The US is preparing to sanction an Israeli military unit, the Netzah Yahuda battalion, accused of committing war crimes.

The sanctions would apparently be under the Leahy Law, which as per the article "prevents US funding or training being used for foreign military units credibly implicated in gross human rights violations." Notably, the alleged violations, including the death of an 80 year old Palestinian-American, Omar Assad, are from before the current war.

The US also just sanctioned an "Israeli far-right activist" who they say "had "engaged in destabilizing violence affecting the West Bank."'

"Washington - Israel's main ally - has never suspended aid to an IDF unit before."

The government of Israel is, of course, protesting, and trying to get the Biden administration to reverse course. So we'll see how this unfolds in the coming days. I will say, though, that I both believe there must be accountability for how US arms and other aid are used, that the US must adhere to it's own laws, and that I generally prefer carefully targeted sanctions like these to sweeping economic sanctions against an entire country (such as those advocated by the BDS Movement against Israel), as such broad sanctions tend to hurt innocent people as much as or more than the guilty ones.

Leonardo da Vinci "Son Akşam Yemeği" isimli resmini yapmayı düşündüğünde büyük bir güçlükle karşılaştı... İyi'yi İsa'nın bedeninde, Kötü'yü de İsa'nın arkadaşı olan ve son akşam yemeğinde ona ihanet etmeye karar veren Yahuda'nın bedeninde tasvir etmek zorundaydı.. Resmi yarım bırakarak bu iki kişiye model olarak kullanabileceği birilerini aramaya başladı... Bir gün bir koronun verdiği konser sırasında korodakilerden birinin İsa tasvirine çok uyduğunu fark etti... Onu poz vermesi için atölyesine davet etti, sayısız taslak ve eskiz çizdi…

Aradan üç yıl geçti. 'Son Akşam Yemeği' neredeyse tamamlanmıştı, ancak Leonardo da Vinci henüz Yahuda için kullanacağı modeli bulamamıştı... Leonardo'nun çalıştığı kilisenin kardinali, resmi bir an önce bitirmesi için ressamı sıkıştırmaya başladı...

Günlerce aradıktan sonra Leonardo vaktinden önce yaşlanmış genç bir adam buldu… Paçavralar içindeki bu adam sarhoşluktan kendinden geçmiş bir durumda kaldırım kenarına yığılmıştı... Leonardo yardımcılarına adamı güçlükle de olsa kiliseye taşımalarını söyledi çünkü artık taslak çizecek zamanı kalmamıştı...

Kiliseye varınca yardımcılar adamı ayağa diktiler. Zavallı, başına gelenleri anlamamıştı... Leonardo adamın yüzünde görülen inançsızlığı, günahı, bencilliği resme geçiriyordu.. Leonardo işini bitirdiğinde, o zamana kadar sarhoşluğun etkisinden kurtulmuş olan berduş gözlerini açtı ve bu harika duvar resmini gördü. Şaşkınlık ve hüzün dolu bir sesle söyle dedi: 'Ben bu resmi daha önce gördüm'... 'Ne zaman' diye sordu 'Leonardo da Vinci, o da şaşırmıştı. 'Üç yıl önce... Elimde avucumda olanı kaybetmeden önce. O sıralarda bir koroda şarkı söylüyordum, pek çok hayalim vardı, bir ressam beni İsa'nın yüzü için modellik yapmak üzere davet etmişti'..

Gökyüzünün niçin mavi olduğunu açıklayan dahi, bir eliyle resim yaparken diğeriyle de tersten yazı yazabiliyordu.

İlginçtir ki Mona Lisa tablosunu 77×55 boyutundaki haliyle biliyoruz halbuki eserin sağında ve de solunda bulunan sütunlar kesilmiştir bu yüzden aslında Lisa terasta poz veriyordur.

Kadının kimliği de büyük bir sırdır. Bir varsayım göre Floransalı francesco di bartolommeo di zanobi del giocondo'nun eşi lisa di antonio maria di noldo gherardini'dir. Leo, sipariş alır ve 1503 senesinde esere başlar. Eser için poz veren lisa, o yıl 24 yaşındadır. Leo 4 yılın sonunda floransa'dan kaçar ve resmi yanında götürür. Bir varsayıma göre Leo tabloyu tamamlayamadığı için başka varsayım ise tabloyu çok beğendiği ve bu yüzden vermek istemediğidir.Hayat boyu tabloyu çantasında taşımıştır. Ki bu da 2. İhtimali oldukça güçlendiriyor.

Benim en beğendiğim eseri The Last Supper yani Son Akşam Yemeği... da vinci bu freskte isa'nın "aranızdan birisi bana ihanet etti" dediği anda masadakilerin verdiği tepkilerin yüz ifadelerine yansımalarını aktarmıştır.

Eserde İsa'nın yanında Magdalalı Meryem vardır. Ve aralarında ki boşluk bize bir "V" harfi verir. KUTSAL KASE!Paganların kadın sembolu.İsa ve ona ihanet eden Yahuda için aylarca Milano'da model aradı. İsa için buldu. Fakat Yahuda için bulamadı. Yıllar sonra bir mahkum Yahuda modeli için seçildi. reporting after finishing s2 and through 03x02. man. yeah. first of all 02x08 my beloved. i looooove LOVE loooove time loop episodes and man that was exquisite, really liked the video game spin on it, worked so well. ezekielllll;-; what an episode. he definitely remembers the time loops for sure. now for the bits that made me insane. truly had to pause and look to the non existing camera asking "are you seeing this shit" bc what. sherlock/watson/moriarty is insane work. insaaaane. insane last episodes, i truly cannot believe everything that happen. i choose to believe this is not that last time we see moriarty, bc i need it. i need these three to interact together again. started s3 immediately bc i couldn't help myself and man... i have a feeling this season is abt to put them all through the torment nexus. (not that i am complaining...) the way my heart leaped in my chest when the library of alexandria got mentioned... insane. insane. also charlene judson's guardian???? and judson a librarian?? i thought judson was yahuda??? oh boy oh boy oh boy. judson the first ever librarian and charlene his guardian.... how interesting... also.... 03x02 and the self destructiveness and suicidality of these people is making itself known. you are so right, the library itself is incapable of producing people who don't want to kill themselves ESPECIALLY alex who's first instinct with the self destruct threat was to lie down and accept her fate. and also ezekiel bc however hard he tries to keep up his facade of a self serving bastard, he seems to keep ending up in a situation where he tries to sacrifice himself to save the others hmmm. alex again running away.... curse you noah wyle for being so employed but also what a delicious character trait..... cannot wait to see more of this season and the insanity that's about to happen with all the lore drops

i got too excited again

s3 is 100% the torment nexus season, although ezekiel's torment nexus has mostly passed and is the one you saw. i really like how i saw that episode and went "oh so he's lying" and then talked to a friend who has seen all of the show and is more involved in the fandom than me (as i've mentioned i have been avoiding spoilers for this crazy show and also i'm like. 8 years late) and she said Everyone thinks he was lying. torment nexus does return at the end of season four based on the synopsis for the penultimate episode which i'm very excited about and sad i have to wait two days to see.

every time the library of alexandria gets mentioned we get so hype. it was a brain blast from boost and we had no idea of the significance of it in later seasons because we picked it after only watching the first two episodes + the movies which i think makes it even more perfect.

you are going to Love 3x06. an epic noah wyle/jonathan frakes teamup. as established it makes us really mad how much he Gets alexandria like by all rights he shouldn't but whenever he writes an episode he's like "hmmm i think she's a loser who sucks and wants to kill herself." 3x06 is the greatest representation of this. awesome episode and there IS a greenscreen void.

judson and charlene being 2000 years old and it never being mentioned by alex because it wasn't relevant to the others' journeys is hysterical to me. the judson lore reveal in judas chalice is one of the funniest things Everrrr and i love how fucking normal charlene is by comparison. there's a related hilarious reveal toward the end of the season as well that is just like. well you'll see.

you see my moriarty/sherlock/watson for sickos vision. i constantly have to refer back to this post i made because like. What?? What????

anyway. very excited to see you get to the torment nexuses. everyone on this show will die for anything. not even the immortals can escape it.

ORIGIN AND MEANING OF THE NAME IGBO

The meaning of the name Igbo has been a subject of debate and speculation among many people. There is no consensus on its true meaning.

Firstly, it is important to note that the names of ethnic groups are not always derived from within those groups. For example, the Yoruba people used to refer to themselves as the anago or the aku people, and the name Yoruba was given to them by the Hausa people, which supposedly means someone who is tricky or untrustworthy. However, this is just an example and not our main focus.

Regarding the name Igbo, many have suggested that it comes from Heebo, Eboe, or Ibo. However, this is a false narrative driven by an agenda to draw similarities to Hebrew. It is important to note that no Igbo clan, town, or tribe refers to themselves or others as Ibo, Mr Ibu, Heebo, or Eboe. These terms were first encountered in colonial texts or documents by Portuguese or British explorers and cartographers. The transcriptions of Igbo names were based on how they sounded to these foreigners, taking into consideration their own linguistic rules. As a result, it is easy to transcribe Igbo into Heebo or Eboe, but this does not reflect the true linguistic structures of the Igbo language.

Elevating a western corruption of the native Igbo tribe to a factual and legitimate status is illogical and mischievous. The names Heebo, Eboe, and Ibo are all Western corruptions of Igbo and hold no meaning to the indigenous people. Additionally, attempts to link Igbo to Hebrew through fabricated synonyms such as Igbrew or Hibu are baseless and lack factual support.

The name Hebrew itself is an English corruption of the original Ivriyyim. Many English corruptions have resulted in false similarities, such as using the word Jew instead of the original Hebrew word Yahudi, or Judah instead of Yahuda. It is important to correct these corruptions to truly understand the original Hebrew language.

Some have tried to link Igbo to gboo, suggesting that Igbo means ndi gboo, which translates to ancient people. Although this seems more credible than previous examples, ndi gboo simply means "ndi gboo" and ndi Igbo means ndi Igbo. They are not the same. Furthermore, many parts of Igbo land use different terms like Oche, Ochie, or Akani/Okani to refer to ancient. If it was "ndi gboo," it would have been gboo people, not Igbo people. The etymology and intonation of gboo and Igbo are distinct.

When considering the origin and meaning of the word Igbo, there are three etymologies that give it meaning. These meanings can be found locally without misspelling the word. The first etymology suggests that Igbo originated from a proto-Kwa word meaning "forest" or "forest people," as they were among the first proto-Kwa people to settle in the rainforest area and assimilate the indigenous Pygmy population.

The second etymology suggests that the tribes who settled by the riverbanks referred to the interior tribes as Igbo, indicating those who lived in the interior forests. The hinterland tribes referred to them as oru/olu.

To fully grasp the composite meaning of Igbo and why it became the name of the ethnic group, we must consider the third etymology. Igbo simply means the community or the people of the community. This term was commonly used in the past but has become obsolete, replaced by more commonly used terms like oha, except in certain areas where archaic dialects are still maintained. Igbo is an old usage that signifies the community or congregation of the people. Understanding this sheds light on expressions like "Igbo Nsukka" and the names of communities such as Igbo Etiti, Igbo Eze, Igbo Ukwu, and Igbo Uzo. Over time, it evolved into an ethnic identity, eventually encompassing Oru as well.

Aradığı kişi Yahuda'nın işlediği günahı işlemiş biridir ve bulduğunda resim tamamlanacaktır. Üstat Leonardo'nun kulağına Behaim'ın yaptıkları gittiğinde olabildiğince çabuk bir şekilde tanışırlar ve Yahuda tasviri olarak Joachim Behaim çizilir. Böylece "Son Akşam Yemeği" tamamlanmış olur.

Biraz diğer teorilerden de bahsetmek istiyorum. Teorilerden biri der ki; Tanrı insan olma duygusunu tatmak için dünyaya insan vücudunda inmiştir. Ancak sanılanın aksine Tanrı, İsa değil Yahuda'dır. Yahuda İsa'ya ihanet etmiştir çünkü Tanrı insan olmanın nasıl bir his olduğunu öğrenmek için günah işlemek gerektiğini bilmektedir. Ve Hıristiyan inanışında en büyük günah İsa'ya ihanet etmek olduğu için Tanrı, bu günahı işlemiştir.

Bir başka teoriye göre, daha doğrusu Hıristiyan inanışına göre aslında Yahuda hain değil, kahramandır. İsa'ya en sadık havari Yahuda'dır aslen çünkü, ona ihanet etmesini İsa istemiştir. İsa tarafından verilen emri yerine getirerek İsa'nın görevlerini tamamlamasını sağlamıştır.

Derler ki; Yahuda ölümsüzdür çünkü Tanrı onu ne cennetine ne de cehennemine almamaktadır. Sadece gümüş kurşunla öldürülebilirdir çünkü Yahuda İsa'ya 30 gümüş para için ihanet etmiştir. Bu da son teorimiz olsun.

Halley's Comet and Antichrist...

The comet and the destruction of the second Temple in Jerusalem is noted by Roman historian Josephus , The Jewish rebellion started in (66 ad) and Josephus said the warning of a bad "sign" was ignored by the rebels. A comet was often taken to be an abomination (worshiped by false religions) that foretells desolation.

Josephus book 6, chapter 5, section 3:

“Thus there was a star resembling a sword, which stood over the city, and a comet, that continued a whole year” this was comet Halley appearing approximately 3 1/2 years before the burning of the second Temple in 70 ad.

The prediction of antichrist and his rise in "2060" by Sir Isaac Newton, manuscript number 7.3g, f. 13v. of the Yahuda collection, Newton was even more specific about the 2060 date.

"So then the time times & half a time are 42 months or 1260 days or three years & an half, reckoning twelve months to a year & 30 days to a month as was done in the Calendar of the primitive year. And the days of short lived Beasts being put for the years of lived [sic for “long lived”] kingdoms, the period of 1260 days, if dated from the complete conquest of the three kings A.C. 800, will end A.C. 2060."

The return of comet Halley circa 2060-2061, Halley will return in 2060 A.D. just visible to the naked eye by 9 September 2060 passing Jupiter and in August 2061 passing by Venus. On July 28, 2061 Comet Halley will be at perihelion (closest to Sun) and will shine brighter than magnitude zero, perhaps as bright as magnitude –1 (the brightest point in that return) .

The recognition by the Jews of Tisha B'av is Monday 25th July 2061 (the holy day of the second Temple destruction) in 2061, in fact within 2 days that Halley's comet is the brightest on its second return.

Halley's comet and Tisha B'av of 2061 happen within 2 days!

So what happens three and a half years latter?
