So I have some unfortunate news. my fursonas have been helping me with my work. And they came to me this afternoon and told me that they have unionized and would like their demands met with a file labeled “goober rights”.

Theory
Human Nature is a feeble and strange thing.
The feeling of utter numbness while also having the drive and energy to continue living. The feeling of being a burden to everyone while also being a burden upon yourself. Hating yourself because our love is joint with trust. Facing both a classical and modern battle throughout life, while the world carries on as though you do not exist; creating a third battle, a surrealist battle: fighting reality. Man fights many battles in an attempt to make the best possible world for themselves, and possibly the lives descendent from yourself. Rationalization of these feelings may place yourself into a false sense of superiority, and the fear of the other.
The hatred of the other leads to this human nature being taken literally, fighting with each other until each blood vessel has been popped and burst into a soup of a human being. The trauma after killing a fellow person leads to the modern battle, Man vs Self. Dealing with yourself and your consequences. Finally, after man has been tackled and processed, they may want to change something about the place that they see, wanting to prevent more bloodshed from continuing, completing the trilogy of tackling Reality.
There are three impacts, the first was with Adam, man, a being of creation and humans, next was Lilith, who dealt with the psychological trauma deep within each of its pilots, and was only truly unlocked when the stake of the final impact, which involved both, which shaped the nature of human’s and their reality.

You work at a time when no one wants to be up
You waste your time standing around waiting for the unruly to ruin your peace.
You make sure things are clean, only for them to be ruined by noon
You’re alone, but at least you have free will
You meet interesting people, but not a single on gets your name.
The Overnight Shift is the position for the alone

Tumblr Revival, Music, And My First Genuine Post in a while
I have arrived back into Tumblr after not wanting to deal with Twitter anymore. So my tumblr will be a mix of music, aesthetics, furry shit, and sometimes stuff about kins and lgbtq+ communities.
I am not sure what I will post here. I have some music taste that I want to explore.
My recent endeavors are Jazz based Hip-Hop, Slowcore, Alternative Rock, and Classic Albums such as The Doors (1967), Nevermind (1991), and Hotel California (1976).
As for artists I’ve been piling on my roster,
Radiohead
Chance The Rapper
Billie Eilish
Various Furry Artists (GOJII, Russelbuck, etc.)
Joey Bada$$
Dakota Suite
But really I want to expand my reach everywhere, and I feel like I haven’t explored the vast world of music. Let me know what you want me to listen to/review

Surviving college
I saw a really helpful post by @daisystudies about tips for college (link to post) and I felt inspired to share some things I learnt during my first year:
Commute will get easier - If you live close enough to your college, that you don’t have to move there, but far enough for it to be a long commute, I promise it’s worth it and it gets easier. Make sure to research ways to make commuting cheaper especially for students (most countries offer long term tickets for cheaper).
Everyone is just as lost as you are - Not even the older students are much wiser trust me.Being confused and stressed is super normal! It’s a big change, but you’ll adapt and it will get easier.
Everybody is lonely and everyone wants to make friends - People do not want to be alone and they will want to talk to you. Everyone seeks a companion and they are opened to a conversation. If you’re not brave enough to start talking to strangers (that’s okay) just try to look opened to talking to someone. Smile a bit, don’t spend all of your time staring into your phone, take part in class. I promise people aren’t as terrifying as they seem.
Professors who try to scare you are assholes and are not worth to stress over - I meet two types of professors: those who try to encourage students and those who are proud of their class being difficult. My very first lecture started with the professor listing reason why we don’t deserve to be there, which was scary. I later realised that people like that are not worth my attention. I promise you will meet great professors who will feel like mentors and will help you.
You’re largerly on your own - I know this sounds awful but stick with me for a second. In high school you are told all deadlines, reminded of important tasks and you get a very rigid schedule. In college it’s up to you to look up deadlines, find all necessary requirements and sign up for exams. This will be stressful at first but it also offers far more freedom and often allows you to do things on your own schedule.
Physical health and activity is way more important than you think - I beg you to move your body at least 3 times a week. Walk, do yoga, stretch, do sports, go to the gym - anything. Just make sure you don’t neglect your body just because of a busy schedule. It can and will do more damage than you might think.
College social life is a bit over romanticised - This might be the covid era student in me speaking but I still feel it’s important to mention. It won’t be like you see in shows and movies. Doesn’t mean it’s never fun… but still make sure not to expect the greatest years of your life. Best case scenario: you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Get a light laptop - this depends on what you study, but most majors do not need you to have an expensive computer. It’s just better to have something to have all your notes on and a lot of classes are so fast paced it’s impossible to hand write without having to go back and fill in large amounts of information, which in turn takes a lot of extra time.
Your mental health is not worth sacrificing for good grades or even a finished degree - Please set your priorities right in the beginning. Your health is the most important thing you have. You can always live an amazing life without a degree but not without your health.

Working in Retail has hardened me so much to the point of where being called slurs give no reaction. It’s also taught me patience. It’s also taught me customer service. Negotiation skills, and how to deal with people you dislike or people that dislike you.

Anyways I’m sitting on a Target ball and looking up at the sky

Getting back to my roots and to old hobbies has its upsides
You have a cleaner conscience, you don’t have to let yourself be invested fully. You can look at it with a mature mind.
I’ve wanted to get back to tumblr because I felt like I was still missing out, and to Therianthropy for a while but as an observer and a supporter. I love the worlds people create and the writing the small community it is. I’ve grown so much and feel a lot more connected to my mind rather than seeking somewhere to be accepted. I’ve accepted myself.
I’ve found myself, who I wanna be, how I want to present myself, but the habits of old brought me into coming back.
So expect to see me more. And have fun at the party.

Brain Breaks: A Project For Intro To Education and Learning
Brain Breaks, in a way, are a way of cooling off your students from the monotony of the current, run-of-the-mill education system.
It could be as simple as a bit of chatter and talk for 10 to 15 minutes before getting back to what you were doing. Maybe an activity that has nothing to do with the lesson. It could be anything, as long as the children are engaged and it keeps them curious and learning.
We hear the word Educational and we immediately turn everything into that one episode of Arthur where Mr. Ratburn puts on an Educational Documentary about Clams and Crustaceans. We don’t want to learn as kids; most just want to have fun and be active. Play with our friends, chat and color. How about instead of learning for 7 hours a day, instead we give a brain break where we just do whatever for 15 minutes.
This doesn’t just apply to elementary school; it applies throughout our education, up until it isn’t compulsory. High school students are the most confused and need their breaks as well. 6 to 8 minutes during passing isn’t going to cut it most of the time. You need a break in the day. France has been letting kids go home for lunch for 2 hours a day as part of their day. Finland is completely different and lets kids work together to create and learn on their own. I believe the least that the American School System could do is let kids have more interaction. Especially with nowadays people getting information and learning new things on their own rather than sitting in a classroom for 45 to 89 minutes.
I barely focus most days, and yet can tell by test scores, not just the work handed in, that I do fairly well and sometimes do better than the people who studied.
