The Berry Sweet Sapphics Legacy (SIMS 3)

This is for all my yearning sapphics who wanna play a colorful little legacy that is so sacchartine, it rots your teeth. Can also be played as mlm, although, well, look at my URL. The rules will be written with a wlw romance in mind. You need Generations, University, Seasons, Supernatural, World Adventures and Ambitions! Tag with #BSS, or @ me in your intro post so I can eyeball your gameplay! <3

General Rules: - Money cheats are allowed, just don’t overdo it, it tends to rob the fun from the game - Live anywhere, unless otherwise specified - Each generation has one or more traits that I will give you, the rest is up to you. - Your Wife’s career is up to you unless otherwise specified - You don’t have to play berry, you can just have the generational color as a general vibe - Cheating to have same sex pregnancy is ok, as well as adoption! - Roll a 6-sided die each generation to see how many kids you’ll have - You don’t have to max careers, but it’s a nice bonus if you do!

Generation 1: Nerdbians (Mint) “In a world full of people, only some want to fly. Ain’t that crazy?” (Think up Anger - Mutiny) Trait(s): Green Thumb, Genius Career: Scientist Goals: - Meet your wife in Uni, have her be in the Nerd social group - Max Logic, Gardening and Science - Have your wife work as a freelance Inventor once graduated Bonus Goal: - Have your wife build a Simbot and treat them like your own child! That simbot will count toward your offspring roll (+1 if you rolled a 1)

It’s her “time of the month”, I guess Bonus Goal: - Max your Witch skill and raise an undead arms, spearheaded by your wife!

Generation 10: Out of the Dark (Orange) “You know how it is, when you’re just waiting on that bad, bad moon to rise” (Hollywood Undead - Bad Moon) Trait(s): Brave, Active Career: Ghost Hunter Goals: - Meet your wife on the job, after saving her from a spooky invasion! - Max Guitar and Photography! - Max out your Visa for Egypt, time to beat up some Mummies! - Move out of Moonlight Falls once you become an Adult (Not YA!) - Don’t befriend any Supernaturals, you’ve had enough of that in your childhood Bonus Goal: - Cure one of each Supernatural Type and/or cure every Zombie you encounter during full moons!

Explaining my characters. Dinrenan and Dirthrenan

This is basically why my character gets called Jules instead of Dinrenan, and why Dirthrenan took it instead. This explains how and when she gets adopted because that is when the whole name-changing started. I hope this helps to understand!

Name meanings:

Dinrenan: Din(death)renan (voice) I translated as Voice of the dead or Dead's voice - I prefer the first

Dirthrenan: Dirth(used for knowledge or secrets)renan(voice) I translated as Voice of secrets or Secret's voice.

Ashallen/Asha'len: I translated as Child Woman. Mother of Dirthrenan, Healer of clan Lavellan. Her family had always had the gift of magic but she doesn't know from what clan they came from.

Adahlin/ Adahl'lin: Tree's blood or Blood of the tree (am not sure). Father of Dirthrenan. Hunt Master of Clan Lavellan.

Amelan'lin (Mentioned): Blood of the guardian or Guardian's blood

Backstory/Info (If one can call it that) for the sisters

Dinrenan was the High priestess of Falon’din, she was but a child that people thought to be an adult thanks to an amulet she wore that held the Evanuris magic, an illusion in shorts, the "God" couldn't let the People think a child was given better treatment than them, she wears no Vallaslin for she wasn’t a slave but a precious child Falon'din wanted to keep near because of her voice, it soothed the man once the war came. She was called Priestess by the People because it was known for her to go around the Uthenera temples and sing to those who were going into Uthenera and those already asleep, they could hear her in the beyond and knew someone was there to watch over them, it gave them a sense of peace and comfort. Slaves were wary of her because whenever she was near, Falon'din wouldn’t be far away. When Falon’din's vanity made him sacrifice his people, she sang to them, hoping for their spirits to forgive and forget, in that moment she knew her beloved Master had gone too far, but he cared for her, to the child, that was enough to forgive.

She met the Dread wolf once, young and rebellious, dangerous her Master told her but the Wolf did not harm her, his men did, they tried to capture her before she could give the alarm, to them, she was but a noblewoman going to alert the whole temple of their presence, She knew how to shapeshift into a dragon, the Master wanted her to learn it, but in the moment of panic, she forgot everything, how to focus on herself and shape her form. The wolf took the temple, the Master had fled, there was no one to protect the child now. Many slaves told the wolf that if the High Priestess was to live, Falon'din wouldn't cease his search of her, the god was like a madman treasuring his vanity and jewel. The wolf had refused to put an end to someone's life only because they were used as a tool, his men did not agree and when the time came, the leader away on a mission, they forced her into Uthenera, she cried, pleaded even, her Master was coming for her after all, she had to be awake, they did not listen.

When the World of Elvhenan fell and the magic with it, the illusion broke and she was a child again, sleeping in a tomb, silent and dark. Millennia later she was awake again, confused, in pain, but her memory was hazy, she started to sing and cry, she couldn't remember much, she had a Master, the one who treated her like his own child, then what was after? A rebellion of sorts maybe, some evil men looking down at her like she was the worse child on the planet....only, she wasn't a child? She could feel the presence of Spirits, but they were twisted, they did not harm her, her voice kept them enraptured. This is how a hunter found her, and from there, the rest is history.

Joining the clan- The Keeper knows

It had rained the day before and the soil was full of mud puddles when the hunting party came back, some of the hunters had caught hares and some even wolves and deers, one of them though, the hunt master, had no prey in his back but a little girl who didn't appear more than 7 years old with brown shoulder-length wavy hair, in his arms, she clung to the man's neck like she was afraid to look around. Keeper Deshanna asked her first, Dirthrenan, to go and bring some blankets and prepare a bed in the healer's tent. Once the order was given the girl sprinted towards the Healer's tent, not even giving a glance towards her father or the strange addiction in his arms. The keeper greeted the Hunters back she asked Adahl'lin where he found the girl and he seemed all too wary to answer.

"She was in the ruins in the north, Keeper, she was surrounded by demons and she was...singing to them...as soon as she noticed us the demons vanished and she started to talk, but she seems to not know any trade..."

The woman then put her gaze on the child's back and started to speak in Elven, although she found it difficult.

" Turn around, child, no one is going to hurt you"

The child sniffed once and turned her head around, that's when her greenish eyes met the beautiful sky blue of the keeper.

"The same the wolf said but then the Master was no more and everyone lied, so why would I believe you?"

The woman looked confused for a moment, what the child had told made no sense to her, but then she asked her name. The shock hit her like a wave once the name was out of the child's lips. Keeper Deshanna had heard of The High Priestess of Falon'din in the legend Keeper Amelan'lin told at the last Arlathvhen after his hunters found new ruins. He had told of the role the figure had in Ancient temples and Keeper Deshanna couldn't believe the child, the legend says it was a woman, but again, the legend could have been wrong.

Keeper Deshanna had left the child with Asha'lin and her family, the girl showed ability in magic and bonded quickly with Dirthrenan, referring to her and Asha'lin as kin, Deshanna had yet to tell everyone the girl's name and wasn't sure on how to proceed, there were city elves among them who would certainly think of the girl as nothing more than a demon, she wasn't sure as to how even the other Dalish clans would react to such a thing.

When the time came to announce that the new girl was to be kept as a member of the clan Deshanna said that her real name was a mystery, so from then on, the clan could call her Jules, the girl was to answer only to that name.

To Dirthrenan that made no sense, so she chooses to apply the name to herself, fearing to forget it in the years to come, the Keeper always called her Dirthrenan but she refused to answer toward that name. Jules appreciated it and always made sure to keep her sister from danger.

In the years to come, the name Jules was the name she always told people that met her, it was the name the clan gave her, although she refused to take the Vallaslin when she was ready for it, the clan was in dismay, she fought both in elven and trade, then explained in the Keeper's Aravel that she wasn't going to put a slave mark on herself, and then explained to Deshanna what really those tattoos were for. The pain in the Keeper's eyes told her it wasn't what she wanted to hear but understood her point of view, so suggested another option.

Dirthrenan was told to reach the Keeper's Aravel and once inside saw the ink that was used for the Vallaslins, only it was different. She was left alone with her sister, the Keeper had to go out and attend daily matters in the clan.

"So...why is this?"

"I refuse to take your sl-... Vallaslins, the Keeper understood and proposed you paint it on my face instead of....you know..."

Dirthrenan only smiled and shook her head, she didn't ask the reasoning, she took her Vallaslin just the day prior and did not want to know whatever trespassed between the two.

"Alright, so I just have to paint it on your face?" "Yes, it's the same ink you used yesterday, but instead of Dirthamen's...I wish for Falon'din's...the Ink has to be dried as soon as it settles and then I shall cast a spell that basically fixes it and stop it from fading for few months...can you do it?"

While Jules laid down and closed her eyes Dirthrenan took a thin paintbrush and started to work, when both girls exited the Aravel the whole clan was waiting, once seen the Vallaslin they clapped and hugged her, not knowing of the trick.

I’ve discovered something in the young zen master chronicles.

k, so i found this...

Ep. 1: Pyrosabre

Alexis gets her first crush on this dude named Jake Abielle and doesn’t know how to handle it at all. Robin helps her out by showing her some tricks like rubbing an ice-cold blue rag on her face to keep from blushing and focusing on books and school to keep from staring and drooling. Meanwhile, Ryder is revealed to have Japanese heritage and the katana he was given by his grandfather was stolen, so he, Blake, and Eren (uh oh) go on a mission to get it back, going through things like mean old grannies and big scary dogs, but when they do get it back, Ryder sees it broken. He is then villainized into Pyrosabre, a villain with a fire sword. HE is also backed up by the Stone Samurai (I’m bringing Syndromena to the Enchanton world).

Ep. 2: Rouge Hunter

While Robin, Alexis, and Penelope are doing homework, a man knocks on the door frantically and asks to hide because “bad people” were hunting him. Robin and Penelope welcome him to hide, but Alexis has a gut feeling that something is up with this guy. He soon confesses that the “bad people” are the police and he was being chased for stealing, but he never knew that candy bar slipped into his back pocket. Meanwhile, Blake befriends this guy named Matheo Frexia, who is obsessed with the comic series, Rogue Hunter. After Blake leaves him for some friends for a moment, he is beaten up and teased. He is then villainized into Rouge Hunter, armed with a laser staff and gravitational manipulation.

Ep. 3: General Renegade

Nathan Baker, a student suffering from depression, is shocked when his super strict army dad subs for his teacher. His dad does everything he did to him to the other students. He was furious. Meanwhile, Robin, Blake, Oliver, and Alexis are locked in a surprisingly big storage closet. Alexis just sits there and plays Hyrule Warriors, Oliver and Blake tried to get out the normal way, while Robin tried to convince them to let her use a crowbar. Back to Nathan, he snaps and yells at his dad, who is unaffected, but Nathan is villainized into General Renegade, a shirtless buff military fighter with the ability to summon any firearm.

Ep. 4: Hardlight

In class, Emerald finds out a dark secret about Alexis that would ruin her if it got out. This was too good to pass up, so Emerald forced Alexis to be her assistant for weeks until Alexis gets tired of it and outbursts in the middle of prom, “I don’t care anymore! Tell everyone! I’m done with this!” and runs out. She is then villainized into Hardlight, a villain who can copy powers from any video games she has on her switch.

Ep. 5: Prince Action

Oliver tries out for the Gallery of Evil, ran by Jackie Sullivan, who is nice to him, but not his son, which Oliver doesn’t like. He tries to help Jackie’s son impress his dad. Meanwhile, Blake gets a new adopted sister, Adrianna and they get into some shenanigans with some of Adrianna’s friends, but it is eventually resolved. Back to Oliver, he tries to help impress Jackie, which just explodes in all of their faces. Jackie yells at his son, but Oliver takes the blame and is promptly fired. Oliver is then villainized into Prince Action, a villain who can make people copy his exact movements with a pink zap of energy.

Ep. 6: The Cerberus of Pain

Ambre gets a new life goal, to discover the identities of Firefly and King Claw. Her parents try to warn her to stop and that she’ll get hurt, but she doesn’t listen. Meanwhile, Robin, Penelope, Blake, Oliver, and Ryder get stuck in a weird argument between Nathan’s parents while stuck at his house. If you could describe awkwardly, this was it. Soon, Ambre gets hurt and ends up breaking her wrist. Ambre’s parents feel guilty and are villainized into the Cerberus of Pain, a two-headed wolf set on destroying the two heroes and protecting Ambre.

Ep. 7: Homerun

Dr. Syndromena is thinking of ending his deal with Phorah, but before he does, Phorah thinks of a master plan. Meanwhile, Robin is watching her little brother Zachiriah play for the baseball team because he needs support. But Robin has to leave when she notices a villain on the loose. She leaves her younger brother and without her, Zachiriah flops. He is villainized into Homerun, but they also have to deal with a villainized scientific creation named M09\erekin. This is too much, so they must call on a new hero to help them save the day.

Ep. 8: Clover

Robin and Blake get trapped in the school for the weekend, so they get into all types of shenanigans. Meanwhile, Penelope and Paige get imprisoned by pirates (don’t ask), while Penelope is missing her little sister’s birthday party. Penelope loses enough hope to get villainized into Clover, a villain who has extremely good luck and all she uses is a freaking fishing pole with whip-like properties. Robin and Blake are out of commission, so can Queen Dove handle this herself?

Ep. 9: IceHeart

It’s been 2 years since Darius came out, and it didn’t affect the school until Emerald got ahold of his diary. He managed to get it back, only to realize it was a fake. Meanwhile, Eren asks Robin to date him, right in front of Oliver, causing him to get, really, really mad. He walks out before Robin answers Eren, and now Phorah is having a hard time choosing to villainize Darius or Oliver. He ends up choosing Darius and turning him into IceHeart, a villain who can Ice Manipulation abilities.

Ep. 10: Enchanton Origins I

This is the first look back at how the Enchantons were made. The first master, Kino, visits the realm of Syria and is on a hunt for the Lion, Elephant, and Raven Kings and Queens to empower the crystals to make them Enchantons. He has to prove himself worthy to The Lion King (Hakuna Matata) by beating his lackeys, but the Elephant King has the balls to fight Kino himself. The Raven King runs away the entire time and Kino has to catch him to get his power.

Ep. 11: Tidal Brave

Liam comes to the sudden realization that he was gay, after crushing on Darius for a few weeks. He learns to play guitar and when Darius and Liam are together in private, Liam sings a love song to Darius, confessing his love. Meanwhile, Matheo, Robin, Paige, and Penelope create their own country for a social studies project, but it was so good, people encouraged them to expand on it and they even create a restaurant in the cafeteria based on their fake country. Back to Liarius, Darius blushes, but due to him being equivalent to a fragile disaster time 3, he runs out because he’s so shocked. He takes this as rejection and is villainized into Tidal Brave, a villain with the ability to manipulate water with his guitar.

Ep. 12: Rapture Rider

While Landon was driving on her motorcycle, she causes a few thugs to crash, so they jump her and take her bike. She sighs in defeat and cries on the school step until Oliver, Blake, and Eren find her and when she tells them, they all go on a mission to get it back, kind of like Pyrosabre, but instead of booby traps, they have to convince the gang leader to let them get it back. Landon loses all hope and is villainized into Rapture Rider, a villain who has an epic flying missile shooting motorcycle with a pistol that shoots lightning, backed up by Stone Samurai on Motorcycles!

Ep. 13: Enchanton Origins II

Kino goes on a journey to get power for the Firefly, Dragon, and Griffin Enchanton, but this goes super wrong. The Firefly Queen is obsessed with love and tasks Kino to find her true love to get the power, but in the end, Kino turns out to be her true love. The Dragon King tasks Kino in finding him a great home to raise his kids, but since most of the realm is taken, he has a tough journey. The Griffin King hates other realms because they are selfish, so Kino has to prove that they are not.

Ep. 14: Queen Sugar

Adrianna, Blake’s new adoptive sister, decides to help out with Konnos Kametra (Robin & Friends’ New Restaurant), by making sweets and such. Meanwhile, Liam, Darius, and Hannah get roped into a dog racing contest and spend, like, half the episode prepping their dogs with the best gadgets and motivations they could. Back to Konnos Kametra, Ambre decides to eat some of Adrianna’s pastries, and it didn’t really get her approval, and by that, she spit it out at Adrianna and insulted her, and walked away. Adrianna drops a tear and is villainized into Queen Sugar, a villain with pastry and candy-based weapons, and is backed up by the new Ground Snakes. Her pastry bombs pack too much of a punch, so they need a new heavy-duty hero!

Ep. 15: Queen Venom

A superfan of Firefly, Hannah, starts following them around on patrols or even to fight superheroes. They have to find a way to get her off their backs. Meanwhile, Mr. Arbo is having some trouble with his wife, and in the middle of class, he has to step out, but his yells can be heard through the classroom door. Back to the heroes, Hannah almost gets hurt by a villain, and this causes Firefly to lose it on her for like 2 minutes, then leave with King Claw. Hannah is then villainized into Queen Venom, a villain who takes on the abilities of a spider.

Ep. 16: Powerfist

A girl named Maybelle is bullying Eren, not verbal bullying, hitting him, and throwing him bullying, so Eren has to do something about this. Meanwhile, Oliver finally asks Robin out, and to which Robin happily says yes. Yay, Robiver! But on their first date, the restaurant they go to is invaded by robbers, so the two have to team up and stall while the police are on their way. Meanwhile, the principal catches Maybelle in the middle of beating up Eren, and she is straight up expelled. She is then villainized into Powerfist, a villain who can release shockwaves when she punches.

Ep. 17: Moonstrike

While on a school field trip, Blake meets a young female sculptor named Cami and she gets hooked immediately. Meanwhile, Oliver accidentally cracks a sculptor and spends a lot of the episode to try and fix it. Back to Blami, Cami confesses her love, but Blake promptly turned her down because he liked someone else, but this caused Cami to be villainized into Moonstrike, a villain with a moon-based weapon and the ability to give statues life and powers.

Ep. 18: Castor De Rouge

On Halloween, while trick or treating, Robin, Blake, Alexis, and Oliver are kidnapped by some Halloween-dressed thugs. Meanwhile, One of Zechariah's friends is very disappointed that there is no candy on any street. They decide to split up, but when that friend comes back with more candy, they decide to steal her candy and run away. She is then villainized into Castor De Rouge, a pre-teen vampire with all vampire abilities.

Ep. 19: Bridezilla

Robin's mom fell in love with a man a few years ago after her dad died. They are about to get married, but something goes wrong. Meanwhile, Blake and Adrianna end up accidentally convincing a couple of bike thugs to rob a store, and now have to convince them not to. Back to the wedding, Robin's mom's (Jess) jealous aunt comes wearing a white dress. They don't think much of it, but her kids ruin everything and even throw a red drink on Jess's dress. Jess is then villainized into Bridezilla, a villain who can throw explosive flowers and encase anyone jealous of anyone in brass.

Ep. 20: The Living Time Capsule

Right after defeating a villain, Firefly and King Claw go for a break, but then they are attacked by another villain. This one was different, it was from the future. This villain proves to be too strong for all 4 of the heroes, so they retreat, and that is where they run into Paige, who says she got a message in her dreams. She leads them to a closet, and when they open it, they see something/someone amazing.

Ep. 21: Spectre

Eren is still getting beat up by Maybelle, before and after school, unfortunately, there is no one with the balls to take on Maybelle. She takes it too far when she decides to start beating up Eren's little sister (only by 2 years). Eren is then villainized into Spectre, a villain with intense speed and phasing abilities. We need a new hero who is fast and smart enough to combat Spectre. But we don't get that.

Ep. 22: Dark Horse

Ambre gets a little too carried away by being a superhero and she reveals her identity to a few people including Oliver, to get him impressed, Robin, to show that she's better than her, and her parents, to show that she can take care of herself. Firefly has enough, then attempts to use a special Enchanton Magnet to take Ambre's Enchanton away. Ambre then runs away and is so hurt that Firefly lectured her and tried to take her Enchanton. She is villainized into Dark Horse, a villain who can summon horses at will and has the powers of the Horse Enchanton, but multiplied times 20.

in Grammarly, and it’s from about 3 years ago I think. I was trying to write an original story heavily based off of Miraculous Ladybug. But I was very bad at writing back then. So, I just wrote these episode prompts. I decided to let the 2 and a half people who follow me read it because there really isn’t anything else to do with it. Novel Prep Tag Game

Original tag game by @gottaenjoythelittlethingzz. The questions are great, so I wanted to participate - it made me look at my WIP from a new angle, so thanks!

Rules: Answer the questions and then tag as many writers as there are questions answered (or as many as you can) to spread the positivity! Even if these questions are not explicitly brought up in the novel, they are still good to keep in mind when writing.

1. Describe your novel in 1-2 sentences (elevator pitch)

A wolf that can take on a human form befriends a human boxer Rhys and accompanies him on his journey across the desolated wastelands between the big cities to find his little brother Oliver. On the way they meet the thoughtful scribe Anise and are followed by the dedicated hunter Cole.

2. How long do you plan for your novel to be? (Is it a novella, single book, book series, etc.)

A novel for now.

3. What is your novel’s aesthetic?

Desolated wastelands, big cities scattered across the continent, dried up earth, sand and dust, wind, cloudy and misty weather, dust and smoke covering the atmosphere, wolfs, ruins of smaller cities and villages

4. What other stories inspire your novel?

Mostly anime series like Wolf’s rain, Megalo Box, Banana Fish, books like Darker shade of Magic, Outsiders by S.E. Hinton, White Fang by Jack London

6. Who is your protagonist?

Vincent, the wolf, that was seperated from his pack and aimlessly traveled human cities. He takes on the human form to fit in with humans and to hide from hunters.

7. Who is their closest ally?

Vincent meets and befriends Rhys, the reckless and driven boxing prodigy that needed help to cross the desert to reach his hometown to reunite with his younger brother Oliver, he didn’t see in 6 years. Vincent grows quite attached to him, starts to feel responsible and incredibly protective of him. Rhys has bit of intimacy issues, but learns to trust Vincent and regards him as sort of a brother.

8. Who is their enemy?

Cole, the disciplined and dedicated hunter. He trained boxing and martial arts with Rhys and joined the hunter association to hunt and sell wolf’s skin. His father is the ruler of Holland, charged with Amsterdam - the most populated city of the West (since all people live in the few big cities left) Cole’s parents have made him see wolves as enemies for infiltrating human cities. Cole made it his goal to hunt them to meet his father’s vision of protecting people from the wolves. He is perfectionalist obsessed with improvement - he wants to create order in the chaos the world was left in after the catastrophe and is willing to do anything for it. His goal to hunt wolves is based on this desire to improve the world.

9. What do they want more than anything?

Vincent wants to be loved and needed, a part of a family or pack so he could have somewhere to belong to.

Rhys wants to find his younger brother, but what he actually needs is to find peace of mind. He wants to prove himself and have someone to believe in him.

Anise wants to find meaning and purpose in the starving world around her where everything has to have a purpose and people try so hard to survive, yet forget to actually live. She wants to collect and organises books, since she values knowldge and firstly joins the duo to search for new books in the abondened cities.

Cole wants to improve the world and create order and security.

10. Why can’t they have it?

Vincent can’t be with his original pack, because wolves are hunted by humans and it’s easier and safer to travel alone then in groups.

Rhys feels worthless for only knowing how to fight and wants to reunite with his brother, because that was the last time he felt full and at peace. But since they parents divorced and he didn’t get along much with his father, he didn’t see either his mother or brother in last 6 years and spent them in fights a lot. Now he doesn’t know if he has any worth outside of fighting and that’s what makes him restless and self-destructive.

Anise works as a scribe and teacher, because that’s the role people consider useful in this decayed world. She doesn’t believe all that much in her work, because she thinks people should be learning from books from Before the apocalypse and not just recording what happened After.

Cole considers wolves to be the natural enemies to safety of humans since the discovery of their ability to take on human forms. He doesn’t understand how they survived after majority of animals and natural life perished and fears they want to take over humans.

11. What do they wrongly believe about themselves?

Rhys believes he has to fight everything to prove his worth and that emotions and needing help are a sign of weakness.

Vincent believes he can’t have a family or bonds anymore because he is a wolf in a human world.

Anise believes her life doesn’t have meaning outside of collecting knowledge.

Cole believes he can improve the world by hunting down something he doesn’t understand.

12. Draw your protagonist! (Or share a description)

Vincent looks like a slim young boy with messy dark brown hair, pale skin and icy blue eyes in his human form. In his original wolf from he is a white wolf with amber-yellow eyes.

Rhys is muscular and tall with dark olive skin, black curly hair and dark eyes. He is covered in scars, most notably on his arms and on his right cheek.

Anise has long blond wavy hair, grey eyes and ivory skin.

Cole is tall, but less muscular then Rhys. He has black hair falling in his green eyes and fair skin.

Plot Points

13. What is the internal conflict?

Rhys is so set on fighting and reaching his external goal - reuniting with his brother and protecting him - that he doesn’t realize he actually needs to accept himself and his faults and find internal peace in caring about people and living with them. He needs to realize he doesn’t have to prove anything, doesn’t have to be strong every minute to be useful and worthy of love and recognition.

Vincent mostly only has a bit conflicted emotions regarding his storng protective feeling towards a human, when humans are the ones that drew his pack apart and hunted him for so long. Otherwise he just wants to belong somewhere and enjoys his new pack.

Anise wants to find meaning - she was afraid to want anything, always concerned only with activities that were neccessary for survival or for being useful in the dying society that has few resources. She values knowledge and wants to find and collect the books left abondened through out the country, so the cognition of the pre-apocaliptic world would be saved. Through knowing Rhys and Vincent she sees how someone can still have desires and enjoy simple pleasures like watching stars or dancing and finds her meaning in living, fullfilling her dreams in hunting for the lost books.

Cole struggles to improve the world but isn’t going about it in the right way.

14. What is the external conflict?

The journey to cross the wastelands is difficult and is very rare for someone to attempt to go on one. People are gathered only in their big cities, valuing their resouces while other cities and the country have been abondened. Smaller cities that still have inhabitants are rules by violent gangs, the routes are long and one needs a lot of supplies since there is nothing on the way to eat or drink, with unpredictible weather and frequent sand storms.

Additionally Vincent is hunted by Cole and since Rhys defends him, he is in danger too.

15. What is the worst thing that could happen to your protagonist?

Rhys failing to find and care for his younger brother, which he would see as a sign he is worthless and deserves all the bad that happened to him.

Vincent never having a pack again and no one he could be himself with.

Anise staying static, living a planned out life in the city full of anxious people and doing something she doesn’t believe in.

Cole feeling like he failed to contribute to helping the world get better.

16. What secret will be revealed that changes the course of the story?

It's not that much of a secret as a bit of a plot twist that Oliver, the younger brother that the main characters looked for the whole time, actually didn't want to be found and wasn't very keen on seeing his older brother again, since he was very angry with him. But the issue gets solved, when the brothers reconcile at the end.

17. Do you know how it ends?

Not exactly sure, just that Vincent, Rhys, Anise, Oliver and maybe Cole stay together, either make a living by continuing to travel and collecting lost objects or finding place to stay and build together.

18. What is the theme?

What self-worth is based on for people - family, higher purpose, dreams, success, abilities. Finding a meaning, fullfilling a purpose or recovering when one’s purpose or dream was lost. Having dreams and meaning when the world is falling apart starved and if every activity has to have a point and what does it mean.

19. What is a reoccurring symbol?

Wolf, moon, wind, clouds, dust, whirlwind, books

20. Where is the story set? (Share a description!)

The story is set in post-apocalyptic future Europe, where earth has dried up and smoke and dust have cover the sun to the point that it’s hard for people to survive. So people migrated from all over the country into big cities, where they live very closely together. The land inbetween pretty much turned to uninhabitable wasteland, with many cities and villages left empty.

21. Do you have any images or scenes in your mind already?

Yes I have several scenes in my head, that I’m working on connecting into a logical plot.

22. What excited you about this story?

The growing trust and protectiveness between Vincent and Rhys, the bonds Vincent forms with Anise and Oliver, how the enstraged brothers Rhys and Oliver reconcile again and Cole’s transition from an enemy to friend. I’m also exicited about Anise’s romance with Rhys, who at first challanges her views and believes. Also Cole serves as the main bad guy, but is actually an antagonist, who will redeem himself and befriend the other characters in the process.

23. Tell us about your usual writing method!

I always start with characters that I stick in different scenarios or in my favourite movies and series or books and let them interact. From those I mostly get inspiring scenes that I try to connect through a plot. Afterwards I work on characterisation, world-building, research details and outline stuff a bit. I also write little snippets that sometimes turn long and can be used as chapters.

Commentary: Boy, I don’t even know what else to say about this fic that I’ve recommended so many times by now. So I will say what I always say about it: It’s perfect. The worldbuilding and characterization, Shane’s POV is delicious. And also, he’s a vampire here.

Summary: The hot new kid that frustrates Ryan on a daily basis may or may not be a werewolf.

Ryan Bergara is in his junior year and president of Buzzfeed High School’s supernatural club; Shane Madej is the new kid that’s started showing up to meetings only to shit on Ryan’s belief in the paranormal. Normally, he would be annoyed with such a skeptical asshole– except, said asshole is also really fucking attractive, leading to a weird mixture of frustration and attraction Ryan has no idea how to deal with.

Then Ryan notes that there’s one subject that Shane doesn’t have anything to say about: werewolves. His discomfort at the mention of the subject and consistent absences on full moons is more than enough to pique Ryan’s curiosity. Whatever’s going on, Ryan is going to get to the bottom of it…even if it kills him.

Commentary: Oh, man. This fanfic is so sad– I’m not gonna ruin the ending for you, but it’s a good story with great characterization. It broke my heart, but it also made me laugh and feel all warm. Shane is an angel here.

Commentary: Look– this author? I love her. She has a very unique style and the way she writes their dynamic is something else. This fanfic in particular is a lot of fun, and I hate the fact that I know one and every damn Twilight reference in it. Shane is a vampire.

It also has one of my favorite mental images/scenes in a fanfic ever. If you guess which one is, come tell me about it, lmao.

Commentary: Deity Shane falls for mortal Ryan and things may have gone wrong at some point… but it has happy ending, I promise. God, I love this story to no end! It was one of the first fics I read and I love it, it’s wonderful!

Good Morning fellow gamers and Happy New Year. We made it once again and of course it is a New Year to look at some titles that you might want to keep on your radar. So, this Beast gamer right here is here to tell you my personal list of games that I am keeping a close eye out on. Just a heads up that some links will take you to Play-Asia.com which helps us in the long run. All right shameless plug over lets get to that list.

Anthem First Up!

This is one of the highly anticipated games that also has me worried. You know that feeling when something looks damn good and the developers show actual gameplay from jump. It just looks way too good to be true, but I am still all in since this might be the game I am looking for. It has that nice Iron Man feel to it and a hint of Fantasy as each soldier has their own special abilities.

This new Bioware title will be available on Xbox One X, PlayStation 4 Pro and PC. Thankfully you obtained more time with a February 22, 2019 release date.

Devil May Cry 5

This is a long lineage going back from the PS2 days and now with the fifth installment will it live up to the legacy? It was a hit or miss with the DMC titles, I am one that enjoyed the reboot which had more of a badass western feel towards it. The combat has always been my favorite and of course the monster designs were top notch.

Several years after the Order of the Sword incident… An unusual phenomenon suddenly appears in Red Grave City. A gigantic tree pierces through the surface in the middle of town, attacking with roots that drain the poor citizens of their blood. Young Devil Hunter Nero races into Red Grave aboard the mobile Devil May Cry vehicle with his partner Nico, a self-styled “artisan of arms” who provides Nero with his new weapons.

Nero seeks to recover many things in Red Grave: Lost pride…stolen power…and a man left behind. Dead or Alive 6

This is a personal favorite of mine actually being a fan since day one since it has an interesting fight system. The counter attacks are one of the best in any fighting game and going back and forth is where the challenge begins. So what do we expect for this sixth installment and hopefully it is not a cash grab like Core Fighters was.

Hitting the Danger Zone is a nice thrill for any pilot looking for a mixture of Ariel combat and Sci-Fi creativity. You will have access to maybe planes with a rich story to get a hold of.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

It is not Tenchu but it is as close as we are going to get and I am impressed. Saw Sekiro first at the Sony Experience last year and I was quite amazed by the action and story lore that goes with it.

Fae Tactics: The Girl who Destroyed the World

Indie titles are always on the list because the creators have a lot of heart and catches my eye.

Team Vs Speed – Endless Fluff Games went back and forth on this idea on how their game would be. Luckily they settled on a Hybrid style makes it the best of both worlds. “The combat is still locked into rounds and each unit only has one turn per round. The Speed stat determines where they are on the turn order, so having a higher speed gives you the advantage of going first or the flexibility to delay your turn until you feel the moment is right to make your move.”

Spell Talisman – You will be allowed to have up to 3 spell talismans, but there are over 40 spells in development. As of right now, there is 29 which gives gamers a lot of room to strategize on what they will need and utilize. Either be defensive or offensive or mix it up as well as support spells. Keep in mind you and the enemy can only use one spell per round so think on that. Expect some cool down with spells as well.

Hades – Battle out of Hell

Defy the god of death as you hack and slash your way out of the Underworld in this rogue-like dungeon crawler from the creators of Bastion and Transistor.

Rogue Like video games are quite fun in a frustrating way which is hilarious to me. Hades Battle Out of Hell shows the fun in rebelling against your parent and this time you will have to deal with the entire house. I find that funny because all you want to do is leave!

We got to work on Hades less than a month after our previous game, Pyre, launched on July 25, 2017. Each time we’ve completed a project, we’ve found ourselves eager to dive into something new. Crackdown 3

It was a smart move on Microsoft to have Terry Crews as the front runner for an explosive action packed game! I still remember the first time trying out crackdown on because we got an opportunity to play a new Halo title. Too our surprise Crackdown was actually good. They kind of dropped the ball on the sequel but I still had my fun. Here is to hoping with Crackdown 3.

Resident Evil 2 Remake

OC as a Child: Sene Lavellan

tagged by @a-shakespearean-in-paris and @twilightoath ^_^ Above art is my own. Here’s the post!

Who named them/Significance of their name:

Sene’s full first name is Isene, which means like fire. Her mother Rasha chose the name, because it had been a very cold spring in Ansburg that year (9:22 Dragon). She wanted to bring some warmth into the season.

Isene is pronounced EE-seh-nay. Her nickname, Sene, was given to her by her father Revasan when she was a young child. He always said that a three-syllable name was too many syllables to be shouting across the farm every single day. Sene is pronounced, very simply, as Sen (rhymes with hen).

Sene’s Uncle Ellas, Great Aunt Fisara, and cousin Terys all call her Ise (EE-say), which means simply fire.

Home they grew up in:

Sene grew up on a large, farming compound of about 400 acres on the Minanter River, outside of Ansburg in the Free Marches. The farm grows mostly grain (wheat and corn) and grapes, and is also home to a large distillery and several large wine cellars. The Lavellans, a large clan comprised of Sene’s immediate and extended family (the “blood” Lavellans”) and then many smaller clans absorbed over the years, all lived in large fortified tents until about the time that Sene joined the Inquisition. At that point, however, they expanded the compound quite a bit and built houses. The Lavellan clan runs a large operation as farmers, distillers/vintners, and liquor distributors. They are quite well-off.

Relationship with parents:

Sene always had a kind of a tense relationship with her parents. Her father Revasan was massively sheltering when she was a child and a teenager, judgmental, crass, and what Sene would probably describe as an “angry asshole with a stick up his ass.” Sene’s mother Rasha is a passive person and sheltered as well, though she has many deep emotional scars due to a great deal of traumatic loss in her history. During Sene’s more rebellious antics, she would remain uninvolved, leaving most of the discipline to Revasan, as conflict typically upset her. This caused Sene to resent her mother a little bit, and to view her as weak for many years.

Three Words to describe them as a child:

Fast, spitfire, insecure.

Childhood friend(s):

Sene hung out with her cousin Terys a lot, as they’re about the same age, but Terys was always charming and he had a lot of friends that weren’t Sene, so she often ended up alone. She was the only girl in her generation, which was small to begin with, so she’d run off into the city and try to make friends with city elves and humans whenever she felt lonely. She spent a lot of time with a human blacksmith named Samuel Hart in the city. He was chronically ill, and so he did not often leave his smithy, where he also lived. He had good books, and good stories, and he taught her interesting ways of fletching that he’d learned as a younger, healthier man while traveling the continent.

Favorite Toy:

Sene liked collecting things–pretty stationary, paper flowers, jewels, pretty rocks, dried leaves, feathers, arrowheads, anything she could get her hands on. As a child, she had many wooden dolls and animal figurines and zoo menageries, all made for her by her father.

Childhood Trauma?:

Sene has not experienced a great deal of immediate trauma in her life. Most of her negative experiences growing up were secondhand, ie: absorbed from others. Her mother experienced a lot of trauma when Sene was young–loss of an infant child, and then loss of her entire home clan to the Fifth Blight. Seeing this, the effect it had on both her parents, how it put their marriage through many trials, this affected Sene deeply, probably in ways she could not fully articulate even as an adult. Sene has very few fears, but the one thing she seems to fear more than anything is losing the people that she loves in some way.

Hobbies:

Reading, fletching, some light smithing, drawing, working on the farm. As a kid, Sene liked to keep busy. Like her dad, she has always had a fast brain, and if she doesn’t give it something to do, she’ll go nuts.

Childhood fear(s):

As a child, Sene often feared that something awful would happen to her parents. No matter how much they butted heads, it still scared her. Her father, who used to dive ruins from about the time she was 7-12 years old, would leave the house for several protracted trips a year. It would make her mother very nervous and sleepless, and Sene always feared he would not return. Sene also feared that her parents would divorce, or separate, or fall out of love. At one point, in the years after the Blight when her mother’s family died, she was convinced they had.

Quirks/Fun Facts:

Sene could be incredibly mean as a child when somebody tried to tell her what to do or get in her private business. She has made more than one ha’hren cry with her insensitivity. After she achieved her vallaslin at the very young age of eleven, she would set net traps in the woods to catch competing hunters trying to infringe on her territory and cuss them out as she stole their kill (which she viewed as rightfully hers). She would camp out at a nearby statue of the Dread Wolf and offer him berries and other snacks and sometimes tell him stories about her boring life. She had a bad potty mouth even as a kid--thanks to her father, of course.

My Top 50 OUAT Episodes

And now, as a final goodbye to OUAT, I give you this list of my personal picks for the 50 best episodes in the series, listed in order of airing. Two-hour broadcasts are counted as one here.

1. Pilot - 1x01. One of the best TV pilots of recent years due to how quickly it grabs you and emotionally invests you in its magical atmosphere and the plight of its central characters.

2. The Thing You Love Most - 1x02. Best watched immediately after the pilot, as it deals with the same story but from the dark and twisted perspective of its villain, the Evil Queen.

3. Snow Falls - 1x03. Snow and Charming are, well, charming in their first adventure together and the start of their romance, as is sweet Mary Margaret in the present day.

4. That Still Small Voice - 1x05. Jiminy Cricket of all characters gets a surprisingly dark and emotional backstory that resonates with him in the extremely intense present-day scenario.

5. The Heart is a Lonely Hunter - 1x07. Jamie Dornan gives an incredible performance as the tormented Sheriff Graham / Huntsman, all the way to the episode’s tragic conclusion.

6. Desperate Souls - 1x08. We get our first true insight into the backstory of the enigmatic Rumpelstiltskin, and Emma becomes sheriff, making this a truly pivotal episode for the show.

7. Skin Deep - 1x12. A truly subversive, twisted take on the Beauty and the Beast story, with some unexpected layers added to Rumple’s character and Robert Carlyle’s performance.

8. Red-Handed - 1x15. Little Red Riding Hood IS the Big Bad Wolf. That is awesome.

9. Hat Trick - 1x17. One of the most terrifying, surreal episodes in the entire series, with the great Sebastian Stan knocking it out of the park as the deranged Mad Hatter, Jefferson.

10. The Return - 1x19. We learn why the curse was cast in a devastatingly emotional story that adds more to the characters of Rumple and August as the season enters its final stretch.

11. The Stranger - 1x20. August’s true identity is one of the best reveals in the whole series.

12. An Apple Red As Blood - 1x21. Part 1 of the season finale, as Regina in both the past and present gears up to finish off her nemesis, with the episode ending on a huge shocker.

13. A Land Without Magic - 1x22. Part 2 of the season finale, the best finale the show ever had, and quite possibly my all-time favorite episode. Almost everything about this episode is perfect and gives you the feeling of a story coming to its end as the threads come together.

14. Broken - 2x01. A solid season opener that sets the show on an exciting new course.

15. Lady of the Lake - 2x03. Things really pick up as Team Princess is formed, Cora is established as the new Big Bad, and we get some beautiful moments between Snow and Emma that make it all the more shameful that the show utterly ruins this dynamic later on.

16. The Doctor - 2x05. Dr. Whale is Victor Frankenstein. Did NOT see that coming!

17. Tallahassee - 2x06. The first adventure that “Captain Swan” (Emma and Hook) partake in together, while at the same time we finally learn about Emma’s sad past with her ex-lover.

18. Queen of Hearts - 2x09. A thrilling conclusion to the first arc of Season 2, where we finally learn Cora’s motivations and get an epic fight between the heroes and the villains.

19. Manhattan - 2x14. This episode is a real turning point, with Emma’s ex-lover being revealed as Rumple’s long-lost son, along with several new insights into Rumple’s past.

20. The Queen Is Dead - 2x15. One of the show’s most emotional episodes, in no small part thanks to Bailee Madison’s truly amazing performance as young Snow in the flashback.

21. The Miller's Daughter - 2x16. We learn about Cora’s fascinating backstory and the true nature of her relationship with Rumple. But then she dies, and the season totally falls apart.

22. Second Star To The Right - 2x21. Finally it feels like shit is getting done, and the concept of a terrifying re-imagining of Peter Pan in the flashback is immediately captivating.

23. And Straight On 'Til Morning - 2x22. The mess Season 2 became gets cleaned up in this gripping finale, with a brilliant new story set-up laid out to be followed in Season 3.

24. The Heart Of The Truest Believer - 3x01. OUAT is truly back at the top of its game here, juggling four different plot threads perfectly and introducing its greatest villain, Peter Pan.

25. Lost Girl - 3x02. The flashback here is meh, but the present day stuff is nigh-perfect.

26. Quite a Common Fairy - 3x03. For the first time, Regina’s potential redemption feels good and genuine, and Rose McIver’s re-imagining of Tinker Bell is a delight from the start.

27. Good Form - 3x05. Hook’s backstory is amazing, and Captain Swan truly begins here.

28. Ariel - 3x06. JoAnna Garcia Swisher makes a truly perfect live-action rendition of Ariel, and the interactions between all the characters in Neverland take a truly engaging turn.

29. Dark Hollow - 3x07. Belle and Ariel, on a mission from Rumpelstiltskin, team up to fight John and Michael Darling who serve the villainous Peter Pan. Only on this show, people!

30. Think Lovely Thoughts - 3x08. The “Nevengers” truly show how far they’ve come working as a group here, and we get one of the show’s most shocking and twisted reveals.

31. Going Home - 3x11. The perfect series finale that isn’t a series finale, with the action increasingly slowing down so that you can fully appreciate the emotions. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: if the show had ended right here, I’d have been completely satisfied.

32. Witch Hunt - 3x13. Just plain fun and funny, with great dialogue and great character interactions that really get you re-adjusted to these characters and to life in Storybrooke.

33. The Jolly Roger - 3x17. Quite possibly the quintessential Hook episode, showing just what kind of a person he was and how he desperately wants to be a better man now.

34. Snow Drifts / There's No Place Like Home - 3x21 / 22. After the incredible letdown that was the climax of the Wicked arc, we get this two-part finale that really embodies the magic OUAT had and never quite will again, with Emma’s character arc coming to a fitting end.

35. The Apprentice - 4x04. “The Dark One lies. The Dark One tricks”. This episode does a perfect job at re-establishing Rumple as a true villain and a schemer to be reckoned with.

36. The Snow Queen - 4x07. Quite possibly the most heartbreaking villain backstory the show has ever had, plus riveting scenes between Elizabeth Mitchell and Jennifer Morrison.

37. Smash the Mirror - 4x08. It’s overlong and the Regina and Robin subplot is complete bullshit, but everything else in both the past and present is golden. The 4A arc peaked here.

38. Shattered Sight - 4x10. The boffo comedy in this episode is cringe-inducing, but all of the serious, emotional stuff centered around the Snow Queen and her family gets me every time.

39. Poor Unfortunate Soul - 4x15. Ursula’s backstory is kind of iffy, but the effect it has on Hook and his development here is really good, as are the villains and August’s return.

40. Sympathy for the De Vil - 4x18. “Evil isn’t born, it’s made”...except in this case, where it is 100% born and takes us on a twisted tale that could pass for a good Twilight Zone episode.

41. The Broken Kingdom - 5x04. The twist of the glorious kingdom of Camelot being a kingdom literally built on sand, and its monarch a disturbed megalomaniac, is a great one. Plus, Snow and Charming actually get do something heroic after a long period of inactivity!

42. Nimue - 5x07. The actors portraying Merlin and Nimue really sell the doomed epic romance between the two, as we get the most far-back flashback in the show’s entire run.

43. Labor of Love - 5x13. This episode can be summed up as “The Nevengers are back.” That alone counters the disappointment of how blandly Hercules and Megara are portrayed.

44. The Brothers Jones - 5x15. A touching tale of brotherhood, good intentions gone wrong, self-loathing and forgiveness, plus giving Hook closure with his big brother. I just love it.

45. Firebird - 5x20. The flashback is utter tripe, but the escalation in the present-day story, the performances, and Captain Swan’s True Love test makes this episode well worth it.

46. Last Rites - 5x21. Aside from that moment with Robin, this episode is awesome, especially the Underworld scenes with the duo I never knew I wanted: Hook and Arthur.

47. The Other Shoe - 6x03. This episode embodies what the show SHOULD have become: a more light-hearted series with adventures-of-the-day starring Emma, Hook and Henry.

48. A Wondrous Place - 6x15. Hook sails on Captain Nemo’s sub, the Nautilus, alongside Aladdin and Jasmine, meeting up with Ariel and facing down Jafar. Only on this show, people!

49. The Song in Your Heart - 6x20. Because really, who doesn’t love a Musical Episode? This one centering around Emma and her marriage to Hook makes it all the more special.

50. The Final Battle - 6x21 / 22. It’s got a LOT of problems, but the ending it reaches is truly one that fits the show, and we would have been better off if ABC hadn’t renewed it afterward.

HONORABLE MENTIONS:

The Price of Gold - 1x04. Rumpelstiltskin’s first showcase episode, and he’s terrifying in it.

Dreamy - 1x14. Screw the haters, I really liked this episode! It was hilarious and sweet.

The Crocodile - 2x04. Our introduction to Killian Jones / Captain Hook. It’s a good one, and I’d have liked it better had Rumple’s role in both the past and present not been so disturbing.

Save Henry - 3x09. A tad anti-climactic and the Regina focus was misaimed, but still good.

New York City Serenade - 3x12. A damn fine start to a new beginning for the show.

Rocky Road - 4x03. Elsa and the Snow Queen are both fantastic characters, both shown well here. It’s held back by the introduction of Will Scarlet, who ended up being a waste.

Darkness on the Edge of Town - 4x12. This episode gives us the visual of villains on a road trip stopping at a drive-thru. You just gotta love that! Also, the Chernabog was awesome.

Operation Mongoose - 4x21 / 22. Despite Isaac’s (and by extension, A&E’s) terrible writing, the weird situations and performances from the actors makes this an entertaining finale.

Siege Perilous - 5x03. A good old-fashioned Camelot adventure is just what I wanted.

The Bear King - 5x09. Again, screw the haters. The show needed more episodes like this, a standalone where the plot takes a pause and the side characters are allowed to develop.

Broken Heart - 5x10. The present-day plot is absolute crap, but the flashback in Camelot is really well executed, and Colin O’Donoghue is clearly having a blast playing Dark Hook.

Souls of the Departed - 5x12. Not ideal for the 100th episode, but a good start to the Underworld arc, with a lot of familiar faces returning and a great new villain introduced.

Devil's Due - 5x14. Despite her fate in this episode, it’s great to see the writers presenting Milah more sympathetically than she was before, and Hades continues to be a delight.

Our Decay - 5x16. The first episode where Zelena feels truly human instead of the cartoonish psychopath she was before, with her and Hades’ romance being legit touching.

Sisters - 5x19. While I don’t much care for the subplot with Prince James, the main plot featuring the reconciliation between Cora, Regina and Zelena is great and beautifully acted.

Strange Case - 6x04. Oh, Mr. Hyde, you left us way too soon. The episode is sadly weighed down by Rumple’s textbook abuse toward Belle, which we now know is never truly punished.

Dark Waters - 6x06. A good bonding episode between Hook and Henry, plus a great new character from the Land of Untold Stories who is actually faithful to his source material!

Heartless - 6x07. For once, Lana Parilla actually gives us an old-school Evil Queen performance, where she’s scary and truly malevolent rather than campy and over-the-top.

Mother's Little Helper - 6x16. I really like the Dark Realm, and wish that more was done with it. The reunion between long-time rivals Hook and Blackbeard is also a lot of fun.

The Black Fairy - 6x19. The retcon that Rumple was born a Savior is ridiculous, but the titular Black Fairy’s backstory actually makes her an interesting character for the first time.

A Pirate's Life - 7x02. It was nice to see Emma again, and even better to see that the Hook in this arc is actually Wish!Hook rather than the original, who is still living happily with Emma.

The Girl in the Tower - 7x14. Robin and Alice are beyond precious as a couple in both the past and the present, finally washing away the bad taste left behind by “Ruby Slippers”.

The Guardian - 7x18. It may have been late in coming, but Rumple / Weaver actually becomes interesting here as we get to explore his relationship with his newfound friends.

Homecoming - 7x21. It’s good to see several old characters again, and even better to see all the loose threads from that abominable Season 6 Wish Realm two-parter finally addressed.

Leaving Storybrooke - 7x22. Except for Rumple’s end, most of what happens following Snow and Charming’s appearance is utter shit. But.....at least the show is finally over!
