I always like it when people talk about their WIPs. I live for that. So it's my turn. But I am a one-shot writer at heart with way, way too many ideas, so here is a list of everything I'm toying with. For the record, some of these don't even have a single word written yet, and none are that far along, so don't get your hopes up too high.

Smosh One-Shots

"Feelings are so fragile" — Platonic Shaymien thing where I project really hard onto Damien. (Yes it's for the aro collection)

"Most euphoric I've ever been" — A spetney fic based the fact that yes, they're technically a m/f couple... But like, no. Put them together, you've got nonbinary lesbian vibes. Sorry Spencer, you're getting your gender transed because there's no way you and Courtney are straight.

"But what's a home?" — A Damian QPR fic. Damien/Ian is already such an interesting rarepair and then you make it a QPR and it's like... They end up living together just temporarily because Damien's housing falls through and turns out they both really miss when they used to be living with their best friends and look I know everyone likes romance but do you know how good QPR fics can be? I love the idea of them as a QPR so much?

A thing for @aro-soulmates-fest about Anthony getting all his tattoos to hide the fact that he doesn't have a soulmate one.

14. "Once in twenty lifetimes" — A no smosh AU that's going to go through all the different ways Ian and Anthony could have ended, choose-your-own-adventure style. And as the title suggests, only one of them is the reunion. Most are things falling apart. And also to fit the title, it's going to be in twenty chapters (although that does not mean 20 endings. I don't hate myself.). So it's multichapter, but also it'll all be posted at once so it'll basically be a one-shot. It's going to end up as kind of an epic and God I hope it turns out as good as it is in my head. Inspiration for the good endings is "Cardigan" by Taylor Swift, and for the bad endings and a lot along the way is "San Cristobal" by Mal Blum.

15. Partners (in crime) — my Changela QPR fic that was supposed to be a one-shot right up until I wrote the thing, and actually wrote a chapter one. Not sure how long that's going to be, but I like it so far.

16. "Puppy Love" — I don't need to say anything about this. There are already 5 chapters on AO3. Either it's extremely your shit or you're wondering what the hell I'm doing and why I'm writing this extremely specific concept. If you're wondering why I still haven't posted chapter 6, it's because that has sex in it and I fucking hate writing sex scenes so I'm procrastinating really hard.

17. "I'll use you as a warning sign" (aka the evil fic, so named because chu-tea thinks I'm evil for coming up with the plot) — yeah so what I planned for PL was just a straightforward kind of fluffy ianthony piece. And then a certain friend of mine (*cough* chu *cough*) accidentally inspired me to think of a different ending that is such hardcore angst and hurt that I absolutely needed to make it happen and have been obsessed. It's interesting when you've already made the bad decision to start a long project and then oops, now you just really want the next 6 chapters to be done already so you can write the alternate ending. This one will *really* not be everyone's shit because I will rip your heart out in 6 different ways. But God I'm obsessed. Anyway, if you want details... I'll just say "major character death" and leave it at that. Oh and rarepair.

18. "I've come back changed and I can feel it in my bones" — an AU where "what if Anthony left because he got psychosis." Basically very hardcore projection on my part. This is on the back burner for a while because obviously when I have projects that aren't going to be emotionally gutting to write, I'd much rather work on them.

Non Smosh Stuff

(I'll be honest, I'm so deep in the smosh obsession that you should not get too excited about any of these. I know myself, so I know the smosh flame will eventually burn out but these are based on things I will be obsessed with until I die. So I know they'll happen. But not for a long time)

19. A Phantom of the Opera one-shot for @aro-soulmates-fest. This is the one thing I will actually write within a reasonable amount of time, because it's due March 17.

20. "Baby, please don't bore me" — A Series of Unfortunate Events — Sunny (well, Sorrel in this version because oops I transed their gender) teams up with Olaf to find their siblings after years of separation. I find them to be a very interesting chaotic, morally gray, bantery duo.

21. "Because the same night awaits us all" — ASOUE — A Klaus/Lemony fic that I swear I will write someday. Very morally gray, very much a codependent relationship, very leaning into the age gap. Basically they're together because they do not have anyone else in the world. It's just so delicious a dynamic that I will explore I swear.

22. ASOUE — I'm still not entirely convinced I'll ever be bothered to actually write this one, but I might do a Kit/Fernald FWB thing. I'm not sure where on earth the idea of that came from, but it's been living in my head for a long time now. Long enough that there's an early one-shot version of it that I don't really like anymore on *gasp* fanfiction.net

Tell me about Jazz and Tau’s relationship?

How did they fall for each other?

I've been meaning to answer this the other day but got occupied with things. but rest assure I haven't forgotten! @magicallulu7 :> I am happy to receive asks about Jazz and Tau. (I think I'm the only one have this rarepair within this swtor community asdfghjkl)

As always, everything I talked about are heavy canon divergent and I don't really follow a lot of ingame canon version.

Ah yes, friends to lovers trope. I live for this.

Jazz and Tau met when they were teenagers at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant a few months before Sacking event took place. Jazz was a new arrival joining the Order under circumstances as the result of head trauma. The first few days she stayed at the Temple's medbay, she felt like a complete stranger due to her disability and being half sith pureblood as she was left out by fellow young students.

Ven Zallow and Master Oteg noticed this and decided to introduce Jazz to someone who can be able to communicate with her and understand her--which led to Tau and Jazz meeting for the first time. Jazz's mood lifted up the second Tau sign to her and spoke slowly for her. The only reason the Jedi Masters choose this was because Tau had experience with deafness and sign languages due to her father being deaf aswell.

They became best friends (alongside with Blizz, T7-01 and a couple of other Jedi).... and unaware the Force Bond was developing between the two. Sacking of Coruscant hasn't soured their friendship as the two helped each other and recover from the trauma of their own. Jazz felt bad about what happened to Tau when she defended her from the Sith while trying to escape, but Tau reassured her it wasn't her fault.

Several years later, their friendship grew stronger despite Tau completed her trials first and left to go into undercover mission while Jazz remained on Odessan to pursue her Trials, though there was feelings for the other started to linger but neither said anything because they believed one doesn't feel the same way.

But, they were both so wrong because the two of them reunited for Jedi Knight story arc (hello chosen ones), since that those same feelings resurfaced. Neither of them knew what to do. Tau cares deeply for Jazz and does everything for her, including fixing her hearing implants, whereas Jazz was mentally screaming about her this because she has a huuuuge lesbian crush on Tau since they started to hang out.

It's doable they began to fall in love for the other around the time when Tau had to rescue Jazz from Darth Angral at the end of chapter 1.

Terusano (angst edition):

- Teruko usually feels uneasy around medical equipment. When she’s injured Yosano insists on staying by her side while the other doctors and medical professionals work.

- When Teruko gets incredibly upset she unintentionally changes back to the form of a child. When this happens Yosano would scoop her up and cradle her until she feels better, holding her close and rocking her back and forth (nothing weird happens between then when Teruko’s in her child form, all romantic activity happen in adult form only)

- Both are jumpy around anything that sounds like a gunshot, Teruko more so since she’s fought in countless battles herself before she became a Hunting Dog. Yosano can handle them when she knows where they’re coming from, such as fireworks. There was one incident, however, when a tired Teruko forgot that there would be fireworks going off that night, and got so startled by the sound that she knocked over their kitchen table, grabbed Yosano and hid behind it. It took a while to calm her down, and she felt very embarrassed and sorry afterwards

Agakou:

- They met when Agatha was meeting with the Port Mafia executives and boss for something, but she could barely focus on the meeting because she kept glancing over at the beautiful red haired woman in traditional Japanese clothing. They began chatting, and Kouyou offered to take her out to enjoy the sights of Yokohama while she was here (it was a date, 100%)

- Pretty ladies like sitting around and drinking tea together. They just love spending time in each other’s company. They also like trying out different teas, and end up gifting each other their favorites.

- Their relationship is long-distance due to work, but whenever they do get to see each other they spend as much time together as they can, they’re never more than a few feet apart from each other

When it comes to Maki, I'm honestly not picky about any of her ships. Heck, I've written rarepairs like Maki x Peko before. But for my own mental stability, I'll only rate her with all the V3 characters :)

Also keep in mind that I am rating all of these w/o relating them to the Dysfunctional Family AU, so they're obv not related. I would definitely not ship them in my AU

Kaede Super cute pairing! My opinion on Kaede fluctuates on a daily basis, but her and Maki are a ship that I really love, whether it's romantic or platonic. Not my fav, but it's still really good. 8/10

Shuichi Two socially incompetent goths together? Yes. One of my fav Shuichi pairings just because of all the gorgeous fics I've read of them. 9/10

Kaito ...I'm gonna get attacked for this. Honestly, I don't really like them. Kaito just rubs me the wrong way a lot, and I don't like him as much as the other V3 characters. Don't get me wrong, I don't think he's a bad character, he's just not my favorite. I appreciate all he's done for Maki, but I just don't really ship them together. I'll still read/write about them though. 5/10

Kokichi Gonna get attacked for this again lol. Oddly enough, I don't mind them. I find it somewhat intriguing to see how writers portray them, and I will happily read ship fics with them. Of course, I prefer them as siblings, but the ship isn't terrible. 6/10

Tenko Lesbians who could (and would) kill you. Yes. 8/10

Himiko I was kinda iffy about this one at first, but it's not too bad actually. I read it sometimes. 6/10

Angie Interesting. Once again, I was kinda iffy about it, but the fanfics quickly changed my mind. I love seeing their 'you're weird and I wanna know more about you' relationship, especially Maki's aggressiveness paired with Angie's hatred of violence. 8/10

Kirumi Two more goth girls!!! Love them, love their aesthetic, love their fanart, love their fics. Probably one of my favorite Maki pairings. 9/10

Ryoma I don't really see them as a romantic pairing. Maybe BROTP? I've only seen one fic of them on ao3, so I can't really say much. I would read about them though. 5/10

Tsumugi They have my heart I adore them sm. Can't really explain it but y'all should def go read all the ao3 fics with them in it, they're all amazing. 9.5/10

Rantaro Ooh! Mysterious guy x mysterious girl is something that I really enjoy. Also I just feel like they would get along. 9/10

Korekiyo I don't really have an opinion on this one. I have read it and would read it again, but no strong feelings towards them. 5.5/10

do you have any ships youre more inclined to?

[ I will admit that I do have some favorites for certain muses, that doesn't mean I subscribe any less to the "shipping with chemistry" philosophy. Even if one of my mutuals is a character I really like with one of mine, I'm more inclined to sit and think on it and run a few interactions before approaching the subject- or accepting if I was approached first. ]

[ Now, with my wee disclaimer out of the way, here's my list of an answer (minus OCs because. Everyone except Jackdaw is original fiction, and even then Irene doesn't have any ships at the moment.) ]

Abe: I am very attached to both the idea of Abe Has Two Hands (for Hellboy and Liz), and B.P.R.D. Agent Found Family Siblings- but the former has been growing on me lately. I don't particularly like Abe with Kate, I see them more as explicitly close friends, but I could be persuaded otherwise.

Bro'Dee: my first big ship for him was an itty bitty rarepair with Martian Manhunter. That's still near and dear to me, but Arkillo, Hal, and Kilowog have entered my multi-shipper heart. The idea of Bro'Dee and Sinestro or Iroque/Indigo-1 has crossed my mind a few times now, but those are harder to explain, lmao. Bro'Dee's Mentor-Slash-Adopted-Dad relationships with Kyle and Razer are So Important to me, thus unsurprisingly no-gos as far as romantic ships.

Dedan: I don't really ship him with anyone. He absolutely has feelings for Queen Vader, not just protective/loyalty but romantic- however he knows better than to ever admit so allowed. He and Enoch are a big no for me, same with Japhet. Dedan and Hugo Found Family is all I really care about dhhsks-

Edwin: besides (obviously) Jon, I really like the idea of. Not necessarily a romance (not at first) but he and Eddie. I like ships with Nygma that go from "I hate you so much you're so stupid" to "okay maybe you're not THAT stupid but I STILL HATE YOU" so on and so forth. Also love the idea of Winnie and Selina being little shit kleptomaniac friends.

Harriet: hello yes I think Harrie and Steph Brown would be so good. Not for anyone else in a five mile radius, but they would be the perfect Chaos Lesbians. (There's a joke about Steph liking people with caffeine addictions to be made here.)

Harvey and Harv: Bruce Wayne or Oswald Cobblepot are who I almost always think of for romantic ships for the Dents. I think them and Selina and/or Eddie could be interesting as well. A really inexplicable pairing I like is them and Jon of all people, I have no clue why, lol. (I also think it'd be interesting to see what a Two-Face/Batman/Riddler relationship would look like òvó)

Jon: again excluding the obvious answer (Edwin), I'm not opposed to he and Riddler but it's not my favorite. I'm more partial to Batman, Catwoman, Bane, or even Two-Face or Croc as a partner(s) for Jon. Harley, Ivy, and Hatter are hard nos for different reasons (found family, usually found family's girlfiend and/or lesbian, and Very Bad History respectively.)

Linda: another I don't really ship with anyone. She's not aromantic, but. In terms of like practice, Yes She Is. Linda isn't that concerned about a partner (and refuses to tell me what her type is beyond "people I can use.")

Salaak: Guy. Or Kilowog. It's inevitable that Salaak is the "long suffering" in the "jackass and long suffering partner" dynamic, and name two bigger jackasses in the Corps (that aren't Hal or Kyle.)

Sameer: also zero ships. The only Squad member he has even close to a positive opinion of is Harley, and even then it's more "you didn't plot to kill me, leave me to die, or try and force me into shit so. You're cool I guess" than anything.

Thoth (really straddling the line between "canon" and "OC"): I've mentioned this on my sideblog for EoK but. I didn't intend to pair either god with anyone (and still don't, not in the main story at least), but Set and Thoth have become my number 1 pairing for that project (tied with a pair of goddesses that do actually get together in main story.) I also like the idea of Thoth hanging out with other wisdom gods and psychopomps, not necessarily as a romantic thing but a fun dynamic.

What OTPs in your fandom(s) do you just not get?

I'm taking 'get' to mean 'understand why people ship something even if it does not appeal to me, personally,', which wipes out a lot of ships I just generally dislike. I'm pretty open to ships and generally can view a ship objectively and say: 'yeah, even though I don't vibe with that, I get why others do' (such as ernesto/hector or snape/anyone).

That cut away a lot of popular ships I don't ship but understand the logic behind - so all that came to mind was Tom/Mary from Downton Abbey. I just??? I like their canon pairings? They're great found family and siblings? Why ruin that with a romantic slant? Also Chase/Carmen San Diego like??? Carmen is a verified lesbian? And Chase is definitely not romantically interested in her? These are relatively popular pairings btw. And from HP I don't understand the appeal of Harry/Hermione. They're platonic! Very platonic and siblings and found family! (although if it is a Harry/Hermione/Ron fic consider me intrigued at the very least). Also Jason/Percy or Jason/Nico or Percy/Nico from PJO... they're all just bros to me.

Essentially: a bunch of ships where I'm like: but they're PLATONIC soulmates, hello??? why ruin that with romance? idk.

6. Has fandom ever ruined a pairing for you?

YES. Jegulus. Because popular fanon Jegulus or JegulusTM has NO RESEMBLANCE to their canon selves and I just - ugh. I have discussed this before.

Essentially the main draw for Regulus fic FOR ME is exploring his and Sirius' brotherly relationship, and I think James&Sirius relationship is EQUALLY IMPORTANT to both characters, and mainstream Jegulus fics just massacre these brotherly relationships. So if it hadn't blown up - I'd be like 'fun rarepair!' But now I cannot stand it, which is a shame, because my aversion developed just as a sequel to a lovely fic started with jegulus in it - by an author I trust! It's infuriating.

N- Name three things you wish you saw more of in your main fandom (or a fandom of choice): So for this one(and later questions) I’d say I don’t have a “main fandom” but I think in general all of my fandoms need 3 things more: more femslash, more midsized fic, and more art of the shorter one being the top. It can be portal, or sailor moon, or star wars it all needs more. I need to see more girls kiss, I need more fics longer than 500 words and less than 50000 words, and I need the short one to pick up her tall girlfriend and show her how it’s done

A- Ships that you currently like a lot. (They don’t have to be OTPs because not everyone has OTPs.) Friendships, pairings, threesomes, etc. are allowed: So I still haven’t seen Ahsoka at all but um I love the wolfwren I’ve seen, I’ve weirdly been working on a bunch of original stories recently which has had my brain in a chokehold including a throuple I’ll probably make a post about at some point

O- Choose a song at random. Which ship or character does it remind you of?: I put my longest playlist on shuffle and got Used To Be Mine from Waitress and this song recently reminded me a lot of Bo Katan, especially in her most recent arc, realizing she’s changed and not sure if she’s ready for that or if she likes the change

L- Say something genuinely nice about a character who isn’t one of your faves. (Characters you’re neutral about are fair game, as are characters you merely dislike. Characters that you absolutely loathe with the fire of ten thousand suns are exempt, as there is no point in giving yourself an aneurysm over a character that you hate.): I’m going to jump to portal here; Wheatley is a deeply effective and enjoyable villain to face off against. The build up to his takeover, everything falling apart; it really solidified portal 2 as a great sequel. I don’t hate him, but wow I don’t like the way the fandom treats him

I- Has Tumblr caused you to stop liking any fandoms, if so, which and why? I’ve been here since 2013, so. Many. Many many many. My blocked tags list includes dozens, so I’ll spare the list, but the most ironic is one piece, considering tumblr’s recent ad campaign

C- A ship you have never liked and probably never will: I don’t dislike many ships generally, I usually keep it to myself and just avoid ships I don’t like, but I genuinely dislike when Aloy is shipped with that one guy from HZD, I don’t even remember his name but he just personally annoyed me and gave me bad vibes. And also I think of her as a lesbian so.

E- Have you added anything cracky/hilarious to your fandom? If so, what? I don’t think I’m “big” in any fandoms so I don’t think I’m responsible for any like, crack headcanons being spread around, and even on like a personal level I’m not usually one to jump down a crackship so much as I love rarepairs (yes I consider them different so sue me) but I did recently like Yue/Azula as a wild au kind of situation lol

Q- A fandom you’ve abandoned and why: I don’t abandon fandoms so much as they lie dormant until I return to them, sometimes years later. Even adventure time, the fandom that got me on tumblr, has lain dormant for a long time only to resurface now and again, especially with new releases

T- Do you have any hard and fast headcanons that you will die defending? I love “Chell is deaf” and/or “Chell is mute”as something to read and see in fanart, but I will die by the idea that she simply chooses not to say shit. That’s so much funnier.

-Tomura doing stuff with his hands/fingers to train his quirk!!! And to learn to be careful with it!! obv I’m a Big Fan of him playing piano to do this and video games are prob the canon answer, but like, guitar or any stringed instrument that requires Hands would work too. Or knitting/sewing? EMBROIDERING? ??? Please, let me give you the mental image of him knitting aggressively while mentally scheming, watching a twitch streamer or smth too while doing it. (Doing stuff with your hands is a great way to let your mind come up with creative stuff, that’s how I come up with writing/drawing ideas 70% of the time)

-Tomura actually PREFERS cutesty, relaxing games. I mean, he does fighting and bloody stuff irl, games are a way to relax...he’ll play shooters and gta type games with The Lads, but. on his own?? animal crossing. pokemon. kirby games. mario. zelda. BIG ZELDA FAN (not saying this bc I, personally, am biased, but,) slime rancher, stardew valley, funny simulator games... he really enjoys those :”) God forbid he has a kid bc they’re 100% getting named after a viddy game character unless someone can talk him out of it LOL. Toga and Tomura are that animal crossing /doom meme where she’d be asking for doom and him asking for animal crossing :”)

-Bits and pieces of Before are kinda stuck in Kurogiri’s brain, but like. mostly useless stuff the doctor didn’t care about removing. Like, types of clouds. So Tomura kinda picks up on stuff like that. He can just look at clouds and tell you what type they are because Kurogiri used to take him up to high places in the city and point them out to calm Tomura down from a panic attack when he was younger. He can tell you if the sky looks like it’ll rain with a 80% accuracy rate too. 

-Kurogiri left food out for kitties in the alley beside the bar. They weren’t allowed in for Health Reasons (it IS a bar with sanitation standards!!) And Tomura really wouldn’t stop it or encourage it either way so long as Kurogiri did his job, but occasionally would stand outside with Kurogiri and just watch the kitties from a distance. If any approached he’d go back in (lowkey afraid he’d hurt them by touching them :( ) They kinda kept that between them tho, bc they both Know AFO is a big bag of dicks and no fun

-people have pointed out how similar aizawa and tomura look. this was 100% the intention. tomura has a hatecrush on him. THIS IS SO FUNNY AND HORRIBLY AWKWARD FOR KUROGIRI LMAO

-Sako??? Mr. Dramatic?? Opera fan. Drama kid. Like, obviously, but. Really. He is. I feel like he can speak a dozen languages. I also feel like he used to be an overachiever but got too ambitious. He was def some kind of leader at one point of a diff Group or something that fell apart. I LOVE how creative he is with his quirk and the magician theme??? incredible. I don’t show him enough love but I Love Clowns :o)

-I don’t care what their canon heights are. Spinner and Dabi? short kings. My height hcs are (tallest to shortest) Kurogiri, Twice, Sako (who also has heels on his boots and a tall hat, keep in mind), Tomura, Magne (Tomura and Magne are about the same height imo) Toga, Spinner, Dabi. LISTEN. Dabi has short energy. Sorry. it’s true tho

-This is a semi-popular hc I think bc I KNOW I’ve seen it before, but Dabi having Terrible Vision and needing glasses is so so good. (seriously, with burns THAT close to his eyeballs, how could he not?) 

-he tries to be a tough loner coolguy. you’d think he’d smoke, but I hc his ‘weak constitution’ comes with weak lungs (esp from years of a flame quirk?? inhaling smoke over so much time is SO bad for you, most people who die in fires actually die of smoke inhalation...) so he’s got like, an inhaler, can’t smoke, actually gets carsick, needs glasses, overuses quirk to save friends constantly, likes napping, a little awkward and rude. Tomura put him in charge of the vanguard so he’s smart, and good with strategies too, like a nerd. this is the Dabi I wanna see, not the popular fandom version of him tbh also step on hawks one more time sir :”)

-I wish all the lov fics weren’t?? villain!deku like I said earlier, but also, chatfics? I have nothing against them but most of them are just a bombardment of Memes with NO PLOT!!! Listen. text/chatfics CAN have plot and be an interesting way to tell a story. I almost want to write one just to show what I mean...

i, a fan of superwholock, dissect and give my opinion on the individual shows

idk i thought this would be fun and i currently have 4-5 hours to kill soooo

let’s start with

doctor who

(only new who. i have not seen the older stuff :( )

k. so. i have been a fan of this since i was pretty young. honestly i think i was a little too young to be watching it when my mom first showed me it but that’s beside the point. basically: i really like dr who

this is probably the best show out of superwholock, both in my opinion and in general. however... i am going to be nitpicky bc why not

1. the canon. 

(yes the example is abt a dr who episode)

in short, the canon is comprised of a) retcons and b) contradictions. im not an avid follower of canon with any media but good god nobody can keep up with dr who canon

(i am blaming moffat bc i hate him and i think a lot of it is his fault anyway)

2. representation

honestly, the representation isn’t bad. however, i would describe it less as “good” and more as “a good starting point.”

for example, there is quite a bit of queer rep, POC rep, and a lot of characters are women. however, while this is nice, the show could still use a lot more rep, and the rep it has currently should probably be improved upon (for example: jack harkness is NOT straight, but he falls under the “multi-spec person wants to screw everyone” stereotype (i have not seen torchwood so this may be amended in that i just needed an example off the top of my head)).

3. story

some people yearn for romance. i yearn for the days when the doc would take their companion to some party, flirt with a tree, the companion almost dies while britney spears is playing in the background, etc. etc.

basically, the story starts out nice. just a bunch of goofing off, maybe a “big deal” thing here and there. life was fun.

then, the story changes. (this happened specifically from eleven onward, so yeah you can bet your ass im blaming moffat ‘cuz it’s his fault) things gradually became less fun. conspiracies ran amok; just when you thought it was over, turns out there’s an even bigger part of this plan that what you just defeated. the doc actually started caring about the timeline (what happened to time being wibbly wobbly?) sure, there are still fun episodes where the doc and the companion(s) go out for funsies but it’s just not the same as it was. 

4. morals

morals are good. basically:

you can have a dark past but still have a bright future, and

be kind

bonus 5. cowardice

at least one of the doctors played by one of the male actors should have worn a dress. there were plenty of opportunities but noooooo there’s a gender binary or something (like,,, they’re an alien????? if gender on gallifrey is the same as gender on earth i am going to fly to britain and drop kick some writers)

needs work, but p good and enjoyable.

this show is notorious for bad rep and for good reason. kevin, our beloved prophet and the only recurring asian-american character? dead. charlie, so nerdy and fun and also a lesbian? dead. castiel, the angel who was totally gay? dead. basically: if you find yourself in spn and you are not a straight white man, etc etc, you are going to a) die or b) die but in a worse way

3. mythology/treatment of religions

okay so. a while back i had a wicca/witchcraft hyperfixation which was closely followed by a general pagan religions hyperfixation, so i know some stuff here and there abt religions.

and good golly does this show make me MAD

why is christianity the central and most powerful religion? (i know why, it’s a rhetorical question) why do you demonize the other religions?? (again it’s rhetorical)

one thing that really annoys me is when they say something is a “pagan god.” like,,, do you know how many gods that contains??? if you didn’t know, a religion is considered pagan if it isn’t under the abrahamic religions umbrella. what are the abrahamic religions, you ask? well, they are christianity, judaism, and islam. literally every other religion ever is a pagan religion. so, when they say “it’s a pagan god,” i cry.

back to demonizing... they literally made a greek muse eat someone. my greek mythology phase ended a long time ago and i didn’t really get into the muses but i am p sure they didn’t eat people. also the fact that it makes hoodoo look dark and stuff when it’s actually more abt peace and healing... i bet ten dollars it’s because hoodoo was created by enslaved african americans

there are so many examples of this show disrespecting religions... i just can’t
