Dana Ward x Female Reader
Summary: just realized how much i strayed away from the actual request. sorry. reader gets broken up with the night before the game.
Warnings: None?
Springtime, AKA the best time of the year. Not too hot, not too cold. The days are long and the evenings are short. The trees are in full bloom and the birds are chirping. Though everything may seem just fine and dandy, if I'm being real, my life's falling apart.
That's a bit dramatic, but spring's left me feeling pretty down. There's something about spring (as much as I love it) that makes me feel... empty. I've been restless, can't concentrate. Oh yeah, and to top it all off, just when I think everything is going smoothly my boyfriend breaks up with me, and now I have my coach up my ass for not showing up to training because I'm too busy trying to get over it.
It'd been on autopilot ever since we met, I don't think either of us ever had feelings for each other, we were just comfortable. There was never any effort put into the relationship, just two beings as a label. Now I think about it, it was inevitable. Our personalities just didn't mesh well. It's like trying to put a puzzle together with the pieces missing.
It's not that I'm happy without him, I feel like shit. I feel incomplete. Like something's missing. There's a springtime metaphor in there somewhere, but I can't quite put my finger on it.
Several knocks on my door and the slam of its opening grabs my attention, Taylor stood at the doorframe, "You need to get a grip." She exhales with her hands irritatedly placed on her hips, noticing my tired state, cocooned in numerous blankets.
"Huh?"
"I said you need to get a grip, look at yourself." She bleats, pointing to the mirror facing my bed.
I glance at the mirror and see the tired reflection of someone who doesn't quite know what they want. There's a sadness that hangs around my eyes, like a storm cloud that's ready to unleash its fury.
Taylor walks over and sits on the edge of the bed, "I know you're hurting, but you have your priorities, and personally I don't see how important that douche could be.
I scoff, "I don't want to talk, Taylor. Let me sleep." I roll onto my face, letting my pillow almost suffocate me.
"Fine, but I'm coming back in a few hours to check on you, and by then you better be in kit. It" She stands up and walks out, leaving me to my thoughts.
I groan into my pillow, the mere thought of having to leave my room makes my head hurt. I can't even bring myself to leave my bed, let alone get dressed.
Eventually, I give in and crawl out of bed, tucking the blanket around me like a cape. I make my way over to my closet and begin to paw through its contents. It's a struggle to put together anything that remotely resembles clothing, but after a while of rummaging, I find a tank top and pair of running shorts.
I'm hesitant to leave my room, I don't want Taylor to see how terrible I look never mind the rest of Blackwell, but sooner or later I make my way out of the dormitories. The campus is already bustling with students, the odd few stop what they were doing to look over in my direction. I'm sure Zachary made it his first mission to tell his little football bros about our row.
I spend my day walking around Arcadia rather than showing up to today's lessons. I'm simply too exhausted to care. I find myself at Arcadia's lighthouse, sitting on the bench facing the west sea, not really thinking or paying attention to anything.
Eventually, my stomach grumbles and I realize that I haven't eaten anything since yesterday. I'm so tempted to go back to my dorm and curl up in a ball on my bed, but I steel myself and head towards the nearest place that serves half-decent food.
The diner wasn't too busy, the regulars sat at their usual seats, strangers stopping by for a quick brunch and the odd few Blackwell cheerleaders making use of their free period. The familiar smell of coffee and grease filling the air somewhat comforting.
I take a seat at the counter, waiting for a waitress to serve me. I feel a vibration from my pocket, I pull out my phone, seeing a message off of Taylor.
Taylor: u better be off your ass by 2. your coming to the game even if i have to drag you by your hair
I humorously scoff at the message from the blonde, rolling my eyes. I know she's just trying to make me feel better, but really I just want to crawl under a rock and die.
Y/n: you're*
I type back with a cheeky grin on my face. I'd completely forgotten about the game tonight, mainly because everybody's talking about the bigfoot's game, Logan this, Zachary that. Blackwell's internal misogyny always irked me, this year the female soccer team was given a fifth of what the boys' football team was funded. I doubt the team will barely have an audience to play for.
Taylor: nice to see YOU'RE keeping up with your english classes
Soon enough, Joyce leans across the counter, "Long time no see, Y/n." She smiles, dragging my attention away from my phone.
"Hey, Joyce." I smile, returning the gesture.
"What can I get you?" Joyce asks, pen and paper in hand.
I scan my eyes over the menu one last time before responding, "Belgium waffle and a coffee please, Joyce."
She scribbles her blue pen on the small notepad in her hand, "Coming right up.", before wandering off to serve another customer.
I lean back on the stool I'm sitting on, exhaling deeply as I do so. I bring my arms behind my head to let them stretch while turning my head to the left. To my surprise, I'm met with another pair of eyes gazing back at me. Girl from Blackwell, I know that for sure, she's in the dormitories. Danielle? Daisy? Dana. That's it. We've not spoken much, not that I can remember.
I remember the two of us are still staring at each other, I maintain it, thinking it'd be awkward if I just suddenly stopped looking back at her. Though as soon as the thought passes, she breaks the gaze, turning back to the chatter she'd been included in with her cheer friends. I can't help but feel a bit disappointed, maybe I was expecting something more from her? God knows.
I shake it off and focus my attention on Joyce placing my coffee on the counter in front of me. I pick it up, taking a sip before setting it back down, muttering a small "thank you".
"So, Y/n. Heard there's a game tonight." Joyce smiles, crossing her arms.
I sigh, "Yeah, go bigfoots." Unenthusiastically pumping a fist into the air.
"No, silly. Your game. My daughter, Chloe, had mentioned something about it." The waitress unintentionally reminded me.
"Oh, right." I smile, raising my eyebrows.
"Anyway, good luck for tonight, your food shouldn't be long." She winks, once again wandering off behind the counter.
I huff and let my shoulders deflate, taking a sip of coffee from the white mug placed in front of me. I place the mug to my lips, letting the bitter liquid run into my mouth. The sharp taste putting any worries or fears to sleep. I'm in caffeine heaven until a voice beside me speaks up.
"What're you doing here?" The soft voice speaks, making me slightly choke on the liquid in my mouth.
I clear my throat, "Uh, I got hungry." I respond, the sentence coming out more like a question rather than an answer. I shift my shoulders so I could face the girl I'd been looking at previously.
"All on your lonesome?" Dana's head tilts slightly, a playful smile set on her face.
I don't bother answering the question, as it seems pretty obvious. "What're you doing here?" I respond, crossing my arms.
"Same thing as you, I guess." She shrugs, her smile fading a little. She pulls out the seat next to me and takes a seat. We sit in silence for a few moments before Dana speaks up again"You okay?" She asks, her voice gentle.
I nod, "Yeah, of course." I lie, though the truth is I'm anything but.
She sighs, "We've not spoken much have we? How come?"
I chuckle at her silly question, "Don't ask me that." She hums in return, a hand coming up to her ear to play with an earring hooked into her earlobe.
"You seem down, why?"
"You ask a lot of questions, don't you." I think out loud accidentally, "Sorry, that sounded rude."
Dana shrugs, a smile still remaining on her face after my (kind of) harsh words. I let my eyes wander over her soft features as I take another sip of coffee, her brown hair mindlessly twirled between slender fingers. I can't help but feel a warmth in my chest, one I'm not used to.
"So..." She drags, breaking the silence I'd created, "How about your game tonight?"
"Yeah, I don't know. Doubt I'll be there." I'm quite taken aback by the question, who would've thought Blackwell's cheerleaders, the Bigfoot's number 1's, would've acknowledged mine?
She playfully punches my shoulder, "Hey, you're the captain, you've gotta be there."
I sigh, not wanting to expand on the subject, "Are you cheering tonight?" I ask, knowing the answer but still attempting to sound interested.
"Yep, the crowd's gonna be wild tonight." She cheers, but her smile soon fades when she notices the sad glint in my eyes. I'm happy that people are excited about the guys' game, but the mind works in funny ways, and all of a sudden I hate that people are excited. It's the same over and over again, little boys getting thrashed by another team and then getting upset over it later on. If any of the other teams got half the attention, they'd actually give people something to be excited about without the lingering feeling of inevitable disappointment of what was to come.
"Here you go, Y/n." The familiar voice calls and a plate is pushed in front of me.
"Thank you, Joyce." I smile.
Dana places a hand on my shoulder, "I'll see you later, Y/n." She grins before returning to her fellow cheerleaders.
Once I'm finished with my food, I pay Joyce and make my leave. Though I feel a set of eyes on me as I walk out of the small diner. I ignore it, blaming it on my conscience. I'm too lost in my own thoughts and feelings.
I sit on the edge of my bed for a while once I'm back in my room, contemplating what to do. I don't want to go to the game tonight, but I also don't want to be alone. I sigh, slipping off my clothes and climbing into bed. I pull the blankets up to my chest, wishing I could disappear. I know it's childish, but I can't help it.
Taylor made sure I was alive, as per usual. She came and gave a pep talk, totally uncalled for.
Finally giving in, I slip on my red shorts and shirt, making sure my captain's band sat just how I liked it on my left arm. I carry my boots outside of the dormitories along with my shin-pads and everything else necessary in a bag resting on my back.
I step outside, breathing in the fresh air, letting it soak out any worries, and hoping it lends me some sort of superstitious good luck.
With the newfound peace given by the fresh air, I take a seat on a bench, rolling down my socks, and slipping on my shin-pads, fastening the straps when I feel a tap on my shoulder, a very familiar, aggressive, irritating tap (more of a prod). "Took you long enough," Taylor scoffs, ", come on, Y/n/n."
I playfully glare at her, but get up, silently following her as she strides down Blackwell's concrete. We make our way to the pitch, the silence oddly loud. Once we finally arrive on the ground, much to my expectation, a row is barely filled up on the stands.
I greet the girls, and I'm met with many "Where've you been?" and "Back from the dead!", which I can't say I wasn't expecting and dreading.
I notice the stands start to fill up more and more as I begin to warm up the girls, it caught me by surprise a bit but I don't take any notice of it.
I'm called over by the referee along with the opposition's captain, we sort out the centre-kick before we're both sent back to our coaches.
"Right girls, I couldn't care less whether we win or lose, but try to win... okay?" Our coach attempts a speech but fails miserably.
"Really inspirational, Coach!" Taylor laughs whilst running to her position on the right wing.
The environment quietens down while we wait for the ref's whistle, and then the game starts.
The ball is passed back to me and all of a sudden I'm in reality. Two coming in from the right and one from the left, I drag the ball to the left then through the three as a whole through to another mid-fielder. The game goes on and we're 2-1 up within 42 minutes. By now the stands are almost filled and I notice a few familiar red figures running to the sidelines.
I make use of the time the ref is spending on making an offside decision to look at the figures. Noticing the girl, Dana, I'd been speaking to earlier on in the diner. Her and her cheerleaders' routine awfully similar to that of the routine for the Bigfoot's.
It's a massive confidence boost when she shoots me a wave and a smile, and if I saw correctly... a wink?
Only 2 minutes before halftime, you could tell our team was trying to get a last-minute goal. Taylor runs the line with the ball, a player right on her back. Another player, Rachel, takes the ball off of her, continuing the route the blonde had begun.
Rachel crosses the ball over to me, giving her time to run into the 18-yard box, I give the ball back to her, seeing no players had marked her, but instead of shooting she passes it right in front of me. I sprint to the ball, sliding on the ground in hope to get there before any of the opposition, the ball jumping right over the goalkeeper.
Cheers roar from the crowd, and as much I'm loving it, I'm not exactly enjoying the two players fallen over on top of me. I manage to roll out of the trap, and I'm immediately met with Taylor smiling at my side, "Though you got rusty for a moment." She jokes, patting me on the back.
Halftime finally comes around, Coach congratulates us all and the girls have a couple of minutes to chat amongst themselves.
The next half flies by, it was as if every single trouble that weighed my shoulders down had been lifted. It felt good to be doing the one thing I love to do. The score ended up a 5-2 win. And the team and I were ecstatic, the crowd's reaction only adding to the mix and increasing every level of happiness.
I find myself separated from the rest of the team, celebrating our win in my own way, and yes, that may be on my own in the changing room, but at least I'm celebrating. I told Taylor and Rachel I'd meet them later, but I'm not too sure how long 'later' will be.
"Hey, you played amazing."
My ears prick up at the familiar voice, Dana in her red cheerleading uniform stalking around the corner, "Thank you."
"How was the Bigfoots' game?" I question, slightly curious as to how she managed to cheer for both teams at the same time.
"I'm not too sure..." She smirks, "I wasn't there."
I sigh, placing my bottle of water to the side of me, "Dana," I smile, ", thank you so much."
The girl furrows her eyebrows, "What do you mean?" She asks, knowing exactly why I was thanking her.
"You know," I roll my eyes, ", you were meant to be cheering the guys tonight, yet you cheer for us and you bring the crowd with you. It was just what the girls needed, I don't know how I could possibly thank you."
"Um, no problem," Dana blushes, ", though, there is one way you could thank me, on behalf of the whole squad."
"What's that?" I tilt my head, wondering what she has in mind.
She takes a step closer to me, her eyes locking with mine, "Kiss me."
My eyes widen, and I'm momentarily lost for words. All I can do is stare at her, my mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water. She takes this opportunity to lean in closer, her lips pressing against mine. My initial shock quickly turns into something else, something much more intense. I wrap my arms around her, pulling her closer, not wanting to let go.
When the two of us separate, none of us speaks, we simply just stare for what feels like hours.
Dana chuckles, "I've been wanting to do that for a while.", her hand softly resting on my upper arm.
My cheeks heat up at the statement, and all of a sudden I'm unable to form words, "Wow." I say, causing the girl to giggle.
"Come on, let's go."
Back to that whole metaphor about spring or whatever, yeah, I don't think there ever was one. I think I was just trying to blame my self-pity on something. Life had dealt me a pretty crappy hand, but it wasn't the end of the world. And as long as I had the opportunity for new beginnings, Dana, for example, that was all that really mattered.

Could NOT get this to stay up on the LIS subreddit for some reason-no idea WHY they still have the spoiler warning requirement nearly half a decade after the game was released.

It was a warm afternoon and the school bell rang early, which gives time for the students to spend their leisure time. But of course, your professor has to be a real dick and make your whole class create a project and pass it the very next day.
So here you are now, in the library hoping that you can get started on how your project is going to be, where the sun has already gone down and you're needing just one more book to search through the shelves. At least it was peaceful here in the library, that was until small moans and groans had been echoing at the very back of the library, away from the librarian's desk.
“You gotta be shitting me.” You muttered under your breath. Walking away was your option, until the guy started talking. Wait a fucking minute, that's Juliet's boyfriend.
You should have minded your own business, but she was your friend. It would be devastating to find out through your friend about your boyfriend's betrayal, but sitting around and doing nothing might be even worse.
You grab your phone from your pocket and without hesitation, took a picture. The only mistake was why the hell is your flash on to begin with?!
Both of them looked up and they saw your head popping from the side of the shelf.
The bliss on their face was replaced by rage, he pushed away the girl on top of him and quickly dressed up. “Give me you fucking phone.” The mean aura around him makes you step back as he steps closer.
“No the fuck I won't.” You were preparing for a sprint when he caught your arm, digging his nails onto your skin leaving moon crescent marks.
It stings but you try your best to get him off of you. It all happened so fast, when a fist swung at the guy's face. He immediately lost his balance while the person who punched him curled into a ball from the searing pain in his hand that swung at Zachary.
“What the heck is wrong with you?” You muttered, looking back and forth at the two idiots who were yelping in pain.
The girl he was with already fled away, but you stood there debating whether to help the poor guy, not Zachary, but the other who looks like he's the one who's been punched.
“Fuck! What's up with your face? Ow!” The stranger groaned as he cradled his stupid hand to his chest.
Zachary had already stood up straight and immediately followed-up a stronger punch right into the guy who punched him first. The impact of Zachary's punch on his face made him stumble against the bookshelves that made the books fall on the wooden floor with loud thumps.
Finally! The librarian made their way to the scene and let out a shriek, guess the books were more important than the guy who had his face punched. You saw how the librarian finished putting back the fallen books to its shelves, and looked at the three of you.
“They did it, Zachary Riggins has been fucking a new girl here in your library.” You voiced out, taking the initiative to blame Zachary. “It's distracting since they're getting louder, we're only here to inform him to get out.”
The librarian raised their eyebrow that looks like they're doubting your story, and took a look at Zachary with his messy shirt and hair, with pants undone.
“Mr. Riggins, come with me to detention, you too.” They said pointing at you. Come on, you really don't have time for this shit.
“I, uh, I will. After I, I helped him to the infirmary.” I said, going to the stranger who has his hands on his face, still sitting on the floor. “He was punched by that asshole for helping me since I was being harassed by Zachary.”
The librarian took a moment before nodding their head, “Fine, then you and Mr. Graham go straight to detention, understand?”
You nodded, and watched them disappear between the bookshelves. You turned your head to the stranger, who was still in the same position.
“You shouldn't have involved yourself if you can't take a punch.” You said, and nudged him with your foot to stand up.
“Mhm... my vision is blurry.” His voice was full of pain.
You winced the moment he lifted his head, a dark violet has been spreading around his right eye. “Come on, get on your feet. I'll help you.” Your patience was running thin when he didn’t move an inch, so all you did was slumped down the floor and sat beside him. “What are you even doing here? I thought students get to roam free since we’ve all had early dismissals.”
“Uh, just like you. I'm preparing for my project in our Science class.” His answer was still weak but he looked at you when he felt your warmth.
“What do you mean?” You connected two and two together, so he was actually your classmate. “Oh, are you new?”
His brows furrowed like what you said was weird, and from his point of view, it definitely was.
“I have been your classmate for a year... you, you never noticed?” The tone of his voice changed and his expression was dejected. As you quickly looked away because of the guilt building inside of you. “I even passed you my notes when you said you forgot yours.”
You tried to remember the times where you talked to him in class, tried even harder the time you saw him in your class! But nothing comes to mind, it was as if he was invisible to begin with.
“Can't remember.” You bluntly say, before adding up, “Now, get up, I'll take you to the infirmary.” Holding out your hand towards him.
His expression was still like a hurt-puppy and your words added salt to his wound, but he won't miss an opportunity to hold your hand so he took it without questions.
“Jesus, if you've been punched in your left eye as well you'd look like a panda.” There was coldness in your voice yet the moment he snickered you couldn't help but chuckle.
“I'd love to be a panda if it means you won't get hurt.” He says, and you'd be deaf if you say you didn't hear it. It was plain and clear, but you decided not to ask anything about it.
In just half a minute, you were in front of the infirmary. Opening the doors and helping him to get inside as he only has one good eye, his right has already closed. The infirmary was quiet as always, but this time it was too quiet. Calling out to the nurses in charge, no one greeted you back.
“Shit!” Cursing to yourself, before looking back at him. In his pitiful state, he’s in one of those sofa chairs that are placed near the wall. “Hey, come on. Let’s put you to bed.” All he did was to nod.
You helped him reach the end of the bed before collapsing into it, “Wait for me, I’ll grab some ice.”
You quickly left his side and went to the desk of the nurse’s station, you saw an empty ice bag and searched for a freezer to fill it with ice. Then, returning to his side you poked him in the arms. “I’ll put the ice bag in your eyes, ok? It will reduce the swelling.” But it looks like he was already sleeping the pain off when he didn’t respond and so you leaned over and put the ice bag on his eyes, and another on his knuckles that landed on the jerk's face. After your job was done, you were planning to leave and head to detention by yourself but he uttered your name.
“I thought you were asleep.”
“Mhm. I was almost asleep. But I heard you walking away, didn't the librarian tell you to go to detention with me?” He said, his eyes still closed.
“Well, obviously, you can't do detention right now given your situation.” You explained with your finger pointing at the ice bag. “It's best if you rest here.”
He pushed himself to sit up at the hospital bed, taking the ice bag off of his face. “Look, I'm fine.”
The bruised eye was still twitching and the color of it stays the same. “Don't be stupid. You're not in a good condition–.”
“Fine.” He said as a sigh, prolonging the syllable. “At least, stay here, please. I got hurt because of the jerk.”
“Ha! Not my problem, I didn't ask you to do shit.” You coldly responded, being aware how he's using his current state to make you stay. Why would he even want you to stay? You barely know him.
But he knows so much about you.
“Please, just until I fall asleep or the nurse comes back. I just want to talk to somebody.” He pleaded, gosh, his pitiful state just added an effect for his puppy-dog eyes.
“You're so sensitive.” Only a small laugh slipped out of your lips as you massaged your temples with your index and thumb.
“Ouch! That sounds awful the way you say it.” He added, that only turned your small laugh into a giggle. “It's just, I never thought that I would be so invisible that you wouldn't notice me.”
Again, the guilt creeped in that you rethink about the times you took classes together. Were you so out of your system that you have passed a year without interacting with anyone, well, aside from your circle. But they were all in different classes and you don't share one with them, you figured that circle of friends was enough and you don't have to interact with anyone.
But you stayed quiet, letting him continue his sentence, “You belong with the Vortex, so I knew you were trouble when I first saw you in our class. Yet the days go by, you weren't really like them. Sure, Nathan was an asshole through and through. Victoria will make you a laughing stock on her blog. Yet you, you don't push people to their limit or crush them beneath your status and wealth. You're just, you just don't care.”
He talks as if he knows everything about you, that it made you step back. “Shit, are you a private investigator? I don't need a character analysis right now, Mr. Graham.”
“You know my name?!” You were surprised by how he almost jumped out of the bed.
“Be careful! You can get really hurt from your stupidity. And no, I don't, I just heard the librarian mention it.”
“Aw..” He sulks going back to slumping against the pillow on his hospital bed.
“But since we got in this situation, we might as well get to know each other, propely.” You suggested, to lessen the fact that you don't remember a bit of him.
“Right, I'm Warren Daniel Graham, just Warren is fine.” In turn, you told him your name even though he has already muttered it a hundred of times in his mouth. Loving the way your name rolls off his tongue.
“Did you know that we first met in the hallway, in your locker. I think you were talking to Victoria about how you'd be her next model.”
“Ah, yeah, I modelled for Victoria once. I think that was a year ago. And, a guy,” You stopped mid-sentence, that memory of yours when a guy accidentally did something stupid. “Holy shit! You're that guy who threw his dissected frog at Victoria!” You said your hands were throwing in the air.
“Accidentally.” He corrected, “Ever since then, I feel like I've been part of the Vortex's Kill List.”
You can't help but laugh out loud, replaying the memory that was once buried. Seeing the reaction of Victoria made you speechless at that time, as for the guy, well, Warren, his dimwitted expression only added to the fuel that was bound to explode from Victoria. You can still vividly remember how she slapped Warren, hard, then walked away and grabbed you in the process.
“Oh, shush, I convinced them not to. Nathan was ready to make you regret coming here, but I just told them that no one took a picture and the issue was already gone.” You explained to ease his worries.
“Shit, thanks to you, I'm still alive to this day.” He smiled, fuck, he looks so adorable with that grin.
“So we're even now.” You commented, you didn't even notice you already sat down at the foot of the bed and laughed at how the conversation was flowing so easily. Being comfortable with anyone that fast was never really your thing, it took a lot of time before you can show your true colors to someone else.
You noticed the fatigue in his eyes and how it slowly crept into his body, taking it over and how his muscles loosened.
“Don't go.”
“I won't, silly. I promised I'll go when you're fast asleep.” He nods, still trying to fight off the weariness.
It wasn't long before he is fast asleep, he looked more peaceful and you knew it was time to go.
“Oh my! I'm sorry I took my break too long.” A nurse appeared when you hopped off the bed.
“It's alright, he's just resting. He got the black eye from a fight.” You explained, grabbing your bag on the bedside table. “Please, take care of him.”
With that, you quietly walked away and went to detention. Just your luck.

This Action Will Have Consequences
“Max you are not crazy. You are not dreaming. It’s time to be an everyday hero.” - Max
Info on piece and its actual story under the cut
The Piece’s Story
So I started working on this a little bit before they announced Life Is Strange: Before The Storm and stopped after a bit because I kinda lost motivation. Then they announced the sequel/prequel and I thought huh… maybe I should finish that in honor of the thing and so I picked it back up again and worked on it a bit and then once again lost interest because of reasons. A while later something popped up on my dash about the game coming out in August again and I realized that I only had about two and a half months to finish this.
Normally that would be plenty of time to finish this, but with my situation it really wasn’t. I work at a theme park and it was the middle of June. Summer just started which meant we were in the middle of complete full time operation. I’m a ride operator so I have to be there talking to guests making sure everything goes off without a hitch for most of the available work day, AKA when I’m most productive. I was working Breaker Shifts (11:00 am - 7:00 pm) shifts. Id wake up at 7:00 get ready, go to work, list out and plan what I was gonna work on that night, clock out at 7:00 pm, go home, shower, change into pajamas, sit down at my computer at 9:30 and not get up until 1:30 - 2:00. I did have days off but those were mostly dedicated to my friends and family because I never get to hang with them otherwise. This piece took up all of my available free time for two and a half months. And its still technically not finished. I wanted to add shadows to everyone but ran out of time. If you guys want I can work on that and release it again later with the stuff I wanted to add but didn’t have time for? You guys just reply to this and I’ll see if I can. I’d love too, but if no one wants it, there’d be no point.
The basic gist of this is that I swear I nearly died finishing this.
And I know I sound like I’m complaining but I’m not! I’m so happy I did this. I’m excited I got to to share it with you guys and I hope you all love it too. I’m super proud of it!
Notes On The Art Itself
Its style is the same as that of the Scott Pilgrim comics. I’ve always loved that particular style. I used one of the big color panels as a base for this and if you look hard enough you can see just looking by looking at the positions of certain characters which one it was. But I’ll still list at the bottom here which it was. Some of the character positions weren’t on the base I added them from other panels of the comic book. I just traced a main body outline like head, eye, and basic body shape so I had a roughly Scott pilgrim style body type to work with and made changes to them from there. I drew hair clothing and other details myself freehand. I personally drew the cartoon version of Blackwell, the fountain, and the courtyard down at the bottom completely freehand and I’m actually extremely proud of them. I did not draw some of the shirt designs (I.E. Chloe, Max, Warren, Justin [Raws Shirt], Hayden, and Trevor).

Note From Me:
I’d personally like to dedicate this work to a friend of mine whose a part of this fandom and a huge Chloe fan. @nurithemarxist who let me vent at them as I did line and detail work on the characters for the longest time. They always let me shout things at them about the work and let me vent and I wanna say thank you. You also helped me decide on how a few things were gonna work and what I was gonna put where. You were an immense help. THANK YOU!

“To see (you) with eyes unclouded” Chapter 9
THE MODEL
“You,” Victoria began, taking a stray bit of dusty blonde hair and twirling it around her finger, “should take your clothes off.” Victoria proposed.
Kate let out only a tiny defeated sigh, “I can’t, Vic.” There. That guilt again. Victoria felt her claws flex and she poked at it, spot on.
“It’s not hard” Victoria pressed again, so gentle that her usual sharp tone to her voice was nowhere to be found.  She tucked the stray lock behind Kate’s small but cutest ear, now ruby from the close proximity of Victoria. Even within her underwear, Victoria felt powerful as Kate silently closed her eyes for a moment, her chin tilted up ever so slightly. The diligent crusader, finally displaying a moment of surrender.

Juliet Watson (Life is Strange)
This download is for The Sims 2
Download: [MTS] [SFS]
More info below the cut.
Juliet Mason Olson Patson Watson (Dayeanne Hutton/Mayumi Kurokawa) is a student at Blackwell Academy and a supporting character in Life is Strange (2015).
Juliet is an ‘X-treme Reporter’ for the Academy’s newspaper, the Blackwell Totem. She thinks highly of herself as a journalist.
She is a prominent member of the Vortex Club along with her quarterback boyfriend Zachary Riggins and her cheerleader best friend Dana Ward. Despite this, she is highly critical of the club and its elitist nature, and has a lot of animosity towards fellow member Victoria Chase. She even blames the club for Blackwell’s growing bullying problem.
She has a lot of wit, but can be very temperamental and rash. Just remember her last name and you’ll be fine!

Kate (Victoria) - Taylor  Christensen
Taylor - Oh, if it isnt the viral slut
Kate (Victoria) - You dare slut shame me  (Leans forward, her eyes bulging] [dead voice] After the sinful things you’ve done with that Zachary Riggins
Taylor- How....WHO told you about that
Kate (Victoria) -  [stands back, smiling Kate’s sweet  smile] God did ^^
[Taylor’s lip quivers]
Kate (Victoria) - And god doesn’t approve of hypocrites
[Taylor starts sobbing]
Kate (Victoria) - [hugs Taylor, her voice equal parts comforting, and menacing] There there......
Taylor - [screams in anguish] I’M A SLUT
Kate (Victoria) - [honeyed voice] No, no. You’re a sexually active young woman. That’s not something  to be  ashamed of, is it ?
[Taylor looks up at Kate (Victoria) ]
Taylor - I guess not
Kate (Victoria) - Are you going to stop crossing me ?
[Taylor nods]
Kate (Victoria) - Good. And if anyone mentions the video ?
Taylor - I....I’ll make them stop. That’s not cool
Kate(Victoria) - Good girl [pats Taylor on the cheek]
