ll still eat them.
She hands over the tray to Ric. “Oh! Steve will be here any minute!” He’s coming too?! Cool! It is a little surprising to hear he’s actually gonna show up. Everyone in the room starts to cheer, including the crowd.
Alright, perhaps the night can turn itself around after all.
Tumblr media
Eggnog shouldn’t be that bad. It's not your favorite drink, but it’s better than gravy. You bet poor Trish had to take so many showers.
It honestly reminds you of when Kurt hosed the Alliance down with milk. You won’t ever forget that night. You shiver just thinking about it.
The ladies of the night have already made their entrance. You’re the last one to come out. You don’t even bother dressing up all festive, as your gear will probably be drenched anyway.
Your music hits. Now’s the time to go out there and get this match done as quick as you can.
“And finally, introducing [Name]!”
For a moment, you stop midway on the ramp to look at the girls and the pool of eggnog.
If they said this was for a WCW taping, you would’ve believed them.
You finally reach the end of the ramp, looking over and shaking your head. You can’t believe you’re doing this. All the while, Torrie’s tossing candy canes into the crowd while you walk over toward the side. At least someone’s enjoying this.
As soon as you get down there, she turns toward you and coyly passes you a candy cane, but you slap it out of her hand. You don’t want that shit.
Stacy quickly takes advantage, yanking her over by the shoulder and slapping her. Stacy yells over to you, “Let’s throw her in!”
Absolutely. You give her a nod, and the two of you back over to Torrie. The both of you pick her up, adjusting so she doesn’t get hurt too bad when you toss her.
“One, two….” You begin to count, the two of you rocking back and forth. “Three!” And there she goes, right into the pool of eggnog. Some of it splashes on you, but you don’t care.
Cameras around you flashed and it almost blinded you for a moment, causing you to squint for a moment before rubbing your eyes.
Once you come to, you see Stacy raising her hand for a high five. You smile and give her one, but as soon as she turns her back on you to laugh at Torrie, you shove her into the pool.
What an idiot! It’s every woman for themselves tonight. While you actually start to find this fun, you foresee a messy shower in the future. Carefully, you step right into the pool. You didn’t want to slip and hurt yourself.
Of course, the first thing you do is to try and drown Torrie. Just to shut her up for a bit. You grab her hair, submerge her under the eggnog for a minute or two, and then pull her back up. She’s coughing and sputtering.
Stacy’s doing her best to regain some balance, even trying to grab on the referee for some leverage. You’re too focused on Torrie, though.
The smell of eggnog was starting to make you sick. You don’t think you ever want to see eggnog ever again.
You try to adjust to pull Torrie onto a very slippery STF, but you keep losing your grip every few seconds. You did your best to keep it on, though.
Torrie reaches her hand out, but there’s no rope to save her now. You think she’s just about to tap!….until Stacy got her head back in the game and broke up the submission.
Now, you’ll have to focus on her for a minute. There’s not much you can do in the pool, which is one of the reasons why you hated this match so much.
She drags you off of Torrie and starts slapping you around a bit. Seems like she doesn’t know what to do either.
That damn Ric Flair. What did you even get out of this? Definitely not a title match that’s for sure.
Either you do a roll up pin or you force them to tap. You’re leaning on the latter. You don’t know your time limit, so you’re gonna have to make do. You scoop Stacy up and slam her back into the pool, eggnog splashing everywhere.
Poor Torrie’s little Santa outfit was almost halfway off of her. Stacy was in the same state. You were smart enough NOT to dress in anything like that. The crowd can have them, but not you!
“You girls have five more minutes!” The referee whisper-shouted.
Five minutes, okay. That’s not bad. Five minutes…
Wait, FIVE MINUTES?! Not good. You start to panic inwardly, and Torrie is the first to catch on.
She comes out of character to check in on you for a second. That is, after she coughs out more eggnog.
“Are you okay?”
“Fine, but five minutes!” You exclaim, nearly losing your own footing, trying to adjust yourself.
You all need to start wrapping it up then. You’re almost disappointed it’s already almost over. Almost.
“Stacy!” You whisper-shout. “You’re gonna have to tap!” When you finish your sentence, you’re already moving to sweep her off her feet.
You really wish it was Torrie, but she’s too busy trying to get herself together. Man, if she threw up, there’s gonna be a problem.
Stacy desperately tries to claw at your arm to escape, to no avail. The referee circles around you two, and before you know it, she is tapping, causing eggnog to splash everywhere.
You let her go and shove her away, and the referee helps you up to raise your arm. You’re just ready to get the fuck out of dodge. You actually think that was the most embarrassing match you’ve been in.
“The winner of the eggnog match, [Name]!”
You snatch your arm from the referee and turn away to walk begrudgingly up the ramp, but don’t forget to bat your hand at the girls and the pool.
Your music blares in your ears, but it all sounds dull. All you care about is hitting the showers.
You’ve won, but at what cost? Sometimes, you really can’t help but hate your job.
As soon as you hit that curtain, Ric Flair gives you a round of applause with a smile. “Bravo!” Shockingly enough, he’s not being annoyingly loud. “Woooo! That was a show!”
“Good enough for you?” You ask sardonically. One of the stagehands passes you a towel, and you thank them. You use it to dry your face and hair. It’s gonna have to do for now.
God, you think you may have gotten eggnog in your ear…
“Hope you’re satisfied.” You have to hit your palm against your ear.
He just laughs, making you narrow your eyes.
“Listen, listen, I just have a deal for you. Because you did the favor of participating in this match, I’ve thought…how would you like to participate in the Royal Rumble?”
“What?!” You exclaim, nearly dropping your towel. “Are you serious?”
“Sure am. You see, I would like to surprise Vince. To keep him on his toes, I’m a bigger threat than he’ll ever know.” Ric explains. “There’s only 30 spots; I’m sure he will fill them quickly. So, you may want to talk to your fellow wrestlers. Maybe they’ll give up a spot.”
That’ll be hard to do. You know for a fact no man is willing to give up a spot like that. You’ll have to drive a hard bargain…
It takes a moment for you to respond. “..Well, I would love to, really! But I wouldn’t know how to get anyone to give up their spot. And I would have to just. I don’t know. I’m not sure.”
It was sprung onto you so suddenly that you weren’t sure what to do. Ric understands, luckily.
“Well, how about this? You take the rest of the night off. Go get cleaned up and think about it. Trust me, both of us are the winners.”
Now, that is an offer you cannot refuse. You’ll have to join the party next time.
For now, you just need to think.

The Survivor Series 2000 match between Chris Jericho and Kane was an attention grabbing match that had great heat. This was during Kane's heel turn I believe-and he had it out for Jericho.
For the most part, Kane was slamming around Jericho, but Jericho got in some hits in as well. However.....
There was a time during the match where Chris Jericho lost his balance and grabbed onto Kane's tank. This was not a solid steel bar obviously, so the material stretched long and Chris Jericho almost fell to the floor, still grappling. This caused Kane's entire chest to become exposed, and I was honestly confused by this because it was so distracting. (Just let go!)
Tumblr media
Why did Chris do that? lololol
Tumblr media
I wasn't the only one that noticed either! Lawler said "LOOK AT THIS! " while giggling, and JR said "Jericho holding on to anything he can grab!"
He kept doing it in the matches around their rivalry. Like please quit exposing his chesticles😭
My eyes went so big bc it was so shocking to see his chest so exposed.
Anyways.......
I included other memorable snippets from the match down below.

WRESTLEMANIA BACKLASH 2020
Blue.
Blue used to be your favorite color. The serene hue that used to beckon memories of tranquility, now seemed tainted by the complexities of the present. Your once form fitted sparkling blue gear was now blood stained and glimmering with sweat, the championship it matched no longer in your grasp.
But now, the color made you want to throw up. The sight of you made you want to throw up.
You stared back at your reflection in your dressing room mirror, the dressing room mirror reflecting an image you hardly recognized. Your face was bruised and distorted, your eye swollen shut and lip cut and bleeding from the fight you were in just moments ago with Ronda Rousey.
And just a few minutes before that match, you were informed that you would be dropping your Smackdown Women's Championship to her, because they thought that was what was best for business. Because not telling you beforehand wasn't what was best for business.
Casting you- the nicknamed Princess of Pain of WWE because of your kind nature and killer attitude in the ring-one of the biggest babyfaces on the roster, one of the biggest merch sellers, one of the greatest on the mic and in the ring, and finally one of their champions after so many years of crawling to the top from the NXT food chain to your win against Sasha Banks in one of the most historic main events ever at Wrestlemania to hold your first main roster title- to the side after less than a month as a champion was best for business.
Making you finally have your moment on the grandest stage of them all only to have it shattered so soon at Ronda's request after she just came back from her months-long vacation was best for business.
Sami tried to console you, he knew from the look on your face as you left the meeting before your match and ran into him that something was horribly wrong.
But you brushed off his attempts at comforting you with a solemn smile and a 'I'm fine, don't worry about me, Sami.' and took off before he could inquire any more. If he pushed any more with those brown eyes that always seemed to know what you were thinking and those warm arms that he outstretched towards you, you knew you would fall into them and cry.
You decided instead of yelling at management, you tried to make the best of it and lead Ronda into a good match and push any animosity you had and be cordial- you could get another opportunity in the future. And maybe this would lead to one of your friends-like Liv or Rhea-taking the title off of her and getting their moment they absolutely deserved.
But all those thoughts left your brain when she stared back across the ring from you with that stupid smirk across her face and went off script and punched you square in the nose so hard that it broke and your face was trickled with blood before the bell even rang.
There would be no holding back, you thought. Even if I lose, I'ma make sure I come out the true fucking winner and make her work for it.
And work for it Ronda did. The two of you beat the holy hell out of each other. Under the bright lights, punches were not pulled, and bodies were broken.
The commentary table was destroyed when you pile-driven Ronda through it. Your face was covered in grim and blood from where Ronda attacked it, the blood getting into your eyes and making you wipe it every 5 seconds. and Ronda's shoulder was dislocated from where you rammed a chair into it, relishing in her cries of pain.
How's it feel going off script now, bitch?, you thought.
Sami knew you weren't okay though when Ronda finally got you into a sleeper hold and your eyes fluttered shut after hanging on for so long, and instead of tapping out as planned, deciding to pass out.
Ronda clearly didn't like what you were doing, since she tightened her grip on your neck and didn't let go for a full five minutes, only pushing herself off of you when Adam Pearce and medical/security staff finally convinced her to let go of you.
"I'm what's best for business!" She screamed into your face, waving your title around with a cocky smirk on her face as she watched you glare at her, pushing away the medical staff weakly and refuse to get on the stretcher, much to their chagrin. "Not some nice weak little bitch who peaked in NXT!"
Her words hurt more than the physical pain you were in, and you kept repeating them in your mind as you wiped your face, wincing with every wipe.
You went to medical, but there was only so much they could do. They put your nose back in place, (Sami barged into the room and forced you to let him stay, and his hand almost broke under your grip when the doctor was fixing your nose), disinfected your lip, gave you some pain meds, and told you that you'd be cleared to wrestle in a couple of weeks, and instructed you to put ice on your bruised body.
Sami was planning on getting your stuff from your locker room and bringing you to your hotel room so he could help you relax (much to your annoyance, all you wanted to do was be alone and wallow in your own self-pity), when you ran into a concerned looking Kevin in the hallway.
The scene he saw before him- Sami trying to wrap an arm around you to help you up and your stubborn ass refusing him, made him explode in anger and concern. But much like with everything Kevin says, it came out in the worst way possible.
"Just because Ronda knocked the marbles outta your head doesn't mean you get to act stupid. Let Sami help you, you dumbass!" he shouted, gesturing wildly in his frustration.
You glared at Kevin, not in the mood for him tonight.  Why he thought he had any right to speak to you like that was beyond comprehension. He was no longer your best friend, so he shouldn't be acting like he even cared. He didn't care when he cost you how many championships when you were about to win them, did he? Of course now he wants to speak with you.
Despite the pain and the swirling emotions, you managed to push Sami away, moving closer to Kevin with a fiery gaze.
"Oh, so now you wanna care about me? Very funny." you spat, your voice dripping with disdain. "And last time I checked, Ronda came out that match with a broken shoulder, and if you don't get away from me in the next 5 seconds, I'll break yours too."
Kevin huffed as if he couldn't decide between continuing the argument or stepping back, but he saw Sami rubbing your back and trying to comfort you despite your resistance, and he couldn't hold back his sharp tongue or his jealousy.
"Does that only apply to everyone or is Sami the exception as always?" Kevin shot back, his frustration evident in his tone. "For fucks sake, your bleeding and all you can care about is the fact that I'm telling you the truth, and you can't handle it like always."
Your fists clenched at your sides as Kevin's words pierced through the haze of pain and anger. You wanted to scream at him, to make him understand the turmoil raging within you, but the searing pain in your body drowned out any coherent thoughts.
Before you could retort, Sami stepped between you and Kevin, cutting Kevin with a glare that could cut through steel. "Are you seriously jealous that I'm trying to take care of her? Maybe you would have that opportunity if you actually acted like you cared about her!" Sami mocked, his voice low and seething with frustration.
Kevin knew he should've focused on your physical and mental state instead of starting the argument, but the fire was lit and Sami only added to the gasoline. "Maybe I would've had that opportunity if she didn't constantly take your side and ignore her actual best friend!"
At Sami's incredulous look at his statement, Kevin scowled and glared at him. "Don't act like I'm not right. No matter what I do, it's always Sami this, Sami that. 'Oh Y/N, we hate Kevin, we can't trust Kevin.'  Like I don't exist. Like he's the only one who gets to be there for you!"
Sami glowered at Kevin, shaking his head in disbelief. "I do get to be the only one there for her! Because you weren't there for us when we needed you."
This time it was Kevin shaking his head in disbelief, a wry smile on his face. "Oh my god, do you not hear yourself? We, we, we? You don't care about her, you just care about trying to avenge yourself for the past! You only want her to yourself because you know that your own actions pushed her away, so you are trying to blame yourself on me!"
Your head throbbed with pain as their argument escalated, each word feeling like a dagger in your already wounded heart.  The realization that this altercation was about more than just your well-being dawned upon you. They were fighting for a place in your life, a place you were struggling to define for yourself amidst the chaos of tonight.
"Blame your actions on me! Blame your short comings in your careers on me! Blame Y/N's shitty title reign on me! Blame everything on me, because that's what you always do!  Y/N can't see past your stupid sweet smile and fake friendship to realize that you're manipulating her emotions!" Kevin retorted, his voice rising in frustration.
"Enough!" Your voice shattered through the heated exchange, cutting their argument short. Breathing heavily, you felt the pain and exhaustion wash over you, but a surge of anger and hurt fueled your words. Both men turned to you, their angry expressions faltering at the angry expression on your bruised up face.
"This is not about you two!" You shouted, your voice a mixture of frustration and agony. "This is about me! About what happened out there!"
You gestured vaguely toward the arena, a reminder of the brutal match you just endured. "This is not about which one of you gets to be by my side or who's the better friend. This is about how I'm feeling right now, which is like absolute shit! I just got my ass handed to me in the ring, and all I want is to be left alone!"
Your voice cracked with emotion as tears welled up in your eyes, a combination of physical pain and the emotional turmoil caused by the situation. You turned to Kevin, who was taking a step forward, his expression now more concerned than combative.
"Kevin..." You struggled to maintain your composure, wiping away a stray tear. "You want me to stop blaming you? For everything? For all your mistakes? For my 'shitty title reign'?" Kevin winced as your words hit him hard. "Well, I'm sorry if I'm not in the mood to hear about how you're such a great friend and how you care about me after everything that's happened tonight."
Your voice cracked as you fought to keep your emotions in check. "But I'll stop blaming you forever. We are done. Forever. You want to feel no more guilt? You choked on your words, a mix of anguish and frustration bubbling up inside. "Here's your freedom from the burden of my friendship, Kevin. Congratulations."
"Y/N..."
"And you!" You turned to Sami, who had been until he just now piped up quietly standing by, his face twisted with concern and guilt. "Kevin is right. You seem to think you know what's best for me, but you don't! You both think you know what's best for me, but you don't!"
Your voice trembled with emotion as you struggled to articulate the storm of feelings raging within you. "I'm tired of this, Sami. I'm tired of feeling like I owe you everything because you've been there for me. I'm tired of you expecting me to be okay with everything when I'm not! I'm tired of being pushed and pulled in every direction, as if I'm some prize to be won!"
Sami's eyes widened in shock and hurt, his hand instinctively reaching out to touch your arm, but you flinched away from his touch.  The pain, both physical and emotional, was overwhelming, and you couldn't take it anymore, couldn't take their expectations anymore.
"So I'm done with this. I'm done with the both of you." Your voice shook  as tears streamed down your face, your body trembling from the sheer weight of the emotional turmoil. "I just want to be alone. Please, just leave me alone."
Without waiting for a response, you turned away from both of them and staggered down the hallway, pain pulsating through your body with every step. The sounds of their voices, their arguments, and the echoes of your own shattered feelings reverberated in your mind as you disappeared into the corridor, seeking solace in the solitude of your dressing room.
And now, there you sit, surrounded by the eerie silence of the empty dressing room. The chaos of emotions swirls within, echoing the bruises and wounds that adorn your body.
Eventually you showered and changed into a hoodie and shorts, but you sat right back in your seat, your mind a heavy fog you didn't know how to navigate.  Not some nice weak little bitch who peaked in NXT! Not some nice weak little bitch who peaked in NXT!
You're not sure how long you've been sitting there, lost in the whirlwind of thoughts and feelings. A knock on the door interrupts your solitary moment. Assuming it was Sami or Kevin, you rolled your eyes before realizing you didn't want to see either of them again tonight, or ever.
"I said I want to be alone! So go away!" you call out, your voice strained from the emotional outburst.
"If you're assuming it's those parasites you call best friends, you are mistaken, miss." Your eyebrows furrowed in confusion at the voice, and you stood up to see who it was.
The door creaked open slowly, and in stepped a figure you didn't expect to see- Paul Heyman.
"Paul? What are you doing here?" you asked, wiping away tears and trying to compose yourself in the presence of the unexpected visitor.
"I came to see you. May I have a moment of your time, please?" Paul's tone was calm and measured, and there was something in his demeanor that seemed earnest.
Despite your reluctance to engage with anyone at that moment, there was an air of sincerity in Paul's request that piqued your curiosity. You nodded silently, gesturing for him to proceed.
"I watched your match tonight," Paul began, his gaze steady as he spoke. "What happened out there was unfortunate, to say the least. But I must admit, I was impressed by your resilience, your determination to give it your all despite the circumstances."
You raised an eyebrow, unsure of where Paul was going with this. His presence felt unusual, especially considering the two of you never directly interacted much before.
"I know we're not directly associated, you and I being on different levels and divisions of the playing field, but I couldn't help but notice something remarkable about your performance," Paul continued, his expression thoughtful. "Your tenacity, your ability to hold your ground, even when faced with adversity, it's something that caught my attention."
You remained silent, studying Paul's demeanor. His words were unexpected, and you couldn't quite grasp his intentions behind this unexpected visit.
"Forgive me if I'm overstepping any boundaries, but I believe there's potential in you that hasn't been fully realized yet," Paul remarked, his gaze unwavering. "You have something special, something that transcends mere championship reigns or victories," Paul emphasized, his expression earnest. "You have the ability to connect with the audience on a deeper level, to evoke emotions, to tell a story. That's a rare gift, one that can't be overshadowed by a single match or a title loss."
You blinked in surprise, not expecting such words from Paul Heyman of all people. His assessment of your performance and his acknowledgement of your capabilities left you momentarily speechless. You'd never imagined receiving this level of acknowledgment from someone of his stature, especially not in the midst of your emotional turmoil.
"I... I don't know what to say," you stammered, your voice wavering slightly as you struggled to process Paul's unexpected praise.
"Take a moment, breathe," Paul offered, a reassuring smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "I didn't mean to overwhelm you. I simply wanted to express my genuine admiration for what you showcased out there tonight. Despite the outcome, you displayed a raw emotion and resilience that's commendable. You have the fire, the determination, and a resilience that's quite admirable. But sometimes, in this business, one needs more than just talent and determination to succeed."
You frowned slightly, feeling a mix of curiosity and skepticism. "Excuse me, but what exactly are you trying to say, Paul?" you inquired, your voice tinged with a hint of caution.
Paul paused for a moment, as if choosing his words carefully.
"What I'm trying to convey is that sometimes, the most powerful narratives in this industry are born out of moments like this. Moments of struggle, of pain, of setbacks. Your journey resonates with the audience because it's real, it's relatable. You've faced challenges, setbacks, and yet you continue to fight, not just in the ring but against the odds stacked against you. And that's where true stories are born, in the depths of adversity."
You didn't know how to react to Paul's words. He was offering a perspective you hadn't considered amidst the chaos of emotions and conflicts you were dealing with, but why he was expressing this to you was still a mystery.
"I understand this might be a lot to take in, especially given the circumstances," Paul acknowledged, his tone empathetic. " But I believe that your journey doesn't end here, with this loss. It continues, it evolves, and it becomes something greater. It doesn't end with a loss, it starts with one."
You narrowed your eyes slightly, trying to discern Paul's true intentions behind his unexpected pep talk. His words were both encouraging and cryptic, leaving you with a sense of curiosity and intrigued.
"I appreciate your perspective, Paul," you said cautiously, your voice tinged with a mix of gratitude and skepticism. "But why are you telling me this?"
Paul smiled slightly, his eyes glinting with a sense of intrigue. "Because I want to help you start your journey." He pulled out something from his pocket and handed it to you - a business card with The Bloodline's contact information.
"I understand you are old friends with Roman Reigns," Paul explained. "The Head of the Table. He's been quite impressed with your work, always has been. But tonight he would like to offer you something more than just admiration. He wants to offer you an opportunity."
Your eyebrows shot up in surprise. The idea of being offered an opportunity by your old friend Roman tonight was unexpected, to say the least. You glanced down at the business card in your hand, then back up at Paul, waiting for further explanation.
"Roman sees potential in you, in what you bring to the table," Paul continued, his tone measured yet confident. "And he's not just saying it as a friend-he is saying it as the Head of the Table, as the leader of The Bloodline. And I understand that the two of you have history, a friendship that predates your WWE career. Upper management might not believe in you, but Roman does, trust me. And after tonight, he sees that they need to believe in you too."
Your mind raced with a flurry of emotions and thoughts. The unexpected turn of events, the offer from Roman, the belief that someone like Paul Heyman seemed to have in your potential - it was all overwhelming, especially in the midst of your emotional turmoil and the fallout with your friends.
"I am gonna be really honest and tell you that I am bruised, I am beaten and I don't have the mental capacity to absorb all of this right now." You admitted,  your voice trembling slightly with exhaustion.
Paul chuckled, smiling wide at you. This was going well.
"I understand. I didn't expect you to have it all figured out in one moment," Paul reassured, his tone understanding. "Take your time. Rest, recover, and if you ever want to explore possibilities beyond what's currently being presented to you, if you want to tell a story that truly reflects your spirit and resilience, give me a call."
You stared at the business card in your hand, surprised at the turn of events.  "Think about it," Paul said, noting your contemplative expression, before nodding at you and leaving the room, leaving you alone with your thoughts.
You sank back into the chair when you were once again enveloped by the silence of the empty dressing room. You didn't know what to think, what to do, how to act. All you knew was that you wanted to go to your hotel room and sleep this day off. You sat up, grabbing your phone and checking it.
outgoing text to Seth <;3: I need you tonight. come over to my room?
read.
You sighed, but your body was not surprised and too weak for you to be angry. You could deal with your brooding boyfriends self later. You didn't have the emotional capacity to baby him on why he should care about you right now.
You grabbed your stuff, heading out of the dressing room with a heavy heart and a weary body. Your uber ride was quick, and you finally arrived at your hotel room.
The exhaustion and emotional weight of the day settled in as you entered the room, the only solace being the relative quiet and isolation. You decided to take a quick shower, hoping that the warm water might provide a momentary escape from the chaos of the day. As the water cascaded down, you felt a bit of the tension ebbing away, though the emotional turmoil lingered.
After the shower, you slipped into comfortable pajamas, feeling the heaviness of the day sinking in. Your phone dinged with a text, and you picked it up, expecting it to be Seth or one of the girls asking if you were okay.
Instead, the message was from an unknown number, which struck you as odd. Curious, you opened it to read:
"Hey, it's Jey. Paul gave me your number. I know you was expecting Roman, but unfortunately, he's occupied right now. He wanted me to reach out to you instead. If you need anything or want to talk, I'm here. Take care."
You blinked in surprise at the unexpected message from Jey Uso. Why he might be reaching out on Roman's behalf was a bit puzzling. Why any of this was happening right now was puzzling. You didn't have the energy for this. So despite the curiosity gnawing at you, you didn't respond.
Turning your phone off, you snuggled into your bed, the warm covers offering you comfort from your pain. Your eyes fluttered shut, the exhaustion taking over, and soon, you were lost in the realm of sleep with only one thought on your mind.
You were going to get your comeuppance, no matter what.

"Why do we even need to think of adding a new person in the Bloodline? She ain't even talk to none of us anyways." Jey sighed as he shut off his phone from where he was checking your Instagram, in anger or disappointment he didn't know.
It had been almost 2 months since you were seen in the WWE, and you never responded to his text message. Or, according to rumors, to any of the higher ups either. Apparently you told them you'd come back when you were ready, and left it at that, leaving them just as much in the dark as the fans were.
Jey just assumed that you were feeling overwhelmed or needed some personal space to get better and that's why you ain't respond to him, but after the first week he concluded you were ignoring him deliberately.
"Roman, she ain't even trying to reach out or nothing," Jey continued, frustration evident in his voice. "Paul's been trying to push her into this whole thing, but she's just ghosted everyone. What's the point of bringing her into the mix if she don't even wanna be here?"
Roman glanced up from the papers on his desk, his expression unreadable. He had his suspicions about your absence, but he chose to keep them to himself.
"Give her time, Jey," he said calmly. "If she's not responding, it means she's not ready or willing to engage. We can't force her into something she's not comfortable with. Trust me, I know how she is. She's like you; she moves at her own pace and needs space, otherwise that fire she has will simmer down."
Jey let out a frustrated sigh, tossing his phone onto the table. He understood what Roman was saying, but for whatever reason it still frustrated him not to hear from you. He never even talked to you-you shared the same circle but never crossed paths-yet when he saw your Instagram pics he felt a connection that he couldn't explain.
"I just feel like we're all sitting here waiting for something that might never happen," Jey muttered, looking up at Roman with a mix of concern and frustration.
Roman checked his watch and leaned back in his chair, folding his hands behind his head, his gaze fixed on Jey. "Trust me, we won't be waiting any longer."
Jey raised an eyebrow, confusion written all over his face before a knock on the door interrupted their conversation. Roman gestured for Jey to open it.
The door creaked open slowly, revealing you , standing in the doorway. Your appearance was a stark contrast from the last time they saw you—determined, your gaze steady despite the tiredness in your eyes, your aura a mix of confidence and vulnerability. It was evident that the time away had changed you, but in ways they couldn't quite discern.
You glanced between Roman and Jey, a mixture of emotions playing across your face—resilience, uncertainty, and a hint of determination.
"Y/N?" Jey exclaimed in surprise, his eyes widening as he took in your presence. Roman remained composed, his gaze fixed on you as he gestured for you to come in.
You hesitated for a moment but Jey closing the door behind you prompted you to step forward into the room. You were wearing a low cut black tank top, your hair pulled back into a messy bun, and loose jeans, a far cry from the glitz and glam of your WWE persona. You hadn't expected to come back just yet, but something in you told you it was time, time to face what you had been avoiding.
"Sorry I'm late-" You tried to apologize but Roman interrupted, his voice calm and composed. "No need to apologize. You're right on time. Take a seat."
You pursed your lips, sitting down as indicated, feeling the weight of the atmosphere in the room. Roman's composed demeanor didn't fail to remind you of the authority he held, even in a casual setting like this.
"I know I've been MIA, and I haven't been responsive," you began, your voice tentative as you glanced between Roman and Jey. "There's no excuse for my absence or for not responding to your messages."
Jey opened his mouth to speak, but Roman held up a hand, indicating he should remain silent for now. "We understand," Roman said calmly, his gaze fixed on you. "We just wanted to ensure you were okay. We know you needed your time. Are you healing up okay?"
You nodded, the weight of their understanding and non-confrontational approach easing some of the tension in your shoulders. "Yeah, I'm getting better, but it's been a process." You admitted, lifting your shirt slightly to reveal a faint scar along your ribs that made both men wince. "As you can see."
"Damn, Ronda really fucked you up, huh?" At your glare, Jey winced and apologized, "I mean, sorry. Didn't mean to be rude. Just saying, it's good to see you back though. People here missed you."
Roman inclined his head slightly, his expression unreadable. "Indeed. Your absence has been felt, Y/N."
You swallowed hard, feeling a mix of emotions swirling within you. Being back here, facing Roman, it was both daunting and strangely comforting. "I... I didn't plan on coming back just yet, but something made me reconsider."
Jey leaned forward, curiosity evident in his voice. "What made you change your mind?"
You hesitated for a moment, unsure of how much you wanted to disclose. You were close with Roman after all, not Jey. But something in his gaze told you that this conversation was one you could trust them with. Trust him with.
"I needed time away, time to think, to heal. But something in me told me it was time to face things, to come back and finish the journey."
Roman leaned back into his chair, his gaze still focused on you. "I'm glad that you're back, and I apologize that we haven't been in contact like we used to. Being the head of the ribal Chief comes with its own responsibilities, and sometimes that means we overlook things. But I assure you, you're still family to me. Which is why I sent Paul after you to make sure you were alright."
Your eyebrows shot up in surprise at Roman's words, the mention of Paul's involvement still puzzling you. "Yeah, about Paul?" you questioned, confusion evident in your voice. "He reached out to me a while back, but I didn't quite understand what he wanted. Something about an opportunity."
Roman nodded, a slight smirk playing at the corners of his lips. "Yes. I told him to check up on you, see how you were doing. But most importantly, to ask you about an opprounity." He paused, leaning forward, his demeanor shifting to a more business-like tone. "And that is to be my right hand woman."
Your breath caught in your throat at Roman's statement, and you were sure that if you were drinking water that would have been the moment you'd have spat it out in surprise. "I-I'm sorry?"
Roman, to his credit, maintained his composed demeanor, his gaze steady yet filled with a hint of amusement at your reaction as he repeated himself. “I want you by my side, as a part of the Bloodline. To be the right hand woman I need. You've got the fire and resilience that I've been looking for. You might have been gone for a bit, but it doesn't change what you bring to the table. And I want to make you start your journey and realize you bring the whole damn universe to the table."
You were speechless, your mind reeling from this entire converstation.  Being invited to be a part of the Bloodline, to serve as Roman's right hand, it was beyond anything you had imagined or anticipated.
"I... I don't know what to say," you stammered, your mind racing with a flurry of emotions. "But.. I'm not blood like the rest of you. I'm not a part of your family, Roman. I don't know if I fit in with the Bloodline."
Roman leaned back in his chair, a faint smirk playing on his lips as he observed your reaction. "That's why I said my right hand woman, not my right hand blood. Like with  Paul, he's my wiseman and not my blood. You can be that, and so much more." Roman's words were deliberate, his tone holding a weight of certainty.
Roman's words were deliberate, his tone holding a weight of certainty. "You can be the greatest woman's champion the WWE has ever seen. You can be the greatest asset to the Bloodline, regardless of blood relations. You can be the greatest woman to hold this position, all the power, and you don't need to be blood to achieve that." He leaned closer to you, his eyes fixated on yours, his words laden with conviction. "All you have to do is acknowledge me."
You breathed heavily,  were taken aback by Roman's sincerity and the offer itself. It was something you hadn't anticipated, especially after your absence and the confusion that surrounded your return. "But why do you want me?" You asked,  your voice a mixture of uncertainty and curiosity. "I mean, I've been gone for so long. There are others who could be much better at this role, much more qualified than I am."
Roman leaned back in his chair, a small smirk playing on his lips as he regarded you. "Even after all these years you are still as modest as ever," he remarked, his voice carrying a hint of amusement.
"I want you because you bring something to the table that others might not possess. I realized that in this group of men that I lead, I need a woman that can calm our fires and amplify our strengths, yet ignite those same fires when necessary. I need a woman that can command respect without uttering a word, someone who carries their own weight, and someone who's unafraid to respectfully challenge me when needed because I trust your judgement after years of friendship. You possess a fire that's essential for what I envision. You might not see it, but I do."
You were stunned by Roman's words. His perception of you and the role he believed you could play within the Bloodline were far beyond what you had imagined. The weight of his trust and the responsibility he was offering left you feeling both honored and overwhelmed.
"I... I need some time to think about this," you finally replied, still processing the enormity of Roman's proposition. "It's a lot to take in, Roman. I appreciate the offer, but you must understand that I need a minute to-"
"I understand," Roman interrupted, his voice gentle yet firm. "Take all the time you need. I don't expect an answer right away. Just know that the offer stands, and whenever you're ready to give me your response, I'll be here." He leaned back, giving you a reassuring nod that you delivered back. "Jey, walk her out."
Jey, who had been observing the exchange in silence, leaned forward and stood up, nodding at Roman. "Sure thing, Uce." He turned to you, offering you a small smile as he was a gentlemen, but his expression was guarded. "C'mon, I'll walk you out."
You nodded, feeling a mix of emotions swirling within you. Standing up from your seat, you cast one last glance at Roman, who nodded in acknowledgment before you followed Jey out of the room.
As you walked alongside Jey, silence enveloped both of you. It was a strange feeling—being back here, facing the unexpected turn of events, facing your own emotions, and considering the proposition Roman had offered. Jey seemed contemplative, as if he had questions but chose not to voice them until you were almost at the exit.
"Why?'
You blinked at Jey's question, taking a moment to process his words. "Why what?" you asked, slightly puzzled by his sudden inquiry.
"Why you?" Jey clarified, glancing at you with a mix of curiosity and scrutiny. "I mean, I know ya'll are friends, but you've been gone for a while. You've been quiet, and suddenly, the Tribal Chief wants you back as his right hand. What's so special about you?"
You paused, considering your response. Jey had a point. Your sudden reappearance and Roman's offer might seem surprising to someone observing from the outside. Taking a breath, you decided to offer a glimpse of your perspective.
"I wish I could give you an answer, Jey." You replied, your voice measured as you walked alongside him. "But I honestly don't know. This all happened so fast. One minute I'm trying to cope with my loss, and the next, Roman's offering me a position within the Bloodline." You looked at him quizzically before continuing. "Why do you think Roman offered this to me?"
Jey furrowed his brows, contemplating your question. He wasn't expecting you to seek his input on the matter. Nobody really asked him for his opinion within the family, but there was something in your gaze that prompted him to consider your query seriously. Maybe it was because you actually desired his opinion in a time where no one else did that slightly warmed his heart, but he’d never admit it.
"I don't know," Jey replied honestly, shaking his head slightly. "But Roman sees something in you. Something that he thinks can be an asset to us. You might not see it, but he does."
He paused, glancing at you briefly before averting his gaze. "Maybe it's 'cause he trusts you. Or maybe there's something you bring that nobody else does. I ain't sure, but I know when Roman makes a move like this, he's got his reasons. He don't just do things without a reason."
You nodded thoughtfully, giving Jey a smile as you processed his words. "Well, whatever the reason, I hope it leads to me seeing you around more often,” you added with a light chuckle, trying to ease the tension slightly.
Jey offered a small smile in return, though his expression remained somewhat guarded even though he wanted to be friendly. A nice pretty girl wanted to be his friend and all he was doing was analyzing her for answers on Roman. “Yeah, we'll see about that," he replied cryptically before opening the door for you. "Take care of yourself, okay?"
You gave Jey a nod of acknowledgment, appreciating his gesture. "You too, Jey. Thanks for walking me out." With a last smile, Jey watched as you left the arena, your beautiful presence disappearing as you stepped out.
‘Damn,’ Jey thought to himself, there's something more to her than meets the eye.’ Maybe he had underestimated you. Maybe it's worth paying attention to.
And maybe he wouldn’t hate getting to know you more.

You winced slightly as you changed into your gym clothes in the locker room. It had been a few months now since you got hurt, and you were now cleared, but your body still hurt like a bitch.
It had also been a few months since Roman asked you to join the Bloodline, and you gave him your answer a few weeks later: A resounding yes.
You tried to acknowledge him in the confines of his office with the Jimmy, Jey and Paul with you, but Roman told you that he'd make you acknowledge when you passed his test and he would know for sure you were loyal to the Bloodline. Roman told you in the meantime thought to get acquainted with the rest of the members, and to start training with them until you were ready to be on TV again. Which led to you going to the Bloodline's own personal gym located in the arena and training and hanging out with the twins.
Jimmy was funny, cool, and always hyped up, and quickly took a liking to you because of your shared humor and your kind spirit; the two of you were always goofing around and letting loose. But Jey was- as you found out- a tough nut to crack.
It wasn't like he was rude- he never yelled at you or treated you poorly. In fact, he was quite respectful, but  but he had a guarded demeanor around you. He was more reserved, observant, and often seemed lost in his thoughts. You found it a bit challenging to get him to open up or engage in conversations beyond the necessary exchanges during training sessions.
It was like there was an invisible barrier that kept you both at a distance. You couldn't quite pinpoint why, but there was an underlying tension whenever you were around him. You tried to engage in conversation, crack jokes, or even just ask about his day, but his responses were always short and guarded.
It was like he had his guard up around you all the time, but it didn't make things awkward or uncomfortable; rather, it made you more determined to break through that barrier.
But it wasn't your own doing that almost broke through that barrier though. It was Kevin. One day, after a particularly tough training session, you were sitting on the bench catching your breath while Jey was nearby, lost in his thoughts as usual. You glared when you saw Kevin coming over to you.
"This is a private gym, Kevin. I knew you were stupid, but I didnt think you were illiterate." You spat at him. Kevin wasn't fazed by your reaction, instead coming closer to you.
"You're right. This is a private gym for the Bloodline. So what are you doing here?" Kevin huffed at you. This had to be a mistake, there's no way you would join the faction that tried to take him out.
"I am here as part of the Bloodline. So you need to leave." You stood up, facing Kevin with determination in your eyes. The tension in the air was palpable, and it seemed like a confrontation was inevitable.
Jey, who had been nearby, observing the interaction, raised a cautious eyebrow at Kevin's approach and your response. He had seen you and Kevin exchange words before, and it was clear there was some animosity between you two. He and everyone knew you guys were ex-best friends, and Jey wasn't one to meddle in others' business, especially when it came to personal disputes, but something about this situation made him uneasy.
Kevin glanced between you and Jey, his expression morphing into one of disbelief. "You?" He scoffed, his tone laced with incredulity. "Part of the Bloodline? That's a joke, right?"
When you didn't respond, he chuckled sarcasatically, like he couldn't believe it. "Are you kidding me? Are you stupid? Damn, I was right when I said that Ronda knocked some marbles outta your head. You really think that joining them is a good idea? They are nothing but manipulative shitheads."
You rolled your eyes, unamused by Kevin's insults. Typical Kevin, never congratulating you on anything good you do or are a part of. "You don't know anything about what's going on, Kevin. So just leave."
But Kevin seemed undeterred, his voice rising slightly. "They're using you, Y/N. Can't you see that? You're better than this. Don't let them drag you down into their mess. They'll chew you up and spit you out like they do with everyone else."
You tried to ignore him and go back to lifting your weights, but Kevin snatched the dumbbell from your hand, causing you to stand up abruptly, a mix of frustration and anger evident on your face. "Give it back, Kevin," you demanded firmly, your tone leaving no room for negotiation.
"Not until you tell me what the hell is going on with you! Are you this demented that you can't see when you're being played?"
"Seems like the only demented person here is you!" You tried to grab he dumbbell back, but Kevin held onto it firmly, a stubborn look on his face. The tension in the gym escalated as your argument continued, both of you getting more heated with your words.
"They are just using you!"
"Of course you would know about using people, that's all you ever do!"
"God, you are so much like Sami! So fucking naive and stubborn!"
The mention of Sami seemed to strike a nerve with you. You clenched your jaw, your expression turning stony as you took a step closer to Kevin.
"I told you that I'm done with you and Sami," you seethed, your voice low and filled with a dangerous edge. "So give me back the dumbbell and get the fuck out of here, and the fuck out of my life."
"Im just trying to protect you, damn it!"
"She don't need your protecting no more, she got the Bloodline." The both of you turned at the sudden interruption, and you looked up at Jey who moved in front of you and was glaring at Kevin with an intense gaze, his tone firm and commanding.
"Excuse me? This doesn't concern you, so just leave us alone." Kevin glared at Jey, not appreciating his interference. To him, Jey was just another member of the faction that he despised and that was using you.
Jey narrowed his eyes slightly, his stance unwavering and  his voice steady as he spoke. "She's a part of the Bloodline now, Kevin. It does concern me. Give her the dumbbell, and leave us alone."
Kevin stared back at Jey for a moment, his eyes flickering between Jey's imposing stance and your determined one, and you thought that a fight would break out between them, but eventually, he dropped the dumbbell with a scoff. "
Fine. But don't think that I'm letting them take you from me." With that threat, Kevin shot one last glare at both of you before storming out of the gym.
You let out a sigh of relief, feeling the weight of the confrontation easing off your shoulders. Turning to Jey, who was still standing in front of you, you were taken aback by the protective stance he had taken during the argument.
"Thank you, Jey," you said softly, grateful for his intervention. "I appreciate you stepping in."
Jey shrugged slightly, his guard still up but a hint of something softer in his expression. "Didn't seem right to let him get in your face like that," he muttered, his voice gruff but underlying concern evident in his tone.
You nodded in understanding, feeling a sense of camaraderie in the way Jey had backed you up. "Yeah, he's always been like that." You chuckled slightly, trying to lighten the mood. "Always thinks he knows what's best for me."
Jey's lips twitched into a small smile, a glimmer of warmth breaking through his guarded demeanor.  "Sounds familiar,"he replied cryptically, the corner of his mouth quirking up slightly.
He shifted his weight slightly, glancing around the gym before his gaze settled back on you. "You good?"
You nodded, offering Jey a reassuring smile. "Yeah, I'm good. Thanks again." There was a brief moment of silence between the two of you, before Jey cleared his throat, a hint of uncertainty in his voice as he spoke up. "Listen, I know I ain't been the most welcoming or talkative. Just... didn't feel like my place to get involved with your business. But.. I gotta ask you something."
You paused, curious about what Jey wanted to ask you. "Sure, what's up?" you replied, your tone inviting despite the underlying tension from the earlier confrontation with Kevin.
Jey hesitated for a moment, his guarded expression faltering slightly as he glanced away before meeting your gaze again. "Why you ain't text me back?"
You blinked, taken aback by the unexpected question. "Why didn't I text you back?" You echoed, surprised by the sudden inquiry. You took a moment to gather your thoughts, unsure of how to respond to Jey's question. After a beat, you offered an honest answer, wanting to address his concern no matter how embarrassing it would be.
"It wasn't intentional, Jey," you began, your voice gentle as you met his gaze. "Everything happened so suddenly, and I needed time to myself. I didn't mean to ignore you or anyone else. And Seth... you know my boyfriend, right?" Jey nodded, and you continued, "He saw it and kind of got...don't laugh... jealous about you reaching out, so he asked me not to reply to anyone outside my close circle."
You chuckled nervously, feeling a bit embarrassed admitting it. A boyfriend shouldn't have an issue with you talking to whoever you wanted, but Seth wasn't a good boyfriend, as much as you didn't want to admit it.  "I didn't want to make things worse by explaining, so I just... didn't respond to anyone. I'm sorry if I offended you."
Jey raised an eyebrow, his expression shifting to one of understanding mixed with a hint of surprise. "Oh." Jey nodded slowly, processing your explanation, a small smile threatening to break out on his face. He aint even do anything yet your man was getting all jealous.
You spotted the smile and groaned, holding your hand in your face in embarrassment. "You said you wouldn't laugh!" you protested, feeling your cheeks flush with embarrassment.
Jey chuckled lightly, the smile finally breaking through as he shook his head at the sight of you being bashful. " "I ain't laughin', I'm just... surprised. Seth really got jealous over that?" He shook his head in disbelief before looking back at you with a more serious expression.
You let go of your face and looked up at him, shrugging and Jey felt his heart hurt slightly when your smile was replaced with a frown at the memory of your relationship.
"It's okay, Y/N. You ain't gotta apologize. Don't worry about it. It's in the past." Jey reassured you, his tone gentle as he placed a hand on your shoulder briefly, a gesture of comfort. "I get it, you needed your space. I just wanted to know you were okay." Seth clearly wasn't a good guy if he was getting you all worked up like this, clearly not appreciating the literal goddess in his life that was you. Roman was right, Seth really was an idiot.
You offered Jey a grateful smile, feeling a sense of relief wash over you at his understanding. "Thanks, Jey. I appreciate that." Despite the earlier tension, you felt a certain warmth in this moment of connection with him.
Jey nodded, a small smile still playing on his lips before that guarded expression returned. "Anytime. Just... next time, let me know you're taking a break, yeah?" he said, a hint of playful teasing in his voice before his expression turned serious again. "I'll see you around."
With that, Jey nodded at you before walking away, leaving you to contemplate the unexpected exchange.
And now, you were getting ready to have another training session with him and hopefully break through his tough demeanor. As you were lacing up your sneakers, the door opened, and in popped  in Becky Lynch. You smiled at the sight of one of your closest friends, who was also now the Raw Women's Champion- you couldn't be more proud of her.
But that smile dropped into a frown at the sight of her in near tears, and when her eyes locked onto yours, they seemed to fill with more emotion.
"Hey, what's wrong?" you asked, concerned as you stood up and walked over to her, opening up your arms to her for a hug.
Becky rushed into your arms, her body shaking slightly as she held onto you tightly, her voice muffled against your shoulder. "I-I can't tell you."
You furrowed your brow, concern deepening as you gently rubbed her back. "You can tell me anything, you know that." You brought the both of you to the couch and sat down, waiting for Becky to calm down enough to speak. After a few moments, she took a deep breath and looked at you with teary eyes.
"You're gonna hate me. God, you're so nice and understanding, and I'm about to ruin it." Becky wiped her tears, trying to steady her voice as she spoke.
"No, you're not." You tried to hug her again, offering reassurance. "Whatever it is, Becky, I won't hate you. Just tell me what's going on."
Becky pulled back slightly, her eyes locking onto yours, a mix of guilt and pain in her gaze. "Seth and I have been sneaking behind your back."
Your heart stopped and your mind went blank. You had a million thoughts rushing through your head, but you couldn't seem to process any of them. The silence lingered between you and Becky as the weight of her confession sank in.
"What?" Your voice turned cold but was barely above a whisper as you processed the words Becky had just confessed. It felt like the ground beneath you had crumbled, leaving you suspended in a state of disbelief.
Becky winced, her gaze filled with remorse and regret. "Yes, we've been seeing each other," Becky admitted, her voice wavering with guilt. "It started a while back. We didn't mean for it to happen, it just... did."
Your throat tightened, and you felt a surge of anger and hurt swirling within you. You had always supported Becky through anything and everything. When she needed someone, you were there for her, yet she betrayed your trust in the worst way possible. And she came in here and hugged you and tried to get your comfort when she was the one who caused you such pain.
It felt like a punch to the gut. You were used. You always gave too much and received betrayal in return. You pulled away from Becky, your expression a mix of shock, hurt, and anger.
"How long?" The question escaped your lips before you could stop it, your voice barely audible as you fought to maintain composure.
Becky  sighed, her expression pained. "Please, don't make me hurt you even mo-"
"How. Long." Any traces of the kind, caring tone had vanished from your voice, replaced by an icy coldness that mirrored the betrayal and hurt you felt. Your eyes bore into Becky's, demanding an answer despite the turmoil of emotions swirling within you.
Becky sighed heavily, looking down as if unable to meet your gaze. "A few months. I'm so sorry, Y/N. We never meant to hurt you. It just... happened."
"You never meant to hurt me." you repeated, feeling a surge of disbelief and anger rising within you. "While I was dealing with everything, you and Seth... behind my back, and you never meant to hurt me!?" You shouted , your voice cracking with the weight of betrayal and hurt. The pain cut deep, and the sense of betrayal overwhelmed you.
Becky's eyes filled with more tears, her voice shaky as she tried to explain. "It was a mistake, Y/N. Please, I never wanted this to happen. I was just confused, and I know that's not an excuse, but I never wanted to hurt you."
You shook your head in disbelief, feeling anger and heartbreak intertwine within you. "You knew what I was going through. You knew how much I was struggling, and yet, you did this." Your voice wavered as you struggled to comprehend the magnitude of the betrayal. "You came to me for comfort, you acted like nothing was wrong, and all the while... this was happening."
Becky reached out to you, her expression desperate and remorseful. "I'm so sorry, Y/N. Please, I never wanted to hurt you. You are so sweet and kind, I didn't want to tell you because I knew how much this would hurt you, so I thought keeping it to myself would solve that, but I couldn't live with the guilt." She waited for your answer, but when you didn't respond, Becky paused, her eyes pleading for forgiveness. "Please..."
You looked up at Becky, your vision clouded by a mixture of pain, anger, and betrayal. Her desperate plea for forgiveness echoed in your ears and fueled your anger. It was rare that you would get angry, because you couldn't control yourself when it happened, but this was an exception.
How dare she act sad when she 's the one who caused this pain? How could she deceive you like this?
You stood up from the couch, distancing yourself from Becky, your eyes red with anger. "You're right, I am sweet and kind." You got up and closed the door, making Becky's eyebrows furrow in concern.
"Y/N, what are you doing?"
You ignored her and slowly made your way to her, and Becky could clearly see the anger in your usually sweet eyes. It was terrifying. She realized too late what you were about to do. "Maybe that should change. Right. Now."
Tumblr media
Jey sucked his teeth in concern as he made his way down the hallway, checking his phone to see if you messaged him back. You were 20 minutes late, so naturally he got concerned and annoyed at the fact that you were late. Maybe you and Kevin got into another fight? The thought made him walk faster to your locker room.
As he approached the hallway it was in, he heard banging and raised voices and saw  a crowd that was surrounding something. Immediately Jey realized it was your locker room and a knot formed in his stomach.
He quickly pushed through the crowd and saw you holding Becky by the hair and slamming her against the wall, anger etched deeply into your expression, and Seth trying and failing to separate the two of you.
"You're sorry, Becky!?" You screamed into her face, slamming her into the wall again, punching her over and over again, the anger clouding your judgement. Your nails digged into her skin, and tears streamed down Becky's face as she tried to shield herself from the blows.
Seth tried to intervene, but you grabbed him and slammed him onto the floor, hitting him low before going back to Becky. "The both of you mean nothing to me! Nothing!"
Jey's heart sank at the sight before him. He immediately rushed forward, trying to pry you away from Becky. The look on your face scared him. It was a side of you he had never seen before. "Y/N, stop! Stop it!"
You were consumed by rage, blinded by the betrayal and hurt that coursed through you. It took all of Jey's strength to pull you away from Becky, holding you back as you continued to struggle against his grip, your fists clenched, yearning to lash out again.
You tried to claw at Becky, grabbing her hair but Jey quickly grabbed your hands and restrained you, trying his best to calm you down and keep you from causing more harm. "Y/N, calm down! Please, calm down!"
Becky was visibly shaken, tears streaming down her face as she held her head, the impact against the wall still ringing in her ears. "I'm sorry, Y/N. Please, I never meant to hurt you."
Your adrenaline-fueled rage had consumed you, and you tried to fight off Jey, but he dragged the both of you away from the chaotic scene. He had to use all his strength to hold you back, your struggle showing no sign of ceasing. "Y/N, stop, it's enough! It's over!"
The commotion had attracted the attention of security, who swiftly arrived to help Jey calm the situation. They assisted in separating you from Becky and Seth, guiding each of you to different areas to diffuse the tension.
You were seething with anger and pain, your emotions swirling into a maelstrom that clouded your thoughts. Jey kept a firm grip on you, trying to talk you down. "Y/N, look at me. You need to breathe. You're not thinking straight."
You were too far gone to be responsive to Jey's words. All you could think of was Becky and Seth kissing each other, betraying your trust, and the way they had deceived you. The hurt was overwhelming, clouding any rational thought.
Jey continued to hold onto you, trying his best to calm your raging emotions. "Look at me."
You were shaking with anger and pain, your eyes blazing with an intensity that Jey had never seen before. He knew that trying to reason with you in this state would be futile, but he had to do something to snap you out of this anger-fueled haze.
He grabbed you and hauled you both into the nearest locker room and sat you down on the couch. You were shaking and tried to stand up to make a break for it, but Jey blocked the door, firmly keeping you inside. "Y/N, listen to me. You're not thinking clearly. You need to breathe and calm down."
You glared at Jey, your chest heaving with anger and hurt. "Let me go, Jey. I need to... I need to..."
"You need to calm down first," Jey interrupted, his voice firm but filled with concern. You tried to push past him, but he wouldn't budge.
Your hands trembled with rage, and you felt an overwhelming urge to lash out again, to confront Becky and Seth, to make them understand the pain they'd caused. But Jey's presence and his calming tone managed to break through the fog of your emotions, albeit slightly.
"You ain't going nowhere, Y/N. What you gon' do is sit ya pretty ass down and some deep breaths for me, drink some water, and try to calm yourself."  Jey instructed, his voice commanding yet filled with genuine care.
"I can't calm down!" You shouted, the pain evident in your eyes as you tried to push him one last time, until he managed to gently restrain you, forcing you to sit back down on the couch.
Jey sat beside you, maintaining a firm yet comforting grip on your shoulders. "Yes, you can. Take deep breaths with me, okay? In... and out." He demonstrated the rhythm, inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly, encouraging you to follow suit.
"B-but they-"
Jey gently interrupted you with a reassuring tone. "They ain't worth your peace, Y/N. Right now, you need to focus on you. I know it hurts, but you can't let them see you break. They ain't worth it. You are worth more than that."
You took in a shaky breath, trying to emulate Jey's breathing pattern. Inhaling deeply, you closed your eyes and attempted to regain control over your emotions. Gradually, your breathing began to steady, the adrenaline slowly subsiding.
"That's it." Jey encouraged softly, noticing your attempts to calm down. "Keep breathing. You're doing great." Whenever the anger seemed to rise again, Jey would gently remind you to focus on your breath, guiding you through the calming exercise until your breathing regulated, and the storm of emotions began to ebb away, leaving behind a heavy, lingering ache.
As the initial shock and fury lessened, tears welled up in your eyes, threatening to spill over. Jey sensed the shift in your emotions and pulled you into a comforting hug. "It's okay, Y/N. Let it out. You've been through a lot."
You clung to Jey, the dam finally breaking as you sobbed, the weight of betrayal and hurt cascading out of you. Jey held you close, providing a steady presence and a comforting embrace as you allowed the flood of emotions to pour out.
"T-They fucking went behind my back," you choked out between sobs, your voice raw with pain and betrayal. "I trusted them, Jey. I trusted them with everything."
Jey rubbed your back soothingly, offering silent support as you let out the pent-up emotions as he tried to not get angry himself. He would defiantly be beating Seth's ass after this. "I know, Y/N. I know," he murmured gently, his voice filled with empathy.
After what felt like an eternity, your tears eventually subsided into soft sniffles. Jey released you from the hug but kept a reassuring hand on your shoulder. "You did good, calming down like that," he commended softly.
You nodded, feeling emotionally drained but slightly more composed. "Thank you, Jey," you whispered, your voice hoarse from crying.
"I'm sorry you had to see me like that." You had an embarrassed expression, feeling a mix of shame and gratitude for Jey's support. "Now you know why I usually try to not get angry, cause I'm scared of what it can make me do."
Jey gently shook his head, offering a comforting smile. "Nah, don't apologize. I get it. You honestly reacted better than I would have."
At your hearty chuckle, Jey smiled warmly. "Hey, I'm being serious. If that were me, I'd probably have caused more damage." He chuckled lightly, trying to ease the tension. "But seriously, you did good by calming down. Shows strength."
"Yeah right," You retorted, grabbing the drink from Jey's hand and taking a long sip, grateful for the hydration after the emotional turmoil. "I felt like I was losing it back there."
"That's not a bad thing, y'know?" At your quizzical gaze, Jey continued. "Feeling your emotions, letting 'em out, that's normal. And I know you usually like to be the sweetest person in the room, but that's also letting people walk all over you."
Jey paused, choosing his words carefully. "Jimmy is the same way, y'know? He is the kindest soul, but sometimes folks take advantage of that. You gotta find the balance, Y/N. If you wanna be in the Bloodline, you can't let nobody mess with you. You gotta let your inner rage out, otherwise ain't nobody gonna respect you or see you as an equal."
You sighed, capping the water bottle and nodding slowly at Jey's words. "Yeah, I know. It's just... it's hard to find that balance sometimes. I don't want to hurt people, you know? I try to be understanding and kind, but then things like this happen." You glanced away, still processing the whirlwind of emotions.
"I know you don't," Jey reassured, patting your shoulder gently. "But sometimes, folks need to see that you ain't to be messed with. It's about respect, and right now, you need to focus on you."
You nodded, knowing he was right. You always tried to be the peacekeeper, but it was more of a weakness than a strength. "You're right, but when I get mad I tend to lose control. That's why I try to not get angry. I don't want to hurt anyone."
Jey gave you a sympathetic and understanding look. "I get it. But you gotta stop being this goody two-shoes all the time. It's eating you up inside. You gotta learn to stand up for yourself and let people know when they cross the line. That anger? You gotta embrace it cause it's a part of you.
You sighed, feeling torn between your innate nature and the advice Jey was offering. "I'll try, Jey. But it's hard. I don't want to become someone I'm not."
"You won't. I won't let you." You blinked at the kindness and conviction in Jey's tone. "I know I haven't been the most welcoming person, but that's cause I have trouble opening up to people. But I see you, Y/N. I see how much you care, how much you try. How you are loyal to the core." Jey paused, his expression softening. "And I know you'll be loyal to the Bloodline, right?"
You didn't hesitate to nod in response. "Of course, Jey. Always." Despite the whirlwind of emotions, your loyalty was unwavering. "I appreciate you opening up to me, and I can promise you that I won't betray that trust."
Jey smiled, satisfied with your response. "Good. I need you to be loyal, because... I really like having you around. But I can't have you 'round if you ain't loyal to the family. And I know you and K.O got some history..."
"That's in the past." You interjected, trying to dismiss any concerns Jey might have. "Kevin and I have our differences, but I am done with him and anyone else that is a problem for us. I promise you." You gently laid a hand on Jey's arm, reassuring him of your commitment.
Jey stayed silent for a moment, staring at you as if he could see inside your soul, seeing if your words held true. After a moment, he nodded, a faint smile tugging at his lips.
"Okay. But it ain't up to me if that's true, it's up to the chief." You gave his shoulder a reassuring squeeze before his phone dinged and he glanced at the notification.
"It's the Chief, he wants to see you." Jey pocketed his phone before holding out his hand to you, helping you stand up from the couch.
You nodded, accepting Jey's assistance as you stood up, feeling a little more composed than earlier.
"Thanks, Jey. Walk me to him?" You asked, feeling a bit more confident asking considering he told you he likes you now. Jey gave you an affirming nod. "Sure thing. Let's go."
As the two of you walked through the corridors, Jey kept a close eye on you, making sure you were holding up okay after the intense emotional outburst.
When you reached Roman's office, before you grabbed the door handle, Jey grabbed your hand and spoke in a hushed tone, his voice serious yet supportive. His hand felt soft and comforting as he gripped yours gently. "Y/N, I got your back. Just be honest with the Chief, alright? He can see through lies. Just tell him what happened."
You met Jey's gaze, appreciating the sincerity in his eyes. "I will, Jey. Thank you, really." With a deep breath, you nodded to signal that you were ready to face Roman. Jey gave your hand a reassuring squeeze before releasing it, standing back as you opened the door and entered Roman's office.
Roman glanced up from his desk, his expression a mix of curiosity and concern as he noticed your state. "Y/N, come in." He gestured to the chair in front of his desk. "Care to tell me what happened?"
You internally winced at Roman's tone. You took a deep breath, trying to gather your thoughts before speaking. "It's Becky and Seth, Chief." Your voice wavered slightly as the flood of emotions threatened to resurface. "They've been... they've been sneaking around, behind my back. And I just exploded."
Roman's brow furrowed as he observed your demeanor, his expression turning serious. "Explain."
You recounted the events that had unfolded, detailing Becky's confession and the subsequent emotional turmoil you'd experienced. Roman listened attentively, his expression unreadable as he took in every word you spoke.
"And you lost control," Roman summarized, his tone stern yet controlled.
You nodded, feeling a sense of guilt for having lost your composure. "Yes, Chief. I'm sorry, I just... I couldn't handle it."
"No, you handled it perfectly." You furrowed your brow in confusion at Roman's unexpected response.
"Look, I am sorry for the emotional turmoil you are experiencing right now, make no mistake about it." Roman clarified, his tone softer now. "But this angry, out of control, fiery and real version of you is what I wanted out of you. What I am working to get out of you. Not the meek and docile version. That version isn't strong, it's weak. I want you to be strong. I need you to be strong."
Roman leaned back in his chair, his gaze thoughtful.  "I told you that I wanted you to join the Bloodline because I needed someone to be loyal, strong, and willing to stand their ground. You proved that today. I didn't ask you to join for a moment. I didn't ask you to join because I thought you were just going to be another face in the group. I asked you to join because I saw something in you. And what I saw today? That's what I've been waiting for."
You were taken aback by Roman's words, his perspective catching you off guard. You expected reprimand, not validation for your display of raw emotion. "Though attacking without running it by me is not the usual protocol, I appreciate the fire in you, Y/N. Loyalty and strength are the cornerstones of the Bloodline. Today is an exception."
Roman leaned forward, his gaze intense as he met your eyes. "But you won't do that again without my permission, you understand me?"
You nodded quickly, Roman's tone making the gravity of the situation clear. Yes, Chief. I won't let it happen again without your say-so."
Roman leaned back, his expression shifting to a more contemplative one. "Now, as for Becky and Seth..." He paused, his gaze piercing through you. "They've made their bed. But that doesn't mean we let this slide."
You swallowed hard, feeling a mix of trepidation and curiosity about what Roman might do next. "What do you want me to do?"
Roman leaned forward again, his tone low but firm. "Remember the test of loyalty, Y/N?" Roman's voice was a low rumble, filled with authority. "This is yours. I want you to observe them. Gain their trust. Make them believe everything is fine, that you've forgiven them."
Your eyes widened slightly at the magnitude of the task. It was a test of your loyalty and acting skills. "But Chief, I'm not sure I can do that. After what they did..."
Roman's gaze hardened, his voice brooking no argument. "This is a test, Y/N. You wanted to be part of the Bloodline, and this is what it entails. I need to know you're capable of playing the game when needed. You don't have to forgive them. You don't even have to mean a word of what you say to them. But you'll do it for the family. Understood?"
You nodded, albeit reluctantly, understanding the gravity of the situation. "Yes, Chief. I'll do it."
Roman leaned forward again, his tone low but firm. "I want you to show them where their place is in the hierarchy of the Bloodline. They've disrespected you and the family. At Elimination Chamber, I need you to take that title from Becky. Make her think it's a non-personal rivalry, make her believe she's going up against just another challenger. But I want you to make it personal. Show her the consequence of betrayal. Show her what happens when you mess with us. Mess with you, my right hand woman."
You wanted to argue with him, but the taste of revenge was bittersweet on your tongue. However, you couldn't deny the commanding presence of Roman's orders. "I understand, Chief. I'll make sure to handle it."
"Good." Roman's tone softened slightly.  "I want that title, Y/N. That title belongs with us, with the Bloodline. Show Becky why betraying the family has consequences. Make her feel it. And remember, this is only the beginning of your test."
You shot Roman a confused look. "What do you mean, Chief?"
Roman leaned back in his chair, his gaze steady as he regarded you. "Becky and Seth crossed a line, and their actions won't go unpunished. Jey will handle Seth at Elimination Chamber as well as the other competitors- Kevin, Sami, Daniel Bryan and Cesaro."
Roman gave you a knowing look when he mentioned your two former best friends. It seemed Roman had devised a plan, a grander scheme beyond just your personal feud. "But at the end of Elimination Chamber, you will understand what I mean. You will begin to see the bigger picture. This is your initiation into the family, and it starts with showing your loyalty and strength. Do you understand?"
You nodded, feeling the weight of Roman's words and the task he had assigned you. "Yes, Chief. I'll do what needs to be done."
Roman seemed satisfied with your response. "Good. I trust you'll handle this accordingly." He leaned back in his chair, signaling the end of your conversation. "I know you have a big heart. But trust me, this isn't about revenge. This is about power and control. This is about securing our dominance in this business. There are no good guys or bad guys, there are just humans who have been betrayed and those who betrayed. And sometimes you have to hurt before you get justice."
Roman's words echoed in your mind, leaving a sense of determination mingled with the weight of the task ahead. He was right. You need to be focused on what's best for you instead of what you think is right. Morals had no high ground here, only the will to survive and dominate. And you wanted to dominate.
"Thank you, Chief. I won't let you down," you replied, steeling yourself for the challenges that lay ahead.
Roman nodded in acknowledgment, his expression unreadable yet reassuring. "You're dismissed, Y/N. Focus on what you need to do. The family comes first."
With a nod, you rose from the chair, feeling a mix of determination and apprehension about the tasks ahead. You left Roman's office, the weight of his instructions heavy on your shoulders.
As you exited Roman's office, Jey caught your eye, and you shared a brief glance. He approached you, a serious yet supportive look in his eyes. "You good?"
You nodded, albeit with a hint of uncertainty. "Yeah, I'll manage."
Jey placed a comforting hand on your shoulder, offering you a reassuring smile. "You got this, Y/N. Just remember, do what you gotta do. Roman's got a plan. He's doing this for the family. The Bloodline. For you. You have to do whatever he asked of you. You have to obey, or you'll get hurt. I can't let you get hurt." It seemed like Jey didn't plan on saying the last sentence out, but he didn't waver. Instead he paused, gauging your reaction.
You nodded, acknowledging Jey's advice, and reciprocated with a grateful expression. "Thanks, Jey. I appreciate it, appreciate you." You thought of hugging him, but decided against it, not wanting to make Jey uncomfortable.
Instead, you gave Jey a thankful nod and a small smile.
Jey patted your shoulder once more before stepping back. You're welcome. Take care of yourself, alright? I'll see you tomorrow, we can grab some food. Lord knows you need it, I haven't seen you eat any snacks at the back." Jey joked lightly, trying to lift your spirits.
You chuckled softly, grateful for Jey's attempt to lighten the mood. "I'll try not to starve, Jey. Thanks for looking out for me."
He gave you a playful nod before stepping back, letting you proceed on your path. "Of course. See you tomorrow, girl."
As walked away, you couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions swirling within you. The weight of Roman's orders and the task at hand lay heavy on your mind. The idea of deceiving Becky and Seth, all the while planning your revenge, felt conflicting. But you knew what was at stake - your loyalty to the Bloodline and the need to assert your place within it. Could you really act like everything was fine when, in reality, you were seething with anger and hurt?
You spotted Becky about to leave, and decided you could.
"Hey, Becky!" She looked up at her name being called, and you approached her with a composed demeanor, despite the turmoil within you. She seemed scared when you came closer to her, as if expecting you to physically lash out again. However, you maintained your calm, albeit somewhat strained, composure.
"Hey, Y/N," Becky greeted cautiously, her voice tinged with apprehension.
You took a deep breath, trying to mask the storm of emotions brewing inside you. "I just wanted to say that I appreciate your honesty earlier. It took a lot of courage to confess." The words felt hollow leaving your lips, but you knew this was part of the task Roman had assigned.
Becky looked surprised by your response, her eyes darting with uncertainty. "I'm sorry, Y/N. I never wanted to hurt you. It's eating me up inside."
You gave her a small, forced smile. "I understand, Becky. I was angry earlier, but I took some time to calm down, and I realized that I appreciate you coming clean."
Your voice sounded composed, almost unnaturally so, as you forced yourself to maintain a calm façade. "Is Seth okay? I hit him when I was angry."
Becky seemed taken aback by your composed demeanor, but she nodded, trying to hide her surprise. "He's fine. Just a little shaken up, but he'll be okay." She paused, studying your face for any signs of the anger she had witnessed earlier. "Are you... okay, Y/N?"
You nodded, masking your true emotions behind a façade of calmness. "I'm fine, Becky. Just needed some time to cool off." The words felt like a lie, but you knew you had to play your part in this act.
"I am hurt, but you are one of my closest friends, and I don't want out friendship to end like this, Becks." You forced a smile, hoping it appeared genuine.
Becky's expression softened with a hint of relief. "I'm really sorry, Y/N. I hope we can work through this somehow. I hate that I hurt you."
You nodded, trying to maintain the charade of forgiveness. "I'm sure we'll figure something out. How about I ride with you to the next show tonight? We can talk more then, if you want."
Becky looked surprised at your offer, clearly not expecting this response. "Uh, yeah, sure. That would be great, actually."
You nodded, trying to hide the turmoil within you as you made plans to continue this act. "Alright then, lemme grab my stuff and we'll be on our way." You tried to keep your tone neutral, not wanting to reveal the depths of your true feelings.
Before you left, you walked closer to Becky and wrapped her in a tight but short hug, trying to appear as if everything was normal. "I'll see you outside in a bit, okay?"
Becky returned the hug tentatively, still wary after the earlier altercation. "Yeah, see you."
With that, you turned away, your façade slipping for a moment as you clenched your fists in frustration and pain. Unbeknownst to you, Paul was lurking in the shadows, reporting to Roman and making sure you weren't acting out of line.
"Everything's going to plan, my Tribal Chief."
Roman responded after a couple of seconds, smirking to himself as he laid back in his chair.
"Good. I knew she could do it.  Becky and Seth are first, Sami is a non-variable, and mark my words, Kevin is next.
Do you think she can follow through with our plan at Elimination Chamber, my tribal chief? Becky is one thing, Kevin is another.
A flurry of bubbles appeared on Paul's phone for a moment before Roman replied, his message filled with unwavering confidence.
"She will. Don't doubt your Tribal Chief. Y/N might have a big heart, but she knows where her loyalty lies. And soon, everyone will understand what happens when you cross the Bloodline."
And soon they will.

Warnings: enemies to lovers????maybe still enemies. Smut. Lots of Smut. Swearing. Don’t interact if you’re under 18. ion like prison.
*NOT EDITED. SPELLING ERRORS AND MISUSE OF PRESENT/PAST TENSE*
*takes place in 2021, feud between Roman Reigns vs Kevin Owens.*
It was Friday; Another boring ass Friday. The only difference was that he was here. And today, Jesus was he mad. But that’s just him nowadays anyway. Maybe it was due to the fact of Kevin Owens calling him out repeatedly. If there was one thing Roman Reigns refused to tolerate, it was disrespect. Disrespect to him meant disrespect to his family, his bloodline. Everyone in the arena already knew what he was capable of when he felt his heritage was disrespected. And best believe nobody wanted to engage with those consequences.
Over the last few months, since Roman’s return, he’s had a complete fucking identity change. He came back with a badass attitude, ready to take on anyone who was a threat to him and his family. His ego boost was on 100, with no sight of it coming back down to earth. But between you and your late-night thoughts? His persona, the “Tribal Chief,” had you imaging shit you didn’t even know could be possible. You knew that man could turn and twist you in ways that could be so pleasurable you could forget your name by only thinking about it.
As a backstage interviewer covering for Renee, while she enjoyed the beauty of her pregnancy with her husband, Jon, and you were temporary for now. Still, rumors swirled backstage on whether you’d stay. Stephanie and the other backstage crew mentioned more than once before how they loved how you can get into the superstars' minds during their interview. You gave a talk, unlike other interviewers—who were playing around the bush and being corny. You asked questions that could make them shiver or test their confidence. Or both.
You were on your way to your interview point, to interview Roman. Which you already knew was going to be dreadful. With how he treated Kayla during her interview, you knew he already had multiple insults ready for your questions. Little did he know you had something for his ass had he decided to pull it.
“You’re late.” He growls, readjusting his championship, Paul and Jey behind him
“I’m right on time. I said at 8:30, and it’s currently 8:30.” You smartly answer, taking your mic from one of the production members
“You’re supposed to be here when I’m here. I don’t give a damn about what time it is.” He snarls in your direction, “You have a once in a lifetime opportunity, don’t blow it.”
“I’ll assure you I won’t, Tribal Chief.” You give him a challenging smile
You clear your throat and smooth out the wrinkles in your skirt under his intense gaze at you before looking at the camera.
“Ladies and gentlemen, I am currently here right now with our Smackdown WWE Champi—”
You were cut off as Roman placed his hand over the mic stopping the sound, “No, no, no, baby girl. If you want to introduce me, you’re going to do it right. Paul.” He calls for as he stepped aside for the short stubby man to speak
You roll your eyes as you lean your mic over to Paul—who held a grin on his face.
“Ladies and gentlemen, myself, and your lovely interviewer y/n are currently grateful to be in the presence of Head of the table, Smackdown WWE Champion, and ‘your’ Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns.” Paul giddily recites into the mic
“Okay, so Roman, last week you unleashed a brutal attack on Kevin Owens. You believe that you have to make him fear you, but are you starting to think his words are getting into your head?”
Roman lets out a chuckle before turning to Paul and Jey, “You see what I mean now? We give people like her chances in a million, and they blow it on stupid questions. Kevin Owens is irrelevant, just like you’re about to be. Find a better question. Next.”
You kiss your teeth before, letting out an aggravated sigh. With Roman’s new ego boost, you and practically everyone else in the arena wanted to sucker punch him in his face. And you planned to do so on your last day here.
“Do you feel as though, by using Jey as a pawn, you’re allowing yourself to get too comfortable? By using Jey as a backup, you make yourself an easy target to attack. Maybe other superstars think It’ll be easy to use him to make you riled up?” You question with a slight smirk
“Another dumb question. Ever since I took Jey under my wing, he’s been the main event three times in a row. I love my cousin. I’m a provider. I get riled up when I sense disrespect. Disrespect to me is disrespect to my family, my bloodline. Everything my family worked for will only be recognized with respect and decency, not in a silly conversation or this interview. If anybody would like to test that theory of me as a target, they can try; they won’t get too far.” He responds in a healthy, confident tone
“Jey, would you agree? Those people who disrespect your family will be dealt with? Perhaps in the same fashion, he’s dealt with you?”
Strikeout.
You knew that was the easiest way to get to Roman; Through Jey’s head. He also made his blood boil by mentioning the gruesome beating Roman gave to Jey in their matches.
Roman stated multiple times that the beatings Jey endured were well deserved in all aspects. He also hated when Jey answered any questions about it. He knew that by Jey telling his story of their bond, it would be dangerous to take it and misuse the information, making Roman vulnerable.
Roman gave Jey a side glare—silently telling him to choose his words carefully—before turning to Paul with an impatient expression.
“No...you know….” Jey stammers in nervousness, “It takes a lot to understand the pressure my cousin has on his back. He’s a provider to our family. He does what he has to do to take care of the people who matter most to him. People like Kevin Owens, Drew Mcintyre...they threatened that position he has at the table—”
“Do you agree? Roman feels threatened by Kevin Owens and WWE Universal Champion Drew Mcintyre?”
You could see Jey start to shift, meaning he was immensely trying to pick his words before saying anything that could cause Roman’s anger to be retaliated. Again.
“That’s enough for this interview. The Tribal Chief is needed elsewhere.” Paul inserts before moving his hand back and forth over his throat—signaling the production team to cut the cameras
You pop your lips before looking up at Roman’s frustrated brown filled eyes. You notice how his expression softens for almost a second the longer you look at him, “You have some strong confidence, I see. That attitude can get you in some trouble, babygirl.”
“My attitude is wonderful. I’m doing my job, just like you’re doing yours, Roman. The only thing is that I’m not a little bitch, with the urge to belittle everyone because I’m insecure about my potential and qualities.”
Roman gave you a sly smirk that almost makes you want to kick him in his face, “Insecure?” He chuckles devilishly, “That mouth of yours is dangerous. You should close it before I show you how to use it properly.”
He whispers the last part, leaning down to your ear, so Jey and Paul are out of shot, leaving your cheeks flush from embarrassment. Your shift on your feet, shaking your head in amazement.
You were sick of his shit.
You stuck your tongue in the side of your cheek and turned on your heel to walk over to the monitors. You continue watching the rest of the show, occasionally engaging with other superstars who walked by. Your mind continued to lose focus as you thought back to your interview with Roman.
You thought about his body language against you. He consistently sized up and was rigid towards everyone he talked to backstage as if with one wrong move, he’d be ready to bodyslam anybody. But around you, he wasn’t as tense. He was in his natural element; himself. You could see small smirks appearing on his face suggesting he was enjoying getting under your skin.
Roman ended up winning his match against Kevin through Jey handcuffing Kevin to the steel cage. You crack your neck and relax your shoulders. Roman could win a match without Jey or Paul by his side. Of course, that was just his character now. Still, something about seeing how much his dominance shows through his performance and his interactions with everyone else was secretly intriguing to you, how he ditched his vest and began to wrestle shirtless.
He should've been doing this shit when he got out of The Shield with Jon and Colby.
After Smackdown ended, everyone started to clean up. The long drive to the next city was crucial. You’d be driving all night long practically, inside of a small rental car. You could already feel the back cramps, the charlie horses, and the arm strains. You wanted to get your body at least some kind of relaxation before you began the midnight journey, so you head straight to the locker room showers for a hot shower to calm your nerves.
On the way towards the locker rooms, you heard yelling. You turn your head for your eyes to come in direct contact with Roman’s brown ones, completely tensed and filled with rage. You could feel the tension sweating off his muscular body throughout the atmosphere. He was yelling at Jey for interrupting his match when he had it under control. Jey being his current lapdog, he had no choice but to listen to the 6’3 ‘Tribal Chief’.
You swallow harshly under his intense gaze and continue your path to the showers with your luggage in your hand.
You were met with complete silence—thank god.—when you enter the showers. You lock the door behind you and turn the knob to a blazing hot setting. What? Hot showers are good, but blazing hot showers? Even better. Just the feel of your skin under the water steaming off you made your body instantly settle.
You quickly undress from head to toe, cracking your neck to the side. Before you could lift your feet to walk into the shower, you felt a large hand on your lower back shoving you inside, causing you to let out a screech.
The person roughly turns your body to face them, and you come face to face with none other than the Samoan. Nude as the day he was born, with his cock standing at attention against his muscled stomach.
“Ah!” You squeak under his large hand, covering your mouth, with the under holding the arch of your back close to his hard-built and sweaty frame.
“You’ve enjoyed this, haven't you. Were you running around all damn day provoking me? Getting in Jeys head, asking bullshit questions, smart ass remarks, and this tight fucking dress squeezing your body in all the right places? Do you enjoy playing games with me? Why would you play games with me? With your Chief?” He growled close to your face; the showers were now steaming around both your naked bodies.
“Do you enjoy being a little bitch boy? Fucking thinking everyone falls at your beck and call to please you?” His hand on your mouth was lowering as you struggled to get out of his hold on you.
“I don’t think, babygirl. Everyone falls because of who the hell I am! I am the Tribal Chief. I am your Tribal Chief. I am the face of this company, holding it on my back every day. You have no clue what that will ever feel like because you’re too busy running that pretty little smart-ass mouth of yours. Maybe it’s time for me to give you some discipline? For you to acknowledge me?” He pants in a cautious tone
You stop struggling for a moment, letting him pull you closer. You lean up closer to his lips, a mere centimeters away from your lips touching, “Like hell would I ever acknowledge you as anything other than a whiny fucking brat.” You sultrily respond
He lets out a humorless chuckle before responding, “It’s your punishment, babygirl.” With that simple response, he smacks his lips onto yours with force ending any further communication. You kiss him back with just as much roughness.
Your hand slides up to tangle themselves into his long dark black hair, pulling softly. You moan softly as Roman bit down on your lip, gaining entry to your mouth, both your tongues fighting for control.
The control you desperately desired to have.
He let you win for a moment to lower his hands under your ass to lift you around his waist. He takes a handful of your ass, pressing your body into the wall.
“Fuck!” You whine out as he takes a large hand to deliver a smack to your ass.
“You will acknowledge me. Do you understand me? You will fucking respect your Tribal Chiff, or I’m going to make you respect me. Am I clear?” He moans in your ear as your lips latch onto his neck, leaving love bites.
You were so caught up in the clouds of your head, with the thought of him fucking you that you didn’t even think twice about what he said, “Am. I. Clear?” He reiterates each word with a smack to your ass
“You’re such a jackass!” You mewl loudly, feeling him rub his long thick cock between your wet folds; lifting your legs to wrap around his muscular torso
“What was that?”
“I said you’re such a—Fuck, Roman!” You scream as the feeling of him stretching out your pussy to accommodate his cock overtook you to places you haven’t visited in a long time. You were anything but a virgin. But working at WWE had its downsides to finding good dick. Deciding to focus on your career, you decide to pause on sex for a while
Roman gave you a second to get used to the feeling of you being so painfully stretched out around his cock. “You wanna finish that sentence, babygirl?”
You could barely pay attention with his cock slamming in and out of you, already fucking at a furious and rough pace so quickly. Breathing in harshly as he pulls out to split you open on his cock again.
“Don’t stop! Roman, please don’t stop!” You moan, gripping onto his stiff shoulders
“Fuck! Look at you moaning my name like the slut you are. What happened to all that shit you were saying a moment ago?” Roman pants deeply in your ear
“I—Ah!” You squeal as Romans hands grip your thighs, bouncing you up and down his thick cock
“Shit, where am I, baby? Do you feel me in those guts? Deep inside that pretty little pussy? It’s my pussy now. The Tribal Chiefs pussy.” He deeply chuckles into your ear, his cock rubbing over your g-spot at every thrust, letting silent screams come out your mouth “All that bratty ass attitude...talking to me like you’re above me. Giving me nothing but fucking sass. The whole time you’re nothing but a slut for my cock, aren’t you? Letting me fuck you in the showers? You’re gonna give me this pussy anytime I fucking want it.”
You let out a loud salacious whine as Roman slowly pulls out. He sets you down on your feet, flipping your body around letting your hard nipples collide with the cold and wet glass wall. He uses his foot to spread your legs apart. Roman slides a hand into your hair, yanking while simultaneously sliding his cock back into you.
“Fuck! You’re so fuck–“ You swallow a silent gasp as you felt him bite down on your shoulder. “You’re so fucking aggravating!”
“I'm aggravating, but who's taking this dick right now? Who’s dripping more than a faucet?” His confidence booms into your ear in a grunt
“Good dick doesn’t stop you from being an asshole.”
“But it makes you satisfied, doesn’t it?” He responds breathlessly before speeding up, cutting off your next reply
You place both your hands on the glass attempting to throw your ass back on him.If he thought he was controlling the situation, you were definity about to show him otherwise, by making him cum first. As breathless pant’s begin to leave his mouth, you feel him lean forward pressing his front against your back. You work hard at the thought of not cumming. Roman’s left hand comes down to rub your clit at a fast pace making that thought…just a thought. You bite down on your lip until the blood drains from it to stop yourself from relishing in the euphoric bliss you knew Roman was about to grant you.
“I can feel you clenching around me. Look at you. Fighting the urge to cum right now. Come on, babygirl. I know you’re good for it, let go. Acknowledge me as your chief. Let me see how fucked out you turn for me.” His voice sends shocks through your spine that leads to your core.
You gasp as your leg turns inwards, you throw your head back mewling to the ceiling for mercy as you finally let your orgasm crest. Not too far behind you; Roman allows his orgasm to follow through deep into your pussy. Primal roar’s coming deep from his chest bounce off the walls.
If anyone else was showering, they're certainly gone now.
With Roman holding your body in a death grip tight to his chest, you allow yourself to take a moment to let the following events settle in your mind. Having sex with Roman wasn’t the problem; it was the what if’s that clouded your already fucked out brain. Sex didn’t change how you felt about him. He was still an entitled brat with no sympathy for anyone. And he was definitely the last person you’d fall in love with.
“I think you should get going. I’m sure your entourage is going to come looking for you soon.” You choke out, attempting to break from his hold.
“They’re fine wherever they're at. They don’t do anything unless I give them the ok for it.” He sighs into your neck leaving kisses behind
Before falling too deep into his trap, you muster up enough strength to remove his arms from your body, “Okay, stop it.”
“Oh c'mon. Are you seriously about to ruin an amazing time here?” He snaps leaning onto the shower wall
“Did you think fucking me was going to make us best friends forever?” You question turning off the shower
“I see it didn’t work too well. You’re still the same old Y/N. Don’t act like this wasn’t the best thing to disturb your night.” He says returning back into his asshole self
“Oh no, trust me. That was amazing. Maybe you can get permission from your Daddy again to come and play again.” You laugh grabbing your body towel to dry yourself off
“Oh we’ll have to see about that. The next time you’re in need of me to make you forget your own name, just call me. I’ll always come running, baby.”
You drop your towel as you bend over with hysteric laughs coming out your mouth, “Oh fucking please. Me? Beg you? I wouldn’t hold my breath on that.”
“We’ll see. You know where to find me.”

Sure there's problems in WWE but there are a lot of interesting things happening:
Rhea Ripley's incredible reign. Who is her next opponent?
What's next for Main Event Jey Uso?
Gunther's historical reign. Who is his next opponent?
Who's gonna be Seth Rollins' next opponent?
Damage Ctrl and what's gonna happen with Bayley especially since she ate the pin at Survivor Series?
What's next for Drew McIntyre?
Will Damian Priest ever cash in his MITB contract?
What's gonna happen with Cody and Jey now that Randy's back?
Heel Shinsuke doing his best work since he's been in WWE.
Santos Escobar amazing heel character.
The Street Profits' new attitude.
What's next for Bianca Belair?
What's next for Becky Lynch?
What's next for Solo Sikoa after his greatest singles victory in WWE?
Jimmy "Delonte" Uso being a great goofy villain.
When is The Tribal Chief coming back?
What's going on with Butch and Ridge Holland?
When is Sheamus coming back?
When is AJ Styles coming back?
What's next for LA Knight?
When is Liv Morgan coming back?
Will Brock come back in 2024?
There's a lot to look forward to for the next month and the new year. I just hope one person doesn't ruin things.

Supernatural, Cocky - also on AO3
~
Julia and Brody have to deal with the consequences of their actions: babysit the amnesiacs.
~
*wiggles magic fingers* We do not question the timelines of this series. The magic is creating time compressions. Shhhhh. Tis the finale of the House of Black Magic series! It is also the finale of my Bingo board for square G3! A double finale in one. This series was incredibly hard to write - brand new tropes, my least favorite fic framing device (supernatural/magical elements in non-magical canon my eternal rival), and the Pressures made this series a kick in the pants. But it's done, and I'm proud of it, and I hope other people enjoy it! Title from Moonlight Magic, like all the fics in this series. And, without further ado:
~
Julia’s blinded for a second before she hears Matt Jackson speaking down to Page like he doesn’t know him.
“Malakai,” she says. “Malakai, what happened?”
He starts swearing. “Get them in here,” he says. “And then you and Brody are getting everybody you cursed in here.” He sighs. “I think my magic was premature. I intended to wipe the lingering magical effects, not their entire identities.”
Julia stomps out and grabs Matt’s arm. “Get in here.”
Matt turns to her, giant, pretty eyes blank. “Who are you?”
“I’m your worst nightmare,” she growls. “Now get in the room.” She looks down at Page, looking surprisingly innocent and sweet on the floor. “You, too. Get your boyfriend to cooperate.”
“Boyfriend?” Matt says. Julia turns to him, and he’s lit up like a Christmas tree as he stares at Page. “You’re my boyfriend?”
“If the lady says so, I suppose.” Page draws himself to his feet, almost sheepish as he smiles at them all. “C’mon, sir. Let’s get in the room. I’m ain’t feelin’ quite myself.”
“Do I have a boyfriend?” Cutler asks, looking sad. “Or a girlfriend? I don’t even know my own name and I’m already a third wheel.”
“Jesus Christ,” Julia grumbles. “Just – go sit! Malakai will figure you out.”
She slams the door behind them. She has to find Brody – he has the worst timing to go get lunch. She misses her magic in the moment. She keeps bumping into people she would otherwise be able to skip past.
Brody’s snacking on some carrots, mid conversation with Danhausen, when Julia gets to him.
“You, go anywhere else,” she snaps.
“Danhausen does not appreciate your attitude,” the weird little creep says. “But he understands that this must be stressful for you what with losing your powers, so Danhausen will depart.” He stares at her. “But he will request an apology at a later date.”
“Whatever – Brody, come on.” She grabs his arm and yanks him toward the room. “We have to check on everybody we, um, interfered with. Magically.”
“Why?” Brody asks. “Danhausen and I were planning a toy run.”
“Yeah, well, Matt fucking Jackson opened the door when Malakai was mid-spell, so everything got messed up,” she hisses, low and quick under her breath. “So we’re on collection duty.”
“Collecting what?”
“Everybody we magicked,” Julia says. “Jesus, Brody, keep up!”
“You could be kinder about it,” Brody grumbles, allowing himself to be dragged by Julia. “Who’s next?”
They find Danny and Yuta, bickering with each other even without memories, and throw them into the room with Matt, Brandon, and Page. Malakai looks more and more furious as each person joins the room.
“Have you stumbled upon Castagnoli and Nick?” he asks.
“We didn’t affect them with our magic,” Julia says. “Why would we?”
Brody snickers. “Oh, I know what happened.”
Julia turns to him. “Share with the class.”
“I used my magic on Castagnoli back in WWE,” Malakai says, dropping his head into his hands. “And, from what I understand, he used the…gift, I gave him, you could say, with Nick.”
“Hah!” Julia says. “You aren’t perfect after all with the magic.”
“Watch yourself, Princess,” Malakai demands. “And go find them.”
Brody yanks Julia by the arm before she can say anything else, and they continue their search. It’s not hard to find the younger Jackson - Nick is walking around confusedly with a headset on, as if looking for someone. And they manage to find Claudio frowning in the BCC’s locker room.
“Oh, hello,” he says, annoyingly charming as always. “I don’t suppose you would be able to assist me with something.”
“With what?” Julia asks.
“I seem to have forgotten my identity,” Claudio says, and it’s so casual Julia could almost mistake it for a normal conversation.
“You’re Claudio Castagnoli, Swiss, and you like coffee,” Brody says. “Now come with me so we can get that identity back.”
“Of course I like coffee,” Claudio says, but at least he walks with them willingly.
“Get – go sit,” Julia says. “And nobody make out or anything.” She specifically glares at Nick, who’s looking at Claudio like he’s a piece of meat and Nick is hungry. Malakai is flipping with absurd speed through a glowing blue book Julia’s not even sure is corporeal.
“Isn’t he my boyfriend?” Matt asks, pointing to Hangman. “Wouldn’t we be expected to make out?”
“Not when you have no memories. God, you – watch the stupid show.” She turns on the channel to the feed of the network. “Great. Jurassic Park. You’ll love this.” Julia turns to see Brody watching the screen. “Get – Brody, come on!”
They search the venue and can’t find the Dark Order anywhere. After some attempts at covert questioning, they’re not booked today.
“I’ll text Alex,” Brody says. “See if he’s okay.”
Julia’s eyes narrow. “What do you mean text?”
He looks down, frowning. “What, I’m not allowed to have friends?”
Brody texts Alex, then gets a call back.
“Hey,” Julia hears Alex say. “What’s up?”
“Do you know who you are?” Brody asks.
Julia rolls her eyes. “That is not how you ask.” She takes the phone from his hand. “What’s your name?”
“Alex – Reynolds, is this Julia?”
“Yes,” she says. “Where are you?”
“I’m at home,” Alex says slowly. “Are you okay?”
Julia frowns. “Good.” She hangs up and gives the phone back to Brody. “Looks like people were only affected if they’re close enough to the venue and were strongly affected by the magic.”
“Which means we also need to find Kris and Willow,” Brody says. “And Mox.”
Julia groans. “Goddamnit. I hope his boyfriend isn’t here.”
“He’s not,” Brody says. “He’s got some house show.”
Julia raises an eyebrow. “How do you know so much about Seth Rollins?”
“Leave me and my google search history alone,” Brody grumbles. “Come on. Let’s go find everybody else.”
~
Mox is in the shower, staring at a wall in his clothes, in the BCC locker room. He hadn’t made a sound when they were in there before, which might be the strangest part of all of this.
“This is – fucking weird,” Brody says, turning to Julia. “Moxley? Hello?”
Mox turns to them, face blank. Julia’s beginning to wish she had her powers just to be safe. “That me?” he asks. “Moxley?”
Brody nods. “We can help.”
“Cool,” he says, frowning. “Woke up with no memory. Figured a shower would help, but…” He trails off as Julia turns off the shower, his clothes dripping. “Forgot to take my clothes off.”
“That’s probably a good thing,” Julia says, as gently as she knows how to be. “Come on. We can probably fix this.”
“You’re not gonna, like, kill me?” Mox asks.
“Definitely not,” Brody assures. “We save that for the ring.”
“Ring?” Mox looks down at his hand.
“Wrestling ring.” Julia leads Brody and Mox toward what she’s now referring to, in her head, as the cat herding room.
“Stay here,” she says, “see that guy in the back?”
Mox turns and nods. Malakai is hard to miss even without magic that allows you to see beyond the corporeality.
“You got questions, anybody messes with you,” Brody explains, “you talk to him.”
“New guy,” Matt says, “why are you wet?”
“And that’s my cue to leave,” Julia says.
“Be back soon,” Malakai says, voice deadly calm. “I’ll need both of your assistance.”
~
After mild begging, Julia gets Kris’ phone number from Chuck.
“Are you gonna try to kill her with your weird magic again?” Chuck asks, frowning. “She told me everything.”
“I’m going to try and protect her from magic,” Julia says.
Chuck frowns. “What the hell did you do now?”
“Just give me the number so I can fix it!”
She calls Kris five times in a row. She’s about to panic when, on the sixth ring, someone answers. They sounds out of breath.
“What the hell is so important you can’t let me get laid?!”
“Willow?” Julia asks.
“Yes, it’s Willow,” she snaps. “Six calls. In two minutes. I can only assume this is Julia.”
“Where’s Kris?”
There’s mild snipping and shuffling, and a new voice speaks. “I’m between Willow’s legs. Can you call us in, like, an hour? Or never?”
Julia blinks. “So you two – you know who you are?”
“Yes, somebody trying to get laid in a hotel.”
“And your names are…?”
Kris groans. “Oh my god. I’m hanging up.”
There’s a click.
“Did you just cockblock Willow and Kris?” Brody asks. Julia decides not to acknowledge that he’s fighting laughter.
“Shut up,” she grumbles. “You have Ricky’s number, right?”
Brody nods and dials. Maybe, if they’re lucky, Ricky and Eddie are off in the hotel, as well. Maybe it’s just people here right now.
“Hello?” Ricky says. “Surprised to hear from you, Brody, after everything.”
“Where are you?” Julia demands.
“I’m sorry, how did you get my number and why do you think you get to demand a goddamned thing from me?” Ricky says on his phone.
“You remember who you are, but you’re booked this week so you’re definitely not at home,” Julia says mostly to herself, frowning. “How? Are you at the venue?”
“My boyfriend and I,” Ricky says, ice in his tone, “are attempting to have a nice lunch out together without interference from meddling idiots. Apparently, we didn’t do enough to prevent it.”
“Fine,” Julia says. “You two seem to have avoided the magic.” She hangs up while Ricky’s still complaining. “Brody, Eddie and Ricky seem okay.”
“That’s good,” he says, exhaling. “So…”
“So now we have to get back and see if Malakai has fixed things yet.”
When they arrive, Malakai is flaring reds and stark whites. Never a good sign.
“Are you good, man?” Brody asks. Buddy is next to Malakai, his magic a pool of soft, dusky oranges and forest-floor greens around him as Malakai borrows his magic.
“I’m fine,” Buddy says, “but Malakai here may be ready to commit murder.”
“Ready implies I’m ever unable to do so,” Malakai says, not lifting his eyes. “Glad to see the two of you back.” He closes the book and stands, using magic from his hand to lift Buddy to standing. At the very least, Buddy looks content and happy. “The only responsible magic user of mine and I must go solve this problem without people bitching around me nonstop.” His glares land on Matt, Nick, and Mox. “So, now you two get to babysit them,” Malakai says, striding to the door, gesturing to the rest of the people in the room. “I have to go do research on my own.”
“What?!” Julia and Brody yell in tandem.
“You two caused these problems,” Malakai says, leveling them with a glare. “You two will help me fix it. And the only way for you to help is if the two of you stop getting in the way for five minutes and I lock you in a room.”
“It was all her idea,” Brody says. “You know that, right?”
“Suck up,” Julia mutters, but the worst part is that he’s right.
“Your responsibility is to keep them in this room to the best of your abilities and escort them anywhere else they have to go to,” Malakai says. “Buddy and I will be elsewhere solving this problem of yours.” He reaches up and runs his fingers through Buddy’s hair. Buddy arches into it, and Julia is suddenly very struck by how much she screwed up here.
“Okay,” she says. She hasn’t felt like she’s disappointed Malakai like this before.
The door closes behind the two of them, and she and Brody turn to see all the others staring up at them.
“Matt,” Brody says, “why are you braiding Nick’s hair?”
There’s no response for a second.
“You, the one braiding the hair,” Julia says. Matt’s head snaps up. “What are you doing?”
Matt shrugs. “He has nice hair. I like braiding. I was bored.”
“Did – did you ask him to do that?” Brody asks Nick.
Nick shrugs. “No, but it’s nice.”
“Ugh, brothers,” Julia says, flopping on the couch next to Claudio. He offers her a bland, almost politically polite, smile.
“Brothers?” Matt asks. He drops Nick’s braided ponytail and steps in front of him. “We’re brothers?”
Brody nods and sits on the arm of the big chair that a dripping wet Mox seems to have commandeered. “Yeah. It’s a whole thing with you two.”
Matt flops onto the couch next to Page, who moves an arm to throw around Matt’s shoulders without a second thought. “You must be the older brother,” Matt says, and Julia’s a little baffled at how easily he curls into Page’s side, even without a memory.
“Why?” Nick asks. Despite being fully in a conversation, Julia catches him repeatedly glancing over at Claudio.
“Well,” Matt says, gently, “you’re a little taller, for one. And you’ve got that hairline thing going.”
“I do?!” Nick stands and looks at himself in the mirror. With a little shuffling, he yelps when he finds a bald spot. “I must be older, based on the hair.” He looks over at Matt, with an expression surprisingly bitchy for the Buck Julia can usually stand a little more. “You’ll lose yours soon, I assume.”
Julia snickers. “This is fun. I genuinely don’t think I’ve enjoyed myself like this since I got my belt.”
“Why?” Matt snaps, leveling her with a glare.
“Because you’re all still just as annoying without your memory.” She stands and gestures to the couch, where Brody sits easily. When he puts his hands on her waist, she drapes herself over him. “Also, Matt’s the older brother.”
Matt’s jaw drops. “I am?!”
“He is?!” Nick asks. He looks at himself in the mirror, pushing back his hair. “Fuck, I’m screwed.”
Julia blinks. “Did you just swear?”
“Yeah,” Nick says. “Why?”
“You and Matt have a thing about swearing,” Julia tells them. “You say second-grade shit like ‘what the eff’ and ‘eff you’ instead of being an adult and saying fuck.”
Nick wrinkles his nose. “That can’t be right.”
“Maybe we’re above that kind of language,” Matt says, and he mirrors Julia’s position, only on top of Page. Julia rolls her eyes. Even mind wiped they’re cute.
“From the look of it, you’re just annoying,” Mox says.
Danny and Yuta pause from where they’ve been bickering quietly in the corner. It strikes Julia as very possible this is the first time they’ve realized other people are in the room. “Do I know you?” Yuta asks, frowning toward Mox. “I feel like – I think I’ve heard those words from that voice before.”
“You two are in a faction together, along with this one,” Brody says, clapping Claudio on the shoulder. Claudio jumps. “Oops. Sorry.”
“I’m alright, thanks,” Claudio says. “Faction?”
“Like – okay, we’re all pro wrestlers. Right?”
Julia watches as Matt’s, Nick’s, and Danny’s eyes lightup like sunbeams. “We are?” Danny breathes.
“Yeah,” Julia says. Unfortunately, this is kind of fun. “Yeah, most of you guys in here have won some sort of big ass match or whatever.”
Brandon grins. “We have?!”
Julia grimaces. “Well. Okay, maybe not big matches, but big for you?”
“I can’t get anything,” Brandon mutters.
“You do have a boyfriend, I think,” Brody says. “He’s at home though.”
“It appears statistically unlikely that all those in this room would be partnered with men,” Claudio says. “Are you joking with us?”
“Okay, first off,” Julia says, “we’re in wrestling, so we’d call it a rib. Second.” She pauses as Brody adjusts her on his lap so she can get a better look at everyone in the room. “Second, no, I’m not joking.”
Claudio huffs. “Well then. I suppose at some point we have to prove a rule using the exceptions.”
“Why are you fucking with the vibes, man?” Mox asks. “You’re not the one dripping wet in a…” He trails off. “Is this merch for the channel where they show Doctor Who or something?”
Julia can’t help but laugh a little. “No, that’s the BBC. You – and him, and him,” he points to Yuta and Claudio, “are all part of the Blackpool Combat Club. The BCC.”
“I can assure all of you, I’m not from Blackpool,” Claudio says. Which is weird for someone with no memory to claim.
“None of you are,” comes Brody’s soothing rumble from behind Julia. “It’s a long story, but you guys have the name in honor of another dude. William Regal.”
Mox blinks. “That…somehow feels familiar.” He turns to Julia. “Is my name Dean?”
“Oh, no,” Julia says. “Not, um. Not anymore.”
“Okay,” Mox says, but he looks uncertain. “Then who am I?”
“Jon Moxley,” Julia says. “That’s who you are.”
The room goes silent for a moment. It’s a little unsettling.
And then the Shield theme rockets through the room.
“I think that’s you, Mox,” Julia says gently. “You don’t have to answer it if you don’t want to.”
Mox pulls out the phone and reads. “Seth…” He looks up at Julia. “I love Seth, don’t I.”
“You do!” Brody says. Julia can feel his excitement.
“Hello?” Mox says. “Hi, yeah – I love you, right?”
Julia can just make out Seth saying, “Yeah, of course you do. And I love you, too. Are you okay?”
“I think my memory. Um.” He looks up at Julia. “I don’t know what to say.”
Julia takes the phone. “Hey, Seth.”
“Who am I speaking with?”
“Julia,” she says. “Julia Hart.”
There’s a pause on the other end of the line. “Oh, god. Did you make him the feral animal man again when I’m not there?”
“No!” Julia says. “No, that, um. That one was actually on Malakai. Sort of.” She pauses. “It’s not relevant. You know who you are?”
“I do,” Seth says slowly. “Does Mox?”
“Actually,” Julia says, “he heard the ringtone – your old Shield theme – and knew he loves you.” She tries not to gag at how infuriatingly romantic that is. “Which is, I don’t know. What he feels for you overrode elemental chaos magic. That’s pretty impressive.”
Seth, and the whole room, are silent. “Can you put him on the phone?”
Julia hands it back to Mox.
“Hi,” Mox says. Julia’s never heard him speak this way.
She can’t hear what Seth says on the other end of the line, but Mox starts tearing up.
“Here,” Page says, leaning over Matt. He hands Mox a box of tissues. “It’s alright, man. Let it out.”
“One week he’s drinking blood, another week he’s being emotionally aware while being mindwiped,” Brody mutters in Julia’s ear. She laughs.
“What?” Page asks, frowning. “You got somethin’ against men showin’ emotion?”
“No!” Julia says. “Just – okay, recently you got in a match with a guy where you drank his blood. It’s a big shift.”
Matt’s eyes go wide and he turns to Page, who looks similarly disturbed. “You drank somebody’s blood?”
“I – apparently so,” Page replies.
“Don’t worry,” Matt says, shifting on Page’s lap. “I think that’s kind of hot.”
“Oh, god,” Yuta says, rolling his eyes.
“You get covered in blood all the time, too,” Julia says. “He,” she nods over to Mox, who’s hung up the phone and is patting his cheeks dry, “beat the crap out of you in a match, and you wrote BCC on your chest in your own blood.”
Yuta’s face goes a bit blank.
“Damn,” Danny says. “Okay, big man. Maybe you would win in a fight.”
“That’s what I’ve been saying this whole fucking time,” Yuta mumbles. “Hey, lady in charge.”
“Me?” Julia asks.
“Yeah, you,” Yuta says. “Are he and I a thing?”
She nods. “Yeah. We, uh. Brody and I body swapped you while back and you two have been together ever since.”
Yuta turns to Danny. “You wanna make out?”
“No!” Julia says. “Nobody is making out when you don’t have memories!”
Danny grabs Yuta by the front of the shirt and hauls him in, and Julia decides that fighting their basest instincts to fuck and fight each other really isn’t worth it.
“I assure you, ma’am, I will not be participating in any of this,” Claudio says. Julia’s eyes flick to where Mox is scrolling something on his phone with a smile on his lips, where Matt and Page and gazing into each other’s eyes, where Danny and Yuta are practically going at it on the floor.
“At least somebody’s listening,” Brody sighs.
“I’m listening!” Brandon says. He stands up and falls on the couch next to Claudio. “I’m not making out with anybody.”
“That’s because Reynolds is at home,” Brody replies. “Don’t worry. You have your own person.”
Brandon visibly relaxes. “After all this, I’m going to call him. Just to…just to know.”
Nick grumbles from where he’s still messing with his hair in the mirror. “Glad to hear everybody else is in love or whatever.”
“I –”
“I wouldn’t get into that if I were you,” Brody murmurs in her ear. “That one was Malakai’s fault, in the end.”
“Good point.” She looks back over at Nick. “I’m sure your memory will come back any time, and then you’ll remember that you and your friends and your brother created this company and you’ll be all happy again or whatever.”
Nick pauses. “I…created a wrestling company?”
Julia nods. “You and Matt, a guy named Tony Khan. Big wrestling mark, our boss. Two guys named Cody and Kenny, but Cody’s not here anymore.” She tries her best sincere smile. “This exists because a bunch of weird nerds took a chance.”
“The insult feels unnecessary, but okay,” Nick says. He relaxes, looking content.
The rest of the afternoon ticks by so slowly Julia feels like clawing out of her skin. She puts on another movie – Transformers seems least likely to cause problems – and waits for Malakai. And waits. And waits.
“The show’s going to start soon,” Brody says. His leg is bouncing so hard Julia’s slipped off of his lap and next to him. She’s a little squished between Claudio and Brody, but she’s distracted.
“I know,” Julia mutters. “Do you think we’re in serious trouble?” She glances around the room. Not everybody in here has a match, but most of them have something to do this evening. She leans in closer. “Should we start worrying about their memories yet?”
“No,” Brody says quietly. “I think we’re good.”
“Think?”
“Hope.”
Julia buries her face into his arm until he reaches out and pulls her in. “It’s going to be okay, Jules.”
“I know,” she says with a sigh. “But I miss my magic.”
“I miss mine, too,” Brody says. He adjusts her hat.
There’s a lot more she wants to say. She can see the effects of her actions around the room, though some are less negative than others.
She waits a little longer, until the ending scenes of the movie.
“We’ve got it.”
Everyone in the room looks up at Malakai.
“Everyone affected, stand.” His glare toward Julia and Brody is clear as day. They stay seated.
Malakai turns the deepest red, blood and rubies sparkling in a sunrise before a storm. He spins his magic in front of him. “Return their minds,” he speaks, in a language Julia doesn’t know how she understands, “return their memories but take none of the past few hours. Keep them whole.”
The red is almost too powerful. Looking at it hurts, somewhere deep in her mind, but she forces herself to keep looking. She wants to know how the magic can fix all of this.
If she knows how to fix it, maybe she can use it better next time.
It swirls and grows, with Malakai carefully instructing its placement. The magic seems to have a mind of its own, but Julia can understand that they’re lucky the ideas of the magic seem to align with theirs. She’d never known how powerful it was until she sees it laid over the bodies of her coworkers, working to turn them back to themselves.
Time, she’s fairly certain, has stopped. And then it hasn’t.
The room settles back to normal, the red dissipating until it’s nothing but a faint fog, and then gone.
“Okay,” Page says, shaking his head. “That was the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to me, and that’s saying something.” He wiggles his hand at Matt, who laughs.
“I don’t want to know,” Malakai says, dropping his head in his hands.
They go around the room, Malakai asking very pointed questions to ensure all memories have returned.
“Alright,” he says, nodding. “It feels appropriate to release all of you at this point. If anything – and I mean anything – feels like it’s wrong, you come to me.” He glares at Julia and Brody again. “You hear me? Me only.”
The group of recently re-memoried wrestlers nod and mutter in agreement as they leave.
“Thank god that’s over,” Brody says, falling sideways on the couch. Julia would be annoyed, but she’s just as relieved.
“Oh, it’s not over,” Malakai says. “Buddy, find a safe seat. We need to have them meet with the true origins of their powers.
“Meet with – what?:”
She can’t react. The world is swirling colors and patterns that Julia can’t name or understand, and she feels suspended.
Now you understand the responsibility of the magic, she understands through what’s around her, now you know that your motivations come second to mine.
“Who am I speaking with?” she asks. It’s less words than lightning coming from her.
The deepest of magic is the most dangerous, Julia understands, but lighter level magic also harnesses my power. Your Malakai has done his best to educate you on his own, but you required further reminders of your powers.
“I’m sorry,” Julia says with sparks. “I didn’t – I hadn’t realized –”
But you do now, Julia understands. And using magic as a toy is your way to lose it forever. And possibly your life.
Julia feels fear like liquid ice run up her spine. “Is this how I die?”
No, child, Julia understands, death is not for you for many years, if ever. Immortality can be given to those who wield power well and carefully. Do you think yourself capable of this?
“I don’t know,” Julia whispers with the flicker of a candle.
Good, Julia understands, for if you were sure so early, it would be proof you are not. Julia feels the whisper of a caress against her cheek. You are prepared to be a leader, little Princess. You will become Queen. But lessons will be learned along the way. Julia feels the liquid ice melt into comfort. And you’ve learned your first.
“Thank you.” Julia’s voice is a spark again. “I won’t – I’ll be more careful next time. More intentional.”
My princess, Julia understands, you may have some of your magic back. You will continue to earn more as the years go by, as long as your intentions remain true and you demonstrate the intentionality. It’s a brush like lips against hers, a touch Julia would do anything to feel again.
And then her eyes open. And she’s on the couch next to Brody.
“Holy fuck,” Brody says, his eyes opening. “What was that?”
“That,” Malakai says, looking far too calm for the situation. Buddy’s got his head on his lap, content. Little suckup. “Was the Goddess.”
“The Goddess?” Julia asks. “We – we spoke to the person we get our powers from?!”
Malakai nods, carding fingers through Buddy’s hair.
“I thought we got our powers from you,” Brody says. He rests his hand on Julia’s thigh until she takes his hand.
“If you’d listened,” Buddy says, “you’d know we’d always gotten our powers from the Goddess.” He looks up at Malakai with unbridled adoration. “Malakai is our conduit.”
“Did she forgive the two of you?” Malakai asks. “Do you have your powers back?”
Julia presses her lips together and holds out her hand. Her colors are slightly different now – a hint of magenta instead of pure red, but the majority is ocean-teal instead of pure green. “They feel…different,” she says.
“They represent the nuance you understand now,” Malakai says. The blue-grey of his skin, the deep blackened purple of his eyes. Julia’s never understood the meaning before.
“That’s why Cutler had yellow and blue,” she murmurs. “Why we had green, and blue, and pink.”
Malakai nods. “And why Buddy here has had sages, forest greens, and sunset oranges,” he murmurs. “He understood the responsibility from day one.”
“Always the perfect one,” Julia mutters.
“No one is perfect,” Buddy says. “But, yeah, I am.”
Brody chucks a pillow at Buddy using his newly orange-pink and ocean-teal powers.
“Hey,” Julia says, showing Brody her own greyish teal, “we match now.”
He beams over at her. “We do.”

heyyy here's an attitude for you..id just like to issue an apology LOL. see what had happened was i lost my inspo and was like "ah fuck it" then i came back and rewrote it then i was like "ah fuck it" again.
writer's block can be pretty demotivating (well of course it is lol!!) but i just didnt wanna do anything at all booo. :(
this is 50/50 kayfabe again...i never found a common ground. segments and shit you know?? as i said this is a bit short so stay tuned for more. Just LET ME COOK GUYS.
Tumblr media
YOU JUST CAN’T believe Jeff found you in the locker room. The audacity he even has to show up! Well, you’re going to try and give him a piece of your mind anyway.
Tumblr media
At Jeff’s request, Debra nodded. “Yes. I’ll step out for a bit.” She gives you one last look before she made her way out of the room, closing the door behind her.
You wait for a minute, making sure that she’s truly gone before speaking.
“…I am one second from strangling you in this very room.” You warn. Jeff’s starting to feel nervous again. Was this really a good decision? Probably not. He can tell that you’re incredibly volatile. This is way too tense. “You know, no one can hear you scream.”
Truth be told, Jeff couldn’t even remember he’s been in a situation like this. Hell, he’s not even sure if he’s had one. He chuckled nervously. “I-I’m sure.”
You’re waiting for him to say something else, but it seems like he’s gone silent for the time being. “I thought you were going to talk to me?”
“I was. I’m just not sure what to say.” Jeff admits. He feels like he’s walking on eggshells, and the moment he doesn’t answer or even ask a question in the way you wanted, he feels like you’ll attack at any moment. “And I know ya’ want some answers.”
You do. You really do.
“You just have to understand. Raven’s not good enough for you and you know it.”
Somehow, it’s always the same thing. Every single time. You can’t help but to roll your eyes. You don’t think that’s a good enough excuse for him to have ruined your match.
“Jeff, you say that every time!” You sound incredibly exasperated saying those words and you couldn’t help it. “He is good enough for me, he’s better than you ever could be, too! How could I ever love someone like you?”
Jeff’s pretty much speechless. How could you say those things so easily? It rolled off of your tongue with no issue whatsoever. No stuttering, no unease. Just like that.
“You’ve hurt Lita, someone who’s supposed to be your friend. Hell, you’ve even hurt Matt, your own brother. What’s it to say you can’t hurt me, huh?“
“I wouldn’t hurt you. I wouldn’t hurt you like you hurt me. If we’re talking about hurting people, we need to talk about that stunt you pulled earlier.” He says. “If I give you answers for what I did, you give me answers for what you did.”
And just like that, you already feel stressed out. You can’t help but to put a hand on your forehead. “You’re not going to understand why.”
“Huh, then I guess you won’t understand why I beat the hell out of Raven.” The tone of his voice makes you wince a bit. He sounds annoyed, an emotion you don’t think you’ve heard from him quite yet. “You don’t have a choice but to love me, [Name].”
“I do, and trust me, I wouldn’t pick y—“
He cuts you off, his expression souring. “You’re lying to yourself.”
Then he gets closer, which starts to break down your irritation. “Be honest, you love me. You would’ve loved if we did fuck when we were alone in the medic room and I’m sure you would’ve loved if that happened in the hotel room, too.”
Nevermind. Your irritation shoots up even further. Jeff’s words were coming off aggressive. You’ve never even heard him curse like that before, let alone even say something so vulgar.
“Oh, please!” You exclaim. “You know what I’d love the most right now? If you get the fuck out! Get out! Get out right now! Right now!!”
His words brought you to the edge and you hate how quickly he did that. You will never admit how easy it is for him to get under your skin, whether it be good or bad. Stupid excuses. Then he has the audacity to try and have an attitude about things? Just forget it. No more amends.
He just doesn’t understand. As of right now, everything is his fault!
“[Name], I know you’ve got your issues. But you can’t keep lying to yourself and I can’t keep giving you chances. I’m done being nice.” He reaches out towards you, you know that he wants to touch you, but he settles for just holding your arm. “I’ll make it so that ya’ never forget me. I got suspended for you! Doesn’t that mean anything..? Something for us?”
“You need to understand that there wasn’t ever an us!” You exclaim. He deserved that suspension. Before he could respond, you start to yell that ‘he has my arm!’ and scream in hopes of someone hearing. Your prayers are answered when Debra bursts into the room shortly after.
“What in god’s name is going on in here?!” She exclaims, nearly knocking the door off of its hinges. That woman was truly strong, it almost scares you. She looks in between you two and points a finger at Jeff. “You had better let her go! No funny business or else I’m calling my husband!”
That threat was enough to make Jeff let go and make his way towards the door. He gives you one last look. “Bye, [Name]. I hope you’ll remember what I said.”
“You got here quick..” You turn over to look at Debra.
In return, she gives you a nervous look. “Ha…what? Sweetie, you must be mistaken, I wasn’t nearby at all. It took me a while to get here! I forgot something and it just so happened…I wasn’t listening at all! I respect your privacy!”
If anything, that gave her away the most..
“But um, just one itsy bitsy question for you, dear. What’s this all about the medic?”
Tumblr media
BACKSTAGE // 10:15 PM
You feel like you’re dying. You had to take a seat for a second in the hallway.
There’s too much happening right now. You just want to retire back into your hotel room. If you were lucky, no one would bother you for the rest of the night. You could watch sappy soap operas and finally relax.
But alas, you can’t. You’re going have to meet Jericho later on. You’ll give Hunter the call when everything is set up.
Jeff’s words still have you shaken and you can’t help but to put your head into your hands. This was all too much.
“[Naaame], there you are!” A cheery voice brings your attention upwards. There stands Stacy, who has a big smile on her face.
“Here to make fun of me?” You ask, setting your hands in your lap. “Well, hurry up. I’ve only got about 2 hours to live. Make it count.”
She quickly starts to frown, putting her hands on her hips. “What? Why would I do that? That’s just being mean. And what do you mean by two hours to live??”
“Austin’s gonna kill me. He just hasn’t found me yet,” You shrug.
Because you’re sitting down, the only thing you can see is Stacy’s midriff. You decide to stand in order to be level with her. “However, if you want to give me your last parting words, I recommend you do it now..”
“I don’t want you to die, who else am I going to take shopping after next Raw?” Stacy says, coming closer to bring you into a tight hug. “I know you’ve been tired and down lately, so I wanted to surprise you by taking you on a trip after the show.”
It’s not a surprise if she’s saying it though…
You still appreciate it anyway. You crack a smile towards her and she returns it, hoping that you’ll accept and be somewhat positive about it.
“Yeah...yeah, sure. I’ll go.” You give in easy since you know how much of a beggar Stacy can be. “Is Torrie going?”
“Nope! Just us, some R&R.” She reassures, letting you go. “I like spending time with you, so I’ll try and make it comfortable as possible!”
Stacy’s being oddly nice. It almost makes you feel uncomfortable. She’s ranting and raving about something else when suddenly, the sound of a familiar voice had rang through both of your ears.
It’s none other than Lita, who shoves her hands into her pocket. She’s since changed out of her referee gear and the sign of exhaustion is written all over her face.
“Lita!” Stacy chimes. “Hey! How are you? I’ve heard about Matt..are you—“
Lita narrows her eyes at Stacy. “Whatever. If you don’t mind, I’d like to talk to [Name].” Of course, she didn’t add a please. Stacy’s oblivious enough to nod and give her a smile.
What is with people wanting to talk to you alone?! Nothing ever goes well when that happens.
“Oh, okay! I’ll see you soon, okay?” She rests her hands on both of your shoulders briefly before giving one last smile to Lita and walks away.
Lita returns an disingenuous smile, but it immediately falls into a sneer after she leaves. “…I can’t stand her.”
“I know. You told me.” You’re still on edge, especially because of what happened earlier. “So, uh, what happened with the match? Who won?”
“Jeff. Matt put his foot on the ropes but I didn’t see it. He’s really mad at me. Jeff wouldn’t even talk to me either. He was busy storming off somewhere, just like his brother.” She crosses her arms. “Jeff got suspended for what he did during your match, by the way.”
You already knew about that, so you don’t say anything.
“..Uh, listen. I never said those things about you.” Lita says. “Debra must have lied, I wouldn’t ever call you gross. I think you’re really cool. You’re better than Stacy is. As a matter of fact, you’re better than her and Torrie combined. You know this!”
Was she trying to butter you up or was she genuine? You’re not sure if you believe her. There’s been a lot of lying lately.
…You almost feel bad. Almost. Lita’s looking somewhere else, but turns her attention back to you. “I wanted to clear that up first, but it’s not why I wanted to talk. There’s something else on my mind.”
She starts to step a bit closer and you hold your fists up. You think she’s about to attack you, but she can only let out a sigh, muttering something under her breath.
You look at her in confusion before she repeats it one more time. “I want you to kiss me again.”
It was really sudden, yet you can’t find a reason to refuse her request. “Are you serious?” You ask.
“Yeah.”
Well, if she insists. Once you bring her in for chaste kiss, you can taste the mint on her lips. Lita doesn’t quite let you go either, pulling you closer so she could deepen it.
You then realize that you’re not only at work, but literally standing in the middle of the hallway. You hate to do it, but you have to push Lita away. “Sorry.”
“It’s fine. I..uh..wanted to see something anyway.” She runs a hand through her hair, and the atmosphere had quickly gotten tense. “I may have figured something out. I guess I can see why people like you so much.”
“Why’s that?”
“You’re not too bad of a kisser.” She admits.
Who would’ve thought. You instinctively your fingers onto your lips. Huh. “Thanks?” You feel kind of embarrassed now.
Lita only gives you a nod. “You’re welcome, I guess. I think I’m gonna go back to my room now.” That’s probably the best decision right now. She’s been through a lot tonight and so have you. “Want to come with me?”
“No thanks. I’ve got something to do.” As cool as it sounds to head back with her, you still need to meet up with Jericho, which is already making you a bit sick. You hate him.
“Alright then.” Lita strangely feels like she’s been harshly rejected, but manages to give you an actual smile anyway. “See ya’ later?”
“Bye bye.” You wave. It doesn’t take you long to slump back into your chair once the redhead takes her leave. Goddamn it, you can’t believe the night’s not even over yet.
…Well, at least Austin hasn’t found you.

HOTEL ROOM // 10:30 PM
Sometimes you wonder if wrestling is really worth it. Is it really worth the money? Is it really worth the fame that comes with it? Is it really worth the excitement?
Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn’t. You adjust yourself on the loveseat, trying to at least present yourself as sexy. It’s a little hard and a tad bit uncomfortable. You wonder how Stacy and Torrie do it so easily...
You’ve never really done something like this before. It’s strange, most of the sensual stuff had happened in an alleyway or the medic’s room….which probably is crazy, but it happened! Even though you and Jeff didn’t get too far in the room previously, it was still pretty weird.
This confirms it. You hate your job sometimes. Especially when you had to do stuff like this. You tie your robe into a knot, maybe a little too harshly.
The door slams open, startling you from your spot. It’s Jericho, followed by cameras, of course.
You can’t believe you’re doing this. You force yet again another million-dollar smile onto your face as you watch him come in with not only both belts on his shoulders, but with two bottles in his hands.
The look of disdain crosses your face only but for a moment, but then goes away. Perhaps you’ll drink the pain away tonight.
“Hey, brought some alcohol. Man, this crap is really expensive!” Jericho complains, holding up the bottles. “For a champion like myself, it should be FREE!”
“Nothing’s free in this world.” You say.
“Sure, for the assclowns that aren’t Chris Jericho.” He fired back, slamming the bottles onto the table. “You’d better drink it, too.” He continues muttering on and on how much of a waste of money it was.
The crowd is definitely confused to say the least. Happy to see you in a segment, but confused. There’s no goddamn way you’d willingly do this! It’s Chris Jericho, for fucks sake. There had to be something up.
“You’re right and you know what? I’m gonna call room service and give them a peace of my mind!” This was only an excuse to try and call Hunter to let him know that Jericho made it. You shuffle out of your spot and head towards the phone.
"No need." Jericho holds up his hand. He's yet to set down his championships. "Let's just hurry up and get this over with. I'm sure this is what we've both been wanting for a while now."
You freeze up for a minute, but try to bounce back. You also ignore his last comment. “No, no, let me do this!” And you still go over and take it off the hook, doing your best to punch the right numbers in.
“Hello?”
It picks up quickly, making you let out a quick sigh of relief. “Yes, hello? You come up here immediately. How dare you disrespect the one and only undisputed champion? Send room service right now! I want compensation.”
“Wait, what? Are you—“
His confusion makes you huff. “I said, you need to send someone up here immediately!”
“Oh! Alright, on my way then. Man, don’t blow a gasket, Nitro Girl..”
You knew he was blonde but you didn’t realize he was an airhead, jesus. Once you heard a click, you hang up the call. “They should be on their way up now to make it up to us. Until then, I think you have a point. Maybe we should—“
You can’t even get the knot fully out! You look down at your robe, which you tied way too tight. You quickly glance at Jericho, then you try it again to no avail. What the fuck, you don’t even tie your shoelaces that hard!
“You’re a putz.” He says, a mocking grin on his own face. “But it’s funny, so I guess you’ve got at least one redeemable quality.”
“Okay, you know what?” Plan be damned. Hunter will get here when he gets here. “Why’d you come here, Jericho? You could’ve said no. You could’ve even called me a slut for trying to sleep with you.”
“I could’ve called you a lot of things, but let’s get one thing straight. The only slut that I know of….is Stephanie McMahon.”
…You hate to do this, but you agree with a nod. “Fair.” If it’s one thing you two had in common, it’s the shared hate of Stephanie McMahon.
“You said you liked me. I want to know what you’d do about it. So far, I’m not impressed.” He motions to your robe, which was still stuck..
“This isn’t my fault.” It really is. You must’ve tied it too tight from your anger or anxiety. Or a combination of both. “I was distracted.”
“Distracted?” He repeats. “Not by me, right? Oh, what am I talking about, of course it’s me! You were clearly all hot and bothered by a champion coming into your room!!” You watch as he sets his championships onto the loveseat and plops down, throwing his arms onto the back of it.
Okay, you changed your mind. Hunter needs to hurry up. Like right now. You swallow your pride as you speak again. “Maybe, maybe not. That is for me to know and for you to find out.”
“So you admit you’re attracted to me?”
“I didn’t say all of that..” You sigh out. This feels like it’s completely gotten off track. Everything was a bust.
To your glee, there are a few frantic knocks on the door. “Oh, that must be room service.” You say. Thank god. “Go get the door, I need to find something to cut this open.”
You conveniently step away while Jericho stands up to go open the door. The sound of things falling doesn’t make you wince at all, but you still put on a scene as soon as Hunter literally LEAPS through the door and pounces on Jericho.
He grabs him to toss him over the loveseat and rushes over to start to laying in some punches.
As he’s beating the shit out of him, you feign surprise, grabbing one of the champagne bottles off the table. Hunter notices you and shuffles him to hold him in a chokehold so you can have your way with him.
This is exactly what the crowd wanted to see. You pop the cork off the bottle and dump it all over Jericho’s face, not caring if it hit his mouth or not.
“Ha! Drink it in, maaan!” You laugh. Despite you managing to get the liquid on his leather jacket, Hunter seems to share your smile as he holds up Jericho’s head upward.
And to top it off, you hold the now empty bottle like a baseball bat and swing, hitting Jericho right in his head.
Hunter lets go, a satisfied look on his face. “I’m coming for that title. You had better sleep with one eye open, Y2J.” His voice held venom, which would’ve scared you if you two weren’t in kahoots.
Hunter walks over to the titles that were now on the ground and lifts both of them up. He glanced over to you and lowers them. There was an almost unrecognizable tension in the room between yoy two, but neither of you knew exactly where to pinpoint it.
“…Hey, nice robe. Sad we didn’t get to see what’s under.”
You can only scoff and walk away. With the screen fading to black, it’s the end of Vengeance.

Hit me Baby, One more time (Wrestler loki x Female reader) (Extras)
Series Masterlist
Summary: Based on this request Can you write about wrestler loki in that interview few years later all happy and nice talking about how much he loves his wife and kids all and how his life and his attitude towards it has changed and just being all happy, grateful things. I'm missing him so so much ❤.
Warning: Mention of pregnancy, implied smut.
Tumblr media
You had a smile on your face as you fixed his tie, he kept staring and you could totally feel his eyes on you
"Are you nervous?" You asked him and he shook his head,
"Why would I be nervous little thing??" He chuckled, It's been ten years but the name still made your heart flutter
"I don't know baby ..it's been a long while since you have been on camera" you whispered softly so he pulled you closer, being as careful as he could be.
"Mmmhm? Well if I get nervous I'll just look at my girls and feel okay yeah?" He rubbed your belly and it made you blush, Damien was 5 now and you both were ready to bring a baby princess into the world, Little Lyla was all set to appear in three months,
"We are always here" you smiled as you cupped his cheeks and kissed him softly
"Mmm did you talk to dad? Dami isn't causing much trouble now is he?" He chuckled and you giggled in response, he was a handful but then he was Loki's kid.
"They can handle him for a few hours, are you ready hubby?" You asked him and he smiled.
"Yes..I love you birdy, can't wait to hold you again"
He had an interview set with Jimmy Fallon tonight, he was opening a franchise for the gym in New York City as well as LA, sometimes it was hard for you to process that he gave up the life of limelight and fame for you and kids but then you knew he was the happiest when he was with you and you were the most blessed to have him as your life partner.
As the interview began he did get a little nervous and jittery, he was so out of the limelight and he had no regrets about it. He didn't miss any of it, he made enough money to take care of you and his family for life,
"You look shaky my man, you alright" Jimmy asked him and Loki gave him his signature laugh . Then he looked around and found you in the audience
"Funny thing is my darling wife .." as soon as he said that everyone started to cheer and you felt a spotlight on you
"There she is.." he smiled widely and the attention made you blush. You'd never get used to it "Pretty pretty birdy" he turned his attention towards Jimmy again once he was done gawking at his pregnant wife "She asked me if I was nervous and I was just sooo smug about it..but she was right like always" he chuckled and Jimmy laughed too
"Well wife is always right, that's just how it is"
"Definitely, without a doubt" Jimmy smiled
"So first of all congratulations and I'm not talking about the opening of your gym here..that's great etc etc but there's something else I should be congratulating you both for" Jimmy said to him and Loki blushed as he looked at you,
"Thank you man, thank you, I am truly blessed"
"I can see, it's so transparent..you are literally glowing, is it the makeup?" Jimmy asked him and Loki chuckled
"It's the pregnancy and all the sex we have been having lately" the crowd cheered as he said that but he left you all flushed with that comment. He winked at you and you shook your head in disbelief.
"Mannn I can't believe how much you have changed from your WWE days and for good, I'm so proud of you" Jimmy smiled as he said that
"Thank you so much, and I can't take the credit for any of this, I was so lost in every way until I met birdy.."
"Just so you guys know he calls his wife birdy, how cute is that..I apologise for interrupting..please keep going" Loki blushed at the comment and so did you.
"It's all her, I'm here because of her and my family.." the crowd boomed into a cheer again. He whispered a soft I love you as he looked at you and you responded the same way.
They talked about the opening of the gym when he was done gushing about you.
You looked around and everyone had their eyes on him , he was just so strikingly handsome and that was something that would never fade, not even with time or age. He was so beautiful and he was your husband, the father of your children, the love of your life. How did you get so lucky?
After the interview concluded heimdall took you backstage again,
"Are you alright my darling?" Loki had you in his arms as soon as he spotted you, he was so attentive all the time but he was extra careful these days.
"Yesss.. you did so good little baby, I'm so proud of you" you kissed him softly and he smiled.
"Mmhm? And I'm so proud of you for looking so pretty up there, I will have to reward you for that birdy" he pressed a kiss on your neck and you giggled. Always love his rewards.
"Ladies would still sell their soul just to touch you, you know that?" You mumbled so he kissed your forehead. Once in a while insecurities still creeped in but he never allowed you to sit with those thoughts in your head.
"And I'd sell mine for you and you only, never forget okay?" Your eyes teared up at the sweet words.
"I love you" you wrapped your arms around him tightly, the pregnancy gave you several mood swings but none of them ever made you feel any less grateful for the life you were building with him.
You'd always thank your stars that they brought you to him, it was a happy fateful day when you saw him for the first time, so many ups and downs, you didn't even recognise the loki you met now that you looked back, he was so guarded and it took you a long time to break those walls but your relationship with him only grew stronger with time.
"And I love you my birdy, I am always going to love you the most"
He owed his life to you and he'd never not remember how blessed he was to wake up with you in his arms every morning.

Shawn Michaels vs Stone Cold Steve Austin pt 2
So before I begin I must give my apologies if you were waiting on this as I've been backed up with other projects. Next I wanna give all proper credit to Wrestling Bios on YouTube, his reliving the war series made this a whole lot easier instead of having to look up various different resources to put this series together, and if you arent subscribed to his channel you can click this link here!
he reviews classic games like No Mercy, WCW/NWO Revenge, WWF Attitude and Warzone if youre nostalgic for those games. if not here we are!
So the next night on Raw after No Way Out of Texas, DX were said to be pursuing legal advice following their loss to Steve's team. The broadcast airs a vignette with Chyna and its showcasing her achievements so far...and ends with her receiving a Stone Cold Stunner at the previous nights PPV. They aren't on the show tonight..but that stunner was pretty damn funny still.
The following week on Raw, DX cut a promo from Shawn's house. Triple H mentioned that the only way for Raw to raise its rating was for them to come to Shawns house, and if they get ratings from chaos then the next 4 weeks are about to set the nielsen rating books on fire. Shawn says Owen, Steve, and Mike Tyson are due to be on Raw the next week in Cleveland and that would be a great place to start raising hell and so the best place to end it is at...YOU GUESSED IT....WRESTLEMANIA. Shawn not only confirms but guarantees the match with Steve at Mania. Triple H says to the camera that from here on out, Wrestlemania is going to be X Rated...(of course they changed it to DX rated).
The next week on RAW opens up with DX, and Triple H says "The road to Wrestlemania Begins tonight, Wrestlemania is X Raided (Rated whatever), Parents need to get their childrens permission because discretion is advised, but will be completely ignored." When Shawn takes the mic, he says DX are going to make Tyson an offer he cant refuse, and should he refuse he wont ever forget DX and thats a promise (his words not mine). He then says Steve is going to face the Showstopper, The Icon, The Main Event (you know that 97 Shawn Michaels spiel) and hes going to show that the toughest S.O.B in the WWF isn't tough enough to deal with the Heartbreak Kid. Shawn tells Steve to put on his dancing shoes because hes going to taste some Sweet Chin Music tonight..and of course Steve makes his way down to the ring and right before he gets a chance to square up with Shawn the lights go out and Kane makes his way down while Shawn and DX manage to escape...of course Steve is pissed. A lil later Tyson arrives with Shane McMahon.
Tumblr media
Later on in the night Tyson comes down to the ring with Vince and the pre-Corporation keep in mind the crowd is booing. In the ring, Vince asks Tyson if hes going to be the enforcer or is Austin going to enforce his own rules..all questions will be answered at Wrestlemania and the crowd boos even louder (I dont blame them i wouldve booed McMahon too. Right when Mike is about to speak DX music hits and they come down to the ring. Shawn snatches the mic from Vince and says his name isnt Steve Austin and DX isnt here to disrespect Tyson as thats not their style. But they will call people out face to face. Shawn says to Tyson he should make no mistake hes looking at the WWF champ and the champ is calling him out right here right now..BOYYYYY (Yeah he really called him boy, not sure in what context but moving on) After agreeing to a throwdown, Shawn clears the ring out. Tyson dares Shawn to hit him and after a little suspense building Shawn rips his WWF Attitude shirt off to reveal a DX shirt and the crowd goes WILD.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
They really werent feeling this until he was revealed i thought that was insane as a kid but getting older and seeing celebrities come in and out of the WWE. I realized why just didnt know it was going on back in 1998. But regardless, still this was great. Just this shot alone.
Tumblr media
Before he gets in his car to leave the arena, Tyson is being hounded by Michael Cole with Cole asking Tyson about what just happened and MIke says that Stone Cold is going to get knocked out cold at Wrestlemania, he shuts the door and drives off. At the end of the night Steve was scheduled to go against Kane. While making his way down to the ring he notices Triple H standing on the stage so of course he goes after him, Shawn comes from behind out of nowhere with a Sweet Chin Music as soon as Steve turns around.
One thing I want to mention about the March 2nd episode of Raw. This was the night the scratch logo officialy made its way into the stage display, going from the simplistic curtain and titantron combo to now having an arch like structure with the logo situated right in the back...ahhh good times. This version of the logo was prototype as hell and it makes me cringe especially when you see they had a more proper version of the logo in the scaffolding on the sides of the stage, but its still history nonetheless.
Tumblr media
The following week on the March 9th episode of Raw. Triple H comes out with Chyna and once again reminds the crowd that Wrestlemania is going to be X Raided (Rated). Talks about how Chyna got into Owens head last week and this week, she might get physical if she wanted to, he then tells the crowd Shawn isnt there and of course they boo. After cutting to a replay of last weeks Superkick to Austin, Shawn is shown in a diner. He says thst Tyson joining DX changes everything at Wrestlemania. He then says whats even sweeter than that is the fact that Shawn said last week Steve is going to taste Sweet Chin Music, he proved Steve is just like everyone who steps up to HBK. He gets dead serious when he says the old line "HBK doesnt lay down for anybody and hes certainly not going to lay down for Steve at Wrestlemania. Steve is nothing more than a fad when HBK will always be IN in the WWF... (hmm yeah we'll see about that sir). Shawn is going to knock him down and drag him out and he's going to walk out of Wrestlemania the WWF champion..and Triple H says if youre not down with that then they've got TWO WORDS FOR YA!!!! Before taking a seat at the commentary table right before Owens match.
Tumblr media
And it seems someone who had two words for Triple H..
Annnnnd of course during Owens match with Barry Windham (Bray Wyatts namesake), Chyna gets involved and causes the DQ.
Tumblr media
Would ya look at that face, she really put her all into that low blow didnt she?
At the end of the night Raw airs an interview with J.R and Tyson.
Tumblr media
Mike says he is excited to be working in the WWF, but he was skeptical on how he would be received..looking back on the episode when he joined DX, he wasn't wrong but the reveal must've lead to a pleasant surprise to him with him being cheered on. J.R asks him how he feels about Austin shoving him the night after the Royal Rumble. He admits Austin pissed him off but he cant wait to get his hands on him at Wrestlemania. Jim asks him abotu his role in DX and warns that Triple H and Shawn use people to get ahead and Tyson said pretty straightforward that every body is using everybody including the guy giving the interview. Last words of the interview pertain to whether or not he will be a fair ref and Mike says life hasnt been fair to him and he ended it with "fair is winning". Its like I get where he was going but that shit went completely left. Im sure Mike knew it didnt make sense but look at that face, does it look like he cares? As long as the checks are cleared, he's good.
Tumblr media
Now on to the main event of the night.. Triple H vs Savio Vega. Now because Austin made his threats security are heavy out there and mere fucking seconds after the bell rings...
Tumblr media
Shoved the ref and head of security..with his old ass...WHATS THE POINT OF ELDERLY HEADS OF SECURITY BACK IN THE DAYS..(DOUG DILLINGER IM LOOKING RIGHT AT YOU). But back to the match..... STUNNERS FOR EVERYONE... and by everyone I mean Savio
Tumblr media
And after laying almost everybody out he turns around into a big surprise...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And down goes Austin....
And Shawn almost went down too
Tumblr media
Keep in mind his back was out of commission at this time and he wasn't supposed to be getting physical..but like the team player he is.. he plays it off even though you can see it in his face.
Tumblr media
Now this night Raw pulls one of Nitros signatures and leaves the crowd on a cliffhanger when DX has Austin prepped up for the chair shot...they go off the air...not kidding check it out.
Tumblr media
They literally went off the air right when Shawn cocked back for the swing LOL.
Next week on Raw sees a lot of hype videos since Wrestlemania is officially two weeks away. The first hype video is of course of Shawn, Michael Cole is jocking for position on Shawns...nevermind... hes giving him his flowers saying why hes synonymous with Wrestlemania, the glitz, the glamour, the pomp and pagentry...sounds like someone describing British traditional ceremonies (not a shot, I rock with the Brits...seriously lets party)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A very glitzy and glamourous man indeed...
We have a promo segment with Vince McMahon and Kevin Kelly (Yes Kevin Kelly from New Japan for all the younger wrestling fans). Vince starts off by saying his in ring meeting with Steve was unfortunate and unprofessional. They show a replay when Steve flips Vince off and Mr. McMahon says he didnt appreciate that and this was again very unprofessional. Vince then says it was Austin that was stunned when Shawn brought out Mike Tyson to join DX. A clip shows Austin offering Vince a free shot that he refused to take. Vince said Austin wouldve had a broken jaw if he took it. Another clip shows Austin kicking Vince out of the ring and Vince said he obliged because it wouldnt look good to see the boss drop Steve's punk ass...no he didnt say the punk ass part but he did let his "grapefruits" hang on this night..everyone including Jerry Lawler found it hilarious. One question remains unanswered and its if Mcmahon wants to see Steve as WWF champ.. and its not just a simple "no" its a "OH HELL NO!!'
Tumblr media
Vince was definitely breaking out of his shell as an on screen character isnt he? ...cant wait to cover the feud between him and Austin.
Anywho...afterwards they show a Steve Austin hype package.
DX havent really been featured tonight but while Owen was on commentary, Triple H comes down unannounced.
Tumblr media
A pissed off Helmsley comes down talking mad trash and gets in his face calling him less than a man for stealing the European championship. He says he wants a match tonight for the belt.
Tumblr media
Owen tells Triple H to wait until Mania so to get under Owens skin and make sure he gets his wish, he mushes Owen in the face.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If "I'm going to kick this guys fuckin ass" was a facial expression this would definitely be it.
They begin to brawl. And since theres a referee on hand, it seems as if we have a title match boys and girls! While brawling, Triple H gets thrown into the steps, once they get in the ring, the bell rings. After the match starts they spill back to the outside and this time Owen gets thrown in to the ringpost. Triple H causes a distraction looking like a medieval wench..
Tumblr media
Was I wrong? (best jokes in the comments)
But Chyna comes from behind with a baseball bat and smacks Owens injured leg. Once Owen is rolled back into the ring, Triple H puts him in a submission hold and the referee calls for the bell.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Triple H won his title back and tells Owen hes going to send him back to Calgary in a wheelchair if he shows up to Wrestlemania. He then says he has two words for him..
Tumblr media
Next up...the go home show before Wrestlemania!
I'm going to end this here because I guess I went overboard with the imagery and I wont have the necessary room to add any more images with my description of next week so I will talk about the next episode soon after I make this upload. Stay Tuned and thank you again for coming back.

Forced To Believe Chapter 28- Is That You Being Serious?
Tumblr media
Chapter Summary: Morgan tries her best to survive with her team for Survivor Series
Words: 10,000+
------
'Smackdown, backstage'
Morgan was backstage in her Shield attire and a cap that had The Shield's logo on it. The cap was black and on her head backward with her hair out and curly at the end. She was with Kaitlyn, chucking at a joke she just told.
"So, what was up with Luke saving you on Raw?" Kaitlyn asked.
"I...honestly don't know," Morgan replied, trying to forget about the situation.
"Does Dean know?"
"I don't think so."
"You plan on telling him?"
"I don't think it's a big deal. Plus, you know how worked up he can get."
"Haha, you've been attracting some weird men lately. I saw Goldust creeping you out. That was funny."
"It's not funny..."
"Yes it is." Kaitlyn giggled.
Morgan rolled her eyes. "I think he's doing mind games to creep me out so I won't be on my toes to support my team at Survivor Series."
"You know, I've been watching the Wyatt family's matches with Cody and Goldust. Luke looks like he does a lot of damage to Goldust."
"He always does damage, doesn't he?"
"If I were you, I would be alert. We all know what the Wyatts are capable of. What happens if they kidnap you?"
"Can we stop talking about them? And I don't think that will happen-"
"And what happens if it does? Morgan, you can't always be that tough chick and think nothing is going to happen to you. One day, you are going to be alone, with no Shield, no Total Divas, no one. Your boyfriend isn't going to be your knight and shiny armor; your Total Divas aren't gonna be your backup. And you know what? I can imagine that. I can imagine that on...Survivor Series." She snapped as the crowd 'Oohs'
Morgan looks at her in disbelief and confusion. "I don't understand, where is this coming from?"
"First of all, you are a Total Diva. I'm a non Total Diva. Total Divas get to win the matches, they get to do everything and win everything, but you know what? At Survivor Series, you guys are gonna look stupid when the Non Total Divas get the win." Kaitlyn says with seriousness. She didn't look like she was joking at all. It was like she really wanted to tell Morgan this for a while now.
"I don't get everything..."
"As soon as you stopped being my manager, you've become a high rising star. Higher than me."
"Are you kidding me right now?"
"I'm trying to make a point."
"Well, your point is wrong. I believe I worked hard to get here,"
"It's only because you are related to Chyna, right? People expect you to be just like her. To bring some of the Attitude Era back to the PG WWE. Is that it?"
"No, I told you and everyone here that I don't want to follow in Chyna's footsteps. I want to be Morgan Lopez and that's what I'm doing. You know what? I see now. I guess AJ got into your head, huh?" Morgan comes to a sad conclusion. She knew AJ got inside her head. This was not the Kaitlyn she knew.
"Did your new hair dye screw your head up a little? Maybe you should go back to black and blond instead of being a brunette." Morgan added.
"Look, we may have to go against each other. The Shield aren't going to be there to help you, and I can almost guarantee that your little Total Divas are going to get eliminated faster than a spear. I'm just telling the truth. I don't think you can handle being alone during Survivor Series. Am I right or am I wrong?"
"I don't get how you can say that to a friend."
"Why are you avoiding the question? We have to put our friendship aside and do business. And to give you a little word of advice, I'm not going to go easy on you and the reason you won the Divas title at Money in the Bank was because I went easy on you. I regret that now and that won't happen again. Morgan, I just doubt you will survive at Survivor Series. But I want you to prove to me and all the doubters that you can do it. I can't sugarcoat things for you anymore. You've come a long way. Now show me how far you've come." She walked past her as Morgan watched her leave.
Doubt was shown on Morgan's face and also shock. She was at a loss for words and couldn't think of a comeback. In the background was Luke Harper, watching her with his head tilted to the side before the segment ended.
"Wow, talk about a reality check from Kaitlyn," Cole said.
"What was Luke doing there?" JBL asked.
'Later On'
The Shield takes on Rey and The Usos. Morgan got distracted easily because all she could think about was Kaitlyn's words. She was at ringside near the ramp, standing there, still pondering.
During the match, she didn't notice Seth and Dean outside the ring and The Usos hitting a double dive onto them. She was an inch away from getting hit, while she was standing there.
"What in the world is going on with Morgan? Did she not see The Usos? She almost got hit." JBL exclaimed.
Roman gets off the apron and makes his way towards her as the Usos go back in the ring.
He grabs her shoulders. "Are you blind?" He asked.
Morgan pushed him off of her. "Don't yell at me! Are you kidding me?" She snapped at him.
Dean and Seth quickly held Morgan back while Roman was taken aback by her outburst.
"What are you talking about? I didn't yell at you." Roman exclaimed. "What is your problem?"
"Everyone wants to lecture me. I didn't do anything. Just leave me alone!"
"What the hell is going on with you tonight?" Dean exclaimed.
"What is going on with Morgan?" Cole asked.
Later on in the match, while The Shield was distracting the ref in the ring, they were waiting for Morgan to do a sneak attack on Jimmy Uso who was in the ring but she was still standing, thinking about Kaitlyn's words.
"Morgan! You missed your cue!" Seth yelled.
His yelling made her look up. "What?" She asked, not knowing what he was talking about.
Seth face palms. "You've gotta be kiddin' me..." He sighed.
"This is a first. The Shield are pretty upset with Morgan tonight." Cole said.
During the end of The Shield's match against Rey and the Usos, Roman spears both of the Usos and takes his attention to Rey as he puts him into a powerbomb hold. He walks to the ropes but Rey manages to take him out of the ring. Rey trips Seth into the 619 position and runs to the ropes. Morgan manages to grab his legs and bring him down but the ref sees it.
"Morgan! You're out of here!" The ref yells as the crowd cheered
"What? I didn't do anything! I didn't do anything!" she exclaimed.
"I saw you! I saw you grab his legs!"
"Are you kidding me!?" Seth shouted at Morgan. "What the hell happened!?"
"I'm sorry!" She yelled.
"Morgan! You're out of here! Go!" The ref yelled.
She reluctantly starts walking back up the ramp but when she does, Rey hits the 619 on Dean to win the match. She looked disappointed that The Shield lost.
Moments later, The Shield meet up with her on the ramp.
"What the hell, Morgan?" Seth asked.
"Why is everyone blaming me?" She exclaimed
"Rey is back with a vengeance on Friday Night Smackdown," Cole said
"Welcome back Rey," JBL added.
'Backstage'
The Shield storm backstage. They were giving Morgan the cold shoulder as she tried to catch up with them.
"Guys, I'm sorry." She said but got ignored. The ignorance sparked her anger. "Okay, first of all, I'm trying to be nice here, so don't ignore me. It's like you guys are lecturing me."
"We're not. We just want to know what the hell happened." Seth declared.
"Look. I'm not thinking clearly right now." She said as she held her head. "I've been going through a lot of stuff lately."
"What stuff?" Dean asked.
"You better start thinking clearly. Survivor Series is this Sunday. You need to get your head in the game." Roman reminded.
"Why does everyone keep yelling at me?" Morgan exclaimed.
"Morgan, we're not yelling at you." Dean's voice got sterner. "What's going on with you?"
"All the things that Kaitlyn said, I just-"
"Are you kidding me? You are going to worry about 1 person during our match which we lost?" Seth asked.
"I'm sorry. I don't want to be the cause of you guys losing at Survivor Series." She grumbled.
"About that...Morgan, I'm having doubts about you managing us at Survivor Series." Dean rubbed the back of his neck.
"What?" She looked at him in shock as Seth and Roman agreed. It was a tough choice but they started to have doubts. "So, everyone is doubting me now huh? Right?"
"Just sleep it off, all right?" Dean lifted her chin gently before walking away with Seth and Roman.
Morgan scoffed softly. "Unbelievable..." She retorted as tears ran down her face.
She was frustrated and upset with herself. She sat on the black storage box and looked down, silently crying. Moments later, she heard chucking and started to look a little scared as the crowd cheered, knowing who it was.
"The Rose with thorns does not deserve this. She deserves to be comforted...cherished...we wouldn't do that to you Rose...We would treasure you." A chilling voice said.
She turned around but didn't see anyone. She turned back around the see The Wyatt family standing before her. She let out a loud 'Ahh!' out of surprise as she began breathing heavily out of shock and fear.
"Shh, my dear..." Bray wiped a tear from her face.
"Wha-what do you want from me?" She asked in a wary tone.
"We are not here to make you fear us...we are here because we understand you...we have watched you for the past week now and you have intrigued the family. Rose, we will be waiting for you. You'll know when the time is right, my rose." He said.
Bray left with Luke and Erick as Morgan watched them, confused.
The camera goes back to Cole and JBL.
"Gosh, what must Morgan be thinking right now? She's going through a lot now. Can she handle this?" Cole asked.
"We'll have to find out," JBL said
'Later'
Later on, AJ was in a handicap match against Cameron and Naomi while Tamina was at ringside. Cameron and Naomi push Tamina down at ringside and grab AJ, who was trying to escape the match, back to the ring. Naomi gets in the ring but when Cameron gets on the apron, Tamina grabs her down the apron as she hits the apron face first. She attacks Cameron while the ref is distracted and in the ring, Naomi takes control of AJ.
Morgan comes on the stage as the crowd cheers. "It's Morgan!" Cole exclaimed.
Tamina turns around and frowns.
"What do you want?" Tamina yelled. "You gonna do something?"
"Yeah, yeah I am," Morgan said before marching down the ring.
But then, Naomi hits AJ with a kick and pins her for a two count. Tamina gets on the apron but then Morgan runs down the ramp and grabs her by the ankle to bring her down. Tamina lands on her feet and tries to clothesline her but she ducks and connects with a spinning kick in the face.
"Oh! What a kick by Morgan!" Cole exclaimed.
"That's what you get!" Morgan yelled.
When Cameron gets on the apron, AJ knees her back to ringside. But when she turns around, she gets hit with the rearview and Naomi pins her for the win.
'Somebody call my momma' comes on as Cameron gets in the ring and gets her hand raised in victory with Naomi by the ref.
"Here are your winners! Cameron and Naomi!" Lilian announced. Morgan gets in the ring and celebrates with them.
"Huge win for Naomi, taking out the Diva's Champion," Cole said. Tamina decides to step up and attack the three divas from behind. "Oh no, Tamina is not happy."
"She's tired of the cheap shots by Morgan," JBL looked on.
Tamina throws Cameron and Naomi out of the ring and turns her attention to Morgan. She takes out her ponytail and glares at the Philly Diva, who is holding her head in pain.
Tamina grabs her by the hair. "You think you can beat me, Morgan? Huh?!" She yelled in her face before hitting the Samoan drop on her. She gets on the ropes and does the splash on her as the crowd 'Ohs'
"That was a sick splash. Just nasty." Cole exclaimed.
"This is gonna be you at Survivor Series. You will never beat me." Tamina trash talked. "Maybe you should watch your back this time."
"Did Morgan's attack against Tamina backfire?" Cole asked.
"She helped Cameron and Naomi win but Tamina got the last laugh in this one. What will happen with Morgan at Survivor Series?" JBL asked.
--------
'Sunday, hours before Survivor Series'
Melanie was shaking out of nervousness in the Diva's locker room.
"Why are you nervous?" Celeste asked, already in her wrestling attire.
"Creative wants me to show some moves that The Shield does," Melanie responded
"That's awesome that you get to act like The Shield. You'll do fine. How are you going to portray Roman Reigns?"
"That's the problem. I don't think I can."
"You should ask Joe."
"I should. Good idea." Melanie left the Locker Room and walked to find him. She sees him, already in his wrestling attire, stretching. "Joe! I need your guidance!"
"What's up, baby girl?" He smiled.
"I need help with trying to portray your character."
"Oh yeah, for your match right? I heard about that. Give me a roar."
"Um...roar!" Melanie exclaimed by saying the word roar.
He chuckled. "That was the fakest roar I've ever heard. Mel, make it realistic. At least do a battle cry. Be angry and vicious. Just remember what you did with the Wyatts on Raw with that segment."
Melanie started to remember her screaming and yelling. She then does a loud battle cry.
"There you go. Do it again." He advised. After 5 minutes of mimicking the character of Roman Reigns with Joe, she finally got it. "You got it."
"Thank you, so much!" She hugged him.
"No problem." He hugged her back.
'Backstage'
Morgan was walking while playing with her hands. She sees The Shield getting ready for their match and walks up to them.
"Hey." She softly greeted. "Look, I'm sorry, for all the crap I've said and done on Smackdown. And, I really want to support you guys in your match tonight. I slept it off, I'm not mad, or anything. None of Kaitlyn's words are getting to me, I'm ready to go."
The Shield look at each other before cracking a smile at her. "We forgive you grapes," Roman replied.
"Great. You guys are my boys and I'm The Shield's girl. We gotta stick together no matter what. So are we ready to serve some justice?"
"Hell yeah. Now let's serve some justice." Seth said as they all bump fists
'In The Ring'
Rey, The Usos, and The Rhodes Brothers were already in the ring, while The Real Americans were on the ramp, with Zeb doing a promo about twerking. Zeb tried to twerk but his hip started to bother him as the crowd was amused.
"Enough! Enough Zeb! None of these people paid to listen to you talk. And none of these people wanna see you twerk." Cody said before twerking a little bit.
'Sierra'
'Hotel'
'India'
'Echo'
'Lima'
'Delta'
'Shield.'
"Accompanied by Morgan and weighing in 707 pounds, the United States Champion Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns, The Shield!" Justin announced.
"You think Morgan can twerk?" JBL asked.
"Maybe we should ask her," King replied.
"What a way to kick off Survivor Series," Cole said as The Shield got over the barricade. Morgan bumps fists with The Shield and The Real Americans.
'Ding Ding Ding'
Cody Rhodes and Dean Ambrose start things off.
"What a night this is for The Shield. Tonight marks the one year anniversary of The Shield. Morgan, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns have all debuted at Survivor Series. Morgan started out as Kaitlyn's friend to help her against Eve while The Shield triple powerbombed Ryback. A lot has changed since then." Cole looked on.
"Remember when Morgan feuded with The Shield?" King asked.
"Brings back some awesome memories," JBL said
"Didn't she push Seth Rollins through a table with the help of Ryback at TLC?" King asked.
"Yeah, and she low blowed Reigns and gave Ambrose 15 chair shots. I guess The Shield likes to forgive and forget." Cole replied.
Dean and Cody start to have a back and forth match until Dean knees him to the stomach.
Seth laughed. "How's that feel?" He asked
Dean starts to stomp on Cody at the corner while the ref tries to push him off. Dean's temper got the best of him as he started arguing with the ref.
"Dean! Don't lose your cool!" Morgan exclaimed.
All of a sudden, Dean gets eliminated with a roll up by Cody. The crowd goes wild while Morgan's jaw drops.
"Cody Rhodes eliminated Ambrose," Cole exclaimed.
Dean was shocked as Justin announced that he just been eliminated.
He starts lashing out and he shoves Goldust's face before getting punched by Cody and goes out of the ring.
"I guess his second year isn't as good as his first year," JBL said
Roman and Seth get in the ring and throw Goldust and Cody out of the ring. The Usos kick The Shield out of the ring and kick the Real Americans out of the ring on the other side, near the announce table, as the crowd gets hyped. One Uso dives on The Shield while the other dives on The Real Americans.
"We got ourselves some flying Usos! Welcome to Survivor Series!" JBL announced.
The Rhodes Brothers were still out of the ring as Dean went backstage.
Morgan turns her attention to Cody. "You can't twerk! You can't twerk!" She yelled.
"You can do better?" Cody asked.
Goldust starts twerking with Cody in front of her as the crowd cheers. The crowd starts chanting 'Twerk' to Morgan as she looks at the crowd and then back at the Rhodes Brothers.
"Are you kidding me? You're doing it wrong!" She pointed out before twerking in front of them as the crowd cheered.
"She's twerking!" King said, screaming in a high pitched voice.
Goldust was backing up while holding his heart while Cody started laughing.
"That's how you do it." She spread her arms apart.
"Haha, I love it. A twerking battle between Morgan and The Rhodes brothers." JBL said.
She laughed and had a grin on her face while shaking her head. Cody heads back into the ring as one of the Usos throws Seth inside the ring.
"Cody's team has a 5 on 4 advantage now," Cole said.
Once Goldust gets tagged in by Cody, he takes control of Seth and Antonio before Jack takes control when he gets tagged in.
"Stay on him." Morgan supported the Real Americans.
She watched the Real American's teamwork against Goldust and was impressed. She could see them as tag champs one day.
As the match progresses, a fan tweets 'Haha, Morgan and The Rhodes Brothers are funny. #MorganTwerks'
Goldust tags in Rey and starts to do his signature moves on Jack. He tags in the Usos and they eliminate Jack with the splash.
"It is now 5 on 3!" Cole exclaimed.
"We still got this. Keep a cool head." Morgan said to The Shield as Antonio faced Jey Uso.
Antonio manages to do the big swing on Jey over 14 times and then does it to Jimmy who gets in the ring.
"Swing him all night!" JBL exclaimed.
Antonio was a little dizzy after swinging Jimmy while Jimmy managed to tag in Cody. Cody puts Cesaro in roll up pin to eliminate him. Morgan's eyes widen and she looks at Seth and Roman.
"Don't panic." She calmly said.
"It is now 5 on 2!" Cole exclaimed.
She gets on the apron to talk to The Shield. "Okay, there's five of them, two of you guys. Don't be intimidated by the numbers game just because it's not in your favor."
Roman and Seth nod and Roman proceeded to get in the ring.
"It's your time to shine!" Seth supported as Morgan got off the apron.
"Morgan seems to be at her best to try to motivate The Shield," Cole said.
"Indeed, especially after how she acted on Smackdown. She's keeping a cool head." JBL said.
Jey manages to throw Seth out of the ring and tag in Jimmy Uso to take on Roman.
"Come on Roman!" Morgan banged on the apron.
Roman manages to get Jimmy on top of the turnbuckle.
"Here we go, baby!" Roman yelled at the crowd as they cheered for him.
He was about to suplex him but Jimmy headbutts him off the turnbuckle. He goes for the splash but Roman brings his knees up. Roman recovers and does a loud roar before spearing him and eliminating him.
"Yes!" Morgan cheered.
Cody hits Roman with a missile dropkick before tagging in Seth. Cody starts to take control of Seth and catches him in the Cross Rhodes position but Seth manages to tag in Roman as he gets hit by Cody's finisher. Roman spears Cody and pins him to eliminate him.
But then Jey Uso throws Roman out of the ring and gives him a flying punch.
"Huh!? Huh!?" Jey taunted before throwing him into the barricade as Morgan started to look worried. "Usos!" Jey chants before punching Roman.
"Huh? Look at me! Look at me!" He throws Roman's head on the apron and throws him in the ring.
Jey gets on the turnbuckle, attempting to do a dive but Roman rolls out the way. He tags in Seth as he does the blackout on him to eliminate him.
"That was sick! Go Seth!" Morgan cheered.
"Now it's 2 on 2." Cole said.
Morgan high fived Roman at ringside while Seth starts to take control of Rey.
"Welcome back Rey!" Seth yelled before he fought back.
Roman gets tagged in and slides Rey out of the ring which makes a sick thud. Goldust goes to check on him as the ref starts counting. Rey gets back in the ring at the count of 9. Roman runs toward Rey who is at the turnbuckle but hits his shoulder on the steel post once Rey moves out of the way. Morgan puts her hands over her mouth in shock. She hoped Roman was okay.
Roman tags in Seth who runs and dropkicks Goldust off the apron, who was trying to make a tag to Rey.
"Smart move!" She cheered before going to Roman. "You all right, bro?"
Roman nodded as he kneeled on the apron. Meanwhile, Seth gets caught with a roll up by Rey as the crowd goes wild.
"Yes! He got it!" King said in a high voice.
"It is now 2 on 1!" Cole exclaimed.
Seth is shocked but then hits Rey with a cheap shot and starts stomping on him before he gets taken out. Roman gets in the ring and watches Seth walk away.
"Man..." Roman mumbled.
"Hey! Roman! Don't give up! Just because you are the only one left doesn't mean you'll lose! Don't doubt!" She yelled some sense into him.
"Morgan has been trying to motivate Roman in this match up." Cole observed.
Rey tags in Goldust and he quickly takes control of Roman and does some signature moves. Goldust gives Roman a powerslam and pins him for a two count.
"Come on!" she banged on the mat for Roman. "I believe in you, Roman!"
"You know, we haven't heard Morgan screaming in a while. You think she'll be yelling and screaming during her match with The Total Divas against the True Divas?" King asked.
"She can scream all she wants because I have my earplugs," Cole responded. Goldust is about to do a bulldog on Roman but he pushes him away and spears him. "Spear!" He exclaimed as Goldust was eliminated.
"You got this Roman! 1 more! Just 1! 1 more then you are the sole survivor!" She supported. Morgan sees Rey getting up on the turnbuckle. "Heads up!" She warned as Roman got up and turned around.
Roman catches Rey in a powerbomb hold as the crowd gets hyped but Rey starts punching him and throws Roman into the 619 position. As soon as Rey runs to the ropes, Roman gets up and spears him out of nowhere.
"Spear!" Cole yelled
"A spear!" JBL exclaimed.
"1!"
"2!"
"3!"
"Yes!" Morgan jumped up and down as The Shield's theme came on.
"The winner of this match, Roman Reigns," Justin announced.
Roman gets his hand raised and he gets on the turnbuckle to taunt the crowd.
"Roman has stepped into the spotlight. What a performance!" JBL looked on.
The Outspoken Diva gets in the ring and runs to hug him. She didn't care how sweaty he was, she was so proud of him and had to give him a big hug.
"You did it!" She cheered. As soon as she released him, he picked her up as she sat on his shoulders. She was a little surprised but grinned. "That's how you do it!" She pointed down at him.
Roman puts his fist up in the air while Morgan puts her fist in front of her, touching his fist. Roman set her down as the titantron showed the highlights of the match. Roman and Morgan get out of the ring and look at Rey, recovering from the spear.
She hugged Roman again as he chuckled. "You did awesome." She said.
When she released him, he did a short roar as the crowd cheered.
"Yeah, you did it big guy." King said.

Morgan is walking and stops when she sees Kaitlyn. "Hello, Kaitlyn."
"Hello, Morgan. I just wanted to wish you luck tonight. But, if only you can make it." She shrugged.
"AJ really screwed up with your head huh? I guess she turned you into a backstabbing jerk. That really sucks." She walked past her but got ambushed by Tamina and thrown against the wall.
Layla accompanies Tamina by stomping on Morgan. Tamina makes her stand up while Layla connects with a kick to the face.
"What is going on!?" Cole yelled.
"This is smart, take care of one of the strongest players early. I like their strategy." JBL looked on as the three divas drag Morgan into a janitor's closet and put a door on the knob to lock it.
"Guess you won't be joining the divas now, huh?" Layla asked.
"Are you kidding me!? Get me out of here! What the hell!" Morgan started banging on the door.
"You're alone Morgan. Let's see if you can do things alone." Kaitlyn said before she, Layla and Tamina walked away.
"Just wait till I get my hands on you three!" She yelled and tried to kick the door.
Bray Wyatt was watching the whole scene and walked over, leaning against the wall next to the door. Morgan stopped banging on the door when she heard him giggling.
"Freakishly weird, beard dude?" she called out
"What happened to the thorns, my rose? You need to unleash what's inside of you. Are you going to let them do this to you? Show them that you are not the one." Bray said in a haunting tone.
"Look, can you just help me and let me out? Please. I have no time for this, supernatural crap."
"I'm afraid I can't do that. You can let yourself out. You have it in you." He replied.
Morgan ran her fingers through her hair and started looking around. She heard Lilian introducing the Total Divas.
"Unleash." He chuckled and walked away.
Morgan lets out a frustrated scream and kicks the door multiple times.
"Damn it!" She choked back a frustrated sob and slid down, burying her face in her hands. After a couple of moments, she heard AJ's theme from the arena and got back to her feet.
"No, no, no." She tries to burst the door down, bumping into it three times and breaking free. She grunted as she fell and scrambled back up to her feet.
Swiftly cleaning herself up, she dashed to the gorilla.
No one was going to sabotage this moment.
'In The Ring'
"Is Morgan okay?" King asked as the Total Divas were looking worried.
Natalya looks at AJ's team. Layla, AJ, Tamina, Alicia, Rosa, Aksana, Summer Rae, and Kaitlyn were getting set for their match against the Total Divas. She knew something wasn't right when she saw the smirks on the faces of Tamina and Layla.
"Have you seen Morgan?" Natalya asked as the Total Divas shook their heads.
"Maybe she's running late?" Jojo asked.
"She was here, all ready. Remember she showed us her new dyed hair?"
"Yeah, and then she told us she was going to get some grapes before the match started and she would meet us at the gorilla," Nikki said.
'To Morgan'
Morgan was running in black pants, black boots, and a shirt that stops in the middle of her stomach that says '1 Year Strong' with The Shield symbol and on the back it says 'Believe In That'. Once she arrives at the gorilla, she puts on her hat, wearing it backward instead and puts on her fingerless gloves. She fixed her newly dyed black hair to make sure it was neat. She decided to straighten her hair and dye her hair to support the color black for The Shield.
A producer cues her music.
"Great..." Tamina retorted and rolled her eyes in the ring as the Total Divas looked relieved.
"There she is!" King happily said. "I get to see her twirl!"
The crowd cheers when Morgan comes out. She walks out while doing her taunt and twirls around when she gets to the middle of the ramp. She tags some hands and runs in the ring Mickie James style and stands up to go on the turnbuckle.
"Let's go!" Morgan yelled. She takes her hat off and throws it in the crowd and jumps off the turnbuckle. She turns her attention to Layla, Tamina and Kaitlyn. "Don't think I'm done with you three." She pointed at them as they started trash talking her.
"You think you're so tough?" Layla yelled.
"Whoa, wait, what happened?" Nikki asked, holding Morgan back.
"As you can see, Morgan doesn't look so happy with Kaitlyn, Tamina and Layla. Let's find out why." Cole said as titantron showed Morgan being ambushed by the 3 divas. The Total Divas look on in shock as AJ smirks, happy that her plan is in motion even though Morgan is still going to be a part of the match.
"Are you serious?" Brie yelled at the Non Total Divas.
"That's not cool!" Naomi exclaimed
"It's fine. I'm here now." Morgan tried to calm them down.
"They are gonna get it." Natalya glared at her opponents.
"Big mistake being here little girl. You should have stayed out of this match. You should have gone back with The Shield." Tamina said. "You're gonna regret staying in this match."
"We'll see." Morgan retorted.
Arguing with Tamina wasn't going to solve anything. She'll let her fists and legs do the talking in the ring. The Philadelphian and the rest of the divas go on the apron while Naomi and Alicia start off the match. Morgan's anger decided not to get the best of her for the first time and she calmed herself down. She was patiently waiting to get her hands on 3 certain divas. Layla, who needs to check herself, Kaitlyn, who needs a reality check so she can snap out of AJ's mind game, and Tamina who is just begging for an ass whooping.
Alicia and Naomi lock up. She throws Naomi to the ropes and hits her with a backbreaker. She pins her for a 1 count.
"Come on Naomi!" Brie cheered as Alicia took control.
Alicia puts Naomi on the turnbuckle but Naomi elbows her off and does a moonsault to eliminate her.
"And that's the athletic ability of Naomi!" Cole exclaimed as her team cheered her on.
"That's what I'm talking about!" Morgan grinned.
Rosa gets in the ring but quickly backs away from Naomi's incoming rear view. Rosa runs into a forearm by Naomi as she tags in Cameron. They do a double suplex on Rosa and a double split. Cameron pins her for a two count. She throws Rosa to the turnbuckle and runs towards her but runs face first on the turnbuckle by Rosa. Rosa pins her to eliminate her.
Rosa starts cheering but then Nikki gets in the ring while she is dancing. Nikki puts her hands on her hips and waits for her to turn around. Once she does, Nikki connects with the facebuster finisher to eliminate her. Nikki tags in Morgan as Summer Rae gets in the ring.
"Here comes Morgan," Cole announced
Summer Rae starts doing some ballet dance moves in front of her as the crowd cheers.
"Look at these moves," King exclaimed.
Morgan glances at her and then at the crowd. Summer Rae does another dance move and starts to taunt her.
"Ha! You think you can top that?" Summer smiled smugly. Morgan remembered that Fandango hates the Gangnam Style dance and starts to do it as the crowd cheers. Summer Rae's jaw drops as she starts moving her hips. "What!? What!?" She exclaimed.
The Total Divas were cheering as the Non Total Divas started to protest.
"This is an amusing dance battle." JBL laughed. "Ha! Ha! I love it!"
"Yeah, girl!" Naomi cheered.
As soon as Morgan was done, she had her arms out and said "What!?"
"Oh, you better top that!" Layla yelled at Summer. "Top that!"
"Out dance her!" Aksana exclaimed.
"No way! I can do that too!" Summer Rae said and did an awkward version of the Gangnam Style as the crowd laughed.
"I guess the Gangnam Style isn't her thing," King said.
"That is not dancing! This is real dancing!" Summer exclaimed and started doing more ballroom dancing.
Nikki asks Morgan for a tag and Morgan tags her in. Summer Rae starts dancing more and Nikki decides to do the worm as the crowd cheers.
"Oh! Look at her! Scotty 2 hotty!" JBL exclaimed.
Summer does a spin and a split but Nikki runs to the ropes and dropkicks her to eliminate her. The Bella tags in Eva Marie as the crowd boos her. Kaitlyn gets in the ring and is hit with some elbows by the redhead. But as soon as Kaitlyn fights back, she quickly hits her with a gutbuster to eliminate her.
Morgan watches Kaitlyn. She didn't look like she was messing around. Naomi gets in the ring and starts to take control of Kaitlyn. Later on, Naomi slides onto the apron and kicks her. But once she got back in the ring and ran to the ropes, she got caught by Kaitlyn. The Hybrid Diva battle cries as she hits the gutbuster on her to eliminate her.
"Kaitlyn is just dominating!" Cole looked on, impressed.
Having enough, Morgan decides to get in the ring.
"Kaitlyn! I want her! Tag me in!" Layla has her hand out.
Kaitlyn glances at her and tags her in. Morgan really wanted to face Kaitlyn but Layla was on her target list, so she was satisfied. The two divas lock up and Morgan takes control. She tosses Layla to the ropes and connects with a dropkick. Layla rolls out the ring, holding her face but Morgan decides to run to the ropes and hit her with a suicide dive outside the ring.
"What a move!" King exclaimed. As soon as Morgan recovers, she turns around to get clotheslined, hard by Tamina. "Oh! Hard shot by Tamina!"
The remaining Total Divas start to protest at Tamina's actions but the ref backs them up as AJ looks on with delight. Layla throws Morgan back in the ring and pins her for a 2 count.
"That should have been 3!" She yelled.
She starts to have a fit but then decides to roundhouse kick Morgan as the Philly diva slowly falls back down the mat while the crowd 'Ohs' at the impact.
"Nighty night!" Tamina yelled as Layla pinned her.
Morgan kicks out at 2.
"Are you kidding me?" Layla retorted. She picks her up and hits her with a spinning facebuster and pins her again. After 2, Morgan kicks out, again. "You've gotta be kidding me!" The British Diva yelled and started unloading on her.
"Come on Morgan!" Jojo cheered. "You can do it!"
"Shut up!" Layla yelled at Jojo, turning her attention to her as she stood up. Morgan quickly got up and gave Layla a thesz press and started unloading on her with punches.
"Morgan will not stand for disrespect to Jojo." Cole reminded.
The crowd cheers for Morgan as she picks Layla up and throws her to the ropes to hit her with a bicycle super kick. She gets behind Layla and rests her hands on her knees, waiting for her to get up. Once she does, Morgan positions her for the sit out full Nelson facebuster. She lets out a loud battle cry while she slams Layla hard on the mat.
"And the yelling and screaming has begun," King said. "Woo hoo!"
"What a move by Morgan!" Cole exclaimed.
"1!"
"2!"
"3!" The crowd cheered.
"Layla has been eliminated," Lilian announced.
Morgan tags in Brie as Aksana gets in the ring. Brie takes control and runs to the ropes only to be kicked in the back by AJ. Brie tries to hit her but AJ gets off the apron. As soon as she turns around, she gets blasted with a spinebuster by Aksana and is eliminated. Aksana throws Brie out of the ring and starts trash talking.
Nikki gets in the ring and runs to attack her from behind. She then, does the torture rake on her to eliminate her.
"Uh oh. Here comes Tamina." JBL said as she got in the ring.
Tamina starts headbutting Nikki and hits Natalya and Morgan with a cheap shot off the apron. Meanwhile, in the ring, Nikki hits Tamina with a kick as Morgan gets back on the apron. Nikki backs up to the corner and sees Jojo, having her hand out for a tag. She reluctantly tags in Jojo as she slowly gets in the ring while the crowd cheers for her. Tamina stands up and looks at the 19 year old and takes out her ponytail.
"I don't know how wise this is," Cole said.
Tamina and Jojo lock up but Tamina throws her down and starts trash talking. The Samoan takes off her jacket and throws it at her before grabbing her hair and throwing her to the turnbuckle. She then runs to her but Jojo kicks her away.
"Wait a minute!" Cole called out
Jojo gets on the ropes but is caught by Tamina. She manages to roll underneath her for a roll up but Tamina kicks out at 2. When Jojo gets up, she is clotheslined by her. Tamina picks her up for the Samoan drop as Morgan looks worried.
"Morgan is seething on the apron..." King looked nervous as AJ was tagged in and began skipping around Jojo with a smirk on her face
"I'm gonna hurt you so bad when I get in this ring!" The Outspoken Diva yelled at her.
AJ was feeding off the yelling of Morgan and it made her laugh. AJ pins
Jojo to eliminate her. Nikki gets back in the ring as AJ tags in Tamina. Nikki runs to Tamina but is hit by a clothesline. Tamina's power was too much for Nikki as she got hit with the Samoan drop and big splash to get eliminated.
Natalya and Morgan look at each other.
"Two against three," Cole said as Kaitlyn, AJ and Tamina were representing the Non Total Divas.
Natalya decides to get in the ring. Tamina kicks Natalya hard in the gut and hits her with shoulder thrusts on the turnbuckle. She grabs Natalya by the hair and gives her a scoopslam.
"Come on Nattie!" Morgan cheered.
Tamina gets on the top rope and does a loud battle cry to do the splash but Natalya moves out the way. She puts Tamina in the sharpshooter but AJ distracts the ref. Natalya decides to release the hold and turn her attention to the crazy chick. She tries to attack her but AJ gets off the apron and laughs.
"Watch your back!" Morgan tried to warn but as soon as Natalya turned around, she got kicked hard in the face and picked up for a Samoan drop.
Tamina hits the splash and eliminates her as the crowd cheers.
"Morgan is alone," Cole said as she let out a breath and entered the ring. Tamina and Morgan circle each other in the ring. "We've been waiting for these two to go at it."
Nikki and Natalya were still at ringside, helping each other up.
"If Roman can do it...maybe I can." Morgan said to herself.
She locks up with Tamina lock up but Tamina pushes her to the turnbuckle as the ref breaks it up.
"Ah!" She yelled in pain as Tamina struck her with a big chop to the chest.
The Samoan grabs her hard by the hair and pushes her back to the turnbuckle.
"Does that hurt!? Huh!? Does that hurt!? Are you gonna cry!? Are you gonna cry, Morgan!?" Tamina yelled in her face before throwing her across the ring. Morgan could feel her body getting hot from anger and her neck slightly jerked.
"Did you see that?" Cole exclaimed.
"No, what I miss?" King asked.
"Morgan kind of reminded me of Dean for a second. She just twitched." JBL pointed out as Cole agreed.
Tamina grabs her and puts her in the chinlock.
"Give up!" Tamina yelled as Morgan tried to find a way out. She stands up but is quickly slammed back down the mat as she holds her head. Tamina starts pushing her head around. "You think you can beat me? You think you can win this match?" She taunted before picking her up and hurting her with a snap suplex.
She goes for the pin but stops once the ref counts to two.
"I don't think Tamina cares about winning right now, she really wants to hurt Morgan," King said.
Tamina picks her up and hits her with a pumphandle slam.
"Tamina is really taking it to Morgan. Morgan desperately needs to turn things around." Cole looked on as Tamina put her in a tight headlock. "Morgan's fading. This may be over."
"Come on Morgan!" Nattie cheered with Nikki. "You've come too far to quit now!"
"Hey! Ref! Make them go backstage! They've been eliminated!" AJ yelled.
Meanwhile, Morgan starts to get up and elbows Tamina in the stomach before hitting her with a quick enzuigiri. She gasps for air and turns to her corner, about to tag someone, but, realizes that she is the only one left.
"You're alone Morgan." JBL reminded.
The Philly diva turns her attention to the remaining divas and holds her head. She would have to deal with Tamina and Kaitlyn's power and AJ's speed and black widow. Morgan looked at the mat and saw strands of her black hair pulled out of her head by Tamina. Tamina really wanted to break something.
"Aw, are you gonna cry? The Shield can't save you and the Total Divas can't save you. You're alone." Tamina taunted.
She was really starting to push her buttons as Morgan's arm jerked slightly. The Philly Diva felt her blood starting to boil.
"There it is again. That jerk. What's going on with Morgan? It's like she's getting possessed." Cole pointed out.
Tamina decides to tag in Kaitlyn as she slowly gets in the ring. Morgan slowly gets back up to her feet and has a staredown with her former best friend.
"These two know each other so well. Morgan debuted at Survivor Series and was Kaitlyn's manager. She would be her guide in the WWE until Morgan could spread her wings. But ever since AJ kept getting into the Non Total Divas' heads about them not being chosen to be a Total Diva, Kaitlyn's attitude towards Morgan had changed." Cole said.
"You think their friendship is over?" King asked.
"Or maybe Morgan can snap Kaitlyn out of it? Beat the mind games out of her head?" JBL asked.
Morgan and Kaitlyn step up to each other but then Kaitlyn pushes her.
"You weren't a good friend to me at all." She pushes her again as Morgan looks away. "You never supported me!" The Hybrid Diva shoves her down to the mat as Morgan looks at her in shock.
"What the hell? Where did that come from? What did I do?" Morgan yelled but then started to get angry. She wasn't going to be pushed around like that. She gets up and slaps her. "First of all! I've been your friend since the beginning! Okay, so at Payback I told you to suck it up. You should have! I can't sugarcoat things for you! I keep it real!"
Kaitlyn slaps her back. "You've done more stuff in a year than I ever have! How is that fair? How is that fair?!"
Morgan returns the slap. "You've won the championship way before me and I was happy for you. I wasn't jealous of you at all! AJ is getting in your head!" She yelled.
This was not Kaitlyn. This was all AJ.
AJ looks on with a smirk.
Kaitlyn slaps her again. "You were too involved with your boyfriend to even have time for a friend!"
The Outspoken Diva slaps her once again. "Don't get him involved in this!"
"Do you see how red their faces are?" Cole asked.
"Yeah, and they are still going at it," King said.
Kaitlyn slaps her again. "It's true! You've been brainwashed by him ever since The Shield won at WrestleMania! He's a weirdo! I don't even support your relationship with him! He stalked you! He kidnapped you! How can you love someone like that!?"
Smacking her in the face, again, Morgan yelled, "What has gotten into you!? He's a good guy! Who are you to tell me who I should be with? Just because you don't have a guy doesn't mean you can torment me because I have one!"
Kaitlyn slaps her as Morgan's face is to the side. "He's an obsessive guy and he doesn't even love you. He's probably using you! Just like all street dogs do! You're his ring rat!"
Morgan jerks her head back as she stares her down. Kaitlyn was taken aback and stepped back as the Philly Diva began to glare at her.
"That was a wicked head turn," King said. She hits her with a lariat and starts unloading on her. "Is it me or is Morgan reminding me of someone eccentric?"
The ref grabs her off of her. Kaitlyn recovers as Morgan runs towards her but gets clotheslined. She grabs Morgan and throws her to the corner and strikes her with multiple head smashes onto the turnbuckle. She throws Morgan to the ropes and attacks her with a running shoulder block as Morgan holds her shoulder.
"What power by Kaitlyn," JBL said as she pinned Morgan for a 2 count.
"Come on! She's just one person! Finish her!" AJ yelled. "Remember what I told you, Kaitlyn! She thinks her boyfriend means more than you!"
That was a lie. Morgan puts her friends first. She'd never put her boyfriend in front of her friends no matter how much she loved him.
"You stupid psycho bitch, that's not true!" Morgan screamed at AJ and ran to her but AJ got off the apron and laughed.
While she is distracted, Morgan gets picked up by Kaitlyn and is hit with a backbreaker as she yells in pain.
"Did you feel that?" King asked as he winced.
Morgan holds her back and tries to recover as Kaitlyn watches her. She crawls to a corner and Kaitlyn decides to try to spear her but Morgan quickly moves out of the way while Kaitlyn hits the steel post. Both divas were down as the ref began to count for a double knockout. They get up at the count of 7 and Morgan gets on the turnbuckle to hit her with a missile dropkick.
They both get up and Kaitlyn kicks her in the stomach and runs to the ropes but Morgan follows her and gives her a knee to the gut as Kaitlyn yells in pain.
"Oh, I'm sorry, did that hurt?" Morgan asked while tilting her head to the side. "Poor darling..."
She removes her knee from her stomach and takes her out with the backfire. She pins her but Kaitlyn kicks out at 2.
"That was Morgan's best move, wasn't it?" Cole asked.
Morgan stares at her and then slowly gets up. She does a slow neck roll as she walks back to a corner and glares at her.
"What is going on with Morgan?" King asked as her arm was jerking repeatedly.
Kaitlyn held her head and was taken aback by Morgan's attitude. "Is that you...being serious?"
"It's like she glaring at her prey. Did you see that neck roll? Wicked." JBL said, thinking of Dean Ambrose.
"What is she about to do?" Cole asked as Morgan ran and hit Kaitlyn with a knee to the head. She then picked her up to hit her with a sitout belly-to-back facebuster on her. "What impact!"
Morgan rolls away from Kaitlyn and stares at her. She rolls her neck slowly and laughs while running her hands through her hair.
"Morgan has a few screws loose, folks," Cole commented as she goes back to the corner and starts banging on the mat repeatedly, waiting for Kaitlyn to get up. "Yep, she's Harley Quinn in disguise."
"I have to agree this time," JBL said. "But in a good way."
"I know Ambrose must be loving this," King said. Morgan does a loud battle cry as she hits Kaitlyn with a spear. The crowd 'Ohs' as Kaitlyn sold the spear pretty well, making the move look even more devastating. "Oh my God, did she just use a spear!?"
Morgan spins on one knee before stopping and staring at her opponent while standing on one knee. She smirks as she tilts her head to the side.
"Oh, I'm sorry Kaitlyn...did that hurt? Did that hurt you badly, sweetie? It'll all be over pretty soon."
"We gotta see that spear again," JBL said as the titantron showed Morgan spearing Kaitlyn 3 times from different angles and 1 in slow motion.
Morgan pins her to eliminate her as the crowd cheers.
"2 on 1!" Cole exclaimed.
Morgan stands up, watching Kaitlyn roll out the ring as she tilts her head to the side and smiles. Tamina gets in the ring and Morgan smoothly turns around like Dean as Tamina gives her a weird look.
"The hell is your problem?" Tamina retorted.
"Is it scaring you? Why so serious, Tamina? Lighten up."
She drops the act and goes back to her normal self as she and Tamina circle each other around the ring. They lock up but then, Tamina throws her to the ropes and gives her a big slap as Morgan holds her chest in pain.
"Did you hear that!?" Cole exclaimed.
"Morgan is or should I say, was the only Shield member who hasn't had big slaps to the chest. Now it's even." JBL said.
Tamina decides to rip off her Shield shirt. "1 Year strong huh?" She yelled, leaving Morgan in a black sports bra.
"Ah!" She yelled out in pain as Tamina gave her another hard slap to the chest.
The slap echoed around the arena as Morgan kneeled and held the ropes for support. AJ was looking in delight as Tamina grabbed Morgan by the hair and raised her up to give her another hard slap. Morgan's chest was red and she fell
"How's that feel Morgan? How's that feel?" Tamina taunted before grabbing her by the hair and raising her back up. "You want another? Huh?" She asked before giving her one last slap on the chest and it was the loudest one and echoed around the arena.
Tamina grabs her and finishes her off with a powerbomb before pinning her but Morgan kicks out at 2.
"What!? That was 3!" Tamina yelled in shock.
"What a near fall," Cole said.
Tamina waits for her to get up and once she does, she runs to the ropes and is about to connect with a big boot but Morgan grabs her leg. She pushes her down as Tamina falls on her back. She quickly rolls her over and gets her in the breakdown.
"She's screaming again," King said as Morgan leaned back and screamed.
"She's got that hold locked in! Will Tamina tap!?" Cole exclaimed as the crowd was getting hyped up.
But, Tamina found a way out by putting her legs on the ropes. Morgan waits for her to get up so she can hit her with a leaping clothesline. She gives her another, and then another. Then, she picks Tamina up and connects with a spinning bulldog.
"The shades of Roman Reigns are now in Morgan's system," Cole said as she went to a corner and waited for Tamina to get up.
Once she does, she runs and yells "Ha!" as she gives Tamina a leaping punch, similar to Roman's Superman punch. Morgan goes back to the corner and roars as she spears Tamina.
"Another spear!" Cole exclaimed as the crowd cheered.
Morgan spins on her knee and stops and stands on one knee while smirking at AJ.
"Did you hear that roar? Jeesh, did Roman teach her some moves?" King asked
"Roman must be so proud of her," JBL mentioned.
"This is going to be you," Morgan said to AJ before standing up.
Tamina gets up and grabs Morgan from behind when she was trash talking AJ. Morgan escapes the hold and knees her in the stomach. The Philly Diva hits her with the sit out full Nelson facebuster to eliminate her.
"1 against 1!" King exclaimed.
AJ smirks and gets in the ring. Morgan stands up and they circle around each other.
"Just one more..." The Outspoken Diva murmured to herself.
All of a sudden, Tamina gets on the apron and is about to attack her but Nikki and Natalya save her. Morgan was distracted by the fight and turned around to a kick by AJ. She quickly pins her but Morgan kicks out at 2.
AJ starts throwing a tantrum in the ring as she starts banging on the mat. She glares at her and waits for her to get up. Morgan ducks AJ's kick and tries to kick her but AJ evades her kick, too. AJ tries to kick her again but she grabs her leg and brings her leg down as AJ does a split. The Philly diva connects with a spinning kick in the face.
"Yikes!" King exclaimed.
Morgan gets on the apron as Natalya and Nikki are fighting Tamina outside the ring to keep her from getting in the ring. She hits AJ with a springboard clothesline.
"I'll bet you that Seth taught her some moves," JBL said
She pins AJ for a two count. She takes control of AJ in a headlock but then AJ reverses it and puts her in a headlock
"Have you told The Shield that you've been talking to the Wyatts? Or are you too scared that the Wyatts will hurt them? I saw you...I saw you talking to them...I wonder how The Shield will react if they find out about you and the Wyatts..." AJ said in her ear. "So you are actually going to join the Wyatt Family after all you and The Shield have been through? Oh Morgan, the situations you put yourself into. First, it was the WrestleMania match and you were forced to be in The Shield...now it's this situation. Poor, poor Morgan..." she grinned while Morgan tried to ignore her.
AJ's mind games will always help her in matches. But this time, AJ was wrong. Morgan wasn't planning on joining the Wyatts. She was planning to tell The Shield if the Wyatts started to really bother her. But for now, since they are leaving her alone, she has no problems.
Morgan tries to fight out of the hold as she stands up but AJ hits her with a swinging neckbreaker. She looks at Morgan while laughing before she pins her for a 2 count. As soon as Morgan stands on her knees, AJ connects with a shining wizard.
"That should be it." JBL said and AJ pinned her but Morgan kicked out at the last second.
"Another near fall." Cole looked on.
As soon as Morgan gets up again, AJ traps her in the black widow.
"Give up Morgan. Give up and it'll be all over. The Shield will not have two sole survivors in one night. I will not allow it!" AJ screamed.
Nikki gets on the apron as AJ gets distracted and breaks the hold.
"What is she still doing here!? She's been eliminated!" AJ yelled at the ref but then decided to dropkick Nikki, off the apron while Natalya was still fighting Tamina.
The refs finally came down to separate them from fighting outside the ring.
"Watch your back," Morgan muttered as AJ turned around.
She hits her with an enzuigiri and continues to take advantage by hitting AJ with a moonsault. She pins her for a 2 count.
"Another near fall! AJ kicked out!" King exclaimed as Morgan ran her gloved hands through her new black hair, trying to recover.
AJ rolls out the ring and Morgan gets between the ropes, about to grab her but AJ grabs her arm and bangs it on the steel post.
"Smart move by AJ." JBL said as Morgan screamed in agony, holding her arm while she was on the mat.
AJ gets back in the ring and laughs at her. She starts skipping around and then begins to wear the Philly Diva down with some arm submissions.
"As you can see, AJ is really targeting the arm. That is a good strategy because it won't allow Morgan to do the breakdown or her full Nelson facebuster." Cole added.
Morgan fights back and starts hitting AJ with one leg dropkicks. When AJ was on her hands and knees, she ran and stomped on her, like Seth's blackout finisher and pins her but AJ kicks out before the ref said 3.
The crowd chants 'Let's go Morgan! AJ Lee!'
"I know Rollins is happy." King said.
"These two really want to beat each other. Morgan wants to win to silence AJ and also do more history for The Shield by making them have 2 sole survivors in one night. There's a lot of expectations for Morgan. AJ wants to prove that the Total Divas can't beat the Non Total divas." Cole says.
Morgan's left arm was still bothering her as she held it. AJ had really outsmarted her. She would usually do damage with the right arm, so Morgan did extra stretching on her right arm instead of the left. She didn't know how much more she could take of this punishment. She needed to end this and end it now.
When AJ and Morgan stand up, AJ runs towards her. Morgan does a loud battle cry as she catches AJ and does a spinning side slam, similar to Jon Moxley's Moxicity finisher.
"That knocked the wind out of AJ!" King exclaimed as Morgan slammed her down hard.
"Move out of nowhere!" Cole exclaimed.
"Could this be it?" JBL asked.
"1!"
"2!"
"3!" The crowd cheered as Morgan's theme came on
Nikki and Natalya run into the ring and jump on Morgan for a hug as she falls on the mat and laughs.
"Here is your winner! The sole survivor of Team Total Divas, Morgan!" Lilian announced.
"History has been made. The Shield now has 2 sole survivors in one night. The Shield may be one of the best teams in the WWE." Cole said.
"We won!" Nikki grinned while Natalya raised Morgan's right hand in victory.
"Thanks, guys," the Philly Diva smiled and hugged them.
Natalya and Morgan get on the top rope and taunt the crowd as Nikki taunts the crowd in between them, on the mat.
"Let's friggin' go! The Philly diva grinned at the crowd. "One year strong! Believe in The Shield!"

"That's what I'm talking about! Woo!" Seth cheered for Roman. Morgan walked up to them, in her wrestling attire. "There she is. There's our girl!"
Morgan laughed as Seth and Roman bumped fists with her. Dean greeted her with a kiss and took his Shield jacket off to give it to her to wear. She put it on and shot him a thankful smile.
"You two dominated all night baby, all night!" Rollins continued to praise.
"For the past few weeks, there's been a lot of doubters. But the only thing that matters is, Rollins, you believe right?" Roman asked.
"Oh, I fully believe baby!" The two toned male happily replied.
"Ambrose, you believe right?" The Samoan turned his attention to him. Dean responded by doing a wave with his hand. "No doubt. And what about you, Grapes?"
"Totally." Morgan grinned.
"You were pretty badass out there," Roman mentioned, nodding in approval.
"Ain't that the truth? She nailed it out there." Seth praised. "One year later, and the story stays the same! We come in, we dominate, we win, and we leave, why? Because we're the best thing going, we said it since day 1! You better start believing, if you don't already."
"I tried to warn y'all, we tried to warn ya'll. You don't want us to release the big cat here. We tried to warn you what happens when you push Roman's buttons too hard and uh, and all those brothers found out. 1 spear, 2 spears, 3 spears, it's getting embarrassing now, 4 spears, how many spears?" Ambrose turned to Roman.
"Enough," Roman replied as Dean laughed in response.
"And that's what happens with you motivate The Thorn of Justice right here." Dean put his arm around his girlfriend. "You see when you give Morgan a cheap shot from behind, it motivates her to do more damage and more ass kicking. All those sisters found out. Backfire, spear, even doing some of our moves which she nailed, including that last move on AJ to win the match. We're going to Moxicity huh?" He joked as she chuckled and nodded.
"Morgan also did some high flying moves, springboard clotheslines, the breakdown, received hard slaps to the chest, and even that full Nelson bulldog. That was pretty wicked." Seth mentioned.
"It's getting pretty violent now, huh?" Dean asked.
"That blackout was sick, Morg." Rollins high fived her.
"Haha, thanks. I just really wanted to have some fun in the ring, to spice up the match." She replied.
"You made it more entertaining to watch, that's for sure," Roman replied.
Morgan looked at the camera. "People didn't believe in me when it was 3 on 1. I didn't believe in myself for a minute but after showing the power of Reigns, the speed of Rollins and the technical moves of Ambrose, it helped me out. So, you can sneak attack me, lock me into a closet, do anything you want but I will get back up and I will keep fighting. Nothing is going to stop me from doing justice."
"That's right," Seth commented while Roman and Dean nodded. "Quick question, how'd you nail our moves? We haven't even taught you, our moves."
"Eh...I guess it's my eyes? I've been pretty observant lately. Watching almost all of your matches, really helped me out in the match." Morgan chuckled at Seth.
"Fellas, I taught her well when she was doing my in ring attitude out there. You can be my Harley Quinn, anytime." Ambrose smirked.
"That was a wicked spear out there." Roman complimented. "You did good."
"Thanks." Morgan smiled.
Roman turned to the camera. "And there's plenty of more spears where that came from, believe! In The Shield."

REPORT: KENNY OMEGA ‘OPEN-MINDED’ ABOUT WWE MOVE
Tumblr media
Speaking on a PWTorch audio show, Wade Keller provided an update on WWE’s stance on signing Omega, and how he is ‘open-minded’ about a potential move to WWE.
“I haven’t independently verified rumors of WWE being interested in Omega. I have confirmed they’re aware of Omega’s open-mindedness to come to WWE. That’s what I’ve been told. That he’s open-minded to landing in WWE before his career is over.
“The attitude is not ‘I love AEW, I’m gonna stay here forever.’ That is not apparently the belief within WWE. They don’t believe that’s Kenny’s mindset at this point.
“Omega is valued within WWE from what I can ascertain by people whose opinions count. But he is not seen at this stage as a wrestler who is so good in the ring that they are just gonna do anything to get him. I think that they are very happy with their roster. I think that they have a lot of great wrestlers who are at Kenny’s level. Kenny would be a good addition.
“I know there is curiosity and intrigue about what they could do with him if they were able to direct him a little bit better because his character work in 3+ years of Dynamite has not been particularly compelling…
“In terms of being a weekly TV series character, that’s something that WWE would be, I think, excited to explore creatively with him. But I don’t think he would come in and be seen as a guy who they are just gonna track to headline WrestleMania like Cody has gotten.
“I think there’s a belief there’s more to Cody, more of a future, given Cody’s age and wear and tear on his body being less and just as a WWE-ready character and promo that there’s more turnkey main event multi-year potential in Cody than Kenny.”
