If you think monsters lurk in dark spaces, you might escape into your dreams to find the strenght to fight them.

I made this little "cross-over" between the dream world and the real world as part of this month's theme about DreamZzz on @brickcentral . The whole scene is brickbuild and comes to life with some strategical placed lights and a face mister. I included two behind the scenes photos, if you are interessted about the setup.

Sir Aric, knight of Gondor ventured into the ancient quarters of the city, where time seemed to have slowed its pace.

Among the weathered stones and crumbling arches, vibrant flowers bloomed, adorning the old walls with bursts of color and life.

Found this great Metagross build over on bricklink studio galley by changuk99, and I just had to build it myself. I always loved the shiny ver of Metagross so of course I changed the colors to fit it to my liking!

A shot for the Brickcentral activity this month which is all about making your minifig smaller in the frame. That's something I didn't often do so thought it would be fun to try.

Anya Forger - Surpised

Another licensed figure from Pop Mart, but a little more in their typical wheelhouse. Interpretive to a degree. But the sculpting here is beyond what I'd ever expect for a sub-$20 blind box. Texture on the fabric folds and gold filigree, a very expressive gesture, and great sense of motion to the hair.

And it's a chunky little toy. That satisfying heft you get from the Pop Mart house style. You could do so much worse for your $16 in general - but I think this might be one of the nicer Spy x Family figures I've seen. And it's a fraction of the price of some larger fare!
