Soon after the premier of Dragon Ball Super, Banpresto released a line of WCF toys dedicated to Vegeta's many faces and pratfalls. From Vegeta with a pacifier stuck in his mouth, to Vegeta with an octopus wrapped around his face.
This figure is based on the scene where Vegeta tries to cook takoyaki for Beerus (in a bid to save the world from destruction, of course)
This isn't the first time Vegeta has put his cooking skills to the test.
On one of the (Japanese only) soundtrack CDs, Vegeta hosts a very competitive cooking segment - preparing okonomiyaki and singing.
It's a beloved bit from the extended Dragon Ball universe - especially if you grew up watching the show as it aired in Japan. Not only is it a reference to that classic gag, it's also a great toy. Well sculpted and excellent paint, as we've come to expect from Banpresto.
