idk why but I've been thinking about Simon Riley and butt plugs.
He makes you wear a plug at a party. Makes you understand that this is something you shouldn't take off no matter what. You ask for help and he agrees.
"I’ll definitely help you," Ghost muses. "On your hands and knees, my sweet." It wasn't a question as he wants his pretty girl to obey him. He admired the view, it reminded him that he is indeed a lucky man.
Taking the plug he gave her, he lubed it up, dripping the liquid onto his pretty girls ass. "I'll put it in nice and slow. Don't tense up or you won't like what happens next." The hand holding the plug slowly pushed the first part in. "Breathe," he instructs, making sure you were in control of your own body.
He inserts it inside you, feeling it vibrate. With a swift smack on your ass, he released you.
........think it's the horniness in me, but I needed to write this thought

The weight of the day hung heavily between them, the silence all the way from the track punctuated only by their quiet sighs. After a grueling qualifying session that was supposed to be great but went disastrously, they were both frustrated and worn out.
As soon as they stepped into the room, Y/N turned and pulled Lewis into a tight hug. At first, he didn't hug her back, his body rigid with tension, but eventually, she felt him start to relax, his shoulders slumping slightly as he let out a long breath.
“Go take a hot shower” she murmured, pressing a gentle kiss to his shoulder. Lewis nodded, grateful for her understanding.
The sound of the water running was a soothing backdrop as Y/N settled onto the plush sofa, reaching for the familiar comfort of her chocolate. That had been her thing for years now, tiny drops of dark chocolate to get her mind away from the problems.
She unwrapped a small piece and held it delicately between her fingers, letting out a sigh as she tried to let the dark richness of the treat melt away the stress of the day.
When Lewis emerged from the shower, a towel wrapped around his waist, he found Y/N with the chocolate in hand. She saw the look in his eyes, his posture still hunched, and offered him a piece stretching her arms towards him, her eyes soft with concern and no courage to break the silence heavy in the bedroom.
“You must think I look awful if you’re offering me your chocolate,” he said, attempting to lighten the mood despite his lingering frustration.
Feigning annoyance, Y/N rolled her eyes. “Just take it, Hamilton.”
Lewis chuckled, the sound easing some of the tension in the room. He took the offered chocolate, savoring the taste as he slumped beside her on the sofa.
“Thanks,” he said, his voice a little lighter now.
“You needed it more than I did,” she replied, smiling gently.
They sat in the comfortable silence for a moment, the warmth between them growing as the chocolate worked its magic.
“Do you want to talk about what happened today?” Y/N asked gently, her fingers brushing against his arm as his hands held her thigh firmly.
Lewis sighed deeply, taking his time to answer. “I just... I thought... God, I don't know” he confessed, frustration and confusion evident in his voice.
Seeing the turmoil in his eyes, Y/N decided it was time to shift his focus from the day’s disappointments. She broke off another piece of chocolate and held it out to him with a playful glint in her eyes, her way to offer comfort without pushing too hard. He raised an eyebrow, curiosity piqued.
“You’re trying to fatten me up?” he teased.
“Nope,” she said, leaning in closer. “Just thought we could both use a bit more sweetness tonight.”
Lewis took the piece, but instead of eating it, he swiftly stole another square from her fingers, popping it into his mouth with a mischievous grin. “You looked like you needed saving from that chocolate though.”
“Oh, really? And how do you propose to save me now?” she teased, her eyes now twinkling.
Lewis reached over to the coffee table, picking up the rest of the chocolate bar. He broke off another square and held it out to her, his eyes dancing with playful intent.  When she reached for the piece, he quickly pulled back, a daring threat to his eyes.
Y/N leaned forward, her lips brushing against his fingers as she took the chocolate into her mouth, her tongue flicking lightly against his skin. Lewis’s breath hitched at the sensation, the warmth of her mouth earning her a moan from him.
"That's a new way to claim your share" Lewis said, his voice husky.
The playful glint in Y/n's eyes intensified. "Maybe I just wanted something else besides the chocolate."
Taking the hint, Lewis broke off another piece, but this time, he didn’t offer it immediately. He leaned in, his lips capturing hers in a slow, tantalizing kiss. The taste of chocolate mingled with the sweetness of her mouth, making his head spin. He could feel her heartbeat quicken against his chest, her body responding to every touch and kiss.
Y/N moaned softly into the kiss, her hands sliding up his chest, fingers tangling in his muscles. He pulled back just enough to break the kiss, his eyes locking onto hers as he brought the chocolate to her lips again. She took it eagerly, her tongue tracing his fingers, savoring both the chocolate and the intimate touch.
Their kisses grew hungrier, more urgent, as the chocolate melted between them. Y/N pressed closer to Lewis, her body heating with every touch and caress. Lewis’s hands roamed over her back, sliding under her shirt to feel the warmth of her skin, the soft moans she made driving him wild.
"Chocolate does taste better shared," Lewis murmured, his voice thick with desire.
Y/n's eyes danced with mischief. "Maybe we should share something else too."
With a wicked grin, he pulled the towel from his waist and laid her down on it in the bed, the plush fabric soft beneath her. He took the chocolate bar and began placing small pieces on her body—atop her nipples, her belly button, tracing a sweet path down her skin.
The coolness of the chocolate against her warm flesh giving her goosebumps.
“You look good enough to eat,” Lewis whispered, his breath hot against her skin. He began at her collarbone, his lips and tongue trailing down, capturing each piece of chocolate. The heat from her body started to melt the chocolate, making it run in delicious rivulets that he eagerly licked up.
Y/N’s breaths came faster, her body arching towards him with every kiss and lick. The sensations were almost too much to bear as his lips traveled lower, the melting chocolate mixing with the heat of his mouth. He reached her nipples, the chocolate now a sticky mess that he lapped up with relish, his tongue circling the hardened peaks.
“Lewis” she gasped, her hands clutching at the fabric beneath her.
His eyes flicked up to meet hers, a smirk playing on his lips as he continued his sweet torture. He moved lower, his mouth tracing a path to her belly button, where the chocolate had started to pool into a tempting little reservoir. He moaned as he licked it up, the sound vibrating against her skin.
“God, you taste amazing,” he groaned, his lips smeared with chocolate as he kissed his way back up her body.
Y/N pulled him up for another kiss, the taste of chocolate and Lewis mingling on her tongue. Lewis’s hands roamed over her body, spreading the melted chocolate across her skin, creating a deliciously messy art.
He moved back to her breasts, his mouth lavishing attention on her nipples, making her writhe beneath him. The chocolate spread with every kiss and lick, his tongue working magic as he trailed down her body once more.
“More” she whispered, her voice a plea and a command.
Lewis obliged, moving back up to capture her lips in a searing kiss, his chocolate-smeared lips mingling with hers in a sweet, sticky mess. Their hands roamed, touching, caressing, and spreading the chocolate across their heated skin.
Y/N gently pushed Lewis back, her eyes gleaming with mischief and desire as he studied her actions.
“Your turn,” she whispered, a playful grin spreading across her lips.
Lewis raised an eyebrow, curiosity and anticipation lighting up his eyes. “Yeah?”
Without answering, Y/N sat up on his lap, reaching for a piece of the chocolate and placing it delicately on his collarbone. Leaning in, she kissed and licked at the chocolate, trailing her lips along his shoulder, nibbling lightly, making him gasp.
“Mmm, Y/N” he breathed, his voice a husky whisper.
She continued her sweet torture, placing tiny pieces of chocolate along his collarbones and neck, his body responding and leaning back on his arms to give her full access.
The mixture of sweetness and the salty tang of his skin was intoxicating, and she could feel his body reacting beneath her touch, muscles tensing and relaxing in rhythm with her movements.
Lewis’s breath hitched as she moved lower, her fingers dancing over his chest, tracing his defined muscles. She reached his abdomen, placing a piece of chocolate right in the middle of his compass tattoo. The chocolate began to melt almost immediately, dripping enticingly down his skin.
Y/N’s fingers trailed through the melted chocolate, spreading it along the crevices of his six-pack. She moved slowly, savoring each moment, her tongue following the path her fingers had traced. Lewis groaned as she licked the chocolate from his abs, not even trying to contain his sounds.
“God, Y/N, that feels incredible,” he murmured, his voice thick with need.
She smirked, taking her time with each piece of chocolate, savoring the way his body responded to her touch. When she finally reached the piece in the center of his compass tattoo, it had melted into a sticky mess. She dragged her tongue through the remnants, her eyes flicking up to meet his as she did.
“You taste so good,” she whispered, her voice full of promise.
Lewis’s eyes darkened with lust, his breaths coming in shallow pants. Y/N moved lower, guiding the chocolate down to his belly button, her lips and tongue never leaving his skin. She kissed and licked at the melted chocolate, her mouth following the delicious trail she had created.
Lewis moaned, his hands gripping at any of her skin he could reach, her mouth working its magic. The combination of her warm lips, the cool chocolate, and the gentle scrape of her teeth against his skin was driving him to the brink of madness. He could barely form coherent thoughts, let alone words, as she continued her exploration.
Y/N’s fingers traced patterns in the chocolate, her touch feather-light yet electrifying. She dipped her tongue into his belly button, licking up the melted chocolate with a satisfied hum. The sensation made Lewis thrust upwards, a deep groan escaping his lips.
“Y/N, please” he begged, his voice a strained whisper.
She looked up at him, her eyes filled with a mix of affection and desire. “Please what?” she teased, her fingers dancing across his skin.
“Don’t stop,” he pleaded, his body trembling with need.
Smiling, Y/N moved back up, her lips capturing his in a searing kiss. The taste of chocolate and each other mingled, making the kiss even more intoxicating. She could feel his heart pounding beneath her hands, his body responding to every touch.
When Y/N finally broke from the kiss, she gazed deeply into Lewis's eyes. A wicked smile spread across her lips as she whispered, “I think I’ve had enough dessert. I want my main course.”
Her hands trailed down his body, reaching to wrap her fingers around his hard dick. Lewis groaned, his head falling back in pure pleasure.
“Y/N,” he breathed, his voice heavy with desire.
His hands didn't waste any time, reaching for her uncovered folds too. His fingers sliding through her wetness, and they both moaned into each other's mouths, the intensity of their touch driving the other wild.
“Not gonna last long like that, love” he admitted, his voice strained with need.
She smirked and withdrew her hand his dick springing free, slapping back against his smeared chocolate abs. Leaning down, she licked a strip where the chocolate was now sticking to the skin of his dick, the bittersweet taste mingling with his familiar one.
Lewis hissed. He reached for her, his strong hands maneuvering her body effortlessly until she lay on the bed beneath him. His eyes were dark with hunger and want, his fingers finding her pussy again. He collected her juices on his fingers and brought them to his mouth as he looked down at her, tasting her with a satisfied hum.
“Just as good as chocolate” he murmured; his voice thick with desire.
Y/N shivered at his words. Lewis’s touch was electrifying, his fingers exploring her with precision. She arched into him, her body aching for more, for everything he had to give.
“Lewis, please” she moaned, her voice a desperate plea.
He grinned, his eyes filled with a mix of adoration and lust. He kissed his way down her body, leaving a trail of fire in his wake. When he reached her core, he didn’t hesitate. His tongue replaced his fingers, licking and tasting her with fervent intensity. Y/N’s hands flew to his head, her fingers tangling in his braids as she cried out in pleasure.
“Yeah, just like that” she gasped, her body trembling under his ministrations.
He moaned against her, the vibrations sending waves through her. His hands gripped her hips, holding her steady as he devoured her, his tongue working her into a frenzy. She could feel the pressure building, her release tantalizingly close.
“Gosh don’t stop, please, don’t stop,” she begged, her voice barely more than a breathless whisper.
And Lewis didn’t stop. He continued to taste and tease her until she finally shattered, her orgasm crashing over her. She cried out his name, her body convulsing with the force of her release. He didn’t let up, drawing out every last bit of her pleasure until she was a quivering, panting mess.
When he finally pulled away, his lips and beard glistened with her taste. He moved back up her body, capturing her lips in a deep, passionate kiss. She could taste herself on him, the mixture of their flavors intoxicating.
“You’re incredible,” he whispered against her lips, his voice full of love and admiration.
“So are you” she replied, her own voice filled with affection.
But they weren’t done yet. The need between them just as strong, the hunger far from sated. Y/N’s hands found his dick again, stroking him with vigor. Lewis groaned, his hips bucking into her hand.
“Need you, Y/N” he murmured, his voice ragged.
“I’m yours,” she whispered, guiding him to her entrance.
Lewis positioned himself over her, his eyes locked onto hers as he slowly pushed inside her. The sensation was overwhelming, both of them gasping at the intensity of it. He filled her completely, their bodies fitting perfectly, moving together as if that’s what they’re meant to be doing at all times.
Their moans and gasps filling the room.
The sweet scent of chocolate still lingered in the air, mixed with the heady aroma of sex. Their chests, covered in the remnants of melted chocolate, stuck to each other, adding to the delicious mess they had created. Every touch, every kiss, every thrust brought them closer to the edge.
“I’m close” Lewis groaned, his pace quickening.
“Cum babe” she panted, her nails digging into his back.
With a few more thrusts, he filled her, his orgasm crashing over them in a wave of pure ecstasy.
They clung to each other, their bodies trembling with the aftershocks. The sticky sweetness of the chocolate only heightened their senses, the scent engraving into their brains the moment.
Lewis collapsed upon her, his weight grounding her. They lay there creating the most delicious mess they had ever made. Their breathing slowly returning to normal.
He shifted slightly, propping himself up on one elbow to look down at her. His eyes, once clouded with worry and frustration, were now softer. He reached up to brush a stray lock of hair from her face, his touch tender.
"Thank you," he murmured, his voice sincere and filled with gratitude.
Y/N smiled up at him, her fingers tracing light patterns on his chest. "For the chocolate?" she asked softly.
"For taking my mind off things" he replied, his eyes locking onto hers and chuckling. "For being here, for understanding... for the chocolate"
Her heart swelled at his words, and she reached up to cup his cheek, her thumb brushing lightly over his skin. "You don't have to thank me" she whispered. "I'm here for you, no matter what."
Lewis leaned down, pressing a tender kiss to her lips. "I love you," he whispered against her mouth.
"I love you, always" she replied, her voice full of emotion.
They lay there for a while longer. The day's disappointments seemed distant now, replaced by the warmth and comfort of their shared moment.
Y/N chuckled softly as she looked to the once white towel that lied underneath her "It’s going to be hard to explain this to the hotel staff."
Lewis laughed, the delicious sound resonating in her " We’re taking it as souvenir. Something to remind this weekend by." With a cheeky grin he sat up and scooped her into his arms. “Let’s go clean you up now, stinker,” he said with a lighter glint to his eyes.
Y/N smile, wrapping her arms around his neck as he carried her towards the bathroom. “Only if you join me” she teased.
“Wouldn’t dream of doing it any other way” he replied, pressing a kiss to her forehead as he stepped into the bathroom.

I’m cuddling with Charles his hand on my thighs rubbing softly. It’s been a week since we had sex and I’m already starved, I’ve been trying to bring it up but he tells me not yet. Amour” I whispered shyly making him hum. “Oui, amour” he said making me blush more at his accent. “C-ca” I stuttered not being able to speak.
“Speak like a good girl” he said rubbing my thighs. When he said that I whimpered lowly hoping he didn’t hear me. “Needy today aren’t you” He smirked making me hide my face. “Well can you blame me you haven’t touched me in over a week” I whined out causing him to burst into laughter. “Princess if you needed me so bad you could have just asked” he whispered lowly making his accent go thicker and deeper. “I did but you said I wasn’t ready” I pout looking down at my lap feeling embarrassed.
“I need you to speak up, okay. Gonna need you to be a good girl” He grumbled as he pinched my thighs making me gasp out. "Gosh I keep forgetting that you're so sensitive to everything" He chuckled feeling my cheeks turn red hiding my face. He slapped my thighs roughly making me yelp out. "When I speak to you don't hide your face, understand" He said sternly feeling myself nod without a second thought. "Good girl" He whispered in my ear.
I get lifted out of my seat and get put in his lap. "Here's what were gonna do okay. You're gonna take off those pretty panties you have on and ride my thigh got it" he demanded as I nod yes to him wanting to obey every order. "W-wh-what's thigh r-riding" I stutter out nervously.
"My sweet innocent girl, thigh riding is when you rub that sweet cunt on my thigh til you squirt" He smirked as he moved my on his lap "How about you take them off, now" he growled taking off my panties. He runs his fingers through my soaking wet fold, feeling myself let out a small whine. He pushed my body down on his thigh making me gasp at the sensation, he started moving my pussy on his thigh. I moaned out, throwing my head back at the feeling of him flexing his thigh to give me more friction.
I closed my eyes in pure pleasure making him smirk. "Feels good, huh" He commented as he moved my hip on his thigh. My breath hitched when I feel the right amount of pressure on my clit to make me go light headed. I move my hips on my own needing more friction, as I slowly feel the knot in my stomach. "Cha" I moaned moving my hips faster and faster. I look at him watching a smug smirk on his face, as he lays his hands behind his head. I whined out rubbing my clit to get their faster, but he slapped it away. "Earn it yourself" He said sternly making me move my hand out of the way.
I move faster feeling the same bubbling sensation get more and more apparent. "Cha-baby m-my tum-my" I moaned trying to get my words out properly. "Aww my sweet girls gonna cum huh, but she's not so sweet anymore. she turned into a little slut" He teased as I go faster on his thigh. "P-ple-ase need t-t-to" I whined squeezing my eyes shut. "No you don't get what you want today" He smirked taking me off his lap. I whined out needing to finish so bad but I hold onto it.
"Want you to do something for me is that okay mon amour" He whispered raspy making me nod yes in an instant. He slid down his pants and boxer making his cock hit his stomach, causing him to hiss. He stoked himself a few times before looking at me. "Think you can take my cock baby" He whispered making me look at him with wide eyes before nodding yes instantly. I lay on my stomach looking at him up close. I trace all the veins that were on his v-line making him groan a bit. I see shiny liquid at the head on his cock making me touch it. "what is that" I whispered as I feel the sorta sticky substance on my finger tips.
"It's call pre-cum just like how you get wet so do I" He explained softly stroking the back of my head. "H-how do I s-s..take you in my mouth" I asked not being able to say the term making him smile at my shyness. "Just lick like a lolly pop and suck gently no teeth or it hurts baby" He said softly nodding at the instructions. I lick the liquid softly making him groan at the sudden pleasure to his bright red tip. "f-fuck baby" He moaned as I take more of his cock in my mouth. I moved my head up and down licking his tip once I get to the top. He bucked his hips causing his tip hit my throat, but I didn't gag so he looked at me in shocked. "You don't have a gag reflex" he asked making me shake my head no. "I'm gonna have so much fun with you baby" he smirked before he put my hair in a ponytail making guide me deep down onto him. I feels my eyes tear up up I try to go farther down.
He groaned throat fucking me causing me to tense up. "Relax your jaw and throat okay" He said causing me to listen. He started throat fucking me once again hearing him curse in French under his breath. I accidentally gazed my teeth on him causing him to moan loudly, I look up to see if he's okay but then I feel him pull me off. "If you kept going I would have came and I don't want that yet" He mumbled causing me to understand what he meant. I move up and down faster and faster wanting him to push over the edge. He pulled my hair taking me off of him, feeling myself pout. “Don’t pout don’t want to cum in your mouth” he whispered to me while cleaning my mouth of saliva.
“Why not” I pout causing him to let out an amused chuckle. “Because why would I want to cum in your mouth when I can cum in your pussy” he smirked as he sees my wide eyes. He sees my face turn more red at the sudden dirty talk. “You like me talking to you filthy, huh” he asked making me nod yes instantly. “Dirty talk kink interesting” He smiled as I look at him in pure confusion. “K-kink what i-is that” I asked him making eye contact. “A kink is something you’re into sexually, like I love being dominant to you or foreplay. Don’t worry I’ll explain everything soon” He smiled reassuring to me that he was gonna explain everything. “Or we will explain” he mumbled lowly not allowing me to understand. “Huh” I asked confused causing him to shake his head.
“Lay down” he ordered making me listen in an instant. “I keep forgetting how perfect your pussy is” He mentioned as he slips his fingers through my soaking fold. Then I feel him slip a finger in me feeling myself moan loudly. He worked his finger in and out trying to get more sounds out of me. “Does it feel good. Like when I fuck you with my fingers” he whispered as a loud moan slips past my lips. He enters another finger to go with his first one, feeling my eyes roll back into my head. He curled his fingers perfectly feeling him hit the same spot he hit the other day. “Found it huh” he smirked moving his hand fast. All of a sudden he takes them, making me whine.
He sits up causing me to be confused, he pats his lap feeling myself sit on it. He grabs me by the waist and sinks me down on his cock. I gasped out loudly at the sudden fullness, he moves me up and down softly causing me to close my eyes. He looks down at my stomach and sees a bulge on it. “Feel that princess” he whispered in my ear pressing down on the bulge with his hand. “I’m so deep I’m in your stomach” he groaned causing me to moan out. “He moves my hips feeling myself moan as I bounce slowly. He groaned from the friction making me go up and down faster. “That’s it good girl move for me” he moaned as I move faster and faster.
I moaned loudly feeling his tip hit spots inside me I didn’t feel get hit the other day. I throw my head back grinding my hips to make us both feel good. After a few minutes I started feeling the burn in my thighs making me whine out. “Need help” he chucked causing me to nod. All of a sudden I feel him buck his hip. I moaned loudly gripping his shoulder meeting his thrust. “That’s my good girl” he chuckled as he slips his hand between us and rubs my already simulated clit. I grip onto him feeling the same pressure I’ve been having all night. I clench around him giving the warning I was already so close. “You’ve been such a good girl. Cum baby cum for me” he moaned making me scream out and cum all over his cock.
That triggered his release spraying his warm seed in my tight hole. “You came so quickly were you needy today” he teased me, I whine at him hiding my face. “Don’t worry we’re not done” he smiled putting me on my hands and knees pounding in and out of me. I screamed out arching my back and tears spilling out of my eyes. “What did you think we were done. Sometimes your a stupid little thing” he chuckled drilling in and out the sounds of skin slapping together and my moans were the only thing you can hear in the room. He gripped my hair pulling it making me look at his lustful eyes. “I’m making this pussy feel so good huh” he groaned as I nod at his answer. “Talk” he demanded making me scream out. “Feels so good feel you everywhere” I moaned out still feeling his cock pound in and out.
I moaned out gripped the sheets, as the sudden feeling of my second orgasm of the night. “Cum baby come on cum for me” he groaned griping my hair with such a firm fist. I moaned loudly cumming all over his cock, he moaned out spraying his seed in me for the second time. I whimpered out collapsing on the bed, trembling from the power orgasm. He pulls me into his embrace shushing me quiet. “Did so good my good girl” he whispered scratching my head cuddling in his chest. “Go to sleep baby go to sleep” he whispered as I doze off into peaceful sleep.
“I love you so much words can’t even describe it.”

Could you possibly write something with Jack where the reader is having an insecure moment because she read some comments on her recent post and Jack comforts her and reassures that she’s the only girl for him and how beautiful he is, and maybe he makes a little insta post about her
[ don’t know what for ] j. hughes

paring : Jack Hughes x fem!reader
summary : after reading some of the comments on her most recent insta post, Jack’s girl gets a little insecure. he reminds her just how beautiful she is
warning(s) : insecure!reader, allusions to a past eating disorder
author’s note : if y’all understand the title then we are automatically best friends (bc 1d 🫶🏼)
༺═──────────────═༻
She frowns as her comments are once again flooded with comments how she looks. It's always a comment about the color of her hair or that it looks like she needs to "eat a burger". As if she didn't stop eating completely when she was a teenager because she was getting comments about how she looked overweight when she was healthy.
Sometimes there's even a dig at the fact that she has blue eyes.
She knows there's a stereotype around hockey players dating or marrying women that have blonde hair and blue eyes, but she can't control the color of either. Sure, it's the type of some players but Jack told her over and over again at the beginning of their relationship that he liked her for her personality.
That doesn't mean that little voice in her head tells her that he's with her because of her hair and eyes. She's aware he has a type, and that type does match the stereotype.
Instead of getting up and going out like she had planned, she doesn't move from her bed. She cancels all plans that she had with her friends and cancels dinner with Jack that night to hide from the public.
The last thing that she needs is more pictures of her to be taken that night and more comments to roll in about the way she looks.
from: hughesy ♡ - 10:03 am wdym you don't feel good ? can i bring you soup ? i can give you back rubs if you don't want soup (ik i'm not a great cook). snacks ? soda ? ice cream ?
to: hughesy ♡ - 10:05 am i'm not hungry. i just wanted to let you know about dinner
from: hughesy ♡ - 10:19 am i'm outside your apartment. open up
Despite saying that she doesn't feel good and doesn't want to see anyone, Jack is on the other side of the door when she opens it in her hoodie with the hood up to hide her hair. He holds up flowers, a plastic bag that's probably full of candy, and a can of soup with a big smile.
"Baby, you look like you've been crying," he states when she opens the door. "Are you sure it's more than you not feeling well?"
She moves to the side so Jack can walk into her apartment. "If I tell you, you'll think it's stupid," she mumbles as she closes the door behind him and follows him further into the apartment.
Jack puts the goodies on the kitchen island and turns to his girlfriend with a frown. "Hey, you can tell me and I promise I won't think it's stupid," he assures her. "What's really going on?"
Her bottom lip wobbles as she says, "I hate being blonde and I hate having blue eyes. I feel like you're only with me because of it. I feel like if I dyed my hair brown and got brown contacts then you'd leave me. I feel too skinny and I feel too fat at the same time. I don't want to go out today and probably get my picture taken every two seconds because I don't feel pretty. I don't want to be seen eating because I'll get told I need to stop again. I don't want to be seen not eating because then I'll be told I need to put on weight. It's confusing and I hate the way I look right now."
A weight comes off her shoulders when she confesses how she really feels to Jack. The tears begin though and sobs wrack her entire body.
His frown just deepens at her confession. Jack crosses the room in three long strides to envelope her in a hug. He cradles her head like he always does when she's upset. She buries her face into his healthy shoulder and wraps her arms around his torso.
"You're so allowed to have days like this," Jack tells her. "But you need to stay out of your comment section, my love. They don't know you like I do and only see you for your hair and eyes. They don't know the you that I fell in love with. I love you no matter what and that will never change. You could dye your hair magenta and I'd still love you and think you were beautiful."
She shakes her head and looks up at him. "You don't mean that," she says.
Jack pushes the hood off her head and runs his fingers through her locks. "I mean that with my entire heart, baby," he assures her. "I think you're beautiful on your most insecure days. I think you light up the room when you walk in when you think you'd dim it. I love you when you doubt it. You're it for me. Blonde hair or not. Blue eyes or not."
"I don't believe you," she whispers.
It hurts her heart to say it but it's true at the moment. She doesn't believe Jack when he says that she's it for him. She's heard those words before and they turned out not to me true.
He runs his thumbs over her cheekbones to dry her tears and replies, "You don't have to. Not right now. Just know that I find you incredibly beautiful for the both of us." He pulls her back into a hug. "I'd love you if you shaved your head tomorrow too and that's a fact."
She bites back a smile and shakes her head. "I'm not going to go bald or something, Jack," she tells him.
"Just saying that I'd love you no matter what," he assures her. She pulls her head back to look up at him. "Hairless or not. I'd even take you to get colored contacts if that's what you really wanted."
"I know," she sighs as she buries her face back into his good shoulder. "It just sucks that no matter what I do, I still have moments like this."
Jack presses kisses to the top of her head and she wraps her arms around his torso. "You're allowed, baby," he tells her. "Just don't shut me out when you have moments like these because I have so many compliments I could give you any time you need me to. We can eat in tonight, have a movie night too. We'll order since we both know that I can't cook."
She laughs and shakes her head. "Stay out of my kitchen, Hughes," she says. "I don't need you burning down my apartment."
He smiles at her. "I'm not planning on it," he laughs. "Your apartment is safe from me. What do you want to do today?"
"Cuddle and watch movies," she replies. "That's it. That's all I want to do today."
"Sounds like a plan to me," Jack says. He cups her jaw and presses a quick, soft kiss to her lips. "My pretty girl."

My love, is mine all mine - Max Verstappen x Norris! Reader x Charles Leclerc Part 6
Plot: Norris' Twin sister is also a driver in the 2021 line up and is in her rookie era. Not only do the commentators struggle to now talk about the pair in the race, but they also struggle to talk about talent. What happens when two drivers find her eye-catching.
A/N: I've brought Luisia into things because of the timeline and it being 2021. Don't hate on her, or the fact that i've brought her into my writing please!

After the shit show of a party, you woke up earlier than everyone else and left the docked boat. You caught the earliest flight back to the UK. You were so pissed with your friends and brother that they’d just up and left you in the club.
The whole flight home, you pondered whether you just really needed to grow up about ever situation in your life.
Lando and the clubbing group leaving you? They were drunk and probably saw you with loads of other people and assumed you were safe and good.
Charles admitting his feelings for you? You arguably needed to focus more on your career that you’d worked so hard for, you didn’t have time for boys and if Charlie really did care for you like he said, he would understand.
Max sleeping or dating your best friend? Good for him, he should be happy.
You needed to not be bitter about all of these minor blips in your life and just get on with it.
Little did you know that this would create a version of you so far from her normal bubbly self that even people who hadn’t spoken to you in years would be able to tell something wasn’t right with you.
Max and Charles had both tried to contact you through texts and phone calls all which had been ignored, you knew it was for the best to just let it all go and leave it at a what could have been. You had responsibilities far greater that you needed to focus on.
When it came to after the summer having left your brother and gone travelling on your own, updating your Instagram and family group chat whenever you managed to get wifi, you were back and raring to go for your home race.
Lando had sent a text to the family group chat asking who would be coming. He wanted to invite Luisa and only had two passes to give out. So that would mean one for Luisa and one for his dad.
Lando - Can you give your paddock passes to mum and Flo, Cisca can’t make it because of Uni
Y/N - Kinda awkward i had someone in mind i wanted to bring :(
Lando - come on its mum and your little sister Y/N don’t be rude and give up your pass to some random dude you met in Bali …
You ignored it, before going to McLaren and begging Zac for a spare paddock pass. You gave your original 2 to your mum and Flo, but your next one went to Nathan Bishop, he was a goalkeeper for Manchester United and you’d met him on a trip you’d been doing in Bali and he immediately knew who you were and you guys got talking and one thing led to another and you were inviting each other to your sports.
In the time you’d travelled he’d became a really good friend and you didn’t feel as lonely as you had since starting in F1. It was really refreshing.
You met him before, driving him to the paddock in your McLaren and pulling up into the Silverstone car park together.
“Thanks for the pass, I’ve never been to a race before so this is actually really exciting for me” he smiles waiting as you grab your bag from the back seat.
“Always welcome!” You grinned back.
“Mmmm and I’m excited to see if you are really as good as you say you are!” He teases elbowing you as you swipe your pass through the paddock scanners.
“Hey! I am a good driver! I got you here safely didn’t I?” You smile and he just nods, you point out various bits of the paddock talking about all the hustle and bustle and all the different teams and the workers running around fitting last minute bits to the motorhomes.
“Oh come on! We need to get you some McLaren team merch!” You grin pulling him to the quiet fan zone thanks to the early time it was and going to the merch stool.
“Hiya! Oh Y/N! How are you?” The worker smiles noticing it’s you.
“Hey! I’m really good! How are you? It’s hot today, make sure you drink lots of water! Radio through and ask for top ups yeah? And don’t forget sun cream!” You chide knowing sometimes the workers forget that they are humans and will push themselves till breaking point!
“Thank you! Really and I’m all good” she says flashing you the large icy bottle of water she had behind the stand with her. “What can I get for you?”
“Any chance we can get the Y/N number hat?” You grin turning to look at Nathan who just rolls his eyes but can’t help the smile that comes into his face.
“Sure! We have lots on stock today, as you know it’s home race! Good luck by the way! I know you’ll do great!” She smiles and hands you the number 42 on the baseball cap. You place it on Nathan’s head who just laughs at your antics but keeps that hat on before paying the lady for it in cash.
“Hey! I was gonna pay for it! I’m the one that got you to buy merch!” You exclaim in horror.
“Mmmm but it’s my hat … so I should pay for it!” He explains with a cat like grin.
“Argh fine come on! I want to show you round the garage and do track walk with you!” You say gently taking his hand and pulling him through the growing numbers of people in the paddock.
You showed him all around the garage and even let him sit in your car which he was really impressed with how low to the ground it felt, and how much the halo restricted vision. After showing him the pit wall and all of the engineers working and running around before free practice you took him out onto the track to do a walk.
The sun wasn’t as harsh anymore and it had started to cloud over a little bit meaning that the track walk wasn’t as strenuous as you anticipated it would be.
You guys walked around talking about the season so far and how it felt being a rookie along with Yuki Tsunoda.
Afterwards it was time for you to have a team meeting and you didn’t want to leave Nathan on his own so you walked him to the hospitality suite to find your parents.
“Mum Dad! Hey this is Nathan! Can you just watch out for him while I’m in the car please!” You ask kindly showing Nathan to a seat with your family.
“Of course sweetheart! Hi Nathan, I’m Adam, this is my wife Cisca” he introduces standing up slightly and leaning forward to shake the younger gentleman’s hand.
“You gonna be okay?” You ask, unsure if you should just bring him to the garage and find him a seat and headphones and leave him there.
“Yeah - I’ll be” he starts only for commotion behind to stop his words.
“Sorry, I’m running late. Oh … whose this?” Lando asks looking over to Nathan, someone he didn’t think would be around his family.
“This is your sisters guest, hence the hat” your mum explained pointing to the hat still on Nathans head.
“Right … yeah I just came here to drop Luisa off. Please look after her and … you know don’t be weird” he begs as Luisa starts to talk to both Flo and Nathan.
“We’re never weird! Now you both have to go get ready!” your dad grins forcing you both away.
You start to walk together to the garage in an awkward silence until Lando breaks it.
“So you brought a boyfriend with you?” Lando scoffs looking towards you.
“And what if I did?” What’s it to you, you brought Luisa!” You say looking to him confused why it was such an issue you’d brought a guy (who wasn’t anything to do with you romantically).
“Because your playing with a lot of hearts here Y/N and it’s not exactly fair. First Charles, then Max, then Charles again and then Max and now this guy? Max and Charles are my friends Y/N and I can’t help but feel like your going to go one step too far and ruin all of this …” he complains and for a second your stunned into silence not knowing what to even say.
“How am I toying with Max and Charles when Max is off with my best friend and Charles … is so hot headed that I don’t know if I can take the heat of him yelling at me for an overtake every race weekend! So how am I the one playing with hearts when it’s feels like mines the only one being toyed with, even by my own fucking brother!” You cried out frustrated with him, but that was Lando. He always spoke before he thought about what he was saying. Both a blessing and a curse.
You started to hurry off no longer wanting to entertain this conversation.
“Y/N wait … I didn’t mean it like that” Lando admits speeding up after you and walking in step with you trying to slow you down.
“We have a meeting to get to. Let’s not waste anymore time” you say coldly, so coldly it actually caused Lando to shiver as he never had heard that tone of voice or anything remotely close come from you.
Briefing for what it was, was pretty boring only talking about the upgrades they’d brought to this weeks Grand Prix. Lando had the full package and you had half, the others to come next week in Hungary.
You were in the garage after changing into your fireproofs, your race suit hanging down off your hips talking to your engineer about strategy for Silverstone, but it was always changeable depending on the track temp and the weather.
FP1 clearly showed Landos new flashy upgrades and how much quicker it made the car placing him in P2 in between Max and Lewis, the two battling it out for the championship this year.
As for you down in 9th you’d just been testing the track and were on different tyres to the top few people, wanting to test out the hards.
As the weekend progressed and the less you concentrated on all of yours issues and just had fun while concentrating on the race weekend you got better. Ending up starting in a decent P6 for the race and getting points in the Sprint that was held earlier on in the day.
“Okay Y/N, it’s looking like Plan B. Reports of rain on the radar for the last half of the race” your engineer says as you pull up into your P6 stop, next to Lando both your Orange McLarens locking out your row.
“Okay, do we have a pit plan?” You ask knowing you were on mediums in hopes they’d last long enough to get you onto Intermediates or Wet if it’s due to rain that badly.
“We’re checking now, looking into stuff with Lando too and seeing what the other teams and looking at doing, but looking like Pit Plan E”
“Yep, copied” he grit out unhappy that they are already prioritising your brother.
“Well Y/N let’s get racing for you first F1 home race! Lecelrc and Bottas in front of you and Lando, Alonso and Vettel behind you and both. And then Max and Hamilton front row” he explains, you knew you had to get a good start to overtake your brother and possibly Charles if there was an opening so as you were driving round the formation lap, you cleared your mind of everything but racing.

I need to tell you how much the therian HRT universe means to me.
This morning, I had a moment of inspiration, and I understood how I want my tiger HRT story to end. I spent the rest of the morning crying under the emotional weight. I don't remember ever being this emotionally invested in something before.
With this story, you have inspired me to continue to write, to learn to draw, to throw myself into my creativity at a time when I was losing my drive. You've given me a way to connect with people, to make new friends, to truly become part of the trans community, to find my people.
You've also given me the realization that… I don't identify with humanity. Everything about every one of these stories hits HARD, and the only way that could be the case for me is because I am and always have been therian. You've given me a level of self-understanding I might not have ever found otherwise.
This world that you've created, and shared, and allowed us all to play in, it has been a gift and a blessing, and I will hold it in my mind, in my heart, and in my very soul, forever.
Thank you. Thank you so much.
Those are very touching words, I'm always glad to hear that I'm helping! That's all I want to do
Thank you

only you (f.h.) (drabble)
Pairing: Five Hargreeves x Wife!Reader
A/N: The last month was pretty busy so I couldn't write much but I had a cute lil thought about this while I was on the bus cuz of all the Five tiktoks on my fyp
Tumblr media
"Honestly Five, your head isn't screwed on straight! No one in their right mind would put themselves at this much risk over and over again!" You shouted, voice almost hoarse and mouth dry as you continued to berate him, as you had since you arrived almost twenty minutes ago.
Your husband continued to ignore you, not even bothering to justify his reckless mission anymore and you continued to shout, waving your hands around in your helplessness and frustration.
Five Hargeeves was a great man but the one thing you absolutely detested about him was how he decided he had to do everything on his own. You were his partner, both in the commission and in his life, but he refused to trust you with his own matters.
To a certain degree, you could understand him. He was so anxious about saving his family, so tormented by their deaths hanging over him that he felt that unless he oversaw every single detail, it would all fall apart.
But just because you understood, didn't mean you appreciated your husband putting himself in harm's way when you could've helped him.
"Are you even listening to me?! Five! Your wife is here yelling at you, and you don't even have the decency to look her in the eye?!"
He didn't reply and you were stuck staring at his broad, blazer-clad shoulders.
Then he shifted, taking a deep breath and you heard the shaky breath he let out.
"Five?"
He finally turned, eyes glistening, cheeks wet and lip quivering and you felt so heartbroken at the sight of him that you felt your own tears prick at your eyes. You immediately closed the gap between you, "Oh, sweetheart."
You sat him down in the armchair, perching on his lap and letting him hide his face into your neck, peppering kisses to the crown of his head as he took some time to compose himself.
"I'm just—so tired." His voice cracked and you felt like your heart did as well, pulling away from him just enough so you could kiss his tears away.
"Shh, it's okay." You whispered, gently running your thumbs over the peak of his cheekbones. His hands were gripping your waist with the strength of a vice, nails digging into the flesh of your hips.
"What do you need, Five? Just give me the word and I'll make it happen." You told him, now more determined than anything to shoulder the pain he was feeling, "I would move the heavens and the earth to make you happy, my love. Tell me what you need."
He slumped over in defeat, pressing his forehead to yours, "You. Only you."
You sighed, now running your fingers through his hair. A part of you was disappointed that he was still unable to open up, another was unsurprised.
"Silly request. I'm already all yours."

ღ pairing professor geto x law student reader
ღ summary this wasn’t supposed to happen. not that miserable internship at the law firm you hated, not him becoming your doctor, and definitely not that drunken night at the bar. but he helped, and god, you needed a friend. and he did too. except it's never just friendship with him, is it? it could be perfect—messy, complicated, but perfect. if only his heart wasn’t already taken.
ღ important this story is a spin-off of symptoms and causes, starting right after chapter twelve. while it can be read as a standalone, reading the original story first will give you a better understanding of the characters and story.
ღ wc 10.3 k
ღ warnings 18+ ONLY. contains explicit sexual content, age difference (10 years), doctor-patient relationship, fwb, smoking, mature themes, angst, and depictions of illness (will update as the story progresses). reader discretion is advised.
ღ author's note hey friends !!! i'm so thrilled to share this new story with you, even though i said i wouldn't write two stories at the same time (oops!). this chapter covers mostly chapter twelve of symptoms and causes from suguru's pov, then introduces our new reader protagonist. if you haven't read the original story, some dynamics might be confusing initially, but i hope you'll get the hang of it. remember, you're the law reader here. at the start, there's a different reader (the protagonist from symptoms and causes). i'll note at the beginning of each scene to clarify. now, i'm so excited to hear your thoughts !! reblogs and comments are love <33

(note: s&c reader)
"You okay?" I asked, cutting through the tense quiet of the operating room.
Her eyes snapped to mine, the usual focus returning. "I'm fine," she said, gaze drifting away as a small frown creased her brow. "Sorry."
I watched her for a moment longer, unable to tear my eyes away. The soft curve of her cheek, the tender worry in her eyes — a painful reminder of what I could never have.
I wondered what she was thinking about. What occupied her mind like this. What could distract her from a surgery she normally loved with her whole being. But deep down, I knew the answer.
I hate the answer.
The familiar ache in my chest tightened as I steadied my hands, focusing back on the aneurysm pulsating beneath my fingertips. The world shrunk down to the surgical field, the beeping monitor and harsh lights fading away. Just me, her, and the delicate dance of our hands.
"Want to continue?"
She blinked, clearly taken aback. "You want me to clip it?"
"It's a gift," I replied.
"Gift? From who?"
I merely arched an eyebrow.
I didn't really need to say it aloud, did I? She knew.
She hesitated, her gaze dropping to her gloved hands. I could see her biting her lip, even beneath the mask. Doubt clouded her eyes, a flicker of insecurity that I rarely saw.
Stupid girl.
Of course you can do it. You've done it before. Don't lose your focus now.
"And because I trust you," I added, my voice softening. "I wouldn't offer if I didn't."
Her focus snapped back to the exposed aneurysm with an almost palpable intensity. Her jaw set. "Okay," she said simply.
There she was. That's the woman I knew.
I moved to stand just behind her shoulder, close enough to monitor her every movement yet giving her the space she needed to work. She slid seamlessly into position at the microscope, her hands sure as they picked up the instruments.
"Focus," I whispered. "You've got this."
Watching her work was a bittersweet torture.
Her hands moved with a grace and precision that belied the complexity of the procedure, each movement precise yet unhurried. She was brilliant — a natural talent with an instinct few could match.
Except, perhaps, one person.
As she prepared to guide the clip into place around the bulging aneurysm, I couldn't help but feel proud. She was incredible and she didn't even seem to realize it.
"Do you ever think I'm... reckless?"
Her question, barely a whisper, caught me off guard.
I flinched, gaze snapping to study her profile. Her hands didn't falter, her focus unwavering. But I could see the question linger in her eyes.
Why would she ask that? Had Satoru put that doubt in her mind?
"Should I be worried that you're pondering this while inches deep in someone's brain?"
"Forget it," she muttered. "Just a fleeting thought."
With a small, dull click, the clip snapped shut. She had done it, and flawlessly at that.
As I knew she would.
I let out a slow breath, not realizing until that moment how tightly wound with tension I had been. No matter how routine, those high-stakes seconds before clipping always gripped me.
"Well done," I said, watching the tension drain from her shoulders.
She glanced up at me, a genuine smile lighting up her eyes in a way that clenched at my heart. "Thanks, Suguru."
Oh, those eyes.
It pains me that it was him she was looking at with those soft, adoring eyes.
─────── ౨ৎ ───────
(note: s&c reader)
The water stung, colder than usual.
I scrubbed my hands next to her, glancing at her from the corner of my eye. Lost in thought again. I could tell. Her movements were mechanical, detached, her hands pale under the harsh fluorescent light.
She was a mere shadow of her former self.
Damn it, Satoru. What did you do to her to get her this hollowed out? I wanted to put my fist through his face for the worry he constantly caused her. And the worst part was, she didn't even know the half of it.
I should tell her, right?
It was the right thing to do, to warn her about his failing liver, his addiction slowly eating him alive. She deserved to know, to be prepared.
But I couldn't. I'd made a promise. And he'd promised to get his shit together. But how much were those promises worth, really?
I know how this story will end.
I'd seen it play out too many times.
I cleared my throat, pushing the thoughts away. "I'm proud of you," I said, trying to break the silence.
"Huh?" She looked at me, confusion clouding her eyes.
"How far you've come," I clarified, trying to get the words out right, but they still sounded hollow. How could I tell her how damn proud I was of the incredible woman she'd become? "Really, you're doing a great job. With the surgery, the research—you have a great future ahead of you."
She gave me a weak smile, then turned her gaze back to her reddened hands.
She was trying to hold it together, I could see that. And it killed me to see her like this, struggling while I felt powerless to help shoulder her burdens. I wished she'd just open up, tell me what was wrong. But again, I knew the answer.
I hate the answer.
"How are you doing?" I asked gently. "Really?"
"Holding up. Somehow."
I observed her closely. Even without her looking at me, I could feel the weight of her struggles pressing down on her.  She was always so strong, so confident, but this was different. I'd never seen her so—broken. It was like the life had drained out of her. And it damn hurt.
"New semester treating you okay?"
Stupid question, I know.
"Bit stressful," she admitted. "I have to retake a few exams."
Yeah, and whose goddamn fault is that?
God, I'm repeating myself, but I knew the answer.
I hate the answer.
I hate it so damn much.
"Listen, if you need any help—" I began, wanting desperately to ease her burden.
"Thank you, Suguru," she cut me off, shutting off the faucet with a harsh twist. "But unless you're offering to take my tests for me, I'm afraid this is on me."
She turned and reached for a towel, the action more frantic than usual. I watched her, frustration and helplessness twisting in my gut. I wanted to do more, to be more for her, but how could I when the one she really needed was — not me.
Truth was a bitter pill I had to swallow every damn day.
As she dried her hands, I took a deep breath, trying to calm my racing thoughts. I turned off the water. "I'm sorry things turned out like this for you," I said, the words almost painful. "But it's for the best, for him and for you. We did what we had to."
"Wait, what do you mean?"
I grabbed a towel. "Hm?"
"What do you mean with, 'we'?"
Shit.
I froze mid-movement, my jaw tightening involuntarily. Damn it, I hadn't meant for that to slip out.
Her eyes bore into me, demanding answers. "What did you and Satoru talk about that night? The night before the hearing? I know he was with you."
I remembered it all too well.
Satoru showing up at my door in the middle of the night, shaking, sweating, barely holding onto his sanity. The ethics committee wanting to see him bleed, the guilt eating him alive over dragging her down with him, his addiction — it all become too much.
He didn't know what to do, what the right thing was. And I helped him see reason.
Or at least, that's what I told myself.
"It's nothing important. He was confused, and I helped him clear his head."
"What does that mean? What did you say to him?"
Her hands gripped the edge of the sink until her knuckles showed bone-white through the skin. She wasn't going to let this go.
Damn it, how could I get out of this?
She deserved the truth, I knew that. But I'd sworn to Satoru I wouldn't tell. My mind raced, searching for an explanation, but the truth was, there wasn't one.
Damn it, Satoru. Why do I always have to clean up your messes?
"Tell me what the fuck you said to him!"
And then I saw it. A flash of hurt in her eyes, a vulnerability I'd never seen before. It shattered me. She was so hurt. My beautiful, strong girl was so hurt and there was not a damn thing I could do to ease her suffering.
Because she was with him.
And I was on the sidelines, forced to watch Satoru tear her apart piece by piece — until there was nothing left.
I hated it. Hated Satoru for causing her so much pain.
I couldn't take it anymore. Sorry, Satoru, but screw you and your lies. This was different, because she was different.
"Isn't it obvious?" I snapped, the words spilling out before I could stop them. "I told him to end this. That it would destroy you, and that he should take responsibility for once!"
She flinched, her eyebrows drawing together as she mutely shook her head. "You had no right. You had no fucking right to do that!"
No right?
Oh pretty, I know that better than anyone. But how could I stand by and watch her get dragged down with him? No. Not anymore. I refused.
"No right?" My voice matched hers. I hated how this entire wretched situation had me losing control, lashing out at her when Satoru was the one who deserved it. "And watch you both go down? Satoru was a ticking time bomb! It was better this way—better him destroyed than you dragged down with him."
"I had him, Suguru!" she shouted. "I almost had him trusting me enough, trusting us enough, to let me help him, damn it!"
I almost laughed, but it stuck in my throat. It hurt too much to see the hope still clinging to her eyes. "You're delusional. He can't change. You know that. It would always have ended like this."
"My god, I can't believe your audacity! You ruined everything!"
I ruined everything?
Maybe it wasn't fair of me, maybe my own feelings were clouding my judgment, but damn it, I couldn't watch this anymore. Not when I could still taste the embers in my mouth each time I saw the deadened look in her eyes.
I stepped closer, my jaw clenched. She flinched back, but I kept going. I'd watched Satoru hurt her too many times. I couldn't stand by any longer.
I had to shatter her delusion.
"You know how many times I've seen this play out? The promises to change? I've seen it too often. He won't get better, and I won't let him drag you under with him. Not you."
Her back hit the sink. I stepped closer, until I felt the sudden searing burn of her warmth radiating against me, the intoxicating floral notes of her scent filling my senses until I thought I might lose it from proximity alone.
My hand twitched, moving before my mind could catch up. I wanted to pull back, but I couldn't.
Fingertip traced the delicate line of her jaw, trembling slightly at the contact I craved so much. I fought the urge to let my touch linger, to commit every precious dove-soft plane and angle to memory while I still could.
"This is for the best," I rasped out. "You're young, brilliant. This—relationship with Satoru, it would have ruined you."
"Don't you dare," she hissed, eyes blazing as she swatted my hand away. "You have no right to decide what's best for me."
"Yes, I do. Because I was the one who got you here in the first place, it was my doing, and I—" My voice caught in my throat. "I don't want to see you hurt."
The silence that followed was deafening.
I couldn't look at her, couldn't bear to see the pain I'd caused reflected in her eyes. I'd done what I thought was right, what I believed was necessary to protect her. But in doing so, I had become the very thing I despised—a barrier between her and the happiness she deserved.
Perhaps I'd just screwed everything up even more. And it was killing me.
"Why are you saying this now?" Her voice was barely a whisper.
I wanted to tell her everything.
I wanted to confess the depth of my feelings, the months of silent longing that felt like a steadily tightening noose around my neck whenever I witnessed her happiness with him, the aching, hollow pit that seemed to consume more of me with every smile, every tender caress between them that I wasn't the recipient of, the gut-wrenching jealousy that flayed me from the inside out whenever she looked at him with those devastatingly soft, adoring eyes that held nothing but indifference for me, the—
Sorry.
I'll stop now.
It didn't matter anyway, did it?
The words wouldn't come.
I couldn't, wouldn't allow myself to cross that line.
All I could do was look at her, my heart splitting apart from the violence of my want with every beat. The urge to reach out, to pull her against me, was almost overwhelming. But I held back, my hands clenched into fists at my sides. I'd already done enough damage.
Then, my damned gaze flickered down.
Those lips. God, those lips.
Soft, slightly parted, the bottom one bearing the faint imprint of her teeth—a nervous habit I'd caught myself watching, savoring, hating myself for noticing.
How many times had Satoru kissed those worry marks away? How many times had I wanted to?
I'd lost count of the nights I'd lain awake, imagining her mouth on mine, her lips parting to gasp my name—not his. It was torture, this constant craving to know their texture, their heat, their taste.
It was wrong, so fucking wrong, to think about her that way.
But there I was, night after night, picturing those lips forming my name in a way friends never do. Dreaming of tasting them, feeling them, knowing them in every way I shouldn't.
And it hurt.
I sucked in a hard breath.
Sorry, Satoru. I can't keep this to myself anymore.
"You know damn well why."
I couldn't say it out loud, couldn't bring myself to admit aloud what she patently refused to see with her own eyes. No. I simply couldn't.
"No," she breathed. "You can't—"
I swallowed hard, my throat tight. "Yeah, I know. You don't have to tell me that."
I already know that painful truth, pretty. It was a wound that refused to heal. I'd lived with that realization for far too long.
Suddenly, my pager blared, shattering the moment. Damn it. I cursed under my breath, pulling out the device. My face went taut as I read the message.
Yaga: Office. Now. Bring the student too.
That bastard. Why the hell did he want to see me now? And why her? Was it something Satoru screwed up again? Or something else? Did Satoru get the same message?
This couldn't have come at a worse time.
"What is it?" she asked, her eyes searching mine. I couldn't meet her gaze. Not after I'd betrayed not only her, but Satoru too, with my stupid, selfish feelings.
"Yaga," I choked out. "Wants to see us. Now."
Our eyes finally met, hers filled with questions I've longed so much to answer.
"Why?"
"I...I don't know. But we should go. Come on."

(note: s&c reader)
My foot tapped a nervous beat on the scuffed wooden floor.
Why was I so damn nervous? I knew Yaga's games, been through them a thousand times. But this felt different. Because she was here. And she shouldn't be.
A knot tightened in my gut.
He wouldn't bring up that topic again, would he?
I glared at Yaga, willing him to just spit it out already. My eyes flicked to her, sitting stiffly beside me. Her face was a mask. I wondered what she was thinking about. Was she thinking about what I said? Or about—no, I didn't even want to think about that.
I know, I know, I'm repeating myself.
I knew the answer.
I hate the answer.
"So, shall we begin?" Yaga's voice finally cut through the silence, like he'd been enjoying our discomfort. Damn old bastard. "I've called you here to discuss a research project that I want you to redo."
He slid a folder across the desk towards her.
No name, just a mess of loose papers threatening to spill out. She picked it up, her brow furrowing as she opened it. Then her grip tightened on the file. I leaned closer to see what had her so tense, and my stomach dropped.
I knew that title.
Knew it better than anyone, except maybe the one person who'd written it.
"You want me to redo a study that was completely pointless?" she asked, her voice sharp.
"Yes," Yaga said simply.
"The results were inconclusive. A dead end."
"Your research held promise. Dr. Geto never failed to remind me." Yaga's eyes flickered to me. "Now, you have better resources, better support. You can refine it, perfect it."
Damn it. I should've kept my mouth shut.
Regret gnawed at my insides like acid. Regretted telling him what a brilliant mind she had, how much she deserved to be here—among the best.
Because she did.
She was a natural, something I'd rarely seen before, maybe only in Satoru. Hell, it was like watching a younger Satoru at work. And it hurt. It was painful to see so many parallels between them, knowing that I could never measure up to him in her eyes.
I'd brought her here because I believed in her. Because I wanted her on my research team, because I wanted to work with her. But now, I wasn't so sure.
Had I screwed up? Was I the reason she was in this mess? Had I brought her here only to watch her world fall apart?
I didn't want to admit it. Couldn't bear to be the cause of her pain.
I glanced at her, catching her eye. Frustration and confusion were written all over her face.
Shame washed over me.
It was stupid, I know. I shouldn't feel ashamed for recognizing her talent, for bringing her here where she belonged. She deserved it all. But I couldn't shake the feeling that without me, she would've been better off.
Without me and Satoru.
Her knuckles turned white as bone as she gripped the file tighter, then slammed it shut.
"That's not the point," she said. "My CAR-T Therapy research was theoretical, a mathematical model that was inherently flawed. All the best equipment in the world won't change that. It's a black hole."
Yaga leaned forward. "Listen, we have a generous donor. I think you met her at the conference? She took quite a liking to you. Her husband recently succumbed to this very type of tumor."
I knew it.
Yaga, the greedy bastard, never changed his stripes.
The silence was heavy, the only sound the insistent ticking of the clock on the wall. Her mind was racing, I could feel it. So was mine.
I must have spaced out for a second, because the next thing I knew, she was speaking again, her voice dangerously low. "You want to use me to exploit a grieving woman just to line your pockets?"
Yaga's mouth hung open, the smug look wiped clean off his face.
In any other situation, I would have laughed. She, a mere student, had managed to stun the all-powerful Yaga into silence. But the situation was anything but funny. Still, I couldn't help but feel a surge of pride. She was something else.
Suddenly, the door slammed open. I didn't even need to turn my head to know who it was.
"What the hell is going on here?" Satoru's voice boomed through the room.
Yaga's face hardened. "Dr. Gojo, what a... surprise. Here I thought you might have finally bothered to read your emails."
"Cut the bullshit, Yaga," Satoru spat. "This is a new low, even for you. Forcing a student, exploiting a grieving widow—have you no shame?"
Yaga rubbed his temples, his voice dripping with annoyance. "Dr. Gojo, your dramatics are exhausting. Do you understand the costs your actions have inflicted on this institution? A shred of gratitude, a willingness to shoulder some responsibility, might be a welcome change."
"Responsibility? You want to talk about responsibility? You're exploiting a woman in the depths of grief, using one of my students as a bargaining chip. What the hell happened to you, Yaga?"
The two of them went at it, their words flying back and forth faster than my eyes could follow.
Yeah, Satoru sure knew how to make an entrance. Not a trait that was always helpful in situations like this, because something in Yaga snapped at his words.
Yaga stood up so abruptly his chair screeched against the floor. "Happened to me? Dr. Gojo, have you considered the consequences of your reckless behavior? You're the one spiraling, and frankly, it's becoming unbearable."
Damn, these two were about to kill each other. Satoru should know better than to provoke Yaga like that. The old man was stubborn as hell. But so was Satoru.
I closed my eyes briefly, then stepped between them, forcing myself to sound calm. "Director Yaga, please. She's a student, her focus should be on her studies."
"Of course, which is why you and Dr. Gojo will provide your expertise. Your old lab is free to use, funds are secured, equipment at your disposal. You have free rein."
Huh?
I narrowed my eyes. As if that made it any better.
Satoru let out a bitter laugh. "Free rein? Or free rein to do as you please? Despicable, Yaga. Truly despicable." He leaned back, folding his arms.   "And wasn't I suspended? Investigations and all that? But I suppose principles go out the window when money enters the picture."
"You have no right to dictate what happens here, Gojo," Yaga snapped, his composure slipping. "You answer to me. This research holds immense potential, not just for the university, but for the field itself. You will do it. End of discussion."
"Potential? Or is that just fancy code for fattening your wallet, Yaga?"
"Don't play dumb, Gojo. You, of all people, know exactly how the game is played."
"Don't. Do. This." Satoru leaned forward, his chest brushing against my hand as I tried to hold him back. "Involve her in your schemes, and I swear—Leave her out of this. Suguru and I can do the damned research, but let her focus on her studies."
"You're in no position to bargain. I can make things incredibly difficult for you, Gojo. Throw away all that potential, all that talent... it would be a shame, wouldn't it? But I am more than willing to do so if you prove uncooperative."
Smug bastard was really pushing it today.
He was nothing without us, and he knew it. This whole place would crumble without Satoru and me. We were the ones who brought in the grants, the prestige, the groundbreaking research. And yet, he treated us like we were disposable.
I pushed Satoru back, stepping up to confront Yaga directly. The urge to wipe that smugness from his face with my fists was nearly overwhelming, but I forced control over my rage. One hothead was more than enough for today.
Still, my words came out in a tone of barely restrained menace. "Director. Dr. Gojo has a point. This research will be a massive distraction. Her studies should be her priority."
"Yes," Yaga drawled. "I heard about her recent... setbacks." Yaga sank back in his chair and opened his laptop. "A failed practical exam, a theoretical test barely passed. And this isn't the first time, is it?"
He turned the screen towards her, her failing grades a glaring red on the display. "Tell me, which subject would you like to miraculously pass? A click of my fingers, and it's done."
Before I could say anything, Satoru exploded.
"You blackmailing piece of shit!"
"Blackmail?" Yaga said. "No, blackmail would be threatening to cut her scholarship, endangering her entire future here... which, thankfully, our generous donor would be more than happy to preserve."
This was too much.
Now he had two pissed-off neurosurgeons on his hands. I braced my hands on the desk, leaning towards him. "Yaga, this is beyond the pale! This blatant manipulation—"
Suddenly, her voice cut through the tension. "I'll do it. I'll work on the research."
The room fell silent.
Satoru and I both whipped around to look at her. Her gaze was fixed on Yaga, not flinching. There was something defeated about her, something I wasn't used to seeing. It chilled me to the bone. She wouldn't give in like that. I knew her better than that.
But what had changed?
"Someone finally sees reason," Yaga said, breaking the silence. "You start this week—"
"No," Satoru interrupted. "That's not up for debate. We start next week."
"This week," Yaga repeated, his voice firm.
Leaning in, Satoru's voice took on a dangerous edge. "Next week. Or I walk out that door and you can find yourself a new star surgeon."
Huh?
Why did the start date matter so much to him?
Was that the real issue here?
"Dr. Gojo, you are exceedingly close to losing my goodwill," Yaga ground out. "Fine. Next week."
Satoru backed off and started to pace the room. I glanced at her, who was still sitting silently in her chair. She looked so small, lost in the shadows of Yaga's office. I wanted to wrap her in a hug, tell her it would all be okay.
But it wasn't my place. I knew the answer—
Sorry.
I'll not repeat myself yet again.
My gaze shifted back to Yaga. "And if we find nothing? Months, years, wasted on a dead-end?"
"You'll continue as long as the funding lasts."
"Of course," Satoru spat from across the room.
"Well, look at the bright side, Gojo," Yaga said, adjusting his glasses and focusing on some papers on his desk. "I just approved that fancy new CT scanner for the ER. Isn't that what you've been whining about? Finally found some spare change in the budget, did we?."
"You fucking bastard," Satoru hissed.
Yaga merely shrugged. "Everyone has to play their role, Gojo."
I watched the exchange with a growing sense of disgust. Yaga's power plays were nothing new, but this — this was something else. Exploiting a grieving widow's generosity, using my student's academic struggles as leverage. It was sickening.
I'd always known Yaga was ruthless, but this level of manipulation left a sour taste in my mouth. He was like a parasite, feeding off the brilliance and drive of others, all while masquerading as an advocate for the institution's best interests.
I clenched my jaw.
How could I continue to work for a man who treated his students and staff as mere commodities to be exploited?
Suddenly, I heard a shaky breath behind me.
I turned to see her staring blankly ahead, her body trembling ever so slightly. "If you'll excuse me," she whispered, then abruptly stood up and practically fled the room.
"Wait—" I started, but she was already gone, the door clicking shut behind her.
"Fuck you, Yaga!" Satoru shouted, slamming his fist against the wall hard enough to leave a mark. "This is your fault, your doing!" With that, he stormed out after her.
And I couldn't follow.
All I could do was try to clean up the mess that was left behind.
As soon as they were gone, I turned back to Yaga, who seemed to think the conversation was over. Oh, but it wasn't. Not by a long shot.
"You know about them," I said, not bothering to phrase it as a question.
"It's obvious even to a blind man, Dr. Geto," Yaga replied, his eyes glued to the papers on his desk.
"And you're just going to ignore it?"
He looked up, a cold glint in his eyes. "I finally found Gojo's weakness. Why would I let that go? At long last, I have a way to make him obey me."
I scoffed. In one swift motion, I swept the papers off his desk, scattering them across the floor. I leaned forward, my hands braced on his desk, glaring at him.
"This crosses a line, Yaga. You've gone too far."
His eyes narrowed. "Watch your tone, Dr. Geto. You're treading on dangerous ground."
"No, you are!" I shot back, my voice rising. "You're exploiting her, using her for your own gain. You think you can manipulate everyone, but you're wrong."
"Control? Greed? Those are harsh words coming from you," Yaga retorted, standing up to face me. "And here I thought you, of all people, would understand."
"Understand your greed? Not a chance."
"I don't care if you like my choices or not. This is how things work. You can play by the rules, or be replaced. Don't delude yourself into thinking you're irreplaceable, Dr. Geto."
"Your arrogance is going to cost you another surgeon if you don't watch it. You drove Sukuna away, and now you're halfway there with Gojo and me."
"Sukuna was a different story!" Yaga snapped, his face contorted with a rage I couldn't quite comprehend. He quickly regained his composure, but the outburst had left an uneasy silence in its wake.
Suddenly, my phone buzzed. I glanced at the screen and saw Shoko's name. Frowning, I answered the call. "Shoko? What is it?"
"Suguru, there's a patient here who insists on seeing Satoru. She says it's really important, but he isn't answering his phone, and she won't leave.“
"Why can't you see her yourself?"
"I need a neurologist's assessment," she replied. "And she specifically asked for Satoru. They had an appointment scheduled, and she's adamant about seeing him."
I sighed, rubbing my temples. "There are other neurologists on staff right now."
I could hear her sigh on the other end of the line. "She's never seen anyone else here, Suguru. I'm pretty sure there's a reason she's so insistent on Satoru. Just look at her, do me a favor."
"Alright, I'll be there soon," I conceded. "Bring her to my office."
I ended the call and turned back to Yaga. I took a deep breath, trying to quell the rage that threatened to consume me. "This isn't over. Not by a damn sight."
"Yeah, yeah, Dr. Geto, as always," he dismissed me, already back at his papers. "By the way, there's a legal consult regarding this research coming up for you and Gojo. We don't want a repeat of past indiscretions, now do we?" He looked up at me.
I wanted to smash his smug face in.
I turned and stormed out of his office, slamming the door behind me. My blood was boiling, my fists clenched tight. I hated this whole damn situation. Hated Yaga, hated his manipulative tactics, hated how he was using her. But most of all, I hated feeling so goddamn powerless.
As I walked down the corridor, my anger slowly hardening into resolve. Yaga might think he was in control, but he was wrong. I wouldn't let him manipulate her, or Satoru, or anyone else.
Not this time. Not ever again.

(note: r&r reader)
I made my way to the hospital.
A damn patient was really the last thing on my mind. I had more important things to do than deal with a hysterical patient. What was it even about? Why did it have to be Satoru she wanted to see? Some relative of his?
I tried to take a deep breath and calm myself, but the downpour between the parking lot and the main entrance made it damn near impossible. By the time I got inside, I was soaked to the bone. No umbrella in sight, of course.
My office door was slightly open. I pushed it in, expecting to find some old lady or something. Instead, a young woman sat in the chair across from my desk. Mid twenties, maybe, with a delicate, almost fragile look about her. Her hands were clasped tightly in her lap.
The office was dark, the lights off, which struck me as odd given the gloomy weather outside. But the light from the window beside her illuminated her face, and I had to admit — she was beautiful.
I must have hesitated overlong in the doorway, because her gaze suddenly snapped up to meet mine, those stunning eyes of hers holding me captive. "You are not Dr. Gojo."
"I'm Dr. Geto," I managed, clearing my throat against the strange tension. "You not fond of light, are you?" I asked pointing towards the light switch.
"I like it a bit dimmed," she said, and I didn't question it further.
I stepped into the room, glancing down at my clothes. Not exactly the most professional look for a doctor, standing there soaked through in front of a patient. I threw on my white coat, but it did little to hide my damp appearance.
"You were here for Dr. Gojo, right?" I said as I sat down behind my desk.
"Yes," she said, her eyes following my every move.
"I'm sorry, but he isn't available right now. But I'm a neurologist as well. Perhaps I can help you instead?"
She slid a piece of paper across my desk, her hand still resting on it. "I just need a signature here."
"A signature?" I leaned forward, water dripping from my hair onto the form. I quickly pushed my wet strands back. "This is a health screening form."
"Yes." Her eyes darted nervously to mine. "I need it for my job."
"Can I take a look at it?" I made to take the paper, but her hand remained firmly in place.
"Just the signature, please. Then I'll be out of your hair."
I raised an eyebrow. "I can't sign something without knowing what I'm signing."
Her brow furrowed, and she snatched the form back. "Sorry to have wasted your time," she muttered, starting to get up.
"Wait," I said, stopping her mid-motion. What was it about this woman? What did Satoru have to do with any of this?
"Tell me." I leaned back in my chair. "What did you and Gojo agree on regarding this?"
She hesitated, biting her lip. "Dr. Gojo agreed to sign it without asking too many questions."
Something didn't add up. Satoru might be an addict, but he wasn't reckless with patients.
"I swear, I'll give you the signature you need if you'd just let me take a look at it first."
Reluctantly, she slid the form back across the desk, avoiding my eyes. I scanned it quickly, my brow furrowing as I saw the long list of medications, mostly anticonvulsants.
That explained the lights being off.
"You have epilepsy." I looked up at her. Why would she think either of us would sign this without checking it out first?
"Yes."
"And you're currently taking all these meds?" I gestured to the list.
"Yes."
I leaned back, studying her face. "And Gojo knew about this?"
"Yes."
"Do you have any other words in your vocabulary besides 'yes'?"
Her brow furrowed, and a flicker of defiance flashed in her eyes.
I sighed. "Come on, sit down."
Reluctantly, she settled back into the chair.
I studied her face, looking for any signs of her epilepsy — a slight tremor in her hands from the Topiramate, maybe. But there was nothing. She was perfectly still. Satoru must have found the right dosage.
The silence stretched on. I waited for an explanation, and she knew it. I could practically see the gears turning in her head.
"He's been treating me for a while," she finally said.
"I see. And he agreed to sign this health screening form for you?"
"Yes—"
I raised an eyebrow.
"Look, Dr. Geto, I really need this for my internship," she pleaded. "It's really important to me."
I glanced back down at the form. "Nishimura and Asahi, huh? That's a big deal. You're a law intern?"
"Yes, I am. I'll be working there for the next semester."
I skimmed the papers again, test results, MRI scans. "So, you're almost done with your studies?"  I asked, not looking up.
"I do my second state examination after my internship, yes, then I'm done."
"Hmm." I looked up from the papers, the rain drumming against the windows, the only sound in the otherwise silent office. She stared at me, unwavering.
"So you're preparing for your final exams while working the internship? Sounds stressful," I tried to broach the subject carefully.
"Please, Dr. Geto," she said. "I just need a signature on this paper, and I'm out of here."
I sighed. "I understand. But I can't just sign this without checking in on you first. I need to run some tests, make sure you're fit for work."
My eyes scanned the papers again. Blood tests and medication checks were recent, but the MRI scans were outdated. Even Satoru wouldn't have let her slide with that.
"Look, we can make this quick," I offered. "Your MRI scans are old. We take new ones, and then—"
"No," she blurted out, her voice rising in panic. "I mean, isn't there another way?"
"Another way to look into your brain?" I raised an eyebrow. "I'm afraid not."
She bit her lip, her hands clenching and unclenching in her lap, saying nothing.
"Look, it's crucial for me to get a clear picture of your brain activity," I explained. "It's the only way I can make sure you're safe and healthy. Otherwise, I can't sign that form."
She looked up at me again. "I... I can't do MRIs. I'm not really comfortable with enclosed spaces."
Huh?
Was that the problem?
I ran a hand through my damp hair, looking back at her scans. "Your last scans were done by Dr. Gojo too, right?"
"Yes."
She was a woman of few words, it seemed.
"Was there something special Dr. Gojo did that made you feel more comfortable in the MRI? Did he give you any medication? Vistaril? Valium?" I knew it wasn't that, though. Those drugs would interact badly with her other meds.
She shifted uncomfortably in her seat, looking like she might throw up any second. "He... held my hand."
Ha?
My eyebrows shot up. "He held your hand?"
She lifted her chin and looked away. "It... it helped."
I can only imagine the dumbfounded look that must have settled on my features as I processed her words. I couldn't picture Satoru, who rather had his patients in and out in mere seconds, being so patient and caring with anyone. Let alone holding their hand through a brain scan.
She crossed her arms, a stubborn look on her face. "I swear, nothing weird happened. He just held my hand, that's all."
I couldn't help but laugh.
"It's not funny," she protested, her cheeks flushing. "It was really embarrassing."
"Oh, I'm sure it was," I teased, enjoying her flustered reaction. "But it's also quite cute."
She huffed, turning her head away. "It's not cute. It's just... something he did."
I leaned forward, resting my elbows on the desk. "And would you like me to do the same?"
Her eyes narrowed, a spark of challenge in them. "His hands were really soft."
"Is that so?" I leaned back in my chair. I could see the wheels turning in her head, her stubbornness a thinly veiled attempt to stall for time.
"And warm."
"Aha."
"And he had this way of holding my hand," she started, demonstrating with her own hands. My eyebrows shot up even higher as she mimicked Satoru's thumb stroking her knuckles. "Like this."
Somewhere in the middle of her demonstration, she must have realized how ridiculous this was, because she abruptly stopped.
"Don't laugh!" she warned, and I realized I was indeed grinning like an idiot.
Before she could object, I reached out and took her hand in mine.
Her skin was soft, her fingers delicate. I held her gaze, challenging her silently. Not sure what I was trying to prove, but the warmth of her hand in mine felt... good. I knew I was crossing a line here, but I couldn't bring myself to care.
"See? Not so bad, is it?"
She didn't say anything, but her grip tightened a bit. I held her gaze for a few more seconds, then my thumb brushed against the back of her hand in a soothing gesture. She seemed to relax slightly under my touch.
Her eyes darted around the room as if searching for an escape route. "I... I suppose."
I couldn't help but let the moment linger, our hands still intertwined. I noticed a slight tremor in her fingers, and my thumb instinctively smoothed over her skin again.
She suddenly gasped. "That's... quite weird."
"And with Gojo it wasn't weird?"
She shook her head, eyes glued to our hands. "No. I just realized it's weird in general."
I smiled. "Well, then it's settled. We'll schedule your MRI for tomorrow morning."
"You're not like other doctors."
"Perhaps not," I said, finally letting go of her hand. "But you're not exactly your average patient either."
"What's that supposed to mean?" she gestured towards my soaked shirt. "You're the doctor who's completely drenched. I can practically see your skin underneath. Not very professional, is it?"
I glanced down at my sopping clothes. I hadn't even realized how see-through my shirt was. "For someone who's afraid of an MRI machine, you sure have a big mouth."
She crossed her arms. "And for someone who just held a patient's hand without their explicit consent, you sure have a lot of nerve. That's a violation of medical ethics, you know. I could report you for that."
"A law student, are we?" I raised an eyebrow, a smirk tugging at my lips. "Perhaps you should focus on passing your exams before you start threatening lawsuits."
"Yeah, well, I'd need that signature before I can do that, wouldn't I?"
"Fair enough." I stood up, keys in hand. "Until tomorrow then. Try not to sue me in your sleep."
I turned to leave, but her voice stopped me. "Just so you know, Dr. Geto. I'm not afraid of MRI machines. I just don't like them."
I turned back, a grin spreading across my face. "We'll see about that tomorrow, Attorney," I challenged. "We'll see about that."
The hallway was empty, the silence broken only by the steady drip of water from my clothes. As I walked, the adrenaline of the encounter faded, replaced by the familiar weight of the day's earlier events. The tense confrontation with Yaga, the lingering ache for her — it all came back, a dull throb in the background of my thoughts.
Her face.
Her eyes.
That damn smile.
I ran a hand through my hair.
Fuck.
─────── ౨ৎ ───────
(note: r&r reader)
I held my promise.
Her fingers were cold and clammy, her pulse racing beneath my touch. My thumb traced the back of her hand, hoping to convey some sense of comfort. The MRI machine's steady thrum filled the room, but beneath it, I could still hear her shallow breaths.
How the hell did I end up here? Holding hands with a patient during a goddamn brain scan was definitely not in my job description.
"Can you tell me something?" she asked. "Dr. Gojo always talked to me while I was in here."
"What do you want to know?"
"How did you and Dr. Gojo meet?"
I hesitated, slightly irritated by the personal question.
"We've known each other our whole lives. Kindergarten, elementary school, high school... we didn't always get along. He can be a real pain in the ass. But somewhere along the way, we just clicked. Been stuck together ever since. Same university, now working together."
"So you've never been apart?"
"Not really," I said, continuing to soothe her hand with my thumb. "I think the longest we were separated was when he did a semester abroad. Six months, maybe."
"Wow. Sounds like you're an old married couple."
I huffed. "Yeah, somehow we were that."
"Were?"
I looked up, realizing I'd slipped into past tense.
There was a long silence as I thought about it. We used to be so close, inseparable. There was nothing we didn't share, nothing that could ever come between us. But lately, it felt like we were drifting apart.
Maybe I was only realizing it now.
"Oh, I..." I trailed off. I rested my chin on my free hand, looking away from her. "I guess it's only natural. People drift apart. Life happens."
What the hell was I doing?
This was some random patient of Satoru's, a complete stranger. I should've stuck to small talk, the weather, anything but my personal life. But maybe, with everything going on, I just needed to talk about it — to anyone. Because I sure as hell couldn't talk to Satoru about it.
But she wouldn't understand, would she? She was just a stranger.
She wouldn't understand the sleepless nights, the endless tossing and turning, the hollow ache in my chest that wouldn't go away.
"Hmm," she murmured, her grip on my hand tightening slightly. "Was it a woman?"
"Huh?" I looked at her, or at least the part of her face that wasn't hidden by the MRI machine.
"The reason you parted, I mean?"
"No. It wasn't a woman."
The silence hung in the air as the MRI hummed and clicked. She didn't say anything.
I took a deep breath. "It was a woman. But not in the way you think."
"It's never what it seems, is it?"
I hesitated, not sure how much to share. But something in her voice, a softness, made me want to go on. "They share a bond... a deep one. I've never seen anything like that. It's like they're the very air the other breathes."
Her grip on my hand tightened, as if she understood the depth of my pain, even without knowing the full story. "I'm sorry," she whispered.
"It's alright," I said, trying to shrug it off, but the pain was still raw. "I knew from the start that they were made for each other."
The truth sliced through me, sharp and cold.
They were too similar, both bordering on insanity to be fair, but similar. Yet, they were so stubborn, so unwilling to admit their need for each other, that they'd rather tear each other down.
It was a damn tragedy.
Even more of a tragedy to get caught up in their destruction, to have these stupid feelings I'd rather not have.
I stayed silent, unsure if I wanted to say anything more. It hurt too much to talk about it, the wound still too fresh. But then, her voice cut through the silence again.
"The law firm is hell."
"Huh?" I was pulled back to the present. "What do you mean?"
"The corporate types are all so stiff and judgmental," she complained. "And the other law students... so ambitious, always trying to one-up each other. I hate it."
My lips twitched into a light smile. "Yeah, law students were always ambitious, even back in my day."
"They are. Everyone's so focused on being the best, even if it means stepping on others. I'm not sure I have that kind of ambition."
"But you got an internship at one of the top law firms in the city," I pointed out. "That must mean you're pretty ambitious yourself."
There was a pause, then she almost whispered, "Yeah, but at what cost..."
Hm?
I barely caught her words, but before I could ask her to repeat herself, a sudden beep from the MRI machine cut through the air. The machine whirred to a stop, the sudden silence almost unsettling. The scan was complete.
The table slowly slid out, bringing her back into full view. She blinked, her eyes adjusting to the light. "That's it?" she asked, sounding surprised. "It's over?"
"All done, Attorney," I said with a reassuring smile. "You did great."
As she started to sit up, I realized I was still holding her hand. She glanced down at our intertwined fingers. "You can let go now, Dr. Geto."
I blinked, snapping back to reality. I quickly released her hand. "Sorry."
"It's okay," she said, a playful smirk tugging at her lips. "I tend to have that effect on men."
"Again, for someone who's afraid of MRIs, you've got a pretty big mouth."
"Again, I'm not afraid of them. I just don't like them."
"Yeah, yeah," I said, helping her off the table. My hand brushed against hers again. "Now let's take a look at those scans."

(note: r&r reader)
As the images flickered onto the screen, my focus sharpened, my eyes scanning the intricate patterns of her brain. The room was quiet, broken only by the soft hum of the computer and the rhythmic beeping of the nearby monitors.
"Everything looks good, Attorney," I said. "No signs of any abnormalities or lesions."
She leaned forward, her eyes wide with interest as she studied the images. "So, I'm all clear?"
"As far as I can tell. Your epilepsy seems to be well-controlled with your current medication."
"Thanks, Dr. Geto, I really appreciate it."
"You're welcome," I replied, grabbing the form from my desk. "Now, about that signature..." I quickly filled it out, my pen scratching across the paper. With a final flourish, I signed my name at the bottom.
"Here you go," I said, handing it over. "All set."
She took it, her eyes scanning the document quickly. "Thank you. You've been a lifesaver."
"Just doing my job." I waved away her thanks. "Now, go out there and conquer the legal world."
She looked up from the paper and met my gaze with a boldness that caught me off guard. "Would you like to go out for drinks this weekend?"
I blinked, my mind scrambling to process her words. "I... what?" I stammered, completely taken aback. "Are you—asking me out?"
"No, no, that's not it at all!" She quickly waved her hands in front of her face. "I mean, not like a date or anything. I could really use a friend, someone to show me around and... you know, just hang out with."
I stared at her, amused and bewildered at the same time. "Attorney, I'm at least ten years older than you."
Her eyebrows shot up. "Ha? How old are you?"
"How old are you?"
"Didn't you read my medical history, doctor?"
Right. Now I remembered. Twenty-six. Yeah, ten years older. I leaned against the desk, not quite sure what to make of her proposition.
"I'm your doctor," I said, reminding her of the obvious.
"Technically, I'm Dr. Gojo's patient."
"Even so, you realize how this could be perceived, right?"
"It's not like I'm asking for your kidney. Just a few drinks." She shrugged, unfazed. "Besides, you seem like a nice guy."
"That's all it takes for you?"
"Come on, don't make it so hard for me," she said, pouting playfully.
"I'm not sure I'm the best person to show you around town. I'm a bit of a workaholic. Socializing isn't exactly my forte."
She tilted her head, studying me with a curious gaze. "So you're saying you don't have any friends?" she asked, a playful challenge in her voice. "Are you a loner, Dr. Geto?"
I hesitated, thrown off by her directness. "Do you always speak your mind so bluntly?"
She shrugged. "Only when I'm talking to heartbroken doctors who seem a little lonely."
I couldn't help but be intrigued by her persistence.
She was unlike any patient I'd ever met — bold, witty, and surprisingly insightful. And despite the age difference, there was some sort of strange understanding between us. I couldn't quite tell if she was doing this for herself or for me, but I found myself wanting to find out.
"Alright, Attorney," I said. "You win. I'll show you around town. But don't expect any wild nights out. I'm more of a quiet bar and good conversation kind of guy."
Her face lit up with a genuine smile. "Sounds perfect. Just promise me you won't try to diagnose me with anything while we're out."
"Why, is there more to diagnose?"
"Nothing major," she said with a chuckle. "Just the usual existential angst, quarter-life crisis, questioning my entire career path kind of stuff."
"Don't worry. I won't diagnose anything outside this hospital."
"Great." She grinned, extending her hand. "Then it's a deal."
As our hands clasped together, I returned her smile. "Deal."

(note: s&c reader)
Satoru's call woke me up, telling me to get my ass to the lab. It was my day off, damn it, but when he mentioned she wanted to meet us. I dragged myself out of bed.
By the time I got to our old lab — now ours again, apparently — Satoru was already mapping out the entire research study on the whiteboard. He must have been there for hours.
Good thing I'd brought two coffees. I knew this was coming.
Hours passed in a blur of caffeine and whiteboard markers. Satoru and I argued over every damn strategy, our approaches clashing like always. He wanted to go one way, I wanted to go another. Every idea we had was met with immediate criticism and erased within minutes.
New idea, erase, repeat.
But we kept going, trying to find a plan that would work, not just for us, but for her. We both wanted to take some of the burden off her shoulders.
Then the lab door opened. I turned, surprised to see anyone before the afternoon. My heart stuttered in my chest.
It was her.
She walked over to us, her expression unreadable. It was the first time I'd seen her since Yaga's office, since I'd almost let those three damning words slip past my guard. Since I'd seen the confusion in her eyes when she realized what I was about to confess.
God, what had I been thinking?
That she'd what, return my feelings?
Foolish.
"What are you doing here?" Satoru asked. "Don't you have a lecture right now?"
"Yuta's covering for me. It's fine."
"That's not how this research will work. You won't jeopardize your studies for this," Satoru said, his voice firm.
"Last time I checked, this was my research. Remember?" she retorted, her tone just as sharp.
Satoru merely huffed. She shifted under his gaze, looking uncomfortable. And tired. No, tired was an understatement. She looked like she hadn't slept in a week. Her cheeks were hollow, her skin pale. I hated seeing her like this.
"You look exhausted," I observed quietly. "Are you sure you're up for this?"
"I'm fine," she said, but it was a blatant lie.
I glanced at Satoru, who was already looking at me with a frown. He thought the same thing I did.
"Look, I have an idea," she said suddenly, walking over to the whiteboard and snatching the marker from my hand. Before I could react, she erased our notes with a few harsh strokes.
Ouch.
"My original approach was too theoretical—too cautious," she began, drawing on the whiteboard. "I wanted to use CAR-T therapy to treat brain tumors like blood diseases, but that's not enough. What if we combine CAR-T with targeted antibodies?"
I took a seat next to Satoru, my eyes following hers as she scribbled diagrams and equations on the board. I took a sip of my coffee, already cold. "Antibodies... what kind?"
"T-cell engagers," she said without missing a beat. "We can engineer them to bridge the gap between the CAR-T cells and the tumor."
"That's never been tested before," Satoru chimed in.
"That's why we'll be the first," she retorted. “We'll modify the CAR-T cells to specifically target the glioblastoma's antigen fingerprint. But we need to combine them with T-cell engagers, designed to simultaneously bind the EGFR protein. This way, we can maximize tumor cell destruction."
It was hard to keep up. Her words were spilling out a mile a minute, as if she was afraid they otherwise might slip her mind, the drawings on the board barely legible.
Then, she spun around. "And we'll inject them directly into the brain."
Silence.
Satoru and I stared at her, trying to process what she'd just laid out. Even as seasoned neurosurgeons, we were struggling to keep up. This was on a whole other level than anything we'd considered.
We were looking for something that would work and be safe.
She just wanted to find a way to make it work, damn the risks it seemed. The lack of sleep was clearly messing with her head, but in a twisted way, it made sense. Still, we couldn't actually go through with this, could we?
Her gaze flitted between us, waiting for a response.
God, I need a cigarette.
"That's," I paused, searching for the right word, "—bold."
"More like insane," Satoru countered. "When was the last time you actually slept?"
"Ha? Tell me this doesn't make sense."
I leaned back, drumming my fingers on the armrest as I thought it over. "It does. Theoretically, it could work."
"Combining CAR-T with antibodies? Direct brain injection? We don't have preclinical data, not even hypothetical models to support something this radical," Satoru countered.
"So?" she challenged. "Isn't that what groundbreaking research is about? Taking risks, pushing boundaries?" She gestured to the whiteboard. "This—this is worth the risk."
I stood up and started pacing, rubbing my chin as I thought it through. I walked back over to the board, took the marker from her hand, and started scribbling.
"She's right,"  I said, my mind racing.  "Direct injection cuts through the blood-brain barrier issue. And targeted antibodies... that opens up possibilities we haven't even considered."
But there were still so many obstacles. "The potential for cytokine release syndrome—" I mused aloud. "If the T-cells overreact, we could trigger an inflammatory response."
She leaned closer, her eyes focused on the board. "We can manage that. Steroids, anti-IL-6... strict monitoring protocols."
Hmm, maybe. But there was still more to consider. I kept writing. "And what about the target itself? EGFRvIII is notoriously heterogeneous. We need robust evidence that our antibodies won't miss their mark—"
"Is it just me, or am I the only sane person in this room right now?" Satoru interrupted, his arms crossed as he glared at us from his chair. "We're not talking about hypothetical models here. We're talking about messing with someone's brain. Someone's life."
"I'm well aware of the risks, Satoru," she shot back.
"Aware and reckless aren't the same thing," he retorted.
"Coming from you, that's rich."
God, I need two cigarettes now.
"Look, you've barely slept for a week, and now you're proposing—what, supercharged T-cells?" He gestured towards our chaotic notes on the whiteboard. "Have you both lost your goddamn minds?" His gaze flickered between the two of us.
I was surprised he was so hesitant. Satoru was usually the first to jump into the deep end. Somehow, I had the feeling he changed. He wasn't as risky as I used to know him. Must be her influence.
She took a step forward, her eyes locked on Satoru's. "This could work, Satoru. Or are you too much of a coward to even try?"
"Ha?"
She leaned in, her hands gripping the arms of his chair. "Tell me, do these supercharged T-cells unnerve you? Make you uncomfortable with yourself?"
I had to look away. The sight of them so close together made my stomach churn. I didn't want to see whatever was about to happen. She whispered something I couldn't make out, but the intensity in her eyes was clear. A wave of irritation, of jealousy, washed over me.
My phone buzzed, a welcome distraction. I pulled it out, annoyance flaring when I saw the caller ID.
"Damn it." I answered the call. "Shoko, what is it?"
"Hey Suguru, look, we have an emergency here and the other neurologist is out sick. We need someone to jump in, can you come?"
I rubbed my temple. "Alright, I'm on my way."
I turned back to them, already gathering my things. "We'll pick this up later. There's a situation at the hospital." I looked at her, concern replacing my irritation. "Get some rest. You look like hell."
The words were out before I could stop them, harsher than I intended. But I was already halfway out the door.
Later, as I was scrubbing into surgery, my own words echoed in my mind.
And I felt awful.
─────── ౨ৎ ───────
(note: s&c reader)
Sharp autumn air stung my lungs with each greedy drag on my cigarette.
Across the table, Satoru's fingers tapped an impatient rhythm on the worn table that set my teeth on edge. I had to resist the urge to reach over and grab his wrist to make him stop. His eyes were glued to his phone. Overhead, the sky was a bruise-colored canvas, the sun barely visible.
Forgotten coffee grew cold between us.
I took another long drag from my cigarette. Satoru shifted opposite of me, his leg bouncing with nervous energy. He hadn't looked away from his phone in minutes, his fingers twitching as if itching to type a message.
We sat like this for a while at the campus outdoor cafeteria. Students hurried past. Neither of us said a word.
"Sorry for ditching you with my patient the other day," he finally said. "How'd it go?"
I exhaled a plume of smoke and watched it vanish into the leaden sky. "Everything's fine. Medication's good, MRI was clean."
"That's good news," he said, already back to his phone, unlocking and locking it in a nervous tic. "Knew you'd take care of her." He glanced up with a smirk. "So she actually went through with the MRI? How'd that go?"
I let out a dry laugh. "Let's not talk about it." I stubbed out my cigarette butt in the grimy ashtray and immediately lit another. "Didn't know you were so soft with your patients."
"I'm not a monster, you know." He shrugged, gaze dropping back to his phone. "I do what's best for them, even if it means bending the rules a bit." He paused, a smirk once again forming on his lips. "She's pretty straightforward, huh?"
"Did you sleep with her?" I asked bluntly.
Satoru's head snapped up, eyebrows raised. "What, you think I'm screwing every student that walks through my door?"
"You seem familiar."
"She's nice. I was nice in return. That's all." His attention was already drifting back to the bright screen. "Besides, she works with Higurama. He asked me to keep an eye on her."
I exhaled slowly, the smoke a grey ghost against the darkening sky.
"She's doing okay, by the way," he offered without looking up.
My blood ran cold.
I knew who he was talking about. We both did.
Satoru's gaze met mine, his smirk gone. "I know you want to ask."
Silence fell. I wondered if he could sense the fever-pitch of my pulse, if he knew about my feelings for her. Because the way he looked at me now, I had a sinking feeling he did. My fingers tightened around my coffee cup.
"It's not easy for her," I said, trying to sound indifferent.
"Yeah." Satoru's expression hardened. "I should kill Yaga over this whole mess."
"Still, her plan might actually work. It's a good one."
"Yeah, but at what cost?" His leg started its anxious bouncing again under the table. "She's pushing herself too damn hard."
He paused, then blurted, "We should leave this university."
"Like we talked about before you backed out?"
"You know why." He unlocked his phone again, only to lock it a second later with a sigh. "I can't leave her alone with these maniacs."
"The whole staying away from her thing isn't really working out, huh?"
"Of course not," Satoru scoffed with a weary sigh. "I should've known better."
I took a sip of the coffee gone cold and bitter minutes ago, watching him over the rim. He raked a hand through his hair, then tugged at the strands, his leg still bouncing under the table. Something was eating at him.
"You okay?" I asked.
"Yeah, fine," he replied curtly.
I watched him for a beat longer. He was clearly anything but fine. But I knew better than to push it. He wouldn't tell me anyway. Satoru always kept that shit bottled up tight.
But there was another issue too, wasn't there?
"How's the medication treating you?" I asked instead. "We should get your liver enzymes checked soon."
"Huh?" He looked up from his phone, clearly surprised by the question — as if he'd forgotten about his failing liver.
Just then, Zenin Maki and her friends strolled past our table. Okkotsu gave us a quick wave as they passed, and I returned a faint smile.
It was strange. She wasn't with them.
Come to think of it, I hadn't seen her around campus at all since we last crossed paths in the lab.
Satoru's gaze followed them as they scanned the outdoor seating area for a table. His eyes widened, then he quickly stood up. "Sorry, Suguru, I have to go," he said hastily, not giving me any explanation. But I should be used to this by now.
It wasn't the first time.
He was already gone, leaving his coffee cold and abandoned in his wake. I took another long drag of my cigarette, stubbed it out in the overflowing ashtray, and reached for my phone.
[12:15 PM] Me: So, Saturday at 9pm? Know a good sports bar if you're into that.
[12:16 PM] Attorney: Sounds good, love sports. Send me the address.

author's note: i'm so thrilled to hear your thoughts on geto's pov! he's really struggling with gojo and s&c reader being the mess that they are and his feelings in all of it, but don't worry, he'll get his happy ending (with you) too hehe <33
i hope it wasn't too confusing though. this is my first time writing a spin-off, so if you haven't read symptoms and causes, it must be quite confusing at times. but the next chapters will focus less on the s&c reader and more on geto and the r&r reader of course. but i love how i can provide background info for s&c through this story and vice versa :)) & lastly, thank you so much for reading !! your support truly means the world. hope u all have a great day !! <3

mine now | gallagher x f! reader ( 18 + )
Tumblr media
ill be so real with you my dearest freaky anon i'm not the biggest fan of cheating so plspls understand that if this kinda sucks,,, im sorry, especially since you were waiting for so long for this and then i drop the most lukewarm fic of all time. i also had to change the story around so that it was something that i was comfortable writing, sorry about that ! still the basic premise, i just am not good with ntr for some reason ?? weird. who knows man. tags : drug abuse ! dubcon, dirty talking, weed & alcohol mention, female anatomy reader but its sort of nonspecific idk, pw/op, voyeurism sorta, exhibitionism sorta, coercion almost, mentions of infidelity, comfort turns into sex, possessiveness, unprotected sex, gallagher uses petnames a lot, reader being drunk & high at the same time, reader gets on call with her ex boyfriend while gallagher fucks them words: 1.8k
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
gallagher's hand was in your hair, your head pulled back as he pounded you so hard into the mattress it made your hip hurt a little bit from the pressure, not that it was really what you were focused on. he'd promised to make you forget your shitty ex boyfriend who'd cheated on you, and you had agreed on that without a second thought. it was originally just a drink that the two of you shared together, with you ranting about this loser to gallagher, who was all too patient with you.
one drink turned into three, and drinks turned into smoking together. being crossfaded and half focused, those little rants went on about everything that had pissed you off about that loser since the moment the relationship started to decay. everything from how he refused to flush the toilet no matter how many times you reminded him, to how tiny his dick was. gallagher had laughed at your jokes about him, and it spurred you on to keep going, laughing about that loser's tiny shrimp dick. gallagher asked if you'd ever had a dick bigger than two inches, and you shook your head. you had no idea what sex was really supposed to feel like aside from what you knew.
then he asked if you were willing to see what it was like, and you swore you'd never felt more sober than that moment right then as you hesitantly nodded. was it still going to hurt if you weren't a virgin anymore ? the answer, surprisingly, was a resounding yes ! you learned that pretty quickly as gallagher's hips pistoned into yours, his free hand grabbing the fat of your ass, his body pressed against yours so he could whisper into your ear.
" don't be shy, baby, you can let your makeup ruin my sheets. it's been ruining my shirt all night now, " he purred in your ear, his sharp canines daring to bite into the sensitive skin of your neck completely without warning. when he finally did, you made a pathetic little mewl that you weren't even aware that you could make. " a little reminder of who can fuck you better than that fuckin' pathetic loser, yeah ? gonna go to work tomorrow n show off your mark for everyone to see, yeah ? "
possessiveness was driving him, only amplified tenfold by the weed in his system. it made you both feel everything so much deeper, so both in tune with your bodies and completely disorientated at the exact same time. you couldn't feel your toes anymore, and you weren't even sure you had a tongue in your mouth you were so far gone, but you could feel every deep stroke inside of you as he thrust, and the feeling of his nails digging into the flesh of your ass.
you were a disaster. you knew you should be somewhere else. it was in three the morning, you were three drinks and several shots deep, and with enough weed in your system to kill a victorian child before they could even understand what was happening to them. but you had no idea that you needed this so much, needed to feel him so deep inside of you that it brought you to tears, stretching you so well that you thought there was no way it was going to fit. and yet his cock buried itself completely inside you each time, his tip hitting against your walls in that special spot that made you cry out.
you wanted to scream, you wanted to cry, and by god you wanted to moan so loud that your neighbors could hear you. and maybe you were doing all of those things, at this point you weren't entirely sure what you were doing, other than taking his cock. gallagher was like an animal, desperate to claim every inch of you, and you were so willing to give him everything that he desired without any amount of a fight.
you heard a noise in the background, but you honestly didn't think much of it at that point. it was so unimportant, you didn't really care what it was, although you recognized the sound. " baby, your phone is ringin', you wanna answer it, or should i ? "
you made a pitiful little noise, and he took that as a perfectly valid answer, grabbing your phone and sliding it up for you. " hey, yeah ? oh, man. " you couldn't hear what was going on on the other side of the phone, but you could hear gallagher chuckle, and you swore he started to fuck you even harder now, the lewd noises of your skin slapping together undoubtedly able to be heard through the phone. " yeah, sorry you're a fuckin' loser, but they've got some new dick. thank you for keepin' them so fuckin' tight f'me. "
you don't know why your ex hadn't hung up the phone yet, but also on the other hand it made complete sense. if he had a way to argue, he was going to argue, even when all of the odds were against him, and the answer was blaring at him straight in his face. you buried your face in the pillow, trying not to make so much noise, but finding it impossible with the way gallagher was thrusting inside of you like he owned your body. and maybe he did, who knows at this point ? you just knew that you'd never felt this good, not with yourself, or any other partner.
" you wanna talk to them ? oh, man, be my fuckin' guest. i just hope you know you ain't gonna like what you hear. "
without a warning, the phone was pushed against your ear, letting you speak and say whatever you wanted to, but you couldn't find the words to say anything to him in between the moans spilling from your lips. " i-i- hh- fuck- " you whimpered, trying to think of something to say, but your mind was completely blank and filled with so many thoughts at the exact same time. there was only a brief moment of time where there wasn't anything coming from the other line, your ex so stunned that he couldn't find anything to say, but then came the barrage of insults, ones that would make you cry if you weren't being fucked so well by a man like gallagher, who was able to take your mind off of a pathetic man like your ex.
" put him on speaker, doll. let him hear you cummin' your brains out on my cock if he's so inclined. shit, i'll send him a video if he wants. whatever gets him to understand that you aren't his anymore, " gallagher growled behind you, one of his hands coming to snake around your waist, rubbing the sensitive nub between your legs with his thick, calloused thumb. you could only nod in response, sitting your phone down and turning it on speaker. you wanted him to feel horrible about everything he did to you, and you were hoping this was exactly the revenge you needed to finally get over him.
with the phone out of your hands, it was like it was entirely forgotten, especially with his finger rubbing your clit in tiny little circles. everything was building up to feel so strong inside of you, you had no idea what was happening. was it the drugs in your system making your body act up like this ? you had no idea, completely unsure what was going on. you felt this feeling in your tummy tightening as gallagher fucked you senseless, exactly like how he had promised to.
" ga-gallagher- " you whimpered out, your breath hitching in your throat. even in your fucked out state, you still managed to say something coherent, and of course it was his name. that thought only brought a satisfied grin to his face, and the older man couldn't stop himself from responding, clearly putting on a show for the person on the other end of the phone.
" what is it, my sweet ? gonna cum ? ya gonna cum on my cock like this 'nd forget all about him ? you take me so well, it's like you were made for a big, fat cock to stretch you out 'nd rearrange ya. " he was going so hard he needed to grab the headboard, his nails digging into the wood so hard that he wasn't sure if it would splinter or not, not that it even mattered. a little blood wasn't going to hurt him, and it certainly wasn't going to make him stop fucking your divine body into the perfect little cocksleeve for him. " is this your first orgasm on a cock ? you don't even know what's happenin' to ya, that's fuckin' adorable. you aint got no idea why you feel all tight down there, huh ? "
all you could do was nod helplessly against him, drooling onto the fabric of the bedsheets that was so soaked from your slick just dripping down your legs and pooling underneath you. " gonna- gonna cum, gonna cum, gallagher- pl-please- " you didn't know why you were saying please, you knew he wasn't going to stop now, not when he had a point to make of giving you the best orgasm you've ever had in your life.
" cum then, sweetie. i'll ride you through it. i'm gonna cum in this little hole of yours, okay ? you okay with that ? " you didn't give him a verbal response, just a nod of your head, but he couldn't stop himself from gently slapping your clit, making you cry out in pain, the sharpness of the sensation leaving you breathless. " say it, doll. say you want me to cum inside. you can do it, baby. "
" please- cuh-cum inside of me, gallagher- " you begged, earning you a tentative kiss on the side of your neck where he had bitten you earlier, and his finger started to rub circles around your sore clit again, perfectly timed just to make you cum.
" we're gonna cum together, okay ? let go, baby. i'm right here wi-with ya, " he couldn't stop himself from letting out a low groan, letting go of the headboard to grab your hip, dragging you on his cock as he fucked himself on you, chasing your orgasms together. with a low, animalistic growl, gallagher let go inside of you, shooting hot ropes inside of your walls as you clenched helplessly around him, the duo orgasm making you feel like you were able to blank out at any second, but you were entirely aware of your situation. he rode out the sensations with you, slowing down into gentle thrusts as he milked both of your orgasms at the same time.
when he pulled, gallagher laughed to himself, kissing the side of your neck and your nape several times as he wrapped his arms around your waist, pressing his body against yours. " he hung up. guess we gotta call him back when we have a round two, yeah ? "

A Fine Line [part 5]
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: You've been with Aegon for a little over four years and the relationship just isn't the same. His brother isn't helping the situation, either.
Pairing: Modern Aegon Targaryen x Reader / Modern Aemond Targaryen x Reader
Word Count: ~7.2k
Author’s Note: I'm just going to go ahead and put this on a mini-hiatus because I'm moving in less than a month and I don't want anyone waiting for updates. Please note, I have e v e r y intention of finishing this series. I have been writing this for a year, and while it was my intention to be finished by now, you have to understand that I began writing this after my own long-term relationship began to unravel due to many of the same feelings the reader feels towards Aegon. Over the last year, I was able to successfully fix the foundation of my relationship, but it was a rough journey. I have a very clear direction of where this is going, life is just very hectic. It has not been my intention to let anyone down with how spaced out the chapters have been.
Warnings for the entire series: severe angst, cheating, unprotected sex, jealousy, lying, possessiveness, stalking, manipulation, language, alcohol use, recreational drug use.

"I shouldn't have put you through that."
Aegon's words reached you softly as you removed your earrings and carefully unpinned your hair. He was standing in the threshold of your bedroom, leaning against the door frame; two empty wine glasses in one hand and a bottle of merlot in the other.
You looked at him through the reflection of the mirror.  His dress shirt was slightly undone at the top and untucked from his slacks– barefoot, he approached you quietly; pouring you both a glass before moving to sit on the bed. You turn to him, taking a glass from his hand, lips sinking into a sad smile as your eyes glanced over at the small suitcase he had packed, sitting next to the door.
Otto wanted him on a plane to Seattle first thing Monday morning.
"I always used to wonder why I had never met them," you replied, dropping your shoulders as you took a sip from your glass. The corners of your lips turn upwards as you say, "I thought that you were ashamed of me."
"Ashamed of them," he countered quickly and rolled his eyes. He reached his hand out and you took a step closer, allowing for him to pull you in. His hands rested on your hips as you stood between his knees, holding his head in your hands. "I could never be ashamed of you."
A silence falls over the two of you as he rests his head forehead against yours and lets out a sigh, holding you tight against him. Your hands move to his hair; softly carding through the thick, blonde strands and he hums in response as his own fingers curl in the velvet fabric of your dress. He lifts his head to look into your eyes and whispers that he loves you. Your hand traces along his jawline until you’re holding his chin between your fingers. His blue eyes are glossy like sea glass and his lips are stained red, both from the wine.
You can feel his hands slide down your backside, smoothing out the crushed blue velvet until he’s reached the hem. He hasn’t kissed you yet, but his lips are taunting, hovering just centimeters from your own. His eyes are fixated on yours as his fingertips move under your dress, teasing slowly up the backs of your thighs. Your eyes lull shut, feeling the touch that you were so desperate for.
“I would hope he wouldn’t be foolish enough to–” Aemond’s words were planted within you, taking root in your insecurities and spreading like disease. “He’s been known to be a bit thoughtless in the past.”
You take Aegon’s hands in yours and stop him from going any further. It’s the last thing that you want to do, but you need to know. His brows crease as he looks at you, clearly confused.
“I need to ask you something,” your voice is soft and unsure as you bite your lip. His expression shifts from confusion to concern as he senses the gravity of your words.
He nods slowly, gently encouraging you to continue.
You draw in a deep breath, steeling yourself for what you're about to say. The weight of your question hangs heavy in the air, and for a moment, the room feels suffocatingly silent. “Where were you last Friday night after the gala?”
"I-" Aegon's gaze softens with understanding, voice trailing off momentarily before he clears his throat, attempting to gather his thoughts. “After the gala, Otto and I went back to the office to figure out what to do with Stark International. We’ve offered them everything we can and they still aren’t biting. They agreed to one last offer, and we wanted to do it in person, hence Seattle.”
You study his face intently, searching for any sign of deception, but his expression remains open and honest, his features relaxed. Despite his explanation, that gnawing sense of doubt continued to nag at the most insecure parts of your mind, fueled by the lingering uncertainty that has plagued your relationship for too long. You wanted to believe him, you had no reason not to, but the suspicion lingered; stubbornly persistent, refusing to be silenced by his words.
He looks at you for a moment and finally the realization washes over him.
“You thought I was–” Aegon’s voice trails off as your eyes meet and you reluctantly nod your head, silently confirming his thoughts. He stands immediately and wraps his arms around you, pulling you into him. Tears instantly well in your eyes. “I am so, so sorry that I made you feel that way,” he murmurs softly, his lips against your hair. "You need to know that you are the only good thing in my life, and I know that things haven’t been the way they used to be, but I’d never do that to you. I’ve just been so stressed lately."
“You can talk to me about it,” you mumble against his chest before you peel yourself from him to look into his eyes. Aegon tenderly brushes a tear from your cheek, his expression almost breaking. “You don’t have to shut me out.”
“I know,” he sighs and moves to grab his wine glass from the bedside table, gulping the rest of the liquid. He plants himself back on the bed, his shoulders sagging under the weight of his stress.
“Do you?” You ask, wiping your hands over your face before grabbing your own glass; taking a deep breath to reset before bringing the glass to your lips. “Aegon, what is going on?”
He only shrugs in response and it is then you can see the fatigue etched into the lines of his face; in the downturn of his lips, across his brow, the bags under his eyes. He looks almost unrecognizable. There’s no happiness behind his eyes, no hope. His face is gaunt rather than round and full. He looks miserable– a shell of his former self. His lips are pale as they part to speak.
“It’s all so much,” his voice quivers, stumbling over the barricades of his emotion. A single tear falls to his cheek. “I feel as if I’m drowning in expectations– in responsibilities that I never asked for.”
All that you can do is listen, despite the way your fingers ached to reach forward and hold him.
“The worst part is that I don’t even know who I am outside of it,” he continues; his words laced with desperation. “It’s the only thing I know now. I can’t do anything about it because what else would I be? I have no choice.”
“Aegon, that’s not true,” you say and take a step towards him. “You absolutely have a choice if it’s making you this unhappy.”
“I do?” He scoffs with a bitter laugh. “At the risk of disappointing everyone in my life?”
“Who are you disappointing? Your family?” A chuckle escapes your lips, “The ones that you kept me a secret from for four years? Who you say are poisonous, power-hungry cunts? That family?”
“It’s hard for you to understand, I get it,” he rolls his eyes and waves you off.
“It’s not hard to understand, Aegon,” your exhale is sharp. “Some bridges are just better off burned.”
“No, it is hard for you to understand,” he pointed. “It’s not just them that I’d be disappointin’!”
You look at him, allowing his words to linger in the space that had grown between you in the last year or so. Your heart cracks at the sight of him. You’ve never seen him like this before; completely stripped of the facade that he often wore. It was almost unsettling to see him so vulnerable. You take another step forward and cup his cheek, your touch tender as it reaches his skin. He looks as if he’s made of glass and he’s going to break into a thousand pieces right in front of you– right in your hands, broken and unable to be repaired.
“D’you know what I mean now?” He asks, his soft eyes meeting yours.
“Baby, you could never disappoint me,” you tell him after a few moments of silence.
“But I already have,” he takes your hand from his cheek and holds it in his own. “Is that not what this is about? You thought I was cheating, that’s pretty fucking disappointing if you ask me,” he says with a dejected smile. “When all I really wanted was to make sure that we’d be okay for whatever comes next– a house, a wedding, kids…”
His gaze is once again locked with yours. Your breath hitches in your throat. Years ago, when you had first met, you had spent many nights laying on his living room floor, high, talking about the future. That same future that he was alluding to right now; a house in the quiet part of the city, three bedrooms with a great view near the park, wine in your tumbler at soccer practice while a pale-haired boy– who looks the spitting image of his father– scores his second goal of the game. You hadn’t nailed down a name yet, but you did have a list.
“Instead, I was pushing you away,” his voice cuts through your fantasy; gaze lowering to the beige carpet beneath your feet. Another tear falls to his cheek. “I’m so sorry.”
You take a deep breath and pull him into you, cradling him in your arms. His head instantly nuzzles into your chest, pulling you as close and as tightly to him as he can manage. His grip is almost desperate, as if afraid to let go, and you feel his breath warm and ragged against your skin. You pull back, holding him at arm's length as you look into his broken eyes. His face is blotchy red, wet with tear tracks down to his chin. For a moment, you just hold him there, your eyes locked, searching for the right words.
“Aegon,” you say in a whisper. “I love you.”
His eyes soften at your words, lip quivering softly as he moves his hands to hold your face. A fresh wave of tears wells up in his eyes as a faint smile tugs at the corners of his lips. He leans in, resting his forehead against yours, the warmth of his breath mingling with yours.
“I love you,” he repeats back with sincerity. “You mean everything to me.”
Slowly, Aegon closes the distance between you and your lips meet in a gentle kiss. It's soft at first, tentative and gentle, as if testing the waters; scared to get your hopes up for something more that typically never came. Yet, the kiss deepened, becoming heavy with the need for reassurance. You give in almost too easily, melting into his lips as he pulls you onto him. Your dress scrunches at the hips as you straddle his waist and his hands slide up your back.
A soft moan escapes your lips as your kisses become desperate. Aegon follows willingly; his hands and lips are everywhere. He’s clawing at the neckline of your dress, anguishing for more skin. His lips are searing as he places open mouthed kisses along your shoulder. You can hear stitches ripping, but you’re lost in the feeling of his mouth on you. He’s removed your bra, helping himself to handfuls of your breasts. Your head falls back at the sensation, lipstick smeared lips parted open as you moan. His hands drop to your thighs, smoothing over the taut fabric of your tights as his fingertips dip under the hemline of your dress. He grips the fullness of your ass with both hands before pulling your dress the rest of the way over your head.
He’s almost irresistible with that full, pink pout. His lips are swollen already, his eyes full blown with desire as you made quick work of the buttons on his dress shirt. In one fluid motion, Aegon picks you up and lays you back down on the bed. As he begins to unbutton his slacks, you sit up and swat his hands away. He whines, head tipping back, as you place a kiss on the skin beneath his navel. His cock twitches beneath his slacks and you smirk; looking up at him with wide eyes as you slowly work the zipper. You can feel he’s throbbing, desperate to be free from his clothing.
You don’t undress him completely– just enough to allow his cock to spring free. Your tongue slides across your bottom lip as you take his girth in your hand. He shivers at the touch and you look back up at him; he’s waiting patiently, but also looks as if he’s going to unravel. He holds the base of his cock with one hand and delicately cradles your neck with the other, his thumb gently smoothing across your bottom lip.
“Open,” he instructed and you did so obediently.
Aegon’s head fell back as he forced himself to the back of your throat, reveling in the feeling of your muscles tightening around his thick cock with each time you gagged; his whimpering moans fueling you. Saliva dripped from the corners of your mouth and down your chin, dampening your chest. He watches you in delirium, pushing himself deeper as he relishes in the feeling; not realizing how long it had actually been until this very moment. He was hardly unable to control himself, already coming undone at the seams and you hadn’t even begun.
He quickly pulls himself from your mouth, exhaling a shaky breath as you gasp for air. He’s edging himself, not wanting to ruin the moment, not when it’s been so long since he’s had you. He pushes you back, pressing you into the mattress beneath him and groans at the sight. You’re shy under his gaze– despite the fact that he’s seen you like this plenty of times– you can’t help but squirm sheepishly as his eyes roam your figure. You’re not completely undressed yet, but that doesn’t stop him from admiring you.
“I’m so lucky,” he whispers with soft eyes, tracing his fingertips along your curves.
You shiver, biting your bottom lip as his touch descends to your hips. He hooks his fingers under the waistband of your tights, slowly sliding them down your thighs. He lowers his head, planting tender kisses along your inner thighs and knees, leaving a trail down your legs until he reaches your ankles and removes the tights completely. He swears at the sight of you completely exposed and all his; hungry eyes tracing across every supple curve. His hands caress back up your thighs, spreading them gently as he moves lower, his lips following the path of his fingers. Each kiss he plants on your skin sends a jolt of electricity through you, making your breath hitch. When he reaches your core, his touch is gentle, reverent, as if he’s kneeling before an altar.
He looks up at you one last time, eyes dark with desire, before he dips his head between your thighs. His tongue flicks out, teasing you with a gentle touch that makes you gasp. He works slowly at first, exploring and savoring every reaction he elicits from you. Your hands find their way into his hair, fingers curling into the soft strands as you arch into his touch. Slowly, his movements become more purposeful, more focused. His tongue and lips work in perfect harmony to drive you closer to the edge. He finds a rhythm that makes you tremble, your moans growing louder with each passing moment.
The pressure builds, a coil tightening in your belly until it snaps, and you cry out his name, your body quaking with the force of your climax. Yet, Aegon doesn’t stop. He prolongs your pleasure until you’re spent; body sinking back into the mattress as sweat beads on your forehead. He removes his mouth from your sopping cunt with a wet smirk. His face is flushed, lips glistening with your essence. He hums in delight at the mess you’ve caused and spreads your dripping folds with his fingers, toying with you.
“Look at you,” he praised. “How many times can I make you cum tonight?”
“Aegon,” you whimpered as he rubbed circles around your clit.
He watched intently as you reacted to the feeling of him touching you in such an intimate way. Your back lifted from the bed, arching as his movements became faster and harder. You were closing in on another climax; eyes rolled back, lips parted, hands grasping at the sheets. He pumped his fingers inside of you- one, and then two, curling back and forth until he could feel your body tightening around him. He used his free hand to hold you in place, keeping you still– his fingers twirling around a nipple. Once he knew you wouldn’t be able to last any longer, he pulled his fingers from your core and immediately replaced them with his mouth. Your hands flew to his hair as you pushed yourself completely against his face, hips thrusting as you spew curse words; a tidal wave of pleasure sweeping over your entire body.
Aegon was far from being done with you, however.
After your body was left shaking– and he had lapped up every drop of cum that drooled from your slit– he was on top of you, once again, capturing your mouth in a searing kiss, letting you taste yourself. Your tongue pushes beyond his lips, exploring his mouth. He whimpers, feeling his cock brush against your hot core. Your hands roam over his body, feeling the heat of his skin, the strength of his muscles. You tug at his pants, and he quickly sheds them, his need for you evident in every movement.
His eyes were tender as he gazed down to you; lining himself up with your entrance, rubbing his tight cock head over your already pulsating clit. A guttural moan bubbled in his throat as he cursed at the tightness of you. Before he was all the way inside of you, he pulled himself back out and then forced himself back in; filling you to the hilt. The size of him tearing through your walls made you gasp, a sound that was muffled by his lips. His hips moved against yours, each thrust becoming more synchronized.
The sounds of your moans filled the room, along with the tapping of the headboard on the wall. The sensation was overwhelming. Aegon moves with a tenderness that takes your breath away. Each thrust is measured, controlled, as if he is trying to savor every moment. You wrap your legs around his waist, pulling him in deeper, your bodies moving in perfect sync. He ducked his head to the crook of your neck as he continued to move, and he knew that he wouldn’t be able to last much longer; not after all the foreplay. Nevertheless, the pace quickens, driven by a shared urgency and need to lose yourselves in each other. His name falls from your lips softly, like a prayer. His breath is hot against your skin and with a shaking moan- he was pulling himself out of you and spilling his hot cum in a line right up your stomach.
Aegon rests his forehead against yours as the last little bit of his seed drips from his tip. He collapses beside you, pulling you close, your bodies still entwined. Your chest is heaving as you try to steady your breathing. He watches you tenderly, drinking in the sight. His lips find yours for a soft, breathless kiss and you moan softly against his lips as your body still tingles from the high of that final climax.
“Let me get you cleaned up,” he murmurs softly, pressing a final kiss to your lips and shuffling from the bed. He pauses at the threshold, glancing back at you with half-lidded eyes. “You’re so beautiful, maybe I should just leave you like this,” he says with a playful smile.
“Aegon,” you whine, shooing him away playfully.
He laughs, disappearing into the bathroom to grab a warm washcloth.
You can’t help the smile on your own lips, bathing in the afterglow of the intimacy you had just shared. He returns shortly after and begins gently cleaning you; his touch tender and attentive as always. You giggled with him, softly joking back and forth together. For a moment, it feels like it used to, and you silently hoped it would remain this way. Though, you were hesitant to get your hopes up knowing that it would be unfair of you to expect change overnight.
Afterward, you both lay in bed, entangled in each other’s arms. Your head rests on his chest, listening to the steady beat of his heart. You can’t help but think about the weight he carries– the unfair expectations his family has placed on him, the pressure to be something he isn’t and the constant fear of failure and disappointment. You almost don’t want to bring it up, but you don’t want to return to the silence that you had become so accustomed to; the need to connect and understand him outweighs your hesitation.
“What’s going to happen with your dad?” You ask softly, looking up at him.
He groans and breathes out a sigh, clearly not wanting to talk about work. Not now. Though that reluctance was part of the ongoing problem between the two of you; the rift, the distance, it was all because he’d just rather not talk about it– deciding always to carry his stress alone. He reaches over to the bedside table and grabs his wine glass, swirling the liquid as he contemplates how to answer.
“The man I saw tonight at dinner is not capable of running a company,” you add before he can say anything, hoping to break through his reluctance.
“And that will stay in the family,” Aegon sighs, his fingers trailing lightly over your shoulder as he makes deliberate eye contact. It feels like a warning. “We– they don’t want the truth about his condition to get out. Rhaenyra doesn’t even know the full extent of it. If she did, she could challenge for ownership of the company. As long as she and everyone else believes that Viserys Targaryen is well enough, Otto can continue with business as usual. The second the truth gets out, she’ll come for us all.”
“But how?”
“According to her, she has a trust that was signed years ago– before I was even born– naming her successor in the event that anything happened.”
“Does she?” you ask, searching his eyes.
“She might,”Aegon shrugs, a weary smile tugging at his lips. “I hope she does. My father never wanted me to take over the company, anyways, he’s always wanted it to be her, but my mother swears that he signed a second trust that would name me CEO. If Rhaenyra were to come forth with a trust superseding the one my mother has or if it were to come out that my mother may have forged that document–”
He trails off, eyes distant as he plays out that scenario in his head. He shakes his head, as if trying to dislodge the thought, and then looks back at you.
“Can we change the subject?”
You nod understandingly and ask after a few moments of silence, “are you ready for Seattle?”
He sets his wine glass down and pulls you close again, burying his face into the crook of your neck as he wraps his arms around you, “I’m not ready to leave you.”
You smile to yourself but say nothing as you lightly graze his skin with your fingertips. As you lay there with him in your arms, your mind drifts to the implications of everything he’s just shared. You knew about Rhaenyra, you knew there was some sort of a power struggle, but you didn’t know the specifics. Aegon didn’t want you caught up in it and you were starting to understand why. You had a great career, but Aegon’s position meant security. The uncertainty of his future affected more than just him. You couldn’t even begin to relate to the pressure he must have felt, what little bit he decided to share with you tonight couldn’t have been but the tip of the iceberg. The weight of it all presses down on you, but you push the thoughts away, focusing instead on the warmth of his body against yours.
The rest of the weekend was spent in that very spot; only getting up for more wine, for take out deliveries, to shower– but only together. Aegon didn’t answer a single phone call that weekend, sending his grandfather to voicemail every time. You were living in a haze, drowning out the sounds of the phone ringing with your moans; fucking again and again until you’d fall asleep in each other’s arms.
The world outside ceased to exist, at least for two fleeting days.
When Monday morning comes, you wake to find him already gone; a sense of emptiness where his warmth had been just hours before. On the bedside table, next to your empty wine glass, there’s a note written in a familiar scrawl: “Back soon, I love you always.” A small smile settles on your lips as you read his words. He’d only be gone for one day, returning tomorrow on your anniversary. You hadn’t made plans, not with how you had been feeling towards him lately. When he mentioned he had to fly out to Seattle just the day before you were to celebrate four years together, you weren’t even sure if he’d even be here– and now he wasn’t, but with the promise that he would be back in time to celebrate.
The first year, he had planned a picnic by the beach– it was a chilly early Spring day and the wind was impossible, but it was such a sweet gesture. He was so upset that things hadn’t gone as planned, you remembered how cute he had been, trying to make everything as perfect as he could. The second year, you had both spent a weekend in L.A. where he took you to see your favorite artist perform. And last year, he had sent three bouquets of your favorite flowers to your office and made a reservation for your favorite restaurant.
Your hopes were already up.
“You are glowing,” Baela commented with a bright smile as you got to your cubicle. “I take it you had a good weekend. Things with Aegon getting better?”
“We had a really nice weekend together,” you can’t help the smile on your lips. Before you can continue giving your friend the details, you look up to see your boss’ assistant making a beeline for your desk.
“Ty wants to see you in his office,” she says to you and promptly turns back around.
You narrow your eyes at her as she walked away and turn your attention to Baela; sharing a knowing look. You hated the way she called him ‘Ty’. You also hated that you accidentally found out they were having an affair; having caught them coming out of the copy room one Thursday morning. You watched as she adjusted her skirt and him replacing his wedding ring– he had to take it off so that he wouldn’t feel guilty. He had made direct eye contact with you across the cubicle walls, and ever since, hadn’t said more than three words to you.
Tyland Lannister was the type of guy who really relished in being someone’s boss; editor in chief, his name on the door of his private, corner office. The view wasn’t spectacular, but you could tell he was proud of it. He was standing with his back to you, taking in that view as his mistress announced your arrival. She closed the door behind you and you couldn’t help but let out a soft chuckle.
“This couldn’t have been an email?” You joked, knowing that was his preferred method of communication.
“Did you have a good weekend?” He asks without even turning to face you.
“What?” You ask, utterly confused.
“Got an anonymous tip that the Targaryens had a little family dinner,” he continues and finally turns towards you, pointing to a front-page proof sitting on the table in front of you. Your heart immediately sinks in your chest. “A source close to the family claims that you were there, can you confirm?”
Your brows come together as you take a step towards the proof, eyes scanning the headline: “Daddy’s Favorite: Insider Claims Daughter To Be Named TargCorp Successor”. Your eyes immediately widen as you skim the rest of the article; a scathing detailing of the exact concerns Aegon had finally opened up about this past weekend.
“You’re running this?”
“What do you mean?” Tyland asked incredulously, laughing. “Of course we’re running it! This is the first credible thing we’ve heard about Viserys Targaryen in months. If you were, in fact, at this dinner party, we would be the only paper with an eye-witness account of Viserys Targaryen’s status. Can you confirm?”
“No,” you say firmly, shaking your head. “No, I won’t. If you run this, it’s without my input. I refuse to allow you to use my relationship to sell papers.”
“Think about what you’re doing,” he warns.
“Think about what you’re doing,” you counter.
Without another word, you turn sharply on your heel and head back to your desk. Your heart was pounding with adrenaline from standing up to your boss. You’ve never had to do that before, but were proud of yourself for standing your ground. Regardless of your defiance, you knew that there was nothing you could do to keep Tyland from publishing; it’d be on the front page, on newsstands everywhere tomorrow morning.
And you could already see the fingers being pointed in your direction.
Immediately you reach for your phone when you return to your desk, hastily swiping across the screen to dial Aegon’s number, but the call immediately goes to a full voicemail box. You grunt in frustration, dialing him again with the same outcome. You find his text thread and quickly send him a message: “Call me when you can, it’s important.”
Baela is asking too many questions, her curiosity piqued by your frantic demeanor, but you’re too preoccupied to answer her. You excuse yourself and dart into the nearest bathroom for solace.
You pace back and forth, the realization hitting you that this story has the potential to destroy your relationship. It was almost too convenient that this news breaks right after Aegon finally opens up to you and introduces you to his family. Desperation drives you to scroll through the other contacts in your phone. Not sure what to do, but knowing you need to tell someone, your thumb hesitates over a familiar name before you press the screen to call.
Aemond answers on the first ring, his voice is laced with obvious concern– still, you can’t help but feel relieved to hear it. He listens intently as you provide as much information as you can, his silence encouraging you to spill every detail.
“Aegon’s in Seattle. He’s not answering,” you tell him, continuing to pace back and forth in the dimly lit restroom. Your heels click on the tile floor, echoing through the empty space. “I didn’t know who else to call.”
“I’ll take care of it,” he affirms, and sounds so sure of himself that you can’t help but to feel at ease. You have no real reason to trust him, but for some reason, you just do.
You thank him with a sigh of relief, and he tells you not to worry about it. As the call ends, you find yourself staring at your reflection in the mirror. Earlier, you had been glowing with the lingering excitement from your weekend with Aegon. Now, your face was void of color and creased with worry. You turn on the tap and splash some water over your face to alleviate the anxiety that had made you so tense, hoping to be able to return to your work without any more cause for concern.
Baela is waiting at your desk when you return.
She glances up from her phone, her perfect eyebrows arched high with concern. You can feel her gaze following you as you sit down, her curiosity practically burning a hole through you.
“Well?” She asks, leaning back in her chair and crossing her arms over her chest. “Are you going to tell me what the hell is going on?”
“I think someone is actively trying to ruin my life,” you laugh but Baela’s expression remains stern. Your smile immediately falls and you sigh. “Tyland is going to run a story about Aegon’s family, things that weren’t supposed to get out, and I’m worried that it might blow up and hurt him.”
She remains silent as you continue.
“He finally opened up to me about everything, Bae,” you say as you hold your head in your hands. “He told me everything and now–”
Baela's eyes widened. "You think they're going to blame you for it?"
You nod, feeling a lump form in your throat. "I don't want Aegon to think I had anything to do with it. I feel like we’re finally getting back to how things used to be and this could ruin everything."
She reaches out and squeezes your hand. You manage a small smile.
“He’ll understand,” she assures you. “And if he doesn’t, well, I’ll help you knock some sense into him.”
“Thanks,” you say, squeezing her hand in return. “I just got off the phone with Aemond. He’s going to try and figure out who this ‘anonymous source’ is.”
Baela raises an eyebrow. “You called Aemond?”
“Aegon wasn’t answering,” you shrug, downplaying it. “I had no one else to call.”
“Are you sure that you can trust him?” She asks. “You don’t really know him that well.”
You slightly narrow your eyes at her, wondering why she’d even ask. “I have no reason not to trust him.”
“You’re right,” she nods and turns away from you back to her own desk. After a few moments of silence she turns back to you and adds, “I just want you to be careful.”
“Noted,” you reply, a hint of irritation laced within your words.
The rest of your day dragged on agonizingly slowly. Constantly checking your phone for any calls or texts from Aegon or Aemond made each minute feel endless. Everything you worked on seemed meaningless; each word you typed felt like it was just pushing you further and further towards writing classified ads in a dingy, basement cubicle with that guy who was rumored to have been blackmailing women into sending him pictures of their feet.
By the end of the day, you were more than ready to leave.
As soon as the clock hit five, you grabbed your things and headed out, barely acknowledging Baela’s concerned glance as you made your way towards the elevator. A dull migraine had been building all afternoon, and you couldn’t wait to get out from underneath the harsh fluorescents of the office. The cool, early evening air was a welcome relief as you stepped out onto the busy streets. The walk to the subway felt longer than usual, each step heavy with the weight of the day’s stress.
The moment you stepped through the door of your apartment, you tossed your bag onto the couch and headed straight for the shower, doing your best to ignore how eerily quiet it was.
The tension in your shoulders instantly melted away as you stepped into the hot water, allowing the steam to envelop you and wash away the grime of the day, alleviating your migraine and helping you to feel a bit more relaxed. Yet, you still couldn’t help but let your thoughts drift back to the conversation you had with Tyland earlier; his threatening words loud and prominent in your mind, drowning out the sound of the water. You knew there was no point in worrying about the article or the implications it could have on your life. You had done everything you could, but the anxiety still gnawed at you. The anticipation was suffocating, a weight on your chest that refused to lift.
With a frustrated sigh, you shut off the water and stepped out.
The apartment was still too quiet.
At this point in the evening, Aegon would usually be upstairs in his office, deep into a business call with his advisors, talking money and spreadsheets and accounts. It was something that, just days ago, you were fed up with, but now, you just missed the sound of his voice. You grabbed your phone from the bathroom counter and figured you’d try him one more time, thinking that it might be late enough and he’d be finished with whatever meetings he had for the day.
The phone rang and rang, and eventually his generic voicemail picked up, “the person you are trying to reach has a voicemail box that is full and cannot accept new messages.”
Disappointment settled in as the call ended.
You wrapped yourself in a towel and walked into the bedroom, the silence amplifying your loneliness. As you dressed, you couldn’t shake the feeling of unease. The uncertainty of the situation with the article, combined with Aegon’s unavailability, left you feeling more isolated than ever. Desperate for a distraction, you decided to make yourself a cup of tea, hoping it would help calm your nerves. As the water boiled, you checked your phone again, praying for a message from Aegon or an update from Aemond.
The lack of communication was driving you insane.
A knock on the front door tore through the silence as you sat at your kitchen table; a now lukewarm cup of tea in front of you. Your heart beat quickly as you quietly stepped up to the door and looked through the peephole to see Aemond standing in the hallway. He knocked once more, and you hesitated. It wasn’t until he turned to leave that you finally opened the door.
“Aemond?” You ask, voice soft and curious. He turned back, his expression serious but softening slightly when he saw you. You leaned against the doorframe, opening the door a little wider. “Did you find out who it was?”
“Not yet,” he said with a shake of his silvery blonde locks. “Really, I just wanted to check on you. You sounded stressed on the phone earlier.”
You laughed through your nose and motioned for him to come in.
There was a small smirk on his lips as he stepped inside that seemed almost proud, and suddenly the atmosphere between the two of you shifted slightly as you became acutely aware of the space he took up in your living room as he towered over you. The air he brought in with him smelled of tobacco and mint gum, and new car air freshener.
“Would you like something to drink?” You asked him, lingering in the threshold of the kitchen.
“No, thank you,” he says softly. “Have you heard from Aegon?”
You shook your head, “have you?”
“As attached as he is to his phone, he is surprisingly hard to reach,” he says with a lighthearted laugh.
He meant nothing by the statement, but suddenly you remember what he had told you on the dock– those words that had been floating around in your head rent free since the dinner party– Aegon’s own brother providing you with a warning of the type of person he knew him to be. As you both sat on the couch, the silence grew heavy with unspoken words. Aemond must have noticed the way that your smile had faded, because he reached over and placed his hand on your knee, sending a jolt of awareness throughout your entire body.
“Hey,” he says softly, squeezing your knee softly. “He’s just busy. This contract is important.”
“You said so yourself that he’s been thoughtless,” you remind him with a frown.
“In the past,” he says reassuringly. “In fact, that’s actually part of the reason I wanted to see you tonight. It was wrong of me to imply that my brother may be unfaithful to you. He is an idiot, probably the most foolish twat I've ever met, but it's obvious he loves you. You’ve completely changed him.”
You shake your head and stand up, crossing your arms across your chest as you pace the living room. It wasn't what you wanted to hear. Everything wrong with your relationship with Aegon was because he'd changed.
“I didn’t mean to upset you,” he says softly, moving to get up from the couch. “If you’d like I can go.”
“No, I–” your words are quick, stopping him in place. “You weren't wrong. Aegon and I have our problems, which I’m sure anyone would notice if they paid even a moment of attention.”
“What sort of problems?” He asks after a few moments of silence. You look at him with surprise, not expecting him to want to hear about your broken relationship with his brother. “Forgive me, I didn’t mean to pry.”
“I don’t know who he is anymore,” you say softly, defeated. “You say that I completely changed him, but that's not at all what I wanted. If you had told me four years ago that the guy I fell in love with would become this empty, corporate machine I would have laughed in your face. And just when I thought that things were finally getting better, someone leaked that story and I’m back at square one.”
Aemond stands up and places his hands on your shoulders and you instantly feel grounded by his touch; as if his touch alone could solve every one of your grievances. You look up at him, softly biting your lip as your eyes carve out the sharpness of his features. You don't know how to feel with the way he's looking at you; you're both uneasy and aroused.
“I’m going to figure it out,” he says firmly as his thumbs smooth over the fabric of your t-shirt.
“Thank you, Aemond,” your voice is barely above a whisper as the tension of the moment blankets you.
“I should go,” he adds after a moment of silence and you nod reluctantly.
As Aemond pulled his hands from your shoulders, you couldn't help but feel an immediate longing for his touch. You knew it was wrong, it was more than wrong to feel this way about your boyfriend's brother.
And yet, all you wanted in that moment was to feel his lips on yours.
“I hope you have a good night,” you say to him as you walk him to the door. "Thanks for the company."
“Anytime," he offers a soft nod as he presses the button to call the elevator. "If you need anything, you know I'll answer."
You smile, hearing the real message in his words.
But as if he needed to make it more clear he adds, "and hey, I know that relationships are complicated, but I also know that you deserve someone who appreciates you and is willing to show it.”
The words hung between the two of you, heavy with unspoken meaning. You both knew he wasn’t talking about Aegon.
For half a second, you visualize pulling him back into your apartment; pulling him in and feeling his touch once again. There were so many things left unsaid, but the fact that Aemond Targaryen wanted you wasn’t one of them.
But then the elevator doors opened, bringing you back to reality, and without another word he was gone.

HH characters crushing on the reader 1/3
If the character you want isnt here it will likely be in future parts unless I simply dont write for them!
Characters: Charlie, Vaggie, Angel Dust, Sir Pentious, Husk
Notes: reader is GN for everyone EXCEPT vaggie and angel, reader is masc for angel, reader is fem for vaggie, post mainly focuses on the canon characters
CWs: none
Tumblr media
CHARLIE
Oh this poor girl, she's so obvious when she has a crush for someone. She already goes above and beyond for nearly everyone to make sure their needs and comforts are accommodated- but when it comes to you she goes even further! she might even become a little suffocating if you dont set some boundaries... i can see her trying to shoot her shot and doing that awkward laugh with the finger guns if her pickup line goes over your head. shes doing her best... confesses her feelings pretty fast and shes very understanding if you dont return her feelings... very obvious and giddy around you!
VAGGIE
Internalizes a lot of her feelings, especially... these ones... she becomes a little short with you. Not in a mean way, conversations just become more... tense, awkward, short. She doesn't know what to say and she doesn't want to blow it. I don't think she would avoid you, though. I don't think she would outright flirt with you, but she would say some stuff to try to read you if she should go forward with her advances. If you give her signals, expect a confession soon. Otherwise it's likely she's just going to eat her feelings and make herself move on.
ANGEL DUST
It should go without saying that he's going to make his feelings for you very obvious.... though is it obvious if it's hard to tell between his usual behavior and the signals he's trying to show you? Sure he could tone down his innuendos and invitations, and be real around you... but if this prior to Husk getting through to him... it's not very likely. Unless you're already close to him. A lot of the flirting he sends your way is a lot more personalized, more in tune with you as a person rather than something that can be said to just anyone or just to you in passing. He puts thought into it. It's going to take a close eye to differentiate actually feelings from his usual activities.
SIR PENTIOUS
Just like Charlie, he's very obvious. But no where near as smooth... He might just blurt out his feelings before he's ready to confess, and that's assuming you haven't already put the pieces together in your head! Hovers around you any chance he gets to hang out with you and does anything he can to try to impress you. He's so eager for your attention that it's a little.. pathetic... he does remember every little thing you say, though. It doesn't matter how small it is, it's going to bounce around in his head for eternity. Especially if it can give him ideas of things to make for you as a gift for when he's ready to confess to you.
HUSK
Another one who internalizes his feelings. He won't try to bring up the topic, and I feel between all the characters I'm going to end up writing for... the only reason he would end up telling you how he feels is if he gets backed into a corner or you just outright ask him. He's not going to make a fool of himself and lie right to your face if you ask him. But how does he act? He might drink a little more than he already does and become more reclusive. He doesn't outright shut you out but you can tell that there's something going on with him.

Aemond
Aemond had been both eager and nervous for her return.
Though counting down the days, planning on how he would greet you, he also was scared.
He know she felt ignored by him, betrayed by how he had just stopped replying to her letters. Ignored her name days, ignored her completely.
But that was not entirely true.  He had wanted so badly to reply, writing letter upon letter, though some were just mindless scribbles. But not once did he find he wrote a letter worthy of her, worthy of the emotions he felt. He needed space and he had shown he needed it in the worse possible way.
He had hated how he knew some version of her, a guarded version. Her letters expressing less and less, over time just mere updates of her life before stopping altogether. And he hated that the version she knew of him was the scared little boy he had tried so hard to get ride of.
The version of Aemond he had gotten ride of, in all ways but with her. He wanted to be the old Aemond with her, but hated that he did. It was why he needed the space, the time to heal, the time to become the man he is today.
But as he stood in the training yard, staring at her as she talked to him, so ddiffernt, so cold.
He knew he made a mistake.
She was so different, she had changed, and not just her personality.
But her looks also. Gods she was the most stunning and beautiful woman he had ever seen, he had always thought it impossible for her to become more beautiful.
But her beauty was clouded by the look in her eyes, the anger, the hurt and the loneliness.
She looked so alone, even as she walked out the courtyard with her brothers, laughing. She same old melodic laugh that could capture a room. The loneliness ceased slightly when he looked into them, as if she was finally being seen.
He understood. There eyes always talked to each other, expressing their true emotions, it why he knew his eyes mirrored hers, but they also showed another emotion, regret.
Regret for reading your letters time and time again, annotating them as if they were quotes from his favourite novel. Regret from the stack of unsent letters he kept in his bedside draw.
Each filled with his thoughts. Most mindless scribbles, unfished letters ending with angry scribbled out words as words escaped him, as  fear filled him.
He had tried to write of the events in his life even detailing his fights with Ser Criston, his rides with Vaghar, the books he read. And yet he could never send them, fear of her seeing his liefe and not understanding why he needed the space, or fear that he would see the darkest parts of his mind grew as the years went on. The sweet kind boy she had once new fading, and a cruel, vengeful man taking his place.
He had once longed to be a protector, her sworn sword, doing good in her name. now…now he revelled in fear. He loved how the woman would run at the sight of his sapphire eye, a sight he knew deep down she never would. He revelled in revenge, revenge by going to the brothel, the place of his hurt, and burning it.
It was ruthless, but the second he had done it, he felt free, healed.
And yet fear still gripped at him, fear of wheat you know thought of him.
Fear that she would not accept the new him, but as he had started at you he felt like the old sweet Aemond was still in there somewhere, but only for her, his Sapphire.
Watching her sway away he knew he had limited time, this week was the first week of their official courtship, but the week after they would begin the moon long celebrations for their wedding.
Celebrations were they would spend day after day, hour after hour together being the perfect couple.
And he didn’t want it to be an act.
He had returned to his rooms, opening his bedside draw, but instead of reaching for her letter he reached for his own, and realised what he wanted to do.
He waited, two days. Two days of agony.
He had somehow hoped those two days he would be able to approach her, talk to her. But now, all he could was watch her. Watch her spend day after day in someone else’s company
Whether it was one of the tens of ladies begging for her favour and chance at becoming her lady, or her brother Jace, or even Aegon.
Gods he had forgotten about Aegon’s obsession with her. He knew they wrote, Aegon often bragging about it. With Aegon telling him about her, their little jokes, their shared secrets.
Not that he was jealous, no. He was not jealous of how Aegon seemed to act as if they were betrothed to each other. For two days they seemed to walk everywhere together, sit with each other at dinners. Though her eyes were often searching for Aemond’s, Aegon’s eyes were always firmly planted on her. And whenever she wasn’t with him, he was like a lost pup, waiting for her to appear.
Those two days, though never alone they often found the other staring, their mouths would being to form words that they were never able to form. And so he finally built up the courage and sent her his letters.
Visenya
When she had received Aemond’s letters she did not know what to expect.
They had appeared on her dresser, all 112 of them. Though some were scrapes of paper with random thoughts scribbled across them. One just one word repeated, 110 times.
Her name written, again and again, in the same neat, perfect handwriting Aemond had always had.
She then realised what this was, an apology.
She found the first letter he wrote that was left unsent, and she felt her heart break.
Dearest Visenya,
I am so sorry, I can not say why it has taken so long for me to only now reply.
Prepahs it was the guilt.
I never should of come to Winterfell, You had been kind and sweet, but I fear your kindness is unwarranted. I do not desire pity, I regret coming that night, I regret allowing you to see me so weak and scared. My whole life I have sworn to be your protector, your sword. And that night as I cried in your arms I felt like a small child, I felt smaller than when I did when Lucerys tore out my eye. And I hated it.
I have tried to look past it, look at it in away where I do not come across a whiny little boy and I am nothing but ashamed.
I had hoped to write you, bragging of my successes and yet all I can do I wallow In self pity at how I acted that night.
It matters not that I bested ser Criston for the first time, or how often I ride Vaghar.
For all I can think about it the look of pity you gave me.I do not need nor want your pity, my sapphire.
You gave me a place to stay and a place to cry, but I shall make it clear to you that the Aemond you saw that night is long gone. And shall never return. He can never return, not for you not for anyone.
So sweet, I shall not answer your request to come to Winterfell, I need the space, the time and so do you.
I fear distance is what we need, though we may hate it, I need to become Prince Aemond, and not just scared little Aemond, the boy who lost is eye, the boy who cried in your arms.
Yours, whether I say it or not,
Aemond
Dearest Visneya,
It has been near six moons since I last wrote you, and you are writing less and less.
I have been cruel, I know. I have ignored you in the favour of bettering myself.
I do not deserve you, or your kindness even still.
You seem to be doing well, a fact I envy not too see. But I myself am not.
I miss you more and more each day, I find myself looking for you ate very turn. And yet it has been over a year since you were at the red keep.
So much has changed, Aegon and Heleana are to wed soon, I have started training with a real sword.
I no longer wake in sweats from that night.
So much has changed and yet I have so little words to say, I hate it!
I used to have all the words in the world for you, never once fearing how you viewed me. For I knew how you viewed me then.
And now I fear you will judge me.
Hate me.
Resent me.
I fear I have become a stranger, and yet I have a dozen unsent letters all addressed to you, read and read time and time again your own.
I know you, and I fear you.
Fear your opinion of me, how you view me.
I fear-
Most of his letters just ended, frustration finding him far to quickly, some were just mindless words and phrases.
Visenya,
I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you  I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you I miss you .
Some were hateful, words said in anger, at how she still cared.
Dear Visenya,
Stop writing me.
How long must I ignore you to realise I want not to know you as we once did.
How am I to become the man you desire we spend all our time writing each other, stuck in our silly little heads!
Then gossip filled the red keep, gossip that Cregan had asked for your hand.
Visneya,
please, my sapphire, I beg of you do not marry him!
Your mother bids it but I do not!
Please.
And then her letters had stopped and he left once last letter to her.
Visneya,
Please, don’t stop writing me!
I know I have not been a friend to you but a stranger but without your letters the world has stopped.
I now I am a hypocrite, a hypocrite who cannot find the words. Who never has been able to speak his feelings, but show them.
I know not of a gesture to prove I want you till, I crave you and I need you.
but please, I cannot live without you, knowing you, please.
Please!
forever your Aemond.
Gods, she thought, he had to been hurt. Though not by her, and she had resented him for it. Resented how he had opened up to her, and then abandoned her ignored her for so long.
She knew it was hard for, he was never one for words. Gestures yes, but words? They always frustrated him, he could never formulate his feelings and yet this, the scribbled erratic thoughts and letters, unedited and rushed. They showed so much but also so little.
She has spent the whole day reading those letters, seeing no one bar her maid delivering her meals. And had it not been for her mother coming to grab her for dinner, demanding her presence, she would have sat on her thoughts all day and night.
But as she was sat next to Aemond she realised she would have less time to think on what Aemond’s gesture meant and what it meant for them.
“Aemond” she greeted, flipping her hair to the side as she sat.
“Senya” he greeted in response, eyes firmly on her.
She squirmed in her seat, unsure on where to start. “Senya” he said again, capturing her attention, as they made eye contact some tension left her body.
“why?” she asked, its all she could think of, why?
He coughed awkwardly, clearly not expecting this conversation now, “I was never one for words, Visneya. But gestures, have always been something I excel at.” He moved his head closer to her, their conversation too private for prying eyes. “ I never should have ignored you, I know realise, it hurt us both, more than I ever thought” he shifted in his seat “seeing the look in your eyes when you arrived and realising I had made a mistake”
She nodded, urging him on, as she began to plate up her food.
“I focused solely on myself, I was selfish, but I won’t lie to you, my sapphire”
My sapphire, she liked that.
“I have become selfish and cruel, I have become a man who craves fear, but not from you, never from you”
“then what do you want from me?” she asked softly, before nervously looking to make sure no one else was listening to their conversation. “you did not want companionship from me, you ignored me for years on end, and yet by the end of the moon we will be wed!” she took a breath “if you have truly become selfish, and cruel, how do I know that it is for your betterment? And how will I know that you wont ever make me fear you?”
“because I became that person, so that I never have to feel fear again, feel the fear I felt at Driftmark, at that… at that brothel” she sighed, taking her hand in his “ I want to be your protector, it is all I have ever wanted, and how could I become that if I remained that scared, naïve little boy?”
Everything he was saying was true, but it also made her realize she did not know him anymore.
She breathed in “perhaps we should start over? Get to know one another again?”
He nodded, “I would like that”

“what are you wearing?” minjeong said slowly, brows furrowed as she set her bag down and took a seat in front of you. she was used to your usual overdressed sense of style, but this was entirely different today.
you raised your eyebrows at the president before moving your hair to show your outfit off more. “do you not like it?” the two of you had agreed to meet at a cafe near the university since jennie had an at home interview today and they wouldn’t be able to hold their session at their usual spot. soft jazz played in the establishment while minjeong got settled in her seat.
the blonde’s eyes scanned your ensemble as her confusion deepened. she gently shook her head before turning her attention to her book bag, unzipping it as she spoke.“it’s not that i don’t like it. it’s just unexpected. did you have something special planned today?”
you glanced at your watch, biting your lip in thought. “well, actually, yes. i’m going out after we’re done.”
minjeong blinked, her expression shifting from confusion to surprise. “isn’t your exam review tomorrow morning? you’ll be tired.”
you shrugged nonchalantly before rolling your eyes. “you sound like my sister.”
smu’s president forced a chuckle, her fingers fumbling with the zipper of her bag. “i just want you to do well,” she said softly, her eyes avoiding yours. “your hair looks cool.” you said as casually as possible, not even looking at the girl while you complimented her.
the blonde felt her face heat up slightly before mumbling a quick ‘thanks’ as she handed you a pencil. “so where are you going?”
you smiled, a hint of excitement in your eyes. “i have a date.”
minjeong didn’t know why her heart sank, though she managed to keep her expression neutral. “oh, that sounds nice,” she said, forcing a small smile. “who is this mystery person?”
“is this an interrogation, president?” you snickered as you adjusted your top. the other girl laughed, though it felt hollow. “because i need to know if i’m still driving you home tonight,” she said, trying to sound nonchalant. “i like having a plan.”
you rolled your eyes playfully. “well, don't worry, you won’t have to.” your hands flipped open your notebook and slid it to minjeong. it was customary to start your sessions with minjeong grading the homework she gave to you the previous session.
minjeong took the notebook, her eyes scanning the pages, but her mind was elsewhere. she forced herself to focus, scribbling notes and comments in the margins. the usual rhythm of your sessions provided a temporary distraction, but the thought of you on a date kept creeping back into her mind.
her gut feeling told her it was wonyoung. she didn’t like the feeling of wony going on a date with you. not because she liked you or anything, but because the taller girl wasn’t a good person.
well, that was minjeong’s logic anyway.
the usual session proceeded like normal, with you diving into the material and minjeong guiding you through the concepts. despite the concepts you were still struggling to understand, you both managed to focus and make progress.
your work always felt easier to do when she was present. minjeong truly was gifted, and you could see it in everything she did.
as the time neared 7:30, minjeong took out a red pen and started writing you some practice problems. “am i driving you to your date?” she said as a half joke, but also a half real question. you chuckled and shook your head. “no, she’s picking me up here.”
“wonyoung?” the president questioned in a manner as nonchalant as she could muster. your swift nod was the only answer you gave.
minjeong’s stomach churned, but she forced a smile. “alright then. i hope it goes well.” she slid your notebook back across the table to you and put her pen away.
“thanks,” you said, giving her a grateful smile. “thank you for your help, again.”
minjeong nodded as she rose to pack her bag, but didn’t leave her seat. “are you going on a date too?” you teased as you noticed the other girl hadn’t left yet and it was already close to 7:45.
minjeong laughed lightly, shaking her head. “no, no date for me tonight. i just want to make sure you’re okay before i leave.”
you appreciated her concern, but tried to downplay it. “i’ll be fine, really. jennie didn’t pay you to babysit me.” you joked, earning a raised eyebrow from the blonde. “i’d rather not upset your sister.”
you glanced at your phone, checking for any messages from wonyoung, but there were none. “everything okay?” she asked, trying to keep her voice casual. you sighed, putting your phone down. “she’s late. maybe she got held up?”
minjeong bit her lip, feeling a mix of anger and sadness for you. “i’m sure she’ll be here soon,” she said, though she wasn’t entirely convinced. “try calling her?”
and so you did, only to be left with dial tones and a voicemail greeting.
“she’s probably driving,” you said quickly and put your phone down again. minjeong hummed in feigned agreement, already having a feeling that wonyoung would not be coming.
another fifteen minutes passed, and minjeong’s concern grew. you kept glancing at your phone, checking the time and your messages. it was clear that wonyoung wasn’t coming, and your initial optimism was long gone.
finally, you sighed, slipping your phone back into your bag. “i guess she’s not coming,” you said, trying to sound nonchalant but failing to hide the hurt in your voice.
minjeong’s heart broke at the tone in your voice. any other day, she would make fun of you or crack a joke. maybe even laugh at you. however, today she felt like just being supportive.
to be honest, she never wanted to see you upset. and to see you so disappointed over a girl who wasn’t worth it? it broke her heart.
“we can just go out instead.” the blonde suggested as she rose from her chair and swung her bag over her shoulder. you raised an eyebrow at the girl, smirking slightly as you also stood.
“like a date?”
“no, just like how we always go out.” the president quickly responded as she held the door open for the both of you to walk. “you’re holding my door open? seems like a date to me.” minjeong’s blush only deepened before she rolled her eyes at you. “you know what, i’m taking you home.” minjeong huffed in annoyance. a grin crawled onto your face as you decided to keep teasing the president.
“are you going to open my car door too?”
“i’m actually going to lock it so you can’t get in.”

PAIRINGS: Tom 2014 x Female reader
CONTENT: VERY HARD SMUT
SYPNOSIS: Y/N is Tom's sex slave.
A/N: this doesn't have any backstory </3 just straight smut/ getting right into it
WARNINGS: dom!tom, reader!sub, p in v (missionary and doggy), rough kissing, hickeys, pulling hair, degrading, spanking, slight overstimulation, use of ropes
"Get on the fucking bed, now," Tom demanded, his grip tightening on my hair. "O..okay.." I whined, his grip loosening as he practically shoved me towards the bed.
I climbed onto the bed, my legs shaking with anticipation. "Strip, I want everything off, if I see you've left anything on, even a sock, you'll be fucking punished, do you understand me?" his voice was low and haunting.
I nodded and immediately got to work, practically ripping my clothes off, throwing them across the room and waiting for Tom. He briefly left the room, coming back with a thin piece of rope.
His lips curl into a hungry smirk as he sees the submission in my eyes, a dark desire sparking within his gaze. "Well well well, such a good listener hm?" he chuckled, "put your hands up to the headboard, I'm not going to be patient with you," he commanded, I obeyed and held my hands up to the headboard, this one had holes in it so it was way easier to do ropeplay.
He gently wrapped the rope around my wrists, tightening them, making sure I wasn't able to escape at any giving moment. Then, he stripped to his boxers, climbing onto the bed and hovering over me, his muscular frame teasing the fuck out of me.
"Tom.." I whined, yearning for his touch. "Shut up, don't be impatient or you won't get anything," he grunted, grinding his hips slowly against mine, getting me worked up.
He leaned down, his lips brushing against my ear as he whispered dirty, filthy words and vulgar phrases, his breath hot against my skin. "T..tom...please.." I kept whining, growing impatient. "What did I fucking say, huh?" he grabbed my chin, his fingers digging into my jaw.
"I'm sorry..I just...I need you.." I cried out, he chuckled at my desperation, "oh really, okay baby.." his hands roamed over my body squeezing and groping at my breasts, pinching my nipples until they turned hard and sensitive, "mmm! oh god!" I gasped, his teeth grazing over my sensitive buds.
He laughed huskily against my skin, feeling his cock throb with need at my reactions, "I love hearing you moan schlampe..you're going to be making a lot more noises for me soon." He moves down my body, roughly kissing and sucking at my skin, leaving marks in the most random places possible.
He sucks on my hipbone, before moving between my legs, giving my thighs a tight squeeze as he bit and sucked on them, dangerously close to my burning heat.
"Fuck..such a whore, getting wet just from my touch," he grins wickedly as he spreads my legs wider, admiring the glistening wetness between my thighs, lowering his mouth to it.
He licks a stripe in my folds, collecting all my juices, before coming back up, grabbing my hips as he scooted closer to me, slowly pulling his cock out.
He started to press the length of his hard cock against the wet folds of my pussy, rubbing it back and forth to tease me, "Tom! Hurry up!" I acted out, crying with need. He huffed out and smacked my thigh harshly, "don't fucking tell me what to do, I'm in charge, I own you, do you fucking understand?" he raised his voice, "y..yes Tom.." I whimpered, looking down in shame.
He took his cock in his hand and started to slowly stroke it, sliding it against the slick lips of my pussy again before pushing into my tightness, stretching my walls deliciously.
He growled lowly, gripping my hips tighter, not even caring about the bruises he might be leaving. He starts to create a pace, slamming into me wildly, the head of his cock hitting against my g spot with each thrust, "you like that meine hure? Feeling my cock slamming into you?" he leans down to whisper in my ear, taunting me.
I nodded, throwing my head back, "I want to hear you say it, tell me how much you love this fucking cock," he groaned, reaching up and grabbing my hair, tugging at it roughly. "I.I...fuck! I love your cock, feels so good in me, ohh god!" I cried out, the pain pleasureable.
He grins at my words, enjoying the sight of me squirming and moaning beneath him, the way I completely submit to him. He starts to thrust into me faster and harder, his grip tightening on my hair as he planted rough and sloppy kisses on my neck.
"God...I could fuck this pussy all fucking day, watch how pathetic and dumb you get as I destroy it.." he chuckled, pounding into me harder, the bed shaking beneath us as he fucks me for all he's worth.
"T..tom...tom! Too hard!" I whined, tears falling down my cheeks. He smirks and keeps kissing and sucking at my neck, his thrusts never faltering. "You fucking love it, you dirty slut. I'll keep going until I fucking draw blood, you will beg for this cock," his voice is low and dangerous. I felt my release approaching, my pussy throbbing around his thick cock.
"Ohh baby, you're gonna cum around you?" he grinned, picking up his pace and slamming into me harder and faster, moving down to my tits and sucking on my nipples harshly. "Yess! I'm so close Tom, keep going!" I rolled my eyes back, my hands desperate to hold onto something,
With one last rough thrust I came, a high pitched moan leaving my mouth as my juices spilled all over his cock. "Fuck yes!" he grunted, shooting a load deep into me.
"Jesus fucking christ...you're so good..." he panted, reaching up and untying the knot and releasing my arms, red rope burns around my wrists.
"I'm not done with you," he smirked, flipping me over and thrusting into me once again, triggering another wave of pleasure as starts bringing me to my second orgasm, he couldn't get enough of the feeling of me cumming around him, it only drove him to fuck me harder.
"Tom! I...I can't!" I cried out, "yes you can baby, take it all," he encourages me, his voice softening a little. He starts slamming into me with all the force and strength he has, causing the bed to shake even more, on the verge of snapping in half.
He reached in between my legs, rubbing my clit harshly, the contact causing my body to shake slightly, "sensetive are we? How cute" he chuckled, wrapping an arm under my stomach to give better security.
The sounds of skin on skin echoing in the room as he pounds into me relentlessly, he loves knowing that I am completely at his mercy, that I would do anything for him, obey him in every way I could.
"Tomm!" I yelled, the pleasure getting too intense for me to handle, his smile widens as he hears me scream his name, "louder schlampe! Scream my name, let everyone know who's making you feel this good!" he yelled, raising his hand and smacking my ass roughly.
I whimpered at his roughness, his thrusts becoming more erratic, slamming into me over and over with abandon. "I said, louder!" he screamed, spanking my ass once again.
"T..tom!" I cried out, much louder this time, feeling his hand grip my hair, pulling it back roughly, "good girl.." he grinned, his release nearing. His hand returned to my clit, rubbing roughly, sending shock waves throughout my body as my orgasm was on edge.
"Ohh fuck!" I gasped, my second orgasm crashing down, as my pussy clenched tightly around his cock it triggered his own orgasm, spilling himself deep inside me once again, his seed hot and slick against my walls.
"Fuckk..." he slowly pulled out, watching as 2 loads worth of cum spilled out of my hole. He quickly grabbed tissues and cleaned me up, grabbing my trembling frame and holding me close, stroking my hair gently.
"Did so well baby..such a good girl.." he smiled softly, peppering kisses all over my face, his hands rubbing up and down my body. "I love you, you know, such an obedient girl.." he whispered, lifting my chin for me to look at him.
I nodded lazily, my eyes struggling to stay open. "Aw..cmon, get some rest baby, I'll be here when you wake up," he rubbed my back softly as I slowly drifted off to sleep.

Pierre and Y/N are the type of people that is confusing to talk about. No one really knows the big deal between the two of them, are they friends or are they lovers? One minute everything is all good, they are about to go to the store and pick out rings then the next thing that you know they already broke up. What was constant was that they always find their way back to each other.
Maybe it’s the lifestyle that makes it work; Pierre is a famous F1 driver that travels the world most of the year while Y/N is a grand recluse of a writer that is trying to find her way to the market. They don’t need much time from each other, and they understand the busy structure of their work.
Maybe its also the fact that they have years of friendship backing them up that's why they were able to last long with each others antics. So, what happened to them?
I.
The first kind of break ups were pretty silly. It was usually something that could be fixed in a matter of hours or a day being away from each other. Its something very random and weird like this.
"Wait, so you are breaking up with me because you are writing?"Pierre was confused.
Pierre had been in relationships before but he has never once heard of someone wanting to break up with him because she has to meet a certain deadline.
He felt very whiplash by the whole situation because she was just kissing him and they were cuddling in bed in the morning. Now she wants to break up with him.
"Yes Pierre, I need to be in my most heartbroken self to write my best lines"Y/N confirms.
"So does this mean that once you finish this thing you are working on then we can get back together?"Pierre clarifies.
Y/N nods as she brings out her working laptop and a notebook.
"So should I say something mean or should I just leave you be to your senses?"Pierre wondered.
"Do you really wanna break up with me so badly?"Y/N had too much of Pierre's question
Pierre raised his hands in defeat.
"Okay then lets break up"
Pierre headed straight back to his room to allow Y/N to work on her things. He chuckles at himself with the weird antics of his girlfriend, (or should he say ex girlfriend) but he busies himself with some emails that he has from work.
It took Y/N two days before she comes crawling to their shared bed. Pierre was in a sleepy state when Y/N snuggled to his arms.
"Are you done?"Pierre wondered.
"Yeah,just passed my manuscript"Y/N agrees.
"Can I call you my girlfriend again?"
II.
Qualifying was extremely difficult today with Pierre taking p15. To make matters worse there was this pressing issue that Pierre might be axed from the team. It honestly frustrated him to the point that he was only doing sim work, training, and more training.
It worries Y/N a great deal especially when Pierre seems so out of it.
"Pierre c'mon get some rest" Y/N begged.
It was already 2 in the morning and there was still a race tomorrow but he insisted on hitting the gyms to train.
"You are going to be exhausted later during the race if you keep doing this"Y/N reminds.
"I don't care, I have to work hard"
"Pierre please listen to me"
"You're the one who is not listening to me"Pierre snaps "Don't you realize that I have the possibility to lose everything that I have worked hard for if they cut me off the team."
Y/N was in shock with the sudden outburst and if Pierre was in his usual self then he would have immediately apologized for raising his tone. But Pierre was far from thinking clearly.
"Pierre that was not nice"
"Nothing is ever nice in this world"scoffs Pierre.
"Look I'm just trying to help you he-"
"You know what, why not just break up with me so I can focus on my thing without anyone nagging" Pierre suggested.
She could feel the tears prickling her eyes and threatening to fall. But her mother did not raise her cry over a stupid boy like this.
"You're really going there huh" Y/N said "See if I care"
With a slam of the door, Y/N was gone and Pierre felt even more antsy than ever. It wasn't the fact that he has a messed up weekend but he has the possibility of messing up a good relationship because of his blind rage.
In a couple of hours despite Y/N implying that she didn't care, she was at the race patiently waiting for the lights to go out. It was difficult for her to just leave Pierre especially when he is in this state of mind.
But of course, Y/N's pride was something that she holds dear that is why she didn't show up to Pierre's garage. It is kind of weird to see the crowd of yellow and black colors but Y/N was so glad that she has Isa by her side to join her during the race.
"Never gets easier to let him go for races huh"Y/N comments as she watched Isa putting on Carlos' helmet.
"Well, I'm sure he tries his best to be careful on the track" Isa smiled.
"Why aren't you giving any pre-race goodluck kisses to Pierre? He might need it" Carlos suggested.
Y/N could just roll her eyes, Pierre wasn't superstitious like that.
"Okay laugh all you want but don't make me say I told you so if he gets involved in an accident"Carlos warns.
"Don't mind Carlos, he is just joking"Isa shrugs it off.
"But Isa, its true remember when-"
"Stop stressing Y/N out Carlos, go race and be safe"
"Aye aye"
Y/N watched the playful interaction before the couple parted ways. The scene struck a chord in her heart because she knew that she could never act that way with Pierre. Their whole relationship was a secret that only the grid knows Y/N is off limits. But outside the grid, no one knows about it. Fans equate them as close friends but never more than that.
"What's on your mind honey?"Isa asked
"Nothing Isa, I'm okay"
Y/N showed a weak smile and Isa was hesitant to press things but she just let friend be.
"Look the race is starting"Y/N diverts.
The sound of the engines filled the air and off the cars go. Y/N watched as everyone gets off with a decent start, she could only hope that there was no incident today especially for Pierre's sake.
Everything happened all of a sudden as white smoke filled the air and a loud collision was heard. The cameras were quick to pan to the accident and the two girls clutched each other's hands as the smoke clears.
"It's Nico, its not Carlos" someone from the garage reassured Isa and the girl could feel a sigh of relief.
However, the same cannot be said to Y/N as the frustrated team radio of Pierre can be heard and the familiar livery was seen in the middle of the wreck.
Any amount of pride or memory of what he said last night was suddenly thrown out of the window. She just wants to know how he is or if he is safe from that tragic collision.
"Y/N, they're going to check on Nico" Isa pointed out to some Renault people "You should probably go since Pierre would be there too"
Y/N was about to deny that she didn't want to see him but Isa had a stern look on her face.
"Just go honey"
And she comes running to the medical bay to look for the injured man. She was a bit thankful that precautions have been made in this sports that allowed drivers to walk away from such accident without major damages.
Maybe, a bruised ego is their biggest worry now.
"Y/N"Pierre was confused to see her.
Maybe the damage has been far more worse than he imagined because he was now seeing things. As far as he could recall, Y/N was not around when the race started. So how is she here?
"God, you scared me P"Y/N wrapped him in a hug.
Pierre was a little bit sore from the crash but there was this instant warm feeling knowing that Y/N didn't abandon him. Even if he was really moody and too shitty, Y/N was still there for him.
He remembers how terrible it was being in that car and thinking that the last memory he shared with Y/N is a bad one. He didn't feel great at all so he held her as if its his second chance.
"I didn't mean what I said last night"Pierre whispered "I'm really sorry for hurting your feelings. I wasn't thinking straight and there is just a lot of pressure-"
"It's okay, I know Pierre"Y/N consoles "I won't be leaving you anytime soon"
A chaste kiss was shared between the two of them, a symbol that they have reunited once more.
III.
The third time they broke up was when Pierre asked her hand for marriage and she didn't say anything.
After being constantly invited to weddings, Pierre is bound to pick up some courage to ask Y/N out. He developed this dream that he wants a life with Y/N and he is ready to take it to the next level. Knowing Y/N, he picked the right size and the perfect ring. He also knows her dream proposal place which is somewhere with a view of the city.
He had everything planned out perfectly so imagine his surprise when she answers.
"Pierre, I can't do this" Y/N dropped the bomb.
"What? Why?"
Y/N felt like an extreme asshole because everything was perfect. Any girl would say yes to this prime opportunity of marrying their childhood bestfriend but Y/N sees through things.
"Pierre we aren't even official to the public and now you want to escalate it to marriage" Y/N reasons.
"So that's it, you don't want to marry me because I can't call you mine in public?"
"It's not just that" Y/N sighs "but our careers are just taking off and we haven't talked about our relationship yet and suddenly were going to go to marriage"
What Y/N saying was valid but Pierre was not listening to any of it. He felt very crushed and he could not think straight at the moment.
"Let's just break up if you can't see a future with me"
"Pierre, you know that's not what I meant"
"Then tell me how would you feel if the person you truly loved didn't want to marry you"Pierre roared.
It was a devastating scene between the two of them. How Y/N wished that she could undo what she said a few minutes ago but she knows that she only means well. A rushed marriage will also lead to rush separation and she will not put herself to that.
"Let's break up then, I think its best if we go our seperate ways for the time being"Pierre concludes.
It took them three long weeks before they got back together. It was due to an intervention by Charles that allowed them to speak again and talk their differences. Pierre has been more understanding now and heard Y/N's point out.
They got back together but it felt like there is a huge crack that took a heavy blow with their relationship.
IV.
Y/N had a terrible day at work with her manuscript being asked to be revised by her publisher. All she needs was a good rest and possibly some cuddles with Pierre. She prays as she twist the doorknob that Pierre was not in his one of his moods.
"Mon amour"Pierre called out "I was waiting for you"
Pierre can cook but it doesn't mean that he does it often. It was a good surprise for Y/N to see the dinner table set with all of her favorite dishes and an array of fresh flowers in a bouquet. She eyes the man warily as she takes a seat
"I didn't miss any important dates, didn't I?" Y/N asked.
"Is it bad that I wanted to do something special for you?"
In other days, she would want to argue about it but for today she didn't want to do any of that. She had no energy to question Pierre's weird behavior and she just wants to enjoy the dinner with him.
It was a lovely dinner but Y/N knows that Pierre was hiding something from her. As she was putting away the plates, she knew that she had to get an answer or she may fall asleep overthinking things.
"What is going on P, I'm actually scared you did something stupid that's why you are buttering me up so much"
Pierre lets out a heavy sigh, they knew each other too well that they can't really keep a secret with each other.
"My PR talked to me today and they wanted to announce a relationship to help my whole image"Pierre confesses.
Articles are very easy to miss but as a writer, Y/N knows how a different usage of an article changes the meaning of the sentence. Pierre used "a" rather than "the" which means he is not referring to their relationship.
"Who is it?"Y/N wondered
"She's a model, her name is Caterina" Pierre explained.
There was a heavy silence in the room as Y/N dried out the dishes. She knew that this was all because she was not very marketable due to her timid personality. She was not even famous for her books so that's another reason. Bottom line, they can't announce her because she seems very different from Pierre and she is not the WAG material.
"How long?"
Y/N was used to this kind of treatment. She felt like she accepted this as long as she can get to keep Pierre at the end of this whole thing. People would think she is crazy but love makes people do crazy things.
"Just 6 months and its over"Pierre answered.
It was also very difficult for Pierre's end. He have tried to lobby that he wanted to announce his relationship with Y/N but he is held by a contract. If he decides to deviate then he might lose his seat.
He knows how difficult it was to ask her for this but he had no choice.
"I'll get packing then and I'll move out in the next few days"Y/N mumbles.
Pierre stopped her for leaving and held her tightly. She instantly melts in his hold and she easily reminds herself why she puts up with all of this.
"I love you, don't you forget that"
The world moved with Caterina being announced as Pierre's girlfriend. However, they didn't know that after 6 months then Pierre is back to Y/N's arms. It was always Y/N and Pierre even if the world can't see it.
V.
It started with a normal dinner reservation.
Y/N has been promised by Pierre that he will take her out for dinner. They both understand that the past few weeks has been tiring for the two of them with the stress of racing, writing, and personal issues. The dinner is a nice way to reconnect with each other.
However, here she was already an hour waiting for Pierre to show up.
The hour goes from two to three and by the fourth hour, she decided that she will just go home. She have felt upset with Pierre before but this was a different kind of upset. It's not something to be fixed by flowers, vacations, or any of those stupid letters he does.
She reaches their shared apartment and started packing her stuffs. Her mind was already made up and this time it was going to last. The relationship was doomed to failure anyways.
And just before she finished packing, Pierre stumbles in.
"Y/N, do you have a schedule tonight?"Pierre asked.
He was met with silence as the writer ignores him.
"Oh c'mon what did I do wrong this time?"Pierre complains "Sit and talk with me Y/N"
Pierre could only stop Y/N by bringing all her packed clothes out of her suitcase. Something that heavily irritated Y/N, which caused her to finally speak.
"Can you just let me pack in peace"Y/N begged.
"Not until you tell me what's wrong"Pierre stops "Do you have a flight somewhere? Maybe I could drive you"
"You don't have to drive me Pierre"
"Then what's going on, I arrive here and you are fuming there-"
"You made me fucking wait four hours"Y/N snapped.
Pierre racked his brains for anything that he missed and he suddenly remembered how he reserved dinner with her. He felt like all the color drained on his face.
"Don't do this, I'll make it up to you Y/N" there was a desperation in Pierre's voice.
"I can't, we can't keep doing this P"Y/N admits it "We keep on breaking up and then making up then we act like this is a healthy relationship. We can't do this"
Strong arms wrapped around Y/N's waist and she could feel the wetness on her shoulders as Pierre buried his face there. It was proving more and more difficult for Y/N to leave him.
"I have to do this P, for you and for me"she remains firm.
"Tell me you don't love me"Pierre refuses to let go.
And Y/N cannot admit that because she knows she will always love Pierre. But she was scared that in loving Pierre so much then she may not have any love left for herself. She doesn't know what to do if she loses Pierre so its best if she will be the one to let go of him first.
"I'm sorry Pierre"
With a heavy heart, she removes the him away from her. She picks up her bags and closes the door. She left without taking a look back at the man she has loved from childhood till now because she knows that the moment she sees him then all form of control she has will evaporate.
And everything was two years ago. Here is Y/N with her third best-selling novel book signing tour. Sometimes she likes to think that she lost Pierre to be able to write the books that made her extremely famous. Most of the times, she wishes it never happened because she would rather have Pierre than these best selling novels.
It was her first time in Europe for work. She was often here to watch and support Pierre from the sideline. She never thought that she will be back in Europe so loved and so adored.
But it seems like destiny has a way of messing things up.
"Hi! What's your name?"she greets the woman in front of her.
Even though it has been a long day, she managed to master the art of keeping a perfect smile. She understands how the fans have been waiting in line for so long and she has to give them the best experience as she signs their book.
"My name is Kika, I'm a huge fan of yours" the woman introduced.
Y/N looked up to take a look at her. Kika had a dazzling smile and has this certain aura that exudes her charmingness. Y/N felt that she should be the one asking for Kika's signature because she looks like a stunning goddess.
"I really love the way you write things and I used to read it with my boyfriend when he is not racing"Kika narrates.
Racing, its been a while since Y/N heard that. She completely cuts off that certain topic ever since she left Pierre.
"Oh that sounds like a fantastic way to bond as a couple"Y/N agrees
"Yeah and actually my boyfriend told me that he knows you. I was actually wondering if he is joking but I figured that maybe he is"
There was this sinking feeling in her heart but Y/N would like to think that she made some friends in the F1 grid so this may be their girlfriend. Or maybe her boyfriend is bluffing.
"He races? In what kind of race"Y/N asked, she was careful.
"Oh he does Formula 1, his name is-"
"Kika mon amour"
Y/N didn't have to hear the voice twice to know who that voice belongs to. She knows that voice very well and she couldn't believe her rotten luck.
"Pierre, we were just talking about you"Kika embraces Pierre.
Pierre was shifting nervously and Y/N suddenly realized that Kika doesn't know anything about the shared history between the two of them.
"Oh so you are Pierre's new girl" Y/N knew how to act "I'm so pleased to meet you and yes I know Pierre from childhood"
"See mon amour, I was not lying"Pierre teased.
"So you do know her, we should definitely set up a lunch or dinner together"Kika exclaimed "I can't believe that my favorite author is your childhood friend"
She has that bright and genuine smile on her face. It was that certain genuineness that Y/N makes her heart crack. Why did she have to be so sweet and kind, its so difficult to fault her of anything.
"Y/N is one of the best authors, I know" Pierre proudly states "She has a way of tugging hearts"
"Indeed she has, I remember that when I first started reading one of your series I was so hooked and I wanted to pattern my dream partner to how you write the character of.."Kika babbles.
And everything felt like fading in the background. But Y/N didn't miss how Pierre was looking at Kika so lovingly and so endearing while Kika was rambling excitedly. The heart that was once healed was getting torn up once more because of what's happening in front of her.

You don't have to read this, but I've been thinking about ways to escape that situation. I would consider this a test run because we don't know their hunting strategies. Instead of focusing on running away, I would focus on understanding their patterns, as we know they are Mafia workers who search for people, and we don't know what kind of roles they have in their search. I'm considering whether or not to tell Dust about something, but I'm worried that he or my home might be bugged. If I do decide to tell him, I'll write a note explaining my reasons and wait for Horror to watch over us. While I wait, I'll inspect the garden for any weak points in the walls and observe the usual guard shift times. I might also pretend to have trouble sleeping and ask for some sleeping medication. I know Nightmare would attempt to help me, but he can't be available 24/7, and he won't be there every night, and I would ask for some sleep medication. And when it's Horror's turn I will dump the appropriate amount in his food or drink to mask the drugs when adding drugs to food or drink, I would use sugar to mask the taste and spices to cover up the smell. He is the main person hunting us down, and it's frustrating for Killer and Dust because they primarily used him to track us from the beginning. I will use the tough fabric of our curtains to tie knots and cut them to make a makeshift rope. Then, I will hail the nearest taxi, pay in cash, and instruct the driver to take us to the docks. I would take a boat tour to travel to the other side of the lake assuming that we live near one. They usually don't ask for ID, but I would choose a cheaper one just in case. I would be willing to pay extra if they do ask for it. Once I reach the other side, I would go to one of the destinations and start my new life without them.
An admirable attempt, to be sure. And there's a genuine chance you could get some distance away before they find you, which is no small feat. But there are some pitfalls you might have overlooked.
Guard shifts overlap. Nightmare has been in the game long enough to know the common breaks in armour. He's not just keeping you in; he's keeping his enemies out.
The boys might be dumb, but they're not stupid. They're incredibly observant. They would be able to tell that you're watching the guards.
Nightmare will be able to smell mounting anxiety about an escape attempt.
Where would you get the cash for the taxi? Additionally, you are really throwing the dice by getting a cab from outside Nightmare's home. Good luck finding a driver that isn't on Nightmare's payroll. In fact, good luck finding anywhere in the city where there isn't anyone loyal to Nightmare. There's a reason Dust was so agitated by Nightmare liking you... there's a reason he told you you can't leave.
You're gonna need a lot of fucking sleep meds to knock Horror out for any significant amount of time.
Horror is the fastest at finding you, sure. But if he's out of action, Nightmare will happily take his place on the hunt. And that isn't a good thing for you.
Also... perhaps the biggest issue.
You know food is sacred to Horror right? Incredibly sacred. To him, it's synonymous with love, with care, with connection. Food sharing in the Underground was how you told someone you valued their life. And accepting food was how you expressed the ultimate vulnerability. Horror doesn't accept food from just anyone.
Not only did you tamper with his food, you offered it to him under false pretences. You took advantage of the fact that he cared for you enough to eat/drink whatever you offer. I hope you realise you've absolutely shattered his trust.
He will never believe you, or let his guard down around you, ever again.
You monster.
