Oh, hello fit fanatics! I'd like to show you a picure of my transformation in 2 years. This was a before and after of 2013 into early 2015. (Weighed about 150 in early 2015) I don't have another transformation photo at the moment, but this is what I said I wanted to accomplish and achieved. As of right now, (Sept 2015) I am about 140lbs, my hair is longer, my butt is tighter and more plump, and I have a slimmer waist and face. I have achieved what I never thought I would ever get to at a point in life but I'm glad I did. I hope this proves that's anything you want to do in life, you can do it with wisdom and determination! 馃槡馃挭

Face Everything and Rise pt3 Okay so this is the final part of my story that explains what this picture is about. One day in 2013, I want to a local wrestling event in my town (I'm a huge wrestling fan, have been since I was little). I got all dressed up in my non-wrestling related shirt, "fixed" my hair, and put on foundation (not really an aid when the temperature that day was about 80 degrees). At that time, of course, I figured I looked fine and there was nothing wrong with my image. But after the show, I reviewed this picture back and I thought to myself "Wow, I look terrible." I almost cried that night but I was way too happy from the event to even think about it. But, about in the next week, I put myself to the test. I thought to myself "Okay, enough is enough and it's time for a change!" (Shout out to Owen Hart RIP). I Began by going to YouTube and searching for exercise routines and promised to do them every Saturday. It was very hard and there were time where I wanted to quit from the pain, but I stuck to my guns and kept doing them every Saturday and I started to see a huge difference. Now, here I am in 2015 weighing about 140lbs, new hair(styles) a tinier waist, a plump booty, and an extreme rise in confidence. From all the hard times I went through, I thought I would never come to this point in my life. I want to be the example for everyone who wants to know that no matter what, if you want something in your life to change to better yourself, you can do it. F.E.A.R has one meaning to me. FACE EVERYTHING AND RISE

Face Everything and Rise pt2
Near the middle of summer 2012, I had a bit of motivation to lose weight in order to fit into a one piece swimsuit since my church was going to a water park. I ate subway sandwiches and fruit and lost a little weight but I weighed in at about 203lbs. I thought I looked okay in every picture I took and thought it was no big deal. But when I still got more criticism and with the depressing atmosphere of high school, I decided I would try to change. But how I really got started, is a funny story to be continued in the next part.

Face Everything and Rise pt1
As I've already introduced myself, my name is Kit. I'm an (almost) 20 year old woman who's had some life struggles trying to find and better myself. When I was in my younger years, I began as a very slim and care-free young sprout who didn't really depend on food but mostly exercising and playing outside (something most kids today don't even try to do). At about the age of 7 or 8, I lost my dad to kidney failure. At the time it didn't really hit me because I was still young and didn't understand how much of an impact it would have on me. When I got older, I started to not care about anything when it came to my well being. I started eating more and becoming lazy. I ate about 4 cheeseburgers a day (ex, Mcdonalds double quarter pounders with a double cheeseburger for later, sometimes Wendys double baconator and fries) which really caught up to me because my breathing was starting to get shallow and my heart was hurting. I was also getting outside criticism at school and from my peers. I had a fat face and fat body with short hair and I knew no guy liked me and I hated my image but I still continued to eat.
