Arrow season 7 episode 4 LEVEL TWO. For an episode called level 2 you would think it would crank it up a notch but this episode is a bit slow with a lot of set up so we didn't really get much in terms of plot narrative, or action. Let's hope they pick up the pace in level three. Highlights are still figuring out who is the new man under the hood. The flash forwards with Canary, Roy, and William provide meat to the actual episode and give you something to look forward seeing, along with the now older Zoe who looks badass. Side note, Oliver beard game is on fleek, he's looking more and more like the comics accurate Green Arrow each year.
